For no particular reason, this episode is now !UNLOCKED! MI6, the ruins of empire, the Royal Family, arms trafficking, terrorism, oligarchs, the gangster state and more converged on a tunnel in Paris one horrifying night in August 1997. We look at a pivotal moment in the history of the modern British Establishment (in as much as anything about the Establishment is 'modern'), and examine the web of intrigue surrounding both Diana's death and the British monarchy, a web that persists up to the present day.
