[0:02] Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
[0:09] Speaker 2: Hi, guys. Welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
[0:12] Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and... Tamara.
[0:16] Speaker 1: Tamara.
[0:16] Speaker 2: Tamara Judge. Tamara. Tamara. She's hooked up looking at some
[0:19] Speaker 2: text messages. So she's been having a pod before I do.
[0:25] Speaker 2: So while she's podding away, my new thing this week is...
[0:30] Speaker 2: which I don't know if you've noticed, but all week
[0:33] Speaker 2: I've been very refreshed. And it's because Edwin is staying
[0:36] Speaker 2: at the house this week. He's staying in Dev's room.
[0:39] Speaker 2: So I haven't been doing the morning routine with the kids.
[0:42] Speaker 1: Oh, I was going to say, Edwin makes you refreshed.
[0:44] Speaker 2: No. Well, I love that I tell this to Kendall,
[0:47] Speaker 2: one of our producers, before you even got on. And
[0:50] Speaker 2: she goes, oh, yeah, I forgot about Ed. Yeah.
[0:54] Speaker 1: Why is he staying at your house?
[0:56] Speaker 2: Because he leases out his, like, Hollywood Hills house for
[1:02] Speaker 2: like a week at a time. Sometimes like if people
[1:04] Speaker 2: are going to pay big money for it.
[1:05] Speaker 1: And he got to move in with you?
[1:06] Speaker 2: I didn't even know he was. I just saw all
[1:10] Speaker 2: this stuff here when I got home Sunday night.
[1:12] Speaker 1: How long are you going to keep doing this? This
[1:15] Speaker 1: house thing?
[1:16] Speaker 2: I mean, it's been lovely. I've slept until 1010 today, Tamara.
[1:21] Speaker 2: He got up with the kids, did the morning stuff,
[1:23] Speaker 2: like Yeah.
[1:25] Speaker 1: I could see why that's nice for sure.
[1:27] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:27] Speaker 1: But it's also like, I don't know how I would feel.
[1:30] Speaker 1: I guess you guys are on good terms, but I
[1:31] Speaker 1: don't know how I'd feel if my ex or soon
[1:33] Speaker 1: to be ex was just popping on in whenever he wanted. Well,
[1:36] Speaker 1: for a while I.
[1:37] Speaker 2: Was really caring about it.
[1:39] Speaker 1: Putting down his sheets.
[1:40] Speaker 2: Yeah. But now that like, I know there's absolutely nothing.
[1:45] Speaker 2: Like for a while I was so depressed that I
[1:48] Speaker 2: was like, maybe... Maybe me and Ed will have a shot.
[1:52] Speaker 2: Now I'm like, no, absolutely not.
[1:55] Speaker 1: Peace out.
[1:56] Speaker 2: Peace out. Hey, roomie, you do the morning shift.
[2:01] Speaker 1: But there will come a day where this situation-ship is
[2:07] Speaker 1: going to change and you're going to be moving out
[2:09] Speaker 1: into your own place.
[2:12] Speaker 2: But that day is not going to happen. We've made
[2:15] Speaker 2: an agreement. That day is not going to happen until...
[2:19] Speaker 2: I am free and clear of cancer, like in remission.
[2:24] Speaker 2: And then, you know, luckily now we're in a good
[2:27] Speaker 2: enough spot that when we do go through divorce, it'll
[2:30] Speaker 2: just be able to be through a.
[2:33] Speaker 1: So when you finish immunotherapy, which is what, like right
[2:36] Speaker 1: after the first of the year?
[2:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[2:38] Speaker 1: How long before they will say, okay, you are now
[2:41] Speaker 1: in remission? Because every time you have a scan done,
[2:43] Speaker 1: they say there's no sign of cancer.
[2:47] Speaker 2: Yeah. So you have to be in remission for three years.
[2:51] Speaker 2: But I mean, I would imagine that after this, if
[2:55] Speaker 2: I make it through like the first four months without
[2:59] Speaker 2: any treatments.
[3:01] Speaker 1: And nothing comes back.
[3:01] Speaker 2: And nothing comes back.
[3:02] Speaker 1: So the biggest fear is if you go off immunotherapy,
[3:07] Speaker 1: it can grow back, right?
[3:08] Speaker 2: It can grow back, yeah.
[3:09] Speaker 1: It can grow back. Because it came as, yeah. That's
[3:11] Speaker 1: why they're keeping you on immunotherapy for so long.
[3:14] Speaker 2: For so long.
[3:15] Speaker 1: Totally normal.
[3:16] Speaker 2: So that, but that's like the big, you know, nobody
[3:19] Speaker 2: really wants to talk about that. But like when you
[3:21] Speaker 2: have cancer is like as vigorous as mine. Yeah. And
[3:24] Speaker 2: like came in such guns blazing. Like there is a
[3:28] Speaker 2: chance it could, you know, this is keeping it at bay.
[3:32] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[3:33] Speaker 2: But the second I stop, you know, it may change.
[3:37] Speaker 2: But I mean, I think that we have, we have
[3:39] Speaker 2: pretty healthy boundaries at this point.
[3:42] Speaker 1: Seems like it.
[3:43] Speaker 2: Yeah. And I think because also, Neither one of us
[3:48] Speaker 2: wants something from each other. Like, we just want our
[3:50] Speaker 2: kids to be happy. Yeah.
[3:53] Speaker 1: Well, you know, that's not always the case with divorce.
[3:56] Speaker 1: There's always, like, one bitter person. And they want to
[4:00] Speaker 1: make that other person's life bad. And they, you know
[4:03] Speaker 1: what I mean?
[4:04] Speaker 2: Well, you remember how bad it was during TwatsCon. Like,
[4:08] Speaker 2: it was terrible. Yeah. Yeah. But, like, we've just, we've
[4:11] Speaker 2: grown through it.
[4:12] Speaker 1: Well, I guess he would be a real asshole if
[4:14] Speaker 1: he was doing that to you and you were fighting cancer.
[4:17] Speaker 2: Yeah. So, no, I mean, it's, I haven't even minded
[4:21] Speaker 2: this week. The Valley guy's going out of town. So,
[4:25] Speaker 2: it's like, I don't, it doesn't really make a difference.
[4:27] Speaker 1: Has Valley guy been to your house?
[4:28] Speaker 2: A million times.
[4:29] Speaker 1: Oh, okay. That's what I thought.
[4:30] Speaker 2: Yeah. He was, like, laughing about it. He's like, oh,
[4:33] Speaker 2: I'm like, Ed's back at the house. And he's like,
[4:35] Speaker 2: of course he is.
[4:37] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[4:38] Speaker 2: Shocker.
[4:40] Speaker 1: Does Edwin talk to you about... Are we calling him
[4:43] Speaker 1: your boyfriend?
[4:45] Speaker 2: No, we're just calling him the guy I'm dating.
[4:47] Speaker 1: The guy you're dating. Has he talked to you about him?
[4:51] Speaker 2: Yeah, they met a bunch of times.
[4:54] Speaker 1: Why did I not know that?
[4:56] Speaker 2: Yeah, they've met a bunch of times. They met at
[4:59] Speaker 2: my dad's concert. That was the first time. Oh, yes, yes.
[5:03] Speaker 1: I knew that.
[5:04] Speaker 2: Yeah, but then they met like every time... Because no
[5:07] Speaker 2: matter how I tried to time it, like, Edwin would, like,
[5:10] Speaker 2: pick up the kids and he would have, like, a
[5:12] Speaker 2: dinner with them. And then that would be when I'd
[5:13] Speaker 2: go out to dinner with the Valley guy. No matter what,
[5:16] Speaker 2: Edwin's always, like, eight minutes late. So, like, Valley guy
[5:19] Speaker 2: would arrive while Edwin was still here. And then, like,
[5:22] Speaker 2: Slate would send me. I would be up getting ready.
[5:24] Speaker 2: And Slate would send me a text, like, Code Red,
[5:26] Speaker 2: come down and save Valley guy. Oh, shit. Because you
[5:32] Speaker 2: know how Ed— Edwin and Eddie can get the same
[5:35] Speaker 2: where they're all like, hey.
[5:36] Speaker 1: What's up?
[5:38] Speaker 2: How's it going? Let's talk about, you know, bettering ourselves.
[5:43] Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
[5:44] Speaker 2: Yeah. But it was so lovely.
[5:46] Speaker 1: I had a nightmare last night.
[5:48] Speaker 2: What happened?
[5:49] Speaker 1: First of all, I slept in until almost 730, which
[5:51] Speaker 1: I never do, ever. I usually pop up at 5
[5:54] Speaker 1: and then I'll toss and turn. I'm always up by 6.
[5:59] Speaker 1: I had a dream that I was cheating.
[6:02] Speaker 2: With who? Me?
[6:04] Speaker 1: Some actor guy. You don't even know who it is?
[6:09] Speaker 2: No.
[6:10] Speaker 1: Just like he was an actor and he was buff.
[6:12] Speaker 1: And we were at this kind of like a drag
[6:16] Speaker 1: car racing thing. And then he's like talking to me.
[6:21] Speaker 1: And I'm like, oh, no, I'm married. I'm married. And
[6:23] Speaker 1: then all of a sudden we start kissing. I'm like, no,
[6:25] Speaker 1: I can't do this. I'm married. And then I go
[6:27] Speaker 1: to leave to go to the bathroom. And then I
[6:29] Speaker 1: walk out and Eddie's standing there with his arms crossed.
[6:32] Speaker 1: I'm like, the panic that went over me. He's like,
[6:35] Speaker 1: let's go. I'm like, what are you doing here? Let's
[6:37] Speaker 1: go watch. He goes, no, we got something to talk about.
[6:40] Speaker 1: And I'm like, no, no, no, let's go watch. He's like, no,
[6:44] Speaker 1: let's go over here so I can kill you. And
[6:47] Speaker 1: then I woke up in a panic and then I
[6:49] Speaker 1: told him right away. And he's like, really? Really?
[6:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[6:53] Speaker 1: And then it was just such a weird feeling. I'm
[6:56] Speaker 1: like rubbing his back. God, I'm so happy I have you.
[6:59] Speaker 1: I'll never cheat on you. He's just looking at me like,
[7:02] Speaker 1: shut the fuck up.
[7:03] Speaker 2: He's like, nice fucking dreams you had. Okay, so I
[7:05] Speaker 2: have a.
[7:08] Speaker 1: Sequel to our conversation about eating ass.
[7:13] Speaker 2: I mean, the fact that I completely had blocked out
[7:15] Speaker 2: eating ass in general.
[7:17] Speaker 1: So I was on the way home from Big Bear
[7:19] Speaker 1: after we did the podcast. I was talking to Eddie
[7:21] Speaker 1: about it. And he's laughing his ass off. And he's like,
[7:25] Speaker 1: who eats ass? That is gross. I saw something on Instagram.
[7:29] Speaker 1: I go, oh, must be true if you saw it
[7:30] Speaker 1: on Instagram. If you're doing that, there's so many diseases
[7:33] Speaker 1: and shit that you can get from doing that.
[7:37] Speaker 2: What do you mean, like parasites?
[7:38] Speaker 1: Like, I don't know, ass shit, poop stuff that gets
[7:42] Speaker 1: in your body and then it could be harmful to you.
[7:45] Speaker 2: I mean, it's not like I was eating it like
[7:47] Speaker 2: I was trying to get stuff out of it.
[7:50] Speaker 1: So that leads into, he's like, yeah, he goes, what
[7:53] Speaker 1: about like, you know when you watch porn?
[7:55] Speaker 2: I look at him, I'm like, no.
[7:58] Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, go ahead.
[7:59] Speaker 2: Keep going. Keep going.
[8:00] Speaker 1: He's like, you know when girls get it from both holes?
[8:04] Speaker 1: And he goes, what's the purpose of that?
[8:06] Speaker 2: I don't get that.
[8:07] Speaker 1: And I go, he's like, what do you think of that?
[8:08] Speaker 1: I go, I don't know. Do you want to try it?
[8:12] Speaker 1: And he looked at me, he goes, you just failed
[8:15] Speaker 1: this conversation. I was expecting you to say that's gross
[8:19] Speaker 1: or whatever.
[8:20] Speaker 2: No, I want to try both holes. You got a friend?
[8:25] Speaker 2: The guy that was in my dream last night?
[8:27] Speaker 1: Yeah. Well, that's probably why I had that dream last night. Yeah,
[8:30] Speaker 1: you want both holes.
[8:32] Speaker 2: I want both hosts at the same time.
[8:34] Speaker 1: I want to be a Tamra Sandwich. So the announcement
[8:47] Speaker 1: of Jersey came out.
[8:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[8:49] Speaker 1: And then we get pictures.
[8:51] Speaker 2: Right.
[8:52] Speaker 1: So Us Weekly did Dolores wrong. They really did.
[8:58] Speaker 2: Okay, explain this to me a little bit.
[8:59] Speaker 1: So Us Weekly released the pictures of the cast with
[9:03] Speaker 1: the newbies, and under each person, there's a blurb. So
[9:07] Speaker 1: Teresa says, I was excited. We needed a fresh start,
[9:10] Speaker 1: and I love new blood. And it says, Teresa 54
[9:13] Speaker 1: exclusively tells us in our new cover story, I like
[9:16] Speaker 1: making new friends because I don't have sisters anymore. I
[9:19] Speaker 1: don't have a sister.
[9:19] Speaker 2: No, I do have a sister.
[9:21] Speaker 1: I do have a sister. Melissa is my sister. But
[9:24] Speaker 1: I mean, I do like making new friends. So I
[9:26] Speaker 1: was super excited. Then it goes on to Melissa's and
[9:30] Speaker 1: Juliette and Dolores. Her picture's there. No insert. No, no.
[9:37] Speaker 2: I'm excited.
[9:38] Speaker 1: I'm happy to be back. I'm the one that fucking
[9:41] Speaker 1: tried to hold this show together. I'm the one that
[9:43] Speaker 1: was left at the season finale sitting there at a
[9:46] Speaker 1: table that I tried to help everybody. Nothing, not a word. Yeah.
[9:52] Speaker 2: What the hell is that? I don't know.
[9:54] Speaker 1: But it looks like Deadline noticed that that happened. And
[9:58] Speaker 1: Dolores did do an inner with Us Weekly, but they
[10:01] Speaker 1: chose nothing to put in for her. Everybody but her.
[10:07] Speaker 2: It makes absolutely no sense. But I got to say
[10:09] Speaker 2: that Dolores looks freaking hot in this photo.
[10:13] Speaker 1: So Deadline did do an article and they did say,
[10:17] Speaker 1: underneath Dolores' picture, a quote from her. With both of
[10:21] Speaker 1: our children engaged, Dolores has wedding on the brain. But
[10:25] Speaker 1: it's like, why, Us Weekly, why would you not? She's
[10:28] Speaker 1: the matriarch, I'm sorry, but she is, of New Jersey.
[10:32] Speaker 1: And not because she's just my friend. She's the one
[10:34] Speaker 1: that tried to hold this shit together when it was
[10:37] Speaker 1: falling apart.
[10:37] Speaker 2: She's been holding it together. She's always been like kind
[10:40] Speaker 2: of the voice of reason. It just doesn't make any sense.
[10:44] Speaker 1: Do you want to go through and read what some
[10:47] Speaker 1: of these girls' quotes were?
[10:50] Speaker 2: Yeah, let's look. Okay, so we've got Melissa. One, I
[10:55] Speaker 2: love the way all these girls look in these pictures.
[10:57] Speaker 1: The photo shoot is amazing.
[10:58] Speaker 2: The photo shoot is amazing. Melissa, 47 ads. I think
[11:02] Speaker 2: we've been on pause for so long that we were
[11:06] Speaker 2: kind of just excited to see what the new girls
[11:09] Speaker 2: were going to bring. It's always fun to experience new
[11:11] Speaker 2: people See what they're like. I actually happened to know
[11:15] Speaker 2: all of them before we started, and I was giving
[11:17] Speaker 2: Teresa a little bit of a rundown on each of them.
[11:20] Speaker 2: She would ask about them, and I was like, you're
[11:22] Speaker 2: going to like them. They're nice.
[11:24] Speaker 1: Then we have a girl named Juliet Colazo. I think
[11:27] Speaker 1: that's how you say her last name. I don't feel
[11:30] Speaker 1: like I give up princess energy, says Juliet. Maybe queen.
[11:33] Speaker 1: The makeup artist, 39, has a different vibe from her
[11:37] Speaker 1: older sister and compares herself to the tornado emoji. Something
[11:42] Speaker 1: that should be exciting to watch, if occasionally tricky to
[11:45] Speaker 1: navigate in real life, I am chaos in everyone's life,
[11:49] Speaker 1: she admits.
[11:50] Speaker 2: Also, maybe queen. You know how I feel about the queen.
[11:56] Speaker 1: Well, if somebody says, I don't feel like I give
[11:59] Speaker 1: off princess energy, you fucking give off princess energy, because
[12:02] Speaker 1: that wouldn't even enter my mind.
[12:05] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, also, do you realize that Juliet and Zio
[12:12] Speaker 2: are sisters.
[12:14] Speaker 1: I did not?
[12:16] Speaker 2: Yes.
[12:16] Speaker 1: Is that how you say her name? It said, I mean,
[12:19] Speaker 1: I'm like- XIO.
[12:21] Speaker 2: Yeah, Zio.
[12:22] Speaker 1: Zio, okay.
[12:23] Speaker 2: Yeah. But that, I mean, I didn't realize they were
[12:26] Speaker 2: sisters either.
[12:27] Speaker 1: Okay, that's actually great. I'm glad that they have sisters.
[12:31] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[12:31] Speaker 1: Because this has always kind of been a family show.
[12:34] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[12:34] Speaker 1: I wish they would have hired one of Melissa's sisters.
[12:38] Speaker 1: I kind of wish so too. Right?
[12:40] Speaker 2: Right?
[12:41] Speaker 1: They're beautiful.
[12:43] Speaker 2: But then the next one is, we just kind of
[12:48] Speaker 2: go through. We've got Zio Camerata. I'm a little bit
[12:55] Speaker 2: confused on what her outfit is. Oh, yeah, that is
[13:00] Speaker 2: a little different. She admits she initially felt a little
[13:03] Speaker 2: nervous and a lot of pressure joining the show's OGs.
[13:06] Speaker 2: She quickly found her footing, realizing as long as I'm
[13:09] Speaker 2: authentically me, You're going to love me. Born in Puerto Rico,
[13:12] Speaker 2: CEO shares 46, shares a nine-year-old son, Juan Luca, with
[13:19] Speaker 2: her Italian husband, Jerry. Jerry. I love her Italian husband.
[13:23] Speaker 1: Jerry.
[13:24] Speaker 2: Doesn't sound right.
[13:25] Speaker 1: Malvina went into filming a little bit blind. She knew
[13:28] Speaker 1: she could count on the support of one very important co-star,
[13:32] Speaker 1: her fiancé, Brian. He's been my number one fan and
[13:37] Speaker 1: always there to support me, she says. He's a very
[13:40] Speaker 1: colorful person with a big personality, the masculine version of me.
[13:44] Speaker 1: Know who she kind of looks like to me? Is
[13:49] Speaker 1: she blonde? Is this the only blonde one?
[13:51] Speaker 2: She kind of reminds me of Morgan Stewart. She's giving
[13:54] Speaker 2: me Morgan Stewart vibes.
[13:55] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, she looks beautiful. She does look, I mean,
[13:57] Speaker 1: in this picture, she looks a little bit like Morgan Stewart.
[14:01] Speaker 1: Great body. They're all beautiful.
[14:03] Speaker 2: I mean, all the girls are beautiful. I really can't
[14:06] Speaker 2: wait for this to come out.
[14:09] Speaker 1: Now, Nadia here is looking a little bit like our
[14:11] Speaker 1: girl Dolores in this picture.
[14:14] Speaker 2: But what is this little peplum thing that she.
[14:17] Speaker 1: I will say I am not a big fan of
[14:19] Speaker 1: this actual outfit. Sorry. I don't really like those bubble thingies.
[14:26] Speaker 2: I don't like that. Well, also, we're short, so a
[14:29] Speaker 2: bubble for us is not great.
[14:31] Speaker 1: I have some awesome news.
[14:33] Speaker 2: What?
[14:33] Speaker 1: You know what's coming back?
[14:34] Speaker 2: Being short? Being short.
[14:37] Speaker 1: Frankie B jeans.
[14:39] Speaker 2: No. Yes.
[14:42] Speaker 1: Frankie B jeans. Remember the jeans back in the 90s
[14:45] Speaker 1: where girls had to start shaving their pubic hairs because
[14:48] Speaker 1: they were so low?
[14:49] Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
[14:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, they're coming back. New brand. I just got the
[14:52] Speaker 1: lookbook sent to me.
[14:54] Speaker 2: You did?
[14:54] Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
[14:55] Speaker 2: Did you buy us a pair?
[14:57] Speaker 1: Well, I don't know that I can wear them anymore.
[15:00] Speaker 1: I'm a little bit old. I mean, low-waisted jeans are
[15:04] Speaker 1: great for short girls. Great, because it makes you feel
[15:08] Speaker 1: like you have a long torso. But I don't know.
[15:12] Speaker 2: The crotch part is like this big.
[15:14] Speaker 1: I know. Girls had to shave, so their pubes didn't
[15:17] Speaker 1: hang out.
[15:19] Speaker 2: Oh, my gosh. Then we've got Deba Patel. She swears
[15:24] Speaker 2: she'd never watched Real Housewives of New Jersey before signing on.
[15:27] Speaker 2: I was not sure this is something I wanted to do,
[15:30] Speaker 2: she admits, but the minute I was on the show,
[15:32] Speaker 2: I was like, I need to do my homework, and
[15:35] Speaker 2: now I'm hooked. I'm like, when is the next episode
[15:37] Speaker 2: of New York or Salt Lake City?
[15:40] Speaker 1: Well, Nadia, Nadia36 reveals she was shocked by a lot
[15:44] Speaker 1: of drama between people that you probably would never guess.
[15:48] Speaker 1: Friends with Melissa before filming, Nadia insists, the OGs were
[15:52] Speaker 1: wonderful to me. I don't even know how people ever
[15:54] Speaker 1: had issues with these three women. Well, not Dolores.
[15:59] Speaker 2: Honestly, like, how long is this happy, happy, happy time
[16:03] Speaker 2: going to last?
[16:04] Speaker 1: I don't know. We have one more.
[16:04] Speaker 2: We have Vanessa. We've got Vanessa. Vanessa Barrera. She, I
[16:10] Speaker 2: love fiercely, says Vanessa, who promises to bring a lot
[16:13] Speaker 2: of grounded perspective with a little comedic twist. As one
[16:16] Speaker 2: of the three Latinas joining the cast, Vanessa explains, we
[16:19] Speaker 2: can be brutally honest, but we coat it with a
[16:22] Speaker 2: lot of sugar. She and her husband, Leo, have been
[16:25] Speaker 2: together for 23 years and share three beautiful girls, including
[16:29] Speaker 2: eldest Valentina.
[16:32] Speaker 1: Well, none of them, only one of them, I think,
[16:34] Speaker 1: two of them have an easy name. The rest are difficult.
[16:38] Speaker 2: Yeah, like this is.
[16:40] Speaker 1: We were just getting to Kwai. Just nailing that one.
[16:44] Speaker 1: In fact, I gave up and just started calling her Ashley.
[16:46] Speaker 2: I know. But, you know, did you realize in this episode,
[16:49] Speaker 2: they just... Somebody called her Ashley. I'm like, why are
[16:53] Speaker 2: we even bothering with Kwai?
[16:55] Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. But yeah, last weekly
[16:58] Speaker 1: you did Dolores or go Dolores wrong.
[17:02] Speaker 2: Yeah, we weren't into that. I needed to have a
[17:04] Speaker 2: little bit of a, I needed Dolores to get a
[17:08] Speaker 2: little extra love there. Yeah.
[17:09] Speaker 1: Well, speaking of Kwai, let's get into Real Housewives of
[17:13] Speaker 1: Salt Lake City, episode six.
[17:16] Speaker 2: Okay, perfect.
[17:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, so it starts out where Angie has Mary over
[17:20] Speaker 1: for a tea wine lunch and downloads her on the
[17:23] Speaker 1: San Francisco chaos. Now, I love that Angie is so
[17:27] Speaker 1: nervous about having Mary come over to her house that
[17:29] Speaker 1: she's like sweeping. She's got her new home goods china
[17:33] Speaker 1: out where it still has price tags on it. And
[17:36] Speaker 1: she's literally pouring, you know, Mary does arrive and she
[17:40] Speaker 1: pours wine into the little cute little tea kettle. And
[17:44] Speaker 1: she's like, do you like this? Are these cups cute?
[17:47] Speaker 1: And she's like, you could have taken the price tag off.
[17:50] Speaker 1: What is this, $ 4. 99 price tag on the plates? Like, Mary,
[17:54] Speaker 1: she's a tough one. I would be nervous, too, to
[17:57] Speaker 1: have her come into my house.
[17:59] Speaker 2: But also, like, Angie's doing the most. Just pour the
[18:01] Speaker 2: damn wine in a glass. I know.
[18:04] Speaker 1: Well, how about when she was explaining— To marry what
[18:07] Speaker 1: went down in San Francisco. And they like speed her
[18:10] Speaker 1: up and she's doing all these crazy things.
[18:12] Speaker 2: I know. And then what was that that she was
[18:14] Speaker 2: doing where she was like standing up and doing like
[18:16] Speaker 2: the dance?
[18:17] Speaker 1: She was doing the dance. I think it was at
[18:19] Speaker 1: the Bullshit and Whatever song. And then she's like, do
[18:23] Speaker 1: you want Dom? And she's like, what year is it?
[18:28] Speaker 1: And then she said, oh, oh, 2013, mm-mm. 2013 makes
[18:33] Speaker 1: you sleepy. I'm like, how?
[18:37] Speaker 2: Who? Who knows that besides Mary?
[18:40] Speaker 1: Who knows that?
[18:41] Speaker 2: We're like, I mean, the fact that... we're fine with
[18:46] Speaker 2: any kind of champagne. Could you imagine if we were like, no, listen,
[18:50] Speaker 2: I can't do a 2013. I need it to be
[18:53] Speaker 2: a 2002.
[18:54] Speaker 1: I mean, who even thinks about that? I'm concerned about,
[18:57] Speaker 1: do I get my trash cans out at the curb
[18:59] Speaker 1: on time? And she's like, oh, 2013, yes, that makes
[19:03] Speaker 1: you sleepy. We'll not be doing that. We will not
[19:06] Speaker 1: be doing that.
[19:07] Speaker 2: So we're just going to drink some wine out of
[19:09] Speaker 2: a kettle.
[19:11] Speaker 1: Home Goods, $ 4. 99. Which I thought were adorable, and I
[19:15] Speaker 1: love home goods. Love them. We'll be going there today
[19:18] Speaker 1: because mom's house closed today.
[19:20] Speaker 2: Nice. Congratulations.
[19:22] Speaker 1: Yeah, so we'll be up there. I'll be up there
[19:24] Speaker 1: a lot because I'm going to have contractors there. And
[19:28] Speaker 1: I'm kind of a little bit of a control freak
[19:29] Speaker 1: when it comes to them. Remodeling.
[19:32] Speaker 2: You're a control freak? No.
[19:34] Speaker 1: With the remodeling and stuff.
[19:35] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
[19:38] Speaker 1: Not with a lot of things, but with that for sure.
[19:41] Speaker 1: Because if something's not right, it will, even though I'm
[19:44] Speaker 1: not going to live in the house, it bothers me
[19:46] Speaker 1: just to look at it.
[19:47] Speaker 2: Yeah. And you know, you're going to be there sometimes.
[19:50] Speaker 2: and you want it to be.
[19:50] Speaker 1: I'll be there a lot because we're up there so much.
[19:53] Speaker 1: And I mean, one of the things is, is like
[19:55] Speaker 1: my mom was in Arizona away from everybody for so
[19:57] Speaker 1: long that, that it's, you know, I will go see
[20:01] Speaker 1: her every time I'm there. I'll see her. We'll go
[20:03] Speaker 1: to dinner and we'll do whatever. We'll go walk the dogs.
[20:05] Speaker 1: We'll walk the lake. Oh, I love that.
[20:08] Speaker 2: We'll go snowboarding.
[20:09] Speaker 1: We'll go snowboarding together.
[20:11] Speaker 2: We're going to go sledding. Yeah.
[20:15] Speaker 1: Never going to happen. Maybe sledding.
[20:26] Speaker 2: Then Brittany's daughter, Olivia, is turning one and trying alcohol. 21. What? 21.
[20:29] Speaker 1: Did you say one?
[20:34] Speaker 2: No, 21.
[20:35] Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you said one. That would be 21.
[20:39] Speaker 1: Olivia's daughter is turning one, and she's trying alcohol.
[20:44] Speaker 2: You know what? Just put a little on the gums
[20:46] Speaker 2: when they're cheating.
[20:46] Speaker 1: And if she did say one, you better keep that
[20:48] Speaker 1: in there.
[20:48] Speaker 2: Don't be cutting that out. I'm pretty sure I said 21.
[20:53] Speaker 2: But she's trying alcohol for the first time. Do we
[20:57] Speaker 2: believe this?
[20:58] Speaker 1: I was thinking the same thing. Yeah, that's like me saying, Sophia...
[21:03] Speaker 1: tried alcohol for the first time last month at her birthday.
[21:06] Speaker 1: She had been, she waited until she was at least
[21:09] Speaker 1: 20 to drink, as far as I know anyways.
[21:12] Speaker 2: But I don't know.
[21:14] Speaker 1: I mean, maybe because she's Mormon, but don't Mormons usually like,
[21:18] Speaker 1: if they're a strict Mormon, even if they turn 21,
[21:20] Speaker 1: they're not supposed.
[21:21] Speaker 2: To drink, right?
[21:21] Speaker 1: They're not supposed to drink, yeah.
[21:22] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[21:23] Speaker 1: And then remember Britney back in the day? I don't
[21:25] Speaker 1: know what season it was. It had a fit because
[21:27] Speaker 1: somebody brought her alcohol to her house, bottle of wine.
[21:31] Speaker 1: I think it was Angie or something.
[21:32] Speaker 2: But also, who, when their first time they're drinking alcohol,
[21:35] Speaker 2: goes with a shot?
[21:39] Speaker 1: It's not a smart thing to do. And she goes, oh,
[21:42] Speaker 1: that was smooth. That was no big deal. And I'm thinking,
[21:44] Speaker 1: you've done this before.
[21:45] Speaker 2: Yeah, this is not your first rodeo.
[21:46] Speaker 1: Because you see Heather Gay, who clearly has done it before,
[21:49] Speaker 1: and she's like barely getting it down. That's how I am.
[21:53] Speaker 1: I'm not a big shot girl.
[21:55] Speaker 2: I can't do shots.
[21:56] Speaker 1: Uh-uh.
[21:57] Speaker 2: No.
[21:58] Speaker 1: I've never been like, oh, let's do shots. No, that's
[22:01] Speaker 1: like saying, oh, let's throw up. I really want to
[22:05] Speaker 1: throw up. Give me some shots.
[22:07] Speaker 2: Give me some shots. I mean, I guess when I
[22:09] Speaker 2: was younger, maybe I did shots. I would do, like,
[22:11] Speaker 2: lemon drops.
[22:13] Speaker 1: I was going to say lemon drops. That's not the
[22:15] Speaker 1: only thing. So it's nice to see Brittany with her daughter, Olivia.
[22:19] Speaker 1: I mean, Brittany has had a hard time with her kids,
[22:22] Speaker 1: and it sounds like mostly her fault, you know, because
[22:26] Speaker 1: she was choosing men the past seven years over her
[22:29] Speaker 1: own kids. Which you have no idea what that does
[22:32] Speaker 1: to my soul when I hear that. Yeah. Because of
[22:34] Speaker 1: what I've gone through or going through. And her kids
[22:40] Speaker 1: came back to her when she was doing something she
[22:44] Speaker 1: shouldn't have been doing.
[22:45] Speaker 2: Yeah. And I think.
[22:48] Speaker 1: It's just, oh, just to my core, like, oh. But
[22:53] Speaker 1: I'm glad that her kids came back and she has
[22:57] Speaker 1: a good relationship. We actually... when we were at BravoCon,
[23:00] Speaker 1: interviewed Brittany, and her daughter was there, remember? Yeah, her
[23:04] Speaker 1: daughter was there, and they were— Very sweet girl.
[23:07] Speaker 2: Very sweet girl. They were having fun. She was definitely, like,
[23:10] Speaker 2: boosting her up about her mom singing, like, all of it. Like,
[23:14] Speaker 2: it seemed like a good situation.
[23:16] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[23:18] Speaker 2: But then Bronwyn, Heather, and Whitney attend. Bronwyn reveals that
[23:23] Speaker 2: she met Brandon's parents and used Todd's credit card for
[23:26] Speaker 2: the trip. Okay.
[23:28] Speaker 1: Okay. So, Teddy, did you feel the same way she did?
[23:33] Speaker 1: Because she was like, it was so fun meeting the parents. Oh, God,
[23:37] Speaker 1: going to their house. And I'm like, huh. Did Teddy
[23:39] Speaker 1: feel the same way when she met Valley Guy's parents?
[23:43] Speaker 2: I really enjoyed meeting them. Okay. I enjoyed meeting them.
[23:48] Speaker 2: It made me, like, because also they've been married for
[23:51] Speaker 2: so many years. And, like, I don't really.
[23:55] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[23:55] Speaker 2: It's an inspiration. Like, I really enjoyed meeting them.
[23:59] Speaker 1: Do we think there's any truth to Bronwyn paying him
[24:07] Speaker 1: to come on the show?
[24:09] Speaker 2: It's all over the World Wide Web.
[24:11] Speaker 1: And did she use Todd's credit card?
[24:15] Speaker 2: Supposedly she paid him $ 15, 000 to come on the show.
[24:20] Speaker 1: I know. Did Todd pay for it? I'm just kidding.
[24:25] Speaker 2: But, I mean, I think the part that I– I'm
[24:29] Speaker 2: having a hard time kind of wrapping my head around
[24:31] Speaker 2: is like, one, we've seen so many things about him,
[24:37] Speaker 2: like having like Botox and filler and this and that.
[24:40] Speaker 2: And I don't know.
[24:43] Speaker 1: This guy that she's dating, Brandon, he's been getting Botox
[24:47] Speaker 1: and filler and putting it on social media.
[24:50] Speaker 2: People have been posting like before and afters of him.
[24:53] Speaker 1: By the way, did you see Caden got Botox and
[24:55] Speaker 1: posted it on social media and even had a microphone?
[24:58] Speaker 2: I know he had a little microphone.
[25:00] Speaker 1: Documenting the whole thing?
[25:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, he's like, oh, I'm going to get Botox for
[25:05] Speaker 2: the first time.
[25:06] Speaker 1: Our little Caden is growing up. And also, Caden, don't
[25:09] Speaker 1: be such a puss. He just told us to fuck off.
[25:12] Speaker 2: In this chat. Caden, you don't need to have your.
[25:16] Speaker 2: I can't believe you needed... numbing cream for Botox.
[25:20] Speaker 1: And the vibrator thing on his chin so he couldn't
[25:23] Speaker 1: feel it.
[25:24] Speaker 2: What a fucking bust.
[25:26] Speaker 1: He said it was free and available. So why not?
[25:29] Speaker 1: So he tried it. So I can't wait because you're young.
[25:31] Speaker 1: And if your eyebrows are on your forehead up to
[25:34] Speaker 1: the top of your hairline, don't blame us. We warned you.
[25:38] Speaker 2: We warned you. Then, but do we think that she
[25:44] Speaker 2: used his credit card?
[25:49] Speaker 1: Who's the one that actually revealed that she used the
[25:51] Speaker 1: credit card? Did she reveal that?
[25:56] Speaker 2: No, Bronwyn reveals that.
[25:58] Speaker 1: She used Todd's credit card. She ain't got no shame
[26:02] Speaker 1: in her game.
[26:02] Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, whatever. But then Brittany questions Bronwyn about
[26:07] Speaker 2: her house sale, and Bronwyn says that she and Todd
[26:10] Speaker 2: both had to sign. What is Brittany's obsession with this?
[26:14] Speaker 2: Who cares?
[26:15] Speaker 1: Who cares? Who cares?
[26:17] Speaker 2: Who cares?
[26:20] Speaker 1: Especially if you have your house in an LLC or
[26:25] Speaker 1: any kind of, like, business account like that. Because I
[26:30] Speaker 1: just did it. Yeah. One person signed. Even though there's
[26:34] Speaker 1: multiple people on it. One person signed.
[26:36] Speaker 2: But also, like, what's the big freaking deal? Like, clearly, like,
[26:41] Speaker 2: I mean, I love how fearless Brittany's trying to be
[26:44] Speaker 2: trying to secure her snowflake.
[26:47] Speaker 1: But wait, did you hear that she put out a tweet?
[26:51] Speaker 1: Or I don't know what it was. There's so many
[26:53] Speaker 1: things now. Threads, tweet, Instagram, Facebook, whatever. She put something
[26:57] Speaker 1: out saying, I'm so sorry. I'm paraphrasing. I now know
[27:02] Speaker 1: that when it comes to a trust or whatever it
[27:06] Speaker 1: was that she put it in, a deed or whatever
[27:08] Speaker 1: it was, a trust. What was that? Trust?
[27:10] Speaker 2: Was it a trust? Yeah.
[27:12] Speaker 1: I wasn't educated and I didn't fully understand my bad.
[27:17] Speaker 2: But then she's still talking about it in this next episode.
[27:20] Speaker 1: Well, she did that just recently.
[27:22] Speaker 2: I know she did just recently. Because people probably called
[27:25] Speaker 2: her out on it. Mm-hmm.
[27:27] Speaker 1: But then also, did you notice the conversation with Whitney?
[27:30] Speaker 1: It kind of sounds like she's turning on her good friend, Kwai.
[27:35] Speaker 2: It kind of feels like Whitney is definitely out of
[27:40] Speaker 2: sorts this season. Mm-hmm.
[27:43] Speaker 1: Because she's not drunk.
[27:46] Speaker 2: She's not drunk and she doesn't know how to handle it.
[27:49] Speaker 1: Yeah. Then Mary hosts a boss lady brunch. And it's
[27:52] Speaker 1: so nice to see Mary on this episode because, for
[27:56] Speaker 1: obvious reasons, to host this boss lady brunch. It's basically
[28:01] Speaker 1: her very first time going to something public with the girls.
[28:06] Speaker 1: We've missed her in a few episodes. So a boss
[28:10] Speaker 1: lady brunch, which means no ties.
[28:12] Speaker 2: Yes. Yeah, I mean, the fact that then they pan
[28:18] Speaker 2: to every single time that they're like, that on her
[28:22] Speaker 2: voice note, she's like, well, there's no ties. There's no ties.
[28:24] Speaker 2: Just so you know, there's no ties.
[28:26] Speaker 1: Well, this is why, like, I wouldn't even think that. Like, okay,
[28:31] Speaker 1: we're going to have a boss lady brunch. Like, where? Like, whatever.
[28:34] Speaker 1: But no ties.
[28:36] Speaker 2: And then, of course, what does Angie do? Wear a tie.
[28:40] Speaker 1: Why did she do that? Explain to me why. See,
[28:42] Speaker 1: this is where. This is where I get frustrated with
[28:45] Speaker 1: Salt Lake City because I feel like there's a lot
[28:47] Speaker 1: of performative things that happen on this show.
[28:49] Speaker 2: Like if somebody specifically asks you not to wear something,
[28:54] Speaker 2: then why wear it?
[28:56] Speaker 1: With no shirt on. So she can't even take the
[28:58] Speaker 1: damn tie off.
[29:00] Speaker 2: She can't even take the tie off.
[29:03] Speaker 1: I mean, everybody's looking good. But Mary says that Kwai
[29:07] Speaker 1: looks like an airline stewardess for– what's that fancy– Emerus
[29:13] Speaker 1: or Emerit, and thought she was boarding a plane.
[29:18] Speaker 2: Yeah. I kind of also feel like this was another
[29:22] Speaker 2: weird move on Angie's part. Is she trying to poke
[29:25] Speaker 2: at Mary for no reason?
[29:27] Speaker 1: Well, I mean, Mary, of all people, with everything that's
[29:30] Speaker 1: going on with her, and she's trying to get everybody together,
[29:33] Speaker 1: why would you do something purposely? And we never really
[29:37] Speaker 1: found out why she chose to do that. And mean
[29:40] Speaker 1: in the tie was it the thing that bugged me
[29:42] Speaker 1: was that black thing what was that black strap that's
[29:44] Speaker 1: going around her neck.
[29:45] Speaker 2: I don't know i and also all of them being
[29:48] Speaker 2: boss ladies and wearing these ridiculous suits is also pretty
[29:53] Speaker 2: hilarious to me.
[29:55] Speaker 1: Did you like mary's all leopard outfit I.
[29:59] Speaker 2: Mean, I love Mary so much, but I also was like,
[30:03] Speaker 2: this boss lady lunch brunch is at 2.30 PM. And
[30:08] Speaker 2: she's like, all right, guys, you don't have to go home,
[30:10] Speaker 2: but you can't stay here. I'm exhausted. Good night.
[30:14] Speaker 1: Get out of here. But the yellow, the tie was yellow.
[30:18] Speaker 1: Wasn't the same color that Jim Carrey wore in the mask?
[30:21] Speaker 1: Wasn't it a yellow tie? It's just a little performative.
[30:26] Speaker 1: And that's the thing I'm like, and even Mary's like,
[30:29] Speaker 1: I don't want to look at her boobs.
[30:31] Speaker 2: Yeah, like, because if she would have taken it off,
[30:33] Speaker 2: then the boobs would have been showing.
[30:35] Speaker 1: But, I mean, here's the problem.
[30:36] Speaker 2: I thought she looked cute. Had there not been a rule,
[30:39] Speaker 2: no ties.
[30:41] Speaker 1: So you'll wear that? I'll buy that outfit if you
[30:43] Speaker 1: wear it.
[30:45] Speaker 2: Yeah, look, have you seen me out of sweats in months?
[30:49] Speaker 2: Could you imagine me with no, like, also, my boobs
[30:54] Speaker 2: have turned into just, like, I don't even know what
[30:57] Speaker 2: they are, like... Little, like, sacks. And, like, there's no
[31:02] Speaker 2: way I'm wearing no bra. Great.
[31:04] Speaker 1: So next you're getting new tits.
[31:06] Speaker 2: Well, we got to get, well, you know what? I
[31:09] Speaker 2: got you.
[31:10] Speaker 1: Hooked up for new teeth when you need them, when
[31:12] Speaker 1: you're ready.
[31:13] Speaker 2: Well, I'm starting to get scared of new teeth because
[31:15] Speaker 2: did you see that everybody's saying, like, Selena Gomez and
[31:23] Speaker 2: Miley Cyrus and all these people got their veneers off
[31:26] Speaker 2: because it looked so. ridiculous. So now I'm like, I
[31:30] Speaker 2: have veneers, but what if I.
[31:32] Speaker 1: They took my veneers off right now.
[31:35] Speaker 2: You have little nubs. Yes.
[31:37] Speaker 1: I mean, they're not complete nubs, but they're definitely shaved
[31:40] Speaker 1: a little bit. I'd be like, I have a picture.
[31:43] Speaker 1: I'll send it to you. Like a little chipmunk. Yes.
[31:47] Speaker 1: I'm like, if they're taking them off, I don't know what... No.
[31:50] Speaker 1: Miley Cyrus still has veneers on.
[31:52] Speaker 2: I know. Well, this is just what I've been reading.
[31:56] Speaker 2: But then Angie then updates Heather on how things are
[31:59] Speaker 2: going with Sean and reflects on how she'd normally be
[32:02] Speaker 2: telling Mary all of this. So they're sitting on like
[32:04] Speaker 2: kind of the side of, it's not like they're like
[32:08] Speaker 2: hidden away. They're sitting like at the bar while the
[32:10] Speaker 2: other girls are all chatting. So it's clear they're having
[32:14] Speaker 2: some sort of serious conversation, but they're just not including.
[32:17] Speaker 1: But they're also showing Mary, give them the side eye,
[32:18] Speaker 1: like what are they talking about? What are they talking about?
[32:21] Speaker 1: She's like, normally I would talk to Mary, but I
[32:22] Speaker 1: don't want to talk to her about this.
[32:25] Speaker 2: But also, you're fine to talk to Mary about every
[32:28] Speaker 2: single detail that happened on the San Francisco trip. I know.
[32:32] Speaker 2: But you're not okay to tell her that your marriage,
[32:35] Speaker 2: it didn't make a lot of sense. Didn't make a
[32:39] Speaker 2: lot of sense. And then as they head into lunch,
[32:42] Speaker 2: Robert Sr. has made each of them a bouquet.
[32:45] Speaker 1: I thought this was lovely. Very lovely. I mean, I
[32:48] Speaker 1: also thought it was lovely that Brittany brought flowers that
[32:50] Speaker 1: Mary called weeds. Well, then she took them all, though. Okay,
[32:55] Speaker 1: we'll get into that because I have theories.
[33:00] Speaker 2: But as they head into the lunch, they each have
[33:03] Speaker 2: a bouquet that suits them. And I'm like, how does
[33:07] Speaker 2: Robert Sr. know what suits them?
[33:09] Speaker 1: We never see him. He handmade all those or he
[33:14] Speaker 1: bought each one?
[33:15] Speaker 2: I think he just bought each one. I mean, unless
[33:18] Speaker 2: he's like an undercover florist.
[33:22] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[33:23] Speaker 2: I think he bought each one. I think that was
[33:25] Speaker 2: just her way of bringing up Robert Sr. and saying
[33:28] Speaker 2: what a good guy he is.
[33:29] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[33:33] Speaker 2: But then at the start, Mary congratulates Whitney on not drinking.
[33:36] Speaker 2: But when Whitney says she has a lot going on
[33:38] Speaker 2: in her life, she refuses to elaborate to the group. Yeah.
[33:43] Speaker 1: I did send her some of my... She reached out
[33:45] Speaker 1: to me and told me she wasn't drinking, Whitney. And
[33:48] Speaker 1: they were going on a trip and she would like
[33:50] Speaker 1: some of my seltzers.
[33:50] Speaker 2: So I.
[33:52] Speaker 1: personally sent from my stash to her because we couldn't
[33:55] Speaker 1: ship it from where our shipping place is in time.
[34:00] Speaker 1: And so she might have been dabbling in the THC.
[34:03] Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying.
[34:04] Speaker 2: Might have been having a little dabble in the THC.
[34:06] Speaker 1: And by the way, guys, I'm going to have a
[34:07] Speaker 1: deal on our seltzer, so I'll be posting that today.
[34:11] Speaker 2: By the way, you should send me some of that TLC.
[34:14] Speaker 1: TLC? THC? THC. Tinder loving care.
[34:19] Speaker 2: You know what? I need some Tinder loving care from you, Tamara.
[34:22] Speaker 1: I actually have some not so great news about the
[34:25] Speaker 1: hemp industry. We are going to be reformulating most of
[34:30] Speaker 1: our products because they are changing the law come December 11th,
[34:36] Speaker 1: I believe, that you cannot sell anything with hemp over the,
[34:43] Speaker 1: I think it's 3% THC. And we have, most of
[34:47] Speaker 1: our products are 5% to 10%.
[34:50] Speaker 2: Yeah, I was going to say, aren't your seltzers like 10%?
[34:52] Speaker 1: 10%, yes. And we knew that this was being talked about,
[34:56] Speaker 1: and that's why we pushed our seltzers out quicker than
[34:59] Speaker 1: we were going to push them out. And now it's
[35:03] Speaker 1: a huge hit to our business. We're not going anywhere.
[35:06] Speaker 1: We're just going to reformulate things and figure it out.
[35:12] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[35:13] Speaker 1: Come next year.
[35:14] Speaker 2: Keep it moving.
[35:15] Speaker 1: So we will be having big sales on all of
[35:18] Speaker 1: our products, and I will be posting about that. It's
[35:23] Speaker 1: a big bummer to everybody in this industry because, you know,
[35:26] Speaker 1: seven years we've worked our ass off, and that's the
[35:29] Speaker 1: issue with this industry. It's the regulations are changing all
[35:34] Speaker 1: the time.
[35:34] Speaker 2: Changing all the time. Yep. Yeah. Yep. I know that's
[35:38] Speaker 2: a bummer, Tam, but whatever you guys come up with
[35:40] Speaker 2: is going to be just as great.
[35:42] Speaker 1: It means you take twice as much. That's all it means.
[35:45] Speaker 1: It just means you have to take two of them.
[35:48] Speaker 1: You'd have to take two of them. So it's just, ugh.
[35:51] Speaker 1: But I'll be making a formal announcement on social media
[35:54] Speaker 1: this week.
[35:54] Speaker 2: Oh, good. And tag me and I'll just repost it
[35:58] Speaker 2: so I can... Thank you. Yeah.
[36:00] Speaker 1: And then.
[36:03] Speaker 2: While we're talking about Whitney not drinking, when they were
[36:06] Speaker 2: back at the party, what about when she's like, I'll
[36:10] Speaker 2: take a shot of Diet Coke?
[36:13] Speaker 1: A shot of Diet Coke?
[36:14] Speaker 2: You didn't see that Whitney did that? Why they're all
[36:17] Speaker 2: taking their like lemon drop shots or whatever they were having?
[36:20] Speaker 1: Oh, she just wanted to feel included? Yeah, but I
[36:22] Speaker 1: was like, no, no, I don't want to take a
[36:24] Speaker 1: shot of Diet Coke. That sounds like a huge burp.
[36:26] Speaker 2: Yeah, like I'm like, could you imagine my erping? I
[36:29] Speaker 2: take sips of Diet Coke and I can still barely
[36:31] Speaker 2: keep it together. Same.
[36:34] Speaker 1: Wait, I have a little funny short story. Eddie goes,
[36:38] Speaker 1: oh my God, like something weird's been happening lately. He's like,
[36:41] Speaker 1: like I eat and then it just kind of feels
[36:43] Speaker 1: like it's stuck right here. And I go, welcome to
[36:47] Speaker 1: your fifties, babe. That's called indigestion. Acid reflex. Yeah.
[36:53] Speaker 2: Welcome. Welcome. It's Teddy's been struggling with it since her 30s,
[36:57] Speaker 2: so join the club.
[36:59] Speaker 1: Welcome to my world.
[37:00] Speaker 2: You have GERD.
[37:03] Speaker 1: You have GERD.
[37:05] Speaker 2: Of all the names, why do they have to call
[37:06] Speaker 2: it GERD?
[37:07] Speaker 1: It's like gout. Gout dick. Gout dick.
[37:13] Speaker 2: God.
[37:14] Speaker 1: Come up with a better name, please.
[37:23] Speaker 2: Then Whitney says she feels offended for Bronwyn because two
[37:27] Speaker 2: of the other friends misbehaved in public, Meredith and Lisa.
[37:31] Speaker 2: When Meredith tries to explain, Bronwyn cuts her off, leading
[37:34] Speaker 2: Meredith to say, can you seal your mouth like your lawsuits?
[37:40] Speaker 1: That was actually a really good line.
[37:42] Speaker 2: That was a good line.
[37:43] Speaker 1: That was a zinger. Yeah.
[37:47] Speaker 2: But how do you actually feel about this situation? What's
[37:52] Speaker 2: the song again? Hypocrisy and... Performative.
[37:56] Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. This show is becoming a little
[37:58] Speaker 1: bit performative with the song, the lip liner constantly putting on.
[38:04] Speaker 1: She did it again this episode.
[38:05] Speaker 2: She did it again this episode.
[38:06] Speaker 1: Well, and you notice this one, she made sure you
[38:08] Speaker 1: could see it was Mac. So I think that they're like, well,
[38:12] Speaker 1: if I got a Wendy's commercial, maybe Mac will give
[38:14] Speaker 1: me a commercial. It's a little bit too performative for me.
[38:19] Speaker 1: They're too self-aware. of what is going on and what
[38:23] Speaker 1: potentially can go on. Like back in the day, I
[38:26] Speaker 1: was cleaning my floors with, I think it was Swifter
[38:30] Speaker 1: or something. And I was just doing it because that's
[38:33] Speaker 1: what I was doing. And then I got a deal
[38:36] Speaker 1: with Swifter.
[38:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[38:38] Speaker 1: And I think it's, the song is good. I think
[38:42] Speaker 1: it's good. It's catchy. It's catchy. I don't hate that
[38:45] Speaker 1: they did it. I don't. But I'm just saying overall
[38:48] Speaker 1: in this show, It's become a little bit performative.
[38:52] Speaker 2: But granted, our producers of this show are just honestly
[38:56] Speaker 2: railing us right now in our group chat.
[38:58] Speaker 1: Don't be jealous.
[38:59] Speaker 2: You guys hate fun. The song was iconic. Don't be
[39:02] Speaker 2: jealous of them for being iconic.
[39:04] Speaker 1: But I never said it wasn't iconic. We weren't even
[39:07] Speaker 1: talking about the song. I'm just saying the stuff that
[39:09] Speaker 1: they are doing is a little bit too... They're very
[39:13] Speaker 1: aware of what can potentially happen.
[39:15] Speaker 2: And it's... It's a lot. It's a lot.
[39:21] Speaker 1: It is a lot.
[39:22] Speaker 2: But we're kind of at this place where I don't
[39:26] Speaker 2: really understand. You're going to have to remind me when
[39:29] Speaker 2: did Bronwyn and Meredith have their big rift?
[39:34] Speaker 1: Last year.
[39:35] Speaker 2: And so it's just carried over from that, but that's
[39:37] Speaker 2: why there's issues. But it's still just like, I don't know.
[39:44] Speaker 2: And Meredith was back in her wig this episode.
[39:46] Speaker 1: She was.
[39:48] Speaker 2: She took a break in San Francisco. I liked it.
[39:51] Speaker 1: Do you think she looks at it and goes, maybe
[39:55] Speaker 1: it wasn't great?
[39:56] Speaker 2: No, I think my guess is she didn't want to
[39:59] Speaker 2: get her hair done those days. Okay.
[40:04] Speaker 1: But you have to, as you know, you have to
[40:06] Speaker 1: be really careful. choosy on the wig you use because
[40:09] Speaker 1: it can look like a wig where others look very natural. Yeah.
[40:13] Speaker 2: I mean, my wigs are so worn out these days
[40:17] Speaker 2: that I have to wear hats with them because the
[40:19] Speaker 2: front like lace fronts, they start to get like worn
[40:24] Speaker 2: in and then you can see that they're wigs. So
[40:26] Speaker 2: that's why you'd never rarely see me in a wig
[40:30] Speaker 2: without a hat on now. Or without like my tie.
[40:33] Speaker 1: Your hair is getting long enough. I keep waiting. Any
[40:35] Speaker 1: day you're going to get some individuals like extensions in there.
[40:38] Speaker 2: I just, I'm so.
[40:39] Speaker 1: I'm actually shocked you haven't.
[40:42] Speaker 2: Shocked. Listen, baby steps. First step is going to be
[40:46] Speaker 2: that I want to start working out again. Second step
[40:49] Speaker 2: is that I'm going to get hairs. How many?
[40:51] Speaker 1: How many?
[40:53] Speaker 2: Well, enough that I can put my hair in a ponytail.
[40:56] Speaker 2: And not hair like this isn't going to be the situation. Like,
[41:00] Speaker 2: why has it been stuck at this length for six
[41:03] Speaker 2: and a half months?
[41:06] Speaker 1: But you know what happens? It happened to Sophia because
[41:08] Speaker 1: she grew her hair, was growing her hair out from
[41:11] Speaker 1: a pixie. It's like, it gets that link. And then
[41:15] Speaker 1: all of a sudden overnight, it's like, oh my God,
[41:17] Speaker 1: your hair looks so much longer. So I think in
[41:20] Speaker 1: the next few months, you're going to see a big difference.
[41:23] Speaker 2: All right. We'll see.
[41:23] Speaker 1: Sophie is at the point where she's like, yeah, I
[41:26] Speaker 1: think a few individuals wouldn't be bad at this point.
[41:28] Speaker 1: It's like she's like, I'm stuck at this length right now.
[41:32] Speaker 2: Yeah. It's just, it's stuck. But I mean, it is
[41:35] Speaker 2: what it is. Then Meredith thought she would think it
[41:39] Speaker 2: was funny. And Bronwyn said, I didn't think it was
[41:41] Speaker 2: funny at all. And then Meredith apologizes. My mouth was agape.
[41:45] Speaker 2: The fact that she apologized.
[41:49] Speaker 1: I know. That's huge. Well, there was a— I think everybody
[41:52] Speaker 1: was like, what? She's going to— because it was Mary that
[41:55] Speaker 1: was saying it. So, of course, like, she's no dummy.
[41:58] Speaker 1: She's going to be like, you're right.
[42:00] Speaker 2: I apologize. I mean, here's kind of how I think
[42:04] Speaker 2: about it. Is it rude to interrupt someone's party? Yes.
[42:09] Speaker 2: But should Bronwyn be acting like they killed her dog? No. No. No.
[42:14] Speaker 1: No. But I love that Lisa's keeping it real while
[42:17] Speaker 1: everyone's just staring at her like, okay, where's your apology?
[42:21] Speaker 2: I love that she refuses to apologize. She did this
[42:23] Speaker 2: on Girls Trip, too.
[42:24] Speaker 1: I know.
[42:24] Speaker 2: Remember when she refused to apologize for being late?
[42:27] Speaker 1: She's like, I refuse to apologize.
[42:30] Speaker 2: For her performance of hypocrisy and bullshit.
[42:33] Speaker 1: Bullshit.
[42:34] Speaker 2: I write a check, and I'm not giving an apology. Yeah.
[42:38] Speaker 1: So what does that mean? I write it like, I'll
[42:40] Speaker 1: give you money, but I'm not going to give you
[42:41] Speaker 1: an apology?
[42:42] Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah.
[42:44] Speaker 1: I guess I ain't giving you money and I'm not apologizing.
[42:46] Speaker 1: How about that?
[42:47] Speaker 2: How about that? But also like, I think at girls
[42:52] Speaker 2: trip gave her a little bit more. Oh, you think? Yeah. Right.
[42:59] Speaker 1: Well, Mary keeps pushing her to apologize. And Lisa says, again,
[43:03] Speaker 1: apology is a past is past Birkin level.
[43:10] Speaker 2: Yeah. It's past Birkin level. She's, um, She won't give
[43:14] Speaker 2: one she doesn't mean. But this is also where I
[43:20] Speaker 2: have to go back and I realize that we've talked
[43:24] Speaker 2: about this, but I still don't get it. What does
[43:26] Speaker 2: this mean? Meredith keeps saying that she was asked to perform.
[43:31] Speaker 2: Who asked her to perform or DJ? This seems like
[43:36] Speaker 2: news to Bronwyn. So was that production? Where did this
[43:41] Speaker 2: ever happen?
[43:42] Speaker 1: I don't know. If it happened, we never saw it.
[43:45] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[43:46] Speaker 1: We never saw it.
[43:48] Speaker 2: But then Meredith turns to Whitney that she knows that
[43:50] Speaker 2: Whitney got a group of 50-year-old women to go after her. Okay.
[43:54] Speaker 1: That was a little bit of a stretch. It's a
[43:57] Speaker 1: little bit of a stretch. And so basically, Whitney doesn't
[44:03] Speaker 1: want Meredith on the show. And she had said to
[44:05] Speaker 1: some of her cast members, like, oh, I'm glad maybe
[44:08] Speaker 1: you're going to take Meredith's spot, right? This is why
[44:12] Speaker 1: I do not say to my other cast members, I
[44:18] Speaker 1: really hope so-and-so is fired this year. Because when they're not,
[44:22] Speaker 1: that shit's going to resurface. It's going to come by
[44:25] Speaker 1: you in the ass.
[44:26] Speaker 2: And then quite quickly admits that she's the one who
[44:28] Speaker 2: told Meredith that Whitney said that. We are hoping you
[44:33] Speaker 2: are coming into the group to get Meredith out. It's
[44:37] Speaker 2: obvious Kwai is like trying to snatch one of their snowflakes.
[44:42] Speaker 2: But also I was like, Kwai, why are you wearing
[44:44] Speaker 2: that hat? I don't know.
[44:46] Speaker 1: But I was just like, here comes, but here she comes.
[44:48] Speaker 1: She's actually speaking up for herself at this moment. And
[44:51] Speaker 1: I actually like that, that we see a flashback of
[44:53] Speaker 1: Ashley and Meredith bonding and exposing Whitney. And this is
[44:58] Speaker 1: why I, again, why I never answer those questions. Who
[45:01] Speaker 1: do you think should be fired? I don't know. I'm
[45:04] Speaker 1: not saying. I'm not saying, but we did see Lisa
[45:07] Speaker 1: narrow down to the guilty three women that potentially said
[45:11] Speaker 1: that Whitney said this to, and it was Brittany, Angie,
[45:14] Speaker 1: and Heather.
[45:15] Speaker 2: Yeah. I love how she did it by the group
[45:17] Speaker 2: of 50-year-old women. And there's like, they put like a
[45:20] Speaker 2: Brady Bunch thing up with like all the little squares.
[45:23] Speaker 2: And then they're like, nope, nope, nope. Well, this person's
[45:27] Speaker 2: still pretending they're not 50. So now we're down to
[45:30] Speaker 2: these three. Yeah.
[45:31] Speaker 1: And Bronwyn's like, I'm not 50. I'm not in this.
[45:35] Speaker 2: Not in it. Then lunch ends, and Mary expresses her
[45:39] Speaker 2: disappointment in the women for not coming together, saying that
[45:43] Speaker 2: after everything she's been through, she expected more from them.
[45:45] Speaker 1: This kind of broke my heart.
[45:49] Speaker 2: It definitely broke my heart, but I think they're all
[45:52] Speaker 2: sitting there like, we understand, Mary, but we're also making
[45:55] Speaker 2: a TV show, and this is one that you chose
[45:57] Speaker 2: you wanted to do again. Yeah.
[46:00] Speaker 1: I mean— I mean, I just broke my heart to
[46:02] Speaker 1: see her crying and expressing how much she's gone through
[46:06] Speaker 1: and all these girls. You know, when you hear that
[46:09] Speaker 1: and you hear them fighting over stupid shit, like, we
[46:11] Speaker 1: get it, though. Like you said, it is a TV show.
[46:13] Speaker 1: This is going to happen. But I love when Mary
[46:15] Speaker 1: tells Whitney to get it together. Get on your knees.
[46:17] Speaker 1: Get it together.
[46:19] Speaker 2: Get on your knees and pray.
[46:20] Speaker 1: Thank you for coming. And have a good night. And
[46:23] Speaker 1: it's currently 2.30 p.m.
[46:29] Speaker 2: Then we have, like, a little... So... They kind of
[46:31] Speaker 2: pack it up. You do feel like there's a moment
[46:36] Speaker 2: where I think the group kind of also asked Angie
[46:40] Speaker 2: how she was doing with Sean. Mary did.
[46:45] Speaker 1: Mary asked her at the top when they sat down.
[46:47] Speaker 2: I feel like you would be a little bit pissed
[46:49] Speaker 2: at me if I did that. I would. Like even
[46:53] Speaker 2: if I'm going through a hard time, if that was
[46:55] Speaker 2: happening with me and I pretended it wasn't and I
[46:58] Speaker 2: was telling Heather Gay about it, I think you'd get
[47:01] Speaker 2: annoyed at me.
[47:02] Speaker 1: Well, Angie had a few chances to tell Mary about
[47:05] Speaker 1: it and she didn't. Like when she came over and
[47:07] Speaker 1: gave her that wine tea, the wine tea. And then
[47:13] Speaker 1: like at the table, she asked her like, how's it going?
[47:16] Speaker 1: And then she, didn't she say, how's it going with Sean?
[47:20] Speaker 1: Like as if she knows something.
[47:22] Speaker 2: Yeah. As if she knows something. And she's like, Great.
[47:24] Speaker 2: You know, just co-parenting, doing all the things.
[47:27] Speaker 1: She didn't even say that, I don't think.
[47:28] Speaker 2: I know.
[47:29] Speaker 1: I think she was just like, oh, you know, we're
[47:31] Speaker 1: really busy with Elektra.
[47:33] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[47:35] Speaker 1: And Angie's like, I mean, you can tell. She said something.
[47:39] Speaker 1: Mary said something kind of like, yeah, sounds like bullshit
[47:42] Speaker 1: to me.
[47:42] Speaker 2: Yeah, because here's the thing. She's willing to open up
[47:46] Speaker 2: and tell Mary about all the bullshit stories that happened
[47:49] Speaker 2: on a vacation, but she's not willing to open up.
[47:51] Speaker 2: And share what's really going on in her life. Like
[47:54] Speaker 2: I think Mary could handle it. And sometimes when you're
[47:56] Speaker 2: going through grief, what you want to do is support
[48:00] Speaker 2: your friends when they're going through something hard too. It
[48:02] Speaker 2: takes that like, it takes it away from you for
[48:05] Speaker 2: a moment. So I would think that you want that vulnerability.
[48:07] Speaker 1: You're actually right about that. I didn't see this coming.
[48:11] Speaker 1: Kawhi going over to Whitney's house like as if they're besties.
[48:14] Speaker 1: So Whitney admits that Kwai's introduction to the group hasn't
[48:17] Speaker 1: gone the way she expected. But I'm like, it hasn't
[48:20] Speaker 1: gone the way you expected. You're the one that started
[48:22] Speaker 1: the shit with her.
[48:23] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[48:23] Speaker 1: You're the one that exposed the toothbrush shit. The little shit.
[48:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, the little shit toothbrush.
[48:30] Speaker 1: Shit toothbrush.
[48:32] Speaker 2: They come to an agreement that their friendship needs to
[48:34] Speaker 2: be protected. How long is this going to last? It
[48:37] Speaker 2: already is over. It's over. I haven't even seen next
[48:41] Speaker 2: week's episode, but it's over. It's over.
[48:43] Speaker 1: I mean, they decided not to choose sides, which is
[48:46] Speaker 1: going to be impossible when you're on a show like this.
[48:48] Speaker 2: But I can tell you what I don't want. I
[48:50] Speaker 2: do not want a charcuterie tray and green juice.
[48:55] Speaker 1: Or wine out of a teapot.
[48:58] Speaker 2: Like, the beverages here have.
[49:00] Speaker 1: Really— Or flowers look like weeds.
[49:03] Speaker 2: Or— Then Lisa, Angie and Heather go to dinner with
[49:11] Speaker 2: Mary and Mary shares that she is pissed that britney
[49:14] Speaker 2: stole floral arrangements from her brunch and took them to
[49:17] Speaker 2: an old folks home um i love like when mary
[49:22] Speaker 2: is looser and she's like messy mary like.
[49:26] Speaker 1: I'm you know what i didn't like i didn't like
[49:31] Speaker 1: the comment about britney visiting nursing homes to get into
[49:34] Speaker 1: elderly men's wills and stealing their money That is a
[49:37] Speaker 1: big fucking statement. And I felt sorry for Brittany because
[49:41] Speaker 1: maybe she is just being nice. Maybe she was the
[49:44] Speaker 1: last one that was left there at that restaurant. And
[49:48] Speaker 1: she's like, well, I'm going to just take the centerpieces
[49:50] Speaker 1: and I'll drop them off at the, you know, old
[49:52] Speaker 1: folks home. And by the way. And by the way,
[49:55] Speaker 1: people have offered that to me before. You freaking.
[49:59] Speaker 2: What? Like to offer like the flowers at the end of.
[50:02] Speaker 1: Oh, I thought you meant. And people have offered to
[50:05] Speaker 1: drop off flowers to your old folks' home.
[50:08] Speaker 2: I'm like, what? You're not that old. Shit. No, people
[50:11] Speaker 2: have offered like at the end of a party being like- Always.
[50:14] Speaker 2: Take the flowers. It's going to go to waste.
[50:16] Speaker 1: And by the way, there was thousands of dollars with
[50:19] Speaker 1: the flowers on that table.
[50:21] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[50:22] Speaker 1: And if Mary left, and of course Mary's going to
[50:25] Speaker 1: leave the flowers that Brittany got her because she already
[50:27] Speaker 1: admitted they look like weeds. Yeah. So she probably like, well,
[50:31] Speaker 1: I'll take these and I just- Brittany, to me, just
[50:33] Speaker 1: seems so sweet. She probably took him, went to the
[50:36] Speaker 1: old folks' home, gave him the flowers.
[50:38] Speaker 2: And then she even sent a picture to Mary, like,
[50:40] Speaker 2: to say, like, look, your flowers are doing a good deed.
[50:43] Speaker 1: So to make a comment saying she's trying to get
[50:45] Speaker 1: in someone's will, like, that's going to be the next fight.
[50:48] Speaker 2: Who was it that said that she's actually trying to
[50:50] Speaker 2: get into somebody's will?
[50:52] Speaker 1: Angie.
[50:53] Speaker 2: Angie. Oh, yeah.
[50:55] Speaker 1: Uh-huh.
[50:57] Speaker 2: Uh-huh. But then Angie and Lisa.
[51:01] Speaker 1: Wait, the one comment Lisa said was, it's not beneath
[51:05] Speaker 1: Brittany to go to God's waiting room to find a
[51:07] Speaker 1: guy that's going to go first. I'm like, I will
[51:10] Speaker 1: give it to this cast. Their one-liners are good.
[51:14] Speaker 2: They're good, and they are quick, and they, I mean,
[51:18] Speaker 2: they know how to just put out a zinger, and
[51:24] Speaker 2: then most of them just let it slide right off
[51:26] Speaker 2: their back. They're like, yeah, yeah, whatever. Whatever.
[51:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, and this is the scene where Lisa starts putting
[51:32] Speaker 1: on her lip liner. And I'm like.
[51:37] Speaker 2: I needed to stop. Like, I love Lisa, but, like,
[51:41] Speaker 2: we get it. You put on the lip liner. And,
[51:44] Speaker 2: I mean, I have friends that use it.
[51:45] Speaker 1: I'm telling you right now, if she gets a contract
[51:48] Speaker 1: with Mac, I'm going to start putting on Preparation H
[51:51] Speaker 1: in every scene. I'm just going to put my hands
[51:53] Speaker 1: in my pants and start rubbing it on my butthole.
[51:56] Speaker 1: Because if that's all it takes, hey... I'm doing it.
[52:00] Speaker 1: I'll take the money.
[52:01] Speaker 2: We're not too afraid to make some extra coin.
[52:04] Speaker 1: Oh, sorry. I've got to put preparation H. Oh, you
[52:08] Speaker 1: should probably do it from the back. You'll get it
[52:11] Speaker 1: in your other hole.
[52:12] Speaker 2: Brands have been in her comments.
[52:16] Speaker 1: She's a, yeah.
[52:17] Speaker 2: I mean, then I don't know where I saw this,
[52:20] Speaker 2: but did you see Lisa talking about how she eats
[52:26] Speaker 2: Wendy's three times a day?
[52:30] Speaker 1: Nobody eats Wendy's three times a day.
[52:31] Speaker 2: Yeah. She says that the morning she has a 44
[52:34] Speaker 2: ounce of the Diet Coke and then.
[52:38] Speaker 1: In case you didn't know, she's got a contract with Wendy's.
[52:42] Speaker 1: So I'm pretty sure that's probably in the contract.
[52:46] Speaker 2: I mean, a 44 ounce of... I feel guilty with
[52:49] Speaker 2: my one little can of Diet Coke.
[52:51] Speaker 1: I'm cutting back.
[52:53] Speaker 2: You're heading back to Diet Coke?
[52:54] Speaker 1: I'm cutting back.
[52:55] Speaker 2: Oh, you're cutting back.
[52:56] Speaker 1: I'm going to try to just stop it.
[52:58] Speaker 2: Yeah. I'm not. I'm in the stage of my life
[53:02] Speaker 2: where I'm going to do anything that gives me a
[53:04] Speaker 2: little bit of joy.
[53:04] Speaker 1: Oh, that's great. So fight cancer and take all these,
[53:09] Speaker 1: what's it called, incarcerins?
[53:10] Speaker 2: Incarcerogens.
[53:12] Speaker 1: Incarcerogens or whatever. Well, just give it to you all.
[53:15] Speaker 1: Just drink the Diet Coke and vodka, give you a vape, cigarettes.
[53:19] Speaker 1: Just go to town.
[53:20] Speaker 2: Let's go for it. Do all the horrible things.
[53:22] Speaker 1: Why not?
[53:23] Speaker 2: You only live once.
[53:24] Speaker 1: Oh, my God.
[53:26] Speaker 2: We'd like to live longer. Yeah. Well, then Heather brings
[53:30] Speaker 2: up Brittany sleuthing on Bronwyn's house sale, and then they
[53:33] Speaker 2: discuss the boyfriend as PR. They agree that Bronwyn misrepresents
[53:37] Speaker 2: her life, lies about everything, and isn't who she claims
[53:41] Speaker 2: to be. Lisa says, if it looks like a duck,
[53:44] Speaker 2: acts like a duck, and Andrew chimes in, it quacks.
[53:50] Speaker 1: So the one thing in this group, Whoever's missing is
[53:53] Speaker 1: getting roasted.
[53:54] Speaker 2: Yeah, it doesn't matter. But here's what bums me out.
[53:58] Speaker 2: If Lisa and Angie would be such a dream team,
[54:01] Speaker 2: if they could hold it together just a second longer.
[54:03] Speaker 2: Because they are so good together. But they can't do it.
[54:12] Speaker 2: But I truly need to know your opinion. Do we
[54:15] Speaker 2: think she paid? I'm not over it. Do we think
[54:18] Speaker 2: she paid this guy?
[54:20] Speaker 1: Know because I don't know her that well if she
[54:22] Speaker 1: did pay him I will be very disappointed and I
[54:26] Speaker 1: think like if it does come out because we did
[54:29] Speaker 1: this with Potomac I think you should be reprimanded.
[54:36] Speaker 2: Yeah I don't think you can pay for boyfriends to
[54:38] Speaker 2: come on the.
[54:39] Speaker 1: Show this is a reality show we want to see
[54:42] Speaker 1: reality but is it any different than girls which I've
[54:46] Speaker 1: seen a million times come out with outrageous things or
[54:49] Speaker 1: businesses right before they're starting to film. I know.
[54:53] Speaker 2: And they're like, oh, I've got this new candle business.
[54:55] Speaker 1: Yeah, I got this new business. It makes no sense
[54:57] Speaker 1: to my brand, but I'm going to be doing this
[54:59] Speaker 1: this year. It's like that part. I don't love it.
[55:04] Speaker 2: No, who else we didn't really talk about much, but
[55:06] Speaker 2: was on this episode, Heather talking about her boyfriend.
[55:11] Speaker 1: Heather was very calm this episode.
[55:13] Speaker 2: She was calm this episode, but I think she made
[55:15] Speaker 2: it very clear that She's pretty in love with this boyfriend.
[55:20] Speaker 1: I love that for her.
[55:21] Speaker 2: Yeah. Do you think that Heather's going to start liking
[55:24] Speaker 2: us again soon? Because I saw that Heather went on
[55:25] Speaker 2: Lala's podcast. I don't know. I like her. I like her.
[55:30] Speaker 2: I like her, too. She was funny this episode.
[55:32] Speaker 1: You know, one thing, when I saw Andy, he says,
[55:35] Speaker 1: you know what? The one thing that I like is
[55:37] Speaker 1: that you guys talk about the shows as fans, not
[55:41] Speaker 1: as housewives.
[55:42] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[55:43] Speaker 1: So that was like a huge compliment to me.
[55:46] Speaker 2: No, I love that.
[55:47] Speaker 1: Right? I love that. I do. We have to remove
[55:51] Speaker 1: any personal relationship that we have with certain people.
[55:56] Speaker 2: No, we watch it like we're watching anything.
[55:58] Speaker 1: It's fans. Just like I said, yeah, I go, you're
[56:00] Speaker 1: as good as this week's episode. Next week, I love you.
[56:02] Speaker 2: Next week, maybe I don't. Yeah, we don't know. We
[56:05] Speaker 2: don't know what's going to happen. But I am loving
[56:08] Speaker 2: Salt Lake. I'm loving Potomac. I'm happy with where all
[56:12] Speaker 2: the shows are going. Oh, and you just recently watched...
[56:16] Speaker 2: Just give me a thumbs up or thumbs down.
[56:19] Speaker 1: Golden Life?
[56:19] Speaker 2: You just recently watched The Golden Life.
[56:21] Speaker 1: I'm going to give it a thumbs up because, you know,
[56:24] Speaker 1: you know all the girls. We watch all the shows.
[56:27] Speaker 1: I think the diehard fans are going to watch this
[56:31] Speaker 1: and be like, oh, my God, the girls are back.
[56:34] Speaker 1: You know, Sonya is Sonya.
[56:36] Speaker 2: She's Sonya-ing?
[56:38] Speaker 1: Yep. Ramona was good for most of the episode until
[56:41] Speaker 1: the end when she kicked everybody out. Yeah, it was good.
[56:46] Speaker 2: Are there any new girls on there?
[56:47] Speaker 1: No, no. It's just the OGs from New York.
[56:52] Speaker 2: And does Kelly Ben Simone talk about herself like she's
[56:55] Speaker 2: the most amazing person in the world the entire time? No, no.
[56:59] Speaker 1: And Luann's been very... Not Luann. I think if you
[57:05] Speaker 1: want to talk about who's the most annoying but we
[57:07] Speaker 1: need her is Sonia. Yeah. It's Sonia. But I have
[57:11] Speaker 1: a question.
[57:12] Speaker 2: How similar... because I'm just going to let you guys
[57:15] Speaker 2: recap it and just, you know, but.
[57:18] Speaker 1: How similar is it to New York?
[57:20] Speaker 2: Yeah. How similar is it to actual housewives?
[57:23] Speaker 1: It's similar. And there is a lot of talk about
[57:26] Speaker 1: when we were on the other show. So they don't really,
[57:29] Speaker 1: a lot of times they don't say Bravo and obviously
[57:31] Speaker 1: they can't use any clips. There's no flashbacks so far. Anyways,
[57:35] Speaker 1: I think Dorinda said one time she mentioned Bravo. That
[57:38] Speaker 1: was it. But it's about their life after Bravo, their
[57:42] Speaker 1: life older, their life outside of New York, their life,
[57:46] Speaker 1: you know, second half of their life in Florida.
[57:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[57:50] Speaker 1: So I liked it.
[57:51] Speaker 2: So they're all in Florida.
[57:52] Speaker 1: They're all in Florida. And Ramona's been there for a while.
[57:55] Speaker 2: All right. Well, maybe I'll tune in or maybe I'll
[57:59] Speaker 2: just listen to your pod. Make sure you guys are
[58:01] Speaker 2: tuning into the pod with Dolores and Tamara on The
[58:05] Speaker 2: Golden Years. Yes. You know, I figured it was best
[58:08] Speaker 2: for them to do it since they're closer in age.
[58:10] Speaker 1: Wait, is it the golden years?
[58:12] Speaker 2: Fuck off. Fuck off.
[58:15] Speaker 1: You're closer to your boyfriend's mom's age than you are
[58:18] Speaker 1: his age. Well, thanks, guys, for.
[58:25] Speaker 2: Tuning in to another episode of Two Teas in a Pod, a.k.a.
[58:28] Speaker 2: Talking Shit. So we'll be back soon to talk more. Bye.
