[0:02] Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
[0:13] Speaker 2: Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
[0:16] Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
[0:19] Speaker 1: Good morning, Teddy.
[0:20] Speaker 2: Good morning.
[0:22] Speaker 1: So I watched Ultimate Girls Trip last night.
[0:25] Speaker 2: I thought that there was like some good parts of
[0:28] Speaker 2: the episode. Yeah.
[0:29] Speaker 1: Yeah. I thought there was.
[0:31] Speaker 2: Some things that are like definitely, I mean, I'm seeing
[0:35] Speaker 2: some people getting eaten alive.
[0:37] Speaker 1: Oh, beyond. And by the way, well-deserved. Yeah.
[0:45] Speaker 2: I mean, it's not great.
[0:48] Speaker 1: I mean, my highlight of the alter ego party in
[0:52] Speaker 1: Atlanta was when Marlo came out of the back of
[0:55] Speaker 1: a trash truck. I'm like whole, I mean, I mean,
[1:01] Speaker 1: I'm with Kyle on this, like her whole outfit, her entrance,
[1:05] Speaker 1: that looks, what'd she say? It was like, that's exhausting
[1:07] Speaker 1: or that's too much.
[1:08] Speaker 2: That looks like a lot of work or something like that.
[1:11] Speaker 1: But with Marlo, oh my God. Then we have Ken
[1:13] Speaker 1: Zolciak and Sheree and Lisa Wu, um, all showing up.
[1:18] Speaker 1: I miss Sheree. I miss Candace. I miss Mimi. Yeah.
[1:23] Speaker 2: I miss a lot of the, a lot of the girls. And, um,
[1:28] Speaker 2: I think that it's it was very fitting that like
[1:31] Speaker 2: Nini showed up and she is like entered on a throne.
[1:39] Speaker 1: So Nini with guys, shirtless guys, that was a trash can,
[1:43] Speaker 1: a trash truck she came out of, right?
[1:46] Speaker 3: Nini?
[1:47] Speaker 1: No.
[1:50] Speaker 2: Marlo. Marlo. I didn't see the trash truck. Right, guys?
[1:54] Speaker 1: It like opened up the back and then she came
[1:56] Speaker 1: walking out. I mean, I thought it was a trash truck.
[2:00] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[2:01] Speaker 1: But I'm like, how do you get like, I mean,
[2:03] Speaker 1: I've never seen anything like that. How do you get
[2:05] Speaker 1: a truck like that to just, I'm here. Yeah, let
[2:10] Speaker 1: me out. Well, if it wasn't a trash truck, I apologize.
[2:14] Speaker 2: As a man.
[2:14] Speaker 1: I know. I know. How about Heather Gay saying she's
[2:19] Speaker 1: totally attracted to Cynthia and doesn't know what she should
[2:21] Speaker 1: do about it. And then it's like, I'm shy. Oh,
[2:24] Speaker 1: she annoyed the shit out of me this episode.
[2:28] Speaker 2: She, I mean, well, I don't think I didn't notice
[2:31] Speaker 2: there wasn't one moment that her champagne glass wasn't refilled.
[2:35] Speaker 1: Well, that good time girl was smoking cigs and drinking champagne.
[2:37] Speaker 2: That good time girl was going for it.
[2:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[2:42] Speaker 2: But I do think that, you know, just seeing everybody
[2:48] Speaker 2: in one place is so fun, but like Vicky's comment
[2:52] Speaker 2: right out of the gate is I feel out of
[2:55] Speaker 2: place and I want to leave. I'm like, what's new?
[2:59] Speaker 1: Well, why does she feel out of place? And this
[3:01] Speaker 1: is something that, you know, Eddie watched the show with
[3:04] Speaker 1: me and that's the beauty of big bear. Cause we're
[3:07] Speaker 1: in a smaller quarter. So the TV in the living
[3:09] Speaker 1: room is what we have except for our bedroom. So
[3:12] Speaker 1: he's like, I'm going to turn on. He's like, well, whatever.
[3:14] Speaker 1: He's like, I'm shocked for somebody that is in the
[3:17] Speaker 1: sales department. business like insurance business selling stuff she doesn't
[3:22] Speaker 1: have like a sales personality where she's going up and
[3:24] Speaker 1: like hey teddy how are you and what's new with
[3:27] Speaker 1: you and nothing nothing.
[3:30] Speaker 2: She wants people to be doing that to her only.
[3:35] Speaker 1: Well that's not how life works sweetie.
[3:37] Speaker 2: And you know and this was such a big group
[3:40] Speaker 2: and everybody's so excited to see each other and they
[3:42] Speaker 2: all were like broken down into little groups to have
[3:44] Speaker 2: more conversations like Yeah.
[3:46] Speaker 1: I mean, your own cast, your own city. Of course,
[3:49] Speaker 1: you're going to gravitate to her unless you're fighting with
[3:52] Speaker 1: them like Salt Lake City.
[3:53] Speaker 2: I'm like, unless you're Lisa Barlow.
[3:54] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[3:55] Speaker 1: But Vicky's like, why am I dressed like this? Because
[3:59] Speaker 1: you're giving instructions before you leave and you pack the
[4:04] Speaker 1: outfit that you chose?
[4:06] Speaker 2: Yeah, like this. And then Kyle's like, if I have
[4:08] Speaker 2: to fix her hat one more time.
[4:12] Speaker 1: I mean, there was Teresa at one point. It's like,
[4:15] Speaker 1: you look beautiful. You look beautiful. And Kyle's trying to
[4:19] Speaker 1: pull her wig down. And then Lisa Barlow's like, never
[4:22] Speaker 1: be a brunette again.
[4:23] Speaker 2: That's so good. So, okay. We have the arrivals. We
[4:31] Speaker 2: have Marlo, Kim, Cherie, Lisa Wu all showing up. We've
[4:37] Speaker 2: got Cynthia there. We've got Nini is now entering on
[4:41] Speaker 2: a throne.
[4:42] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[4:43] Speaker 2: And then Nene gives a speech. She shouts out Sheree
[4:47] Speaker 2: and Kim Zolciak as the OG Atlanta housewives. And then
[4:52] Speaker 2: when she comes down, Lisa Wu's like, what about me?
[4:58] Speaker 1: Do you remember Lisa Wu?
[5:00] Speaker 2: No.
[5:01] Speaker 1: Do you remember how many seasons she was on? No.
[5:04] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[5:05] Speaker 1: Most people don't. But here's the thing. Portia mentioned Lisa
[5:10] Speaker 1: on stage. Yeah. Portia's still a cast member. Was that
[5:14] Speaker 1: not good enough for her? Like she was mentioned on stage.
[5:19] Speaker 2: Well, she was. And also like Nini was basically like,
[5:22] Speaker 2: I said what I said. And I'm not changing it.
[5:25] Speaker 1: I'm not changing it.
[5:26] Speaker 2: Let it go, Lisa.
[5:27] Speaker 1: She's like, Lisa, I forgot. She didn't even know she
[5:31] Speaker 1: was there. It seemed like. I don't know. It was like,
[5:34] Speaker 1: you know how sometimes when a housewife hasn't been on
[5:38] Speaker 1: for a while and they get on and they just
[5:39] Speaker 1: looking for a moment. Yeah. That's kind of what it
[5:42] Speaker 1: felt like to me.
[5:43] Speaker 2: It kind of felt like that to me, too.
[5:45] Speaker 1: And the fact that Portia doesn't know that Lucy's husband's
[5:48] Speaker 1: name was Ricky and she thought it was Frankie. The best.
[5:51] Speaker 2: And she's like, no, that's his nickname. No, no.
[5:53] Speaker 1: She says that's his real name. His real name is
[5:56] Speaker 1: Desi Arnaz. And did you see like Vicky just wandering
[6:01] Speaker 1: around in the crowd, just looking around, not talking to anybody?
[6:05] Speaker 2: Not talking to anyone. Most of the time she was
[6:07] Speaker 2: like sitting on that little couch by herself.
[6:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was really weird.
[6:11] Speaker 2: It was bizarre.
[6:14] Speaker 1: But I think she.
[6:15] Speaker 2: Needs someone to, like, walk her around. Like, she wants
[6:19] Speaker 2: people to rush up to her to talk to her.
[6:23] Speaker 2: She doesn't want to be the one making the effort.
[6:24] Speaker 1: Well, what do we call that?
[6:27] Speaker 2: Selfish. We call that selfish. But also, like, you're watching
[6:35] Speaker 2: everyone do it. I mean, there's moments where you can
[6:37] Speaker 2: see that each one of the housewives, like, that don't
[6:39] Speaker 2: fully know each other, but like they're putting themselves out there.
[6:43] Speaker 2: They're going to say hi. They're making the effort.
[6:46] Speaker 1: Yeah, like most of them are out there communicating and talking.
[6:49] Speaker 1: And maybe you don't know somebody from another franchise. I
[6:52] Speaker 1: didn't know a lot of these housewives before I got
[6:54] Speaker 1: the podcast.
[6:56] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[6:57] Speaker 1: You know, and now it's like you make an effort
[7:00] Speaker 1: and you try to talk to them. And, you know,
[7:03] Speaker 1: just because you don't know them or they haven't been
[7:05] Speaker 1: on as long as you doesn't mean you don't, You
[7:08] Speaker 1: can't communicate with them.
[7:09] Speaker 2: Yeah, that you have to sit there like a stick
[7:11] Speaker 2: in the mud.
[7:11] Speaker 1: I mean, if it was me and you with a pod,
[7:12] Speaker 1: we'd be working that room, man. Oh, my God.
[7:14] Speaker 2: We would have that room done.
[7:15] Speaker 1: We'd have a little microphone. We would have it dialed in.
[7:17] Speaker 2: I have the little mic that I just hold like this.
[7:20] Speaker 2: Right here, NeNe.
[7:21] Speaker 1: Speak right into my titty.
[7:22] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Then Angie Kay finally approaches Lisa and says,
[7:31] Speaker 2: I was waiting for her to say hi, but I
[7:34] Speaker 2: figured I'd be waiting all night.
[7:36] Speaker 3: Well.
[7:37] Speaker 1: I felt like things with Lisa and Angie, you know,
[7:41] Speaker 1: they go on to talk and it seems like there
[7:45] Speaker 1: was a glimpse of hope that they can move forward.
[7:48] Speaker 1: It didn't seem like Angie wanted to fight with her.
[7:51] Speaker 2: No, it seemed like Angie was just trying to do
[7:54] Speaker 2: her job and go over to where her cast is.
[7:56] Speaker 1: And until Heather Gay walked up.
[8:01] Speaker 2: Heather Gay comes in, she's coming in hot.
[8:04] Speaker 1: Coming in hot. She's on fire saying Lisa looks so
[8:07] Speaker 1: good that it's impossible she didn't have a facelift. That
[8:10] Speaker 1: annoys me. Not everyone is open about surgery that they have.
[8:15] Speaker 2: I am.
[8:16] Speaker 1: You have. Some people are. Some people are not. And
[8:18] Speaker 1: I don't even know that Lisa had a facelift.
[8:21] Speaker 2: I don't even know either because she's getting glam for
[8:23] Speaker 2: the damn airport. I mean, I look a lot different
[8:25] Speaker 2: glam than I look right this moment. Yeah.
[8:27] Speaker 1: I mean, it's like leave Lisa alone. Nobody's talking about
[8:31] Speaker 1: your Ozempic. Yeah.
[8:33] Speaker 2: No, I mean, no one's sitting there. That's that's the thing.
[8:36] Speaker 2: And but Heather was giving me a little bit of like.
[8:40] Speaker 2: Mean girl.
[8:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[8:42] Speaker 2: Heather joins in. Lisa calls out their mean girl shit
[8:46] Speaker 2: for saying she had a bad facelift. Yeah.
[8:57] Speaker 1: And then how about Teresa walking up and getting by Lisa?
[9:01] Speaker 1: And I appreciate the fact that she has her friends back,
[9:05] Speaker 1: but this is where she lost me. It's rich. Hearing
[9:08] Speaker 1: Teresa talk about false accusations that hurt people's lives. Yes, Teresa,
[9:15] Speaker 1: that should be a no-no. Don't touch me there. That's
[9:19] Speaker 1: my no-no square.
[9:20] Speaker 2: Don't touch me there. That's my no-no square.
[9:24] Speaker 1: You know, yeah, rich.
[9:26] Speaker 2: Well, I almost kind of felt like Heather was like
[9:28] Speaker 2: a rabid dog wanting to like ruin this moment for Lisa.
[9:33] Speaker 1: Like she's like, you know, there was one point where
[9:36] Speaker 1: she's like, Heather, Heather's going, Lisa, talk to us, not Kyle.
[9:43] Speaker 1: I'm like, excuse me, Heather. She's on a cast called
[9:46] Speaker 1: The Real Housewives, Ultimate Girls Trip, you know, Roaring 20.
[9:50] Speaker 1: She's not there to talk to you. No.
[9:53] Speaker 2: And they don't want that. They don't want a whole
[9:55] Speaker 2: storyline about that. But then Heather snaps back at Lisa
[10:03] Speaker 2: and Angie's husband saying they do circle jerks.
[10:06] Speaker 1: Okay.
[10:07] Speaker 2: How did none of the women know what circle jerks were?
[10:09] Speaker 1: I don't know. I said the same thing. I'm like,
[10:11] Speaker 1: how does nobody know? But when she brought that up,
[10:14] Speaker 1: that irritated the shit out of me. That was something
[10:17] Speaker 1: from two seasons ago. that she had said in retaliation
[10:22] Speaker 1: to them coming after Lisa's husband and her marriage. And
[10:26] Speaker 1: you know what? This has nothing to do with you, Heather.
[10:29] Speaker 1: Why are you throwing something out that didn't even happen
[10:33] Speaker 1: between you and Lisa?
[10:34] Speaker 2: Because I don't think they were allowed to talk about
[10:36] Speaker 2: what happened at the reunion. So they're just pulling out
[10:38] Speaker 2: old shit, trying to figure out anything to talk about.
[10:41] Speaker 1: Well, then if you're going to say, oh, yeah, well,
[10:43] Speaker 1: say something that she did to you, not somebody else.
[10:46] Speaker 2: She doesn't have that. But yeah, I mean, apparently we
[10:50] Speaker 2: do learn that Heather has, there's no love lost between
[10:54] Speaker 2: her and Lisa.
[10:56] Speaker 1: How about when she gets in to, Heather gets into
[10:59] Speaker 1: Lisa's face?
[11:01] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah.
[11:03] Speaker 1: That was, I think a big karate chop to the
[11:09] Speaker 1: throat would come from me. Yeah. I would have chose violence.
[11:14] Speaker 1: I know it's not the answer.
[11:15] Speaker 2: Well, Heather grabs Lisa and Lisa tells her to get
[11:18] Speaker 2: her hands off of her.
[11:20] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[11:21] Speaker 2: And like the other girls are all standing there like,
[11:24] Speaker 2: what in the hell is going on? Like, what are
[11:26] Speaker 2: we doing?
[11:27] Speaker 1: But yet I was invited to the season finale.
[11:31] Speaker 3: Not to make it about you. Not to make it
[11:34] Speaker 3: about me, but yeah. And by the way, Salt Lake
[11:39] Speaker 3: City was going to film a few weeks after that.
[11:42] Speaker 3: The Ultimate Girls Trip was filming.
[11:45] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[11:46] Speaker 2: Yep. Whatever. Sorry, Tam.
[11:49] Speaker 1: Whatever. Sorry, Tam. Longest running un-consecutive housewife. Couldn't be there.
[11:53] Speaker 2: Couldn't be there. Well, and I noticed that Heather and
[11:59] Speaker 2: Angie are going to be, I think they're in Miami
[12:02] Speaker 2: as well.
[12:03] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
[12:05] Speaker 2: So like they're getting praised for that little fight they had.
[12:09] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[12:12] Speaker 2: Then afterwards, Lisa asked Kyle how she handled the interaction
[12:17] Speaker 2: when Kyle asked her if she's OK and Lisa gets emotional.
[12:20] Speaker 1: She's like, I can't talk about it. She's like, how
[12:22] Speaker 1: did I do? And then she starts answering it and
[12:26] Speaker 1: asking her, she's like, oh no, I can't talk about it.
[12:28] Speaker 1: I get emotional. Lisa thinks that girls on the cast
[12:32] Speaker 1: can't be happy for her. And do you think that
[12:33] Speaker 1: that there's more to it?
[12:35] Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, I mainly was just like, as they're
[12:39] Speaker 2: talking about how they're getting emotional and she's like, you know, I, yeah,
[12:43] Speaker 2: first let me, how'd I do? Was I good?
[12:46] Speaker 3: Okay.
[12:46] Speaker 1: Nevermind.
[12:47] Speaker 2: Actually, Kyle, I don't need your opinion.
[12:48] Speaker 1: I don't need your opinion. It's going to make me cry.
[12:51] Speaker 1: It's going to make me cry.
[12:52] Speaker 2: And then the other girls like look over as she's
[12:54] Speaker 2: like wiping her teeth.
[12:55] Speaker 1: And Angie's like, oh, great. They're like, we're going to
[12:57] Speaker 1: look like an asshole.
[12:59] Speaker 2: They're like, great. She's crying over there. But I mean,
[13:03] Speaker 2: it goes through smoothly. It just I didn't think it
[13:06] Speaker 2: was a good look for Heather. Angie, I don't think
[13:08] Speaker 2: was in it too much.
[13:10] Speaker 1: No, I don't think like to me, it's not who
[13:13] Speaker 1: Angie is. I know Angie. And I know that I
[13:17] Speaker 1: know that they would have come to a good place
[13:20] Speaker 1: had Heather not stepped in and brought up the facelift.
[13:24] Speaker 1: And Angie's like, I did not say that. I did
[13:26] Speaker 1: not say that. And there you go with a flashback.
[13:29] Speaker 1: And you said it, Angie. Yeah. And not a good doctor. Yeah.
[13:33] Speaker 1: But like, why?
[13:34] Speaker 2: Just why keep bringing it up?
[13:37] Speaker 1: I think to go after somebody's plastic surgery, unless they,
[13:40] Speaker 1: you know, are doing something crazy like gigantic lips and big,
[13:44] Speaker 1: you know, all these filled up, which we don't see
[13:46] Speaker 1: too much anymore, thank God. I just think that it's
[13:49] Speaker 1: just not necessary.
[13:51] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's at this point, they've all said all these, like,
[13:55] Speaker 2: you know, when they said somebody's lips look like a,
[13:58] Speaker 2: what would they say, a vulva?
[14:00] Speaker 1: Well, sometimes lips aren't off limits because some girls do
[14:03] Speaker 1: some stupid shit to their lips. You can't even talk. Yeah,
[14:10] Speaker 1: shimmer the lips.
[14:12] Speaker 2: Now that I've talked about lips, do you keep getting
[14:14] Speaker 2: sent lips on your For You page where it's like
[14:17] Speaker 2: they're coming down right here? The inner lip is like
[14:20] Speaker 2: falling out. That's all over my page now. I'm like, great.
[14:24] Speaker 1: The inner lip? Yeah.
[14:26] Speaker 2: You know how like when people have like their lips done.
[14:29] Speaker 1: And then all of a sudden this part comes out.
[14:31] Speaker 1: I did see something, a picture of Gwyneth Paltrow and
[14:35] Speaker 1: her daughter, I think it was. And It looked like
[14:38] Speaker 1: they altered her lips to look like that.
[14:40] Speaker 2: I know, I saw that too.
[14:42] Speaker 1: Yeah, and it was kind of AI, just ridiculous. But
[14:46] Speaker 1: then Giselle, let's go on. Giselle calls the Potomac women
[14:49] Speaker 1: together to reminisce about their franchise, but doesn't invite Candace
[14:53] Speaker 1: to the conversation. But that does not stop Candace. She
[14:58] Speaker 1: walks up and sits down like a boss.
[15:00] Speaker 2: Yeah, she's like, I'm not bothered by this. I'll just
[15:02] Speaker 2: come right on over here.
[15:04] Speaker 1: I mean, Candace might not be an OG, but she
[15:06] Speaker 1: joined season three and shook Potomac up. She did.
[15:10] Speaker 2: But here's the thing, Candace, I thought Candace was going
[15:13] Speaker 2: to come in and start like stirring it a little bit,
[15:18] Speaker 2: but she didn't. She just sat there. She just was like, okay,
[15:22] Speaker 2: I'm going to participate with the rest of the group
[15:24] Speaker 2: of the cast, which I thought was nice. Because Giselle
[15:28] Speaker 2: had already said in one of her interviews, she's like,
[15:30] Speaker 2: I didn't even know she was there.
[15:33] Speaker 1: How could she miss her? She had Teresa's wedding hair.
[15:36] Speaker 1: I mean, let's be honest.
[15:41] Speaker 2: She did look like she was getting married as Teresa. Right?
[15:44] Speaker 1: That's what I thought.
[15:45] Speaker 2: I was like, how's your older ego Teresa's marriage?
[15:51] Speaker 1: That's exactly what I thought. I go, oh, okay.
[15:54] Speaker 3: I mean.
[15:55] Speaker 1: And that was her real crown from she won.
[15:58] Speaker 2: Oh, yeah. Don't worry. They showed us the flashback.
[16:01] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[16:01] Speaker 2: Like Miss Delaware or whatever it was. And yeah.
[16:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[16:06] Speaker 2: I mean, do you have any crowns laying around your house?
[16:09] Speaker 1: Only the plastic one I bought and I wear it
[16:12] Speaker 1: every night.
[16:12] Speaker 2: Just kidding.
[16:16] Speaker 1: Nope. Shocking event. I've never, I mean, this is the
[16:20] Speaker 1: shocking news. I've never been in a beauty pageant.
[16:23] Speaker 2: This is also going to shock you. I haven't either.
[16:28] Speaker 1: Oh boy. Well, let's move on. After complaining again to
[16:33] Speaker 1: Teresa and Kyle about the party and her terrible wig,
[16:37] Speaker 1: Vicky leaves early. But she, this is the problem.
[16:41] Speaker 2: She doesn't just leave early. She used the word uncomfortable.
[16:45] Speaker 2: It made no sense. You're in a room full of
[16:47] Speaker 2: peers celebrating the show you created. What is there to
[16:50] Speaker 2: be uncomfortable about?
[16:53] Speaker 1: I'm not going to touch that, to be honest with you.
[16:55] Speaker 2: But like, we have to touch a little bit on it.
[16:58] Speaker 1: You can. I'm going to keep my mouth shut on
[17:00] Speaker 1: this one because I do have a lot to say.
[17:03] Speaker 2: I watched Carlos King's podcast on this.
[17:06] Speaker 1: I saw the clip.
[17:08] Speaker 2: And I mean, people are very upset about this. Mm hmm.
[17:13] Speaker 2: And it's, you know, I'm not going to go fully
[17:15] Speaker 2: into it, but like, Vicki, are you comfortable in Orange County?
[17:18] Speaker 2: And whenever you're doing things in Orange County, is there
[17:20] Speaker 2: a reason that all of a sudden you're in Atlanta
[17:22] Speaker 2: and you're not comfortable?
[17:25] Speaker 1: Now, Vicki tells Teresa there's nothing to do here and
[17:28] Speaker 1: that she feels invisible. So make yourself seen.
[17:33] Speaker 2: Well, I think that's a big thing that was bothering Vicki,
[17:39] Speaker 2: which she couldn't actually say was like, Nobody's paying attention
[17:42] Speaker 2: to me. And like that's a I hate to be
[17:45] Speaker 2: the bearer of bad news, but like Vicki, you are
[17:48] Speaker 2: surrounded by big personalities.
[17:50] Speaker 1: Big personalities and people that have been on Housewives, some
[17:54] Speaker 1: of them. Longer than her full time.
[17:57] Speaker 2: I mean, even Teresa making that big of an effort
[18:00] Speaker 2: to help Vicki, I was like, wow, I know. Because
[18:04] Speaker 2: it's not like Vicky was being super nice about it.
[18:06] Speaker 2: I think Vicky just didn't like her outfit. And I'm like, well,
[18:09] Speaker 2: you knew this was coming.
[18:09] Speaker 1: I was going to say, she definitely felt uncomfortable. I
[18:12] Speaker 1: think she felt insecure. Whoever chose that outfit for her
[18:16] Speaker 1: and the wig, it just wasn't good. It wasn't good.
[18:21] Speaker 1: Then Vicky doubles down. She gets in the car and says, oh, God,
[18:24] Speaker 1: that was painful. Yeah.
[18:27] Speaker 2: I'm just going to go get in a bath and
[18:29] Speaker 2: eat dinner by myself and.
[18:32] Speaker 1: Like that was nice stuff on my face. Creams on
[18:34] Speaker 1: my face. Yeah. Wasn't a good look.
[18:37] Speaker 2: I didn't think it was a good look for her.
[18:39] Speaker 2: I also think, you know, sometimes she doesn't even know
[18:44] Speaker 2: what she's saying or doing, but that can be a problem,
[18:47] Speaker 2: especially in this.
[18:48] Speaker 1: Kind of not know what you're saying or doing.
[18:51] Speaker 2: Well, sometimes I think she's just so in her own head.
[18:53] Speaker 1: 2026. I know.
[18:56] Speaker 2: It's like, think a couple steps ahead. Think what's happening.
[18:59] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[18:59] Speaker 2: But I think a lot of people were offended by that.
[19:01] Speaker 2: And also, like, I've said this before, but, like, Vicky,
[19:06] Speaker 2: if you don't want to be doing these shows, don't
[19:09] Speaker 2: do them.
[19:10] Speaker 1: Yeah. Like... I'm sorry.
[19:13] Speaker 2: Giselle is clocked in every second of every minute.
[19:17] Speaker 1: I would have been clocked in right there with her.
[19:23] Speaker 2: Like she is clocked in. She's not missing. I mean,
[19:26] Speaker 2: you even see Kyle who's like, she's whizzing around, talking
[19:31] Speaker 2: to everybody, making sure like you're watching all of these
[19:35] Speaker 2: women like work their magic. And then you've got Vicky.
[19:38] Speaker 1: At the end of the day, you're only as visible
[19:40] Speaker 1: as you make yourself. So she could have very... Well,
[19:43] Speaker 1: gone out, talked to everybody, met the new people, like
[19:46] Speaker 1: maybe Salt Lake City she doesn't know any of those
[19:47] Speaker 1: people go talk to them go talk to you know
[19:51] Speaker 1: everybody atlanta girls potomac talk to people talk to.
[19:55] Speaker 2: People get out of i mean there's all time always
[19:58] Speaker 2: been times where i've like felt uncomfortable in a situation
[20:02] Speaker 2: what my appearance may look like. And then I'm like,
[20:04] Speaker 2: holy shit, I didn't know people were going to go
[20:06] Speaker 2: this big or this hard or this whatever. But like
[20:08] Speaker 2: get out of your own way and go and make
[20:10] Speaker 2: an effort.
[20:11] Speaker 1: And be a nice person. I do have social anxiety.
[20:14] Speaker 1: If I go into a situation or a party or
[20:16] Speaker 1: an event where I don't know anybody, I do feel like,
[20:21] Speaker 1: oh God, like, you know, I don't feel comfortable, but
[20:24] Speaker 1: I take myself out of that and push myself to
[20:27] Speaker 1: go talk to people.
[20:28] Speaker 2: But also, how could she know nobody? If she is
[20:31] Speaker 2: the OG of the OC, how does she not know
[20:36] Speaker 2: any of those women? Like, think about how many Bravo
[20:38] Speaker 2: cons she's been to.
[20:39] Speaker 1: She does. She knows them.
[20:42] Speaker 2: The fact that you and I know every single person
[20:45] Speaker 2: in that room.
[20:47] Speaker 1: Well, my makeup artist does. I've met her several times,
[20:50] Speaker 1: and every time she says, Hi, I'm Vicky. Nice to
[20:52] Speaker 1: meet you.
[20:52] Speaker 2: Yeah. Oh, God. Oh, my God. But then this. So
[21:02] Speaker 2: it's a good night. It's a fun party. You can
[21:04] Speaker 2: tell everybody. Everybody looks. I think everybody looks good. They
[21:08] Speaker 2: look like they're having fun.
[21:09] Speaker 1: You know, I will say Nini, her speech, talking to
[21:14] Speaker 1: the girls. She was so grateful to be there. So thankful.
[21:17] Speaker 1: So appreciative. You know, she was talking to people and
[21:21] Speaker 1: hugging people. And I'm like, bring her back.
[21:26] Speaker 2: I know, but then we just heard Andy say that
[21:29] Speaker 2: he feels like the Real Housewives of Atlanta is full
[21:35] Speaker 2: right now.
[21:36] Speaker 1: Well, it's never too full. Well, that's what he said.
[21:39] Speaker 1: She could take Kelly's spot.
[21:42] Speaker 2: Did I say that out loud? I heard it, but
[21:47] Speaker 2: maybe that was just my brain thinking it, too.
[21:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't know. Well, anyways, the next morning, the
[21:51] Speaker 1: ladies in production are still waiting in the Sprinter van
[21:54] Speaker 1: for Lisa Barthel. worried they might miss their flight to Miami. Now,
[21:58] Speaker 1: I had heard that the flights were delayed due to weather,
[22:02] Speaker 1: like really delayed.
[22:05] Speaker 2: Okay.
[22:05] Speaker 1: And Lisa even said when she got in, well, I
[22:08] Speaker 1: heard it wasn't taken off until 11 anyways.
[22:11] Speaker 2: But what time do you think she actually got into
[22:13] Speaker 2: the car?
[22:13] Speaker 1: We don't know because she made them wait for 30 minutes,
[22:16] Speaker 1: which is not cool.
[22:20] Speaker 2: No.
[22:20] Speaker 1: And I get that. Giselle tells her to apologize because
[22:22] Speaker 1: it's rude.
[22:23] Speaker 2: As And I love that Lisa's coming from glam and
[22:26] Speaker 2: Giselle's got like a ponytail on top of her head.
[22:29] Speaker 1: I don't travel in glam unless I have to go
[22:32] Speaker 1: straight into filming.
[22:33] Speaker 2: She has like her pink juicy suit on. She's like,
[22:35] Speaker 2: where the hell are you?
[22:36] Speaker 3: I know.
[22:36] Speaker 1: This is where I'm confused. Lisa said she woke up
[22:40] Speaker 1: at 4.30 a.m. to get glammed, but that's not why
[22:43] Speaker 1: she's late. But then in her confessional, she said, I
[22:47] Speaker 1: did not feel the need to get up at 4.30 a.m.
[22:49] Speaker 1: to get ready for 11 o'clock flight. Yeah.
[22:52] Speaker 2: And then she's like, well, all my glam girl stuff
[22:54] Speaker 2: was in my room. And what was I going to do?
[22:56] Speaker 2: Get them up at 430 to come do it?
[22:58] Speaker 1: So did I hear that wrong?
[23:00] Speaker 2: No, she's just telling two different stories.
[23:02] Speaker 1: She's telling two different stories. So if they're there doing
[23:04] Speaker 1: your makeup at 430, pack your shit up and go. Yeah,
[23:07] Speaker 1: they're not there doing your makeup. There's some inconsistencies in
[23:10] Speaker 1: that story. And it's enough to now start irritating the
[23:13] Speaker 1: girls and starting... to question Lisa after hearing what they
[23:18] Speaker 1: heard from the previous cast members on her.
[23:21] Speaker 2: But then I found it even more odd. Giselle tells her,
[23:24] Speaker 2: she's like, just apologize. Cause this is rude. And then
[23:28] Speaker 2: she's like, um, you know, I'm going to apologize on
[23:31] Speaker 2: my own time.
[23:33] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[23:34] Speaker 2: When I feel it's an authentic apology. And then they
[23:36] Speaker 2: like even Panda Kyle, who's like, how hard is it
[23:39] Speaker 2: just to say, I'm sorry.
[23:41] Speaker 1: And then everybody's like, okay, thanks. Then Lisa uses Heather
[23:45] Speaker 1: Dubrow's one-liner from the reunion years ago. Do you want
[23:48] Speaker 1: me to pop a vein? How do you feel about
[23:52] Speaker 1: housewives reusing other housewives' one-liners?
[23:57] Speaker 2: Well, then I think it shows how much they should
[23:59] Speaker 2: know not to be late.
[24:03] Speaker 1: She should have walked in and said, hey, guys, I'm
[24:06] Speaker 1: so sorry. You didn't even need a reason.
[24:09] Speaker 2: Just say you're so sorry.
[24:10] Speaker 1: I mean, it would be nice to have a reason.
[24:13] Speaker 2: Yeah, but her reason obviously was glam.
[24:15] Speaker 1: She was getting glammed.
[24:16] Speaker 2: Who asked that? Did you get glammed? I couldn't tell
[24:19] Speaker 2: if that was Kyle or who that was.
[24:21] Speaker 1: It was one of them. I think it might have
[24:23] Speaker 1: been just, I don't know. One of them said, did
[24:25] Speaker 1: you get glammed?
[24:27] Speaker 2: But it just kind of seemed to me like in
[24:29] Speaker 2: this moment, Lisa Barlow is having her like, she was
[24:32] Speaker 2: on Dorit time.
[24:34] Speaker 1: Yeah, which is never good. Nobody likes that. Just be
[24:37] Speaker 1: on time.
[24:38] Speaker 2: Especially, and I can't remember who made this point, but
[24:42] Speaker 2: it's not like it's just the women traveling. There are
[24:44] Speaker 2: like three bus fulls of crew and producers.
[24:50] Speaker 1: It was a big deal. I remember getting texts saying,
[24:53] Speaker 1: I think it was from Vicky or somebody, we don't
[24:55] Speaker 1: know if we're going to be able to go. There
[24:57] Speaker 1: was a huge storm. There were no planes. They were
[25:01] Speaker 1: all grounded. We're going to have to drive. I think
[25:06] Speaker 1: they did end up flying, though.
[25:07] Speaker 2: I think they ended up flying, but I do think
[25:10] Speaker 2: there's places you can be late to, and an airport
[25:13] Speaker 2: isn't one of them.
[25:14] Speaker 1: No.
[25:15] Speaker 2: Even if it is delayed. Right. And you have a
[25:17] Speaker 2: bus full of women sitting outside your hotel waiting.
[25:21] Speaker 1: I've been on a flight, waiting for a flight, and
[25:23] Speaker 1: they said it was going to be delayed, and then
[25:26] Speaker 1: reverted back to the original time. Yeah. So, nope.
[25:30] Speaker 2: I don't know, but I didn't really follow her story,
[25:33] Speaker 2: but then I'm like, also... Lisa, is your glam team
[25:36] Speaker 2: going to follow you to Miami now? Are they on
[25:39] Speaker 2: the same flight?
[25:41] Speaker 1: Probably. I mean, she really put a lot of question
[25:43] Speaker 1: in all the girls' heads. And, like, once in Miami, Luann, Giselle,
[25:46] Speaker 1: and Portia discussed how maybe the other Salt Lake City
[25:49] Speaker 1: women were right about Lisa the whole time.
[25:52] Speaker 2: I mean, it kind of sucks for Lisa because she
[25:55] Speaker 2: was having, like, such a nice trajectory. Yeah. And, you know, like,
[26:01] Speaker 2: everyone was liking her on the show.
[26:04] Speaker 1: She was.
[26:05] Speaker 2: You have like a soft spot for her and then
[26:08] Speaker 2: she's ruining it over her glam.
[26:10] Speaker 1: Well, here's the thing. Had the other Salt Lake City
[26:12] Speaker 1: girls not been there and put those questions into the
[26:15] Speaker 1: cast head, none of that would have come up. They
[26:17] Speaker 1: would have just thought she was, you know, rude for
[26:19] Speaker 1: being late. That's it. Now they're questioning all the other stuff. Yeah. Now,
[26:26] Speaker 1: did Vicky and Kyle room together the entire trip? Because
[26:29] Speaker 1: they seem pretty close.
[26:31] Speaker 2: I don't think they room together, but I think they
[26:33] Speaker 2: glam together.
[26:34] Speaker 1: Is that what it was?
[26:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, because like the girls would always enter somebody else's
[26:38] Speaker 2: room when one of them was getting glammed and then
[26:40] Speaker 2: like another one. So I think there was like glam rooms.
[26:42] Speaker 1: How about when Teresa was doing her own glam and
[26:44] Speaker 1: Lisa just lays it on so thick, stares at her
[26:48] Speaker 1: in the mirror. She's doing her makeup. She's like, your
[26:51] Speaker 1: makeup is just so amazing. Like, I can't believe you
[26:54] Speaker 1: would do that in five minutes. And your lips, they're
[26:56] Speaker 1: so great. And Teresa's just.
[26:58] Speaker 2: She's doing her lips and she's like. There's this big
[27:03] Speaker 2: of a pause.
[27:05] Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you.
[27:09] Speaker 2: Like this huge big pause. But then did you notice
[27:14] Speaker 2: when Lisa Barlow was fighting with some of the girls
[27:17] Speaker 2: from Salt Lake City, she goes, just give me a moment.
[27:21] Speaker 2: I need to do my lips.
[27:23] Speaker 1: I know. So she's not self-aware. I will give her that.
[27:28] Speaker 1: She's not self-aware.
[27:29] Speaker 2: But I was like, by the way, you overlined a
[27:31] Speaker 2: little bit too much.
[27:32] Speaker 1: I know. I'm like, that's what I'm thinking. I'm like,
[27:33] Speaker 1: how do you do that with no mirror? I mean,
[27:36] Speaker 1: we've all seen Kylie Jenner do it, but just, and
[27:39] Speaker 1: there was like too much on the skin.
[27:41] Speaker 2: On the side.
[27:42] Speaker 1: On the upper lip.
[27:43] Speaker 2: It didn't work out for her.
[27:53] Speaker 1: So who do you think, so far, out of this cast,
[27:57] Speaker 1: who do you think is the shining stars?
[27:59] Speaker 2: I think most definitely Giselle.
[28:01] Speaker 1: Oh, 100%. And Portia.
[28:02] Speaker 2: And then I think Portia is so funny. Like, even
[28:06] Speaker 2: when Giselle's, like, coming at Lisa Barlow, then they go to.
[28:11] Speaker 1: Her confessional?
[28:12] Speaker 2: To Portia's confessional, and she's like, Get her!
[28:15] Speaker 1: Get her! Drag her! Don't you say, get her! Drag her! Oh,
[28:21] Speaker 1: my gosh.
[28:22] Speaker 2: Did you like seeing like some of the like the
[28:25] Speaker 2: past girls that like weren't on for these last couple
[28:27] Speaker 2: of seasons? Like, did you like seeing Robin?
[28:30] Speaker 1: Oh, yeah. I love seeing Robin. You know, I'm a
[28:34] Speaker 1: big fan of Robin's and love her to death. And
[28:36] Speaker 1: I'm so glad that she's back in Potomac. By the way,
[28:38] Speaker 1: I did hear Potomac trailer could possibly drop today.
[28:44] Speaker 2: Really?
[28:44] Speaker 1: And there was a picture that was released and I
[28:46] Speaker 1: never know nowadays if it's real or not, but I
[28:48] Speaker 1: don't know if it's a cast picture, but they're all
[28:50] Speaker 1: like in florals and pastels. It's really pretty.
[28:53] Speaker 2: Well, and there was a moment where Robin was like
[28:57] Speaker 2: talking to the girls and they're like, they have like
[29:02] Speaker 2: a soft moment about Karen.
[29:04] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. And we found out, I think we already
[29:07] Speaker 1: knew this somehow, maybe it was in the press, that
[29:09] Speaker 1: Karen decided not to participate in Ultimate Girls Trip because
[29:12] Speaker 1: she was working on her sobriety and things like that,
[29:15] Speaker 1: which is, I mean, commendable.
[29:18] Speaker 2: But then they showed, was it near when Vicky's wig
[29:22] Speaker 2: was falling off when they showed Karen's wig?
[29:25] Speaker 1: That was hilarious. I'm excited to see Karen again, too.
[29:30] Speaker 2: I'm excited, too. Okay.
[29:32] Speaker 1: Did you notice that, you know, Mary Cosby was there.
[29:33] Speaker 1: We got a hello. We saw her mingling in the background,
[29:36] Speaker 1: but never really got involved in anything.
[29:40] Speaker 2: We saw the back of her more than we saw
[29:41] Speaker 2: the front of her.
[29:42] Speaker 1: Yeah. We didn't get to see much of Mary and
[29:44] Speaker 1: we love Mary, which we could have seen more.
[29:47] Speaker 2: And who was it? I think it was Angie that
[29:48] Speaker 2: was trying to bring her a drink, but then knew
[29:50] Speaker 2: that she would have to go over and talk to Lisa.
[29:52] Speaker 2: And she's like, Every time she asks me to get
[29:59] Speaker 2: a drink, she wanders away. Angie didn't bother me this episode.
[30:03] Speaker 2: I didn't feel like Angie was out for blood this episode. No.
[30:08] Speaker 1: No, not at all. Not at all. Would you like
[30:10] Speaker 1: to see these Ultimate Girls trips with maybe one from
[30:15] Speaker 1: each cast and kind of traveling to different cities like
[30:18] Speaker 1: they're doing now?
[30:19] Speaker 2: Yeah, I think they should keep doing this. I think
[30:21] Speaker 2: it's entertaining.
[30:22] Speaker 1: And I know they're recreating what has happened in the past,
[30:25] Speaker 1: but moving forward, if we did that... and move to
[30:27] Speaker 1: a couple, not, we don't have to move to all,
[30:29] Speaker 1: you know, every franchise city, but just a few of
[30:31] Speaker 1: them and do something new.
[30:33] Speaker 2: Yeah. I mean, cause I'm kind of enjoying seeing the
[30:36] Speaker 2: girls from different franchises being together more than I enjoyed
[30:39] Speaker 2: just watching the mass, you know, like when you'd see
[30:43] Speaker 2: multiple girls from one cast on these girls trips, you know,
[30:47] Speaker 2: like even when Heather and Whitney were on, that one
[30:53] Speaker 2: season of girls trip. And then it was like, you know,
[30:55] Speaker 2: then they have Marisol and Alexia. Like I, then that
[31:00] Speaker 2: you already have your like built in buddy, but I
[31:03] Speaker 2: like seeing who they've all like made friends with.
[31:06] Speaker 1: And I will tell you, it is nice going in
[31:09] Speaker 1: and having, cause I did ultimate girls trip with Vicky
[31:12] Speaker 1: and it was kind of nice going in and having
[31:14] Speaker 1: one call it an alliance, which is somebody that, you know,
[31:18] Speaker 1: a friend, because back then I, I didn't talk to
[31:22] Speaker 1: a lot of housewives. I wasn't very social. I didn't
[31:24] Speaker 1: reach out to them. Like I knew, uh, Dorinda, I
[31:28] Speaker 1: knew Phaedra, but not, and you know, like I do now.
[31:31] Speaker 2: Right. And it, it, it's.
[31:35] Speaker 1: Harder to make conversation. And when you have no history
[31:39] Speaker 1: with somebody.
[31:40] Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, Phaedra is all over the worldwide web right now.
[31:45] Speaker 1: You know, so I was on traders with CT and Phaedra.
[31:50] Speaker 1: And they did have a spark. They did. So you
[31:54] Speaker 1: could feel the chemistry.
[31:56] Speaker 2: Yes.
[31:57] Speaker 1: But here's the thing. Phaedra is like so motherly. Yeah.
[32:02] Speaker 1: And so back then, CT was going through a divorce. Well,
[32:06] Speaker 1: he's still.
[32:07] Speaker 2: Going through a divorce because the ex or whoever she is,
[32:12] Speaker 2: after all this came out, she wrote, just signed the papers.
[32:16] Speaker 1: Yeah, he was very kind of upset about it back then.
[32:20] Speaker 1: I think it was probably fresh. And he had a
[32:22] Speaker 1: son and he was struggling with that. And, you know,
[32:24] Speaker 1: Phaedra was always there to talk to him. And she's
[32:27] Speaker 1: always had great words of wisdom and good information. And
[32:33] Speaker 1: so I saw something. They did spend a lot of
[32:35] Speaker 1: time together.
[32:36] Speaker 2: Yeah. And then when I saw like they did a
[32:39] Speaker 2: couple like TikToks or something while they were at the
[32:43] Speaker 2: award show and like, One, who's the other guy that
[32:48] Speaker 2: was on Traders 2?
[32:49] Speaker 1: Bananas, Johnny Bananas.
[32:50] Speaker 2: Yes, Johnny Bananas. And they're like throwing him his suit
[32:53] Speaker 2: and he does the transition.
[32:56] Speaker 1: Did you see the post where somebody says Johnny Bananas
[32:59] Speaker 1: is out there looking for a single housewife? Johnny, I'll
[33:05] Speaker 1: hook you up with Carmela. How about that?
[33:07] Speaker 2: Oh, that's a good one.
[33:09] Speaker 1: Because Johnny lives in North Orange County.
[33:12] Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't know he lived there.
[33:13] Speaker 1: Yeah. He's got a place in Florida and Orange County.
[33:17] Speaker 2: Well, he's handsome.
[33:18] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[33:19] Speaker 2: But also I watched there was a moment where they're
[33:24] Speaker 2: walking into the airport and paparazzi stops to talk to Phaedra.
[33:31] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[33:32] Speaker 2: And they're like kind of grilling her. And then CT
[33:35] Speaker 2: walks up right behind her. He doesn't even acknowledge that
[33:37] Speaker 2: there's press there and like puts his arms around her
[33:40] Speaker 2: and just like walks her into the. Aw.
[33:43] Speaker 1: He's a nice guy. I sat with him at the
[33:47] Speaker 1: round table. So we had, you know, seats. Everybody had
[33:49] Speaker 1: their own seat. And so he was next to me until,
[33:53] Speaker 1: I mean, I left before him. So, yeah. No, that
[33:56] Speaker 1: makes me happy.
[33:57] Speaker 2: Yeah, it makes me happy too. It makes me happy too.
[34:02] Speaker 2: But then it also made me think, why are we
[34:04] Speaker 2: going to see so many of these other people while
[34:07] Speaker 2: we're in Miami that we've already seen? I don't understand that.
[34:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm curious to see. I don't know who's all
[34:14] Speaker 1: going to Miami.
[34:16] Speaker 2: They showed like a couple like for next week. And
[34:20] Speaker 2: I was like, hold on. We just saw them. Why
[34:23] Speaker 2: do we need them in Miami?
[34:25] Speaker 1: Well, Eddie was going, well, how come there was no
[34:27] Speaker 1: Orange County girls in Atlanta? And I said, because you
[34:33] Speaker 1: have to pay attention. They were already at Kyle's white party.
[34:37] Speaker 2: Yeah, they were already at Kyle's white party. And you
[34:42] Speaker 2: guys had that other party. Mm-hmm. So, I mean, it
[34:46] Speaker 2: keeps going. But, I mean, I think it's a good show.
[34:49] Speaker 2: I think it's kind of like a feel-good show. You
[34:52] Speaker 2: watch it. There's not a ton of drama. This was
[34:55] Speaker 2: the most drama I think there was.
[34:56] Speaker 1: Yeah. And I... And still, they went to the season finale. Yeah.
[35:01] Speaker 2: And I can't, for the life of me, just figure
[35:04] Speaker 2: out why Lisa Barlow couldn't just say sorry.
[35:07] Speaker 1: There's no excuse. She said on her own timing, Teddy....
[35:12] Speaker 2: Tamara, if I was an asshole to you and did
[35:15] Speaker 2: something to you and you were like, Teddy, that really
[35:17] Speaker 2: hurt my feelings. And I'll be like, well, in my
[35:19] Speaker 2: own timing, I'm going to apologize.
[35:21] Speaker 1: I will apologize. Yeah. No, I get it. I'm not
[35:23] Speaker 1: agreeing with it, but I get it. I get it.
[35:27] Speaker 2: I like apologies to be authentic.
[35:29] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[35:31] Speaker 2: Hold on. What did Giselle say when she said that?
[35:34] Speaker 2: She was like, suck it up.
[35:36] Speaker 1: Suck it up. Oh, what did she say?
[35:37] Speaker 2: Mustard up. Mustard up.
[35:39] Speaker 1: Is that what she said? Yeah. said something and I'm
[35:42] Speaker 1: like oh okay.
