[0:02] Speaker 1: Two Teas in a Pod with Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
[0:16] Speaker 2: Hi guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
[0:19] Speaker 2: a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge. We
[0:23] Speaker 2: are here recapping episode one of season seven of Real
[0:28] Speaker 2: Housewives of Salt Lake City.
[0:30] Speaker 1: This was a sad one.
[0:33] Speaker 2: I mean, first and foremost, to me, this was like,
[0:38] Speaker 2: you know, a riveting episode. And I hope Mary gets
[0:41] Speaker 2: nothing but love.
[0:42] Speaker 1: Yes, she will, of course.
[0:43] Speaker 3: From everyone for being so vulnerable.
[0:45] Speaker 2: Like, I can't imagine doing what she did, you know,
[0:49] Speaker 2: like having to go through that and speak about it.
[0:52] Speaker 2: And she just, you know, had so much grace and love.
[0:57] Speaker 3: And I don't know.
[0:58] Speaker 2: I just, that's the first thing that I just think.
[1:01] Speaker 1: Yeah, this was definitely heavy. And I had no idea
[1:05] Speaker 1: that they had picked cameras up to film him, Robert Jr.,
[1:10] Speaker 1: released from jail.
[1:11] Speaker 3: I didn't either.
[1:12] Speaker 2: February 4th, they said that's when Robert Jr. 's release
[1:15] Speaker 2: was from jail. And then Mary thanks her cousin, Big Joe,
[1:19] Speaker 2: for picking him up after he was incarcerated for 86 days.
[1:22] Speaker 1: Yeah. And then three weeks later is when he passed away.
[1:26] Speaker 1: Wasn't sure that if, you know, we were going to
[1:28] Speaker 1: see Robert Sr., but... He was in the trailer. So
[1:33] Speaker 1: I guess he will be filming this season.
[1:36] Speaker 3: I mean, that's probably because Mary really needs the support.
[1:39] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:39] Speaker 1: And I'm glad he's there for her.
[1:41] Speaker 2: I am, too.
[1:43] Speaker 3: I can't imagine how hard it must be.
[1:44] Speaker 1: Oh, it was just so heartbreaking. And then, you know,
[1:48] Speaker 1: we get to see the girls gather at Angie Kay's
[1:50] Speaker 1: house following the news. As Angie says, Mary would want
[1:54] Speaker 1: them to come together in peace and they bring flowers
[1:58] Speaker 1: and they have food and they talk about Robert Jr.,
[2:02] Speaker 1: how he loved clothes and fashion. He wanted to be
[2:04] Speaker 1: a fashion designer. And I think it was Angie said
[2:09] Speaker 1: that he made some nice comments about Electra's eyes or
[2:13] Speaker 1: something like that.
[2:14] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[2:14] Speaker 1: Just kind of talking about stuff that they know about him.
[2:18] Speaker 3: Yeah, and then they kind of all, like, brought it back.
[2:21] Speaker 2: Like, it's saying, Meredith says, as a mother, you never
[2:24] Speaker 2: think that you're going to live longer than your kid.
[2:27] Speaker 1: No.
[2:27] Speaker 3: That definitely hit me hard. I was like, oh, my gosh.
[2:30] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[2:31] Speaker 3: Like, I can't even imagine.
[2:33] Speaker 2: Lisa reveals Mary told her that the group she's got
[2:37] Speaker 2: is all she has right now.
[2:38] Speaker 1: I know. That gave me chills. Yeah.
[2:41] Speaker 3: And then Heather....
[2:45] Speaker 2: This is where it's just going to get me because
[2:48] Speaker 2: we're watching two shows at once. Heather suggests that the
[2:51] Speaker 2: ladies use this moment to no longer take each other
[2:53] Speaker 2: for granted. Then my head pans to ultimate girl's trip.
[2:57] Speaker 1: I know.
[2:58] Speaker 3: I can't compartmentalize.
[3:00] Speaker 1: Do you? To me, it kind of looks like every
[3:04] Speaker 1: time Heather talks, she's kind of looking for her next
[3:07] Speaker 1: moment or, you know, audition.
[3:11] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[3:11] Speaker 1: She can be a narrator for the group or something.
[3:14] Speaker 1: It just doesn't land. Now, Whitney takes this time, which
[3:19] Speaker 1: I thought it wasn't probably the right time, to apologize.
[3:24] Speaker 1: And it's just like, can you read between the lines?
[3:26] Speaker 1: This isn't about you or your feelings. This is about
[3:29] Speaker 1: Robert Jr. and Mary and her family. And I just went, oh.
[3:34] Speaker 2: Well, I think Whitney wants to make it very clear
[3:36] Speaker 2: that she's sober this season.
[3:38] Speaker 1: Yeah, she actually reached out to me during the season before.
[3:41] Speaker 1: before her cast trip and wanted some Vena seltzer. So
[3:45] Speaker 1: I shipped them over to her.
[3:47] Speaker 2: Oh, wow. Um, I, I felt like this was obviously
[3:51] Speaker 2: a scene that needed to happen. I felt like the
[3:54] Speaker 2: girls were doing everything they can not to rip each
[3:57] Speaker 2: other's hair out and start fighting there.
[3:59] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[4:00] Speaker 1: Yeah. It was, it was, it was hard. It's like,
[4:04] Speaker 1: it's easy to sit outside and judge. Like, what would
[4:07] Speaker 1: you do if you were in this group right now?
[4:09] Speaker 1: Because it's such a heavy situation. Like, you're not allowed
[4:12] Speaker 1: to laugh. You're not allowed to smile. Like, what are
[4:13] Speaker 1: you supposed to do? Like Angie joking with Lisa about
[4:17] Speaker 1: menopausal stuff and Lisa making it quite clear that she's
[4:20] Speaker 1: still on her period.
[4:22] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[4:22] Speaker 1: So it's like, do you talk about that stuff?
[4:24] Speaker 3: Should you not? Like, it's just, it's, it's just really hard.
[4:28] Speaker 2: And I, especially when you're filming a show and you're
[4:32] Speaker 2: trying to be, you, you do, your heart is broken
[4:35] Speaker 2: for that person, but you're also like how I can't
[4:38] Speaker 2: make this about me.
[4:39] Speaker 3: This isn't about me. This is about that.
[4:41] Speaker 1: I agree. Yeah.
[4:43] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[4:43] Speaker 1: And then there's Lisa with her grilled cheese. We see
[4:45] Speaker 1: her eating two grilled cheese this episode. One at home
[4:49] Speaker 1: she made with goat cheese, which doesn't sound great to me.
[4:54] Speaker 1: Goat cheese. You like goat cheese?
[4:55] Speaker 3: No. Goat cheese.
[4:56] Speaker 2: And then why was she shredding the cheese to then
[4:58] Speaker 2: put it into the... She was shredding mozzarella to then
[5:02] Speaker 2: heat it up.
[5:03] Speaker 1: I thought she said it was goat cheese. No.
[5:06] Speaker 3: The goat cheese she was already putting on like it
[5:08] Speaker 3: was like butter. Butter.
[5:09] Speaker 2: Butter.
[5:10] Speaker 3: Where did the mozzarella go?
[5:11] Speaker 1: Did she mix?
[5:13] Speaker 3: Yeah, she mixed the cheese.
[5:14] Speaker 1: Oh, she mixed it. Oh, that might not be too bad.
[5:17] Speaker 1: I just think like, I don't mind goat cheese. I'd
[5:20] Speaker 1: rather have it than blue cheese. But yeah, that's quite
[5:23] Speaker 1: a way to make grilled cheese. Yeah.
[5:25] Speaker 2: But in this moment, they're talking about Henry says he's
[5:30] Speaker 2: not dating girls.
[5:31] Speaker 3: He's just kissing them.
[5:32] Speaker 1: How's he 21 already?
[5:34] Speaker 3: How did I not know that he was baby gorgeous?
[5:37] Speaker 1: Oh, I didn't know that either.
[5:38] Speaker 3: I didn't know that he was the reference to baby gorgeous.
[5:42] Speaker 1: I had no idea. Jack is 21 years old now.
[5:45] Speaker 1: I had no idea he was that old.
[5:51] Speaker 2: I didn't either, but I thought this was like a
[5:53] Speaker 2: nice scene. We see all the boys together. We see
[5:57] Speaker 2: them working together as a family to get it done.
[5:59] Speaker 2: They're kind of teasing Lisa, but they're still being nice
[6:01] Speaker 2: to her.
[6:02] Speaker 1: Um, How about when John apologizes to Lisa for being
[6:07] Speaker 1: a safe space for her last year, for not being
[6:09] Speaker 1: a safe space for her last year?
[6:11] Speaker 2: How many times do you think Lisa had to remind
[6:15] Speaker 2: John to do that before they filmed that scene?
[6:18] Speaker 1: That.
[6:19] Speaker 3: I'm.
[6:21] Speaker 1: Sorry.
[6:22] Speaker 3: How many times? Like, how many times did you have
[6:24] Speaker 3: to tell Eddie? Okay, you're going to need to get
[6:27] Speaker 3: choked up.
[6:27] Speaker 1: I actually wanted Eddie to watch that scene because I
[6:30] Speaker 1: felt like you know, these are what other guys are
[6:34] Speaker 1: doing on the house. Cause he doesn't really watch the
[6:35] Speaker 1: house by shows. I'm like, guys do get involved a
[6:38] Speaker 1: little bit, but, um, I forgot they were having some
[6:43] Speaker 1: problems last year.
[6:44] Speaker 2: Well, remember the psychic said something and then he said,
[6:48] Speaker 2: maybe you weren't paying attention to me. And then they
[6:50] Speaker 2: got in that, they did a little flashback of them
[6:52] Speaker 2: fighting at that tall table.
[6:54] Speaker 3: And yeah.
[6:55] Speaker 1: And then he said like, he's not really good at
[6:58] Speaker 1: emotions and expressing himself and, He said he actually felt
[7:02] Speaker 1: like a little jealous because a lot of things in
[7:04] Speaker 1: his life were falling apart. I think like business wise
[7:07] Speaker 1: and her, she was, you know, she's doing the Wendy's commercial.
[7:10] Speaker 1: She got housewives. She got Vita tequila.
[7:13] Speaker 2: I mean, I think everything he said makes complete sense
[7:16] Speaker 2: and happens in relationships. I just think the fact that
[7:19] Speaker 2: that we're supposed to believe that was the first time
[7:21] Speaker 2: he apologized for it is bananas.
[7:24] Speaker 1: Maybe you might be right on that.
[7:27] Speaker 2: Like you've only seen him cry twice in your life
[7:30] Speaker 2: and this is one of them.
[7:32] Speaker 3: Hmm.
[7:34] Speaker 2: Well, he really, he really like put Tabasco sauce in
[7:37] Speaker 2: his eyes or something.
[7:38] Speaker 3: Like, I don't know how he did it, but I, I,
[7:40] Speaker 3: I did feel like they were closer this season.
[7:43] Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, it was a touching scene. I thought,
[7:46] Speaker 1: you know, he acknowledged it. Did I need to see
[7:49] Speaker 1: the next scene where she's talking with her friends about it?
[7:53] Speaker 3: What is she, where she relives it and then she
[7:56] Speaker 3: like puts her eyes.
[7:57] Speaker 1: It orders another grilled cheese sandwich. Yeah.
[7:59] Speaker 3: No, not really. Maybe it's the cheese.
[8:02] Speaker 1: That's making them cry. I'm just saying.
[8:08] Speaker 2: Well, then we've got new buddies, Bronwyn and Whitney, meeting
[8:11] Speaker 2: for pickleball.
[8:13] Speaker 1: Okay.
[8:14] Speaker 2: Could you imagine having the conversation that they're having while
[8:16] Speaker 2: trying to play pickleball? No.
[8:19] Speaker 1: No, but they look cute in their little outfits. I mean,
[8:22] Speaker 1: I'm not surprised that they are... You know, close. They're
[8:26] Speaker 1: both married to guys that are older than them. They both,
[8:30] Speaker 1: I think, have a little bit of a wild side. Now,
[8:33] Speaker 1: at this point, Whitney and her husband are still together, right?
[8:37] Speaker 2: Yeah, they haven't told us that they're not. We heard
[8:41] Speaker 2: in the press a while ago that they were also split,
[8:44] Speaker 2: but we haven't actually seen that or confirmed it or anything.
[8:47] Speaker 1: Now, did you see Bronwyn in her confessional where she
[8:50] Speaker 1: was insinuating that maybe there was something a little bit
[8:52] Speaker 1: more between them? Her and Whitney? Do you really think.
[8:57] Speaker 3: They're into each other?
[8:57] Speaker 2: I know why.
[8:58] Speaker 3: She was like this, and then she's like, ha, ha, ha. No,
[8:59] Speaker 3: not really like this.
[9:01] Speaker 1: Well, why would she even say that? Was she trying
[9:04] Speaker 1: to be funny?
[9:04] Speaker 3: I think she was trying to be funny.
[9:07] Speaker 2: But then when she explained the final death of her
[9:10] Speaker 2: marriage was when it was her 40th birthday, and Todd
[9:14] Speaker 2: didn't even acknowledge it.
[9:17] Speaker 1: Well, last year she got a $ 10 million donation. Diamond
[9:21] Speaker 1: necklace that she had to return. What was she expecting?
[9:28] Speaker 3: So, but did he always have a house in New York,
[9:31] Speaker 3: a place in New York? So he was always bi-coastal?
[9:34] Speaker 1: I don't know. But wasn't it him? Didn't he go
[9:36] Speaker 1: to New York last year or last season and somebody
[9:39] Speaker 1: saw him looking at girls on his phone?
[9:42] Speaker 2: Yeah, someone saw him looking at girls and then somebody
[9:44] Speaker 2: said they also had a video of him kissing a girl.
[9:48] Speaker 1: Oh, God, no, thank you.
[9:50] Speaker 3: I mean, who's dying for Todd?
[9:54] Speaker 1: Maybe Dory? I don't know.
[10:12] Speaker 2: So after that, we start to see that there's going
[10:16] Speaker 2: to be shifts in multiple of these relationships. Yeah.
[10:20] Speaker 1: Now we get Whitney addressing her viral drunken remarks she
[10:23] Speaker 1: made at the drag brunch. I forgot about those, but
[10:25] Speaker 1: I remember seeing them way back when.
[10:27] Speaker 2: What did she say? I couldn't remember and I also
[10:30] Speaker 2: couldn't rewind.
[10:32] Speaker 1: It wasn't nice. She was talking mad shit about the girls.
[10:36] Speaker 3: She said she hates Meredith, but was that all she said?
[10:40] Speaker 1: She said she hated Meredith and she said something else
[10:42] Speaker 1: and I can't remember what it was.
[10:44] Speaker 2: Well, she's talking about how she had was her liquid courage.
[10:47] Speaker 2: And I'm like, saying it's liquid courage is not a
[10:49] Speaker 2: good thing. It's like when you say like a drunk
[10:51] Speaker 2: person says.
[10:52] Speaker 1: You're blaming all the alcohol.
[10:54] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[10:54] Speaker 3: But like if you're saying something, you probably mean it.
[10:57] Speaker 1: Well, I don't think that when you obviously she was drunk,
[10:59] Speaker 1: but blaming it on being egged on by the audience
[11:02] Speaker 1: and liquid courage at a it's kind of a bunch
[11:05] Speaker 1: of bullshit. You should just like not even throw that
[11:08] Speaker 1: in there. That's like saying I'm sorry, but.
[11:10] Speaker 2: I also wanted to be like, Whitney, you were third
[11:13] Speaker 2: seat last year. Now is not the time. Now is
[11:16] Speaker 2: not the time to be cutting off alcohol fully.
[11:19] Speaker 3: No. When filming. We need you wild and crazy.
[11:24] Speaker 1: Whitney Rose.
[11:27] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[11:27] Speaker 2: And that's when she kind of alluded the things in
[11:30] Speaker 2: her marriage. And then they talk about Bronwyn out there
[11:35] Speaker 2: with a hot younger model.
[11:38] Speaker 1: Yeah. She was traveling around with this young, hot model
[11:42] Speaker 1: and no longer together, right?
[11:44] Speaker 3: No longer together.
[11:45] Speaker 2: Essentially, they spent, like, I can't remember if she said
[11:48] Speaker 2: six or eight weeks together. And she just kept inviting,
[11:52] Speaker 2: she was avoiding her life at home. And I think
[11:55] Speaker 2: it was like right after her split. And she met
[11:57] Speaker 2: this young, hot guy and just, she invited him everywhere
[12:00] Speaker 2: and he came with her. And then once they got
[12:02] Speaker 2: home and reality hit, she was like, this isn't So
[12:05] Speaker 2: it was.
[12:06] Speaker 1: Just a fun fling. Yeah. So we get to see
[12:07] Speaker 1: Heather dating a man named Trip. Now he pulls up
[12:10] Speaker 1: on a Harley or something and they got the, he
[12:14] Speaker 1: got the Eddie entrance where they showed the feet and
[12:16] Speaker 1: they showed the back and then they showed him walking
[12:19] Speaker 1: and they showed him opening the door. Then you see
[12:21] Speaker 1: his face.
[12:22] Speaker 3: Some strange reason.
[12:23] Speaker 1: He looks familiar.
[12:25] Speaker 2: Why does he does he look familiar? Because he was
[12:27] Speaker 2: on the show the first season.
[12:29] Speaker 1: Was he on the show the first season?
[12:31] Speaker 3: I don't know, but he looked familiar to me, too.
[12:33] Speaker 2: But maybe it was because he looks kind of like
[12:35] Speaker 2: the guy who was married to Sandra Bullock.
[12:38] Speaker 3: Do you remember Jesse James?
[12:41] Speaker 1: Do you think it's because he's a biker?
[12:43] Speaker 3: Are you are you stereotyping all bikers now?
[12:46] Speaker 2: I maybe I mean, I maybe he kind of looks
[12:49] Speaker 2: like him with the slick back hair.
[12:51] Speaker 1: Like I was like, he looks a little Jesse James.
[12:53] Speaker 3: Maybe that's it.
[12:54] Speaker 1: Maybe that's what I'm seeing. Cause I'm like, he really
[12:56] Speaker 1: looks familiar. And then he's got a unique name trip. Well,
[12:59] Speaker 1: I think his name.
[13:00] Speaker 2: May be trip because he's this third.
[13:03] Speaker 3: So I know a couple trips and it's cause they're from,
[13:06] Speaker 3: so triple.
[13:09] Speaker 2: So like, let's say his name's Paul, his dad's name's Paul,
[13:12] Speaker 2: his grandpa's name's Paul.
[13:14] Speaker 3: And then the third one is trip like triple.
[13:16] Speaker 1: Okay.
[13:17] Speaker 3: And that's not in the second might be deuce. I
[13:20] Speaker 3: don't want deuce. Like I knew a lot of deuce
[13:24] Speaker 3: in trips growing up because it's a very Southern thing
[13:26] Speaker 3: to do.
[13:27] Speaker 1: Well, she says that she dated Tripp before and it
[13:29] Speaker 1: didn't work out. And now she's dating him again. She
[13:32] Speaker 1: says they are horrible Mormons together. Tripp left the church
[13:35] Speaker 1: when he was 17. I, okay. Something about this, I'm
[13:42] Speaker 1: not buying.
[13:44] Speaker 2: Well, the part that is a little bit touch and go.
[13:48] Speaker 2: Even if we didn't see him in a prior season,
[13:50] Speaker 2: we've never seen him in our lives before. We just
[13:52] Speaker 2: think he looks like Jesse James. He still, the first
[13:56] Speaker 2: time that they dated, was talking to other women.
[14:01] Speaker 1: Yeah, never good.
[14:02] Speaker 3: Never good.
[14:03] Speaker 2: I don't know that that part changes because, you know,
[14:07] Speaker 2: six years in a television show.
[14:09] Speaker 1: Teddy, I'm not buying this relationship for some reason. My
[14:13] Speaker 1: gut is telling me that this is not real.
[14:17] Speaker 2: When I saw her name on the back of the helmet,
[14:19] Speaker 2: I was like, even Tamara doesn't do that.
[14:22] Speaker 1: No, it was just like too set up.
[14:25] Speaker 3: Yeah, it felt very.
[14:27] Speaker 2: Well, also when Georgia quizzes him and the first question is,
[14:31] Speaker 2: are you a Swifty? And then like he was supposed
[14:35] Speaker 2: to answer yes.
[14:37] Speaker 1: Hold on, wait a minute. He's like, I listened to
[14:39] Speaker 1: one song. Your mom doesn't make me a Swifty.
[14:41] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[14:43] Speaker 3: And they're like, I might be wrong.
[14:44] Speaker 1: Just something just seemed just a little set up about this.
[14:47] Speaker 1: You know what they always say? Like the camera doesn't lie.
[14:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[14:51] Speaker 1: I don't know.
[14:52] Speaker 3: I don't know. I mean, it wouldn't be Heather's first
[14:54] Speaker 3: time setting something up.
[14:55] Speaker 1: Well, Heather says they hang and bang, but they do
[14:59] Speaker 1: not have sleepovers.
[15:04] Speaker 3: But why no sleepover?
[15:06] Speaker 1: This doesn't make any sense to me either. She has
[15:08] Speaker 1: an empty house. Her kids are all gone.
[15:13] Speaker 3: Do you think maybe he has younger kids? I don't know.
[15:18] Speaker 2: I mean.
[15:18] Speaker 1: Maybe his ex is taking care of him.
[15:21] Speaker 3: I don't know. I don't know.
[15:23] Speaker 2: I mean, but I do think it was a little
[15:25] Speaker 2: bit strange to even say that because it's not like
[15:28] Speaker 2: she has young kids and she's trying to hide. She's
[15:30] Speaker 2: doing a FaceTime with the kids about him.
[15:36] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[15:37] Speaker 3: So it's like they all know about him. It's not like.
[15:40] Speaker 2: She practically talks about sex in front of them, so
[15:43] Speaker 2: I don't really get it.
[15:44] Speaker 1: Yeah, I don't get it either.
[15:46] Speaker 2: She makes it very clear she's only dated, you know,
[15:48] Speaker 2: three people or something since she's gotten her divorce.
[15:51] Speaker 1: We haven't seen her date really anybody on the show.
[15:54] Speaker 3: No, we saw her have a crush on one guy,
[15:56] Speaker 3: I think.
[15:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah.
[15:58] Speaker 3: And they made it seem like they went home together
[16:00] Speaker 3: when I bet they didn't.
[16:02] Speaker 1: Well, Bronwyn and Muzzy, they talk about her separation, and
[16:06] Speaker 1: Fuzzy Muzzy thinks that she should not be dating her.
[16:09] Speaker 3: I was very proud of Muzzy in this.
[16:12] Speaker 1: She was warm.
[16:13] Speaker 3: She was warm. She was kind.
[16:14] Speaker 1: Warm and fuzzy Muzzy. She's a warm and fuzzy Muzzy
[16:19] Speaker 1: this season. I love it.
[16:21] Speaker 2: I love that Muzzy's pretty much like, she's saying like,
[16:25] Speaker 2: she's like, okay, here you go.
[16:26] Speaker 3: I'm going to give it to you real.
[16:28] Speaker 2: You're not going to actually leave the billion dollar man
[16:32] Speaker 2: for a guy that's on, you know, And that's 21
[16:36] Speaker 2: years old.
[16:36] Speaker 3: Right. It's not happening.
[16:38] Speaker 1: Well, yeah, you got to give her credit. She actually
[16:39] Speaker 1: switched couches to be closer to her daughter and even
[16:43] Speaker 1: touched her leg. I mean, that's just something we haven't
[16:47] Speaker 1: seen of Muzzy.
[16:50] Speaker 2: But then Bronwyn kind of kills the moment because Bronwyn's like,
[16:53] Speaker 2: are you being kind to me right now?
[16:56] Speaker 1: I know.
[16:56] Speaker 3: And she's like, well, I actually just came over to
[16:58] Speaker 3: sit next to the plastic.
[16:59] Speaker 1: What do you think of her opening the line, though?
[17:02] Speaker 1: She's like, you might not like this, but you lost
[17:04] Speaker 1: your husband in your house. And I lost mine. And
[17:08] Speaker 1: I'm like, no, you can't compare that to death.
[17:11] Speaker 3: I know you can't compare it to that. I don't know.
[17:14] Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on Bronwyn's big red bow confessional look?
[17:20] Speaker 3: I mean, I've gotten so it's weird.
[17:23] Speaker 2: Because I'm so used to her being so over the
[17:26] Speaker 2: top in her confessionals. I don't even notice them anymore. Right.
[17:29] Speaker 1: I think like for her, it's great. It just fits
[17:31] Speaker 1: her so well. For us, we would look ridiculous.
[17:34] Speaker 2: We would look ridiculous. But it's like, you know, I
[17:38] Speaker 2: whatever she wants to wear. It's not like when she
[17:41] Speaker 2: was unpacking her luggage. I was like, what of those
[17:43] Speaker 2: items did you did come in handy when you're on
[17:46] Speaker 2: your trip?
[17:46] Speaker 1: Right. Like another thing to switch gears here a little bit.
[17:52] Speaker 1: And every time we saw Meredith, I kept going, why
[17:54] Speaker 1: does she look so different?
[17:57] Speaker 3: Thank God she admitted that she had a facelift. So
[17:59] Speaker 3: we could all just move on. But so different. She looks,
[18:02] Speaker 3: I mean, she looks different, but she also looks like
[18:05] Speaker 3: fresh and good. She got a good one.
[18:07] Speaker 1: She looks like she, you know, the baby filter you
[18:09] Speaker 1: put on your, you can put on your, um, pictures.
[18:12] Speaker 3: Where it shows like the teenage version of you.
[18:14] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[18:15] Speaker 3: That's what she looks like. She looks like she lost
[18:18] Speaker 3: the 30 years.
[18:19] Speaker 2: What about when she's like, I even got carded when
[18:22] Speaker 2: I walked into Lisa's lounge and Lisa's like, everyone gets carded,
[18:25] Speaker 2: including me.
[18:27] Speaker 3: Oh shit.
[18:30] Speaker 1: Well then, so it goes on to Lisa meets Meredith
[18:33] Speaker 1: with her new face for dinner. Meredith jokes that she
[18:36] Speaker 1: got carded, like you said. And, um, and then they,
[18:39] Speaker 1: Lisa starts tearing up. And she recounts John's apology in confessional.
[18:46] Speaker 1: And it's like, it doesn't.
[18:49] Speaker 2: Land well because Mary is so busy fixing her wig
[18:52] Speaker 2: or whatever.
[18:53] Speaker 3: She had a wig on, I think.
[18:54] Speaker 1: Who?
[18:55] Speaker 3: Mary.
[18:56] Speaker 2: Oh, okay.
[18:57] Speaker 1: That's my other question. I think that was a wig
[19:00] Speaker 1: because it kind of like.
[19:01] Speaker 3: It was so full. It was so full and it
[19:04] Speaker 3: was kind of like this. And I was like. Something
[19:07] Speaker 3: just looked off. It was the wig.
[19:09] Speaker 2: Because I feel like I'm a wig pro now because
[19:12] Speaker 2: I wear them so often.
[19:14] Speaker 3: But at first I was like, what is going on
[19:16] Speaker 3: with her hair? What is happening?
[19:18] Speaker 1: Okay, I thought it was just me. Then I thought, well,
[19:19] Speaker 1: maybe it's just the new facelift. No, it's something that's
[19:24] Speaker 1: the hair or something. Anyways, Lisa says watching last season back,
[19:27] Speaker 1: she cried and called John saying they're done. Yeah, they're done.
[19:33] Speaker 3: No wonder John had apologies then to come.
[19:36] Speaker 2: If that's what happened last season, like, of course, he's
[19:40] Speaker 2: going to apologize.
[19:41] Speaker 3: Like, I don't think they want to be done.
[19:43] Speaker 2: No.
[19:43] Speaker 1: And then wasn't it? And Meredith goes, you know, sometimes
[19:46] Speaker 1: you get mad and you say things.
[19:49] Speaker 3: And then I realized. how long it's been since we've
[19:51] Speaker 3: talked about Meredith's husband.
[19:55] Speaker 1: We didn't even see him in this first episode, right?
[19:57] Speaker 3: No.
[19:58] Speaker 2: She mentions him at one point. So we know he
[20:02] Speaker 2: still exists.
[20:03] Speaker 1: It's kind of like, not everybody, but a lot of
[20:05] Speaker 1: the girls' relationships are rocky. They're either separated, getting divorced.
[20:11] Speaker 3: Or they're in a new fake relationship.
[20:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, I just feel like the whole cast is kind
[20:17] Speaker 1: of imploding in different ways.
[20:19] Speaker 3: Well, I think that's what happens. I think they're at
[20:20] Speaker 3: that stage. It's not, I'm not saying it's that stage
[20:24] Speaker 3: of fame, baby. It's that stage of fame.
[20:26] Speaker 2: Yep.
[20:27] Speaker 1: If you are on shaky ground and you are on
[20:31] Speaker 1: TV and you're a hit, baby, I'm moving on.
[20:37] Speaker 2: It's like you either really hunker down and you're with
[20:41] Speaker 2: that person and you make it work forever or like,
[20:44] Speaker 2: It's kind of like, well, I can do this on
[20:47] Speaker 2: my own. I make enough money that I can handle.
[20:51] Speaker 2: That's kind of what's going.
[20:52] Speaker 3: Through all their minds.
[20:55] Speaker 2: But then they go into Whitney's drunken antics, which they
[20:59] Speaker 2: found embarrassing and clown behavior.
[21:01] Speaker 3: You know how I feel about the word clown, right?
[21:03] Speaker 1: What, you don't like the word clown?
[21:05] Speaker 3: No, it really upsets me. Like, if you want to
[21:07] Speaker 3: hurt my feelings.
[21:08] Speaker 1: Call you a clown?
[21:09] Speaker 3: Call me a clown or put an emoji clown.
[21:12] Speaker 2: Really?
[21:12] Speaker 3: I didn't know that.
[21:13] Speaker 1: You shouldn't have told me that.
[21:15] Speaker 3: Well, you won't be able to ever put it on
[21:17] Speaker 3: my Instagram because it's blocked. You can't put a clown.
[21:20] Speaker 1: Yeah. Was there a phase where people calling you a clown? Yes.
[21:24] Speaker 2: And everybody was calling me a clown. And I just
[21:26] Speaker 2: I don't know why that word just really hurt. I'm like,
[21:29] Speaker 2: call me not a clown.
[21:30] Speaker 1: I agree with that.
[21:32] Speaker 3: Like, you're just a clown.
[21:33] Speaker 1: Like, you're a joke.
[21:34] Speaker 3: Like, go away.
[21:35] Speaker 1: That's how it is. At least you're a bitch. Like,
[21:37] Speaker 1: you can hold your own.
[21:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[21:38] Speaker 3: I was like, I don't want to be I don't
[21:40] Speaker 3: want to be a clown. I hate being a clown.
[21:43] Speaker 1: So yeah, I, well, they start talking about, so Whitney
[21:47] Speaker 1: was on stage at a drag brunch and she talked
[21:50] Speaker 1: about these two girls, right?
[21:51] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[21:52] Speaker 1: So it was Lisa and Meredith. So they go in
[21:54] Speaker 1: even further. Lisa says Whitney is a dingbat who lost
[21:57] Speaker 1: all credibility, but Meredith questions if she ever had any credibility.
[22:02] Speaker 1: She finally admits she hates me. Thank you.
[22:06] Speaker 3: Now she's like, oh, well, she finally admitted that she
[22:09] Speaker 3: hates me. So thanks.
[22:10] Speaker 2: But I mean, that's why I said it's so silly
[22:12] Speaker 2: of Whitney to say, like, I had liquid courage. Like,
[22:16] Speaker 2: we've all known this.
[22:18] Speaker 1: Yeah. Had courage to say the things you wanted to say. Yeah.
[22:21] Speaker 3: Had courage to say the things you wanted to say. Okay.
[22:25] Speaker 1: After this first half, because it goes into filming with
[22:28] Speaker 1: Mary and it gets pretty deep. So before we get
[22:30] Speaker 1: into that, whose side are you leaning towards most? Meredith
[22:35] Speaker 1: and Lisa or Whitney and Heather?
[22:38] Speaker 2: See, I feel like Whitney and Heather have a relationship
[22:41] Speaker 2: of convenience at this point.
[22:44] Speaker 1: Because they're trauma bonding? Is that what you're saying?
[22:47] Speaker 2: No, I think because they were friends and they just...
[22:52] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[22:52] Speaker 3: I just don't see... Maybe because I'm biased.
[22:55] Speaker 2: Maybe I don't see Heather as, like, a warm and
[22:58] Speaker 2: fuzzy person. Like, I don't see Whitney being able to
[23:02] Speaker 2: go cry in her arms about her relationship failing. Yeah,
[23:05] Speaker 2: I mean.
[23:07] Speaker 1: Heather kind of confuses me because sometimes you can watch
[23:10] Speaker 1: her and she's got like the best advice and she's,
[23:13] Speaker 1: you know, she could really be there. And the next
[23:15] Speaker 1: time it just seems very performative.
[23:18] Speaker 3: Well, I feel like it's getting each season. It's getting
[23:21] Speaker 3: more intense.
[23:23] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[23:24] Speaker 2: Like we're seeing it like it's right off the bat
[23:26] Speaker 2: this season. Like normally we wait a little bit. When
[23:28] Speaker 2: do you think the props and the costumes are going
[23:30] Speaker 2: to come in?
[23:31] Speaker 3: Oh, well, it's already come in. Did you see the trailer?
[23:34] Speaker 2: When she's like, oh, but there's one scene where she's got.
[23:37] Speaker 3: Oh, yes, yes, yes. I was like an elf or whatever.
[23:40] Speaker 3: And she's like, she brought it.
[23:41] Speaker 1: To the green screen for her confessional. She was she
[23:44] Speaker 1: was a leprechaun.
[23:45] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[23:45] Speaker 3: She was like, oh, I had no idea it was St.
[23:48] Speaker 3: Patrick's Day.
[23:48] Speaker 1: Ha ha ha.
[23:49] Speaker 2: And she's dressed as a leprechaun in her confessional. I'm like, that's,
[23:53] Speaker 2: you know, what we're used to.
[23:54] Speaker 1: Do you think it's funny or do you think it's
[23:57] Speaker 1: too much?
[23:57] Speaker 3: I mean, I think I laughed. But I don't think
[24:00] Speaker 3: it's fun. Like in hindsight, no.
[24:03] Speaker 1: I didn't mind it too much. I just don't like
[24:06] Speaker 1: like the constant on that show. It's constant costumes. Constant.
[24:11] Speaker 3: It's constant. And I don't know. I felt like.
[24:16] Speaker 2: We also have been at a stage now where we've
[24:19] Speaker 2: seen Meredith and Lisa not really open up, fully open
[24:23] Speaker 2: up about their lives. And I think it's because Meredith
[24:26] Speaker 2: does not open up about hers.
[24:28] Speaker 1: Yeah, some people are like that. Maybe that's just who
[24:30] Speaker 1: she is. Yeah.
[24:32] Speaker 3: Well, I mean, her new face didn't change it. We'll see.
[24:35] Speaker 1: It's only the first episode.
[24:37] Speaker 2: But then, do you think that Bronwyn is going to
[24:41] Speaker 2: give Todd another chance? No.
[24:46] Speaker 3: You think that's done?
[24:46] Speaker 1: I think she had a taste of young dick. I
[24:48] Speaker 1: don't think she's going back. Gout dick gone.
[24:52] Speaker 3: Gout dick gone. Gout dick out. I need a t-shirt
[24:55] Speaker 3: that says gout dick gone.
[24:57] Speaker 1: No doubt. Yeah. No, I don't think so.
[25:02] Speaker 2: Because even when they pan to the clips of how
[25:04] Speaker 2: he used to talk to her, I forgot how bad
[25:06] Speaker 2: it was.
[25:07] Speaker 3: I know.
[25:07] Speaker 1: And then we see something, right, coming up where they're
[25:10] Speaker 1: trying to talk and he's like, I'm not doing this here.
[25:12] Speaker 1: And he got up and walked away.
[25:13] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[25:14] Speaker 1: I did see on our social media, though, that they
[25:16] Speaker 1: are cordial to each other now. So they are friends.
[25:19] Speaker 1: They went to a game recently.
[25:21] Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, I think both can be true. I
[25:24] Speaker 2: think time can heal things. And if they had a
[25:29] Speaker 2: if they're having a decent divorce.
[25:32] Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, I don't want to sound superficial, but
[25:35] Speaker 1: I just she's so cute. I just want to see
[25:36] Speaker 1: her with some hot dude.
[25:38] Speaker 3: Yeah, I want to see her. She's I think she's
[25:40] Speaker 3: really cute. She's really funny.
[25:41] Speaker 2: And I think like she really does care what Whitney
[25:44] Speaker 2: has to say or she really is.
[25:46] Speaker 3: I really I really do like her.
[25:48] Speaker 1: I like to see her with some guy that's like
[25:51] Speaker 1: equally into fashion like she is.
[25:54] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[25:54] Speaker 2: Well, then I think he might be into guys more than.
[26:01] Speaker 1: There's guys that are into fashion. But I don't know.
[26:06] Speaker 2: I appreciated that she was so open, but then I
[26:11] Speaker 2: felt like they're just leading us on to what's going
[26:14] Speaker 2: to happen with Angie and her husband, and then what's
[26:16] Speaker 2: going to happen with Whitney and hers.
[26:19] Speaker 1: The Angie and Sean of it all, that really upsets
[26:22] Speaker 1: me because we've spent time with them. They were in
[26:25] Speaker 1: San Francisco. Eddie had a month and the Ed's had
[26:28] Speaker 1: him on the podcast and all that. And I'm just like,
[26:31] Speaker 1: I just really like them as a couple.
[26:33] Speaker 3: I do too.
[26:34] Speaker 2: And I've seen them at a million horse shows. He
[26:37] Speaker 2: drives the camper in. He sets them up. They're always
[26:41] Speaker 2: in the VIP tent together. Like they're laughing.
[26:43] Speaker 1: I'm hoping they can work it out.
[26:45] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[26:45] Speaker 1: They've been together for a very long time.
[26:48] Speaker 2: Was it in the trailer that they said that somebody said,
[26:51] Speaker 2: you're not going to get to finish like you used
[26:54] Speaker 2: to with your husband. Like you'd never get to fully come.
[26:58] Speaker 2: So for the super tease of the season, we see
[27:01] Speaker 2: the new like friend of Kwai saying, well, it He'll
[27:07] Speaker 2: never get the job. Like something along the lines of like,
[27:09] Speaker 2: he'll never get the job done. Kind of like your
[27:11] Speaker 2: husband did in sex. She alludes to like that.
[27:18] Speaker 3: He won't finish.
[27:19] Speaker 1: Oh boy.
[27:22] Speaker 3: Yeah. So, I mean, I wonder who this new girl
[27:24] Speaker 3: is going to be because we also didn't see.
[27:25] Speaker 1: Maybe as a medical condition.
[27:29] Speaker 3: Maybe not.
[27:30] Speaker 2: Maybe she was just, but also when they said that
[27:34] Speaker 2: they're bringing Quay into this, They're like, oh, Whitney brought
[27:39] Speaker 2: her in. And she's like, Lisa goes, oh, well, even
[27:43] Speaker 2: Quaid can make mistakes. So there's not going to be
[27:46] Speaker 2: any love figured out there.
[27:49] Speaker 1: Now, remind me, was Brittany a housewife last year?
[27:54] Speaker 3: No, she was a friend of.
[27:54] Speaker 1: She's always been a friend of.
[27:56] Speaker 3: She's always been a friend of.
[27:57] Speaker 2: But what I think threw us off a little bit
[27:59] Speaker 2: is she was in like the Bravo TV, like commercial thing.
[28:04] Speaker 2: In the teaser with one other person. I forgot who
[28:06] Speaker 2: it was. I only remember she was on it. So
[28:09] Speaker 2: she's gotten a lot of press. She's also rehearsing to
[28:12] Speaker 2: go on tour. I've been seeing some of that on
[28:14] Speaker 2: her Instagram.
[28:14] Speaker 1: Well, I thought maybe she stepped away from Housewives because
[28:17] Speaker 1: I see her doing, like you said, a tour. And
[28:21] Speaker 1: I'm like, how is she doing both? Like, she's out
[28:25] Speaker 1: there singing and dancing. She's so talented.
[28:28] Speaker 3: Yeah, she's very talented. But no, she's back. We see
[28:31] Speaker 3: her and.
[28:33] Speaker 1: Next week's episode?
[28:34] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[28:34] Speaker 3: Well, I don't know if it's next week, but we
[28:36] Speaker 3: saw her in the Super Tease.
[28:39] Speaker 1: Well, you know who else is back is Mary. And
[28:41] Speaker 1: after three weeks of, you know, not filming, she returns
[28:46] Speaker 1: to filming. She's searching for Robert Jr. 's dog, Cray,
[28:51] Speaker 1: and finds him in Robert's room. And it was just
[28:54] Speaker 1: so sad. The dog just looked, you know how dogs
[28:56] Speaker 1: feel and they miss somebody or they lose somebody. You
[29:01] Speaker 1: could just see it. Dogs know.
[29:03] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[29:03] Speaker 1: And he's just looks so sad. And he's just like
[29:06] Speaker 1: sitting in the room and he just kept staring at
[29:08] Speaker 1: the cameras. Like, what are you guys doing?
[29:11] Speaker 3: I know.
[29:11] Speaker 2: And then they pan, they like, first they show the
[29:13] Speaker 2: dog and then they panned to his name sign above
[29:16] Speaker 2: his room.
[29:17] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[29:18] Speaker 3: And you could just feel, you could feel how like
[29:24] Speaker 3: organic this moment actually was. Yeah. And you could feel,
[29:30] Speaker 3: feel Mary just trying to be strong.
[29:33] Speaker 2: And being truthful about the fact like I haven't walked
[29:37] Speaker 2: in his room.
[29:39] Speaker 1: That has to be the absolute hardest thing to have
[29:42] Speaker 1: to go in there with all the stuff. I think
[29:45] Speaker 1: that I would just keep everything there forever. Like it
[29:48] Speaker 1: would just be the hardest thing to ever part because
[29:50] Speaker 1: it would be like the final goodbye.
[29:52] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[29:52] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[30:05] Speaker 2: Then the women visit Mary. They previously went to her
[30:08] Speaker 2: service off camera. So we don't see the service or
[30:12] Speaker 2: them outside of it, which I think is good.
[30:14] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[30:14] Speaker 3: I think that would have been disrespectful.
[30:17] Speaker 1: That would be very chill, Zarin.
[30:19] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[30:21] Speaker 2: And then Mary shares that she has to keep moving forward.
[30:23] Speaker 2: It's what Robert would want.
[30:25] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[30:26] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[30:27] Speaker 1: She's trying to stay strong. And she had said at
[30:29] Speaker 1: one point, like, I'm trying not to cry because crying
[30:33] Speaker 1: doesn't solve anything.
[30:36] Speaker 2: And then Mary looks at the group's acts of kindness.
[30:40] Speaker 2: And she said, wow, God has given me a family.
[30:42] Speaker 2: And her own sister and brother haven't even shown up.
[30:45] Speaker 3: Or even called.
[30:46] Speaker 1: That made me sick to my stomach.
[30:48] Speaker 3: I know. That made me so sad.
[30:49] Speaker 1: You put everything aside, especially with family. You do not
[30:53] Speaker 1: reach out to your sister when you're, wow.
[30:58] Speaker 3: And like, this is a tragic death. Like, it's heartbreaking.
[31:01] Speaker 3: He was a young guy. Like, this is everything is
[31:05] Speaker 3: forgotten at that point.
[31:07] Speaker 1: I mean, how do you still fight over Patty's stuff?
[31:10] Speaker 3: I don't know.
[31:11] Speaker 2: How can you say, like, I just don't I don't
[31:13] Speaker 2: want to reach out to her and just be like,
[31:15] Speaker 2: I love you.
[31:15] Speaker 3: I'm so sorry. If you need anything, I'm here.
[31:20] Speaker 2: And then, you know, because we know what's coming on
[31:23] Speaker 2: the rest of the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City.
[31:25] Speaker 2: It's not going to there's only going to be a
[31:28] Speaker 2: certain amount of time that they're there to fully comfort Mary.
[31:32] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
[31:33] Speaker 3: It's because it's going to shift into the other dramas. Oh,
[31:37] Speaker 3: of course.
[31:38] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[31:38] Speaker 1: And it's going to be hard to watch when you
[31:42] Speaker 1: know that Mary's going through so much. It's like all
[31:44] Speaker 1: this petty stuff really doesn't matter.
[31:47] Speaker 2: Do you think that Mary's not going to be at
[31:48] Speaker 2: a bunch of the events because of this?
[31:51] Speaker 1: Probably.
[31:51] Speaker 3: I feel like we're not going to see.
[31:53] Speaker 2: I mean, I feel like Mary's given us so much
[31:55] Speaker 2: by just sharing this, opening the dialogue about this. Yeah.
[32:00] Speaker 1: I think it's going to be really hard for her.
[32:02] Speaker 1: I think it's too soon and too raw. I think
[32:05] Speaker 1: that she will do her best because I think she
[32:07] Speaker 1: is a team player. Yeah. And I think she had said...
[32:12] Speaker 1: I had heard she said to somebody that.
[32:16] Speaker 1: I have to move on. I can't just, you know,
[32:19] Speaker 1: sit at home. Yeah.
[32:20] Speaker 3: I can't just sit at home.
[32:22] Speaker 1: I have to, you know, things like that. Sometimes you
[32:24] Speaker 1: have to keep yourself a little bit busy.
[32:26] Speaker 3: Yeah. If not, you just get worse and worse.
[32:30] Speaker 1: Like sometimes like people, their bodies just shut down. Like
[32:34] Speaker 1: they can't physically do anything, but Mary seems like she's
[32:37] Speaker 1: very strong and her faith is strong. And, oh, and
[32:41] Speaker 1: they said that his funeral was upbeat and didn't, did
[32:44] Speaker 1: Kyle go to the funeral?
[32:46] Speaker 3: I think Kyle went to the funeral. I think Kyle
[32:48] Speaker 3: and Cynthia did.
[32:49] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[32:51] Speaker 1: It was just, it was a heartbreaking, it was a
[32:53] Speaker 1: hard one to watch.
[32:54] Speaker 3: Yeah, it was really hard. It was really sad.
[32:58] Speaker 2: But yeah, so that's how they finish up the episode.
[33:02] Speaker 2: So they start the episode, you know, with Mary and
[33:06] Speaker 2: then they end it with Mary and both times your
[33:09] Speaker 2: heart just, it just goes. There's, there's, and you, I
[33:15] Speaker 2: kind of, there's just this moment where you're like, yeah,
[33:18] Speaker 2: you know, she did have to go through something.
[33:20] Speaker 3: She is still going through something. It's not over. Yeah.
[33:24] Speaker 3: Like she's still probably feeling so much pain.
[33:30] Speaker 1: I can't even, it just makes me nauseous to think
[33:32] Speaker 1: about it. I know.
[33:34] Speaker 2: But to try to switch to a different note, a
[33:38] Speaker 2: little bit of a lighter note really quickly, who would
[33:41] Speaker 2: you say is your favorite these days?
[33:44] Speaker 3: You can't say Mary.
[33:45] Speaker 1: Well, it's hard on the, because this episode was so
[33:50] Speaker 1: heavy and so like sad, like we didn't really get
[33:54] Speaker 1: to see too much.
[33:57] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[33:57] Speaker 3: We didn't get to see too much drama. Yeah. I mean, I,
[34:00] Speaker 3: I really like Angie K.
[34:02] Speaker 1: I love Angie and I love Lisa. I mean, I
[34:05] Speaker 1: like them all in different ways, but, um, Angie and
[34:10] Speaker 1: Lisa are my, my top.
[34:13] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[34:14] Speaker 1: Um, I know.
[34:15] Speaker 3: But I like Bronwyn, too. I can't. This show is
[34:17] Speaker 3: just a good show. So I'm excited to see what's
[34:19] Speaker 3: to come.
[34:20] Speaker 1: I'm glad that they're back.
[34:22] Speaker 3: And I'm wondering what we got a lot.
[34:23] Speaker 1: We have New York back. We have Salt Lake City back.
[34:26] Speaker 1: We have Potomac coming. We Jeff Lewis has reached out.
[34:31] Speaker 1: He would like to come on to tease. So I'm
[34:33] Speaker 1: thinking like maybe we interview him in studio.
[34:37] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[34:37] Speaker 3: And we've also got Mormon wives, Mormon wives.
[34:41] Speaker 1: The Golden Light premieres on October 20th.
[34:45] Speaker 3: I keep calling it the Golden Girls.
[34:47] Speaker 1: I do too. Are we going to recap that?
[34:50] Speaker 3: I don't know. I think we have to watch it
[34:51] Speaker 3: and see.
[34:53] Speaker 1: I don't know why I don't know why I don't
[34:57] Speaker 1: trade her to Bravo. That's what I was saying.
[34:59] Speaker 3: I was like, I don't, I don't really know how
[35:01] Speaker 3: I feel about it. Like I know we can go
[35:03] Speaker 3: to Hulu.
[35:04] Speaker 2: And watch Mormon wives and those types of things. I
[35:06] Speaker 2: don't feel like a trader, but there's something about watching
[35:09] Speaker 2: the golden life that I feel and recapping it.
[35:12] Speaker 3: I'm like, Oh, what's going on? What's going on with traders?
[35:16] Speaker 1: I feel like they've been off air for a while.
[35:19] Speaker 1: I know that the civilian one coming out soon, but
[35:22] Speaker 1: do the, Celebrity one? Do we?
[35:25] Speaker 3: Well, they haven't made an announcement.
[35:28] Speaker 2: But I feel like if I go by just like
[35:31] Speaker 2: watching television shows in general, I feel like normally Special
[35:34] Speaker 2: Forces comes out. And I realize they're probably not even
[35:37] Speaker 2: on the same network. But I feel like Special Forces
[35:40] Speaker 2: comes out and then Traitors.
[35:42] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[35:43] Speaker 2: So I don't know. I guess it normally airs in January.
[35:47] Speaker 2: So we have some time.
[35:50] Speaker 1: So we got the picture of golden life. The girls
[35:53] Speaker 1: are in pastels, lavenders, light blues, yellow, sitting on a fountain,
[36:01] Speaker 1: an e-fountain.
[36:03] Speaker 3: Oh my gosh.
[36:05] Speaker 1: It looks pretty. It looks kind of AI. It looks
[36:07] Speaker 1: a little AI.
[36:09] Speaker 2: It looks AI. And also, I didn't know Ramona was
[36:12] Speaker 2: on it. I thought Ramona was canceled. No, well, she
[36:17] Speaker 2: did go through a period.
[36:18] Speaker 3: Is that Ramona? Jill, yeah, she was.
[36:20] Speaker 1: For a little bit. Remember she got uninvited to BravoCon?
[36:23] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[36:23] Speaker 1: But Jill Zarin is the one that got kicked off.
[36:27] Speaker 3: Oh, it was Jill Zarin.
[36:28] Speaker 1: Jill Zarin did something new in the press again. She
[36:32] Speaker 1: went after a restaurant and made this big deal, then
[36:35] Speaker 1: realized she read it wrong.
[36:37] Speaker 3: You're kidding me.
[36:38] Speaker 2: Uh-uh.
[36:39] Speaker 1: I'm like, girl, just sit back.
[36:41] Speaker 3: What is it that she did the time before she.
[36:45] Speaker 3: I mean, which was so, it was something so stupid.
[36:47] Speaker 3: I can't, like.
[36:48] Speaker 1: It was Super Bowl. She was said, made a comment
[36:51] Speaker 1: that could be.
[36:54] Speaker 3: Oh, she was talking about Bad Bunny.
[36:56] Speaker 2: Yeah. All I know is I just looked at a
[36:58] Speaker 2: little bit of what this season of The Golden Life has.
[37:01] Speaker 2: And the first thing Luann says is, I'm coming here
[37:04] Speaker 2: to Palm Beach to regain my power.
[37:07] Speaker 3: Wow.
[37:09] Speaker 1: Okay.
[37:09] Speaker 3: Wow. Get it.
[37:11] Speaker 1: Is it surprising that Luann was chosen for Ultimate Girls
[37:15] Speaker 1: Trip while she was going to be doing a show
[37:17] Speaker 1: for E?
[37:19] Speaker 3: I don't know. Do you think she had to get
[37:21] Speaker 3: permission to film the E show?
[37:24] Speaker 1: I doubt it. I doubt it because her contract, they
[37:27] Speaker 1: had been off air for so many years. Yeah. And
[37:31] Speaker 1: Rony had been recast. So I doubt she was tied
[37:33] Speaker 1: into any kind of contract.
[37:36] Speaker 3: I'm actually just shocked that this is going to happen.
[37:40] Speaker 1: I mean, it's going to open the doors for a
[37:41] Speaker 1: lot of housewives that are no longer on air.
[37:45] Speaker 3: On the show. Yeah. Well, who knows?
[37:49] Speaker 2: But I think it's, you know, a good promising start
[37:52] Speaker 2: to Salt Lake. I feel like we have a good
[37:55] Speaker 2: group of shows we're watching now. And it just keeps
[37:59] Speaker 2: we keep we keep getting more. Yep.
[38:03] Speaker 1: Bring it on.
[38:04] Speaker 3: Bring it on.
[38:05] Speaker 1: OK, guys, thanks for thanks for listening. Make sure you
[38:09] Speaker 1: follow us on Instagram to tease in a pod.
[38:12] Speaker 3: Thank you.
[38:13] Speaker 1: Bye.
