Ciara and West make their “In The City” debut, and Teddi and Tamra instantly noticed a shift. Where’s the chemistry we saw on Summer House?! Whitney’s crying…a lot. Do they find it endearing or are they over the tears?! What are their thoughts on controversial Kenny? Plus, Teddi wonders if younger guys are attracted to older women now, or if that’s a myth. Asking for a friend! See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

[0:17] Speaker 1: say Judge now, Oh my god.
[0:20] Speaker 2: I don't know. It's always feels so weird, always feels
[0:23] Speaker 2: so weird. Can you just from now on just say
[0:25] Speaker 2: my name and I'll just say your name.
[0:28] Speaker 1: No, I can't change it up. I like it the
[0:31] Speaker 1: way it is. I can't do it. I can't change
[0:33] Speaker 1: as you can change. Let's try it. Okay, Hi, guys,
[0:37] Speaker 1: Welcome to another episode with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Tamara Judge.
[0:41] Speaker 2: Welcome to Tea a Pod with Tamara Judge and Teddy Mellencamp.
[0:45] Speaker 2: Why don't we just not say anything? Because ellen Ca
[0:48] Speaker 2: says it for us?
[0:49] Speaker 1: They tell us we have to do an intro.
[0:51] Speaker 2: Oh god, I'm joking.
[0:53] Speaker 1: I know, it's just awkward. And Tamra and Tamra and
[0:58] Speaker 1: Tamra and yeah, so actually nothing. I mean, the kids
[1:04] Speaker 1: are almost out of school, they're still in school. Yeah,
[1:08] Speaker 1: this is their last week, so we're getting like all
[1:13] Speaker 1: that stuff going, you know, like there's all.
[1:15] Speaker 2: The anybody graduating from elementary school, middle school?
[1:22] Speaker 1: No, I mean there's no big graduations, but there are
[1:25] Speaker 1: like parties, yes, you know, like all of those events.
[1:29] Speaker 1: Like I mean, I feel like we're jam packed with
[1:33] Speaker 1: like being chauffeur.
[1:35] Speaker 2: It's so weird to like see on Instagram all the
[1:39] Speaker 2: graduation parties and this and that. And then I got
[1:43] Speaker 2: like a reminder on Facebook three years ago today Sophia
[1:47] Speaker 2: graduated college?
[1:50] Speaker 1: Five years was it five years ago? Five six, seven?
[1:52] Speaker 1: Eight years ago? Today? Spencer graduated.
[1:55] Speaker 2: Then one second, I'm like, oh my god, I'm officially old.
[2:00] Speaker 2: No kids, I just have Ava, who's not gonna graduate
[2:04] Speaker 2: anytime soon.
[2:05] Speaker 1: But's got some time.
[2:06] Speaker 2: You got some time, So yeah, no more graduations in this.
[2:12] Speaker 1: Maybe I need to go back to school. Oh now,
[2:15] Speaker 1: what are you gonna go to school for.
[2:19] Speaker 2: Podcasting?
[2:21] Speaker 1: I go to podcasting school, reality TV school, Reality TV school.
[2:27] Speaker 1: As if we don't do enough of it, Now, let's
[2:30] Speaker 1: do a little school work.
[2:31] Speaker 2: I know, I woke up dragging ass today.
[2:34] Speaker 1: But you're okay, You're gonna be fine. I'm gonna I'm
[2:37] Speaker 1: just tired.
[2:38] Speaker 2: I don't know why, like got ut my normal early
[2:40] Speaker 2: time and I think maybe it's a weather it's all
[2:41] Speaker 2: overcast outside. Today Eddie comes home. I think it's fifteen hour,
[2:48] Speaker 2: sixteen hour drive home, and I'm like, oh my god,
[2:51] Speaker 2: go you're getting up early and driving home, you guys.
[2:54] Speaker 2: He's like, no, we're gonna go out for our last ride.
[2:56] Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, you're gonna go ride and
[2:59] Speaker 2: then get in a car and drive for that. So
[3:01] Speaker 2: he probably won't be home until tomorrow.
[3:03] Speaker 1: Is he like rotating driving with somebody else or Okay?
[3:07] Speaker 2: Now his friend Grant, who is a big motocrosser. He
[3:11] Speaker 2: used to ride professionally, and so now he's older than Eddie.
[3:17] Speaker 2: Eddie's like a hard fucking time keeping up with him.
[3:22] Speaker 1: You were never pro baby, Yep.
[3:24] Speaker 2: Sorry, So he got his one trip with the guys
[3:28] Speaker 2: for the year he got.
[3:30] Speaker 1: You gave it to him. I gave it.
[3:32] Speaker 2: I've been home for a week now, and you know
[3:35] Speaker 2: he makes Rugby's food. Anybody have any dog food recipes?
[3:39] Speaker 2: Cinemar way, So, and I don't like to like make
[3:43] Speaker 2: it for like three days because I feel like that's gross.
[3:45] Speaker 2: I don't even like to mill prep anymore because I
[3:48] Speaker 2: just feel like it's so gross when you cook it
[3:49] Speaker 2: and then sitting in there for three days so every
[3:52] Speaker 2: so that's why I ran. That's why I wasn't here
[3:54] Speaker 2: on time. I made his food ground turkey, sweet potatoes,
[3:59] Speaker 2: frozen vegetables I throw in there, and then I let
[4:02] Speaker 2: it cool off, and I totally forgot about the poor
[4:04] Speaker 2: dog and it's been sitting there for an hour. So
[4:06] Speaker 2: I'm like, oh, Rugby, I'm sorry. So I ran and
[4:10] Speaker 2: just fed him.
[4:10] Speaker 1: He's like, thank you is pretty much what you're saying.
[4:15] Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I just you know what I just did
[4:18] Speaker 2: after I stepped on the scale today.
[4:20] Speaker 1: Hmm, I just stepped on the scale today. Oh my god.
[4:26] Speaker 2: I signed up for my Fitness Pal I used to
[4:30] Speaker 2: do eight years ago, so I'm like tracking my macros
[4:33] Speaker 2: and you know, doing all that. I'm like, I just
[4:36] Speaker 2: been since we stopped filming. I have just been eating
[4:40] Speaker 2: like shit and not caring, which is good. I think, like,
[4:42] Speaker 2: sometimes you need to do that, yeah, But and then
[4:45] Speaker 2: I'm also started all these hormones and my stomach is
[4:48] Speaker 2: so bloated, and I'm like, Okay, if these hormones are
[4:53] Speaker 2: making me gain weight, I'm getting the hell off of them.
[4:57] Speaker 2: But then it's like, no, you like patches. If you've
[5:01] Speaker 2: never done that before, right, you're now.
[5:03] Speaker 1: But the z pat it's like.
[5:04] Speaker 2: Making me feel puffy and bloated, and it's like it
[5:07] Speaker 2: takes a couple of weeks your body to adjust. Your
[5:10] Speaker 2: pants are tight.
[5:11] Speaker 1: And I know, Well, I'm going to an event tonight
[5:17] Speaker 1: with Kyle and it's fun. It's Share themed, so we
[5:22] Speaker 1: all have to dress a share stop it.
[5:27] Speaker 2: I can't wait to see the pictures.
[5:29] Speaker 1: Well, I can't even explain to you that I have
[5:33] Speaker 1: zero clothes that fit, zero clothes that fit.
[5:37] Speaker 2: Well, did you buy something like an Amazon or something
[5:40] Speaker 2: to wear?
[5:40] Speaker 1: What do you do? Because she just told me yesterday
[5:43] Speaker 1: maybe kin I didn't know how I was gonna feel,
[5:45] Speaker 1: so you know from So what are you gonna wear?
[5:48] Speaker 1: I have like a pair of pants, but they're so tight.
[5:52] Speaker 1: Are they stretchy? Though?
[5:53] Speaker 2: No, No, don't wear them. They're gonna be uncomfortable and
[5:56] Speaker 2: you'd be miserable.
[5:57] Speaker 1: I know, but I have no other option. I can't.
[5:59] Speaker 1: I don't have time to go out like after this.
[6:01] Speaker 1: I have after our podcasts, I have therapy. Then the
[6:05] Speaker 1: kids get home and I got.
[6:07] Speaker 2: Are you doing like a long black wig?
[6:09] Speaker 1: I don't have black wig I'm just gonna use one
[6:11] Speaker 1: of the wigs that I have dark brown wigs, Okay,
[6:14] Speaker 1: that I haven't just straighten it out.
[6:16] Speaker 2: I would have been you found out yesterday, I would
[6:18] Speaker 2: have been on Amazon overnight and ship.
[6:21] Speaker 1: I am a cheap these days. I cheap these days.
[6:26] Speaker 1: So what about like bell Bottomy? That's what the pants are,
[6:34] Speaker 1: like bell Bottomy from Gosh, What's Up? Place we always
[6:40] Speaker 1: shot at not Revolve Alice and Olivia?
[6:46] Speaker 2: What are you wearing on top?
[6:48] Speaker 1: It's like a it's like a suit, like it's velvety
[6:51] Speaker 1: type suit because.
[6:52] Speaker 2: You can wear those pants with like a big furry
[6:56] Speaker 2: jacket or something. And I don't know, are we going
[6:59] Speaker 2: seven these share Are we going?
[7:02] Speaker 1: I don't know. I think I'm just gonna do my makeup.
[7:05] Speaker 1: I think I'm just gonna wear that it's like a black,
[7:07] Speaker 1: you know, suit outfit. And then I think I'm just
[7:09] Speaker 1: gonna do my makeup like you know, a little bit
[7:12] Speaker 1: more extreme.
[7:14] Speaker 2: You're not doing your makeup? No myself, God, to say please,
[7:19] Speaker 2: I'd be like a.
[7:20] Speaker 1: Just could you imagine me trying to do share makeup?
[7:24] Speaker 2: I can do my makeup, okay, but to do it
[7:27] Speaker 2: like a theme like that hell no, no, because you
[7:29] Speaker 2: would think to do like blues and purples and all that,
[7:31] Speaker 2: and it would be like, no.
[7:33] Speaker 1: It would look so bad. And plus like, I mean,
[7:35] Speaker 1: you see how I look every day on the pod
[7:37] Speaker 1: when I try to even put on any little bit
[7:39] Speaker 1: of makeup, it's like not even a good.
[7:42] Speaker 2: Doing nothing today. Well, I'm gonna go work out after this, right,
[7:49] Speaker 2: take off my estrogen patch.
[7:51] Speaker 1: Take off your estrogen patch.
[7:53] Speaker 2: Oh god, do I have Andy's event tomorrow night? Anybody
[7:59] Speaker 2: else go into that?
[8:00] Speaker 1: But no, I didn't get invited.
[8:02] Speaker 2: He's getting an award, So we're gonna got all this girls.
[8:06] Speaker 2: Most of us girls are going. A couple can't make it,
[8:09] Speaker 2: and I'm probably gonna go solo because I have a
[8:12] Speaker 2: feeling that he's not gonna want to go after driving
[8:15] Speaker 2: fifteen hours and getting home you know, early tomorrow morning, and.
[8:20] Speaker 1: Then that's it. That's all I have for a while.
[8:23] Speaker 2: And I'm like, nice, I know, I'm like, maybe I
[8:26] Speaker 2: should go to a big bar. I'm like, Nope, can't
[8:28] Speaker 2: do that. Got a hairppointment on Monday, and it's just
[8:31] Speaker 2: I just want to get away.
[8:33] Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, I kind of wanted to get away
[8:35] Speaker 1: this weekend too, I was like, I feel like I
[8:37] Speaker 1: need to, But.
[8:39] Speaker 2: Are you going your birthday's coming up? Are you going
[8:42] Speaker 2: to your dad's.
[8:43] Speaker 1: No, my dad is already going to be on tour.
[8:47] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, Oh well we're going to see him right
[8:52] Speaker 1: in August is August, so he's in rehearsals right now.
[8:57] Speaker 2: Oh. I saw his Instagram. He was talking about being
[8:59] Speaker 2: in rehearsal. Oh my gosh, I can't.
[9:02] Speaker 1: And then when he said I'm still smoking and like
[9:06] Speaker 1: lights is sick, I'm like.
[9:07] Speaker 2: Oh, is that scary you that he smokes all the time.
[9:10] Speaker 1: I mean one time my brother when we were little,
[9:14] Speaker 1: when we were younger, my brother did something I think
[9:20] Speaker 1: it was I don't know if it was on MySpace
[9:23] Speaker 1: or Facebook or whatever it was. He like tried to
[9:25] Speaker 1: get like, if a million people will tell my dad
[9:28] Speaker 1: to quit smoking, I'm going to get him to quit smoking.
[9:30] Speaker 1: And I think he reached the goal and my dad
[9:32] Speaker 1: still didn't quit smoking. So, I mean, I don't think
[9:35] Speaker 1: there's any and it.
[9:36] Speaker 2: Doesn't hurt his like vocal cords or anything like that.
[9:41] Speaker 1: I think it's just I mean, it's his vice. It
[9:43] Speaker 1: is one thing. He doesn't drink, he doesn't party, he
[9:47] Speaker 1: doesn't do you know, does he never drink or do
[9:50] Speaker 1: drugs like most Yeah, I don't think he's done anything
[9:56] Speaker 1: like that since high school. I think, Yeah, I think
[9:59] Speaker 1: he did.
[10:00] Speaker 2: He stop drinking or did he just never drink?
[10:02] Speaker 1: He drank? Think I think he was not a good drunk.
[10:06] Speaker 1: Who is?
[10:08] Speaker 2: Yeah, show me one person that's a good drunk.
[10:11] Speaker 1: Yeah, wow, not me? Not me, definitely not me. But
[10:16] Speaker 1: I think he just he I think his anxiety. You know,
[10:19] Speaker 1: he has anxiety like I do. So I think, you know,
[10:22] Speaker 1: he didn't like the way it made him feel. But
[10:24] Speaker 1: I've never I didn't know he had anxiety. Yeah.
[10:27] Speaker 2: Really, I thought that all the stuff you deal with
[10:29] Speaker 2: stems from my mom.
[10:32] Speaker 1: My dad has anxiety too. I think we.
[10:34] Speaker 2: All have anxiety to a certain extent. Yeah, But I
[10:39] Speaker 2: was thinking yesterday when I walked into my entryway and
[10:44] Speaker 2: there was a Tsara box that was half ripped open
[10:47] Speaker 2: in my entryway and I'm a home by myself, and
[10:50] Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my God, the delivery guy opened the
[10:54] Speaker 2: door and threw it in my house, Like God is
[10:56] Speaker 2: freaking weird, you know, And I don't remember. Then started
[11:00] Speaker 2: coming back to me when I got home from going
[11:03] Speaker 2: out with Pam with a few too many drinks. It
[11:06] Speaker 2: was on the front porch and if anybody has zar boxes,
[11:09] Speaker 2: they rip apart very easy. So I grabbed it and
[11:11] Speaker 2: it ripped apart, and I threw it in the entryway.
[11:14] Speaker 1: And I did remember, and I'm like, maybe.
[11:17] Speaker 2: I should not drink anymore.
[11:19] Speaker 1: We say this every time and no, no, my gosh.
[11:25] Speaker 2: I'm like, oh my god, they came into my house.
[11:27] Speaker 1: I could have been attacked. Well, I feel like I'm
[11:31] Speaker 1: bummed that we already did our headlines episode because there's
[11:35] Speaker 1: been so many more new headlines.
[11:37] Speaker 2: Okay, more stuff's coming about Andy Cohen's boyfriend. More pictures
[11:40] Speaker 2: have been posted. Originally, the original one was posted on
[11:43] Speaker 2: his birthday, and then another one has been resurfaced from
[11:48] Speaker 2: when he was in Miami. He was vacationing in Miami.
[11:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, and we were right in finance and finance.
[11:55] Speaker 2: What's that song? Six foot five, six foot? I know
[11:58] Speaker 2: I need a boy and finance. Oh my god, we
[12:01] Speaker 2: should post that picture and play that song.
[12:04] Speaker 1: I know. I gotta believe this.
[12:08] Speaker 2: This has been going on for a while.
[12:10] Speaker 1: Because especially with the handholding and stuff.
[12:12] Speaker 2: Yes, so he's like this is like a hard launch
[12:15] Speaker 2: on social media and it's so nice to see because
[12:18] Speaker 2: he's always been very private.
[12:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, so he must be very happy, which is good.
[12:23] Speaker 2: Yeah, they're a very good looking couple. And you were right.
[12:27] Speaker 1: You were right again.
[12:29] Speaker 2: I hate to say it, but everybody's saying, oh, he
[12:32] Speaker 2: looks like Jesse. He does, and I don't know why
[12:36] Speaker 2: I don't see it.
[12:37] Speaker 1: Yeah, he looks like Jesse. Let's get into this. So
[12:48] Speaker 1: it's okay.
[12:49] Speaker 2: I know it's a little confusing at the beginning because
[12:52] Speaker 2: a timeline and all.
[12:54] Speaker 1: That, because they can't keep track of their own shit,
[12:56] Speaker 1: it's such a mess. Well you know who can editors.
[13:01] Speaker 2: Yeah, they had no problem putting up there Fall of
[13:05] Speaker 2: twenty twenty five, you know, or whatever it was, September
[13:08] Speaker 2: twenty twenty five. Yeah.
[13:10] Speaker 1: Well it starts with the Amanda West and Sierra get
[13:13] Speaker 1: lunch after showing look, she it starts out. She shows
[13:17] Speaker 1: them her new apartment.
[13:19] Speaker 2: I'm confused. Was the apartment being built or is it
[13:21] Speaker 2: being renovated? I think it's like new.
[13:24] Speaker 1: Wherever they showed it, I think was like the backside.
[13:28] Speaker 1: I think I think it's a new build.
[13:31] Speaker 2: Okay, So she supposedly is telling the two of them
[13:34] Speaker 2: that she is moving out on her own, and I
[13:37] Speaker 2: found it quite strange. West's question to her, He's all,
[13:41] Speaker 2: do you feel proud? Not like, are you sad you're
[13:44] Speaker 2: moving out?
[13:45] Speaker 1: Or how you do you feel proud.
[13:47] Speaker 2: You're moving out?
[13:49] Speaker 1: I'm like, eh, well, I he was not.
[13:53] Speaker 2: He was not a good friend to Kyle in this
[13:57] Speaker 2: entire lunch in conversation at all.
[14:01] Speaker 1: Well. I don't think he's ever been good friends with Kyle.
[14:03] Speaker 1: I don't understand why people think that.
[14:07] Speaker 2: I guess because they work on a show together, they
[14:09] Speaker 2: get close, so you sleep in the same house for
[14:12] Speaker 2: you know, all summer long.
[14:14] Speaker 1: But why was he there? I think it was just
[14:19] Speaker 1: to show that how awkward this exchange was, because I mean,
[14:25] Speaker 1: you can completely tell that there's like this weird chemistry
[14:29] Speaker 1: between the three of them. Like when we were watching
[14:32] Speaker 1: Summerhouse and we saw Sierra and West, there was like
[14:36] Speaker 1: true chemistry between them. I felt absolutely zero chemistry between
[14:41] Speaker 1: them at this lunch.
[14:42] Speaker 2: They're sitting at the table and they're all holding hands,
[14:46] Speaker 2: and I'm just like, stop.
[14:49] Speaker 1: It's so like we're all one big, happy family. Amanda
[14:55] Speaker 1: reiterates that she and Kyle are not single, they're just
[14:59] Speaker 1: spending time. I'm apart to work on their relationship. I
[15:05] Speaker 1: never in the history of relationships does that ever work.
[15:10] Speaker 2: No, No, And I think Kyle knew, he knew when
[15:14] Speaker 2: she was going to move out that that was probably
[15:16] Speaker 2: the end.
[15:17] Speaker 1: What about when she tells him that she's got a
[15:19] Speaker 1: year lease, not a month to month.
[15:22] Speaker 2: And he's like, and would you do She's like, yep,
[15:24] Speaker 2: I'm on it. And then I expected her to say
[15:27] Speaker 2: something like this, listen, this is a really cool apartment.
[15:33] Speaker 2: If you know, we get back together, maybe we do
[15:35] Speaker 2: a fresh start and we both just move into this building.
[15:38] Speaker 2: I thought maybe that was going to come out of
[15:40] Speaker 2: her mouth.
[15:41] Speaker 1: But no, she is done. She is done. But then
[15:48] Speaker 1: we get the flash forward to a confessional with Amanda
[15:52] Speaker 1: on May fifth, twenty twenty six, after the Summer House
[15:57] Speaker 1: Reunion was filmed. Amanda cla that in this moment she
[16:03] Speaker 1: only saw West as a friend.
[16:06] Speaker 2: I don't believe that, and nobody believes that. I don't
[16:08] Speaker 2: know why you keep saying it, Amanda. Nobody believes it.
[16:12] Speaker 1: Also. I have to if there is no way that
[16:15] Speaker 1: there was no relationship happening at this moment, have you
[16:18] Speaker 1: ever could you imagine if without me asking permission, me
[16:23] Speaker 1: just taking my fork and putting it into into Eddie's
[16:27] Speaker 1: pasta and just grabbing a bite without asking.
[16:32] Speaker 2: I mean, I wouldn't care, just because I know how
[16:34] Speaker 2: close we all are, but I don't know. It's just
[16:37] Speaker 2: I would not do it to anybody. I wouldn't do
[16:39] Speaker 2: it to Edwin.
[16:41] Speaker 1: It's just weird the fact that like he just like grabbed,
[16:45] Speaker 1: like it was the level of comfort to just grab
[16:49] Speaker 1: a bite of food, like without being like, hey, can
[16:52] Speaker 1: I have some of your pasta? Amandas it was Amanda's.
[16:55] Speaker 2: It was Amandas. I didn't even catch that.
[16:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, he like took this big scoop from her pasta
[17:01] Speaker 1: like while she was talking and like just ate it
[17:03] Speaker 1: without being like can I have a bite? Nothing like
[17:06] Speaker 1: it was. It was strange. The chemistry between Sierra and
[17:10] Speaker 1: West felt completely off different.
[17:13] Speaker 2: Well at one point, he like he's like, oh you're cold,
[17:16] Speaker 2: and he took his jacket off and put it around
[17:18] Speaker 2: her and she's like all giggly.
[17:22] Speaker 1: See, I didn't really feel like they had any chemmic.
[17:24] Speaker 1: I felt like that was done.
[17:25] Speaker 2: I mean that's the only thing. Yeah, that's just been
[17:29] Speaker 2: a nice guy, I guess, but.
[17:31] Speaker 1: I don't know. Then we jumped to Kyle conducting a
[17:34] Speaker 1: team meeting for all of his lover Boy employees. He
[17:39] Speaker 1: tells them that financially they have until the end of
[17:41] Speaker 1: the year.
[17:44] Speaker 2: I know, I mean he's been he said that last
[17:46] Speaker 2: I mean on a summer house as well, like we
[17:49] Speaker 2: have just a few more months and money left. Since
[17:53] Speaker 2: the scandal, he keeps selling out of products in merchandise.
[17:56] Speaker 2: I hear, it's probably the best thing that's happened lover
[18:00] Speaker 2: war Boy. But I did see and I wish I
[18:02] Speaker 2: could name them. It was a podcast I just started following,
[18:06] Speaker 2: and I think it's a husband and wife and he says,
[18:09] Speaker 2: I have a business idea. Lover Boy does a a
[18:14] Speaker 2: can that's called like betrayal and you get the canon
[18:19] Speaker 2: betrayal and it's said it could be it's say cherry
[18:23] Speaker 2: on the outside, but when you drink it, it's actually
[18:26] Speaker 2: a peach.
[18:27] Speaker 1: Yeah, And I'm.
[18:29] Speaker 2: Like, that is genius. I wish I could credit them,
[18:32] Speaker 2: but I can't remember the name. But I thought that
[18:35] Speaker 2: is really brilliant.
[18:37] Speaker 1: Well, I love it. And then when the one girl
[18:39] Speaker 1: likes so stage, she's like, so should I be looking
[18:43] Speaker 1: for another job? I know, I mean he's like I mean,
[18:48] Speaker 1: I can't tell you what to do or not do,
[18:50] Speaker 1: but it is what it is. I mean it was
[18:52] Speaker 1: a good answer.
[18:53] Speaker 2: I mean, I mean one of my sons is working
[18:56] Speaker 2: for a startup and he's like, should I look for
[18:58] Speaker 2: another dram Son? You know, he's worried because there was
[19:01] Speaker 2: a bunch of layoffs and things where it so he's
[19:03] Speaker 2: still there. I'm like, just write it out, write it out.
[19:06] Speaker 1: But I think the crazy thing is most Lover Boy
[19:09] Speaker 1: flavors are either sold out or on a wait list
[19:12] Speaker 1: right now on the website.
[19:14] Speaker 2: So could it possibly be they didn't have the money
[19:17] Speaker 2: to stop get enough stuff.
[19:19] Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, I know that's what I was
[19:21] Speaker 1: thinking too. Gosh, then this can't I can't even deal
[19:27] Speaker 1: with this date between Lindsay and Frank the Milk and Darius.
[19:32] Speaker 2: He when he talks, he reminds me of Denise Richard's husband.
[19:36] Speaker 1: I don't know why the fact that he also like
[19:42] Speaker 1: couldn't ever like give a laugh, like and she's like,
[19:45] Speaker 1: there's just yeah, I mean, clearly there's.
[19:47] Speaker 2: No you know you too know that he was on
[19:51] Speaker 2: Orange County Housewife's Dating Kelly Todd. That guy was yes, no, yes,
[19:59] Speaker 2: and he's like he's saying something like, I can't really
[20:01] Speaker 2: date you because you're unhinged. I'm not lying.
[20:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, so he really wants to be on TV.
[20:14] Speaker 2: He went all the way from Orange County to New York. Yeah,
[20:18] Speaker 2: he is a handsome guy. He's a milk and dairy owner.
[20:21] Speaker 2: So he's like, what was he saying. He's like, well,
[20:24] Speaker 2: you know, I'm playing off my looks and my muscles
[20:27] Speaker 2: and we're doing like the modern day milk delivery. And
[20:30] Speaker 2: I'm like stop, what.
[20:32] Speaker 1: About He's like, did you work out today? Well?
[20:36] Speaker 2: And she's like no, Like I have a twenty two
[20:39] Speaker 2: pound baby, Oh so you did biceps?
[20:41] Speaker 1: Well, did you work out? Yeah? Of course I worked out.
[20:44] Speaker 2: He did lose me when he asked for a drink
[20:46] Speaker 2: of rose and then he wanted permission to order.
[20:49] Speaker 1: It to me. It wasn't even the rose that was
[20:52] Speaker 1: a turnoff. It's just actually Frank.
[20:57] Speaker 2: Yeah, he has zero game, that's for sure. He is
[21:00] Speaker 2: a good looking guy, and you can tell he's kind
[21:02] Speaker 2: of he lives off his looks because Darre not much upstairs.
[21:08] Speaker 1: He couldn't even like what about when she's like that
[21:11] Speaker 1: was a joke, and he's like, yeah, I know, but he's.
[21:13] Speaker 2: Still She says, but how are you in the sheets
[21:17] Speaker 2: or something like that.
[21:19] Speaker 1: Yeah, and he's.
[21:20] Speaker 2: He's like, I think pretty good, and.
[21:24] Speaker 1: I'm like, shut up, just laugh.
[21:26] Speaker 2: Yeah, just like he maybe let me take you another
[21:29] Speaker 2: room and show you like anything.
[21:32] Speaker 1: But well, I think pretty good. I don't want I
[21:35] Speaker 1: gotta be honest. I don't want to see him anymore.
[21:37] Speaker 2: No, lindsay no, do not bone him. He's not even
[21:40] Speaker 2: worth it. He's not even no, No.
[21:43] Speaker 1: He's unbuneable. Then we've got.
[21:52] Speaker 2: I am obsessed with Georgina. I love her. She is
[21:58] Speaker 2: like the coolest chick. She's fine. She's just like kids
[22:02] Speaker 2: over there eating wood who cares?
[22:04] Speaker 1: Yeah, they're like.
[22:07] Speaker 2: To talk shit or is that?
[22:09] Speaker 1: Then Evonne's like, can I switch this out for a
[22:13] Speaker 1: chocolate bar? She's just like, she's all Yvonne.
[22:17] Speaker 2: She's all Yvonne's a lovable airhead.
[22:20] Speaker 1: I don't like.
[22:20] Speaker 2: I don't know how she gets through life. And then
[22:24] Speaker 2: when Yvonne says that Georgina is a relaxed mom, that's
[22:27] Speaker 2: the best kind of mom to be. I think I know.
[22:29] Speaker 1: I wish I was that way. You are no more
[22:32] Speaker 1: that way now than I used to be. But I mean,
[22:34] Speaker 1: I am.
[22:35] Speaker 2: I'm very relaxed.
[22:44] Speaker 1: Then Yvonne said she never thought she would be begging
[22:48] Speaker 1: her husband to have kids.
[22:51] Speaker 2: Well, she is now pregnant. She's pregnant, so or she is. Yes,
[22:55] Speaker 2: it worked. Now, how about the picture of Yvonne's aunts
[22:58] Speaker 2: and mom. It's like a pick from an eighties metal
[23:01] Speaker 2: band with a hair that's teased up to hear I
[23:04] Speaker 2: had that hair.
[23:05] Speaker 1: Well, why was everybody's face blurred out?
[23:08] Speaker 2: That's what I want to know. Why was the faces
[23:10] Speaker 2: blurret out the metal? I mean it was like a
[23:13] Speaker 2: true eighties metal band.
[23:15] Speaker 1: It was reminding me of your hair.
[23:17] Speaker 2: Yes, Oh, I had a hard time getting rid of
[23:20] Speaker 2: that hair.
[23:20] Speaker 1: That's yes. I mean it was home. I loved it.
[23:28] Speaker 2: My walls and my bathroom were just lacquered with hairspray.
[23:32] Speaker 1: My dad just gets so pissed off. Oh my god,
[23:34] Speaker 1: I'll stop with that hairspray.
[23:36] Speaker 2: It's ruining the walls, and I don't shy ruining my
[23:39] Speaker 2: lungs too.
[23:40] Speaker 1: Yeah, you're like, what it is? What it is. Then
[23:43] Speaker 1: we get over to Whitney and her thirty boxes arrive
[23:47] Speaker 1: at Kenney's apartment and he is overwhelmed this relationship has
[23:51] Speaker 1: so many red flags. I can't I can barely take it.
[23:56] Speaker 2: Do you think he's acting up for reality TV? Or
[23:58] Speaker 2: do you think this is really who he is?
[24:00] Speaker 1: I don't know, but he's like definitely not. I mean, one,
[24:03] Speaker 1: she's cried more than I probably have cried this year
[24:07] Speaker 1: with I See, I took it.
[24:09] Speaker 2: I took it as he was just poking at her,
[24:11] Speaker 2: and I mean, I know what it's like moving in
[24:15] Speaker 2: with Eddie. You know, he was in his thirties, late thirties,
[24:19] Speaker 2: and I moved in and it was like he had
[24:21] Speaker 2: all his stuff and we I move all my stuff in.
[24:24] Speaker 2: It's like he's just looking at I'm like I'm going
[24:26] Speaker 2: to change this and change that and change that, and
[24:28] Speaker 2: he's just like it was overwhelming to him.
[24:31] Speaker 1: And I had to like.
[24:32] Speaker 2: Slow roll it out, like we need to get rid
[24:35] Speaker 2: of these lamps. They're from nineteen eighty five. You know,
[24:39] Speaker 2: well my dud gave those to like no, no, no,
[24:42] Speaker 2: we don't care. But I mean, she started crying and
[24:46] Speaker 2: I thought she must be extremely sensitive. You know, he
[24:50] Speaker 2: was playing with her balls and she did not like it.
[24:53] Speaker 2: She's like, no, put those back, she's his ball, and
[24:58] Speaker 2: don't touch my balls.
[24:59] Speaker 1: Just leave them.
[24:59] Speaker 2: He's like, I'm gonna go bowling with them, and he's like,
[25:01] Speaker 2: I don't want to look a damn wood shop in here.
[25:04] Speaker 1: And then they sell all the woods all the different ways.
[25:07] Speaker 2: And I don't mind it. But you can tell his
[25:10] Speaker 2: apartment's nice, and his apartment is very He's probably very
[25:14] Speaker 2: anal about everything. So when you have a guy like
[25:16] Speaker 2: that coming in and you got thirty boxes and shit everywhere,
[25:20] Speaker 2: it's probably got to be a lot for him to process.
[25:23] Speaker 2: I'm not sticking up for him, but I'm trying to
[25:25] Speaker 2: get into.
[25:25] Speaker 1: That that I think you like. I think you really
[25:28] Speaker 1: like Kenny now, but I mean I do. We did
[25:29] Speaker 1: learn that Kenny grew up sharing a bed with his
[25:32] Speaker 1: single mom. You can see why he has a little
[25:35] Speaker 1: bit of control issues. Yeah, I because he's worked really
[25:38] Speaker 1: hard for this life that he's created for himself.
[25:42] Speaker 2: But do you have twenty six black shirts? I probably do.
[25:47] Speaker 1: I honestly, I probably do have twenty six black shirts.
[25:50] Speaker 2: I probably have more than that.
[25:53] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean if we're if we're adding T shirts
[25:56] Speaker 1: to the mix, then yes, yeah, for sure.
[26:00] Speaker 2: I mean black's my favorite color to wear anyways. But
[26:04] Speaker 2: him having a bicycle inside the closet, which taking up
[26:07] Speaker 2: half the closet, which you don't even really have closet
[26:09] Speaker 2: space in New York.
[26:10] Speaker 1: She's like, put it outside.
[26:11] Speaker 2: He's like, oh no, He's like absolutely absolutely. I'm like,
[26:18] Speaker 2: don't you have like when you have doormans and stuff
[26:21] Speaker 2: at these buildings. I'm shocked there's not like a like
[26:24] Speaker 2: a storage unit where you can keep your bicycle or something.
[26:28] Speaker 1: I'm surprised too. And then what about when Kenny tells
[26:31] Speaker 1: Whitney that she needs minions to help her unpack, which
[26:35] Speaker 1: makes her cry and says because she doesn't have any
[26:37] Speaker 1: friends in New York? Did you think she was overreacting here?
[26:40] Speaker 2: Yes, I just I mean, I hate to say that.
[26:42] Speaker 2: I think she's just really sensitive. I mean, I'm really
[26:45] Speaker 2: getting to know sensitive people now that I watch Rhode
[26:47] Speaker 2: Island and Ashley, and she cries all the time. So
[26:50] Speaker 2: I'm trying to understand that mentality. Not me, it's not you,
[26:54] Speaker 2: but she just you know, she's moving from LA she
[26:58] Speaker 2: has no friends. The friends that she has met, I
[27:03] Speaker 2: don't think she really bonded with any of them, and
[27:07] Speaker 2: we'll see later on how.
[27:08] Speaker 1: That works out too. And I also feel like the
[27:12] Speaker 1: fact that she needs to keep repeating that she's not
[27:15] Speaker 1: an outfit repeater.
[27:16] Speaker 2: Well, if you're not an outfit repeater, then why do
[27:18] Speaker 2: you have twenty six black T shirts? Were you surprised
[27:20] Speaker 2: he had a crystal collection? No, he says, change your energy,
[27:26] Speaker 2: change your life.
[27:27] Speaker 1: Yeah, now you can tell he's a little hippie dippy.
[27:32] Speaker 2: I just hope he moved that bike out of the closet.
[27:34] Speaker 1: I think he's probably gonna have like some sort of
[27:38] Speaker 1: thing built where he's going to have that bike. I
[27:42] Speaker 1: also want to know how often he's riding that bike.
[27:46] Speaker 2: I don't know. I mean, it's really shoved in a closet.
[27:48] Speaker 2: I mean, I would imagine if they don't have outdoor space,
[27:52] Speaker 2: they could do like a Pulley system or have it
[27:54] Speaker 2: hung up, you know, from the ceiling.
[27:57] Speaker 1: I know, but there's like no in New York, Like
[27:59] Speaker 1: there's no space for that. It's not like they have
[28:01] Speaker 1: a garage.
[28:03] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[28:04] Speaker 1: I couldn't live in New York. I couldn't.
[28:07] Speaker 2: I think you could in the right place the right
[28:10] Speaker 2: time of your life too. I mean, you're raising kids,
[28:13] Speaker 2: and you've raised them in California. There's no way you
[28:16] Speaker 2: could take them to New York. And be in an apartment.
[28:18] Speaker 2: It would be suffocating. Yeah, No, we have yards and
[28:23] Speaker 2: you have a backyard in a pool and you know,
[28:26] Speaker 2: pick a ball, corp like and then go to apartment.
[28:29] Speaker 2: That very hard.
[28:31] Speaker 1: Then Lindsay and Danielle go to get coffee to clear
[28:35] Speaker 1: the air.
[28:36] Speaker 2: Now we knew this was going to happen. We knew
[28:38] Speaker 2: that Lindsay she is a team player. She is a
[28:42] Speaker 2: you know, VIP of the show. She was going to
[28:44] Speaker 2: sit down with Danielle. She just had to make it
[28:47] Speaker 2: out like I don't know, let me think about it,
[28:50] Speaker 2: just to build up that suspense. This girl knows what
[28:52] Speaker 2: she's doing for reality TV.
[28:55] Speaker 1: She's I mean, she's reality TV gold. She really is.
[28:58] Speaker 1: And I didn't realize how great she was until I've
[29:01] Speaker 1: now that we're just so obsessed with Summer House and
[29:03] Speaker 1: now watching her on this she is really funny. Yeah.
[29:07] Speaker 2: Well, Lindsay says significant moments in her life have been
[29:11] Speaker 2: shattered by her so called best friend Danielle, like giving
[29:15] Speaker 2: Carl a hand job. Now we see them sit down
[29:18] Speaker 2: and they talk about it and she's like, I don't
[29:20] Speaker 2: remember that. Yeah, you're gonna remember if you're giving someone
[29:25] Speaker 2: a hand job. But I do feel like this is
[29:27] Speaker 2: a game of telephone because they do a flashback and
[29:29] Speaker 2: they have Kyle talking to Amanda, which Amanda's unrecognizable. I
[29:34] Speaker 2: didn't even know that was Amanda. And he's like, well,
[29:36] Speaker 2: something's going on. I don't know if it was in
[29:38] Speaker 2: the pants or outside of the pants.
[29:40] Speaker 1: Yeah, but also I think we need to remember that
[29:42] Speaker 1: Danielle dated Carl first, and also.
[29:46] Speaker 2: Carl still't wait a minute, I did not know that.
[29:49] Speaker 1: Yes, wait a.
[29:52] Speaker 2: Minute, Yes, Danielle dated Carl first. Yes, then this should
[29:59] Speaker 2: not even be a subject.
[30:01] Speaker 1: I know. That's what makes it so banalent.
[30:03] Speaker 2: Did she date him like it was like a few
[30:05] Speaker 2: dates or dated him for a while?
[30:07] Speaker 1: She came on the show as Carl's X.
[30:10] Speaker 2: But isn't there like a girl code like don't date
[30:12] Speaker 2: your ex? And then she dated her ex, but now
[30:14] Speaker 2: she's mad because she gave her a hand job, but
[30:16] Speaker 2: she dated him first.
[30:17] Speaker 1: I know it adds a whole other dynamic.
[30:21] Speaker 2: I had no idea.
[30:23] Speaker 1: I know it's pretty crazy. Then everyone meets at a
[30:26] Speaker 1: restaurant and Lindsay and Danielle arrive together, which it's a
[30:31] Speaker 1: big deal, big deal. Yeah, they haven't been speaking. They
[30:35] Speaker 1: haven't been speaking, and you know we see them already,
[30:38] Speaker 1: you know, having their mimosas beforehand, which they didn't have
[30:43] Speaker 1: any sipsuff. I watched like there was not one sip
[30:46] Speaker 1: taken from the mimosa.
[30:47] Speaker 2: Cameras went down and they pounded that bitch.
[30:50] Speaker 1: It's like down there.
[30:54] Speaker 2: And everybody's going to this branch, even Amanda, I know,
[30:59] Speaker 2: even Andy, what did what did Wes call her Manders
[31:04] Speaker 2: or something like that? When they walked up He called
[31:07] Speaker 2: her and I thought it was Manders. I'm like, what, Amners?
[31:13] Speaker 2: They have man aims for each other.
[31:15] Speaker 1: Mandy, I know they I mean, I still can't get
[31:18] Speaker 1: over how awkward that scene was.
[31:20] Speaker 2: What did you think when you know, they come into
[31:22] Speaker 2: the scene and they're like, what, you guys came together
[31:26] Speaker 2: and they you know, they like, yeah, we met, we talked.
[31:29] Speaker 2: And then then Kyle's like, well, I think you own
[31:32] Speaker 2: you owe Amanda an apology.
[31:34] Speaker 1: I'm like, what that was not the right timing?
[31:38] Speaker 2: No, And you know what, if Amanda wants an apology,
[31:40] Speaker 2: let her speak for herself.
[31:42] Speaker 1: That's the thing that I find very odd. Even though
[31:44] Speaker 1: Kyle can be such a dick to Amanda, he's very
[31:48] Speaker 1: quick to judge how other people treat her.
[31:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, and he's basically said Danielle should apologize because a
[31:57] Speaker 2: man to be for being dismissive of Amanda. Yeah, and
[32:02] Speaker 2: Amanda and Danielle clearly don't get along.
[32:05] Speaker 1: No, they've never gotten along and they don't like each other. Yeah,
[32:09] Speaker 1: it's like what it is very weird. It was weird.
[32:12] Speaker 1: And then Kenny and Lindsay go at it when he
[32:16] Speaker 1: refers to Lindsay's friends as her new minions and goes
[32:19] Speaker 1: on to call them a mean girl crew.
[32:22] Speaker 2: Do less, do less, do stay less.
[32:24] Speaker 1: Less, say less, do less than Kenny ask her are
[32:28] Speaker 1: you on glue right now?
[32:29] Speaker 2: When he said that, you'll see in the interview when
[32:32] Speaker 2: I talked to him about that. But I'm like, really, Kenny,
[32:37] Speaker 2: but guess who cries again? Yeah? That was Whitney.
[32:42] Speaker 1: Whitney cries again?
[32:45] Speaker 2: But why is Like Kenny was saying, like, you have
[32:47] Speaker 2: an issue with Lindsay, then you'll have an issue with
[32:48] Speaker 2: five of the girls. And Lindsay's like, listen, those are
[32:52] Speaker 2: my friends. That's called friendship, it's not called minions.
[32:56] Speaker 1: Yeah. But also I find it very I don't know,
[33:01] Speaker 1: I just find this entire You can tell that these
[33:04] Speaker 1: are new people getting to know each other.
[33:07] Speaker 2: Yeah, and new people that have never been on reality
[33:09] Speaker 2: TV too, so they're like been watching shows and go, Okay,
[33:12] Speaker 2: I gotta act like this and do this. But when
[33:15] Speaker 2: Lindsay stands up at the table, I'm like, oh shit,
[33:18] Speaker 2: is she gonna throw something? And she's just like they
[33:21] Speaker 2: have their own opinions. Oh is that gonna be a
[33:24] Speaker 2: meme too?
[33:25] Speaker 1: Yeah? Do you think that? Can you stage me? No? Yeah?
[33:29] Speaker 1: Do you think that Kenny actually overuses the word minions
[33:33] Speaker 1: or he's just doing insane product placement for the new movie?
[33:36] Speaker 2: Well, how about the Minions flashback? We get it's from
[33:40] Speaker 2: like nineteen seventy five. I'm like, what is this? All
[33:43] Speaker 2: these minions walking? I'm like it might as well be
[33:47] Speaker 2: in black and white. This is the weirdest thing ever.
[33:50] Speaker 1: It's all they got permission to use. But why did
[33:53] Speaker 1: Whitney start crying? I forgot She started crying because she
[33:58] Speaker 1: doesn't feel like she has any clue friends and he
[34:04] Speaker 1: was causing I mean she cried three or four times
[34:08] Speaker 1: this episode. Because then remember Georgina, Whitney and Lexi they
[34:13] Speaker 1: go grab coffee at the park and then hold on,
[34:17] Speaker 1: know who Lexi reminds me of Yeah, Michelle from The.
[34:21] Speaker 2: Valley personality wise, the way she talks monotone.
[34:27] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah. Like she's like, so I've got some crazy
[34:31] Speaker 1: news to tell you. So Kenny doesn't know if she
[34:36] Speaker 1: couldn't even get it out.
[34:37] Speaker 2: She was like talking in circles. I'm like smacker in
[34:40] Speaker 2: the back of the head so she can get this
[34:41] Speaker 2: shit out. Yeah, She's like, I know that I have
[34:44] Speaker 2: to do something on this reality show, and right now
[34:47] Speaker 2: I'm going to expose the spark, but I don't know
[34:50] Speaker 2: how to do it.
[34:51] Speaker 1: Yeah. She says that in the relationship things are there
[34:56] Speaker 1: might not be the right spark and that things are
[34:58] Speaker 1: murky mm hmm, and then Whitney cries again. Even Ashley
[35:06] Speaker 1: from Rhode Island is like, girl, this is enough.
[35:09] Speaker 2: Yeah, you need to stop. This is my job, this
[35:12] Speaker 2: is Ashley's job. It's not your job Whitney to cry
[35:14] Speaker 2: all the time. Well, it's interesting because the actual scene
[35:19] Speaker 2: with Kyle and Kenny, he says, like, you know that
[35:24] Speaker 2: spark you get when you're with somebody. He doesn't say
[35:28] Speaker 2: he doesn't have the spark. I took it as you know,
[35:32] Speaker 2: you can take it different ways. But he basically says,
[35:35] Speaker 2: you know, I don't know if it's the one, like
[35:39] Speaker 2: and you don't know if it's the one you're gonna
[35:41] Speaker 2: marry sometimes right at the beginning. But I don't think
[35:44] Speaker 2: he said they don't have a spark. He's like, you
[35:46] Speaker 2: know that great spark you have in the beginning, and
[35:49] Speaker 2: then is it the spark that is it forever or
[35:51] Speaker 2: something like that. So I don't know, I don't know.
[35:55] Speaker 2: I don't have a great feeling about.
[35:57] Speaker 1: Them, do you.
[35:58] Speaker 2: Well they're still together?
[36:00] Speaker 1: Yeah, I know, beautiful. I mean she's gorgeous, supermodel. Yeah,
[36:05] Speaker 1: I mean I remember her on The Bachelor of the Bachelor.
[36:09] Speaker 2: What she was like one of many girls?
[36:12] Speaker 1: Yeah, but I mean she I don't know. I just
[36:16] Speaker 1: kind of get this weird feeling that I don't know
[36:21] Speaker 1: they're in this for TV?
[36:25] Speaker 2: Yeah, well time will tell. But how about Kyle and
[36:27] Speaker 2: Amanda going to film Boys Live podcast together and matching merch?
[36:32] Speaker 1: Who do you think wore it better?
[36:35] Speaker 2: Neither?
[36:38] Speaker 1: What is it? Lover boy merch? Was that what it was?
[36:41] Speaker 2: Or was it boys Lie merch? Or did they do
[36:43] Speaker 2: like a? Because boys Lie is also like, isn't that
[36:46] Speaker 2: a they did collab together? It's a cloud together. But
[36:50] Speaker 2: is the boys lie? Is that the owner of the
[36:54] Speaker 2: clothing brand?
[36:55] Speaker 1: It's just like a podcast and a clothing brand. But yeah,
[36:57] Speaker 1: it's the same people.
[36:59] Speaker 2: Okay.
[37:00] Speaker 1: She decides now it's the best time to tell him
[37:02] Speaker 1: that she's signing a year long lease. As they're going
[37:08] Speaker 1: and then on the pod they're talking. Then he's like,
[37:11] Speaker 1: let's keep this conversation that we're having now just to us.
[37:14] Speaker 1: Let's not bring this up on the pod.
[37:16] Speaker 2: By the way, I'm moving out. Yeah, but how about
[37:20] Speaker 2: did you see her face when he said they talked
[37:23] Speaker 2: about the spark? And he's like, you know, when the
[37:25] Speaker 2: spark is gone, then you go, so do you say,
[37:27] Speaker 2: like you go elsewhere or something like that?
[37:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, And.
[37:32] Speaker 2: I'm and Amanda's like, how do you know I went elsewhere?
[37:37] Speaker 2: Just kidding.
[37:38] Speaker 1: I couldn't even I couldn't even focus during this entire
[37:43] Speaker 1: thing because of Amanda's glasses.
[37:46] Speaker 2: I can't, I don't. I can't even tell you what
[37:48] Speaker 2: they were.
[37:49] Speaker 1: They were like these little, tiny, like glasses like this,
[37:53] Speaker 1: and they were like brown, like she did look like
[37:56] Speaker 1: a minion.
[37:57] Speaker 2: Great at the dress at the reunion was beautiful.
[38:00] Speaker 1: People can't get over her hair at the reunion, they
[38:03] Speaker 1: won't let it go.
[38:05] Speaker 2: Well, it's like one of those things where you just
[38:07] Speaker 2: like wrap up a band around it and.
[38:09] Speaker 1: And you pull it half out like you have that
[38:11] Speaker 1: a million times, but normally it's in a high ponytail
[38:14] Speaker 1: and you do.
[38:14] Speaker 2: But it's not even like something you would wear to
[38:17] Speaker 2: the reunion. It's not a hairstyle you'd do it.
[38:20] Speaker 1: I know. And now the hairstylist has gotten all involved.
[38:23] Speaker 1: I saw that.
[38:25] Speaker 2: I'm like, wait to hairstylist did that. I could have
[38:27] Speaker 2: done that to myself, But bless her heart for looking
[38:31] Speaker 2: good in it, man, because I couldn't do that. Not
[38:35] Speaker 2: just pull it back and im like, here we go,
[38:36] Speaker 2: I'm going to the reunion.
[38:38] Speaker 1: Let's go. But I mean essentially on the on the
[38:42] Speaker 1: Boys Live podcast, they when they're talking about relationships, you
[38:50] Speaker 1: can tell like how disconnected they are at this point. Yeah,
[38:54] Speaker 1: I think the girls could tell too. That we're doing
[38:56] Speaker 1: the podcast. Then Whitney and Kenny go to dinner for
[39:07] Speaker 1: his birthday. Uh, Whitney confronts Kenny about his comments and
[39:12] Speaker 1: that there's a spark missing between them.
[39:15] Speaker 2: Well, first of all, we take it back to when
[39:16] Speaker 2: the girls were, you know, sitting around talking. Uh, thank
[39:20] Speaker 2: you so much, Kyle for your big mouth. I know
[39:24] Speaker 2: that you're investor that you're going and riting out.
[39:27] Speaker 1: I know, like Kyle, you got your own shit going on.
[39:29] Speaker 2: Yeah, just stop, stop, pull your jets. We're left on that.
[39:37] Speaker 2: You know, Cliffhanger, I don't know. I'm he's gonna talk
[39:42] Speaker 2: his way out of it.
[39:44] Speaker 1: All I know is Nick even got involved this episode.
[39:48] Speaker 1: Nick him like Nick, that's what I mean? Who's Nick?
[39:51] Speaker 2: Who's Nick?
[39:52] Speaker 1: Nick Barber? Who's that? He's Yvonne's husband. Yeah, every time
[39:57] Speaker 1: he pops up on like, who's not I know because
[40:00] Speaker 1: he barely pops up. But he didn't like the Minion's comment.
[40:06] Speaker 1: I know, Well, there's a lot of people on this cast,
[40:10] Speaker 1: and we're not seeing a lot of people, so it's
[40:12] Speaker 1: like it's definitely yeah. I think they're trying to figure
[40:19] Speaker 1: out who they're going to keep, right, So it's.
[40:22] Speaker 2: Just normal for a new show. So they're like heavily on. Obviously,
[40:25] Speaker 2: Kenny's not going anywhere, you know, Lindsay, Lindsay's friends. Who's
[40:30] Speaker 2: Lexi Again.
[40:31] Speaker 1: She's the one that's dating I mean she's okay, okay, Andrea, okay, okay,
[40:36] Speaker 1: all right, So I'm like confused with my We haven't
[40:39] Speaker 1: seen a lot of Lexi either, and we haven't seen
[40:43] Speaker 1: Having to tell that story was like Lexi's worst nightmare
[40:46] Speaker 1: for worst.
[40:47] Speaker 2: She's like, I don't do stuff like this, but I'm
[40:48] Speaker 2: going to do it because I'm getting a paycheck. And
[40:51] Speaker 2: then Andrea, he wasn't on much this episode.
[40:55] Speaker 1: There's too much. Neither was Gavin.
[40:59] Speaker 2: No. No, he made a little comment at the table
[41:03] Speaker 2: that was it.
[41:04] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean it's and then who's Katie?
[41:11] Speaker 2: Katie? Who?
[41:13] Speaker 1: Oh, I don't know. I'm looking at her right here, but.
[41:16] Speaker 2: She's a cast member we haven't seen Wait is she new?
[41:23] Speaker 1: We haven't seen her at all yet, but she's on
[41:25] Speaker 1: the show.
[41:27] Speaker 2: All right, Well we're what on episode three right now?
[41:30] Speaker 1: Yeah?
[41:30] Speaker 2: All right? Today is young?
[41:32] Speaker 1: What's she pulling? A Rula? No?
[41:36] Speaker 2: Rula showed up and then went I.
[41:38] Speaker 1: A yeah, but I mean I think there's a lot
[41:41] Speaker 1: going on. Wait, is this the Katie?
[41:43] Speaker 2: The girl and her husband who used to show up
[41:45] Speaker 2: to Summerhouse and we'd see them walking through the front
[41:48] Speaker 2: door and it would say Amanda and Kyle's friends Katie.
[41:53] Speaker 2: Oh okay, I thought all season long, why are they
[41:56] Speaker 2: doing this now?
[41:57] Speaker 1: We know why. Now we know why, but we still
[41:59] Speaker 1: haven't gotten to see her on the show yet.
[42:01] Speaker 2: But they didn't even really give them any airtime on
[42:05] Speaker 2: Summer House except for walking in the door.
[42:08] Speaker 1: Well I think they need her because she's Amanda's best
[42:10] Speaker 1: friend in real life.
[42:12] Speaker 2: Okay, whatever, Well she we didn't see her in Summer
[42:14] Speaker 2: House other than walking through the door, and I'm like,
[42:17] Speaker 2: why do they feel the need to give them a name?
[42:19] Speaker 2: And you know.
[42:21] Speaker 1: Why they were setting us up for this they were,
[42:24] Speaker 1: so I know, now we know, But I mean, yeah,
[42:28] Speaker 1: I mean I think it was a scattered episode. We're
[42:31] Speaker 1: even having a hard time trying to like recap it
[42:34] Speaker 1: properly because there's so much like going on but nothing
[42:37] Speaker 1: really going on. Yeah, but I mean it definitely has potential,
[42:43] Speaker 1: But I don't know if it has potential because I
[42:45] Speaker 1: just love Lindsay so much.
[42:47] Speaker 2: Well, it has potential because everybody knows that the demise
[42:51] Speaker 2: of the relationship's going to happen and they're going to
[42:54] Speaker 2: have to.
[42:55] Speaker 1: Edit it or re edit it or however to.
[42:59] Speaker 2: West in a man, do you think Wes and Amanda
[43:02] Speaker 2: are going to be together at the end of this season?
[43:05] Speaker 2: Are they going to do like a pickup where they're like, Okay,
[43:07] Speaker 2: we want you guys to have lunch and we want
[43:09] Speaker 2: you to break it all down.
[43:12] Speaker 1: I hope so, but I don't. That's what I would want,
[43:15] Speaker 1: That's what I want, but I don't think it's going
[43:16] Speaker 1: to happen. Yeah, but I mean I'm still hooked. No,
[43:22] Speaker 1: it's good. I like it. I like it a lot.
[43:25] Speaker 2: It's like Summerhouse, but they're grown up.
[43:28] Speaker 1: They're grown up, but they're but they're not right right.
[43:32] Speaker 2: They're drinking every single thing, but they're not.
[43:38] Speaker 1: Yeah, I think the more we get to watch it,
[43:40] Speaker 1: the more we're going to get to know them. And
[43:42] Speaker 1: I think I think we're going to see this cast
[43:45] Speaker 1: dwindle down.
[43:47] Speaker 2: Oh absolutely. It's a lot like vander Pump Rules goes
[43:51] Speaker 2: into the Valley. Yeah, And my concern is, you know
[43:54] Speaker 2: how you know Scandabal destroyed that show.
[43:58] Speaker 1: I destroyed that show.
[43:59] Speaker 2: They put on pause recast and then they pivoted to
[44:03] Speaker 2: with some of them to the valley. I wonder if
[44:05] Speaker 2: they're going to do that with Summerhouse.
[44:09] Speaker 1: I really hope not. I really really hope not, because
[44:13] Speaker 1: I like the idea. I like, I can't believe I'm
[44:17] Speaker 1: even saying this, but I like watching them, like do
[44:21] Speaker 1: their little dinners at the house. I like them, watch
[44:24] Speaker 1: them who goes out, what time they come home? Not
[44:27] Speaker 1: being able to open that door. I'm upset they're not
[44:29] Speaker 1: going to be at that house anymore. I want I
[44:33] Speaker 1: want to be able to have both.
[44:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, oh my god, we didn't even talk about this,
[44:37] Speaker 2: but it reminded me of you so much. When uh
[44:41] Speaker 2: Georgina says I changed my thing on Hinge and I
[44:47] Speaker 2: got nobody, And then she goes, well, I got Santa Claus.
[44:52] Speaker 2: No joke A beer down to hear Santa Claus like,
[44:55] Speaker 2: I want to be a second wife. I never heard
[44:57] Speaker 2: anybody say that, a second wife.
[44:58] Speaker 1: I want to be a second but I don't want
[45:00] Speaker 1: to be missus Clause like she is just so funny.
[45:06] Speaker 1: She is so funny. But no, I mean that's Hinge
[45:09] Speaker 1: for you. I mean that is truthfully like.
[45:12] Speaker 2: Well, then I thought about the old guy that reached
[45:14] Speaker 2: out to you and wanted to travel with you.
[45:16] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, what did we call him?
[45:18] Speaker 2: He wanted to know if you were well enough to
[45:20] Speaker 2: travel with his ninety year old ass.
[45:22] Speaker 1: He didn't think I was.
[45:25] Speaker 2: I mean, I stop it.
[45:27] Speaker 1: I mean so I mean we're in that. I feel you,
[45:30] Speaker 1: I feel you are heard, You're heard, You're heard. But
[45:34] Speaker 1: I know that was right. No, thank you, yeah, thank you.
[45:39] Speaker 2: Hold on to your daddy's girls here cos Teddy.
[45:46] Speaker 1: But I don't know if this is Instagram just punking
[45:49] Speaker 1: me or what it's doing, but it's constantly telling me, now,
[45:53] Speaker 1: how young guys want older women. Do you get that too?
[45:59] Speaker 2: No, I'm not. That's not my algorithm. Mine's my algorithms,
[46:03] Speaker 2: mind's fitness and housewife shit.
[46:07] Speaker 1: Yeah, no, like the in fact, my algorithm is so
[46:10] Speaker 1: out of it's between the cancer algorithm and I had
[46:15] Speaker 1: a lot of cancer too, Yeah, the cancer algorithm and
[46:18] Speaker 1: the how young guys want to day older women because
[46:22] Speaker 1: they're just you know, the dynamics have shifted in the
[46:25] Speaker 1: way that women are. I'm like, this is I don't know.
[46:30] Speaker 1: I used to have a lot of pimple popping.
[46:31] Speaker 2: Remember I used to send you guys.
[46:33] Speaker 1: I so glad you stop doing that, and I've just.
[46:35] Speaker 2: I kind of got over it. I don't know what
[46:37] Speaker 2: happened to me.
[46:38] Speaker 1: I feel like somebody grown hair.
[46:41] Speaker 2: I don't like ingrown hair ones, and I don't like
[46:44] Speaker 2: ear wax stuff.
[46:46] Speaker 1: I don't like this new thing that they put in
[46:48] Speaker 1: the ear and like water squishes around and then you
[46:51] Speaker 1: see all that stuff come out. I don't know.
[46:53] Speaker 2: And by the way, it doesn't seem like it's too
[46:55] Speaker 2: safe to do.
[46:56] Speaker 1: No, I feel like it's putting more wax deeper into
[46:59] Speaker 1: your ear hole.
[47:00] Speaker 2: I feel like, if you ask any doctor ear ands
[47:01] Speaker 2: and throat, can I blow water through my ear?
[47:05] Speaker 1: Used to do those ear candles? Have you ever done them?
[47:08] Speaker 2: I never did that.
[47:09] Speaker 1: Oh my god. I used to do it all the
[47:10] Speaker 1: time and believe that was all ear wax, even though
[47:13] Speaker 1: it was just the candle that had like sucked up in.
[47:16] Speaker 2: Oh my god, speaking of gross stuff. Do you probably
[47:18] Speaker 2: didn't have to do this, but in uh elementary school.
[47:21] Speaker 2: When I was in elementary school, we have like health
[47:24] Speaker 2: day and they would like line us up and they'd
[47:26] Speaker 2: make us chew these things and they're like tablets and
[47:31] Speaker 2: then you'd have to smile.
[47:33] Speaker 1: And basically what it was it.
[47:34] Speaker 2: Was showing all the plaque on your teeth and pink
[47:37] Speaker 2: and you're like smile. You're like, yes, school, Look at Johnny.
[47:41] Speaker 2: He doesn't brush his teeth like I remember the shit
[47:44] Speaker 2: we used to do back then. That they don't obviously
[47:46] Speaker 2: do anymore. It's like, oh, lets everybody make fun of Johnny.
[47:50] Speaker 2: He doesn't brush his teeth.
[47:51] Speaker 1: You've never heard this. I cannot believe they did that
[47:54] Speaker 1: at such.
[47:54] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, oh yeah, could you between that and the
[47:57] Speaker 2: life checks? And I'm like.
[48:02] Speaker 1: Savage back then, how much pink did you have on
[48:05] Speaker 1: your teeth?
[48:06] Speaker 2: Substantial enough?
[48:07] Speaker 1: Didn't look good to scarved you? Yeah?
[48:12] Speaker 2: That I still remember it to this day.
[48:15] Speaker 1: Look at Tammy Sue Wattle.
[48:19] Speaker 2: She a dirty bird.
[48:21] Speaker 1: Dirty. Oh my god. I need to know. I need
[48:28] Speaker 1: a headcount of what other schools did.
[48:30] Speaker 2: This back in the I would say it was the
[48:34] Speaker 2: late seventies that I was in elementary school.
[48:38] Speaker 1: I mean, why was it the school's job to say,
[48:40] Speaker 1: who like brushed their teeth properly? Could you imagine them
[48:44] Speaker 1: doing that now?
[48:44] Speaker 2: It was their way of humiliating you and embarrassing you
[48:47] Speaker 2: to brush your goddamn teeth.
[48:49] Speaker 1: That's good, Well, thank you for making me laugh. I
[48:54] Speaker 1: needed that. But we will be back soon.
[49:00] Speaker 2: Uh we we gotta discuss the valley soon because.
[49:02] Speaker 1: Holy my god, so good.
[49:07] Speaker 2: All right, talk to you, sim Talk to simm
