Another episode on boundaries, putting my mentor hat on! This week's episode talks about how we train people how to treat us, and when we don't want that behaviour anymore - we need to retrain them out of it. Sink or change! Have a back pocket "excuse" ready to go the next time your boss asks you to stay late or a client won't leave your office. Tune in for a great conversation about boundaries and accepting behaviour!
