[0:01] Speaker 1: This is a clip from Raised by Giants. You can
[0:04] Speaker 1: access the entire episode now on our website and all
[0:08] Speaker 1: podcast platforms. This is kind of a new rabbit hole
[0:12] Speaker 1: to continue down. And I've been doing such and you know,
[0:16] Speaker 1: you mentioned the sub project one thirty six, that one's important,
[0:22] Speaker 1: and I think part of the reason. Obviously, when you're
[0:26] Speaker 1: dealing with minors, it's an issue, but I think there's
[0:29] Speaker 1: a liability issue. And I know you mentioned this is
[0:31] Speaker 1: a worldwide, global, you know, basically program that they're studying
[0:36] Speaker 1: these kids. And I do believe there was a lawsuit
[0:39] Speaker 1: actually just recently won in Canada, a case out of there,
[0:44] Speaker 1: so I'm sure they're afraid of repercussions and how these
[0:48] Speaker 1: programs have inadvertently affected folks. And you know, for me,
[0:53] Speaker 1: it's answered some of the questions I started out fifteen
[0:57] Speaker 1: plus years ago trying to understand what was happening at
[1:01] Speaker 1: the Rocky Mountain Ranch formerly known as the Clearview Ranch.
[1:05] Speaker 1: And through all these years and through reading through documents
[1:09] Speaker 1: and interviews in this it's come to my attention that yes,
[1:13] Speaker 1: probably a good portion of it was unexplained phenomenon, but
[1:17] Speaker 1: another portion there were some black access projects going on
[1:21] Speaker 1: out there as well and continue. So and it's also
[1:25] Speaker 1: answered another question for me writer, which is, you know,
[1:28] Speaker 1: my sister who's a little bit older than me. So
[1:30] Speaker 1: I'm nine, ten and eleven years old and my sister,
[1:34] Speaker 1: you know, six years old or so, she's in her
[1:36] Speaker 1: high school years. And the phenomena seemed to affect us differently.
[1:40] Speaker 1: And I always question, and that's true with any people
[1:43] Speaker 1: that experience some of the more paranormal things in life.
[1:45] Speaker 1: Some people you'll get the hitchhikers or you know, things
[1:50] Speaker 1: that kind of follow them or and others won't. I
[1:53] Speaker 1: always wondered why that might be. And so when I
[1:55] Speaker 1: found out about the Twilight Learners and the training I
[1:58] Speaker 1: went through for over a year keeping me in that
[2:00] Speaker 1: THETA state and the disassociation and all that from the
[2:04] Speaker 1: trauma of my childhood, it's answered some questions regarding that.
[2:08] Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, that makes sense. You know that when
[2:12] Speaker 1: you're when you're trained to stay in theata or deep meditation,
[2:16] Speaker 1: and I was trying to do that at such a
[2:18] Speaker 1: young age. I think it you know, fosters being able
[2:20] Speaker 1: to lose a dream and you know, those kind of things.
[2:23] Speaker 1: So it's it's been really interesting to learn about these
[2:26] Speaker 1: different programs.
[2:28] Speaker 2: You know, what's really interesting is when I was making
[2:31] Speaker 2: the movie, after I went out to film with you
[2:35] Speaker 2: in Colorado, uh, and I was making the movie, I
[2:41] Speaker 2: was going through and looking through all the documents because
[2:43] Speaker 2: you said that the Twilight Learners program with Thomas ah
[2:46] Speaker 2: Smerdinski that you were put into whenever you were really young,
[2:49] Speaker 2: which is essentially a biofeedback program, you would get the
[2:53] Speaker 2: same type of feeling that you got whenever you would
[2:56] Speaker 2: listen to the Monroe Institute Gateway groups out of Bodies
[2:59] Speaker 2: since right, and a lot of people, a lot of
[3:04] Speaker 2: their original remote viewers and even Angela Ford within the documentary,
[3:08] Speaker 2: so that being outside of your body, having a national
[3:11] Speaker 2: travel or having an obian out of body experience is
[3:14] Speaker 2: the most advanced form of remote viewing. So within the
[3:18] Speaker 2: Monroe Institute documents, the Gateway Project documents. Have you read
[3:24] Speaker 2: through those.
[3:27] Speaker 1: A little bit of it?
[3:28] Speaker 2: You know.
[3:29] Speaker 1: Recently my focus has been connecting dots on how and
[3:33] Speaker 1: when I feel like certain individuals, families, children are targeted,
[3:40] Speaker 1: whether they're from military families. Certainly my grandfather and my
[3:44] Speaker 1: father were Navy, so that I went down the writer yesterday.
[3:48] Speaker 1: It was all day. I had seventy two pages of
[3:50] Speaker 1: notes by the end of the day, just going down
[3:53] Speaker 1: these rabbit holes. And it's so fascinating to me how
[4:00] Speaker 1: a lot of these individuals that you hear about are connected.
[4:02] Speaker 1: And Thomas H. Bedinski and Chat and Grock and all
[4:05] Speaker 1: those like Thomas H. Bedinski just keeps surprising me because
[4:08] Speaker 1: he he was connected in ways that was really surprising.
[4:13] Speaker 1: And initially when I found out that, you know, at
[4:16] Speaker 1: first he was an internal navigational engineer out an Area
[4:21] Speaker 1: fifty one and worked on the SR seventy one Blackbird,
[4:23] Speaker 1: and that just really I'm like, wait, wait a minute,
[4:26] Speaker 1: internal navigational engineer. And then the video clip that you
[4:30] Speaker 1: included into the film of little Kevin there, you know,
[4:33] Speaker 1: who had epilepsy and was in the same program. I was, Kevin,
[4:36] Speaker 1: can you make the rocket launch? Kevin?
[4:38] Speaker 2: Can you?
[4:38] Speaker 1: And I just put two and two together and I went, Wow,
[4:41] Speaker 1: if they're back engineering these craft and they don't know
[4:44] Speaker 1: how the navigational systems work, if they're mine to mine
[4:48] Speaker 1: telepath of communication with these craft, it would make complete
[4:51] Speaker 1: sense that Bodinsky would then cross over into you know,
[4:56] Speaker 1: the research he did with Altered States and the HEMI
[5:00] Speaker 1: seek and on all that.
[5:01] Speaker 2: So yeah, I really think that you're onto something, and
[5:05] Speaker 2: I think something is going to come out really soon
[5:09] Speaker 2: about this. Uh some people are going to really start
[5:11] Speaker 2: talking about this.
[5:12] Speaker 1: That some.
[5:14] Speaker 2: That the goal of the gate programs might have been
[5:17] Speaker 2: some of the goals. I mean, there's obviously different branches
[5:20] Speaker 2: for any everything. It's recruitment, it's psychic abilities, it's putting
[5:25] Speaker 2: people into everyday roles in society, high positions to power.
[5:29] Speaker 2: It's a lot of things. But I think one of
[5:32] Speaker 2: the things that's getting ready to come out is getting
[5:38] Speaker 2: kids the ability to control craft with their mind. I
[5:43] Speaker 2: think that that is one percent what's going to start
[5:46] Speaker 2: coming out uh here really soon and is going to
[5:50] Speaker 2: be connected to the Gate program. But what I was
[5:54] Speaker 2: talking about with the Gateway Project document is that within
[6:02] Speaker 2: the document it says that biofeedback, which is the program
[6:07] Speaker 2: that you went through with Thomas H. Spedinski, is really
[6:12] Speaker 2: important in understanding on how to get outside of your body.
[6:16] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, So the thing is that you said is
[6:20] Speaker 2: basically backed up and verified within that CIA Monroist to
[6:25] Speaker 2: Gateway Project document in that biofeedback is used in order
[6:32] Speaker 2: for people to get outside of their body.
[6:35] Speaker 1: Absolutely absolutely in it. And Bodinsky was part of the
[6:38] Speaker 1: Stargate research as well, that biofeedback piece. And that's really
[6:43] Speaker 1: how it all kind of, you know, blew up for me,
[6:46] Speaker 1: really is because when I started listening to and you know,
[6:50] Speaker 1: I'm not I've done the Binari beats for years, you know,
[6:53] Speaker 1: but the Gateway tape specifically is when I was like, wow,
[6:57] Speaker 1: this is so much like bio feedback, which is really
[7:00] Speaker 1: just going through having the headphones on, you have the
[7:03] Speaker 1: Hemi sync going, but you're really just going from head
[7:07] Speaker 1: to toe relaxing your body. In these tapes you know
[7:10] Speaker 1: that I've had since childhood. There's one particular side of
[7:13] Speaker 1: one cassette tape where you're really constricting your muscles and
[7:16] Speaker 1: really it's to help get rid of migraine headache, so
[7:19] Speaker 1: the headache suffers out there. It really does work. It
[7:22] Speaker 1: does help because you're really learning to feel and control
[7:26] Speaker 1: your body muscles and getting into a very deep relaxed state.
[7:30] Speaker 1: And as a child, I can remember feeling almost embarrassed
[7:34] Speaker 1: because I would get so deeply relaxed that you know,
[7:37] Speaker 1: like in the Pink Pink Floyd's song. You know, your
[7:40] Speaker 1: hands feel like two balloons, like comfortably numb. You start
[7:44] Speaker 1: getting these weird body sensations and every now and again,
[7:47] Speaker 1: i'd fall asleep, you know, and i'd but they had
[7:50] Speaker 1: the clicks going in the headphones to keep you in
[7:52] Speaker 1: that data state. That was the goal. You didn't want
[7:55] Speaker 1: to fall asleep, and you didn't want to be completely
[7:58] Speaker 1: aware you're in that. That's why it's called while learners
[8:00] Speaker 1: because you're in that twilight state. And I think that's
[8:03] Speaker 1: so critical and for all people, like right before you
[8:06] Speaker 1: fall asleep, right before you wake up in the morning,
[8:08] Speaker 1: if you can recall your dreams at that time, really
[8:11] Speaker 1: really try to alter your states of mind. You know,
[8:13] Speaker 1: I'm going to have a good day to day, it's
[8:15] Speaker 1: going to be a positive day. That's the time to
[8:17] Speaker 1: do it in that twilight state. And so yeah, absolutely
[8:21] Speaker 1: that goes along with you know, out of body experiences.
[8:24] Speaker 1: And for me, I think, you know, you talk about
[8:28] Speaker 1: the Gate Program Gifted and Talented, I was on the
[8:32] Speaker 1: other side of that, and I think that's important for
[8:34] Speaker 1: listeners to know. And they weren't just pulling gifted and
[8:36] Speaker 1: talented kids out that were scoring really high on tests.
[8:40] Speaker 1: They were looking at the other side too, where that
[8:43] Speaker 1: was me. I was like ADHD and dyslexic, and you know,
[8:47] Speaker 1: because I had so much trauma and upheaval going on
[8:50] Speaker 1: at the time. My half brother, you know, he burnt
[8:53] Speaker 1: down a couple of our houses. He was very un
[8:56] Speaker 1: axd up for furniture, divorce, violence, alcohol, like it was
[9:00] Speaker 1: just an unstable environment. And so when you're in an
[9:04] Speaker 1: instable environment like that's really hard to focus on your
[9:08] Speaker 1: one two three's in your ABCS. So you know, they
[9:13] Speaker 1: were pulling kids like that out as well, divorce groups,
[9:16] Speaker 1: trauma groups, learning disabilities, dyslexia, all that stuff. So I
[9:21] Speaker 1: think they were looking at the disassociation piece because through
[9:25] Speaker 1: that trauma as a young child, I can remember just
[9:28] Speaker 1: leaving my body all the time, and I think that's
[9:30] Speaker 1: why they were taking a look at those kids as well,
[9:34] Speaker 1: you know, so as kind of both sides going on
[9:36] Speaker 1: at the same time.
[9:38] Speaker 2: Well, that makes sense because trauma is a big part
[9:40] Speaker 2: of MK ultra. So if you can disassociate somebody, then
[9:43] Speaker 2: you can program them and then they'll essentially forget because
[9:46] Speaker 2: they've disassociated, so that you can have them go out
[9:48] Speaker 2: and do whatever it is that they're supposed to do,
[9:51] Speaker 2: and they come back and then they don't remember. It's
[9:53] Speaker 2: like the whole thing of what mk ultra is. And
[9:57] Speaker 2: they do look for people that have been previous traumatized
[10:01] Speaker 2: from unstable childhoods because those are the people that are
[10:05] Speaker 2: the easiest to be programmed because they already have that
[10:10] Speaker 2: disassociative part of their brain. They've already probably been outside
[10:15] Speaker 2: of their body before, you know, and that's what several
[10:21] Speaker 2: people from the like Ingo Swan will talk about being
[10:25] Speaker 2: outside of his body all the time. As a young kid,
[10:27] Speaker 2: Angela Ford talk about being outside of her body. But
[10:30] Speaker 2: that's the thing. It could be the most advanced form
[10:34] Speaker 2: of remote viewing because you're actually there and you're seeing
[10:38] Speaker 2: the environment outside of your body. But the problem is
[10:42] Speaker 2: is that it's difficult to control having and out of
[10:47] Speaker 2: body experience. It seems like it happens just randomly or
[10:51] Speaker 2: through that type of trauma. So I think that that
[10:55] Speaker 2: was the whole reason for the Monroe Institute and the
[10:59] Speaker 2: reason that Army Intelligence and DA actually sent people like
[11:05] Speaker 2: Army soldiers and people that were in this Stargate program
[11:10] Speaker 2: which wasn't called the Stargate program at that time, and
[11:12] Speaker 2: with through many different name changes, but they sent them
[11:16] Speaker 2: there to study under Robert Monroe to find out if
[11:21] Speaker 2: being outside of your body would help them remove you.
[11:25] Speaker 2: And that's kind of Robert Monroe's like hole claim. The
[11:29] Speaker 2: fame is that if you do this for long enough,
[11:32] Speaker 2: eventually you're going to get outside of your body.
[11:37] Speaker 1: And it is something you can train yourself. You can
[11:40] Speaker 1: learn to control yourself out of body. In fact, when
[11:42] Speaker 1: you get deeper down into the Gateway tapes, you know,
[11:46] Speaker 1: and you're in Focus twenty two and Focus, you're learning
[11:49] Speaker 1: to really control you're out of body experience and to
[11:55] Speaker 1: actually go where you want to go for backwards, up down,
[11:59] Speaker 1: you know, visit different place to see different things remote view.
[12:03] Speaker 1: Way before any of this came to light for me,
[12:05] Speaker 1: for years, I was part of a Denver psychic development group,
[12:09] Speaker 1: which is kind of interesting now that I look back
[12:11] Speaker 1: at that, because you know, since I was young, I
[12:13] Speaker 1: feel like, you know, even my youngest son. You know,
[12:17] Speaker 1: you can kind of see people's ors, feel the energy
[12:20] Speaker 1: in a room, more so, feel other people's energy, those
[12:23] Speaker 1: kind of things. So I was really drawn to go
[12:25] Speaker 1: to this monthly meeting. It was every month and it
[12:29] Speaker 1: was in a little bookstore in Littleton Englewood, Colorado, and
[12:33] Speaker 1: you just sit around and kind of in a safe environment,
[12:36] Speaker 1: learn to practice psychic abilities and things like this. And
[12:40] Speaker 1: we would do things, you know, where they'd put pictures
[12:42] Speaker 1: and envelopes and you would just try to remote view
[12:46] Speaker 1: what's in the envelopes. And I had a really pretty
[12:48] Speaker 1: high hip rate, and I was like, Wow, this is
[12:50] Speaker 1: really cool. So yeah, I all these skills are really
[12:55] Speaker 1: interesting to me. But yesterday I was really going with
[12:59] Speaker 1: it because I'm trying to figure out in my mind
[13:01] Speaker 1: where and how, you know, it was brought to my
[13:05] Speaker 1: mother's attention to put me into twilight learners. Did it
[13:07] Speaker 1: come from my half brother who in nineteen seventy three
[13:10] Speaker 1: burnt down our house the week before. He had acted
[13:13] Speaker 1: it all up, all in the furniture and stuff inside.
[13:16] Speaker 1: So at that point we had to, you know, turn
[13:19] Speaker 1: him in for insurance because it was our home. It
[13:22] Speaker 1: was completely destroyed, and he was sent away to Pueblo
[13:25] Speaker 1: State and charged with arson and so he was institutionalized
[13:28] Speaker 1: really for the remainder of his life. Later in his
[13:32] Speaker 1: last part of his life, he went to halfway houses
[13:34] Speaker 1: in Denver, but for the most part, institutionalized his whole life.
[13:38] Speaker 1: And he actually started when he was a young child.
[13:41] Speaker 1: He was diagnosed with epilepsy and from the records we
[13:44] Speaker 1: have it looking like around age four. So he was
[13:47] Speaker 1: put into the Chicago State Hospital system. And so what
[13:52] Speaker 1: started me down this yesterday writer was I watched a
[13:54] Speaker 1: Wi Files episode on the JFK and they mentioned and
[13:57] Speaker 1: I'm going to butcher the name, but this on draw
[14:01] Speaker 1: pooh it's p U H A R I c H
[14:04] Speaker 1: Purity or something. Yes, yeah, thank you. He mentioned them,
[14:10] Speaker 1: but he mentioned Chicago, and I was like, oh, I
[14:12] Speaker 1: wonder if you guys ties to Chicago State Hospital. And
[14:14] Speaker 1: I started going down this whole Chicago State Hospital and
[14:18] Speaker 1: sure enough, mentions in Bodinski and the sub project one
[14:23] Speaker 1: thirty six and you know, the brain perception research and
[14:27] Speaker 1: all this stuff. So all these people are researching in
[14:31] Speaker 1: studying this, but I'm looking at Pueblo State Hospital, Chicago
[14:35] Speaker 1: State Hospital, and in the sixties and seventies, they were
[14:39] Speaker 1: some outrageous things that they were doing to these patients.
[14:43] Speaker 1: And my brother has long since been passed away. My
[14:47] Speaker 1: half brother
