[0:01] Speaker 1: This is a clip from Beyond Truth. You can access
[0:05] Speaker 1: the entire episode now on our website and all podcast platforms,
[0:10] Speaker 1: and that is where Hearp enters the conversation. So HARP
[0:16] Speaker 1: is one of the biggest names in the weather control
[0:18] Speaker 1: conspiracy world. HEART stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.
[0:27] Speaker 1: It is located in Alaska and its official purpose is
[0:30] Speaker 1: to study the ionosphere that charged upper part of Earth's atmosphere.
[0:37] Speaker 1: Heart's own official frequently asked questions says it's a powerful
[0:42] Speaker 1: high frequency transmitter used to study its ionosphere. It also
[0:48] Speaker 1: says HEART cannot control the weather because its radio waves
[0:52] Speaker 1: are not absorbed in the lower atmosphere where weather happens.
[0:57] Speaker 1: That's the official answer, of course, and they're not going
[1:00] Speaker 1: to come out and tell you obviously, right. But the
[1:03] Speaker 1: conspiracy research do not stop there. They ask why build
[1:08] Speaker 1: giant ionospheric heaters in the first place? What happens when
[1:13] Speaker 1: charged particles above Earth is heated. Could the ionospheric effect communications, navigations,
[1:21] Speaker 1: death streams, or weather patterns indirectly? Could electromagnetic experiments effect
[1:28] Speaker 1: fault lines? Could multiple facilities around the world work together.
[1:33] Speaker 1: Could military atmospheric research be hidden under public science. Could
[1:38] Speaker 1: Heart be only one visible piece of the larger systems. Now,
[1:42] Speaker 1: let's be fair. There's no public proof that HEART creates
[1:46] Speaker 1: earthquakes or steers hurricanes or cause the earthquake in Venezuela, obviously,
[1:52] Speaker 1: but there's still some real facts that makes people suspicious.
[1:57] Speaker 1: Harp is real, ionospheric heating is real. Military interest in
[2:02] Speaker 1: the atmosphere is real. The weather modification is real. We've
[2:05] Speaker 1: known about that since the forties. Okay, weather modification. We've
[2:11] Speaker 1: talked about that before. It was a great invention that
[2:14] Speaker 1: came around in the forties or whatever or fifties or
[2:16] Speaker 1: whatever it was, and it was meant to be used
[2:19] Speaker 1: for good. Obviously. You know, there's no reason why there
[2:22] Speaker 1: should be any droughts anywhere. They can manipulate the weather,
[2:26] Speaker 1: they can make it rain, and there's not There shouldn't
[2:29] Speaker 1: be any starvation and droughts anywhere, you know what I mean.
[2:33] Speaker 1: But of course they didn't use it for that. They're
[2:36] Speaker 1: using it against us to you know, for other things.
[2:39] Speaker 1: So we're not going to get into that too much here.
[2:44] Speaker 1: So the question is not whether atmosphereic technology exists. It
[2:48] Speaker 1: clearly does. The real question is how much can it
[2:52] Speaker 1: actually do, and what are we not being told. That's
[2:56] Speaker 1: the thing. The official story says Harp is not a
[2:58] Speaker 1: weather machine. The conspiracy story says Heart may be one
[3:03] Speaker 1: visible part of the much larger sky control system. And
[3:07] Speaker 1: when people see red sky, strange lightning, double earthquakes, in
[3:11] Speaker 1: extreme weather, they start connecting dots. Maybe some dots connect,
[3:16] Speaker 1: maybe some don't, but their dots are definitely there. So
[3:21] Speaker 1: now we're going to get into weather modification is real.
[3:25] Speaker 1: That is the most important part of the show. Weather
[3:28] Speaker 1: market modification is not fantasy. Like I said, this is
[3:32] Speaker 1: widely known. They talked about it on the news. They
[3:35] Speaker 1: told us all about it back in the forties or
[3:37] Speaker 1: fifties or whatever it was. Cloud seating is real, Okay,
[3:41] Speaker 1: silver iod eyed cloud seating is real. Dry ice cloud
[3:48] Speaker 1: seating is real. Rainfall enhancement programs are real. Like I said,
[3:52] Speaker 1: there's no reason why there's any parts of the world
[3:56] Speaker 1: under drevet.
[3:56] Speaker 2: I've been doing that cloud seating for six these seventy years. Yeah,
[4:02] Speaker 2: I remember, you know they did it in Vietnam. They did,
[4:05] Speaker 2: you know, the military did. Then they came over here
[4:07] Speaker 2: and then they do that cloud seating for the ski
[4:11] Speaker 2: resorts come on. If you're a ski resort and you
[4:13] Speaker 2: can pay to have the mountain a snow don so
[4:17] Speaker 2: you have snow for your skiers, it can't be that difficult,
[4:22] Speaker 2: you know.
[4:22] Speaker 1: That reminds me of when we had the Olympics here
[4:25] Speaker 1: in Vancouver twenty ten. We had a very mild winter.
[4:30] Speaker 1: We had no snow up in Whistler, and they were
[4:33] Speaker 1: actually trucking snow in from the mountain, all the mountains
[4:37] Speaker 1: up to whistle Now, why didn't they use this? We
[4:41] Speaker 1: have the you know what I mean again, and they
[4:43] Speaker 1: were fake snow. But still like me.
[4:46] Speaker 2: When when I was at I was at a ranch
[4:49] Speaker 2: and we had a we had skiing in the winter.
[4:52] Speaker 2: The only thing is is we could make all the
[4:54] Speaker 2: snow we wanted, but it had to be so cold
[4:58] Speaker 2: it had to be like twenty degree for us to
[5:00] Speaker 2: make snow. Now. Again, with the cloud seating, you can
[5:04] Speaker 2: cloud seat all you want, but if it doesn't come
[5:07] Speaker 2: as down as snow, it doesn't do you any good.
[5:11] Speaker 1: So that probably answered my question right there. That's probably
[5:13] Speaker 1: why they didn't do it, because it just wasn't cold
[5:15] Speaker 1: enough here. So they were literally trucking in snow at
[5:18] Speaker 1: that time. But it was kind of funny because most
[5:21] Speaker 1: winters there's plenty of snow up in there. But of course,
[5:23] Speaker 1: maybe put all the money into the Olympics, that's the
[5:27] Speaker 1: winter that it decides to be mild, you know. But anyways,
[5:29] Speaker 1: that's not what the show is about. So hail suppression
[5:33] Speaker 1: efforts are real. Weather modification reports exists. The World Meteorological
[5:39] Speaker 1: Organization describes weather modification as deliberate intervention in the atmosphere
[5:45] Speaker 1: to influence local weather conditions, usually through techniques like cloud seating.
[5:50] Speaker 1: It says that this can evolve dispersing substance into clouds
[5:54] Speaker 1: to alter precipitation, increase rainfall, reduce hail, and dissipate cloud
[6:00] Speaker 1: to cover. The WM also says it neither promotes nor
[6:05] Speaker 1: discourages weather modification, but provides guidance for science, research and
[6:10] Speaker 1: best practices. Some people say they cannot modify the weather.
[6:15] Speaker 1: This is not completely true. They can't. The better question
[6:19] Speaker 1: is can they fully control the weather? That is different.
[6:23] Speaker 1: The official limitation is that they cannot control the entire
[6:27] Speaker 1: weather system like a perfect thermosat. But influence is not
[6:32] Speaker 1: the same as total control. This is the key line.
[6:36] Speaker 1: They say they cannot control the weather. But they admit
[6:39] Speaker 1: that they modify weather. So they're saying one thing, but
[6:44] Speaker 1: then they're saying something else. You know. That's typical thing, right,
[6:47] Speaker 1: which opens the door because if cloud seating can influence rain,
[6:52] Speaker 1: then we have to ask who decides where the rain falls.
[6:55] Speaker 1: Could one region gain water while another one loses it
[7:00] Speaker 1: out relief in one place affect another effect whether somewhere else.
[7:04] Speaker 1: What happens if the states or country seat clouds at
[7:07] Speaker 1: the same time, could where the modification become a weapon
[7:11] Speaker 1: of economics. I do believe that's what's going on.
[7:15] Speaker 2: You heard about that. Speaking of that, let's stop there
[7:18] Speaker 2: for a second. They were talking about Saudi Arabia. This
[7:21] Speaker 2: was a little while ago, and they were talking about Iran,
[7:27] Speaker 2: and if you remembered the reports there, then it was
[7:30] Speaker 2: raining so much in Saudi Arabia that the desert was
[7:33] Speaker 2: turning green, remember, and Dubai was being flooded and there was.
[7:38] Speaker 1: I remember the floods there. Yeah, yes, they was underwater like.
[7:44] Speaker 2: For a yeah, exactly. They were seating the clouds to
[7:47] Speaker 2: make it rain there. And Iran has been going through
[7:52] Speaker 2: a drought for you know, twenty years. And the minute
[7:57] Speaker 2: that they stopped cloud seating because of the war thing
[8:00] Speaker 2: going on, Iran started getting rain.
[8:06] Speaker 1: Well, they're using this against certain countries and it was
[8:15] Speaker 1: not normal, Okay, I.
[8:17] Speaker 2: Think I think what it is is that they you know, again,
[8:21] Speaker 2: even if you're not using it against certain countries, if
[8:24] Speaker 2: you're using it for your benefit, and you make the
[8:26] Speaker 2: clouds rain today here, well, those clouds don't get to
[8:32] Speaker 2: where they're supposed to go by nature. Nature says it's
[8:35] Speaker 2: gonna go over by the mountains, because Iran is very mountainous,
[8:39] Speaker 2: and when it gets to the mountains, the clouds rise up,
[8:41] Speaker 2: they release all the rain and then they move on.
[8:44] Speaker 2: But if they get there and there's no rain in
[8:46] Speaker 2: the clouds because it rained over in the desert where
[8:48] Speaker 2: it's not normally supposed to rain, somebody's gonna get a drought.
[8:52] Speaker 2: You see, by controlling one spot, you affect other spots unintentionally.
[8:59] Speaker 1: Right, And this is what they need to be mindful of, now,
[9:03] Speaker 1: don't they, right, so that things like this doesn't happen.
[9:06] Speaker 1: You know. So this is why we're bringing this to
[9:09] Speaker 1: everybody's attention, that this is going on. And you know,
[9:12] Speaker 1: so when we hear about these tragedies, you know, natural
[9:16] Speaker 1: disasters happening, we have to question, you know, is it natural?
[9:20] Speaker 1: You know what I mean? So let's see here where
[9:24] Speaker 1: was on it? Could whether modification become a weapon of economics? Yes,
[9:29] Speaker 1: could rain, drought, or crop you will become tools of control?
[9:33] Speaker 1: I do believe. So could insurance, agriculture, water rights, and
[9:38] Speaker 1: disaster relief be shaped by whether intervention. The US Government's
[9:43] Speaker 1: Accountability Office has also discussed whether modification and cloud seating,
[9:48] Speaker 1: including concerns that oversight should be strengthened. That means even
[9:53] Speaker 1: official institutions recognize whether modification as real and important enough
[9:58] Speaker 1: to regulate. So the conspiracy question becomes, if weather can
[10:03] Speaker 1: be modified for drought relief, could it also be modified
[10:07] Speaker 1: for control? Okay? Because now we move from local weather
[10:11] Speaker 1: modification to global temperatures global modification. Okay, So that is
[10:19] Speaker 1: where the solar geo engineering comes in. Now, before we
[10:23] Speaker 1: get to the solar engineer, let's see here before we
[10:27] Speaker 1: get into the solar engineering temperature control agenda twenty thirty,
[10:31] Speaker 1: because we're bringing that up as well, and why cern
[10:35] Speaker 1: shutting down until about twenty thirty is raising eyebrows. And
[10:40] Speaker 1: we're going to take a quick mid merch break. Okay,
[10:44] Speaker 1: so let me get in here. So yeah, so what
[10:48] Speaker 1: before we get into all of that, Guys, we're gonna
[10:50] Speaker 1: do a little mid roll here since we are Oh,
[10:55] Speaker 1: I'm gonna need you to take down your little thing.
[10:57] Speaker 1: There are you even with us here? There? You are? Sure?
[11:02] Speaker 1: There you are? Okay? Yeah. So, as you know, we're
[11:04] Speaker 1: not monetized over here. I don't make any money on
[11:07] Speaker 1: these videos and we solely rely on merch sales and donations. Okay,
[11:13] Speaker 1: so we got to do a quick break to show
[11:15] Speaker 1: off what's new in the store. Now. As per usual,
[11:18] Speaker 1: I'm still giving away sticker packs any order in the
[11:22] Speaker 1: Merch store, big or small, it doesn't matter what you
[11:25] Speaker 1: purchase in there. Okay, you can get yourself a free
[11:28] Speaker 1: sticker pack, and I will add a free fridge magnet
[11:33] Speaker 1: to go with it as well, okay, as a free
[11:35] Speaker 1: gift for your support. So just hit me up with
[11:39] Speaker 1: an email after you either made a purchase in the
[11:41] Speaker 1: store or you've done a donation. Okay, just hit me
[11:46] Speaker 1: up with your current mailing address and I will send
[11:49] Speaker 1: you this off asap. Okay, so that's still in effect.
[11:52] Speaker 1: Now I've come out with a brand new logo. Just
[11:56] Speaker 1: for the summer. It is Summer Off twenty six okay,
[12:01] Speaker 1: with the our logo here is on the beach having
[12:05] Speaker 1: a good time. So this is limited time only, okay
[12:09] Speaker 1: for this summer. Now, I have to tell you stream
[12:13] Speaker 1: Labs has done some changes in here, some really positive changes. However,
[12:19] Speaker 1: while they were doing their changes, I was trying to
[12:21] Speaker 1: do my thing on my end, and I don't know
[12:24] Speaker 1: exactly what happened, but somehow the layout in the store
[12:27] Speaker 1: has completely reversed. So now you've got all the old
[12:31] Speaker 1: stuff on the top and the new stuff on the bottom.
[12:34] Speaker 1: So I'm going to show you what that looks like.
[12:36] Speaker 1: Somehow the sticker and the wine tumbler is on the
[12:41] Speaker 1: top here, So in the beginning of the page, because
[12:43] Speaker 1: usually the way it was set up before was that
[12:46] Speaker 1: all the news stuff was on the top so that
[12:47] Speaker 1: you didn't have to scroll through all the old stuff.
[12:50] Speaker 1: Maybe they did this on purpose so that you do
[12:53] Speaker 1: go through the old stuff because maybe it's worth to
[12:55] Speaker 1: take the yander. I'm not sure, but it was definitely
[12:57] Speaker 1: not on my end. It was on their end. And
[12:59] Speaker 1: so this this is what it looks like now. So
[13:01] Speaker 1: we've got the sticker, which is a five and a
[13:04] Speaker 1: half inch. By the way, it is a lot larger
[13:07] Speaker 1: than they used to be. And I just want to
[13:11] Speaker 1: show you guys what it actually looks like close up here.
[13:17] Speaker 1: It's kind of neat. He's on the beach. He's still
[13:19] Speaker 1: doing his thing, but he's chilling with a little coconut
[13:23] Speaker 1: bevy there soaking up the rays and enjoying themselves. And
[13:27] Speaker 1: I'm hoping that you guys are doing the same. So yeah,
[13:30] Speaker 1: five and a half inch stickers. We got the wine
[13:33] Speaker 1: tumbler here. But then you'll have to keep scrolling through
[13:37] Speaker 1: all the old stuff. Now, I've taken a lot of
[13:40] Speaker 1: stuff out, and things do move and you know, change
[13:46] Speaker 1: around as we you know, move forward here. But of course,
[13:49] Speaker 1: you got your original logo, you got your hats that
[13:52] Speaker 1: Robert was talking about. We got the the flying over
[13:57] Speaker 1: Earth one, which is kind of funny in there. I
[14:01] Speaker 1: do have the Crustaferian T shirt, but the rest of
[14:04] Speaker 1: the stuff is gone. Not sure what Wayne is doing
[14:08] Speaker 1: with that, to be honest, I haven't heard anything, so
[14:11] Speaker 1: I do not know whether or not he's still going
[14:14] Speaker 1: ahead with that or not. I'm not sure, but the
[14:16] Speaker 1: T shirt's in there anyways. And then of course, we
[14:19] Speaker 1: got the Milky Way, a whole collection of Milky Way
[14:23] Speaker 1: merch in there. I also have the USA two fifty.
[14:28] Speaker 1: That was something that I came out with just last week.
[14:32] Speaker 1: This one, though, it is more for the conspiracy minded person,
[14:37] Speaker 1: This is a great conversation piece. Walking around with this,
[14:41] Speaker 1: people are going to ask you questions. We got nine
[14:44] Speaker 1: to eleven. We got Georgia guidestone in there, which I
[14:47] Speaker 1: think is very important that we don't forget about the
[14:50] Speaker 1: Georgia guidestone. That was something that they took down immediately,
[14:56] Speaker 1: like I'm talking a few hours a couple of hours
[14:59] Speaker 1: after the
