[0:34] A South African woman. We are tired of the atrocities that are happening across
[0:39] our country. It is it's there is so much violence against women and children
[0:45] in this country, and we really need to stand up because our government just
[0:48] isn't doing it. Nestled within the Greater keep To metropolitan area of South Africa,
[1:02] Belleville is a vibrant suburb with a rich history. Initially established as a
[1:07] humble railway station in the late nineteenth century, Belleville has since flourished into a
[1:11] bustling residential and commercial hub. Located about fourteen miles northeast of Cape Town's bustling
[1:18] core, Belleville boasts a landscape adorned with mostly single family homes and modern apartment
[1:23] complexes. Among these apartments stand Seasig, an imposing apartment block surrounded by gates
[1:30] and protected by security personnel. Within the Sea Sig, residents are traded to
[1:36] a plethora of amenides, including expansive communal lawns, a swimming pool, and
[1:42] brye areas. On the night of the twenty first of August twenty nineteen,
[1:47] residents of the Sea Sig were going about their evening routines. Some gathered around
[1:53] the dinner table, while elsewhere the soft glow of television screens cast flickering shadows
[1:59] across the living room walls. But amidst the quiet atmosphere, a disturbance broke
[2:05] the silence. A woman living on the ninth floor was startled by piercing screams
[2:10] emanating from the apartment above her. This was followed by incessant banging. It
[2:16] seemed to last the remainder of the night. Lynette Volshank had been born and
[2:36] raised in Veldriff, a coastal fishing town about an hour and a half drive
[2:39] away from Cape Town. She was raised by her parents, Jeannette and Christie,
[2:45] alongside her sister Crystal, in the small town. Lynette matriculated at Horschool
[2:50] Veldriff on the West coast, and she eventually moved over to Belleville. She
[2:54] found employment at a local engineering firm and quickly became friends with all of her
[3:00] colleagues. Lynette stayed close with her parents, who described her as gentle and
[3:05] peace loving. She was very reserved and liked to live a quiet life in
[3:08] her comfortable flat on the tenth floor of the Seasick. Lynnette enjoyed the simple
[3:15] things in life, such as curling up in front of the television to watch
[3:17] Grey's Anatomy. The morning after the disturbing songs were heard coming from the tenth
[3:29] floor of the Seasick Miner's engineers hommed with activity. Lynnette was employed there as
[3:36] a technical draftsman. By nine a m. Her colleagues were diving into their
[3:39] respective tasks, but amidst the flurry of productivity, some people noticed that Lynette
[3:46] hadn't yet arrived. Some of her co workers tried to reach her by phone,
[3:51] but it just rang and rang, and Lynette never picked up. It
[3:55] wasn't like Lynette to be late for work, never mind not showing up without
[3:59] reaching out to her manager, so concerns began to amount when colleague recollected she
[4:06] was a person of routine. The anxiety that gripped Lynette's colleagues escalated rapidly,
[4:13] fieled not only by concern for her well being, but also by the sobering
[4:16] reality of their South African surroundings. In a country where the specter of crime
[4:23] looms large, Each passing moment without contact from Lynette amplified their unease to new
[4:29] heights. The receptionist at the office asked two of Lynnette's colleagues to go over
[4:32] to her apartment and check on her. These two male colleagues called Lynnette's sister,
[4:39] Crystal to get her address, and she, along with the two employees,
[4:44] made their way over to the seasick. They parked outside and noticed that
[4:47] Lynette's car was still in the parking lot. They took the elevator up to
[4:54] floor ten and approached Lynette's front door. They observed that the security gate was
[4:59] zo open, but the front door was locked. They decided then and there
[5:03] to kick on the door. They stepped cautiously into the dimly lit interior,
[5:10] but their eyes were quickly transfixed to a man who was standing in the living
[5:14] room. He was wearing rubber gloves and was painting one of Lynette's walls,
[5:19] but beside the freshly painted wall, there were blood splatters. Upon confronting the
[5:34] man inside Lynette's apartment, her colleagues immediately questioned what he was doing and where
[5:41] Lynette was. The man remained composed as he explained that Lynette had hired him
[5:46] to clean her apartment, but he wasn't sure where she was. Their suspicions
[5:51] were raised, and they immediately called police while keeping hold of the man in
[5:56] the apartment. By eleven a m a team of officers had convened outside the
[6:00] Sea Sig and ascended to the tenth floor via the elevator. Upon disembarking,
[6:06] they noticed a trail of blood droplets leading from Lynette's front door down the stairs.
[6:14] Before tracing its origins, they prioritized entering Lynette's apartment to secure the area.
[6:19] Inside, they were met by blood spattered walls that had been partially concealed
[6:24] by hastily applied paint. Blood was pulled on the floor, and they questioned
[6:30] the man that was found inside the apartment. He said the same thing he
[6:34] had said to the colleagues, that he didn't know where Lynette was, but
[6:39] that she had hired him to clean her apartment. Amidst the chaos, their
[6:43] attention was drawn to several discarded trash bags scattered across the room, some of
[6:48] which bore traces of blood. One of the officers ripped open the corner of
[6:56] one of the bags, and a human foot popped out. The man in
[7:00] the apartment was immediately arrested and police escorted him outside. Based on the blood
[7:08] leading to the floor, below. They had a suspicion that the man was
[7:12] one of Lynette's neighbors. They escorted the man down to the ninth floor,
[7:17] where the blood led them to apartment nine one one. The man admitted that
[7:23] he lived there, and the officers ordered him to unlock the front door.
[7:28] They proceeded inside and the officers searched the apartment. They came across more trash
[7:33] bags that were filled with more human remains. The man in question was identified
[7:45] as Kyle Ruder's, a twenty four year old former student of Winnburg Boys High
[7:49] renowned as one of the Cape's premier educational institutions. Originally from Johannesburg, Ruders
[7:56] faced a tumultuous childhood, Abandoned by his drugged dead parents during infancy. His
[8:01] journey led him through various relatives until his aunt, Theresa, a prominent Cape
[8:07] lawyer specializing in criminal law, adopted him. They resided in a modest one
[8:13] bedroom apartment at the Sea Sig number nine one one, where to re stirelessly
[8:16] worked to afford Ruder's a comfortable life. Despite his enrollment in the esteemed Wimburg
[8:22] Boys' High School, Ruders grappled with a sense of belonging. Reports from fellow
[8:28] students suggested he endured billying due to a small size. He eventually matriculated,
[8:35] but after school he found it difficult to hold down a job. Eventually,
[8:39] he began working in a Christian bookstore at the local shopping center. He was
[8:46] described as friendly and polite by his colleagues, but behind their backs, he
[8:50] was stealing from them. While working in the shopping center, a young woman
[8:54] who worked in another store caught Ruder's attention one day. He dis decided to
[9:00] ask her for her phone number, but when she said that she wasn't interested,
[9:05] he wouldn't take no for an answer. He began stalking the young woman,
[9:09] shadowing her to him from her workplace, and even documenting her activities via
[9:15] video. Resorting to deceit, he posed as a job recruiter, ultimately obtaining
[9:22] her contact details through a colleague. Murders had also harbored a fascination with serial
[9:28] killers, delving into the lives of people like Ted Bundy, Jeffrey Dahmer,
[9:33] and Edmund Kemper. He found a peculiar connection with Bundy, drawn to the
[9:37] shared experience of being deprived of maternal care during upbringing. He told friends that
[9:43] he wanted to write books about serial killers, but write it from two perspectives,
[9:50] one being the detectives investigating the murders and the other the serial killer committing
[9:56] them. The news of Lynnette's murder swiftly made its way throughout the community,
[10:03] leaving residents stunned by its brutality. Those residing in the apartment complex and its
[10:09] vicinity were especially shaken. In May, another person had been killed inside their
[10:16] apartment. Sixty five year old Anthony MRAeS was discovered tied up to a chair
[10:20] in front of his television. The rope had been found tied tightly around its
[10:26] entire body, but the killer had never been identified. Detective stress that there
[10:31] was no connection between the two cases. Lynette's friends and family were left grief
[10:37] stricken by what had happened to her. Her sister, Crystal, posted a
[10:41] photograph of them together on Facebook along with the caption four days later, and
[10:46] you were taken from us. If I knew this was the last photo I
[10:50] would take of you, I would have done a bit more. Love you,
[10:54] sis. One of Lynette's colleagues also commented in the media, we are
[10:58] very traumatized. Lynette didn't have many friends, but her colleagues were her family.
[11:03] She was a real sweetheart. She didn't deserve this. Her brother in
[11:09] law also posted a video on Facebook last week. My sister was very horrifically
[11:18] pulled out of our family. It was not an act of crime, but
[11:28] an act of violence. I think is the best description. And at this
[11:33] stage our family is moving in between rage and heartache. At the moment when
[11:41] thatte was just one of many women who had been the victims of kidnappings,
[11:43] rapes and murders in recent years in South Africa. In an effort to combat
[11:48] these crimes, Nicole Markin organized a protest to stand up against violence against women.
[11:54] Thousands of men and women dressed in black gathered at the Parliament building in
[12:00] Cape Town to demand action be taken. Nicole commented, we want to tie
[12:05] ribbons, cards, flowers and candles to the fences of the parliament to pay
[12:09] tribute to the victims. The protesters then handed over a memorandum to the President's
[12:16] office that demanded a change. In particular, the shortage of rape evidence kits
[12:20] at police stations and a shortage of policing were highlighted in the memorandum. Do

[12:33] stress of loss items and hello to seamless organization with smart Labels, the ultimate

[13:11] or attic, Smart labels makes the whole process a breeze. Just search for
[13:16] smart Labels, which is one word on Amazon, and start your organization journey
[13:22] today. Following the protest, Lynnette's friends gathered outside of her apartment to pay
[13:30] tribute to her. One of the things that we celebrated and during the last
[13:33] week was women's mouth. You know, the message that we try to say
[13:39] to us students is how do you treat a woman? How do you you
[13:43] know let's focus on powerful women. While detectives have the lead suspect and custody,
[13:58] the investigation pressed on unraveling the motive behind the murder and determining any prior
[14:03] connection between him and Lynette remained paramount. Interviews with Valow residents of the apartment
[14:09] complex shed some light on Ruder's presence in the vicinity. While he lived on
[14:16] the opposite end of the block from Lynette, recent observations indicated a shift in
[14:22] his behavior. Witnesses said that he frequently appeared on the other side of the
[14:26] building, often wandering aimlessly and appearing somewhat lost. One resident remarked on the
[14:35] peculiarity of these sightings, stating, I found it strange it would be at
[14:39] odd times of the day. The neighbor living beneath Lynette recounted to detectives the
[14:46] unsettling noises she had heard the previous night. Disturbed by the sign, she
[14:50] took the initiative to request security personnel from the janitor to investigate the tenth floor.
[14:56] However, despite her plea, the janitor failed to act upon her concerns.
[15:01] Had he followed through on her request, there might have been a chance
[15:05] to intervene and potentially save Lynette or at the very least discover her body sooner.
[15:13] While the interviews with Lynnette's neighbors revealed that Ruters had been on the tenth
[15:16] floor aimlessly wandering around, this information did little to provide a motive, so
[15:22] detectives come through the apartment he shared with his aunt, hoping to uncover some
[15:26] evidence the couchet light on Lynette's killing. The apartment itself was modest, comprising
[15:33] just one bedroom. Ruders occupied the single bed while his aunt seemingly made do
[15:39] with the floor. Among ruters belongings, detectives discovered several notebooks serving as his
[15:45] personal journals. In one chilling entry, he boldly proclaimed I'm the master of
[15:50] manipulation. But it was something in another notebook that they discovered that would send
[15:56] the investigation in another trajectory. Murders had written down a list of women in
[16:07] this notebook and had written that these were women he planned on killing. He
[16:14] had meticulously outlined plans for how he would carry out each murder, and Lynette's
[16:18] name was on the list. Detectives quickly realized that Ruders had planned to target
[16:25] multiple women, with Lynette being his initial victim by chance. Not only had
[16:30] he surveilled each individual on this list, meticulously noting their daily routines, including
[16:37] their comings and goings from home, work, and other locations, but he'd
[16:42] even meticulously tracked their online activity, documenting them and even recording some. As
[16:49] the investigation pressed on, detectives uncovered a crucial piece of evidence in the apartment,
[16:56] a receipt dated the morning prior to Lynette's discovery. The receipt detailed the
[17:00] purchase of a hack saw identical to the one used in Lynnette's dismemberment. The
[17:08] receipt traced back to a hardware store in Boston Belleville. Upon questioning the store
[17:15] owner and presenting a photograph of Ruders, he confirmed that Ruders was the person
[17:18] who purchased the hack saw. It was the first time that the owner had
[17:22] encountered him in the store. As the investigation intensified, detectives delved into Ruder's
[17:29] digital footprint, scrutinizing both his laptop and his cell phone. Their analysis unveiled
[17:34] a disturbing troph of information, including an extensive research on serial killers and macab
[17:41] inquiries into the art of dismemberment of particular concern were Ruder's online activity spanning from
[17:48] April to August of two thoy nineteen, which revealed searches related to chemicals capable
[17:55] of inducing frostbite. Corresponding with these findings to tell actives discovered handwritten notes within
[18:00] the apartment detailing the same chemicals, alongside the names of two targeted women.
[18:07] Further internet searches unveiled routers sinister intentions, with inquiries ranging from where to procure
[18:14] substances for rendering individuals unconscious to the voltage needed to administer a shock. He
[18:21] had also sought out information on the cremation process and tactics for aviating bloodstains on
[18:26] clothing. It became apparent that Ruters had been planning on killing somebody for quite
[18:32] some time. When his cell phone was analyzed, the detectives came across some
[18:37] notes he had saved. One of them read I am the smartest serial killer
[18:42] the world has ever seen. Another one declared I am a charming psychopath and
[18:48] grateful to be a clever serial killer. Furthermore disturbing revelation emerged from the examination
[18:56] of his cell phone. Ruters had been surveilling the video footage captured on the
[19:03] fifth and seventh of Augus depicted her alongside notes detailing her daily movements, including
[19:10] the times she left and returned to her apartment. Detectives pieced together the grim
[19:15] puzzle, realizing that Ruters had been actively seeking out a victim in the weeks
[19:21] leading up to Lynette's murder, A concrom other residents of the apartment complex confirmed
[19:26] his presence on the tenth floor during this time frame. The unsettling truth was
[19:33] now clear as day Ruders had been lurking on that floor because he had chosen
[19:38] Lynette as his first victim. On the twenty sixth of Augus, the police
[19:49] fan carrying Ruders built up outside the Belleville Magistrate's Court. There was a palpable
[19:56] tension that hung heavy in the area as crowds of peace people had gathered outside
[20:00] of the building. Among them stood the members of the South Africa Women Fight
[20:06] Back organization, their placards held high as they called for Ruders to be denied
[20:11] bail. Their efforts had not been in vain, having rallied an impressive hand
[20:15] thois and signatures on a petition echoing their plea. One of the women spooke
[20:22] with the media outside of the courtroom a South African women. We are tired
[20:26] of the atrocities that are happening across our country. Is there is so much
[20:32] violence against women and children in this country and we really need to stand up
[20:36] because our government just isn't doing enough. We are appealing to every parliamentarian and
[20:41] every South African citizen to please stand up for the injustices that has been taking
[20:45] place on our cities and wherever it is over the greater part of South Africa.
[20:51] So what we want is to see a change in the justice system.
[20:56] Ruterers was then escorted into the parked courtroom and of the public's gaze bared down
[21:00] on him as he stood alongside his defense attorney from the public gallery. Insults
[21:07] were hurled at Ruders as he faced the magistrate in silence. He was charged
[21:11] with the murder of Lynnette and was ordered to stand trial. As the proceedings
[21:17] commenced, prosecutor Lulama Quantas said that the state was opposing Ruder's bail. The
[21:22] judge then scheduled a bail hearing for a later date, but said that Ruders
[21:26] would be remanded in costoday until then. When he returned to court in November,
[21:33] it was apparent that he had become a member of the twenty seventh prison
[21:37] gang, emerging from the complex social fabric of incarceration. The Numbers gang,
[21:44] comprising the twenty six Is, the twenty sevenths, and the twenty eighths have
[21:48] wielded considerable influence, and each member is identified by their association with a specific
[21:55] number. Among these factions, the twenty sevenths hold a unique position, there
[22:00] regarded as the arbiters of gang law, tasked with maintaining order and mediating disputes
[22:07] among the various prison gangs. Ruder's display of the number twenty seven tattooed between
[22:12] his thumb and forefinger on his left hand, served as an unmistakable declaration of
[22:18] his new found allegiance within the rigid hierarchy of prison life. Membership in the
[22:23] twenty Sevenths carries both prestige and peril. It signifies a commitment to the gang's
[22:30] code of conduct, as well as an acceptance to its strict disciplinary measures.
[22:37] Ruder's upcoming trial encountered a significant delay when he retained a new defense attorney,
[22:41] Howard Andrews, prompting the need for a postponement. In a strategic move aimed
[22:48] at bolstering his defense. Ruder's legal team requested a psychological evaluation in July twenty
[22:55] twenty, citing potential mental health factors relevant to the case. Ruders was then
[23:00] sent to Valkenburg Psychiatric Hospital for comprehensive psychological observation. After months of evaluation and
[23:08] analysis, the findings were presented to the court in February of two thousand and
[23:12] twenty one. They had found that he was fully competent and therefore responsible for
[23:18] his actions. With this determination, the case was formerly transferred to the High
[23:23] Court in Cape Town. However, despite the anticipation surrounding the upcoming trial,
[23:30] Ruders would never actually stand trial. In January two thousand and twenty three,
[23:38] it was announced that Ruders was in talks of a plea deal with the state.
[23:44] He returned to court on the tenth of May, where he pleaded it
[23:47] guilty to the murder of Lynnette. He told the court that he was addicted
[23:51] to drugs and to dract up a debt of thirty thousand South African rand,
[23:56] which is around one thousand, five hundred dollars. He said that he didn't
[24:00] have that kind of money, so he hatched a plan to kill and rob
[24:03] somebody of their valuable items, which he could then sell to settle his debt.
[24:11] With summer just around the corner, everyone has their own way of staying
[24:15] hydrated. Some carry around their massive water bottles but still need to refill several
[24:18] times throughout the day. Some people even completely forget to stay hydrated, then
[24:23] down a big glass of water before bed. If that sounds like you,

[25:48] documenting their routines and movements to and from their homes and workplaces. On the
[25:53] afternoon of the twenty first of August twenty nineteen, readers observed Lynette returning to
[25:59] her apartment impatiently waited until she unlocked the front door. In his confession,
[26:04] he admitted to being under the influence of methamphetamine and marijuana at the time of
[26:08] the encounter. Linette, having returned from the grocery trip, left the doorjar
[26:15] momentarily to unload her bags in the kitchen before securing the lock. However,
[26:21] upon turning around, she was startled to find Ruder standing within her apartment,
[26:26] a man entirely unfamiliar to her, or at least unnoticed until that moment.
[26:32] Panic stricken, Lynete's immediate reaction was to scream. In a chilling account,
[26:37] Ruder's recounted grabbing a knife readily available on the kitchen counter and viciously attacking the
[26:42] net repeatedly stabbing her in the back and body. According to his testimony,
[26:48] Lynette fought back fiercely, screaming and attempting to shield her face and neck with
[26:53] her arms, resulting in defensive wounds. Ruders confessed that it was only when
[26:59] Linette seized her struggles and movements that he realized she was finally dead. Addressing
[27:04] the courtroom, Ruders admitted, I realized she was dead and decided the only
[27:11] way to get rid of her body was to cut it up into pieces.
[27:15] Ruders admitted that he attempted to dismember Lynette's body in the bathroom using a handheld
[27:19] saw he discovered within her apartment. However, he encountered resistance from the strength
[27:26] of her bones. Frustrated by the unsuccessful endeavor, he decided to halt his
[27:32] macab task at around ten PM, opting to resume his grizly work the next
[27:37] day. Detailing his actions further, Ruders stated, I locked the deceased apartment
[27:42] and went to my own apartment, where I changed clothes and went to sleep.
[27:48] The next morning, at about seven a m. He revisited Lynnette's apartment,
[27:52] armed with a handheld saw he had freshly purchased for the disturbing task ahead.
[27:57] Ruders described the gruesome pro process of dismembering Lynnette's body, dividing it into
[28:03] nine separate parts. Desperate to conceal the evidence of his crime, he scavenged
[28:07] around Lynnette's apartment and stumbled upon a couple of cooler boxes, which he used
[28:12] to store her remains. Ruders then proceeded to dispose of Lynette's head in a
[28:18] nearby wooded area, before returning to the apartment to package the remaining body parts
[28:22] in cool bags, boxes and trash bags. He coldly remarked, I took
[28:27] some of the body parts to my own apartment and also to other parts of
[28:32] the apartment block, where I would later remove them. Ruders also admitted to
[28:37] drafting a message on Lynette's cell phone addressed to her friends and family, intending
[28:41] to mislead them in the event they sought her whereabouts after she disappeared, It
[28:45] read hey everyone, I've left for a couple of days for a Bible retreat.
[28:52] It planned on posting it on her Facebook account, but he never posted
[28:56] it. In the end, if he had have done, Maybellinette's colleagues wouldn't
[29:00] have come searching for her. Carl Ruders was then convicted of premeditated murder,
[29:07] violating a corpse, and attempting to defeat the administration of justice. The court
[29:11] not just needed to decide what to do with him. Falling Ruder's guilty plea,
[29:22] the court agreed to the state's request for him to undergo a thirty day
[29:26] observation period of Valkenburg Psychiatric Hospital. Psychologists' assessments revealed troubling insights into Rud's psyche,
[29:36] identifying psychopathic traits and a disturbing ambition to emulate infamous serial killers. Ruder's
[29:45] phixiation on figures like Ted Bundy and the Zodiac Killer emerged during his discussions with
[29:49] psychologists. He expressed admiration for Bundy's self representation in court, and he identified
[29:57] with his upbringing. He also harbored an affinity for the Zodiac Killer for his
[30:03] ability to evade capture. Ruders also disclosed aspirations to deal further into the realm
[30:08] of serial killers through writing. He said he dreamed about writing books on serial
[30:15] killers and had even written a few short stories on the topic. When Ruds
[30:19] returned to court following his assessment, Prosecutor Deputy Director Louise Freister announced that she
[30:26] wanted him to be declared a dangerous criminal. In South Africa, being declared
[30:32] a dangerous criminal typically entails a legal designation given to individuals who pose a significant
[30:37] risk to society due to their criminal behavior and the likelihood of reoffending. This
[30:45] designation can result in specific legal consequences and implications for the individual, including harsher
[30:51] sentencing measures such as the possibility of an extended prison term or even life in
[30:56] prison. Additionally, the individuals labeled as dangerous criminals may face stricter parole conditions
[31:03] or restrictions upon release from incarceration. Psychologist Stacey Lindner's assessment of Ruter's painted a
[31:11] troubling picture of his psychological profile. She concluded that he exhibited nearly all the
[31:18] criteria associated with antisocial personality disorder, a condition commonly associated with psychopathy. This
[31:26] diagnosis indicated a pervasive disregard for the rights and well being of others, exemplified
[31:32] by Rud's admission to stocking another woman after she rebuffed his advances. Lintnor's evaluation
[31:37] also underscored the high risk of Ruter's reoffending, prompting her to advocate for the
[31:44] designation of a dangerous criminal or alternatively, a life sentence. During his court
[31:49] appearance, Rud's disclose that he had composed a letter addressed to Lynnette's family.
[31:56] In the letter, he apologized for killing her and said that in the four
[32:00] years since his arrest he had done nothing but think about how his actions affected
[32:04] her family and his own. He said that Lynette's death left void and the
[32:09] mere thought that he was responsible destroyed him every single day. He stated,
[32:15] Lynette's death not only caused pain for your own family, but also for my
[32:20] family. I dragged them into this whole thing without thinking about how my actions
[32:23] would destroy their lives. Judge Robert Hanney then delivered a scathing condemnation of Ruders,
[32:31] labeling him as evil incarnate. He described the murder of Lynette as the
[32:37] most horrible case he had ever encountered throughout his career, and told the Core
[32:42] that Ruders planned on killing more women to pay off his drug debts. In
[32:46] his address to Ruders, Judge Hanniy stated, it is a chilling and evil
[32:52] account of a person that is no regard for the sanctity of the life of
[32:55] an individual. One can describe it as evil incarnate. The judge explained that
[33:01] while the state had called on the court to declare Ruders a dangerous criminal,
[33:06] the request included a clash of legislations. He explained that with the abolishment of
[33:12] the death penalty, a sentence of life in prison was the harshest sentence the
[33:15] court could hand down. He then sentenced Kyle Ruders to life in prison for
[33:21] Lynnette's murder, fifteen years for the violation of the corpse, and five years
[33:25] for attempting to defeat the ends of justice. He didn't declare Ruder as a
[33:30] dangerous criminal, but he ordered that the details of the doc could be sent
[33:35] to the Department of Correctional Services and kept on file for the future use of
[33:39] the parole board. Well, Bestie's that is it for this episode of Morbidology.
