In this episode of Bigfoot Society, Bob shares a terrifying firsthand encounter that haunted him for over 50 years. In 1972 near Westerville, Ohio, a teenage walk along railroad tracks and wooded clearings turned into a life-altering nightmare when Bob came face to face with two massive Bigfoot-like beings. What began as a quiet nighttime trip quickly escalated when one creature stood upright in a clearing under a full moon—and another, far larger, charged from the woods, crashing through trees and paralleling Bob all the way back to the road. Bob describes the encounter as intelligent, intentional, and deeply aggressive, leaving him with lasting PTSD, fear of the woods, and decades of silence. [1:21] Speaker 2: believe Yeah, gotcha?
[1:25] Speaker 1: All right?
[1:25] Speaker 2: Sure?
[1:26] Speaker 1: Three two one, all right, pick the society. We've got
[1:28] Speaker 1: the privilege of talking to Bob today. Bob is an individual,
[1:32] Speaker 1: he listens to the show. He had something really intense
[1:36] Speaker 1: happen about fifty years ago and he's been trying to
[1:40] Speaker 1: work through it ever since. So we were able to
[1:42] Speaker 1: be connected and it's just a pleasure having you on
[1:45] Speaker 1: the show today. Sir, How are you doing.
[1:49] Speaker 2: Hanging in there? Thanks for answering.
[1:52] Speaker 1: Absolutely.
[1:53] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:54] Speaker 1: We've been talking a little bit before the recording started,
[1:57] Speaker 1: and it sounds like, you know, you've been through just
[2:02] Speaker 1: a lot because of this, and you know, Bob, would
[2:05] Speaker 1: you be able to take us back to what you experienced,
[2:11] Speaker 1: where it was and just what you were going through
[2:14] Speaker 1: at the time.
[2:16] Speaker 2: Well, first of all, you know, no good deed goes,
[2:18] Speaker 2: it goes unpunished, So let's put it that way. My
[2:25] Speaker 2: friend Rob, we were both named Rob, and we were
[2:32] Speaker 2: maybe weren't the best students. And he had run away
[2:37] Speaker 2: from home and he was living out in the woods
[2:41] Speaker 2: and he asked me to come out there and see
[2:45] Speaker 2: where he was staying. And when I stepped off the river,
[2:49] Speaker 2: there was river tracks that go through Westerville through Columbus
[2:53] Speaker 2: all the way up to Cleveland and County Line Road
[3:00] Speaker 2: is where everything ended. There wasn't anything but fields after that.
[3:04] Speaker 2: So he had gone up about two miles into the
[3:08] Speaker 2: up the river tracks and then going east and be
[3:14] Speaker 2: made like the little campers, you know. And when I
[3:17] Speaker 2: walked in down the down the tracks, I was amazed
[3:23] Speaker 2: at this. You know, rock circles, kind of logs, like
[3:30] Speaker 2: something to sit on. But it was like you took
[3:33] Speaker 2: a huge glass igloo and made vines and you know,
[3:37] Speaker 2: perfect igloo shape. It was obviously a big foot nest
[3:44] Speaker 2: now that I've seen over the years. I asked, Wow,
[3:49] Speaker 2: how did you do this? This is amazing? He got
[3:53] Speaker 2: all these vines and stuff. Yeah, no, I found it
[3:57] Speaker 2: this way. And we had hoboes back then in seventy two.
[4:02] Speaker 2: It wasn't unusual to see a guy down to lift
[4:08] Speaker 2: the grainery, you know, sleeping that night or something. We
[4:12] Speaker 2: all knew each other. It wasn't it was different back then.
[4:17] Speaker 2: So Rob showed me where he lived, so I told
[4:24] Speaker 2: him I'd be back that night. And I got two
[4:28] Speaker 2: gallons of water, one hanging on each side of a
[4:31] Speaker 2: little be a max Moat bicycle. I got a huge
[4:35] Speaker 2: backpack and a fanny pack US Army, So I just
[4:43] Speaker 2: always had an affinity for Army. If it was good
[4:46] Speaker 2: enough for them, it's good enough for me. So I
[4:52] Speaker 2: was loaded down pretty good, and at two o'clock in
[4:56] Speaker 2: the morning, curfews were already two hours in, but you
[5:01] Speaker 2: could hear a police car half mile away with no
[5:05] Speaker 2: traffic or anything. I mean, it was really egy to
[5:09] Speaker 2: dodging them. So I made it to that county line road,
[5:14] Speaker 2: downt my bicycle in the ditch so the police couldn't
[5:17] Speaker 2: see it from the road, walked north on the railroad
[5:22] Speaker 2: tracks about the first mile and having trouble. I'm only
[5:29] Speaker 2: one hundred and five pounds. I was a pretty scrappy kid.
[5:33] Speaker 2: I wrestled one hundred and five. I was a pitcher.
[5:37] Speaker 2: I was half back and I was a point guard,
[5:44] Speaker 2: so I was a pretty scrappy little kid. I was
[5:50] Speaker 2: kid doing okay. I was stumbling on the rocks on
[5:53] Speaker 2: the railroad tracks, and they had made it pretty good,
[5:58] Speaker 2: pretty good. You're thirty yard ditch up to the railroad
[6:04] Speaker 2: tracks and stopped. It looked like they were going to
[6:08] Speaker 2: make a sewer pipe install for the next housing development
[6:14] Speaker 2: that was going in. On the other side. There's this
[6:18] Speaker 2: wide patch clearing and a little stream run through it.
[6:23] Speaker 2: And I'm no more mother than I'm probably taller than
[6:27] Speaker 2: I was. Farther away. I'm up on the railroad tracks.
[6:30] Speaker 2: They hadn't tried to dig underneath there yet, and it
[6:35] Speaker 2: looked like a little deer then over getting a drink
[6:38] Speaker 2: of water. And oh it wasn't that nice, You know?
[6:43] Speaker 2: I haunted deer. I had I shot one. I couldn't shoot.
[6:47] Speaker 2: I couldn't do anything. I could shoot birds and eat those,
[6:52] Speaker 2: but deer was just too much. But this thing stood
[6:59] Speaker 2: up on two legs and it pivoted at the waist.
[7:05] Speaker 2: I was in a full moon. I couldn't see any
[7:08] Speaker 2: facial features, but I could see shadows of it on
[7:11] Speaker 2: the ground, that's how bright it was. I had kicked
[7:19] Speaker 2: some rocks and it's heard me, and it turned around
[7:21] Speaker 2: and we made eye contact for I'd save ten seconds.
[7:28] Speaker 2: And I didn't move, and he didn't move, and he
[7:33] Speaker 2: ran north into the woods where the clearing had gotten
[7:40] Speaker 2: and just he didn't slow down. He didn't give a crap.
[7:46] Speaker 2: He went through brier trees. I told people it sounded
[7:53] Speaker 2: like a golf clerk onto the trees and it stopped
[8:00] Speaker 2: and it made that well Larry heard this morning on
[8:04] Speaker 2: your podcast. Was it? And it just echoed. I mean,
[8:11] Speaker 2: I've been hunting in Arkansas, Melbourne, Arkansas, the hunting duck
[8:16] Speaker 2: hunting capital of the world. I've been all uber, I
[8:21] Speaker 2: shot everything, listened to everything. You know. This thing was
[8:27] Speaker 2: sounded like you just let the air out of a
[8:29] Speaker 2: car tire. And what I remember was when the thing
[8:38] Speaker 2: stood up when we made contact. I didn't seem intimidated
[8:42] Speaker 2: by size. It seemed to be about I don't know,
[8:48] Speaker 2: ye maybe my size. And when it turned off and
[8:53] Speaker 2: ran and ran through the woods, it got to a
[8:55] Speaker 2: point where it stopped and started breathing. Well, I knew
[9:02] Speaker 2: rob was pretty sufficient, so I decided to make a
[9:07] Speaker 2: U turn. I started to go, So I started to
[9:10] Speaker 2: go south, I wasn't going to go beside those woods
[9:14] Speaker 2: where there was things had run into well, I didn't.
[9:18] Speaker 2: I didn't know there was two, but so I turned south.
[9:22] Speaker 2: I don't remember anything about dropping water bags or anything.
[9:28] Speaker 2: I may took about three steps, and what I saw
[9:31] Speaker 2: was u I had. Actually my dad worked for Federal.
[9:39] Speaker 2: I was able to get on the court at Globe
[9:43] Speaker 2: Trotter game. And remember how tall the guys at will
[9:50] Speaker 2: hit the Globe Trotter's team, And this was made what's
[9:55] Speaker 2: much bigger than that. It just came through the trees
[10:02] Speaker 2: like I was a much louder than the first one.
[10:07] Speaker 2: And when it hit the clearing, I turned around. You know,
[10:12] Speaker 2: obviously I'm looking over my shoulders, trying to head back
[10:16] Speaker 2: to my bicycle. And this thing took about six steps
[10:21] Speaker 2: and cleared those forty yards, and when it hit the
[10:26] Speaker 2: trees on the other side, it did slow down. It
[10:30] Speaker 2: just crashed, banged until I got to beside me, and
[10:36] Speaker 2: then it stopped. And so I took a few steps
[10:44] Speaker 2: and I can hear it take a few more steps.
[10:47] Speaker 2: The whole incident it boils down to that point where
[10:53] Speaker 2: the intelligence of it overrid any kind of animal or
[10:59] Speaker 2: creature was this is a distinct comminade that has developed
[11:06] Speaker 2: from Jenasovans or Neanderthal gichant whatever. It's some kind of
[11:13] Speaker 2: human species, and it has intelligent and it paralleled me
[11:20] Speaker 2: out to the road in nineteen seventy two, way before
[11:24] Speaker 2: you hear anybody talking about that. It stayed right beside me,
[11:30] Speaker 2: and it didn't follow me. It just stayed right beside
[11:34] Speaker 2: me all the way to the road. And all I
[11:37] Speaker 2: can remember was I felt like I was Max Mark
[11:41] Speaker 2: Marquez riding that bicycle making corners, and I made it home.
[11:49] Speaker 2: I laid on the patio for two hours, looked at stars,
[11:53] Speaker 2: wondered what happened. I never really asked Rob about it.
[11:58] Speaker 2: I really don't remember every having any contact with them again,
[12:06] Speaker 2: So all I can tell you is that there's patterns.
[12:14] Speaker 2: I lived north in Westerville, which is ten miles ten
[12:22] Speaker 2: miles west of Hoover Dam, which has been there forever
[12:26] Speaker 2: they have. They have a migration pattern. They go up
[12:30] Speaker 2: through Hoover Dam, they go up through Salt Lake State
[12:38] Speaker 2: Park State State Park in Ohio fork. So yes, sir,
[12:48] Speaker 2: I tried a couple of times to go out there
[12:50] Speaker 2: for a session, but I just get so jumpy. I
[12:55] Speaker 2: would protect myself, obviously, but I just don't want to.
[13:00] Speaker 2: I don't want the confrontation. I don't want to listen
[13:04] Speaker 2: to those stories. I don't need imagination. I lived it.
[13:08] Speaker 2: So the stories are nice and everything. It's nice to
[13:11] Speaker 2: hear people have the same experience. But when they talk
[13:16] Speaker 2: of fun about a fun book, bigfoot and stuff like that,
[13:20] Speaker 2: that is not what I experienced. I experienced extremely aggressive hostility.
[13:27] Speaker 2: What I believed that this was a young bigfoot getting
[13:30] Speaker 2: a drink and ran into the woods, pointed at me,
[13:36] Speaker 2: and mom came in a hurry, and if she had
[13:40] Speaker 2: a purpose, and she had an intent that I felt
[13:45] Speaker 2: that if I didn't start moving, I wasn't going to
[13:50] Speaker 2: make it. But I ran track. I ran two million
[13:55] Speaker 2: MILLI two hundred track. Like I said, I was pretty scrappy,
[14:02] Speaker 2: so I was able to get out or that I
[14:07] Speaker 2: do the funny thing. I don't ever remember asking Rob
[14:10] Speaker 2: about it. The only thing I remember was asking him
[14:14] Speaker 2: about the shelter. How could you build this? It was
[14:17] Speaker 2: big enough for six big foots. I think that was
[14:27] Speaker 2: probably a good a good migration point, taking the train
[14:32] Speaker 2: track all the way up to you know where they
[14:35] Speaker 2: need to go and not a lot of houses and
[14:37] Speaker 2: put them close by it. But the government, I can't
[14:41] Speaker 2: say they're real. Look at the look how much how much?
[14:47] Speaker 2: How much the porestry and everybody went into it about
[14:56] Speaker 2: the spot at owl? Can you imagine what it would
[14:59] Speaker 2: be like for another hormony species?
[15:05] Speaker 1: It would change everything.
[15:08] Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't think logging, Oh I won't effect logging.
[15:11] Speaker 2: We'll just do. Why does every logger have to sign
[15:14] Speaker 2: an NWA or n w A nw A, Sorry, I'm
[15:22] Speaker 2: old and.
[15:24] Speaker 1: Yeah, oh is that I didn't know that. That's that's
[15:28] Speaker 1: very interesting.
[15:30] Speaker 2: Just about every loger logger has to sign a nondisclosure
[15:34] Speaker 2: agreement n w A. I'm embarrassed.
[15:39] Speaker 1: Hey, you're good. You're good.
[15:42] Speaker 2: I hate to date myself.
[15:44] Speaker 1: I've got a few questions for you, Bob. Yes, so
[15:48] Speaker 1: one thank you for sharing, is I know that this
[15:50] Speaker 1: has really affected you through your life, as as you
[15:54] Speaker 1: were saying earlier. But so the second one that you saw,
[16:00] Speaker 1: how tall would you estimate that that was? You said
[16:02] Speaker 1: it was taller than the Harlem Globetrotters.
[16:06] Speaker 2: Yes, sir, and I had been on the court standing
[16:12] Speaker 2: side by side a metal ark lemon.
[16:19] Speaker 1: So I'm guessing I mean we could be talking about
[16:22] Speaker 1: like I.
[16:22] Speaker 2: Was seven and a half eight feet okay, but it
[16:28] Speaker 2: was it looked like it had football pads on shoulder pads.
[16:38] Speaker 2: I didn't see any breast. It was, you know, like
[16:40] Speaker 2: I said, it was full moon. I had a good
[16:43] Speaker 2: vision up top, but this thing came in the hostile
[16:50] Speaker 2: You could feel it. It's intent. I've been around bears
[16:54] Speaker 2: and cook panters in Arkansas. It's you know, I've never
[17:01] Speaker 2: been scared before. I've run in run inlet you know,
[17:06] Speaker 2: by buildings on fire, to say look for people. I came.
[17:11] Speaker 2: I was the first one at a car wreck. I
[17:13] Speaker 2: was checking the guy's polls. He was still alive. I'm
[17:17] Speaker 2: not a person that runs away from I'm a I'm
[17:20] Speaker 2: not a sign lining player, you know.
[17:23] Speaker 1: Right exactly? Yeah, How close was the second one to you?
[17:31] Speaker 2: He ran by, passed about ten yards past the little one.
[17:37] Speaker 2: Where the little one went into the trees. He came
[17:41] Speaker 2: out about ten yards farther back than where I was,
[17:46] Speaker 2: and like I said, two steps down to the creek
[17:49] Speaker 2: and then two steps back up.
[17:51] Speaker 1: Right, it's so both ones that you were able to see.
[17:58] Speaker 1: You're you're just seeing shot. It was correct.
[18:02] Speaker 2: Well, they were complete silhouettes. Well, certainly win Or never
[18:08] Speaker 2: shot anything that looked that human.
[18:11] Speaker 1: Right, so you're able to see the silhouette of the
[18:15] Speaker 1: full figure of the creatures. Did you notice anything about
[18:21] Speaker 1: the arms or any other you know, parts of of
[18:26] Speaker 1: the of the big foot that really stood out to
[18:29] Speaker 1: you because of being able to see the silhouettes.
[18:33] Speaker 2: I just remember being looked back then there was Arnold
[18:37] Speaker 2: Schwarzsnanger had just come out with my pumping iron.
[18:42] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, that's classic.
[18:45] Speaker 2: That's the only thing I can refer to. It just
[18:49] Speaker 2: looked like it could just crush you by just sticking
[18:52] Speaker 2: your your neck and its elbow. You know, I tell
[19:01] Speaker 2: you that I moved. I moved, you know, I had
[19:05] Speaker 2: I still had cops to deal with all the way home,
[19:08] Speaker 2: so I had to go left and right and back
[19:11] Speaker 2: up streets, down the streets, through alleys, cutting through baseball
[19:16] Speaker 2: fields to get you know, home safe. And I remember
[19:22] Speaker 2: laying on that porch for two hours just looking at
[19:26] Speaker 2: the stars. And what do you do? You can't my dad,
[19:34] Speaker 2: nobody believes me. And now I've got a poot. I
[19:37] Speaker 2: gotta I got the big Foot society that sounds people
[19:41] Speaker 2: sound like a lot what like what I heard, what
[19:46] Speaker 2: I experienced. I think it's more like a mother sal
[19:52] Speaker 2: bear and her children. You get anywhere near sows cubs
[19:59] Speaker 2: in your inter Absolutely that was the impression. That was
[20:04] Speaker 2: the impression I got because I had scared this thing.
[20:12] Speaker 1: So it sounds like then after you got home, eventually
[20:16] Speaker 1: you'd tried to tell your father or your parents, and
[20:20] Speaker 1: that didn't go so well.
[20:22] Speaker 2: I seemed to have blacked it out. How was I
[20:25] Speaker 2: going to tell my mom? I was sneaking out two
[20:27] Speaker 2: thirty in the morning to take provisions to a guide
[20:30] Speaker 2: running away from home. True, I'm only fourteen, so there's
[20:39] Speaker 2: just stuff something I've had to live with for the
[20:41] Speaker 2: rest of my life. I tried to tell my thirty
[20:43] Speaker 2: five year old wife my thirty five years that we
[20:47] Speaker 2: were married. She never believed me. My dad's still eighty eight.
[20:53] Speaker 2: He doesn't believe me, and he knows that I don't lie.
[20:58] Speaker 2: Cheater steele. I don't have ten commandments. I only go
[21:01] Speaker 2: by three. It's a wide cheater or steal. I think
[21:04] Speaker 2: that covers about them all. So I just don't have
[21:17] Speaker 2: You know, well, my uncle Bob said he saw one
[21:20] Speaker 2: one time. No, this was completely different. This thing chased
[21:24] Speaker 2: and stalked me. That's the difference. Okay. Now, my aunt
[21:32] Speaker 2: Philly told us to stay away from the mountain. No,
[21:35] Speaker 2: this thing wanted he was upset. Okay. And I think
[21:45] Speaker 2: of a story from another show. Maybe it started with
[21:53] Speaker 2: a T and ended with a W. And there was
[21:58] Speaker 2: a gentleman on there, rest in peace. His name is
[22:01] Speaker 2: Mike Wooley.
[22:04] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's a classic. That's a that is a
[22:07] Speaker 1: classic story.
[22:08] Speaker 2: Yeah, absolutely, that is my story right there. I never
[22:15] Speaker 2: felt as besseral as I did look at Todd Standing's
[22:19] Speaker 2: blonde big foot pace. I I, you know, I just
[22:36] Speaker 2: have I just have a certain people call it psychic abilities,
[22:43] Speaker 2: sixth sense and everything. But I I had died and
[22:47] Speaker 2: got to read my obituary, and when I came back,
[22:50] Speaker 2: I got to I got to see things that weren't
[22:54] Speaker 2: always available to other people. And the the impression I
[23:01] Speaker 2: got from that blonde, even the black one, those are real.
[23:09] Speaker 2: You go out and shoot and hunt in any woods
[23:12] Speaker 2: and you come up on a deer, it's kind of
[23:14] Speaker 2: lay flat and not move, not for either.
[23:20] Speaker 1: So did that happen after your big fast sighting or
[23:24] Speaker 1: before where you had them?
[23:26] Speaker 2: Oh? No, I just saw that stud can't standing. Maybe
[23:29] Speaker 2: a month ago, this was nineteen seventy two.
[23:33] Speaker 1: No, you said that you had had like like a
[23:36] Speaker 1: near death experience, or.
[23:39] Speaker 2: Yeah, about eighteen Oh, okay. I got to flip the
[23:45] Speaker 2: pages on my newspaper to read my little two line obituary.
[23:49] Speaker 2: I was so embarrassed. I didn't see any light. I
[23:55] Speaker 2: didn't see any tunnel. I just saw that I had
[23:58] Speaker 2: a chance to go back and make it difference, and
[24:02] Speaker 2: I decided that's what I wanted to do, so I did.
[24:10] Speaker 2: I have no regrets, I have no wants, I have
[24:13] Speaker 2: no need, I have new jealousy. It's a it's a
[24:17] Speaker 2: really interesting way of life. It's kind of a kind
[24:21] Speaker 2: of kind of Buddhist. I have a ramagana, big great
[24:26] Speaker 2: brig bait, and I have all that stuff. Father, my
[24:29] Speaker 2: grandfather was a sheriff in Arkansas all the way through
[24:32] Speaker 2: the twenties and thirties, and I have bootleggers and all
[24:36] Speaker 2: that stuff. And I asked him one time, I said,
[24:44] Speaker 2: did they talk they still call it a wooly bugger?
[24:50] Speaker 2: Sounded kind of nasty to me. I was from I'm
[24:54] Speaker 2: a northern guy, but my parents are from a little
[24:57] Speaker 2: tiny town in Arkansas.
[24:59] Speaker 1: So you've held onto this, I mean nineteen seventy two,
[25:03] Speaker 1: over fifty years. Was there ever a person that heard
[25:09] Speaker 1: your story and said, Okay, I do believe you? Or
[25:13] Speaker 1: is this a thing where you've always had to deal
[25:15] Speaker 1: with people just being like I don't I don't think
[25:18] Speaker 1: you're telling the truth.
[25:22] Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been punched before. Oh my goodness, they told
[25:27] Speaker 2: me that. Will you believe in the demons? That's why
[25:30] Speaker 2: your wife died of canscers because you didn't believe in God.
[25:35] Speaker 2: I'll take that one.
[25:38] Speaker 1: Who told you that.
[25:39] Speaker 2: Can you imagine? Can you imagine anybody saying anything worse
[25:42] Speaker 2: than that?
[25:44] Speaker 1: That's the I mean, that's one of the worst things
[25:46] Speaker 1: I've ever heard. That's terrible.
[25:48] Speaker 2: Well, I can make up a better story, sir, but
[25:51] Speaker 2: I'm just telling you the truth. Yeah. So I'm pretty
[25:56] Speaker 2: much alone. I don't. I care not to be around
[25:59] Speaker 2: people like that, even if we are family. So I'm
[26:07] Speaker 2: alone up here. Like I said, my wife died of
[26:11] Speaker 2: cancer four years ago after thirty five years of marriage.
[26:14] Speaker 2: It's it's difficult, you know. I'm learning how to be
[26:18] Speaker 2: by myself again. But I'm trying to get out and
[26:22] Speaker 2: try to conquer my fears I got. I had fourteen
[26:28] Speaker 2: clay targets with a deer slug fourteen, had twelve games
[26:34] Speaker 2: deer slug pistol grip. It's a Model five hundred moss
[26:39] Speaker 2: bird with assault rifle stock. Plus I got Max. I'll
[26:48] Speaker 2: just leave it at that with the holster. So if
[26:51] Speaker 2: I ever go out and hunting again, I'm not I'm
[26:56] Speaker 2: coming to the teeth. Nothing was going to scare me
[26:58] Speaker 2: out of the woods like that again. The woods of
[27:02] Speaker 2: my whole life growing up, hunting and trapping and fishing,
[27:07] Speaker 2: and now I can't even hardly walk to the garbage
[27:10] Speaker 2: trash at night. I've been, like I told you, I've
[27:16] Speaker 2: been in therapy for many, many years. What are they
[27:18] Speaker 2: going to tell me, Oh, it didn't really happen. Well,
[27:22] Speaker 2: why do I shake and I start crying at forty
[27:27] Speaker 2: years later and you know it's PTSD. It's obvious. You know,
[27:32] Speaker 2: I accepted that, try to deal with it. That's why
[27:36] Speaker 2: your podcasts has been really hopeful, and the fact that
[27:41] Speaker 2: I don't feel so much alone anymore. I do give
[27:49] Speaker 2: Todd's credit for being out there in the bush all
[27:53] Speaker 2: the time. You know, nobody looks sees a UFO because
[27:58] Speaker 2: who looks up anymore? Right, But this guy's out there
[28:04] Speaker 2: and he's put on boots on the ground, and you know,
[28:09] Speaker 2: the guy's bought off bigfoots for a flayer. You don't
[28:12] Speaker 2: think he's going to be a little wired after that.
[28:18] Speaker 1: Mister Standing is definitely probably one of the top guys
[28:22] Speaker 1: that has spent the most time out in the bush.
[28:26] Speaker 2: For sure.
[28:28] Speaker 1: It is pretty incredible the time he spends out there.
[28:32] Speaker 2: And Less too, and I really enjoy less. Jill Less
[28:36] Speaker 2: is an open mind, you know. I guess he's making
[28:40] Speaker 2: some new doctorment and he's must be anyway. I just
[28:48] Speaker 2: I told I told my therapist and my psychologist and
[28:53] Speaker 2: that I want to get off this medication, and I
[28:57] Speaker 2: think this will help. I'm just going to have to
[29:00] Speaker 2: come to the terms that this was something that happened
[29:03] Speaker 2: to me. I'm not ever going to explain to people
[29:06] Speaker 2: what happened. I don't want to go on any big
[29:09] Speaker 2: Foot pertal excursions or talk to bigfoot stories about unto
[29:15] Speaker 2: other people, Like I said, I'm no imagination needed. I
[29:20] Speaker 2: lived it absolutely so, but it might help my isolations some.
[29:26] Speaker 2: But after, you know, ladies, the first text I ever wrote,
[29:32] Speaker 2: she wrote back that I was answering in riddles and
[29:40] Speaker 2: my skin was a little thing. Bob, I'm deleted.
[29:47] Speaker 1: I'm sure. Yeah, I'm glad the show is helping you
[29:51] Speaker 1: in that way, though, that is that is something I
[29:55] Speaker 1: hadn't realized that it was able to help in that way.
[29:58] Speaker 2: So I just never had anybody to go to if
[30:02] Speaker 2: I'm suicidal. I got nine eighty eight, Right, who do
[30:06] Speaker 2: I talk to about? For twenty years, I was in
[30:09] Speaker 2: therapy talking to different doctors about Bigfoot, you know, and
[30:13] Speaker 2: they just all kind of rolled their eyes. Well, I've
[30:20] Speaker 2: been on fire, I've I've been I've got a rod
[30:24] Speaker 2: in my leg, I've been shot, I've had two friends murdered.
[30:28] Speaker 2: I have a boss that was murdered, and I swear
[30:31] Speaker 2: on everybody's graves. That disaffected me more.
[30:36] Speaker 1: Thinking back to what you experienced and the years that
[30:42] Speaker 1: have followed, do you have any thoughts about about what
[30:46] Speaker 1: exactly Bigfoot is based on what you experienced personally that day?
[30:51] Speaker 2: It's a relic, commented, it's either dentis ovan, I mix
[30:55] Speaker 2: the dentisovan, Neanderthal and maybe even chromagnum. You know they've
[31:01] Speaker 2: found Neanderthal DNA in humans. Why can't it be it
[31:06] Speaker 2: the other way. Bigfoot might change color like every year
[31:11] Speaker 2: like a snowshoe rabbit to adapt to it, a taba tabitat.
[31:16] Speaker 2: We've seen heard gray ones and white ones and red ones, right,
[31:20] Speaker 2: you know that that might. I used to raise rabbits,
[31:25] Speaker 2: and I have canaries too, so I see all the
[31:27] Speaker 2: different colors that they mix make. And haven't drink alcohol
[31:32] Speaker 2: in forty or three years, and I almost thought about
[31:36] Speaker 2: it today.
[31:39] Speaker 1: Well, I'm glad you stuck to it, to what you're
[31:41] Speaker 1: you're wanting to do. But Bob, I just want to
[31:44] Speaker 1: say thank you for coming on the show, for sharing
[31:48] Speaker 1: your experience that happens in the Westerville, Ohio area back
[31:52] Speaker 1: in nineteen seventy two. And I'm sure that a lot
[31:56] Speaker 1: of listeners this will help them as well, listening to
[32:00] Speaker 1: what you've shared today. So thank you.
[32:04] Speaker 2: Sure, i'd just rather not go out. I'd just rather
[32:07] Speaker 2: not find another one to be honest with you. Good
[32:13] Speaker 2: luck to those people that you know. Metallica says, careful
[32:18] Speaker 2: what you wish, Careful what you say, Careful what you wish,
[32:22] Speaker 2: you just might get it. Careful what you wish, you
[32:25] Speaker 2: just might regret it. So I just really, I really
[32:34] Speaker 2: think it's a horminid species that lives in ts and
[32:39] Speaker 2: is it and has obviously a prefernal cortex that's much
[32:44] Speaker 2: larger than ours. If we're talking interest sound. There's no
[32:48] Speaker 2: telling what this thing can do. So I don't put
[32:54] Speaker 2: anything past it. I just don't. I don't. I'm I
[33:02] Speaker 2: just don't want to take a chance of meeting another
[33:04] Speaker 2: one that's olders to it. Thank you for your time
[33:08] Speaker 2: and your podcast's It really helped a lot of us
[33:12] Speaker 2: out here that I haven't had a place to give
[33:16] Speaker 2: their stories and expect to be believed. It's the worst
[33:20] Speaker 2: feeling in the world to have this, and you can't
[33:23] Speaker 2: expect anybody to believe you. It's not it's not like
[33:29] Speaker 2: a UAP. I mean, I don't know, but I do know.
[33:37] Speaker 2: So that's what's always given me comfort. When I look
[33:41] Speaker 2: up at the ceiling at night, I know in my
[33:44] Speaker 2: heart I don't have to prove with anybody, so I
[33:50] Speaker 2: just try to deal with it the best I can.
[33:53] Speaker 2: And I haven't been hunting in a long time. Really
[34:00] Speaker 2: do appreciate your time and your service. You I am
[34:08] Speaker 2: said after my wife passed away, it's been pretty quiet
[34:11] Speaker 2: around here, and this is really the first time, first time,
[34:15] Speaker 2: first podcast I ever called or made a comment about.
[34:20] Speaker 2: Of course, I'm just learning how to use the phone,
[34:23] Speaker 2: so but I can send an email and stuff. So
[34:28] Speaker 2: I'm doing okay. I bought something about myself, a two
[34:32] Speaker 2: hundred mile an hour do CODI so I'm waiting for
[34:34] Speaker 2: the sunshine. Nice.
[34:36] Speaker 1: There you go, and I love it. They things they're
[34:38] Speaker 1: looking up, I love it.
[34:39] Speaker 2: Bob voices. You have an excellent, excellent radio voice. Probably
[34:44] Speaker 2: not a face for teach for TV. Yeah. Sorry, I
[34:49] Speaker 2: just wanted to leave your laughing. It's like the nine
[34:52] Speaker 2: eighty eight people. I always like to leave the nine
[34:54] Speaker 2: eighty eight people with a laugh exactly. So have a
[34:57] Speaker 2: good evening. Thanks again for your service. I did subscribe somehow,
[35:03] Speaker 2: I thought I pushed the right button. I'll check it again.
[35:07] Speaker 2: I'm not just I'm not very good with the phone.
[35:11] Speaker 2: But I want to watch the I want to watch
[35:16] Speaker 2: everything you got. We appreciate your your time and your service.
[35:23] Speaker 2: You've got to take up a lot of time doing this.
[35:26] Speaker 2: You got to be paid for it.
[35:27] Speaker 1: So thank you, thank you, thank you, Bob, and you
[35:31] Speaker 1: have a great rest of your day. Thank you for sharing. Again.
[35:35] Speaker 1: Before we wrap this, episode, I want to say something
[35:37] Speaker 1: directly to a very specific group of listeners. If you're
[35:40] Speaker 1: in the military, any branch or forces, and if you've

[35:50] Speaker 1: to stay quiet. If you're a pilot who's seen something
[35:54] Speaker 1: strange down on the ground, or if you're with the
[35:57] Speaker 1: FBI a federal agency, or working intelligence and you stumbled
[36:01] Speaker 1: upon something you're not allowed to talk about. And if
[36:04] Speaker 1: you're a firefighter, paramedic, or search and rescue responder who's
[36:07] Speaker 1: heard screams or found tracks that didn't make sense. If
[36:11] Speaker 1: you're in the logging industry on a remote oil field,
[36:15] Speaker 1: or a trucker with government contracts and you've had something
[36:18] Speaker 1: happen that you've never told a soul. And if you're
[36:21] Speaker 1: a biologist, a wildlife specialist, or a field researcher under
[36:25] Speaker 1: contract who has found evidence you're not allowed to report.
[36:29] Speaker 1: If you're a pastor, a missionary, or someone on a
[36:31] Speaker 1: spiritual retreat and you saw something that shook your faith,
[36:36] Speaker 1: or if you work in the shadows, CIA, NSA, or
[36:39] Speaker 1: anything with clearance and you've seen what the public hasn't,
[36:43] Speaker 1: then I want to talk to you, even if it's anonymous.
