Bigfoot sightings stretch across North America in this episode of Bigfoot Society, with firsthand witnesses sharing encounters from Alberta, British Columbia, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and beyond. A coal miner describes driving near McLennan, Alberta, when an enormous dark figure appeared beside the railroad tracks. He watched it take four full steps, estimated it at 7½ to 8 feet tall, and backed his car up for another look. What happened in the woods afterward—and the reaction of a nearby dog—has stayed with him ever since. In British Columbia, we hear about generations of Indigenous Bukwus stories from the Kitimat and Kemano region, along with a chilling scream heard from the shoreline during a boating trip. A Kentucky investigator shares a nighttime thermal encounter with a massive upright figure near Fords Ferry Road. Another Kentucky witness remembers following enormous humanlike footprints through fresh snow outside Elizabethtown until blood appeared beside the tracks and something began violently shaking the vegetation ahead of him. We also hear remarkable historical accounts from Connecticut firefighters, a nighttime encounter from western Pennsylvania, and stories passed down from the remote Yukon community of Beaver Creek. These are firsthand experiences, family accounts, and local traditions from people willing to put their stories on record. Listen through to the end. Episode 1186 covers a remarkable amount of territory, and several of these locations deserve a much closer look. [0:08] Speaker 1: something impossible. From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers to
[0:12] Speaker 1: quiet farms and crowded highways. The stories come from everywhere,
[0:16] Speaker 1: and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.
[0:20] Speaker 1: These are the voices of the people who've lived it.
[0:24] Speaker 1: To settle in, because today you'll hear another account that
[0:27] Speaker 1: just might change the way you see the woods forever.

[0:40] Speaker 1: link in the show notes. Thank you, Hi there, How
[0:44] Speaker 1: are you good?
[0:45] Speaker 2: Are you hey?
[0:47] Speaker 1: Doing good? Thanks for coming up. Feel free to share. Man.
[0:50] Speaker 3: So it's been quite a few years. I don't remember
[0:54] Speaker 3: exactly what year was. I've I've had too many concussions
[0:58] Speaker 3: since then, so my memory is not the best. But
[1:04] Speaker 3: I was out on a boat. We live at in
[1:07] Speaker 3: the water. So my community is only about just under
[1:13] Speaker 3: a thousand people, and part of my territory is in
[1:19] Speaker 3: the in the Commando area. It's a different area than
[1:27] Speaker 3: this spot. There was a reserve there. Anyway, it's one
[1:33] Speaker 3: of our most spiritual spots, and there's many bigfoot stories
[1:38] Speaker 3: about it. But I was out with my dad one year,
[1:43] Speaker 3: and I think it was my nephew Jordan.
[1:47] Speaker 4: We were.
[1:48] Speaker 2: We went ahead on my little sixteen foot boat.
[1:53] Speaker 3: And my dad was coming behind in the big fifty
[1:56] Speaker 3: two foot boat, so he was much slower. So we
[2:00] Speaker 3: went ahead to get some crabs. And the bay that
[2:05] Speaker 3: we went into was close to where all the stories
[2:10] Speaker 3: took place from our history in dealing with because because
[2:19] Speaker 3: is bigfoot in our language, and so I don't know,
[2:31] Speaker 3: you know, I'm a hunter. I've been in the bush
[2:35] Speaker 3: ever since I was eight. I started fishing with my
[2:39] Speaker 3: dad when I was eight years old in nineteen seventy seven, and.
[2:47] Speaker 2: I've seen and heard a lot of things. But the scream.
[2:54] Speaker 3: That came out of those woods kind of sounded like
[3:01] Speaker 3: an elk and a bear row at the same time.
[3:09] Speaker 3: The scream that it gave out, we didn't even say
[3:16] Speaker 3: a word, my nephew and I. We looked at each other,
[3:20] Speaker 3: pulled up the crab pots and left.
[3:23] Speaker 5: Wow.
[3:25] Speaker 1: Oh, my goodness. This is north of Seattle, right.
[3:29] Speaker 2: Yeah, way up north and kidd of at BC.
[3:33] Speaker 1: Oh this is up in BC. Okay, gotcha?
[3:36] Speaker 6: Yeah?
[3:37] Speaker 1: Oh wow, because you said Kamana Kamana and I was like, well,
[3:44] Speaker 1: maybe this is down by Whidby Island, but now you're
[3:47] Speaker 1: saying this is further north.
[3:49] Speaker 3: Kimano is a is a owned by.
[3:55] Speaker 2: What is it called Rio Tinto alcan.
[3:59] Speaker 4: So.
[4:00] Speaker 3: So in Kimando there is a camp about fifteen kilometers
[4:10] Speaker 3: up the river, and they drilled a hole through the mountain,
[4:19] Speaker 3: like all the way over the Houston Way, they drilled
[4:24] Speaker 3: a hole right through the mountain to start a hydro
[4:30] Speaker 3: electric right, and this is around the same area where
[4:35] Speaker 3: all the stories take place.
[4:40] Speaker 1: You think that could be connected in some way.
[4:45] Speaker 3: I think so, yeah, yeah, because you know our people,
[4:51] Speaker 3: you still live out there. But in the early nineteen hundreds,
[4:57] Speaker 3: the what was it influenza or smallpox yep, wiped out
[5:06] Speaker 3: our second community that was about five thousand strong down
[5:12] Speaker 3: to the last living Naxila person just died a few
[5:21] Speaker 3: years ago.
[5:22] Speaker 7: Wow.
[5:24] Speaker 3: So that part of our history was totally wiped out.
[5:29] Speaker 1: Oh, I can't imagine that.
[5:31] Speaker 3: On that same time, the early nineteen hundreds. My great
[5:36] Speaker 3: grandmother was one of three child bearing women left in
[5:43] Speaker 3: our community.
[5:48] Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, how has so I would assume that
[5:54] Speaker 1: growing up, did you hear Bigfoot referenced in certain ways?
[5:59] Speaker 1: And what's that part of your culture?
[6:02] Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a big part of our culture because a
[6:07] Speaker 3: lot of the stories that we've heard and have been
[6:10] Speaker 3: told on our lives. You know, I'm fifty seven years old,
[6:13] Speaker 3: and I started hearing those stories in the early nineteen seventies.
[6:19] Speaker 2: From my great grandmother.
[6:21] Speaker 3: My great grandfather was dead by then, but my great
[6:26] Speaker 3: grandmother lived until she was about one hundred and three,
[6:31] Speaker 3: and I heard all sorts of stories from her growing
[6:35] Speaker 3: up because I spent a lot of time with her.
[6:38] Speaker 3: You know, I got ghost stories that will just chill
[6:46] Speaker 3: your socks off. But the Bigfoot, but was in our language,
[6:57] Speaker 3: is a big part because the some of the stories.
[7:01] Speaker 2: One of the stories.
[7:03] Speaker 3: Is one of our old timers way back in the day,
[7:09] Speaker 3: like in the forties or something like that, fifties sixties,
[7:12] Speaker 3: maybe went out hunting.
[7:15] Speaker 2: Out there.
[7:17] Speaker 3: And thought he saw a nice black bear, and you know,
[7:23] Speaker 3: we eat black bear, we smoked them. And thought he
[7:29] Speaker 3: saw a big black bear and he shot it. And
[7:34] Speaker 3: the story is that it let out the most blood
[7:37] Speaker 3: curdling scream you've ever heard, and then a whole bunch
[7:42] Speaker 3: of them came out of.
[7:46] Speaker 2: Everywhere.
[7:50] Speaker 3: They couldn't tell where they were coming from, but there
[7:52] Speaker 3: was a whole family of these because and they started
[7:58] Speaker 3: chasing this man because he shot their dead.
[8:05] Speaker 1: Gotcha.
[8:06] Speaker 8: Wow?
[8:07] Speaker 1: Oh that is that is absolutely wild. What do you
[8:10] Speaker 1: think the most important thing you've learned about them over
[8:14] Speaker 1: the years would be, if you had to pick one
[8:17] Speaker 1: thing respect respect.
[8:20] Speaker 2: Yeah, because.
[8:23] Speaker 3: We were taught never to, you know, to believe in
[8:28] Speaker 3: these stories, first of all. And I believe because of
[8:33] Speaker 3: the things I've seen in my life and experienced, you know,
[8:37] Speaker 3: and I've had witnesses actually see what I've seen, because
[8:46] Speaker 3: you know, I believe totally in in in the culture
[8:50] Speaker 3: of big feet and.
[8:54] Speaker 2: Stuff like that. But sorry, what was your question?
[9:01] Speaker 4: Yeah?
[9:01] Speaker 1: How far do you think your culture's stories regarding a
[9:07] Speaker 1: bigfoot or buck West go back?
[9:11] Speaker 2: Oh jeez, well over one hundred years.
[9:16] Speaker 1: Wow, it's absolutely fascinating.
[9:19] Speaker 2: Our people have been here. You know. I grew up
[9:25] Speaker 2: hearing how our village came to be.
[9:29] Speaker 3: Was a guy from down South, a native from down South,
[9:33] Speaker 3: was shun from his family and his village, and there
[9:40] Speaker 3: was a party trying to kill him. So he came
[9:44] Speaker 3: up the kid of at arm which is right outside
[9:49] Speaker 3: my window.
[9:52] Speaker 2: The high tide mark.
[9:53] Speaker 3: Is sixty feet away from my house when you look
[9:58] Speaker 3: out the window. So you know, I get scatter brained.
[10:05] Speaker 2: What was I saying?
[10:09] Speaker 1: I was just curious about about how how far back
[10:14] Speaker 1: the stories go, and it's it's extremely interesting. But I
[10:18] Speaker 1: appreciate you coming up and you know, sharing stories that really,
[10:24] Speaker 1: you know, you might be one of the last people
[10:27] Speaker 1: to be able to share if you think about it.
[10:30] Speaker 1: It's very special to have you up here. So thank you,
[10:33] Speaker 1: Thank you. I'm going to check in with a few
[10:37] Speaker 1: other people, but I hope that you are able to
[10:40] Speaker 1: hang out with us in the room. Hey Stephen, how
[10:41] Speaker 1: are you?
[10:42] Speaker 5: Hey?
[10:42] Speaker 2: How you doing?
[10:43] Speaker 6: Man?
[10:43] Speaker 4: Hey?
[10:44] Speaker 1: All right?
[10:44] Speaker 8: So I was, uh, I'm a PARAOL investigator, right, I've
[10:47] Speaker 8: been to it now for about six years. So we
[10:50] Speaker 8: we decided we wanted to go, me and my team
[10:53] Speaker 8: go to a place called Fort's Ferry Road.
[10:55] Speaker 6: It's got like a little legend.
[10:56] Speaker 8: It's actually in Marion, Kentucky, and the legend behind it was,
[11:01] Speaker 8: you know, uh, old man, old man forward.
[11:04] Speaker 6: He would be rolling to these people. He would take
[11:06] Speaker 6: them to this.
[11:07] Speaker 8: Road and and just pretty much decapitate them and throw
[11:11] Speaker 8: them in this little hole close to Illinois. And well,
[11:14] Speaker 8: that night we get over there and to make a
[11:17] Speaker 8: long story short word, investigating and stuff, and we hear something,
[11:21] Speaker 8: you know, we hear like these crackling noises and we're like, oh, oh, dear,
[11:25] Speaker 8: you know, I have a thermal. I'm not gonna say
[11:27] Speaker 8: the G word. I have a thermal. Pew, you know
[11:29] Speaker 8: what that is? Right?
[11:31] Speaker 6: So I had that and uh, I look over there.
[11:35] Speaker 8: I don't see nothing, and then we hear this bang,
[11:39] Speaker 8: and I'm like, what the world could that be? And
[11:42] Speaker 8: we hear another crack of the sticks and I put
[11:44] Speaker 8: it up again and there it is, and there I
[11:46] Speaker 8: see this and you know, in thermal.
[11:49] Speaker 6: Vision, I see this this thing.
[11:52] Speaker 8: It's it's standing up on his feet. It's you know,
[11:56] Speaker 8: it's it's it's walking, but it looks like it's walking
[11:59] Speaker 8: in place.
[11:59] Speaker 6: Man.
[12:00] Speaker 8: And it's I mean, we try to, you know, reinvent
[12:05] Speaker 8: the caption. I stood over there, but we couldn't get
[12:08] Speaker 8: the exact dimensions. But I see this thing walking in place.
[12:12] Speaker 8: And as it's walking in place. It's moving its hands
[12:15] Speaker 8: like a human. But the problem is, man, is that
[12:17] Speaker 8: it's way too thick, way too thick to be an
[12:22] Speaker 8: actual person, right, And I'm like, why is this thing
[12:25] Speaker 8: walking in place?
[12:26] Speaker 5: And then we hear a ah.
[12:29] Speaker 6: And I'm like what was that? You know.
[12:31] Speaker 8: I'm like, I'm like I'm getting nervous, you know, I'm like, wait, wait, wait, wait,
[12:34] Speaker 8: that's not no human. And as it's walking in place, man,
[12:37] Speaker 8: it finally starts walking, but it walks. It walks like
[12:41] Speaker 8: towards us. And then like I kind of I'm kind
[12:44] Speaker 8: of like, hey, let's get to the car, you know.
[12:45] Speaker 8: And I'm a hunter, right, like it's stuff, don't stor
[12:47] Speaker 8: on me, Like it doesn't stow them at all.
[12:49] Speaker 6: I don't know. I don't have like this.
[12:50] Speaker 8: Fear of animals, but it's like I get this like
[12:53] Speaker 8: like this presence of like, well, what something's coming at us, guys.
[12:57] Speaker 6: So we'll get to the car and I'm holding the
[12:59] Speaker 6: thermal on the whole time.
[13:01] Speaker 8: And finally once it gets now it's not getting enough
[13:03] Speaker 8: to where I can see, but it's it's dark, you know.
[13:05] Speaker 8: That's why I had to have a thermal pe in
[13:07] Speaker 8: the first place. It's not getting enough to where I
[13:09] Speaker 8: can see anything, but as it's walking towards us, it
[13:12] Speaker 8: just makes it right and it starts walking off and
[13:15] Speaker 8: it goes all the way in the distance until I, uh,
[13:18] Speaker 8: I don't sit no more on my thermal pew. Now,
[13:20] Speaker 8: I wanted to go over there, and I wanted to
[13:22] Speaker 8: visualize what I saw. The team though, like I only
[13:25] Speaker 8: had to, you know, to women with me. They're like, hey,
[13:29] Speaker 8: I don't really felcomfortable with this. I'm like, hey, let
[13:31] Speaker 8: me check it out. Let me let you in the car.
[13:32] Speaker 8: They're like, well, if you get in the car, we're leaving.
[13:34] Speaker 8: So they so we got in the car and we left.
[13:37] Speaker 8: I went back the next day. It was so dark
[13:40] Speaker 8: that I couldn't judge exactly where this thing would have
[13:44] Speaker 8: been standing, so I couldn't get an accurate description of it.
[13:46] Speaker 8: But man, that's that's what I saw. Man, I know
[13:48] Speaker 8: I saw something. I'm not a big believer, and you know,
[13:52] Speaker 8: I'm not gonna say I don't believe in Bigfoot, but
[13:54] Speaker 8: I've never seen enough evidence to prove it to me.
[13:56] Speaker 8: But that night, what I saw I can't explain. And
[14:01] Speaker 8: it wasn't a human, so and it will stand up
[14:03] Speaker 8: on two feet and it was big. I don't know, man,
[14:05] Speaker 8: I have no idea.
[14:06] Speaker 1: That's absolutely fascinating. I always think it's wild when paranormal
[14:12] Speaker 1: investigators because they have a different viewpoint on things, different tools,
[14:17] Speaker 1: but they end up having experiences and that just always
[14:21] Speaker 1: blows my mind. Man, wild wild stuff. Do you ever
[14:25] Speaker 1: want to have an experience like that? Again?
[14:27] Speaker 6: I would love it. I would prefer it to be.
[14:31] Speaker 8: And when I say this, I'm not trying to say
[14:32] Speaker 8: I'm the big bad dude, not fraim of nothing.
[14:34] Speaker 6: I'd rather I really loved experience.
[14:36] Speaker 8: It may be on my own or somebody that I
[14:38] Speaker 8: know that has a similar mindset as me. That a way,
[14:42] Speaker 8: there's not a fear of actually going and checking out
[14:44] Speaker 8: what it could be. Now, it didn't scare me, uh yeah,
[14:49] Speaker 8: but like the paranormal scares me sometimes too.
[14:51] Speaker 6: But I use that as almost like a like an.
[14:53] Speaker 8: A drilling rush, like an endorphin rush, instead of like
[14:55] Speaker 8: a actually like I'm scared, I'm not gonna do what
[14:58] Speaker 8: I'm gonna do right now, So I would I would
[15:01] Speaker 8: love to.
[15:02] Speaker 6: Get the opportunity to be in that predicament again. Now
[15:04] Speaker 6: I did. I ain't gonna lie to you.
[15:05] Speaker 8: I did try going back and try to recreate, you know,
[15:09] Speaker 8: a similar proposal of what happened that night, but you know,
[15:13] Speaker 8: no prevail. I couldn't get anything. The only thing I
[15:16] Speaker 8: got was mosquito bites. You know what I'm saying, Like
[15:18] Speaker 8: that's all I could fit that night. But it was, uh,
[15:21] Speaker 8: it was exhilarating, man, to this night, to this day,
[15:24] Speaker 8: I don't really tell people about it because I I
[15:28] Speaker 8: don't know, like like I don't even tell people really
[15:30] Speaker 8: about the you know, the unless their clients. Really we
[15:32] Speaker 8: tell people about the paranormal stuff I do, but it's
[15:35] Speaker 8: it's one of those things. It just doesn't come in conversation.
[15:37] Speaker 8: But that night, man, I was hoping maybe you could
[15:39] Speaker 8: tell me kind of like what you think on what
[15:42] Speaker 8: I saw or what you think could have been, because
[15:44] Speaker 8: I mean it was I'm gonna I'm gonna say maybe
[15:49] Speaker 8: seven seven foot seven two foots seven seven, maybe seven foot.
[15:55] Speaker 6: Two or something like that. It was broad.
[15:57] Speaker 8: Now Here's the thing though, as I'm looking at it, man,
[16:00] Speaker 8: and like, as I'm looking at the camera, I'm noticing
[16:02] Speaker 8: like the this is where it gets kind of like eh,
[16:05] Speaker 8: because as I'm looking at the legs.
[16:08] Speaker 6: The legs look more massive.
[16:12] Speaker 8: Then like then like not not more massive than the
[16:16] Speaker 8: upper body, but I could tell all the legs on
[16:18] Speaker 8: it was just this crazy like I don't know if
[16:22] Speaker 8: it's just they were big or they had more fur.
[16:25] Speaker 8: And then the upper body was you know it was
[16:27] Speaker 8: it was like man, torso kind of and then as
[16:29] Speaker 8: we get bigger. The reason that really got my attention, really,
[16:32] Speaker 8: the reason I really thought it was something other than
[16:34] Speaker 8: what I thought it was was because the head it
[16:37] Speaker 8: was like it was it was fuller, like like the
[16:40] Speaker 8: face was fuller, like like the hair was it was
[16:42] Speaker 8: like it.
[16:42] Speaker 6: Had hair all around its you know, a head.
[16:45] Speaker 8: And I'm like, what human has hair all over its
[16:50] Speaker 8: face and its head? You know, like it was more
[16:53] Speaker 8: more full that it would be if it was a
[16:54] Speaker 8: normal human.
[16:55] Speaker 1: So I don't know, man, Right, So what I was
[16:57] Speaker 1: gonna ask you is, did you notice what what shape
[17:02] Speaker 1: of the head, Like did you notice a certain shape
[17:05] Speaker 1: at all?
[17:05] Speaker 6: Yeah?
[17:06] Speaker 8: So, so like as we get here, so if I
[17:09] Speaker 8: can remember, right, man, the top of the head like
[17:12] Speaker 8: from like I guess if I was gonna point on
[17:14] Speaker 8: a human from top of that, so like from like
[17:16] Speaker 8: maybe like halfway to the like like halfway to the
[17:18] Speaker 8: nose or maybe the full nose from there to like
[17:22] Speaker 8: to there, from like the around the side, I would say.
[17:25] Speaker 6: It was more thicker.
[17:26] Speaker 8: And then when you got down to like the where
[17:29] Speaker 8: the chin would be maybe I know.
[17:31] Speaker 6: Like it was more of like a like a.
[17:35] Speaker 8: Like it was more narrow, but like like from like
[17:39] Speaker 8: the nose and all the way back was more like
[17:42] Speaker 8: more full. And then and then it was almost like
[17:45] Speaker 8: they had a uh, this is gonna sound silly, man.
[17:47] Speaker 8: It was almost what people would call like like a
[17:50] Speaker 8: a defined chin structure, like the you know, like the
[17:53] Speaker 8: like you know, the cliche, the old drill sergeants. It's
[17:55] Speaker 8: almost like they had that kind of chin, but the
[17:58] Speaker 8: rest of it was full. I don't know, man Like,
[18:00] Speaker 8: it sounds like a bull crap story, but I'm telling
[18:02] Speaker 8: you dead on, so you know what I.
[18:04] Speaker 1: Mean, especially especially the area where you were. I mean,
[18:07] Speaker 1: you've got so much like big Foot activity alone. You've
[18:11] Speaker 1: got the Ohio River right there, and you're just north
[18:13] Speaker 1: of land between the lakes, and there's so much activity there.
[18:16] Speaker 1: But the other thing is, so could you see ears
[18:19] Speaker 1: or anything on the head at all?
[18:21] Speaker 8: I couldn't, man Like, I said, I couldn't even The
[18:24] Speaker 8: only reason I can describe what I'm describing now is because,
[18:26] Speaker 8: like I said, once you take thermal image, you know
[18:28] Speaker 8: it's mainly just a orange spot depending on your settings
[18:31] Speaker 8: of the thermal image. But you can still see if
[18:34] Speaker 8: something's sticker, if something's not thick, or something small, something's bigger.
[18:38] Speaker 6: And another thing too.
[18:39] Speaker 8: I noticed too that now I did go over there,
[18:42] Speaker 8: and there was a couple I did go over there. There
[18:44] Speaker 8: was a couple of trees where I thought it could
[18:46] Speaker 8: have been the next day, and the trees that I
[18:50] Speaker 8: noticed whenever or not the next to the next night,
[18:53] Speaker 8: the trees that I noticed, like I had a buddy
[18:55] Speaker 8: stand there, and I noticed that there is no way, bro,
[19:00] Speaker 8: there's no way that a man could have done it,
[19:04] Speaker 8: because he got like he got, he got side with
[19:07] Speaker 8: some of the same trees, and I thrmbled him, and
[19:09] Speaker 8: it was he wasn't as wide. And I went back
[19:11] Speaker 8: and and I did that, and I turned a flashlight
[19:14] Speaker 8: on and I put him aside a tree, and these
[19:16] Speaker 8: trees we were pretty big, right, And I'm only thinking
[19:21] Speaker 8: the reason he wasn't as wide is because the tree
[19:23] Speaker 8: was blocking some of the body it didn't even look
[19:25] Speaker 8: like the tree was blocking this body unless he was
[19:27] Speaker 8: unless the thing was in front of it. But like
[19:29] Speaker 8: there were so many trees, like you had to be
[19:31] Speaker 8: behind one of the trees, and he was.
[19:33] Speaker 6: This this thing was.
[19:35] Speaker 8: Way wider than an actual you know, well not way
[19:38] Speaker 8: wid but I'd say probably, I don't know, maybe a
[19:41] Speaker 8: foot or two, maybe a foot and a half wider
[19:44] Speaker 8: than an actual, you know, a man that a six
[19:46] Speaker 8: foot two grown man, let's put that way.
[19:48] Speaker 1: So so based on everything you're saying, it sounds to
[19:52] Speaker 1: me like it whatever that was was not a human
[19:55] Speaker 1: and really leans towards probably was a bigfoot. To me,
[19:59] Speaker 1: I was asking certain questions to make sure you didn't
[20:01] Speaker 1: have like a dog man there, but like it sounds
[20:04] Speaker 1: more like a bigfoot type situation.
[20:07] Speaker 6: It was. It was.
[20:07] Speaker 8: It was crazy bro like, like it was one of
[20:09] Speaker 8: those things like I'd love to be able to to
[20:12] Speaker 8: know more about it, to be able to to know
[20:14] Speaker 8: what to do, what to look for next time, know
[20:17] Speaker 8: that if I need to. Is it something that you
[20:19] Speaker 8: just like if you see it, do you run up,
[20:22] Speaker 8: like try to catch this thing to get better visual?
[20:24] Speaker 6: Do you stay back like you know what I mean? Bro,
[20:27] Speaker 6: I don't want to get.
[20:28] Speaker 1: On a live that's that's all. That's all up to you.
[20:32] Speaker 2: Man.
[20:32] Speaker 1: If there's some dudes that will do that, and that's
[20:35] Speaker 1: that's cool. I mean, more power to them. It's what
[20:38] Speaker 1: you can do at the time. Some people can't handle that.
[20:41] Speaker 1: I don't know what I would do. Did you happen
[20:42] Speaker 1: to get a photo or video of it with your thermal?
[20:46] Speaker 6: I did?
[20:47] Speaker 8: Actually, Oh my gosh, actually I might have hold on,
[20:52] Speaker 8: let me see, let me go back.
[20:54] Speaker 6: I might actually have a normal vision of it. Hold on,
[20:59] Speaker 6: let me see.
[20:59] Speaker 1: And uh, thanks to monsters at the least for asking
[21:02] Speaker 1: that question in the comment. That's a good question.
[21:05] Speaker 6: I actually let me let me go back. Let me
[21:07] Speaker 6: make for sure.
[21:08] Speaker 8: Good things always uh we always get this thing fills
[21:14] Speaker 8: up really fast. I need to get a bigger, bigger
[21:16] Speaker 8: memory cord because of the fact that we do paranormal hunt. So,
[21:21] Speaker 8: but let me see if hold on.
[21:25] Speaker 1: Were you getting any weird readings on other tools during
[21:29] Speaker 1: that time?
[21:31] Speaker 6: No, everything was.
[21:34] Speaker 8: Everything was good like uh wow like no no em
[21:37] Speaker 8: like yeah, like the EMF and everything was great like
[21:40] Speaker 8: it wasn't okay, hold on.
[21:43] Speaker 6: Let me see if I can.
[21:45] Speaker 1: Yeah, go ahead, get to this.
[21:53] Speaker 8: Oh my gosh, there's so many pictures of the actual.
[22:00] Speaker 1: Bro like oh yeah, yeah, yeah, you do one of
[22:02] Speaker 1: these things, and you have hours of audio to listen to.
[22:05] Speaker 6: It's just gonna have been more prepared. I apologize.
[22:09] Speaker 8: Let me let me look you like twenty more pictures
[22:11] Speaker 8: and I don't see anything, all right, So okay, oh man,
[22:17] Speaker 8: I got the worst possible picture that there is. Uh okay,
[22:24] Speaker 8: I'll show you a picture, but like so like the
[22:28] Speaker 8: pictures I had, they were like zoomed in and this
[22:31] Speaker 8: picture here is and it sucks because it's covered.
[22:34] Speaker 6: It's covered by.
[22:35] Speaker 8: The by the actual the little dots on the side
[22:40] Speaker 8: of a thermal thing. But let me show you so
[22:45] Speaker 8: so ever, warn you, man, you can barely see anything.
[22:48] Speaker 8: It sucks because I had a better one.
[22:50] Speaker 1: But hold on, uh, I mean it's obviously something there, yeah.
[22:57] Speaker 8: Like like so like the reason, but see, like you
[22:59] Speaker 8: see the trees around it, the other trees it wasn't
[23:02] Speaker 8: mark And so what that means is that one spot
[23:05] Speaker 8: was particularly more hot than the other spots. Now that
[23:09] Speaker 8: right there, I'd assumed in picture of it it was
[23:11] Speaker 8: way way more defined. But man, other than that, man,
[23:15] Speaker 8: that's about.
[23:18] Speaker 1: Closer. I don't know if it'll have not even work,
[23:23] Speaker 1: like the the actual device to your camera.
[23:27] Speaker 6: Oh like that?
[23:28] Speaker 1: Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, it's good.
[23:34] Speaker 6: Yeah. Bro, that's all I got.
[23:36] Speaker 1: But dude, I appreciate you sharing that.
[23:38] Speaker 6: Thank yeah, man said, I appreciate you having me up. Man.
[23:41] Speaker 8: If I can look through it more, I might have
[23:43] Speaker 8: other pictures. But man, thanks for having me up.
[23:45] Speaker 4: Dude.
[23:45] Speaker 6: I'm gonost stay and listening to stuff. But man, God
[23:47] Speaker 6: bless you. I hope you get good but I hope
[23:49] Speaker 6: you get good stories. Bro.
[23:50] Speaker 1: Thank you have a good one.
[23:51] Speaker 6: Man, Thank you too. Man.
[23:54] Speaker 1: Hi, how are you good?
[23:56] Speaker 2: How are you?
[23:57] Speaker 6: Hey?
[23:57] Speaker 1: Awesome? Well you're you're from down Connecticut.
[24:00] Speaker 7: Right, Yes, I am, And I went to high school
[24:03] Speaker 7: in Norwich.
[24:05] Speaker 1: Oh wow.
[24:06] Speaker 7: Okay, so I'm like really close to Voluntown.
[24:10] Speaker 1: Oh for sure. Okay, So you know what's going on
[24:13] Speaker 1: in Valentown? Okay I do?
[24:18] Speaker 7: Yeah?
[24:19] Speaker 2: Wow.
[24:20] Speaker 1: So what are yourselves?
[24:22] Speaker 9: I've been Okay, So I've been here my whole life.
[24:25] Speaker 7: And I was actually just talking about that with somebody
[24:27] Speaker 7: in the comments.
[24:28] Speaker 9: I have.
[24:29] Speaker 7: I have some thoughts.
[24:31] Speaker 9: My grandfather was a firefighter back in the sixties, and
[24:36] Speaker 9: he told stories and he had stories of things that
[24:41] Speaker 9: they call the chimps that had gotten loose. That that's
[24:46] Speaker 9: how it was written and reported, and people got her
[24:53] Speaker 9: and ever since the woman in Connecticut got her face injured,
[24:59] Speaker 9: that was just like the official story.
[25:02] Speaker 1: I've never heard about that.
[25:05] Speaker 9: So a couple of maybe fifteen twenty years ago, someone
[25:13] Speaker 9: a woman had a pet chimp and her face got
[25:16] Speaker 9: injured and she was horribly dismembered. And that was in
[25:20] Speaker 9: fact a chimp, and there were people, there were witnesses
[25:22] Speaker 9: and all of that. So the laws for pets changed immediately.
[25:28] Speaker 9: But before that, people there were stories, and that was
[25:35] Speaker 9: just always the explanation of, uh, someone had a pet
[25:41] Speaker 9: and it got loose.
[25:43] Speaker 7: He had I.
[25:44] Speaker 9: Remember there's a really clear story in my memory of
[25:47] Speaker 9: being a little kid talking about monkey stuck in tree
[25:51] Speaker 9: and whatever. It was bit a firefighter in the hand
[25:56] Speaker 9: and he what he described is it looked somewhat between
[26:01] Speaker 9: like a monkey and a bear, and it was small
[26:04] Speaker 9: and the small size of like a baby bear.
[26:07] Speaker 1: So you're saying this happened in the sixties.
[26:11] Speaker 9: And sixties seventies, Yeah, because my mom was born in
[26:16] Speaker 9: sixties six and he yeah, I would say probably the sixties,
[26:22] Speaker 9: early seventies that happened. So I he loved to tell stories,
[26:29] Speaker 9: loved and so he had lots of really good stories
[26:33] Speaker 9: he talked about. I don't know if you know Wyndham,
[26:36] Speaker 9: Connecticut is there's.
[26:39] Speaker 7: Really old thread bills and there's really old stories of.
[26:47] Speaker 9: British troops being scared away by sounds that they attribute
[26:51] Speaker 9: to like frogs. But they thought that there were way
[26:56] Speaker 9: more men in the area than were there. I've heard
[27:01] Speaker 9: the frogs. I live in the area. It's it's not
[27:04] Speaker 9: something you can confuse, like they just completely avoided the
[27:13] Speaker 9: area and passed the town completely because something scared them off.
[27:17] Speaker 9: And wow, when they went back and told their story,
[27:21] Speaker 9: they talked about it being frogs. Now, there are huge
[27:23] Speaker 9: frog monuments in the town. It's called the frog Bridge
[27:26] Speaker 9: because that is the story that has stuck. But when
[27:29] Speaker 9: I tell you that I live the area, I know
[27:32] Speaker 9: the sound. I actually look forward to the sound of
[27:34] Speaker 9: the frogs. It is not something that sounds like people chatter.
[27:40] Speaker 1: Okay, that's interesting. Are there have there been other stories
[27:48] Speaker 1: of things that are like bigfoot besides the chimps and
[27:53] Speaker 1: the monkeys down in that area of Ontown that you've
[27:55] Speaker 1: heard of?
[27:57] Speaker 9: So because he's always been in the firefighter community. The
[28:04] Speaker 9: official names are what goes through the channels, if that
[28:08] Speaker 9: makes sense, and.
[28:11] Speaker 7: The official coding.
[28:13] Speaker 9: Yeah right, there's official coding and language back in the
[28:16] Speaker 9: day that went through, so like they could look at
[28:21] Speaker 9: each other and know that it wasn't a chimp or
[28:24] Speaker 9: a monkey, but on written paper, that's what was written.
[28:31] Speaker 9: If that If that makes.
[28:32] Speaker 1: Sense, that's okay. Yeah, no, it makes sense. I've heard
[28:35] Speaker 1: of stuff happen like that, so you think, yeah, there's
[28:39] Speaker 1: probably other stuff going on in the area. It was
[28:41] Speaker 1: just referred to a certain way by people like firefighters,
[28:45] Speaker 1: et cetera, is what I'm hearing.
[28:47] Speaker 9: Yeah, because they were the ones that were getting called.
[28:50] Speaker 9: And when I tell you that, like I've heard the
[28:52] Speaker 9: stories of like from him being like something was in
[28:56] Speaker 9: the woods, it was behind the house. We wrote it
[29:00] Speaker 9: down as a bear. It was not a bear, but
[29:02] Speaker 9: we scared away a bear. And I was like, okay, cool, cool, cool,
[29:04] Speaker 9: cool cool cool. Like I live really close to Mohegan
[29:07] Speaker 9: Sun the casinos. Yeah, so this land is old, like
[29:13] Speaker 9: old old, and there are things here that I.
[29:18] Speaker 7: Can't explain.
[29:21] Speaker 9: That I have heard that I have seen nothing tall
[29:24] Speaker 9: and furry wish, I wish on my life.
[29:26] Speaker 7: I've heard the stories.
[29:28] Speaker 9: I know of someone who like literally makes cutouts, like
[29:33] Speaker 9: like that's the whole thing he does in Lebanon, that
[29:35] Speaker 9: like he makes art.
[29:38] Speaker 7: I don't know if he's.
[29:39] Speaker 9: Seen, would love to talk to him.
[29:43] Speaker 7: But I've heard the official stories.
[29:47] Speaker 9: And because I was raised by a firefighter, I now
[29:51] Speaker 9: know enough to read between the lines, and have heard
[29:53] Speaker 9: the stories to read between the lines. I now know
[29:55] Speaker 9: what to look for when I'm reading it, like I'm
[29:58] Speaker 9: going to school to become an empty.
[29:59] Speaker 1: And firefighter, right right, Okay, gotcha?
[30:01] Speaker 7: So now I know.
[30:02] Speaker 9: I know how it's written one way to say one thing,
[30:07] Speaker 9: but it doesn't mean one thing.
[30:10] Speaker 1: So then this must be really interesting for you living
[30:14] Speaker 1: through this and watching stuff happen. Oh yeah, and how
[30:19] Speaker 1: different officials are reacting to it, and oh, we be
[30:24] Speaker 1: very interesting.
[30:28] Speaker 9: I've always known that things were said one way and
[30:31] Speaker 9: done another, unfortunately, because I was born that way and
[30:36] Speaker 9: watched it happen. So but watching it on a giant
[30:42] Speaker 9: scale is nuts.
[30:44] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, it's a different story now.
[30:46] Speaker 7: Because gigantic scale is crazy. Yeah, oh yeah, oh yeah, because.
[30:52] Speaker 9: We're not we're not talking like small scale politics anywhere.
[30:55] Speaker 9: We're talking like big world scale, like scary, big time stuff.
[31:01] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[31:02] Speaker 1: I learned that personally when I broke the Ohio stuff
[31:06] Speaker 1: in really twenty twenty six this year and things got
[31:09] Speaker 1: really big, really quick, and I.
[31:11] Speaker 7: Was like, oh, my goodness, who came and told you
[31:14] Speaker 7: not to?
[31:14] Speaker 9: And who came and like Britain didn't, like, yeah, oh
[31:17] Speaker 9: trust me, I've been there, done that, trust.
[31:19] Speaker 1: Me, thankfully, thankfully that it is important. Oh you're lucky,
[31:25] Speaker 1: but I I yeah, it's been a weird year, let's see,
[31:32] Speaker 1: because it went from that into being diagnosed with cancer
[31:38] Speaker 1: and then I've been dealing with cancer ever since, so
[31:41] Speaker 1: very very strange stuff.
[31:44] Speaker 9: Oh so then when I tell you I don't know,
[31:49] Speaker 9: first off, my deepest apologies, yep, thank you, But you
[31:55] Speaker 9: were in a critical, perfect moment situated in your life right.
[31:59] Speaker 7: Now to just kind of say f it and tell
[32:03] Speaker 7: the truth.
[32:04] Speaker 5: Do it?
[32:05] Speaker 7: Who cares?
[32:06] Speaker 1: I get it?
[32:06] Speaker 6: I get it.
[32:07] Speaker 1: No, I've never I've never not done that.
[32:11] Speaker 6: You know.
[32:12] Speaker 7: We appreciate that, we know.
[32:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, so I appreciate that something you said earlier, So
[32:19] Speaker 1: you said that your your grandfather actually would tell you
[32:24] Speaker 1: stories about there we're saying it's a bear, but what
[32:27] Speaker 1: we saw was not a bear back back there.
[32:30] Speaker 9: Oh yeah, and the thing, the monkey in the tree,
[32:32] Speaker 9: was not a monkey in a tree.
[32:35] Speaker 1: Mm man, that's Wild's wild.
[32:39] Speaker 7: Because I've heard about it what I'm talking about.
[32:41] Speaker 9: He talks about it because it's a secondhand description. He
[32:46] Speaker 9: talks about it being small, So I assume infant can
[32:49] Speaker 9: climb high up into the tree, got up into a tree.
[32:52] Speaker 9: Someone assumed it was a pet monkey and called the
[32:54] Speaker 9: fire department. So fire department shows up and somebody gets
[32:58] Speaker 9: up there and it bites a firefighter. So they get down,
[33:03] Speaker 9: and now they've got to try and catch this thing
[33:06] Speaker 9: right exactly. So like, while reading through what I'm reading,
[33:12] Speaker 9: I read the part where they're like, well, it was
[33:14] Speaker 9: a monkey, so it had a tail. But they didn't
[33:17] Speaker 9: say it had a tail. They were like, it was
[33:18] Speaker 9: a monkey, so it had a tail, right exactly, which
[33:22] Speaker 9: is very different, which is very very very different, and
[33:26] Speaker 9: saying like, oh we saw its tail. Nope, it was
[33:29] Speaker 9: a monkey, so it had a tail, Like is very different.
[33:31] Speaker 9: Terminology speaking codedly to and the he doesn't finish the story.
[33:41] Speaker 9: I don't know how they got it down. I don't
[33:43] Speaker 9: know what happened to it, oh man, really really because
[33:47] Speaker 9: and that has always been the like, so what happened next?
[33:51] Speaker 7: And he was like, they took care of it. But
[33:54] Speaker 7: I don't know what that means.
[33:55] Speaker 1: Either is he is he still with us or.
[34:03] Speaker 9: Or not he passed at the end of twenty twenty.
[34:07] Speaker 9: I had I ended up having to have brain.
[34:08] Speaker 7: Surgery because of all of our.
[34:11] Speaker 9: Special genetic stuff that comes down from being native and
[34:16] Speaker 9: Nordic and just all of the cool stuff my brain
[34:19] Speaker 9: to ride to escape and grow down into my spine
[34:23] Speaker 9: so I get to keep the hole in my head
[34:25] Speaker 9: forever's And he ended up falling and my brain surgeon
[34:33] Speaker 9: saved his life. And that during Christmas he had a
[34:38] Speaker 9: heart attack and two days later he was gone.
[34:43] Speaker 1: I'm so sorry to hear that. I'm glad he was
[34:47] Speaker 1: to get through. Superhero. Yeah, he was my super Man.
[34:54] Speaker 1: He must have been such a guy, you know for
[34:58] Speaker 1: sharing that rude. Yeah.
[35:01] Speaker 9: He was a master carpenter. He spent so much time
[35:04] Speaker 9: in the woods. He would like he cut down trees.
[35:06] Speaker 9: He was a firefighter. He spent the time in the woods.
[35:08] Speaker 9: He was a hunter. So, like I heard all of
[35:11] Speaker 9: his stories. I was his fishing buddy. I was the
[35:14] Speaker 9: person that got to hear all of them, and I
[35:17] Speaker 9: believed him that no one else was going to believe,
[35:19] Speaker 9: you know, because I was his.
[35:19] Speaker 1: Little girl, right exactly.
[35:22] Speaker 9: So he the stuff that he has seen, and he like,
[35:28] Speaker 9: I could fill a book.
[35:29] Speaker 7: I should fill a book.
[35:31] Speaker 1: You should, yeah, because you're really the the last person
[35:38] Speaker 1: that that gets to hold that, you know. And and yeah,
[35:42] Speaker 1: that might be something to look into doing. That would
[35:45] Speaker 1: be that would be a cool, cool way.
[35:46] Speaker 6: To honor him.
[35:48] Speaker 1: Yeah, might Yeah. But I appreciate you coming up and
[35:52] Speaker 1: and thank you for sharing that there is more to
[35:58] Speaker 1: this area than is being reported based on the three
[36:02] Speaker 1: and it's incredible to hear about.
[36:04] Speaker 9: Thank you so much, of course, and I can't wait
[36:07] Speaker 9: to keep watching.
[36:08] Speaker 1: All right, thank you so much. Bye. Hey, Yeddi Gang,
[36:14] Speaker 1: how are you?
[36:16] Speaker 10: Oh my, I'm actually talking to you. I've messaged you
[36:19] Speaker 10: in the past. I never got to fully tell my story.
[36:25] Speaker 1: That's really funny.
[36:25] Speaker 10: I'm just parking my car right now, so I'm not
[36:29] Speaker 10: all right, Yeah, that's perfectly fine. I actually so, I
[36:33] Speaker 10: work a coal mine up in the north of Chetwynd, BC,
[36:39] Speaker 10: and uh, I have been listening to your podcast for
[36:41] Speaker 10: like two years. I've been a big fan, and I
[36:44] Speaker 10: hope you're healthy. I know I've heard about your cancer,
[36:47] Speaker 10: and I really hope you're going doing well.
[36:50] Speaker 1: We're gonna get surreal to talk to.
[36:52] Speaker 6: But here my story.
[36:53] Speaker 10: Okay, So I'm gonna tell you about my first experience
[36:57] Speaker 10: when I was really young, and then about my most
[36:59] Speaker 10: recent one. My first one, I was in grade four
[37:06] Speaker 10: and I was living in a tiny village called Beaver
[37:08] Speaker 10: Creek or Beaver Creek, Yukon on the Alaska border on
[37:12] Speaker 10: the Canada side, and we moved to this small village.
[37:16] Speaker 10: My dad was working for the hamlet or not the
[37:20] Speaker 10: hamlet at the band office, I guess, because there was
[37:22] Speaker 10: a native a native community, and our first week in town,
[37:27] Speaker 10: they had a huge ceremony. They dressed us in a
[37:30] Speaker 10: traditional clothes and everything, and yeah, we did a dance.
[37:35] Speaker 10: They gave us gifts, and they welcomed us to the community.
[37:38] Speaker 10: Because very small community, they're gonna, you know, it's exciting
[37:41] Speaker 10: to see any people. And uh, I remember at the
[37:44] Speaker 10: end of that ceremony, they pulled my mother aside and
[37:48] Speaker 10: they told me, my father and my older brother, you know,
[37:52] Speaker 10: like to go away. And when we got home, my
[37:55] Speaker 10: mom said, you're not gonna believe what they told me,
[37:58] Speaker 10: And we're like, like what they said that. They were
[38:01] Speaker 10: just pretty much warning me that Bigfoot is oh sasquatch,
[38:05] Speaker 10: I call him whatever, and that he's very very much
[38:11] Speaker 10: in the area, and that like the all the different things,
[38:14] Speaker 10: like there's the smell or like you'll hear or get
[38:18] Speaker 10: rocks and sticks thrown at you, but you need to
[38:21] Speaker 10: be aware because it was that town was very much
[38:23] Speaker 10: in the bush. Like for me to get to my school,
[38:26] Speaker 10: my school was a two room Like I'm only thirty
[38:29] Speaker 10: two and I could say I went into a two
[38:31] Speaker 10: room schoolhouse and the school looked like a house had
[38:33] Speaker 10: two bedrooms. Each bedroom one was kindergarten to grade three
[38:38] Speaker 10: and the other one was grade four to grade twelve,
[38:40] Speaker 10: and the kitchen was the office in the basement was
[38:42] Speaker 10: the the like the library. Anyways, uh So they warned her,
[38:47] Speaker 10: They're like, hey, just watch out, like if you hear,
[38:49] Speaker 10: if you smell like an ammonia skunky kind of smell,
[38:55] Speaker 10: that's a warning, and like if you get rocks or
[38:57] Speaker 10: things thrown at you, just keep your eyes open. They're
[38:59] Speaker 10: like they are undred percent here. And we came from
[39:02] Speaker 10: living in Ontario at the time, so we're like this
[39:04] Speaker 10: is crazy, right, Like we were like what do we
[39:07] Speaker 10: believe it? And so as a kid in grade four,
[39:11] Speaker 10: I'm like, there's bigfoot out there. I'm like on high alert.
[39:14] Speaker 10: Me and my older brother and I remember walking home
[39:19] Speaker 10: from school and around like three in the afternoon, it'd
[39:21] Speaker 10: be pitch black because up there so north that the
[39:24] Speaker 10: sunset set so early in the wintertime that we would
[39:27] Speaker 10: be walking through the woods to get to the other
[39:30] Speaker 10: side where our trailer was that we were staying in,
[39:33] Speaker 10: and you'd hear a crack in the woods or something
[39:36] Speaker 10: and we'd looked Bigfoot and we'd just start running crying
[39:38] Speaker 10: all the way home. And the neat thing was this
[39:43] Speaker 10: is the part that like I've never heard anyone say
[39:45] Speaker 10: this before, was so our neighbor, her name was Agnes.
[39:49] Speaker 10: She was like our Northern Ashonee language teacher for the school.
[39:55] Speaker 10: She brought us over because they were skinning a moose
[39:57] Speaker 10: that day, and I got to go in her house
[39:59] Speaker 10: for the first time, and she was pointing out pictures
[40:03] Speaker 10: of her son and her son her and her husband
[40:05] Speaker 10: were both Native, but her son was a lighter skinned
[40:10] Speaker 10: and he was like six foot six, huge, really tall guy.
[40:14] Speaker 10: And she told me dead face, like straight to my face.
[40:17] Speaker 10: And to my mother, she's like, yeah, he didn't live
[40:21] Speaker 10: very long. He only lived till about thirty six years old.
[40:24] Speaker 10: But I was picking berries when I was about nineteen
[40:28] Speaker 10: years old, and I smelled. I smelled, uh sasquatch And
[40:33] Speaker 10: she's like, I just all I remember was passing out
[40:35] Speaker 10: and waking up with my my dress hiked up, and
[40:38] Speaker 10: she said that her son, who was that Bigfoot? Now
[40:42] Speaker 10: I take that, you know, like who knows if bigfoot
[40:45] Speaker 10: can actually reproduce with humans? But that was a story
[40:50] Speaker 10: just told to me as a child, and I that
[40:52] Speaker 10: always blew my mind. That's a big statement to say,
[40:54] Speaker 10: you know. And then so that's always stuck with me.
[40:58] Speaker 10: I've told that story for years to my friend's like,
[41:01] Speaker 10: and that's I've always had big Foot in my heart.
[41:03] Speaker 10: I've always looked well camping and stuff too. I messaged
[41:07] Speaker 10: you about a month ago on here and you replied,
[41:11] Speaker 10: but life has just been so busy. I never got
[41:14] Speaker 10: to get back to you.
[41:15] Speaker 6: And uh.
[41:18] Speaker 10: This it really freaked me out. It was a sighting,
[41:20] Speaker 10: but it was it was very quick, and like I swear,
[41:24] Speaker 10: I went. I told my mother and I told my
[41:25] Speaker 10: wife and my mother or my wife believed me, but
[41:28] Speaker 10: my mother probably thought I was a little loopy. So
[41:31] Speaker 10: I was driving home. It's a four and a half
[41:33] Speaker 10: hour drive. I do shift work seven on, seven off,
[41:36] Speaker 10: and I was driving four and a half hours home
[41:38] Speaker 10: after a night shift, and I was in You can
[41:42] Speaker 10: look this up for your maps. I know you do
[41:43] Speaker 10: mostly America. But there's a small town called McLennan, Alberta,
[41:48] Speaker 10: And to the turnoff for the Winogamy Provincial Park, it's
[41:55] Speaker 10: maybe five kilometers like it's not. It's like a ten
[41:58] Speaker 10: minute drive right halfway between the town and that turn
[42:04] Speaker 10: off to get to Woodnogamy down the highway. I was
[42:08] Speaker 10: just driving in my little car and to the right
[42:13] Speaker 10: of me is flat grass and then there's railroad track
[42:16] Speaker 10: following the highway and then trees behind the railroad. Okay,
[42:21] Speaker 10: and I'm cruising. I'm cruising. I'm not going very fast,
[42:23] Speaker 10: but every like eighty kilometers an hour. And then out
[42:27] Speaker 10: of my right side I see something standing right before
[42:30] Speaker 10: the track, so on the grass side, and there's telephone
[42:33] Speaker 10: poles like you know along the tracks. And it still
[42:40] Speaker 10: gets me. I swear to God, So I saw him
[42:44] Speaker 10: take four four full steps, so his arms it looked
[42:50] Speaker 10: like he was slightly looking down. His arms were swaying.
[42:54] Speaker 10: And the only reason where I was there was no houses,
[42:57] Speaker 10: so wouldn't have been a person and cuts to the
[42:59] Speaker 10: tele pole. I could tell it he was at least
[43:01] Speaker 10: seven and a half eight feet tall and just from
[43:04] Speaker 10: the like the like the size of his shoulders and
[43:08] Speaker 10: arms and legs. And he was like, when they're so
[43:14] Speaker 10: so dark brown, they almost look black, like that dark chi,
[43:18] Speaker 10: you know, like really dark brown. Because I have like
[43:21] Speaker 10: a light bar on my on my car, so I
[43:23] Speaker 10: did light up the ditch really well so I could
[43:25] Speaker 10: see the color of the fur. It was a very darker,
[43:28] Speaker 10: like a yeah, dark dark dark brown almost looks black.
[43:32] Speaker 10: And yeah, So I saw the four steps, and my
[43:35] Speaker 10: brain I was like, did I just see what I
[43:37] Speaker 10: think I just saw. I'm like, there's no way slam
[43:40] Speaker 10: my brakes on. There's nobody on the road. I put
[43:42] Speaker 10: my car in reverse and rolled down my windows. Hearts racing.
[43:47] Speaker 10: So I slammed my car in reverse to where that
[43:51] Speaker 10: one pole was where he was just walking on, and
[43:55] Speaker 10: all I hear is the trees and everything on that
[43:58] Speaker 10: side crashing like breaking down and I could I saw
[44:02] Speaker 10: I could see the shadow going into the into the trees,
[44:06] Speaker 10: and I'm like, in my head, I'm like, why about
[44:07] Speaker 10: backing up? What if I just like backed up and
[44:09] Speaker 10: his face.
[44:09] Speaker 1: Was right in the window right.
[44:12] Speaker 10: But what messed me is because you know how dogs
[44:15] Speaker 10: will act weird when UH sometimes around them out. So
[44:21] Speaker 10: when I backed up, there was a long driveway down
[44:24] Speaker 10: to a farm. I'd probably say a kilometer long driveway.
[44:27] Speaker 10: There was a white looking pitbull with like beige spots
[44:31] Speaker 10: now right in front of my car and just pointed
[44:34] Speaker 10: like staring at the woods where I was just looking.
[44:37] Speaker 10: I physically had a backup and drive around this dog.
[44:39] Speaker 10: It wouldn't I would try to call it, it wouldn't move.
[44:41] Speaker 10: It was just staring at that where. So it really
[44:44] Speaker 10: confirmed I saw what I saw was that dog looking
[44:46] Speaker 10: where I was just looking. And I was like, hey,
[44:48] Speaker 10: I'm not not seeing something, but yeah, between the huge head,
[44:53] Speaker 10: the wide neck, the shoulders and arms, I was on
[44:56] Speaker 10: I was. I got home so fast and it was
[44:59] Speaker 10: two in the morning.
[44:59] Speaker 11: I my wife, I woke up the whole house telling
[45:02] Speaker 11: I was like, you wouldn't believe what I just saw.
[45:04] Speaker 11: I'm like you know, I'm not going to speak out
[45:06] Speaker 11: of my rear r and uh about Like I wouldn't
[45:09] Speaker 11: just come home and just say this. I'm like, this
[45:11] Speaker 11: is what I saw at I didn't see eyes or anything.
[45:16] Speaker 1: I just saw the back of it, right.
[45:18] Speaker 10: I didn't even think, like I've heard, I've talked to
[45:21] Speaker 10: like I'm a hunter. I've talked to a few wildlife
[45:24] Speaker 10: guys in the area because I live about forty five
[45:27] Speaker 10: minutes from that spot, and they they're like, oh, Bigfoot's
[45:31] Speaker 10: not real. Bigfoot's not real. But when you talk to
[45:33] Speaker 10: some of the locals, especially the reserve near my house,
[45:38] Speaker 10: grip beside me, I gotta.
[45:39] Speaker 6: Get out of his way.
[45:42] Speaker 10: They say that that there's there's been few sightings over
[45:45] Speaker 10: the years, so they're not super populated, but there's been.
[45:49] Speaker 6: You know, a few over the years. So did I
[45:53] Speaker 6: just get lucky?
[45:53] Speaker 10: It opened my eyes so much now now that I'm
[45:56] Speaker 10: in BC, I'm in British Columbia. Now that the forest there,
[46:00] Speaker 10: like the mountains that are all around me and everything,
[46:03] Speaker 10: I'm like, Okay, a whole new area for me to
[46:05] Speaker 10: camp at and look at. And we went camping last
[46:08] Speaker 10: weekend and I'm like looking for stuff in my wife
[46:11] Speaker 10: like don't don't like, I don't want nothing shack in
[46:13] Speaker 10: my camper.
[46:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, are you down by like chiliwac and all that
[46:21] Speaker 1: all that area?
[46:22] Speaker 10: Sorry Chetwind Sorry so uh Chetwynd, British Columbia. So you
[46:26] Speaker 10: go after Dawson Creek goes down to Chetwynd and it's
[46:30] Speaker 10: known there too, like for fossils and dinosaurs. There's a
[46:33] Speaker 10: lake where it has a t Rex footprints fossilized in uh,
[46:38] Speaker 10: into the rocks near a lake and you can like
[46:40] Speaker 10: put your footprints in. So there's a lot of old
[46:43] Speaker 10: natural history there and thick, thick forest and grizzly bears
[46:47] Speaker 10: and cougars so snow capped mountains. So it's definitely a
[46:52] Speaker 10: good spot for them to hide and get around them.
[46:56] Speaker 1: Hold on one minute, there is I need to look
[46:59] Speaker 1: at my map of British Columbia because I don't have
[47:03] Speaker 1: it memorized. Ship. There's like an area that keeps coming
[47:08] Speaker 1: up which is like Burns Lake and Fraser Lake area. Yeah,
[47:14] Speaker 1: and it's it's like it's almost like the center of
[47:17] Speaker 1: British Columbia. But that area comes up with a lot
[47:20] Speaker 1: of First Nation stuff that is wild, especially on this platform.
[47:25] Speaker 1: I've talked to a lot of people from that area,
[47:27] Speaker 1: so that might be something to keep in mind. But man,
[47:30] Speaker 1: that's it's so cool to talk to you. So did
[47:35] Speaker 1: when you guys lived in the Yukon territories? Did you
[47:37] Speaker 1: have any encounters up there or was that one you
[47:41] Speaker 1: had the first real encounter that you That.
[47:43] Speaker 10: Was my first one up there. It was just like
[47:45] Speaker 10: my introduction of learning about him. And then that crazy
[47:49] Speaker 10: story about Agnes telling us that her son was at
[47:52] Speaker 10: Bigfoot and would they like there was some other cool like.
[47:56] Speaker 1: Uh.
[47:57] Speaker 10: So, they were doing construction on the Alaska Highway and
[48:01] Speaker 10: they dug up for putting drainage underneath the road, and
[48:07] Speaker 10: I guess when they were building a new section of
[48:09] Speaker 10: the road today for a pole away, they dug up
[48:12] Speaker 10: part of a native burial ground that wasn't wasn't like
[48:15] Speaker 10: there was nothing to tell you that it was there, right,
[48:19] Speaker 10: And I remember, you don't hear of earthquakes in the
[48:22] Speaker 10: Yukon or Alaska or anywhere up there.
[48:24] Speaker 1: It's not a common thing.
[48:25] Speaker 10: But I remember there was a drop in center where
[48:28] Speaker 10: kids would go after school to play games, and I
[48:30] Speaker 10: remember turning up the volume for the speaker system, and
[48:34] Speaker 10: all of a sudden, the whole building started shaking and
[48:37] Speaker 10: we go outside. The telephone poles are going like this,
[48:40] Speaker 10: and it was the first ever earthquake I've ever been
[48:44] Speaker 10: in and the only one. And I go home and
[48:49] Speaker 10: parents are freaking out. And here a few days later
[48:52] Speaker 10: that the elders in that community were like, yeah, an
[48:56] Speaker 10: old native burial ground like burial ground. A medicine man's
[48:59] Speaker 10: body got dug up and they exposed his bones and stuff,
[49:03] Speaker 10: and we got hit for about a week with lightning
[49:06] Speaker 10: and crazy as wind storms and we were dealing with flooding.
[49:09] Speaker 10: So the they found the family in the community that
[49:12] Speaker 10: was like the that was the ancestor of them, and
[49:16] Speaker 10: they had to spend thousands of dollars. They did a
[49:19] Speaker 10: whole new burial and then they're in their uh, in
[49:23] Speaker 10: their culture, you had to give any for everyone in
[49:26] Speaker 10: the community a gift that had to do with their home,
[49:29] Speaker 10: like blankets and like you know, like home goods. So
[49:35] Speaker 10: they had to spend thousands of dollars. They gifted everyone
[49:38] Speaker 10: in the community things, a huge feast, they did a ceremony,
[49:42] Speaker 10: and as soon as that man, that medicine man was
[49:45] Speaker 10: back in the ground. Life went back to normal. There
[49:48] Speaker 10: is no more crazy weather, sunshine, So like, wow, I've
[49:53] Speaker 10: experienced a few things over the years.
[49:57] Speaker 6: The world is and what.
[50:00] Speaker 1: Isn't just uh simple, right, Yeah, So I.
[50:03] Speaker 10: Learned a lot. There's a gas station, restaurant. Shit, what
[50:07] Speaker 10: you do? Like you get me through the day? Will
[50:10] Speaker 10: I'm at work, I operate them giant haul trucks.
[50:12] Speaker 6: You see.
[50:13] Speaker 10: I let you a load with coy and everything, and uh,
[50:16] Speaker 10: we're all out our phones, so I use my Samsung
[50:19] Speaker 10: Watch and I connect your podcast and I listen at
[50:22] Speaker 10: least three or four of them. I started at the beginning,
[50:24] Speaker 10: but then sometimes I'll sneak up to the recent ones.
[50:26] Speaker 10: So I'm trying to listen to them all every day.
[50:31] Speaker 1: So it's gonna take forever to catch us well. I
[50:34] Speaker 1: used to I do five a week now, so I
[50:37] Speaker 1: cut back a little bit. But it's it's fun. But man,
[50:42] Speaker 1: thank you so much for coming up. I'm glad we
[50:44] Speaker 1: were able to finally connect messages from a month ago.
[50:48] Speaker 1: I'm still working through because it was so crazy, but
[50:52] Speaker 1: I appreciate you coming up and sharing about an area.
[50:55] Speaker 1: But thank you, man. I hope you can hang around
[50:57] Speaker 1: for a bit.
[51:00] Speaker 10: I will and is this gonna be on a podcast?
[51:02] Speaker 10: So you get to listen to myself one day?
[51:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely, never.
[51:06] Speaker 10: Wonderful things days chatting with you?
[51:07] Speaker 1: You too?
[51:09] Speaker 5: You too?
[51:11] Speaker 1: Oh that was really nice. Hey Davis, how are you
[51:13] Speaker 1: doing good?
[51:14] Speaker 5: How are you? Hey?
[51:15] Speaker 1: You doing good?
[51:16] Speaker 2: Man?
[51:16] Speaker 1: Feel free to share what's going on. Man.
[51:19] Speaker 5: So I just make this short and sweet.
[51:21] Speaker 12: But so I'm from central Kentucky in the Hardin County area,
[51:26] Speaker 12: about an hour south of Louisville. And uh so this
[51:31] Speaker 12: happened when I was a probably ten years old eleven
[51:35] Speaker 12: years old. So I grew up in a sub division
[51:39] Speaker 12: about two or three miles east of Etown and sub
[51:43] Speaker 12: division it was a It was a cool sub division
[51:45] Speaker 12: growing up as a kid because it was actually I
[51:48] Speaker 12: had a lot of history on It was an old
[51:49] Speaker 12: family farm that was back in the behind me. But
[51:52] Speaker 12: there was a lot of woods, like natural woods. When
[51:55] Speaker 12: we were kids, we would go back here and mushroom
[51:58] Speaker 12: hunt and root dig and stuff like that. But uh
[52:01] Speaker 12: uh so, we me and my cousin one day we
[52:05] Speaker 12: were walking out in the woods.
[52:07] Speaker 5: It was snowing.
[52:08] Speaker 12: We had I think it was Christmas break, and my
[52:12] Speaker 12: cousin had come down from Michigan, and uh, we were
[52:15] Speaker 12: just kind of walking in the back back and behind
[52:17] Speaker 12: the house. We were probably maybe I don't know, one
[52:19] Speaker 12: hundred and fifty two hundred yards behind the house into
[52:21] Speaker 12: the woods, and we came across tracks in the snow.
[52:26] Speaker 12: And I tell this to a lot of people and
[52:29] Speaker 12: and they're like, oh, you're full of crap. And I'm like, okay, Well,
[52:32] Speaker 12: so I call my cousin, right and I tell him.
[52:35] Speaker 12: I'm like, hey, man, tell him about the time that
[52:36] Speaker 12: we were in the woods behind the old house. And
[52:39] Speaker 12: he's like, oh, yeah, the tracks in the snow, and
[52:41] Speaker 12: blah blah blah blah blah. And people like they got
[52:43] Speaker 12: that stone look on their face, like okay, dude, you're
[52:46] Speaker 12: telling the truth, you know. But uh uh we never
[52:49] Speaker 12: did see it. But so we're ten years old, eleven
[52:52] Speaker 12: somewhere around that age, right when you're getting into middle
[52:55] Speaker 12: school there, and uh so we're exploring, you know, in
[52:59] Speaker 12: the woods snow and having a good time. We find
[53:01] Speaker 12: that and we're like, what the heck? So these tracks
[53:06] Speaker 12: was a human foot?
[53:08] Speaker 8: Uh.
[53:09] Speaker 12: The best I can describe it, I'm in my mid
[53:11] Speaker 12: thirties now, but the best I could describe it was
[53:16] Speaker 12: like a size of like twenty shoot. Uh So we're
[53:20] Speaker 12: following it and I'm like, this is so strange, and
[53:23] Speaker 12: it was almost like we were like, uh like lulld uh.
[53:27] Speaker 12: That's the best way to describe. It's like we didn't say, oh,
[53:30] Speaker 12: go get a camera or anything like that. And this
[53:32] Speaker 12: is the time before you know, smartphones were things, so
[53:36] Speaker 12: you know, nobody was or very few people had technology
[53:40] Speaker 12: attached to their hip, you know, cameras and whatnot such.
[53:43] Speaker 5: But so we're.
[53:45] Speaker 12: Falling it along and we've made it pretty far into
[53:48] Speaker 12: the woods at this point, and uh so we get
[53:52] Speaker 12: to a certain point and we start finding like blood
[53:55] Speaker 12: droplets beside the foot track, like it had carried something
[53:59] Speaker 12: with it, like it killed maybe I don't know, it
[54:01] Speaker 12: was something very small because there was no drag tracks
[54:04] Speaker 12: or anything.
[54:05] Speaker 5: It was just like blood droplets. So we get going.
[54:08] Speaker 12: We get going, and we're not harn We got like
[54:10] Speaker 12: a maybe a pocket knife or something on us, you know,
[54:13] Speaker 12: and uh uh so we we get going. We fall
[54:16] Speaker 12: along and then uh we get to like a couple
[54:20] Speaker 12: of like green trees. I don't know how to describe it,
[54:23] Speaker 12: but they were like pretty green for the wintertime. Like
[54:26] Speaker 12: a shrub almost uh and whatever it was was behind
[54:31] Speaker 12: the shrub and it started shaking the shrub and I
[54:35] Speaker 12: mean it was like uncontrollably shaken and uh so we
[54:39] Speaker 12: freaked out.
[54:40] Speaker 5: We bugged out.
[54:41] Speaker 12: We took off and I mean we I don't know,
[54:43] Speaker 12: it seemed like we were pretty far into the woods,
[54:45] Speaker 12: but we got to my back door then like a
[54:47] Speaker 12: minute man, and uh that that's that's my story. That's
[54:51] Speaker 12: the only encounter I've I've ever had.
[54:54] Speaker 5: Uh.
[54:54] Speaker 12: Like I said in the comments, I'll keep it short
[54:56] Speaker 12: and sweet, but uh it was definitely uh uh, it
[54:59] Speaker 12: was defin definitely weird and uh uh growing up, I
[55:03] Speaker 12: moved out of that that neighborhood. Uh in twenty nineteen,
[55:08] Speaker 12: i'd stole my my dad's house after we had passed
[55:11] Speaker 12: and uh uh but.
[55:12] Speaker 5: I was rendered the same woods for years.
[55:14] Speaker 12: After that and uh after that encounter and uh uh
[55:19] Speaker 12: no other encounters. But you know, the best I could
[55:22] Speaker 12: describe it, it's like where we live at. It's strange
[55:26] Speaker 12: because we're in central Kentucky, but we see a lot
[55:30] Speaker 12: of bear sightings and stuff in that area. Uh there
[55:33] Speaker 12: was a lot of black bears and as a kid,
[55:35] Speaker 12: I remember riding my bicycle and there was like an
[55:39] Speaker 12: old tobacco barn in the back part of our neighborhood.
[55:42] Speaker 4: Uh.
[55:42] Speaker 12: Like it's, like I said, the best way I can
[55:44] Speaker 12: describe it, it was, you know, like a nineties kid grow up.
[55:46] Speaker 12: You grew up like in a subdivided neighborhood. But there
[55:49] Speaker 12: was that you could tell the old remnants of a farm.
[55:51] Speaker 5: You know.
[55:52] Speaker 12: The region I'm in a tobacco growing in the nineties
[55:55] Speaker 12: and eighties and before that was a big, big crop.
[55:58] Speaker 5: But we used to ride our bikes this old old tobacco.
[56:01] Speaker 12: Barn and uh that was like an old well there
[56:04] Speaker 12: and and whatnot. So I was riding along one day
[56:06] Speaker 12: and uh I kind of looked down a path, uh
[56:09] Speaker 12: that my my dad had made. Uh because best described
[56:13] Speaker 12: me and my family were outdoorsy.
[56:15] Speaker 5: We like to hunt, we like to fish.
[56:17] Speaker 12: Uh just kind of wandering around the woods and whatnot.
[56:20] Speaker 12: And and uh but uh I looked down this path
[56:24] Speaker 12: that me and my dad had made in the in
[56:26] Speaker 12: that patch of woods, and uh there was uh a
[56:30] Speaker 12: cub and there was uh I think there was two
[56:32] Speaker 12: or three cubs, and there was a sal uh mama
[56:35] Speaker 12: bear and uh it was that was just weird. I
[56:37] Speaker 12: remember seeing that and I was like, holy crap, you know,
[56:40] Speaker 12: and uh but uh uh but the best I can
[56:43] Speaker 12: kind of.
[56:43] Speaker 5: Uh.
[56:44] Speaker 12: I was told by a biologists that we have like
[56:46] Speaker 12: a finger I guess you call them like finger mountains
[56:49] Speaker 12: that come in and stop in our county from the
[56:53] Speaker 12: Appalachian Mountains. So like those bear and stuff come down
[56:56] Speaker 12: through the Appleatchan Mountains. And and as you know of
[56:59] Speaker 12: you know, bigfoots, sidings and Appalachi is a huge thing,
[57:03] Speaker 12: you know.
[57:03] Speaker 1: Stories yeah, absolutely, but uh yeah.
[57:07] Speaker 5: I know that's all I got.
[57:08] Speaker 9: Man.
[57:09] Speaker 12: Uh It's like I said in the comments, it's short
[57:11] Speaker 12: and sweet.
[57:12] Speaker 5: It was. It was I got.
[57:15] Speaker 12: Hairs are starting to kind of go down on my
[57:17] Speaker 12: arm now every time I tell that, uh, my hairs
[57:20] Speaker 12: stand up on my arm, you know, and I get
[57:22] Speaker 12: like the chills on my arm because it was such
[57:25] Speaker 12: a such a weird thing, and it freaked it freaked me.
[57:27] Speaker 5: Out and my cousin out.
[57:28] Speaker 12: But uh uh uh you know, one day, if I
[57:31] Speaker 12: get some time, I'll uh uh if you're having another
[57:35] Speaker 12: live or something, and I can get my cousin around.
[57:38] Speaker 5: Man, he can tell the same experience. And it was.
[57:40] Speaker 5: It was, it was pretty weird man.
[57:43] Speaker 1: That would that would be fantastic. Have you ever looked
[57:45] Speaker 1: up the kb R Oh, No.
[57:49] Speaker 5: I have no idea what you're what you're talking about there.
[57:52] Speaker 1: It's a uh there's an organization in Kentucky. It's a
[57:56] Speaker 1: Big four organization called the kb R O and uh
[58:00] Speaker 1: they have just tons and tons of bigfoot reports from
[58:03] Speaker 1: over the years. And I would be curious if there's
[58:06] Speaker 1: other stuff that's happened in that same area that you're
[58:09] Speaker 1: referring to. I would recommend checking it out. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
[58:14] Speaker 1: he Charlie Raymond's his name. He might even be He
[58:18] Speaker 1: tries to document all the stuff from Kentucky as well.
[58:21] Speaker 1: He's a good guy. That Fort Knox area here's south
[58:25] Speaker 1: of Fort Knox, right, I mean that area is wild
[58:28] Speaker 1: from what I've heard.
[58:28] Speaker 5: Yes, yeah it is. Yeah.
[58:31] Speaker 12: I live in the East View area now, which is
[58:33] Speaker 12: I used to work on Fort Knox for a contractor.
[58:37] Speaker 12: But I live to twenty twenty minutes kind of southwest
[58:41] Speaker 12: of Fort Knox now and I live in even a
[58:44] Speaker 12: more remote area now.
[58:45] Speaker 5: So, but that was it was.
[58:46] Speaker 12: So weird because you know that you're talking like, I
[58:49] Speaker 12: don't know, sixty to seventy houses subdivision and and you know,
[58:54] Speaker 12: it happened in a you know, hunter acre patch of
[58:56] Speaker 12: woods besides the subdivision, you know, so it was something like,
[59:00] Speaker 12: you know, we weren't we weren't expecting to see that
[59:02] Speaker 12: that day, but uh, it was it was it was
[59:05] Speaker 12: wild man, And I can still, like I remember every
[59:09] Speaker 12: detail about it, Like there was no smell because we
[59:11] Speaker 12: were in the middle of you know, winter time, so uh,
[59:14] Speaker 12: you know, your nose kind of gets jaming from being
[59:16] Speaker 12: on the cold.
[59:18] Speaker 2: Uh.
[59:18] Speaker 5: But uh, it was.
[59:19] Speaker 12: Just it was so just just just an obscure experience.
[59:23] Speaker 12: But uh uh but yeah, that's all I have, Manu.
[59:26] Speaker 12: I just kind of stumbled across your your page here
[59:29] Speaker 12: on just just scrolling, and I was like, man, I
[59:32] Speaker 12: like telling that. I like telling that encounter every time
[59:35] Speaker 12: I get the chance to.
[59:36] Speaker 1: So, well, Davis, I'm glad you came up. Thank you
[59:39] Speaker 1: so much for sharing what your experiences. We appreciate it.
[59:43] Speaker 5: Yes, sir, yep, yeah, it was a pleasure. And good
[59:45] Speaker 5: good luck on your your battle man.
[59:47] Speaker 1: Thank you.
[59:50] Speaker 6: Either.
[59:50] Speaker 4: How are you hey, good good, good, good afternoon. How
[59:54] Speaker 4: are you.
[59:55] Speaker 1: I'm doing all right? Feel free to to share what
[59:58] Speaker 1: you've experienced.
[1:00:00] Speaker 4: Yeah, okay, I currently, Just so we're clear, I currently
[1:00:02] Speaker 4: reside in southwest Florida. But these encounters, it was a
[1:00:06] Speaker 4: dog man goes back to twenty fourteen, and I'll just
[1:00:10] Speaker 4: give you a couple. I had three different encounters with
[1:00:12] Speaker 4: this thing. The first one is going to be a
[1:00:14] Speaker 4: very brief one. I worked for a production company in
[1:00:17] Speaker 4: a town called Whitehall, Michigan, which is by Montague in
[1:00:20] Speaker 4: the western part of Michigan. My family's farm, I'll kind
[1:00:23] Speaker 4: of give you a layout, was in a town called Montague.
[1:00:27] Speaker 4: Heavily wooded area bordered by cornfield soybean field despair, I
[1:00:30] Speaker 4: guess about, and Lake Michigan was about three miles to
[1:00:33] Speaker 4: the west. On this night, it was a pretty much
[1:00:36] Speaker 4: we had lake effect snow happening. So I had to
[1:00:40] Speaker 4: do some stuff the next day and run down to
[1:00:42] Speaker 4: a town called Muskegan. So I want to get the
[1:00:44] Speaker 4: where we're at. We're kind of we were a low
[1:00:46] Speaker 4: priority for plowing, so I would go out there and
[1:00:48] Speaker 4: get the driveway stole and stuff. So I had a
[1:00:50] Speaker 4: clear way out. Well. We had a spring fed creek.
[1:00:54] Speaker 4: I call it a creek, some people call it a
[1:00:55] Speaker 4: creek that come through the yard there on the property
[1:00:58] Speaker 4: and and I want to say the south the north
[1:01:02] Speaker 4: east corner is the patch of woods where the deer
[1:01:05] Speaker 4: will pent up. And as I'm shoveling, I kind of hear,
[1:01:08] Speaker 4: you know, in the creek, and I'm just, oh, those
[1:01:11] Speaker 4: are the deer. Well, I were one of those little
[1:01:13] Speaker 4: night lights on my hat, and I just as I
[1:01:16] Speaker 4: got closer, there was a what's the smell I can
[1:01:21] Speaker 4: closely give you like a more of a wet dog
[1:01:23] Speaker 4: sewage type smell that was. And sometimes there would be
[1:01:27] Speaker 4: parts of the creek there that would get stagnant and stuff,
[1:01:30] Speaker 4: and you know, the methane would come up, and I
[1:01:31] Speaker 4: didn't pay no attention. Well, I heard a snap and
[1:01:34] Speaker 4: I looked over with the light and there was this
[1:01:38] Speaker 4: one was it was almost like a on all fours
[1:01:41] Speaker 4: and it looked like a wolf, a really really big wolf,
[1:01:44] Speaker 4: and it was great with a little white stripe and
[1:01:48] Speaker 4: it took off due west at an incredible rate of
[1:01:50] Speaker 4: speed and it was gone in about I don't know
[1:01:53] Speaker 4: half a second to a second max. And all I
[1:01:55] Speaker 4: heard was crashing trees and stuff. And at first, you know,
[1:01:58] Speaker 4: in my mind, I'm like, okay, hey, that never seen that. Now,
[1:02:02] Speaker 4: some wolves from the up were known to trickle down,
[1:02:05] Speaker 4: you know, into the main peninsula of Michigan, and we
[1:02:09] Speaker 4: have a pretty good livestock heard out there as well
[1:02:11] Speaker 4: as deer. So I really didn't pay it no attention
[1:02:15] Speaker 4: as kind of went in and got ready for the
[1:02:16] Speaker 4: next day. Well, let's fast forward to It would have
[1:02:19] Speaker 4: been around July of twenty fifteen. And I used to
[1:02:24] Speaker 4: I liked to. I was a big avid trout fisherman.
[1:02:26] Speaker 4: We had a lot of brook trout and stuff in
[1:02:28] Speaker 4: the creek, so i'd go there and trim limbs to
[1:02:30] Speaker 4: get to keep the you know, a good flow going
[1:02:33] Speaker 4: and stuff well. As approached as I come up at
[1:02:36] Speaker 4: about I would say, about about a half mile at
[1:02:40] Speaker 4: Benz to the Ben's due east. The creek does it
[1:02:43] Speaker 4: because it flows down from the north of a town
[1:02:45] Speaker 4: called Rothberry. Anyhow, I see what appears to be from
[1:02:51] Speaker 4: the back looks like a big black bear, and that's
[1:02:54] Speaker 4: what I'm thinking. There have been black bear sightings around
[1:02:57] Speaker 4: the area. So I'm just thinking, and I always care,
[1:03:01] Speaker 4: you know, I a knife and a side arm, just
[1:03:04] Speaker 4: you know, kyote or something take care of the barn
[1:03:07] Speaker 4: with population. Anyhow, wind was kind of coming from the
[1:03:11] Speaker 4: east that day, and I'm kind of in the little
[1:03:14] Speaker 4: thickets to the crick and this thing, whatever it is,
[1:03:18] Speaker 4: what I thought was a bear, is digging very viciously
[1:03:21] Speaker 4: into the bank of this crick. Well, it suddenly stops,
[1:03:27] Speaker 4: tilts its nose skyward, proceeds to stand bipedally. I kind
[1:03:35] Speaker 4: of froze. I got behind like where my image was
[1:03:37] Speaker 4: kind of broken up, and this thing was sniffing the wind.
[1:03:42] Speaker 4: I kid you not. I mean I'm shaking. I still
[1:03:44] Speaker 4: get chills, and it makes I still get very I mean,
[1:03:47] Speaker 4: this thing gave me nightmares for quite some time.
[1:03:49] Speaker 1: Oh sure.
[1:03:51] Speaker 4: And this thing proceeds to I mean it's almost like
[1:03:54] Speaker 4: horror movie crap, slowly turned to where it's almost not
[1:03:59] Speaker 4: quite looking me in the eye, but census, I'm there.
[1:04:03] Speaker 4: I'm frozen in fear. I to this day, nothing has
[1:04:06] Speaker 4: stopped me like that. I mean, I was my mind
[1:04:09] Speaker 4: is telling me go, go go, but my body and
[1:04:13] Speaker 4: nothing else is reacting to that. I'm frozen. I'm petrified.
[1:04:18] Speaker 5: Now.
[1:04:18] Speaker 4: The next thing I'm about to tell you, the closest
[1:04:19] Speaker 4: thing I can give you reference to and how this
[1:04:21] Speaker 4: thing leaped and took off, is if you know how
[1:04:24] Speaker 4: a flea. How tiny they are can bounce like they do.
[1:04:29] Speaker 4: This thing took one leap and probably cleared thirty five
[1:04:33] Speaker 4: to forty feet I kid you not, was probably fifteen
[1:04:37] Speaker 4: feet vertical, hit the ground running due east and all
[1:04:41] Speaker 4: I heard was snapping, So that one I was petrified.
[1:04:47] Speaker 4: I went in and you know, I wasn't a very
[1:04:50] Speaker 4: big drinker, but I grabbed a bottle of spirits and
[1:04:53] Speaker 4: I took a big shot. And my aunt and father
[1:04:56] Speaker 4: at the time, we were there and they're like, what's
[1:04:59] Speaker 4: wrong with you? Look like you've seen a ghost. And
[1:05:02] Speaker 4: I couldn't even hardly speak. I'm like stutter, stutter and
[1:05:04] Speaker 4: over trying to tell them this, and they're like, oh,
[1:05:07] Speaker 4: you're crazy. You know, there's nothing like that, and that
[1:05:10] Speaker 4: I was called crazy. Called a few of my friends
[1:05:13] Speaker 4: a couple of days later and we went just a
[1:05:15] Speaker 4: little bit in and we I don't know the you've
[1:05:18] Speaker 4: seen cedar trees, I'm sure, my friend, and how big
[1:05:20] Speaker 4: at the base? They get right? It literally, look, I've
[1:05:25] Speaker 4: seen deer rubs and stuff. And this is where I
[1:05:27] Speaker 4: contacted the Michigan DNR and the Muskegon County Sheriff's Department.
[1:05:33] Speaker 4: There was a tough to hair in this tree, which
[1:05:35] Speaker 4: I grabbed with tweezers and put in a plastic bag.
[1:05:38] Speaker 4: The two guys I had with me were avid hunters,
[1:05:40] Speaker 4: and I just wanted to have somebody there in case
[1:05:43] Speaker 4: this thing showed up again at the probably about from
[1:05:48] Speaker 4: six feet down. This tree was literally I mean, the
[1:05:52] Speaker 4: only thing I can compare it to is if a
[1:05:53] Speaker 4: black bear or a something with claws sat there in
[1:05:56] Speaker 4: just and the bark, the bark of the tree would spread.
[1:06:00] Speaker 4: It's so fine. It was like, it's hard to describe,
[1:06:03] Speaker 4: but it just looked like a bunch of dangling bark.
[1:06:06] Speaker 4: I mean, like something was really pissed off. So the
[1:06:10] Speaker 4: DNR gets out there with the Sheriff's department. I give
[1:06:13] Speaker 4: them the hair, and they like, well do you do
[1:06:17] Speaker 4: you can you tell us a little about So I
[1:06:19] Speaker 4: told them the story of when I was in the
[1:06:21] Speaker 4: creek and saw this what I thought was a black bear.
[1:06:24] Speaker 4: Well I see a smirk come across the Sheriff's face,
[1:06:27] Speaker 4: like I'm crazy. At this day, they actually wanted to
[1:06:30] Speaker 4: take me down to get mentally evaluated at a center
[1:06:33] Speaker 4: because they thought I would like, yeah, I swear to god,
[1:06:35] Speaker 4: it's in the report of them Skeegan County Sheriff's Department
[1:06:38] Speaker 4: in July at two, tenty fifteen. This DNR off story.
[1:06:45] Speaker 4: They're just they were almost like toying with me, kind
[1:06:47] Speaker 4: of like poking a little fun, but not quite crossing
[1:06:49] Speaker 4: the boundaries, if you will, like make paining me out
[1:06:52] Speaker 4: to be some crazy cat. So fast forward about I
[1:06:57] Speaker 4: don't know, four to five months and the DNR, the
[1:07:02] Speaker 4: one of the officers, shows back back up and wants
[1:07:06] Speaker 4: to follow up on the report. And I was like, well,
[1:07:09] Speaker 4: this is odd. And I were just sitting down there,
[1:07:10] Speaker 4: and he said the hair they tested was K nine,
[1:07:14] Speaker 4: but they cannot describe which type or breed. That was
[1:07:18] Speaker 4: his answer, And he said, I employ you to seek
[1:07:22] Speaker 4: And this is again what he said, I employ you
[1:07:24] Speaker 4: to seek mental help because I don't think what you saw.
[1:07:26] Speaker 4: He says, what you're describing to me is a were wolf.
[1:07:29] Speaker 4: I said, no, no, no, sir. This looked like about
[1:07:31] Speaker 4: an eight foot tall German shepherd. That's what it looked like,
[1:07:36] Speaker 4: an exact all black German shepherd. The first one was
[1:07:39] Speaker 4: gray and white. This one was black as night, like
[1:07:42] Speaker 4: jet black. So I'm I'm I'm crazy, you know, I'm
[1:07:47] Speaker 4: being painted as crazy, So I mean, it's playing mind
[1:07:49] Speaker 4: tricks on me. Three days later, my aunt drives a
[1:07:52] Speaker 4: truck and she usually gets home about one thirty in
[1:07:53] Speaker 4: the morning, and this was one of the ones calling
[1:07:56] Speaker 4: me crazy. So I wake up one morning and I'm
[1:07:59] Speaker 4: having coffee downstairs, and she comes down and she goes, hey, Joey,
[1:08:04] Speaker 4: what kind of thing were you saying you saw? And
[1:08:06] Speaker 4: I said it looked like an eight foot tall German
[1:08:09] Speaker 4: shepherd Tootz. I called her toots. That's not a real name.
[1:08:14] Speaker 4: And she goes, well, when I got home last night,
[1:08:17] Speaker 4: at one point thirty, right before I stepped in the house,
[1:08:19] Speaker 4: I heard a howl and I've never heard a coyote
[1:08:23] Speaker 4: howl like that. And she said there was some sort
[1:08:26] Speaker 4: of like she said when there was a growl that
[1:08:28] Speaker 4: almost made her soul tremble, like a very low growl,
[1:08:32] Speaker 4: and she said she never saw nothing. That's the only
[1:08:35] Speaker 4: sound she heard, and it was coming out by I'd say,
[1:08:38] Speaker 4: to the southeast of the prop on the property, where
[1:08:43] Speaker 4: there's a bunch of hardwoods, oak and stuff like that.
[1:08:47] Speaker 4: And I said, well, do you think I'm crazy? Now
[1:08:49] Speaker 4: to this day she will not step well. They ended
[1:08:52] Speaker 4: up selling that farm, I guess about three years ago.
[1:08:56] Speaker 4: But after that she would not even step foot into
[1:08:58] Speaker 4: the woods. Her dogs would get up out out twenty
[1:09:01] Speaker 4: yards from the woods, but would not enter the woods.
[1:09:04] Speaker 4: And all I know is the second time I saw
[1:09:06] Speaker 4: it and the third time I saw it was the
[1:09:08] Speaker 4: same thing. And every time, the second and third counter.
[1:09:11] Speaker 4: The one thing I'll always remember is a the smell
[1:09:14] Speaker 4: and how quiet, deathly quiet and silent those woods. Spell
[1:09:18] Speaker 4: crow shut up, squirrel shut up, chirping songbirds shut up,
[1:09:22] Speaker 4: and it was dead silent. And then that smell came in.
[1:09:25] Speaker 4: And the third one was almost like something was pacing
[1:09:29] Speaker 4: me out of the woods, and when I would stop,
[1:09:31] Speaker 4: it would stop. It finally like I didn't hear it
[1:09:36] Speaker 4: stop anymore. And I was about twenty yards from the
[1:09:40] Speaker 4: soybean field. So I got there and I always kept
[1:09:42] Speaker 4: the riding ze Moore out there. It moved pretty fast
[1:09:45] Speaker 4: and I high tailed it to the house. And that
[1:09:47] Speaker 4: was the last encounter. I wasn't going to call this
[1:09:48] Speaker 4: year again. I wasn't going to call the DNR. I
[1:09:51] Speaker 4: simply went in there and then just kind of wrap
[1:09:53] Speaker 4: it up. Yeah, I mean this thing, I this one
[1:09:56] Speaker 4: was seen out by the salt block. And I don't
[1:09:58] Speaker 4: know if you ever seen a salt block put out
[1:10:00] Speaker 4: for deers. My aunt saw. My aunt saw it do this.
[1:10:04] Speaker 4: It picked up that salt block with one hand, and
[1:10:07] Speaker 4: that field is about three hundred yards across, and it
[1:10:09] Speaker 4: threw it like a baseball, she said, and it went
[1:10:12] Speaker 4: right into the other woods. And she freaked out. She
[1:10:16] Speaker 4: freaked out. She left the house and when I got
[1:10:18] Speaker 4: a hotel that night. And to wrap it up, my
[1:10:20] Speaker 4: father was an avid hunter. He thought I was crazy too.
[1:10:23] Speaker 4: He goes out and sits in his deer stand. One
[1:10:25] Speaker 4: morning he comes racing. I'm sitting there making eggs and
[1:10:28] Speaker 4: toasts and he comes flying in the slider door, crawls
[1:10:31] Speaker 4: right under his covers, and he goes, can you give
[1:10:33] Speaker 4: me some I was like, ye, all right, pops, And
[1:10:36] Speaker 4: he goes, uh no. And I was like, well, well,
[1:10:38] Speaker 4: what's going on? Do I need to call?
[1:10:40] Speaker 6: You know?
[1:10:41] Speaker 4: Are you having a medical commerger? She goes, I don't
[1:10:43] Speaker 4: know what I saw in those woods, but whatever it
[1:10:45] Speaker 4: was followed me out of there, and I am never
[1:10:47] Speaker 4: going in those woods again. That is what he told me.
[1:10:50] Speaker 4: What I saw That second one I saw, I saw
[1:10:53] Speaker 4: clear as day and I'll never forget how it not.
[1:10:57] Speaker 4: I won't say slowly, but it like and just kind
[1:11:00] Speaker 4: of stood up by peedally and then the way it
[1:11:03] Speaker 4: was sniffing the air, and I mean, I'm a good
[1:11:06] Speaker 4: two hundred and fifty yards away from this thing, and
[1:11:08] Speaker 4: it picked me up and it just cocked its head like,
[1:11:12] Speaker 4: you know, like I said to this day, I'm I
[1:11:16] Speaker 4: don't like, I won't go in those woods again. And
[1:11:19] Speaker 4: I don't you know. I was called crazy by the
[1:11:21] Speaker 4: Wildlife Department and I was called they wanted to have
[1:11:25] Speaker 4: the The sriff said, I will I want to take
[1:11:27] Speaker 4: you down to get evaluated. I said, there's no need
[1:11:29] Speaker 4: to evaluate me. I said, I'm telling you what, do
[1:11:32] Speaker 4: you have any proof? And I had the hair. I said,
[1:11:34] Speaker 4: does that look? What's that look like to you? I
[1:11:36] Speaker 4: haven't seen it? And I'm with the hair, and that's
[1:11:38] Speaker 4: when the DNR officer is kind of looking at it.
[1:11:39] Speaker 4: I was like, well, he's got a point. And that's
[1:11:43] Speaker 4: when the officers said, you know what, you guys handle this.
[1:11:45] Speaker 4: I'm out of here, and the sheriff took off and
[1:11:47] Speaker 4: I ended up talking with the DNR guys and they're
[1:11:50] Speaker 4: you know. They're just like, we just don't you know.
[1:11:52] Speaker 4: What you're describing just isn't possible. I said, listen, I
[1:11:55] Speaker 4: know what I saw. And this thing stood up on
[1:11:57] Speaker 4: two legs. He goes, right, well, black bears do that.
[1:12:00] Speaker 4: I said, well, do black bears leap thirty five to
[1:12:03] Speaker 4: forty feet in one bound?
[1:12:05] Speaker 6: Nope?
[1:12:06] Speaker 4: And he goes and did that. I said, yes, it
[1:12:08] Speaker 4: did that. So they went out to where I described
[1:12:12] Speaker 4: it happened the whole the thing. This thing was digging.
[1:12:15] Speaker 4: There's claw marks, like, like, god, how do I describe them?
[1:12:20] Speaker 4: Like Freddy Krueger? They said, that's what they described it.
[1:12:24] Speaker 4: They're like, who's got the Freddy Krueger toys? And then
[1:12:27] Speaker 4: they looked to the east and saw it and they
[1:12:29] Speaker 4: said there was a There were branches seven feet off
[1:12:33] Speaker 4: the ground probably they said three to four inches thick
[1:12:35] Speaker 4: that were snapped in half. Live branches.
[1:12:39] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:12:40] Speaker 1: That kind of a little bigfoot like too.
[1:12:43] Speaker 4: Yeah, that's my encounters. You know, there's some details I
[1:12:46] Speaker 4: probably left out, but if you do want a more
[1:12:48] Speaker 4: in depth detail, I do have an episode out on
[1:12:50] Speaker 4: the Encounters Radio with Vic and it's one thirty two awesome.
[1:12:55] Speaker 1: You should talk to Vic man, so thank you. We don't.
[1:12:57] Speaker 1: I usually try to stick to big Foot, but I
[1:13:00] Speaker 1: shit you coming up. Have you ever heard the Joe
[1:13:02] Speaker 1: Barger account from Mannistee National Forest.
[1:13:06] Speaker 4: Oh no, man, Steve, but I know that's that's another
[1:13:08] Speaker 4: big one up there by the city.
[1:13:09] Speaker 1: Correct. Yeah. So what I would recommend after you get
[1:13:13] Speaker 1: done with this is go on YouTube and search for
[1:13:16] Speaker 1: Joe Barger b A r g e R. And he has.
[1:13:21] Speaker 1: He's a truck driver who had a really intense dog
[1:13:23] Speaker 1: Man encounter in your similar area that you just shared about,
[1:13:27] Speaker 1: and it will rock your world. So I would o
[1:13:30] Speaker 1: Barger yep, Joe Barger b A r G e R.
[1:13:35] Speaker 1: So I will look out and it'll it's going to
[1:13:38] Speaker 1: rock your world. But thank you for coming up, sir.
[1:13:40] Speaker 1: I appreciate it.
[1:13:41] Speaker 4: Thank you, and good luck with your battle. Sir.
[1:13:43] Speaker 1: Yes, sir man, that's wild.
[1:13:48] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[1:13:48] Speaker 1: If guys, if you're in dog Man, look that up
[1:13:51] Speaker 1: on YouTube, the Joe Barger story. It's pretty wild. All right,
[1:13:59] Speaker 1: let's continue here, Hi there, how are you doing?
[1:14:02] Speaker 13: How you doing, Bud?
[1:14:04] Speaker 5: Hey?
[1:14:04] Speaker 1: You doing all right? What brings you up? Sir?
[1:14:07] Speaker 13: Well, honestly, I really want to just talk to you, man,
[1:14:10] Speaker 13: I mean I have some stories, all right. I've called
[1:14:14] Speaker 13: one of your laughs before on TikTok.
[1:14:18] Speaker 1: Familiar.
[1:14:19] Speaker 13: Yeah. I'm from Southwest PA. When I was out fishing
[1:14:26] Speaker 13: one night and I had something to walk up on
[1:14:29] Speaker 13: me in the middle of the night, and I had
[1:14:33] Speaker 13: a friend with me. He was asleep by campfire. Walked
[1:14:38] Speaker 13: up to our camp and it stood there and stared
[1:14:40] Speaker 13: at me for like thirty seconds and walked off into
[1:14:43] Speaker 13: the woods.
[1:14:44] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[1:14:46] Speaker 6: Uh.
[1:14:46] Speaker 13: He claims that he has heard uh a chip like
[1:14:53] Speaker 13: monkey like noises in the same location. She did an
[1:15:00] Speaker 13: interview with a guy who was a researcher in that location,
[1:15:04] Speaker 13: Like they were on site and they I think they
[1:15:08] Speaker 13: spent a couple of nights out there. I think they
[1:15:10] Speaker 13: got some audio recordings and stuff. I've had a couple
[1:15:14] Speaker 13: other weird things happened to me, just stuff. You know,
[1:15:19] Speaker 13: I've never actually seen anything, but you know, I've heard
[1:15:23] Speaker 13: things walking around in the woods very close to me
[1:15:27] Speaker 13: and I couldn't see it, And you know, you get
[1:15:31] Speaker 13: that that fearful feeling where you know you almost don't
[1:15:36] Speaker 13: want to see it, you know what I mean?
[1:15:38] Speaker 1: Oh No, I totally guess you. So are you in
[1:15:41] Speaker 1: like the Lee Southwest Pennsylvania. That's like Pittsburghburg, Pittsburgh area. Okay,
[1:15:49] Speaker 1: so is south of Pittsburgh, south of Pittsburgh'sburgh crazy too.
[1:15:53] Speaker 13: Yeah, I'm east of Pittsburgh.
[1:15:57] Speaker 1: Okay.
[1:15:57] Speaker 13: That's where that first son he was, and my other
[1:15:59] Speaker 13: one was directly north of here, just below like the
[1:16:03] Speaker 13: New York line, the state line, yep. And and that's
[1:16:10] Speaker 13: not very far from Allegheny National Forest. And I know
[1:16:14] Speaker 13: a lot of stores can out come out of there.
[1:16:18] Speaker 1: I get a lot of stuff from Westmoreland County to.
[1:16:21] Speaker 13: Yes, that's where I'm at.
[1:16:24] Speaker 1: Okay.
[1:16:25] Speaker 13: Yeah, I wanted to ask you where do you think
[1:16:31] Speaker 13: I hear a lot of stuff coming out of the
[1:16:32] Speaker 13: East Coast in your opinion, what the concentration in the
[1:16:43] Speaker 13: most big foot settings?
[1:16:45] Speaker 1: What state is it for East Coast?
[1:16:49] Speaker 13: No, for the entire country.
[1:16:50] Speaker 1: Oh, for the entire country, I would say based off
[1:16:56] Speaker 1: of what I get, I'd say definitely Washington, Oregon or
[1:17:01] Speaker 1: number one, then northern California, and then a lot of
[1:17:08] Speaker 1: Ohio like Ohio and western Pa is a lot. That's
[1:17:13] Speaker 1: a lot of what I get, A ton of them.
[1:17:16] Speaker 1: So I would say, like your Ohio River too. You
[1:17:19] Speaker 1: follow the if you follow the Ohio River as it
[1:17:23] Speaker 1: goes a lot of stuff around the Ohio River. Those
[1:17:26] Speaker 1: are probably like the top the top areas that I've got,
[1:17:29] Speaker 1: Like I'm looking at my map right now, and yeah,
[1:17:35] Speaker 1: I would say probably those would be top right now.
[1:17:41] Speaker 13: Yeap, what did you I saw that you came out
[1:17:43] Speaker 13: with that string of sidings that was through Ohio, right, Yeah,
[1:17:47] Speaker 13: the string of sightings?
[1:17:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, that was I think. I think it's so what
[1:17:57] Speaker 1: I I I actually did a write up about this.
[1:18:01] Speaker 1: I did like a final write up on my website
[1:18:04] Speaker 1: on the blog area. Just not a lot of people
[1:18:07] Speaker 1: know it's there. But I think from what I've heard
[1:18:11] Speaker 1: is stuff like this happens every year, but this year
[1:18:16] Speaker 1: was different because there were people outside because there wasn't
[1:18:21] Speaker 1: a lot of snow and it was warmer, so they
[1:18:23] Speaker 1: had all these sightings in a time period that they
[1:18:27] Speaker 1: probably would have had in other years too, but in
[1:18:29] Speaker 1: other years it's been colder and so people weren't out
[1:18:32] Speaker 1: because it was snowy and stuff. That's what I've heard
[1:18:35] Speaker 1: from people that actually lived there and are researching Bigfoot
[1:18:40] Speaker 1: in the area, and I think that that that kind
[1:18:43] Speaker 1: of sounds pretty legit to me.
[1:18:45] Speaker 13: So I had another thought just the other day, Well,
[1:18:50] Speaker 13: I'm here in PA and we got all the smoke
[1:18:53] Speaker 13: from the Canadian wild farmers this year.
[1:18:55] Speaker 1: No, I know it. Yeah, so what.
[1:18:59] Speaker 13: Would you You wouldn't think that signings would go up
[1:19:02] Speaker 13: in that area based on the fires, you know what
[1:19:08] Speaker 13: I mean.
[1:19:09] Speaker 1: So that's a good question. But I will tell you,
[1:19:14] Speaker 1: like the first time I went to Oregon, in the
[1:19:16] Speaker 1: area that I went to, there's fires all around it
[1:19:20] Speaker 1: and we had a lot of crazy activity. The next
[1:19:22] Speaker 1: year there weren't any fires. So I think that when
[1:19:25] Speaker 1: you have fires in an area, it gets them riled up,
[1:19:29] Speaker 1: kind of like the rest of the wildlife, and they
[1:19:31] Speaker 1: start moving around. I know that that's happening right now
[1:19:35] Speaker 1: around Mount Hood from a few things I've heard. So yeah,
[1:19:41] Speaker 1: the fires do kind of rile, they get them to
[1:19:44] Speaker 1: move around. It just makes it hard for everyone unfortunately.
[1:19:47] Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't know, man, smoke sucks, though, are.
[1:19:54] Speaker 2: Like, I don't like, all right, well, I got you here.
[1:19:58] Speaker 13: I don't know which sid of this. You know, people
[1:20:01] Speaker 13: talk about the WEU stuff and the the physical side.
[1:20:07] Speaker 13: Where where you sit on all this, what do you
[1:20:09] Speaker 13: think this thing is?
[1:20:11] Speaker 1: Uh? So I go off of what I've experienced when
[1:20:15] Speaker 1: it comes to like my personal stuff, and what I've
[1:20:19] Speaker 1: experienced so far is you go, there's something out there
[1:20:23] Speaker 1: that's leaving tracks and breaking trees and stuff. But there's
[1:20:28] Speaker 1: also something out there that is if you verbally say
[1:20:33] Speaker 1: out loud to the woods, hey, if there's something here,
[1:20:36] Speaker 1: can you make a noise, it's responding to you. Because
[1:20:39] Speaker 1: I've had that happen to me. So I'm not seeing
[1:20:42] Speaker 1: stuff walk through portals, but I am. I have experienced
[1:20:46] Speaker 1: a little bit of weirdness too, So I'm kind of
[1:20:49] Speaker 1: in that, like.
[1:20:51] Speaker 14: I don't quite know, you're in between in between, I'm
[1:20:54] Speaker 14: in between. I'm not going to just say that it's
[1:20:57] Speaker 14: it's a monkey out of the woods. There's some weird
[1:21:00] Speaker 14: stuff going on. So where do you think the orbs
[1:21:04] Speaker 14: fit in?
[1:21:05] Speaker 1: H I don't know, man, But I did experience those
[1:21:09] Speaker 1: for the first time in Middle Tennessee this April freakiest
[1:21:14] Speaker 1: thing you've ever seen in your life. I didn't know
[1:21:17] Speaker 1: how to handle it because they weren't lightning bugs. We
[1:21:21] Speaker 1: flashed our lights on them, they weren't lightning bugs, and
[1:21:24] Speaker 1: they were just like zipping in and around us, and
[1:21:28] Speaker 1: it was just weird. Man. It was the weirdest thing
[1:21:31] Speaker 1: because it's like I talked to people where you know,
[1:21:37] Speaker 1: they turn into orbs or like I've talked to a
[1:21:41] Speaker 1: guy where he saw Bigfoot that was controlling an orb
[1:21:45] Speaker 1: in Iowa and Backbone State Park. That was a wild
[1:21:50] Speaker 1: one that was a long time ago. So, man, I
[1:21:54] Speaker 1: don't know, there's there's more than we realized going on
[1:21:57] Speaker 1: out there. I think.
[1:21:59] Speaker 13: I mean, I know that like my thinking, you know,
[1:22:02] Speaker 13: you would some people might think that Bigfoot and orbs
[1:22:05] Speaker 13: are maybe they're one and the same. So I think
[1:22:08] Speaker 13: there's some kind of Native American more that they can
[1:22:12] Speaker 13: need the orbs or travel as orbs.
[1:22:13] Speaker 1: Could could be. It's it's weird, it's extra connection. Yeah,
[1:22:21] Speaker 1: I don't know, man, it's it's kind of one of
[1:22:23] Speaker 1: those things that keeps you going and you try to
[1:22:25] Speaker 1: figure it out and draw connections. But I appreciate you
[1:22:29] Speaker 1: coming up for a little bit and chatting for it.
[1:22:31] Speaker 2: Man.
[1:22:32] Speaker 13: Oh sure, sure, it's great to talk to you, man,
[1:22:36] Speaker 13: praying for you.
[1:22:37] Speaker 1: Thank you. I appreciate that. I hope you can hang
[1:22:39] Speaker 1: out for a little bit.
[1:22:41] Speaker 13: Yes, sir.
[1:22:44] Speaker 1: My map is if you go to big for Society

[1:23:32] Speaker 1: and if you've seen something that no one can explain,
[1:23:35] Speaker 1: or if you're a National park ranger or forestry worker
[1:23:38] Speaker 1: who's been told to stay quiet, if you're a pilot
[1:23:41] Speaker 1: who's seen something strange down on the ground, or if
[1:23:44] Speaker 1: you're with the FBI a federal agency, or working intelligence
[1:23:48] Speaker 1: and you stumbled upon something you're not allowed to talk about.
[1:23:51] Speaker 1: And if you're a firefighter, paramedic, or search and rescue
[1:23:54] Speaker 1: responder who's heard screams or found tracks that didn't make sense.
[1:23:59] Speaker 1: If you're in the lock industry on a remote oil
[1:24:02] Speaker 1: field or a trucker with government contracts and you've had
[1:24:06] Speaker 1: something happen that you've never told a soul and if
[1:24:09] Speaker 1: you're a biologist, a wildlife specialist, or a field researcher
[1:24:13] Speaker 1: under contract who has found evidence you're not allowed to report.
[1:24:17] Speaker 1: If you're a pastor, a missionary, or someone on a
[1:24:20] Speaker 1: spiritual retreat and you saw something that shook your faith,
[1:24:24] Speaker 1: or if you work in the shadows, CIA, NSA or
[1:24:27] Speaker 1: anything with clearance and you've seen what the public hasn't,
[1:24:32] Speaker 1: then I want to talk to you, even if it's anonymous.
[1:24:37] Speaker 1: You can reach me at Bigfoot Society at gmail dot com.

[1:24:50] Speaker 1: We've got the mic. See you in the woods. Thank
[1:24:54] Speaker 1: you for listening to this episode of the Bigfoot Society podcast.
[1:24:57] Speaker 1: Every encounter we share reminds us that the world is bigger,
[1:24:59] Speaker 1: in stranger than we think, and that the truth is
[1:25:02] Speaker 1: often hiding just beyond the tree line. If you enjoyed
