In this episode, we explore the extraordinary experiences of Amy from upstate South Carolina, who shares a series of unsettling encounters that have unfolded over several years near her suburban home. Living in a growing neighborhood bordered by woods, a creek, and an abandoned farm, Amy recounts strange animal activity, unexplained sounds, powerful odors, and intense nighttime experiences that began quietly and gradually escalated. She describes encounters on neighborhood trails, disturbances around her home, and moments witnessed by family members and close friends. Amy also reflects on the emotional and psychological impact of these events, including moments of heightened awareness and communication that defy simple explanation. Her story offers a compelling look at Bigfoot activity occurring in populated areas and invites listeners to reconsider where these beings may exist and how they interact with the people around them. 🗣️ Share Your Story Had a Bigfoot encounter or strange experience? [0:00] Speaker 1: You're listening to Big for Society, and I'm Jeremiah Byron.
[0:03] Speaker 1: In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to
[0:05] Speaker 1: bring you first hand encounters from people who say they've
[0:08] Speaker 1: seen something impossible. From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers
[0:12] Speaker 1: to quiet farms and crowded highways. The stories come from everywhere,
[0:16] Speaker 1: and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.
[0:20] Speaker 1: These are the voices of the people who've lived it.
[0:24] Speaker 1: To settle in, because today you'll hear another account that
[0:27] Speaker 1: just might change the way you see the woods forever.
[0:30] Speaker 1: So stay with us, all right, Big for Society. Welcome
[0:33] Speaker 1: back to another episode. I have the privilege of talking
[0:35] Speaker 1: to Amy today. Amy is a listener we got connected.
[0:39] Speaker 1: She's from upstate South Carolina and wanting to share some
[0:43] Speaker 1: things that she has been experiencing over the years. So
[0:47] Speaker 1: welcome to the show.
[0:47] Speaker 2: Amy. How are you doing today?
[0:50] Speaker 3: Hi here, Maia, I'm doing really good.
[0:52] Speaker 2: Awesome, Amy.
[0:54] Speaker 1: Is there anything else that the listeners would need to
[0:57] Speaker 1: know about yourself for context before we get going?
[1:02] Speaker 4: Yeah, So, I'm upstate South Carolina born and raised, have
[1:06] Speaker 4: lived here for the majority of my life. I've also
[1:09] Speaker 4: lived in Vermont and New Hampshire for a little while.
[1:14] Speaker 4: I'm a mom of two, and yeah, I'm in the
[1:17] Speaker 4: beauty industry. I am not your typical person. I feel
[1:22] Speaker 4: like that would have experiences. Kind of didn't ask for
[1:28] Speaker 4: it or think it was ever going to happen to me,
[1:30] Speaker 4: but it did, and I'm here.
[1:31] Speaker 3: To talk about it.
[1:32] Speaker 2: Absolutely.
[1:34] Speaker 1: But so Amy, let's let's start with are you able
[1:37] Speaker 1: to take us back to when you first noticed that
[1:41] Speaker 1: some things were happening or you had an experience that
[1:45] Speaker 1: was out of the ordinary.
[1:48] Speaker 4: So I kind of have had experiences throughout my life.
[1:51] Speaker 4: I wasn't going to get into like my childhood experiences
[1:54] Speaker 4: and stuff today, but I am from a very small
[1:59] Speaker 4: town of Carolina and I was raised on like sixty
[2:03] Speaker 4: acres of woods.
[2:05] Speaker 3: Always playing in the woods.
[2:08] Speaker 4: You know. I was one of those kids, like have
[2:10] Speaker 4: siblings that we would play cops and robbers and ride
[2:13] Speaker 4: our mountain bikes and ATVs dirt bikes all that stuff.
[2:16] Speaker 4: So so yeah, so when I was a kid, I
[2:20] Speaker 4: did have a few things happen. But today I wanted
[2:25] Speaker 4: to kind of talk more about where I'm living now
[2:28] Speaker 4: and what I'm experiencing now, and it's kind of interesting
[2:32] Speaker 4: because I never thought that I would have the experiences
[2:37] Speaker 4: that I have in the place where I live now,
[2:40] Speaker 4: because it is a more populated area, like much of
[2:48] Speaker 4: the South, it's kind of getting really populated, and everyone
[2:54] Speaker 4: is moving here upstate South Carolina, everyone's moving here. So
[2:59] Speaker 4: I have lived in my subdivision for like six or
[3:04] Speaker 4: seven years, and there's still woods around it. There's an
[3:08] Speaker 4: abandoned farm behind us.
[3:11] Speaker 3: There is a lake that is near us.
[3:15] Speaker 4: And when we first moved here, some things that started
[3:19] Speaker 4: happening were I had dead animals showing up on my
[3:24] Speaker 4: back porch and at first I thought that it was
[3:27] Speaker 4: maybe just a cat and they would just be showing
[3:31] Speaker 4: up on my back porch, heads ripped off.
[3:34] Speaker 3: Things like that. So that was a little peculiar.
[3:37] Speaker 4: And of course, being from like the country, like I
[3:40] Speaker 4: am familiar with things that can happen.
[3:43] Speaker 3: You know, cats can bring you things, but it was
[3:47] Speaker 3: just strange.
[3:48] Speaker 4: It was like a repetitive thing, like bunnies with their
[3:50] Speaker 4: heads ripped off, you know, rats with their heads ripped off.
[3:55] Speaker 4: Just things that you wouldn't think like a cat would
[3:56] Speaker 4: bring to you. And I didn't really see any feral cat.
[4:00] Speaker 4: That's so I kind of just like thought, Okay, well
[4:04] Speaker 4: it might be an animal whatever.
[4:07] Speaker 3: And I remember the first time. I remember the first
[4:10] Speaker 3: time that I came to our house.
[4:13] Speaker 4: It was right after we purchased it, and I just
[4:15] Speaker 4: came to do like cleaning and such. And I was
[4:18] Speaker 4: here at night because I'd worked a long day, so
[4:19] Speaker 4: I just I came at night and I was cleaning.
[4:23] Speaker 4: I was I would open the windows and stuff, and
[4:26] Speaker 4: I just remember feeling very like watched. And that kind
[4:31] Speaker 4: of stuck out in my mind because I noticed that,
[4:35] Speaker 4: you know, as soon as I walked in, I felt comfortable,
[4:38] Speaker 4: and then like after I started opening windows and everything,
[4:41] Speaker 4: I just felt very watched. And both my neighbors on
[4:44] Speaker 4: both sides they're elderly, so they're not up past like
[4:47] Speaker 4: eight or so.
[4:48] Speaker 3: Yeah, so I felt really watched.
[4:51] Speaker 4: And when we moved in, there was and I thought this.
[4:58] Speaker 3: I thought this was strange and this could be nothing.
[5:00] Speaker 4: So the back door, like the day that we moved in,
[5:04] Speaker 4: was wide open and there was like a hornet's nest
[5:08] Speaker 4: that had been thrown into our house.
[5:10] Speaker 3: I thought that was very weird, like the.
[5:13] Speaker 4: Whole nest was maybe not a hornet, like a like
[5:16] Speaker 4: a I don't know, just like a hornet or be
[5:19] Speaker 4: nest was thrown into our house.
[5:21] Speaker 3: So I thought that was very strange stuff I ignored.
[5:26] Speaker 4: You know, we had lived here for like a year
[5:29] Speaker 4: or two, and I started to hear things on the roof.
[5:35] Speaker 4: Not a raccoon, not like a critter. I'm familiar with
[5:39] Speaker 4: what that would sound like. I would hear footsteps on
[5:42] Speaker 4: the roof. I would hear weird gurgling and like talking
[5:48] Speaker 4: noises on our camera from the backyard.
[5:52] Speaker 3: It would really freak me out, and.
[5:55] Speaker 4: Just things that sounded audibly like a human but gurgling,
[5:59] Speaker 4: and so I attributed it to, well, it's just matrixing,
[6:03] Speaker 4: like it's just you know, a car off in the
[6:05] Speaker 4: distance or someone talking off in the distance, something like that.
[6:10] Speaker 3: But anyways, one night I was hearing something on the roof.
[6:17] Speaker 4: And my husband works third shift at this time, so
[6:21] Speaker 4: and he's on twelve hour swing shift, so I am
[6:24] Speaker 4: like alone a good bit at night sometimes depending on
[6:27] Speaker 4: a schedule, and so.
[6:30] Speaker 3: I heard like, uh, all this stuff on the roof,
[6:33] Speaker 3: and it really scared me.
[6:35] Speaker 4: Because I was like, this is crazy, Like it doesn't
[6:37] Speaker 4: sound like there's something in my attic, Like it sounds
[6:39] Speaker 4: like something is like stomp, stomp stop on my roof.
[6:43] Speaker 4: And I also heard that night right outside my window
[6:48] Speaker 4: this really weird owl call. And immediately in my mind
[6:54] Speaker 4: what I thought was this is a teenager messing with me.
[6:58] Speaker 3: I did not. I was like, I was like, someone
[7:00] Speaker 3: has their their.
[7:03] Speaker 4: Their kid running around or something messing with me. But
[7:06] Speaker 4: I was like, in the middle of the night. That
[7:07] Speaker 4: doesn't make sense for that to happen in the middle
[7:09] Speaker 4: of the night. So anyways, that was strange, and it
[7:13] Speaker 4: was just it was a janky owl call. It was
[7:15] Speaker 4: not like your typical I mean, I've heard that before.
[7:19] Speaker 4: And I remember I even sent it to my brother
[7:21] Speaker 4: because I caught it on my camera. I sent it
[7:22] Speaker 4: to my brother and he's like, oh, it's just a
[7:24] Speaker 4: bard owl, and I was like, no, I know, it
[7:26] Speaker 4: sounds like a bard owl. But if you heard this
[7:29] Speaker 4: in the close proximity it was to my to my window,
[7:34] Speaker 4: you you would understand that it just didn't seem like
[7:37] Speaker 4: a bard owl.
[7:38] Speaker 3: But you know, I kind of.
[7:39] Speaker 4: Just attributed it to Okay, it's an owl whatever. So
[7:43] Speaker 4: there was like little things that were happening. And we
[7:47] Speaker 4: also we also get out outdoors a lot, so we
[7:50] Speaker 4: do walk so we have like a nature trail in
[7:52] Speaker 4: the neighborhood and it's really pretty, so we'll walk around
[7:55] Speaker 4: with the kids and everything.
[7:57] Speaker 3: And so oh the.
[8:03] Speaker 4: Time that it actually really changed for me the time
[8:06] Speaker 4: where I kind of couldn't keep saying this is nothing
[8:12] Speaker 4: everything else. Before this point, I was just you know,
[8:16] Speaker 4: you know, it's nothing whatever. Well, So in twenty twenty three,
[8:20] Speaker 4: it was the it was like, let's see March. I
[8:24] Speaker 4: think it was mid March, and the weather was starting
[8:27] Speaker 4: to get nice out and that day I had been
[8:30] Speaker 4: out walking on the trail with the kids and my
[8:32] Speaker 4: daughter at the time, I think she was.
[8:34] Speaker 3: Like two, and.
[8:38] Speaker 4: So we were walking and everything seemed fine. I didn't
[8:42] Speaker 4: get any weird feelings. Nothing that was in the daytime.
[8:45] Speaker 4: So that night my husband got home from work and
[8:47] Speaker 4: I was like, hey, I'm going to take our dog out.
[8:50] Speaker 4: And we do have like a pit bull, he's like
[8:52] Speaker 4: seventy five pounds. I was like, I'm going to take
[8:54] Speaker 4: him out because I kind of want to just have
[8:56] Speaker 4: some alone time, decompressed, you know.
[8:59] Speaker 3: I do like going on like night walks with him.
[9:02] Speaker 3: So we it was it was dark, it was.
[9:07] Speaker 4: Probably like between eight and nine o'clock, probably not the smartest,
[9:13] Speaker 4: you know, going for a walk at night. But I
[9:14] Speaker 4: had my pepper spray, I had like my knife, Like
[9:16] Speaker 4: I was fine, you know, I felt fine, feel safe
[9:19] Speaker 4: in my neighborhood.
[9:19] Speaker 3: I don't feel unsafe.
[9:21] Speaker 4: So we started out on the trail and I there's
[9:27] Speaker 4: a footbridge. Before we got to the footbridge, And mind you,
[9:32] Speaker 4: I lived like two houses down from the trail. Behind
[9:36] Speaker 4: my house's woods. The trails mostly woods and there's like
[9:39] Speaker 4: houses around. But you know, so I smelled the smell
[9:47] Speaker 4: and I noticed it, and I clocked it right away
[9:50] Speaker 4: that I had not smelled it earlier in the day
[9:52] Speaker 4: and I had just been out there like a few
[9:53] Speaker 4: hours earlier. It smelled like like someone that hadn't taken
[10:02] Speaker 4: a bath in.
[10:05] Speaker 3: Months, mixed with like a rotting carcass. It was really bad.
[10:12] Speaker 3: And it struck me because.
[10:15] Speaker 4: I was kind of like, huh, that smells terrible. I
[10:20] Speaker 4: didn't smell that earlier. That's just I don't think I've
[10:22] Speaker 4: ever like smelled anything like that.
[10:25] Speaker 3: And so we started.
[10:27] Speaker 4: Walking on the footbridge, and I guess I thought I
[10:32] Speaker 4: was psyching myself out. And I was like, okay, well,
[10:35] Speaker 4: what if there's a person who is experiencing homelessness and
[10:40] Speaker 4: they're back here.
[10:41] Speaker 3: That was my thought.
[10:43] Speaker 4: So I kind of made a mental note of it.
[10:45] Speaker 4: And Max wasn't alerting to anything. That's my dog, Max.
[10:49] Speaker 4: He wasn't you know, freaked out at all.
[10:52] Speaker 3: So we got off the footbridge and I smelled it again.
[10:58] Speaker 3: But then I heard like rustling footsteps and I was like, okay, well.
[11:06] Speaker 4: That probably is someone who's homeless back there, and I
[11:11] Speaker 4: just kind of like started walking faster and Max still,
[11:14] Speaker 4: you know, if it's a human, like he's gonna do something,
[11:17] Speaker 4: and you know he's gonna like, you know, be curious, uh,
[11:21] Speaker 4: wag his tail something, there's nothing like that. So we
[11:25] Speaker 4: start walking down the trail and we get about almost
[11:31] Speaker 4: halfway down and it's a very dark night, like I
[11:35] Speaker 4: have to say that too, like the moon. It was
[11:39] Speaker 4: a half moon and there was not a lot of
[11:42] Speaker 4: light coming from it, but the clouds were very low
[11:44] Speaker 4: and very like foggy, so it was almost as if,
[11:47] Speaker 4: you know, you couldn't see that. Well, so we're walking
[11:52] Speaker 4: and I started to hear footsteps and gravel kicking up,
[11:56] Speaker 4: and so then I kind of knew like, okay, something
[11:59] Speaker 4: is actually.
[12:02] Speaker 3: Back there.
[12:03] Speaker 4: But I was thinking maybe a dog, you know, still
[12:06] Speaker 4: not not too worried, and I turned my little flashlight
[12:11] Speaker 4: on and Okay, we get halfway down the trail and
[12:15] Speaker 4: this is the darkest part of like the wooded area.
[12:20] Speaker 4: There's a lot of old trees and brush and just
[12:22] Speaker 4: they hadn't cleaned it up in a while back there,
[12:26] Speaker 4: and uh, my dog like just freezes. And this is
[12:34] Speaker 4: and I'm kind of like shaking talking about it because
[12:37] Speaker 4: this is like the moment where I realized this is
[12:42] Speaker 4: a moment that changed me, and this is this is
[12:45] Speaker 4: the experience where I have had like an existential crisis
[12:48] Speaker 4: about it, and it's it's been kind of difficult. Okay,
[12:53] Speaker 4: so he freezes, and my dog is going to respond
[12:57] Speaker 4: to things. There was there was the response from him,
[13:00] Speaker 4: and was a low growl and the hairs on the
[13:03] Speaker 4: back of his his back like straight up and that's
[13:09] Speaker 4: peculiar for him. So he wouldn't move. And at the
[13:16] Speaker 4: same time that he wouldn't move, something ten fifteen feet
[13:24] Speaker 4: up in this big tree.
[13:32] Speaker 3: Jumps down.
[13:36] Speaker 4: Stealthily jumps down, and I could almost feel the air thickened,
[13:45] Speaker 4: like there was just this tension there and when it
[13:53] Speaker 4: jumped down, it also took out like some big limbs,
[13:59] Speaker 4: and when it hit the ground, and it just hit
[14:01] Speaker 4: the ground so smoothly, and I could hear the two
[14:06] Speaker 4: feet hit the dirt because it was not far from me.
[14:12] Speaker 4: It made a really big calamity, and I remember thinking,
[14:17] Speaker 4: what is that that is? That's like as big as
[14:21] Speaker 4: a bear. But I live in upstate South Carolina. I
[14:24] Speaker 4: don't live somewhere where there's just like there are people,
[14:28] Speaker 4: but it's you know, there's not bears running around here.
[14:33] Speaker 4: It was huge, and it was very smooth like the
[14:36] Speaker 4: way that it moved and it hit the ground, and
[14:40] Speaker 4: my dog is locked in on whatever this is almost
[14:43] Speaker 4: like he's just entranced by it. And I'm standing there
[14:50] Speaker 4: and immediately I just had this thought of this is
[14:57] Speaker 4: what was either why us?
[15:01] Speaker 3: I mean, it even seems like it even seems like
[15:04] Speaker 3: was there two because.
[15:08] Speaker 4: We heard something behind us? So how did the one?
[15:10] Speaker 4: How did something behind us that we heard walking get
[15:14] Speaker 4: in this tree? I don't, I don't know, but.
[15:20] Speaker 3: So I'm standing there with him in every fear. It
[15:27] Speaker 3: was just overwhelming.
[15:29] Speaker 4: And this is a little segue, and I'm not going
[15:34] Speaker 4: to go into it too much, but when I was
[15:37] Speaker 4: twenty I was stalked and followed and I was someone
[15:44] Speaker 4: attempted to assault me, and I thought the person off.
[15:50] Speaker 3: And I remember that moment of.
[15:55] Speaker 4: The moment I realized that, and it was it was
[15:59] Speaker 4: in my car, the moment I realized that someone, a
[16:02] Speaker 4: man had followed me and he was standing next to
[16:04] Speaker 4: my vehicle and I saw him, and I remember the
[16:07] Speaker 4: moment that I realized I was being watched and I
[16:13] Speaker 4: had been followed. And that is the exact feeling that
[16:18] Speaker 4: I felt in the woods with my dog in twenty
[16:22] Speaker 4: twenty three when this happened, that exact feeling, so I
[16:27] Speaker 4: knew what it was and I recognized it immediately. And
[16:31] Speaker 4: as soon as I had that like recognition and I
[16:35] Speaker 4: could almost see it was like something there in the brush,
[16:39] Speaker 4: but there was I shine my flashlight.
[16:40] Speaker 3: There was just leaves and stuff and like briars.
[16:44] Speaker 4: And if you're ever shining your flashlight, like at night,
[16:48] Speaker 4: and there's briars and there's brush in the way, you
[16:50] Speaker 4: can't see what's behind it. It's blocking you, so it
[16:53] Speaker 4: just like reflects back at you. So that moment just
[17:00] Speaker 4: felt like it lasted forever. It could have felt like
[17:03] Speaker 4: it lasted an hour. It was just seconds, and so
[17:06] Speaker 4: my dog is locked in on this thing, and I
[17:09] Speaker 4: could just almost see it back there.
[17:10] Speaker 3: It's like this big.
[17:12] Speaker 4: Black shadow mass, like you can tell that there's something there.
[17:17] Speaker 4: It's different than like the texture of everything else around it.
[17:20] Speaker 4: But I couldn't see it, and I had this overwhelming
[17:24] Speaker 4: fear rush through me.
[17:27] Speaker 3: And then and I know.
[17:30] Speaker 4: People talk about like mind speak or telepathy, and this
[17:34] Speaker 4: is something I've never experienced, and it was very different
[17:38] Speaker 4: from my own voice. That's the thing I want to push.
[17:40] Speaker 4: It was very different from my own voice. This is
[17:43] Speaker 4: not like yourself talking to yourself. It doesn't even come
[17:46] Speaker 4: through like your filter, Like this is something outside of
[17:49] Speaker 4: you that somehow like penetrated.
[17:51] Speaker 3: That barrier where you can hear it.
[17:54] Speaker 4: And I heard something say if I wanted to unlive you,
[18:03] Speaker 4: I could, And it was like pondering it, like if
[18:09] Speaker 4: I wanted to rip you to shreds, I could, And
[18:16] Speaker 4: then I kind of got this feeling of I'm not
[18:21] Speaker 4: going to.
[18:23] Speaker 3: But I could. It was almost like it was toying
[18:27] Speaker 3: with me, Like it's almost as if it was a warning,
[18:38] Speaker 3: but a threat, definitely a threat. And the thing about.
[18:45] Speaker 4: Like mine speak slash telepathy, that I'm learning from watching
[18:51] Speaker 4: like You and other hearing when you talk to guests
[18:54] Speaker 4: and hearing other podcasts, is that it seems like when
[19:01] Speaker 4: you hear that, you process it differently because you're experiencing
[19:08] Speaker 4: it in your mind, so you're experiencing it, and so
[19:13] Speaker 4: as soon as it just you react instantaneously to it,
[19:18] Speaker 4: because you can't control when something's in your mind talking
[19:21] Speaker 4: to you. You can if you hear someone say something
[19:28] Speaker 4: to you, you can take it in through your filter
[19:30] Speaker 4: and process it. But when you're in a moment of
[19:33] Speaker 4: fear and you hear something infiltrate your brain and you
[19:40] Speaker 4: hear you've never experiencing you've never experienced that before, which
[19:43] Speaker 4: I never have. It's like everything is just firing off
[19:50] Speaker 4: and I I just had this overwhelming.
[19:54] Speaker 3: Feeling of get your dog, get out of here.
[19:57] Speaker 4: And I'm like pulling on his leash and he's got
[20:00] Speaker 4: that low growl going and he's just locked in and
[20:02] Speaker 4: he won't move, and I am internally freaking out.
[20:07] Speaker 3: And I just.
[20:09] Speaker 4: I just picked him up. He was so heavy, and
[20:12] Speaker 4: I still don't know how I did this. I don't
[20:14] Speaker 4: know how because I'm five to one and I am
[20:17] Speaker 4: not a huge person. And I picked my almost eighty
[20:22] Speaker 4: pound dog up and ran as fast as I could
[20:26] Speaker 4: down past the trail to our soccer field, and still
[20:31] Speaker 4: like in the soccer field is like this big open area.
[20:33] Speaker 4: There's a lake and there's a playground and stuff, and
[20:37] Speaker 4: I thought I would feel safer once I got out there,
[20:43] Speaker 4: and I was doing the whole like adrenaline rush, you know,
[20:49] Speaker 4: looking over my shoulder, like terrified that something was behind me.
[20:56] Speaker 4: So I get out to the soccer field and I thought, okay, well,
[20:58] Speaker 4: all feel safe once I out to where there's like
[21:01] Speaker 4: maybe a street light and there's a church light that
[21:04] Speaker 4: shines through the woods right before you get to the
[21:06] Speaker 4: soccer field.
[21:06] Speaker 3: And I was like, well, maybe if I just get
[21:08] Speaker 3: to that light, I'll feel better. But I didn't. I
[21:12] Speaker 3: still felt very, very scared. It was almost as if
[21:19] Speaker 3: like I knew.
[21:22] Speaker 4: That whatever this was, well, I did know it could
[21:27] Speaker 4: get me if I if it wanted to, and there
[21:30] Speaker 4: was no stopping it. A lot of times, if like
[21:36] Speaker 4: a human being is following you and you're somewhere where
[21:39] Speaker 4: there's lights or there's people around or a big open area,
[21:44] Speaker 4: you think like, well maybe i'll you know, you feel safer.
[21:47] Speaker 3: It would feel safer at that point, but it did not.
[21:51] Speaker 4: So I ran put my dog down because I couldn't
[21:55] Speaker 4: carry him anymore, and ran off the trail and I
[21:57] Speaker 4: got down to where the lake is, where the bottom
[21:59] Speaker 4: of the lake is, and there were some teenagers that
[22:02] Speaker 4: were fishing. And I must have look crazy running like
[22:06] Speaker 4: I was full speed, like panting and just totally freaking out.
[22:12] Speaker 4: And I got down there and I there was a
[22:15] Speaker 4: bench and I just like collapsed on the bench with
[22:17] Speaker 4: my dog and He's just like staring at me, and
[22:20] Speaker 4: I was staring at him. And you know when you
[22:24] Speaker 4: when you have a dog that like they're in your
[22:26] Speaker 4: house with you, like you take care of them, like
[22:29] Speaker 4: they're almost like your child, like you have a bond.
[22:32] Speaker 4: That's how I am with Max, Like we have a
[22:34] Speaker 4: little bond. And he was just looking at me, and
[22:38] Speaker 4: I could just like I could just see it in him.
[22:43] Speaker 3: Like what was that? Like he didn't know what it was.
[22:48] Speaker 1: And yeah, my goodness, I cannot imagine going through what
[23:01] Speaker 1: you went through. I have a question for you real quick.
[23:07] Speaker 1: Is it possible to describe anything about what the voice
[23:11] Speaker 1: sounded like that you heard in your head?
[23:25] Speaker 4: So this is something that I've thought about. That's a
[23:28] Speaker 4: really good question. This is something that I've thought about.
[23:34] Speaker 4: If I had to put an age to it, Okay,
[23:40] Speaker 4: so I think it was mail. If I had to
[23:44] Speaker 4: put an age to it, I would say adult, but
[23:56] Speaker 4: not middle aged.
[24:07] Speaker 3: Behavior. Like just the feeling.
[24:14] Speaker 5: In the tone.
[24:27] Speaker 4: The tone was very knowing. That actually, I think put
[24:39] Speaker 4: me off more.
[24:43] Speaker 3: Because it was.
[24:46] Speaker 4: I'm trying to describe this, I feel so crazy when
[24:48] Speaker 4: I'm trying to describe this.
[24:54] Speaker 3: I immediately got the feeling that whatever this was was
[25:02] Speaker 3: smarter than me.
[25:14] Speaker 4: I was nothing to it. It did not see me
[25:19] Speaker 4: as equal. I was nothing to it. This is the
[25:22] Speaker 4: feeling I got. Not there's no emotion involved in this either,
[25:28] Speaker 4: Like from that voice. The feeling I got there was
[25:35] Speaker 4: there was no humans have empathy like humans have emotions,
[25:41] Speaker 4: Humans empathized with each other. This was cold and it
[25:52] Speaker 4: was not evil. It wasn't evil. It was ominous, like
[26:03] Speaker 4: feelingless that like like dominant.
[26:20] Speaker 3: I could do this just letting you know.
[26:30] Speaker 1: That's that's extremely interesting. The way that you're explaining the
[26:34] Speaker 1: way that you heard the voice is kind of similar
[26:38] Speaker 1: to the way that some witnesses describe it when they
[26:42] Speaker 1: see it walk which kind of you know, in charge
[26:47] Speaker 1: with purpose things like that. So I think that's that's
[26:51] Speaker 1: extremely interesting. How long did you stay at that bench area?
[26:56] Speaker 3: For maybe five minutes? And then I I.
[27:05] Speaker 4: Kind of realized and I kind of had an adrenaline
[27:09] Speaker 4: dump at that time, and just my body was depleted.
[27:13] Speaker 3: I remember like.
[27:14] Speaker 4: Drinking all the water in my water bottle and gave
[27:18] Speaker 4: some to my dog. And I remember sitting there and
[27:21] Speaker 4: going like, I have no energy, but I have to
[27:26] Speaker 4: go home, so I've got to walk back, and I've
[27:30] Speaker 4: got to take the main road because there was no
[27:35] Speaker 4: way I was coming back near those woods. And I
[27:38] Speaker 4: was even nervous, Jeremiah, I have to walk past a
[27:42] Speaker 4: portion of the woods and where I smell that smell
[27:46] Speaker 4: on the main road to get back to my house,
[27:50] Speaker 4: and there's not really street lights there.
[27:53] Speaker 3: And when I got to the trail opening, I was
[27:57] Speaker 3: like shaking. I was so nervous. And then I.
[28:04] Speaker 4: Saw my house and I kind of like, okay, like
[28:07] Speaker 4: reality came back to me a little bit. So you know,
[28:13] Speaker 4: I rushed through my door and my husband was sitting
[28:16] Speaker 4: on the couch and he just looked at me and
[28:20] Speaker 4: he was like, what is wrong with you?
[28:27] Speaker 3: He couldn't. I didn't have to say anything, like he
[28:30] Speaker 3: just knew. He was like, what is wrong with you?
[28:34] Speaker 4: And I was like, something tried something. I think something
[28:41] Speaker 4: wanted to attack me on the trail, and he was like,
[28:43] Speaker 4: what do you mean. And that's whenever I had this
[28:48] Speaker 4: whole like crisis of how do I explain this to
[28:53] Speaker 4: another human being that it wasn't a massed criminal.
[29:00] Speaker 3: That fits in the box of how we would explain that.
[29:03] Speaker 4: Right, what I kind of knew it was was some
[29:10] Speaker 4: kind of beast, which is what I think it is
[29:14] Speaker 4: still with a supernatural twist. I I was like, something
[29:23] Speaker 4: tried to attack me.
[29:26] Speaker 3: And Max and it was really really dark, and it was.
[29:34] Speaker 4: Something I've never experienced before, and I was like, I
[29:38] Speaker 4: think it was I think it was that thing that
[29:42] Speaker 4: that I've heard on the roof and that like put
[29:45] Speaker 4: the dead animals on our back porch and maybe was
[29:50] Speaker 4: making those crazy like growling and gurgling sounds, and some
[29:56] Speaker 4: of those sounds I had heard on the camera sounded
[29:59] Speaker 4: like a wild boar, you know. So I was just
[30:04] Speaker 4: telling my husband. I was like, it couldn't be this,
[30:06] Speaker 4: It couldn't be that. I was telling him, like process
[30:08] Speaker 4: of elimination, like what it couldn't be.
[30:13] Speaker 3: And he was like, well, that's really scary.
[30:16] Speaker 4: His reaction was not like the protective male stance that
[30:20] Speaker 4: he would have if he thought it was really He
[30:24] Speaker 4: believed me right.
[30:25] Speaker 3: Away, and.
[30:29] Speaker 4: Yeah, his his reaction was not I'm going to go
[30:34] Speaker 4: down to that trail and I'm gonna you know, No,
[30:37] Speaker 4: that was not. He did say, do you want to
[30:40] Speaker 4: call the police, And I remember just looking at him
[30:46] Speaker 4: and saying, call the police on what? What am I
[30:52] Speaker 4: going to call the police on? What human being can
[30:58] Speaker 4: be ten to fifteen feet up in a tree and
[31:02] Speaker 4: this thing sounded like it was four hundred pounds can
[31:06] Speaker 4: jump down that stealthily.
[31:10] Speaker 3: The way it landed, I already knew, even.
[31:19] Speaker 4: If we don't put in the mind speak component here,
[31:22] Speaker 4: I already knew that it was.
[31:25] Speaker 3: Some It was a creature. It was not human.
[31:28] Speaker 4: I did email my property manager about it, though, but
[31:33] Speaker 4: I told her that I thought it was a person.
[31:39] Speaker 3: Obviously.
[31:43] Speaker 4: I didn't want to look crazy saying, hey, like, I
[31:45] Speaker 4: think this creature jumped down from a tree and tried
[31:49] Speaker 4: to and I heard it tell me stuff. No, I
[31:52] Speaker 4: just said, I was followed on our trail the person
[31:58] Speaker 4: was wearing all black. I think they had like a
[32:01] Speaker 4: bad intention. You know, if we could just kind of
[32:07] Speaker 4: alert other people in the community that there could be
[32:13] Speaker 4: danger on the on the trail at night, because I'm
[32:15] Speaker 4: not the only one that walks out there, and she
[32:20] Speaker 4: said she would have law enforcement look into it.
[32:23] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[32:28] Speaker 1: So man, that it's a that's an extremely traumatic experience
[32:36] Speaker 1: and you can definitely tell how it is still affecting
[32:39] Speaker 1: you to this day, which it would be affecting me
[32:42] Speaker 1: as well. Did did other things start happening after that
[32:50] Speaker 1: or was that kind of a one off experience a
[32:53] Speaker 1: few years ago.
[32:57] Speaker 4: No, there's been more since then, and unfortunately, uh so.
[33:10] Speaker 3: Okay, So in twenty twenty four, it was.
[33:23] Speaker 4: July, and I think I sent you some photos of
[33:29] Speaker 4: what could be something on my trampoline. I so, okay,
[33:40] Speaker 4: it was twenty twenty four in July. And what I
[33:45] Speaker 4: just to put you like where I was at the time.
[33:50] Speaker 3: I had I was spending a lot of time outdoors.
[33:53] Speaker 4: I had a really nice garden that I you know,
[33:58] Speaker 4: was out there like every day.
[33:59] Speaker 3: I had my little.
[34:00] Speaker 4: One who would come out there and play in our
[34:03] Speaker 4: backyard with me and jump on the trampoline. And that
[34:06] Speaker 4: was like her favorite place. And she's also she's on
[34:10] Speaker 4: the autism spectrum, so like it definitely helps her and
[34:15] Speaker 4: it's like a sensory thing for her to jump on
[34:16] Speaker 4: the trampoline. So it was our every day just going
[34:21] Speaker 4: outside playing and me and my garden.
[34:24] Speaker 3: So that was like my everyday activities.
[34:29] Speaker 4: I also have a twelve year old son and he
[34:32] Speaker 4: would come out there with us sometimes. So I had
[34:42] Speaker 4: a friend over, one of my friends over that I've
[34:45] Speaker 4: known since high school. My husband was again on night shift.
[34:51] Speaker 4: It's interesting how things happen when he's not there, or
[34:57] Speaker 4: happen when he's not with me. So we're sitting on
[35:05] Speaker 4: the back floor, which it's a lovely night. I think
[35:08] Speaker 4: it was like the second of July, and it was
[35:12] Speaker 4: just really nice out and we're talking.
[35:14] Speaker 3: We're me and my son and my friend. We're all
[35:19] Speaker 3: talking and just having a good time.
[35:22] Speaker 4: And it's probably like around eight o'clock, nine o'clock, because
[35:27] Speaker 4: I think it was dark and it gets darker later
[35:29] Speaker 4: in the summertime.
[35:31] Speaker 3: So we're talking.
[35:39] Speaker 4: And my dog is out there with us, and we
[35:41] Speaker 4: hear something really large.
[35:46] Speaker 3: Jump. Now I have a six foot fence. Jump the fence.
[35:52] Speaker 4: Into my yard. We're talking loudly, we're hanging out.
[35:59] Speaker 3: It was so loud.
[36:02] Speaker 4: And what really did it for me where I knew
[36:05] Speaker 4: it was probably the same creature was when I heard
[36:10] Speaker 4: the like when it hit the ground and I heard
[36:13] Speaker 4: the two feet really heavy hit the dirt. And if
[36:18] Speaker 4: you know the sound I'm talking about, it's unmistakable. It's
[36:21] Speaker 4: like if you're standing on a hill and you're you know,
[36:24] Speaker 4: it's if you're standing on dirt and you're stomping your feet.
[36:28] Speaker 3: So the person that's near you can feel it.
[36:31] Speaker 4: We were on my porch and this is the bottom
[36:34] Speaker 4: of my yard, and we could feel it and we
[36:36] Speaker 4: could hear it.
[36:40] Speaker 3: So my dog starts going crazy and we could hear
[36:49] Speaker 3: it moving around and like shuffling.
[36:52] Speaker 4: But because my porch, because we had the lights on
[36:56] Speaker 4: and it's dark in the yard, we could not see
[37:00] Speaker 4: what it was. We were kind of blinded by the light.
[37:04] Speaker 4: So my immediate reaction was, I don't want to know
[37:08] Speaker 4: what that is. I just want to get in the house. Uh,
[37:14] Speaker 4: my dog's going crazy. My dog ran down in the
[37:17] Speaker 4: yard after it. My frame was really curious. My dog
[37:23] Speaker 4: ran in the yard after it. But his reaction was
[37:25] Speaker 4: not like he was wagging his tail, but he was
[37:28] Speaker 4: also growling. I thought that was strange because he does
[37:31] Speaker 4: not do that.
[37:35] Speaker 3: That reaction was weird for him. And he's like barking
[37:39] Speaker 3: at it, you know, and he does. He's not gonna
[37:41] Speaker 3: he doesn't bark at everything. So whatever it was was
[37:48] Speaker 3: moving around in the yard, and.
[37:53] Speaker 4: I was just like kind of frantic because I'm like, uh,
[37:55] Speaker 4: my son ran in right away. I was frantic because
[37:58] Speaker 4: I was like, I've got to get my dog, Like,
[38:00] Speaker 4: I can't leave him out here, so I'm calling him.
[38:03] Speaker 4: I'm calling him, and finally.
[38:06] Speaker 3: You know, whatever this was, he didn't want to leave
[38:07] Speaker 3: it alone.
[38:07] Speaker 4: But if it was a critter, raccoon, possum, squirrel, if
[38:13] Speaker 4: it could have been any of those things, coyote, then
[38:17] Speaker 4: he would have attacked it.
[38:19] Speaker 3: He was really curious.
[38:22] Speaker 4: So he finally comes running back up and I run
[38:25] Speaker 4: inside with my dog.
[38:26] Speaker 3: My friend is like.
[38:29] Speaker 4: Mesmerized by whatever is going on, and she really wants
[38:32] Speaker 4: to know what it is.
[38:33] Speaker 3: And I was like, get in this house because it's.
[38:36] Speaker 4: Probably going to attack you if you don't whatever it is,
[38:40] Speaker 4: or I mean, if it's just an animal, that's fine,
[38:42] Speaker 4: but just get in the house, so you could still
[38:49] Speaker 4: hear it moving around. I mean it sounded like a
[38:51] Speaker 4: bear had jumped into my yard.
[38:52] Speaker 3: And was like it was weird.
[38:55] Speaker 4: So she comes inside and we slam the door, and huh.
[39:02] Speaker 4: I was just everything that happened on the trail that night.
[39:05] Speaker 4: I was like replaying it in my mind and I
[39:09] Speaker 4: was trying not to go there.
[39:15] Speaker 3: We heard a howl, so something started howling, but it
[39:22] Speaker 3: was like.
[39:22] Speaker 4: An ear piercing, the worst howl you could ever imagine.
[39:29] Speaker 4: I couldn't believe it was happening, and I was just
[39:31] Speaker 4: like not in my body. I did not want to
[39:35] Speaker 4: be there. I did not want to know what was happening.
[39:39] Speaker 4: I did not feel safe in my own house. My
[39:42] Speaker 4: dog was running back and forth, back and forth, totally
[39:45] Speaker 4: freaking out again not normal behavior for him, and I'm
[39:50] Speaker 4: trying not to hear this howl. I'm like, oh, it's
[39:52] Speaker 4: a siren, it's a car, it's something, and she he's
[40:00] Speaker 4: just looking at me with wide eyes and my friend's like,
[40:02] Speaker 4: that's not a siren, that is not a car.
[40:06] Speaker 3: It is howling. So we're both like.
[40:14] Speaker 4: Filled with fear, and like I say, like we did
[40:19] Speaker 4: not feel safe. I also had the thought crossed my mind.
[40:26] Speaker 4: I don't have a camera at that points at my yard.
[40:28] Speaker 4: I have a camera on my porch that points at
[40:29] Speaker 4: my porch, does not get anything in my yard.
[40:34] Speaker 3: Now, that is another thing. I never tried to, like
[40:40] Speaker 3: catch anything like what this was.
[40:43] Speaker 4: I've never put cameras out like this is a creature,
[40:46] Speaker 4: this is a cryptid, I'm gonna catch it.
[40:47] Speaker 3: I've never done that.
[40:50] Speaker 4: Until this point in twenty twenty four, because even though
[40:53] Speaker 4: I thought there was something there, I didn't want to know.
[40:59] Speaker 4: I wanted to stay in my own little ignorant bliss
[41:01] Speaker 4: and just be fine.
[41:02] Speaker 3: And my life is very busy.
[41:06] Speaker 4: I did not want to interrupt my normal flow of
[41:11] Speaker 4: things for something that.
[41:16] Speaker 3: Is eitherworldly or whatever.
[41:19] Speaker 2: I just.
[41:21] Speaker 4: Sometimes it's better just to ignore things if you can't
[41:25] Speaker 4: make sense of them. But then it gets to a
[41:27] Speaker 4: point where you can't ignore it anymore and it's right
[41:30] Speaker 4: in front of your face. So in twenty twenty three,
[41:34] Speaker 4: that was the beginning of it where it really hit
[41:38] Speaker 4: home for me. In twenty twenty four, this experience, Okay,
[41:42] Speaker 4: so take you back to we heard the how we're
[41:44] Speaker 4: standing in my house. We started to hear something on
[41:50] Speaker 4: like my siding in my living room. It was like
[41:51] Speaker 4: it was like it knew where we were in my
[41:54] Speaker 4: house and something is brushing up against my siding.
[41:58] Speaker 3: You could hear it on the side of the house.
[42:02] Speaker 3: But whatever it was was in the backyard.
[42:04] Speaker 4: So I'm like, well, if it jumped a six foot fence,
[42:07] Speaker 4: it could just jump back over it.
[42:09] Speaker 3: I mean.
[42:11] Speaker 4: And my dog is freaking out, whining, crying, running from
[42:15] Speaker 4: the back door to the front door, just constantly. And
[42:20] Speaker 4: it dawns on me at this moment that my garage
[42:24] Speaker 4: door is open and my door to my garage.
[42:28] Speaker 3: Is open, and so I'm thinking, okay.
[42:31] Speaker 5: So.
[42:35] Speaker 3: If it knows where we are, what if it what if?
[42:38] Speaker 3: I mean what if?
[42:39] Speaker 4: Because if if it can mine speak telepathically to me,
[42:45] Speaker 4: can it read my mind that I'm thinking, Oh, I
[42:48] Speaker 4: don't know my door. I got to secure my I
[42:51] Speaker 4: don't know that my door's open. Couldn't know that it
[42:55] Speaker 4: my So my friends like, don't go out there, don't
[42:59] Speaker 4: go out there, and I say, no, I got to
[43:01] Speaker 4: I gotta go lock everything down because whatever this is
[43:05] Speaker 4: is not shy. So I ran out to my garage
[43:10] Speaker 4: and I locked the outside door, and just as I
[43:14] Speaker 4: was doing that, I could hear something, and the bushes
[43:18] Speaker 4: out there like right outside.
[43:21] Speaker 3: Run back in, lock the other door.
[43:24] Speaker 4: My dog is at my front door, absolutely freaking out.
[43:29] Speaker 3: I look at my ring.
[43:30] Speaker 4: Camera and standing there looking at my ring camera faces
[43:38] Speaker 4: like my garage where you could see like the bushes
[43:42] Speaker 4: and there is something with one really big eye and
[43:48] Speaker 4: you can kind of see that. I like squinting and
[43:51] Speaker 4: then opening back up, like crouched and hiding behind a
[43:57] Speaker 4: bush and a car drives by. You can see it illuminate,
[44:04] Speaker 4: and then it's you can't see what's behind the bush,
[44:08] Speaker 4: but you can see this big eyeshine and then it's gone.
[44:14] Speaker 4: This was right at the time that I was like
[44:17] Speaker 4: running out my door, running out of my house to
[44:20] Speaker 4: go to my into my garage and lock my garage door.
[44:25] Speaker 4: So none of this felt real, but it happened. And
[44:30] Speaker 4: that is like one thing that I have to keep saying,
[44:32] Speaker 4: like it doesn't feel real, it doesn't feel like my life.
[44:35] Speaker 4: I can't believe it when I even tell it. I'm like,
[44:37] Speaker 4: what are you talking about, Amy? But this actually happened. Okay,
[44:44] Speaker 4: So the next day was July third, and obviously I've
[44:52] Speaker 4: told my husband about this.
[44:55] Speaker 3: I was kind of.
[44:56] Speaker 4: Worried you wouldn't believe me, like, oh, maybe your friend's
[44:58] Speaker 4: just you know, hyping you up about this.
[45:02] Speaker 3: But he believed me.
[45:05] Speaker 4: And I think that's like always a fear that you have,
[45:09] Speaker 4: like will my husband or my wife believe me? I
[45:13] Speaker 4: hear that sometimes on podcasts that I, you know, have
[45:19] Speaker 4: listened to your channel a good bit, and I kind
[45:21] Speaker 4: of hear people say like, I didn't know if they
[45:24] Speaker 4: would believe me.
[45:25] Speaker 3: I had that fear. I didn't think he would, but
[45:28] Speaker 3: he did.
[45:29] Speaker 4: And he even suggested, like, why don't you try, Why
[45:37] Speaker 4: don't you buy another camera and point it at a
[45:39] Speaker 4: different spot in the yard. Still keep the one where
[45:42] Speaker 4: you have it now, but just point this one somewhere different.
[45:46] Speaker 3: So the next.
[45:47] Speaker 4: Day, my son was very my son was very on
[45:55] Speaker 4: edge about all this. And my son, he's on the
[45:57] Speaker 4: autism spectrum too. He's very, very empathic, he's very sensitive,
[46:04] Speaker 4: he's super brilliant.
[46:06] Speaker 1: And he uh, sorry, hold on, so you have two
[46:09] Speaker 1: autistic children?
[46:10] Speaker 2: Is that correct?
[46:13] Speaker 3: Yes?
[46:13] Speaker 2: I do, go ahead, thank you.
[46:16] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[46:17] Speaker 4: So one of his little hobbies that he likes to
[46:22] Speaker 4: do is airsoft and he had just gotten an airsoft gun.
[46:32] Speaker 4: So he and I didn't know this the next day
[46:36] Speaker 4: because he knew all this was happening. You know, I
[46:40] Speaker 4: try to, like, when you have kids, you want to
[46:44] Speaker 4: protect them from things.
[46:46] Speaker 3: That are scary.
[46:49] Speaker 4: But my son's had his own experiences that he has
[46:53] Speaker 4: come to me and talked to me about, which I'm
[46:57] Speaker 4: not I'm going to listen to him. I'm never gonna
[47:00] Speaker 4: tell my child like you didn't see that that's didn't happen,
[47:04] Speaker 4: because that's what my parents would do to me.
[47:07] Speaker 3: So I just listened to him.
[47:12] Speaker 4: The next day, he ran out with his airsoft gun
[47:15] Speaker 4: and I was like, where are you going, buddy, and
[47:17] Speaker 4: he's like, oh, I'm just going out in the yard,
[47:18] Speaker 4: and you know, it's okay. So he comes back in
[47:24] Speaker 4: and he was like, guess what I just did? And
[47:26] Speaker 4: I was like, what did you just do? And he
[47:28] Speaker 4: was like, well, I went down to the woods and
[47:32] Speaker 4: I told whatever's down there, don't ever come back in
[47:35] Speaker 4: my yard again, or you'll like fill my wrath or
[47:38] Speaker 4: something a very like a very like eleven twelve year
[47:43] Speaker 4: old boy thing to say, right like, hey, don't mess
[47:47] Speaker 4: with my mom, or you're gonna get this pellet gun
[47:50] Speaker 4: like it was. Anyways, I was like, okay.
[47:54] Speaker 3: Can you not threaten.
[47:58] Speaker 4: Whatever was like tear us last night, that would be great.
[48:04] Speaker 4: But anyways, so I don't know if that provoked it.
[48:10] Speaker 4: And also my son, he's a pretty tall kid. He's
[48:14] Speaker 4: a big kid, so he looks like he's like fourteen
[48:17] Speaker 4: or fifteen truly, So.
[48:21] Speaker 3: I was thinking, Okay, so if there's like.
[48:26] Speaker 4: This crazy cryptid creature whatever it is, beast thing that's
[48:32] Speaker 4: out there, you just went down there and effectively threatened it.
[48:36] Speaker 4: And you know, I was concerned about him. But anyways,
[48:45] Speaker 4: so I put up some cameras that face different directions
[48:49] Speaker 4: that day.
[48:50] Speaker 3: And also also that day, my littleist was on the
[49:02] Speaker 3: trampoline and I was working in my garden.
[49:05] Speaker 4: She gets on the outside of the trampoline and I
[49:08] Speaker 4: don't know how she did this because I was right there.
[49:10] Speaker 3: I was watching her.
[49:11] Speaker 4: She gets on the outside of the trampoline and she
[49:13] Speaker 4: like walks around the outside of the trampoline and there's
[49:18] Speaker 4: a break in our fence that comes down about a foot.
[49:21] Speaker 3: So where that break in the.
[49:24] Speaker 4: Fences, my littlest who at this time was pretty nonverbal,
[49:30] Speaker 4: is like she has her hands outreached and she's like
[49:35] Speaker 4: telling something to pick her up, and as a mom,
[49:42] Speaker 4: every instinct in my body. I was like, I was
[49:47] Speaker 4: absolutely freaked out if there was any doubt in me
[49:52] Speaker 4: that still at that point that this was happening.
[49:56] Speaker 3: And also the guilt.
[49:57] Speaker 4: Because I'm like, okay, so this is not just me
[49:59] Speaker 4: experience seeing this. Now this is my children, and now
[50:03] Speaker 4: this thing is messing with my children, and now we
[50:06] Speaker 4: have a problem.
[50:07] Speaker 3: You know.
[50:09] Speaker 4: So I got her, you know, she's fine everything, Like,
[50:15] Speaker 4: I got her write down and told her, you know,
[50:17] Speaker 4: you cannot walk on the outside of the trampoline, like
[50:19] Speaker 4: it's not safe, all that good stuff.
[50:21] Speaker 3: So anyways, that's one thing that happened. I have to mention.
[50:25] Speaker 4: And if you're a mom or dad and you're like
[50:32] Speaker 4: you're having experiences, I really have to say this, it's
[50:35] Speaker 4: not just a cute to like you. Like, I listened
[50:41] Speaker 4: to a guy the other day who told such an
[50:43] Speaker 4: amazing story and it was really scary, and he mentioned
[50:47] Speaker 4: his kids a few times, and I was just thinking,
[50:50] Speaker 4: I want to hear from the kid's perspective. And I know,
[50:52] Speaker 4: I know, in like the podcast community, like that's not
[50:55] Speaker 4: a safe thing to do. No one does that, and
[50:57] Speaker 4: I agree it shouldn't be done. You know, kids are miners.
[51:00] Speaker 4: They need to be protected. But I was just thinking
[51:06] Speaker 4: because if any parent is experiencing this, like you and
[51:10] Speaker 4: your kids live with you in your house where you're
[51:12] Speaker 4: having these creatures, and then there's like the sense of
[51:15] Speaker 4: being a mama bear or Papa bear, like you have
[51:17] Speaker 4: to protect your family, But how do you protect your
[51:20] Speaker 4: family from something that you don't know what it is.
[51:24] Speaker 3: It's not like a classified animal, it's.
[51:29] Speaker 4: Not you know, it's probably supernatural. Anyways, So I put
[51:35] Speaker 4: those cameras up and it was the morning of fourth
[51:43] Speaker 4: of July. I could not sleep that night. I was
[51:48] Speaker 4: just laying in bed. It was almost like I just
[51:54] Speaker 4: felt like something was going to happen and I was
[51:56] Speaker 4: just waiting for it. Maybe that's in tuition. So I'm
[52:03] Speaker 4: laying there and it's like three in the morning, four
[52:06] Speaker 4: in the morning, and I see my neighbor. I'm like
[52:14] Speaker 4: watching these cameras, and I see my neighbor next door
[52:18] Speaker 4: to me, who's in his seventies. Don't know why he
[52:21] Speaker 4: was up, old military guy turn on his big light
[52:32] Speaker 4: on the back of his house, like his spotlight, which
[52:36] Speaker 4: I thought was strange because they never do that, and
[52:40] Speaker 4: then he turned it off. So after that happened. I'm like, okay,
[52:46] Speaker 4: well did he see something? So I'm watching the camera,
[52:50] Speaker 4: I'm really tired, and I see this little box pop
[52:54] Speaker 4: up around something. So that screenshot that I sent, sorry,
[53:01] Speaker 4: that screenshot that I sent you, I can't remember exactly,
[53:05] Speaker 4: but I'm pretty sure that that was actual, Like I
[53:08] Speaker 4: screenshoted that live because when I go back and I
[53:12] Speaker 4: look at there's one picture I know I screenshoted live
[53:16] Speaker 4: because the background is different.
[53:18] Speaker 3: Than the other ones.
[53:24] Speaker 4: And I remember doing that because I almost couldn't believe
[53:28] Speaker 4: what I was seeing, but I was like ready, I
[53:30] Speaker 4: knew that something was probably gonna happen.
[53:32] Speaker 3: I could just feel it.
[53:34] Speaker 4: And it was a creature that was crouched down, almost
[53:39] Speaker 4: like like a human would be, but like a like
[53:44] Speaker 4: in a just crouched in like a frog position, like.
[53:49] Speaker 3: Indian style, but on its toes, kind of on my trampoline.
[53:58] Speaker 4: And I, I mean, I saw it like I saw
[54:02] Speaker 4: it pop up, and I knew exactly that that was it,
[54:11] Speaker 4: but I didn't expect it to look like that, and
[54:17] Speaker 4: I didn't believe it. I still don't believe it. And
[54:21] Speaker 4: I have talked about this with people. I mean, i've
[54:25] Speaker 4: talked about this with my family, my clients, and every
[54:34] Speaker 4: time I talk about it, I still can't believe it.
[55:41] Speaker 3: So yeah, I think I caught it or something on
[55:52] Speaker 3: pictures on video.
[55:55] Speaker 4: And the weird thing is is that it like disintegrates.
[56:00] Speaker 4: But also these are not like great cameras. These were
[56:03] Speaker 4: like just your run of the mill, like ring cameras,
[56:06] Speaker 4: wise cameras that you buy at like home depot, like
[56:10] Speaker 4: I was. I surely did not really think I was
[56:12] Speaker 4: gonna catch anything. I kind of, you know, I I.
[56:15] Speaker 3: Didn't believe it that I did. And the size of
[56:20] Speaker 3: it on the trampoline.
[56:22] Speaker 4: I had my husband, he's sixty three and like two
[56:25] Speaker 4: hundred something pounds. The next day I had him like,
[56:28] Speaker 4: I was like, can you get on there and see
[56:30] Speaker 4: if you can like crouch in the position this thing was,
[56:32] Speaker 4: and we can see kind of like size comparison.
[56:35] Speaker 3: This was bigger than him.
[56:40] Speaker 4: If he's six three and like two hundred and twenty
[56:42] Speaker 4: thirty pounds, this thing was bigger than him. In the video,
[56:52] Speaker 4: it's like there for a split second and then it
[56:55] Speaker 4: like cloaks or like disintegrades or like vanishes or something.
[57:01] Speaker 4: And that's crazy to think about that's crazy to say,
[57:05] Speaker 4: but I don't know how this like.
[57:12] Speaker 3: And I played with the photo. I've like taken the
[57:14] Speaker 3: brightness down.
[57:15] Speaker 4: I've like, you know, not the ones I sent you,
[57:19] Speaker 4: but I've messed with it myself. And like the thing
[57:22] Speaker 4: that I can't get out of my mind because I
[57:24] Speaker 4: keep trying to talk myself out of it and like, oh,
[57:25] Speaker 4: it's not real.
[57:26] Speaker 3: The thing I can't get out of my mind is
[57:28] Speaker 3: that if you.
[57:34] Speaker 4: Make it really dark, you can actually see where the
[57:39] Speaker 4: shoulders and the knees.
[57:43] Speaker 3: Or the legs.
[57:46] Speaker 4: Block out the light, where the poles are on my trampoline.
[57:50] Speaker 4: So there is something there. I'm not saying what it is.
[57:57] Speaker 4: I don't know what it is.
[58:02] Speaker 3: That's kind of my way.
[58:03] Speaker 4: That I've proved it to myself, Like, yeah, you're not
[58:06] Speaker 4: losing your mind.
[58:08] Speaker 6: So yeah, is it okay to if we share the
[58:22] Speaker 6: videos and the photos that you sent me in this interview?
[58:26] Speaker 1: All right? Cool?
[58:26] Speaker 2: I'm going to try.
[58:27] Speaker 3: Yeah absolutely?
[58:29] Speaker 2: Yeah? Uh is there?
[58:31] Speaker 1: They are really really interesting? Remember you sending those to me?
[58:37] Speaker 1: So that was July fourth of was it twenty four
[58:42] Speaker 1: or twenty five?
[58:45] Speaker 2: Twenty four? Wow? Is anything happening with your neighbors at
[58:52] Speaker 2: this time.
[58:57] Speaker 3: Okay, So my neighbor, Yeah, my neighbor. Okay. I have
[59:07] Speaker 3: two elderly neighbors that live on either side of me.
[59:12] Speaker 3: Wonderful people. I know them, they know my kids.
[59:17] Speaker 4: One of my neighbors actually just moved away, and she
[59:22] Speaker 4: had built that house and lived in that house for
[59:24] Speaker 4: thirty years and.
[59:31] Speaker 3: I I'm not sure why she moved, Jeremiah, but so
[59:38] Speaker 3: I had I had something happen. This was in August.
[59:48] Speaker 4: On my back porch, there is in the summertime, there's
[59:53] Speaker 4: a ton of orb weave or orb weaver spiders, and
[59:57] Speaker 4: I'm kind of obsessed with them.
[59:58] Speaker 3: I think they're really pretty.
[1:00:00] Speaker 4: And there's this invasive spider called a duro spider and
[1:00:05] Speaker 4: they kind of like pop up and they actually the
[1:00:08] Speaker 4: females are really aggressive and they'll kill the orb weavers.
[1:00:12] Speaker 4: So one night I had like, I had a couple
[1:00:14] Speaker 4: of gurrows on my back porch and then I had
[1:00:16] Speaker 4: like a couple orb weavers, and I was just checking
[1:00:21] Speaker 4: to see if like the duros weren't because you will
[1:00:23] Speaker 4: find like dead spiders in their web like they are
[1:00:26] Speaker 4: it's creepy.
[1:00:28] Speaker 3: So I was shining a flashlight.
[1:00:32] Speaker 4: And the only way you can really see the webs
[1:00:37] Speaker 4: and like where they are and not walk into them.
[1:00:38] Speaker 3: Is to shina flashlight.
[1:00:41] Speaker 4: So I live like on a hill and it overlooks
[1:00:46] Speaker 4: my neighbor's yard. I was shining my flashlight and there's
[1:00:56] Speaker 4: a big cedar tree, really big cedar tree, right next
[1:00:59] Speaker 4: to my fence in her yard. There was a web
[1:01:06] Speaker 4: that I was looking at on my porch. Here's a
[1:01:08] Speaker 4: big cedar tree. Here's her house. I turned my flashlight off,
[1:01:19] Speaker 4: and I don't know why I did that, but I
[1:01:21] Speaker 4: turned my flashlight off for a second, and there was
[1:01:28] Speaker 4: I can't remember if I saw it and turned my
[1:01:30] Speaker 4: flashlight off.
[1:01:32] Speaker 3: I don't know why. That's the first instinct.
[1:01:35] Speaker 4: It's like, obviously, if you're trying a flashlight around, the
[1:01:37] Speaker 4: thing already saw you, so gave away that you're there.
[1:01:42] Speaker 3: Okay.
[1:01:42] Speaker 4: There was a very large black mask with red eyes
[1:01:48] Speaker 4: next to the cedar tree. That was I mean it
[1:01:53] Speaker 4: was like ten plus feet tall. I mean it was
[1:01:57] Speaker 4: like thirteen feet tall. It was very tall because my
[1:02:00] Speaker 4: my fence is like six feet It way over the fence.
[1:02:05] Speaker 3: Black mass. It had these red eyes, and.
[1:02:15] Speaker 4: It was right in her yard. I mean, here's the creek.
[1:02:21] Speaker 4: There's a creek behind my fence. At the same time
[1:02:29] Speaker 4: that I saw this big black mass with red eyes
[1:02:33] Speaker 4: neon red eyes, mind you, like almond shape. In the
[1:02:39] Speaker 4: creek behind my house, there was two rock clacks that happened, loud,
[1:02:51] Speaker 4: rock clacks. Very it was something a human would do,
[1:03:00] Speaker 4: very human, not a raccoon. There's beavers back there sometimes,
[1:03:07] Speaker 4: not a beaver. I don't think that they'll slap their
[1:03:10] Speaker 4: tail at you, for sure, but they're not going to
[1:03:15] Speaker 4: take like two rocks and go.
[1:03:18] Speaker 3: Clack clack, clack clack. That's what it did. Something in
[1:03:23] Speaker 3: the creek bottom.
[1:03:25] Speaker 4: When I saw this, and when the clacks happened, the
[1:03:28] Speaker 4: thing disappeared. It vanished, And then a couple of weeks
[1:03:39] Speaker 4: later she puts her house that she's lived in for
[1:03:42] Speaker 4: thirty years on the market and moved out, and now
[1:03:47] Speaker 4: I have new neighbors.
[1:03:48] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:03:49] Speaker 1: Wow, that kind of thing really makes you wonder what
[1:03:56] Speaker 1: else was going on over there, especially like why would
[1:04:00] Speaker 1: you put up your house of thirty years that you
[1:04:03] Speaker 1: built yourself like that.
[1:04:05] Speaker 2: That's Have you.
[1:04:08] Speaker 1: Experienced telepathy any other time beside the time that you've
[1:04:14] Speaker 1: shared so far?
[1:04:18] Speaker 3: Okay, So I was just talking with my sister last
[1:04:21] Speaker 3: night about this.
[1:04:28] Speaker 4: When you have a child who is nonverbal and you
[1:04:38] Speaker 4: are their caretaker, you build a bond with them that
[1:04:42] Speaker 4: no one else has.
[1:04:46] Speaker 3: You can almost pick up on their needs.
[1:04:52] Speaker 4: I mean sometimes I'll be at work and I'll have
[1:04:53] Speaker 4: a twelve hour day and my husband's at home with
[1:04:57] Speaker 4: our daughter, and I just know that, like, okay, she's hungry.
[1:05:05] Speaker 4: I know, okay, she wants to go outside. There's been
[1:05:08] Speaker 4: times where I've I've texted him and like there was
[1:05:18] Speaker 4: one time that she she can't elope, So like our
[1:05:24] Speaker 4: front door is like Fort Knox because she can't elope.
[1:05:26] Speaker 4: She's just in that stage. Sometimes they do it forever,
[1:05:29] Speaker 4: sometimes they don't, but she can. And she ran out
[1:05:36] Speaker 4: in the backyard one time when I was at work
[1:05:38] Speaker 4: and my husband he was doing he was like doing
[1:05:41] Speaker 4: dishes or washing his hands or something. And I texted
[1:05:45] Speaker 4: him three minutes before it happened because I caught it
[1:05:48] Speaker 4: on my camera that she ran out on the back porch.
[1:05:51] Speaker 4: I caught it three minutes before it happened, and I
[1:05:53] Speaker 4: texted him and I said, is she okay?
[1:05:56] Speaker 3: Like I knew that it was something could happen.
[1:06:00] Speaker 4: So I don't know, when you have kids that rely
[1:06:02] Speaker 4: on you. I feel like you can build that relationship unknowingly.
[1:06:08] Speaker 4: I don't know, especially if they are nonverbal. My son
[1:06:11] Speaker 4: is very verbal, my daughter is getting more verbal as
[1:06:13] Speaker 4: time progresses. But you can build that that bond with them.
[1:06:20] Speaker 4: And I've wondered if it could be a component, Like
[1:06:31] Speaker 4: maybe because of my children and my bond with them,
[1:06:37] Speaker 4: I've unknowingly like become more empathic in general. And I
[1:06:44] Speaker 4: also work with people all the time in my industry,
[1:06:49] Speaker 4: I work with people, so I kind of feel like
[1:06:52] Speaker 4: a therapist, even though I am not a therapist, but
[1:06:55] Speaker 4: I feel like one. So maybe I have those skills
[1:07:00] Speaker 4: in some facet And I don't know, but like to
[1:07:04] Speaker 4: like mind speaker to lepathy, like on the trail that night. Never,
[1:07:08] Speaker 4: I've never like heard this voice come over me and
[1:07:12] Speaker 4: tell me something like that.
[1:07:13] Speaker 6: Never.
[1:07:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's extremely interesting because another pattern that you will,
[1:07:22] Speaker 1: you know, see, if you talk to enough people, is
[1:07:24] Speaker 1: there's definitely a connection between I guess not just autistic children,
[1:07:31] Speaker 1: but autistic individuals and Bigfoot in a way. There seems
[1:07:36] Speaker 1: to be sometimes more activity when they are are present.
[1:07:42] Speaker 1: I've had more than a few interviews where that comes up.
[1:07:48] Speaker 1: Don't feel like you need to answer this. It can
[1:07:51] Speaker 1: be cut out. But do you know if you are
[1:07:53] Speaker 1: autistic or on the spectrum yourself?
[1:07:58] Speaker 3: I don't know.
[1:08:00] Speaker 4: Yeah, I am very neurodiversent. I have ADHD and actually
[1:08:10] Speaker 4: all my siblings have ADHD too. My mom has ADHD
[1:08:14] Speaker 4: or add I think she said add.
[1:08:17] Speaker 3: But our children in my family on my side have
[1:08:24] Speaker 3: ADHD or autism or both. So could I be autistic?
[1:08:30] Speaker 3: I could be. I don't know.
[1:08:32] Speaker 4: You know, like millennials, like my generation, especially like elder millennials,
[1:08:39] Speaker 4: we didn't really get we didn't get tested.
[1:08:42] Speaker 1: Or diagnosed them right there with the older millennials. So
[1:08:46] Speaker 1: just the fact that I said another pattern is probably
[1:08:49] Speaker 1: is a big indicator for some people. But yeah, no,
[1:08:55] Speaker 1: the elder millennial, it really did not get diagnosed at all.
[1:09:01] Speaker 3: So my husband has told me that he thinks that
[1:09:04] Speaker 3: he has autism, gotcha, gotcha?
[1:09:07] Speaker 4: Which that might line up, but I don't know. I'm
[1:09:11] Speaker 4: not going to tell him what I'm thinking of.
[1:09:13] Speaker 1: Yeah, absolutely, So that was we were talking about August
[1:09:19] Speaker 1: of twenty four, Was that right?
[1:09:22] Speaker 2: Okay?
[1:09:22] Speaker 1: Yes, has this been occurring in the last year as well, or.
[1:09:32] Speaker 4: With the creature that the large black mass with red
[1:09:37] Speaker 4: eyes that was in August of this of twenty twenty five. Gotcha,
[1:09:44] Speaker 4: but it was in the summertime. I think that they
[1:09:48] Speaker 4: might like to be out more in the summertime.
[1:09:52] Speaker 3: And I think that to me, the black Mass did
[1:10:02] Speaker 3: look ape like.
[1:10:07] Speaker 4: Why these things would be hanging out in a creek
[1:10:12] Speaker 4: behind a subdivision.
[1:10:14] Speaker 3: I have no idea why there is an old abandoned
[1:10:19] Speaker 3: farm behind my neighborhood.
[1:10:21] Speaker 4: It's just dilapidated, and I mean there's woods, you know
[1:10:24] Speaker 4: they could conceal.
[1:10:27] Speaker 3: I don't know why. I mean, I thought maybe food,
[1:10:31] Speaker 3: people watching.
[1:10:37] Speaker 4: But the one with red eyes, that was a different experience.
[1:10:42] Speaker 4: Anytime I've had these experiences, I've been really scared when
[1:10:47] Speaker 4: I saw him, and I'm saying him, I don't know
[1:10:52] Speaker 4: that it was a him. It When I saw it,
[1:10:57] Speaker 4: I wasn't afraid of it, and and it kind of
[1:11:01] Speaker 4: felt like it was trying to scare me.
[1:11:04] Speaker 3: But I just.
[1:11:04] Speaker 4: Felt nothing, and I thought that was very weird. I
[1:11:07] Speaker 4: felt nothing, and uh, it squinted at me and then
[1:11:15] Speaker 4: disappeared when the rock clacks happened, But it squinted at
[1:11:18] Speaker 4: me like it was checking me out. I got the
[1:11:23] Speaker 4: vibe it was checking me out, like who are you?
[1:11:26] Speaker 3: But it like knew me. I don't know, this is weird.
[1:11:29] Speaker 4: I got the feeling that it knew me and for
[1:11:35] Speaker 4: some reason, it was showing itself to me. I feel
[1:11:39] Speaker 4: like these things have to be able to cloak, because
[1:11:43] Speaker 4: I just don't know how it can disappear like that.
[1:11:48] Speaker 4: And you would think that this would happen in an
[1:11:55] Speaker 4: area where there's like acres and acres of woods around.
[1:11:58] Speaker 4: It's really remote, it's very out in the middle of nowhere.
[1:12:04] Speaker 4: But this has changed my mindset on that because where
[1:12:07] Speaker 4: I'm from is like acres of land in the middle
[1:12:11] Speaker 4: of nowhere, and I've had more experiences here where there
[1:12:17] Speaker 4: is high density living in population than I have had
[1:12:25] Speaker 4: somewhere like that.
[1:12:32] Speaker 1: Man, it's an incredible story, and it feels like there
[1:12:41] Speaker 1: almost should be some thing in the past that kick
[1:12:48] Speaker 1: things off and that got everything connected. But I'm not
[1:12:54] Speaker 1: sure if I have it yet. And that's okay, but
[1:12:59] Speaker 1: you know what I mean. They definitely know you're there,
[1:13:07] Speaker 1: and you guys are just like a lighthouse beacon bringing
[1:13:11] Speaker 1: them in and it's yeah. I mean, it's one of
[1:13:15] Speaker 1: those things where you have some sort of experience and
[1:13:19] Speaker 1: then it just opens you up to all this other stuff,
[1:13:22] Speaker 1: and you just really start experiencing stuff out of nowhere.
[1:13:28] Speaker 2: When you are doing your.
[1:13:32] Speaker 1: Place of work and you're able to talk to people
[1:13:34] Speaker 1: and hear their story and you're telling yours. It sounds
[1:13:38] Speaker 1: like you tell it quite a bit. Has anyone else
[1:13:42] Speaker 1: been like, oh, yeah, totally, that area is super weird
[1:13:45] Speaker 1: or I've had other things happen in that area. Anyone
[1:13:49] Speaker 1: brought up stuff like that.
[1:13:53] Speaker 4: Well, my clients will share, you know. So when you're
[1:14:03] Speaker 4: in the beauty industry, you have like a couple hours
[1:14:08] Speaker 4: with people sometimes and usually you get to know people
[1:14:12] Speaker 4: really well, their families, et cetera. And we I've swapped
[1:14:19] Speaker 4: stories with some people about the area. The upstate is
[1:14:23] Speaker 4: very old. Well, South Carolina is very old. But like
[1:14:29] Speaker 4: when I was when I was little, like if I
[1:14:31] Speaker 4: would go play in the woods, like my dad, you know,
[1:14:33] Speaker 4: if he was with me, we would collect arrowheads.
[1:14:35] Speaker 3: I mean stuff like that. So it's not abnormal, like people.
[1:14:39] Speaker 4: Know this area is old, but it's I've had people
[1:14:45] Speaker 4: explain to me that they've had paranormal experiences, haunted houses,
[1:14:51] Speaker 4: you know, seeing ghosts, things like that. Some clients that
[1:14:54] Speaker 4: I have, Yeah, I had a lady in my neighborhood
[1:14:59] Speaker 4: who is a lovely sweet person, tell me that something
[1:15:04] Speaker 4: she would put out her in this and you know,
[1:15:06] Speaker 4: I guess the spring is when they're out. She would
[1:15:08] Speaker 4: put out humming bird like fell her hummingbird feeders, and
[1:15:16] Speaker 4: something would come and take apart the hummingbird feeders and
[1:15:20] Speaker 4: suck all of the juice out. And she said it
[1:15:24] Speaker 4: would It was happening like every night, and she thought
[1:15:30] Speaker 4: that that was weird. And she lives on the other
[1:15:34] Speaker 4: side of my subdivision and behind her is the old
[1:15:39] Speaker 4: dilapidated farm.
[1:15:43] Speaker 2: So wow, okay, so a lot going on for sure.
[1:15:47] Speaker 1: I guess you know, when I think of South Carolina,
[1:15:51] Speaker 1: I'm thinking of old, old, even a lot of Civil
[1:15:56] Speaker 1: War type related paranoid revolutionary Yep, yeah, sure, definitely. Would
[1:16:04] Speaker 1: you say the August event was the last big event
[1:16:12] Speaker 1: that happened on your property, then we're at about well,
[1:16:17] Speaker 1: February twenty twenty six, Now.
[1:16:24] Speaker 3: There was something.
[1:16:25] Speaker 4: I mean, things kind of happen, Okay, things kind of
[1:16:28] Speaker 4: happen all the time.
[1:16:29] Speaker 3: But I don't like to be that person that's like,
[1:16:32] Speaker 3: oh this happened, then this happened, you know what I mean.
[1:16:35] Speaker 4: I'm not looking for it, and there's stuff with animals,
[1:16:40] Speaker 4: like you know, one night there was like a hawk
[1:16:43] Speaker 4: back here killing something.
[1:16:45] Speaker 3: It was like screaming. We know what it was, but
[1:16:50] Speaker 3: you know you can tell. Okay, So.
[1:16:56] Speaker 4: And this this one actually happened with my husband, so
[1:17:00] Speaker 4: now he knows. I took Max out one night. Sometimes
[1:17:07] Speaker 4: if I don't go out, it's a fenced in yard.
[1:17:09] Speaker 4: But sometimes if I don't go out with Max at night,
[1:17:11] Speaker 4: he gets into trouble.
[1:17:12] Speaker 3: He likes to attack possums and it's just nasty.
[1:17:15] Speaker 4: So I took him out with a flashlight and we
[1:17:18] Speaker 4: were walking around the yard and I just kept hearing
[1:17:21] Speaker 4: something like jumping from tree to tree to tree, but
[1:17:25] Speaker 4: it was really big. It was knocking branches down. I'm like, okay,
[1:17:28] Speaker 4: well where have I heard that before? You know, it
[1:17:32] Speaker 4: was knocking branches, big branches down. I could like see
[1:17:36] Speaker 4: the branches falling. But when I shine my flashlight up
[1:17:38] Speaker 4: in the tree, I couldn't see what it was like.
[1:17:40] Speaker 4: There was nothing there, but I could see like the
[1:17:42] Speaker 4: trees moving, branches falling. It's the same time across the
[1:17:48] Speaker 4: woods from us, like back in the woods up on
[1:17:50] Speaker 4: another hill, there's a retention pond. It behind that there
[1:17:53] Speaker 4: is an apartment complex. In the winter time, you can.
[1:17:57] Speaker 3: Hear them very well.
[1:17:59] Speaker 4: You can see the apartments way back there, but you
[1:18:01] Speaker 4: can hear them, and it's very usually very quiet, but
[1:18:05] Speaker 4: on this particular night, there was like a guy walking.
[1:18:07] Speaker 3: Around the retention pond.
[1:18:09] Speaker 4: It's all gated off, like they you can't get from
[1:18:12] Speaker 4: over there to where I am. But there was a
[1:18:15] Speaker 4: guy walking around the retention pond screaming really loudly on
[1:18:18] Speaker 4: his phone. At the same time, this thing is jumping
[1:18:22] Speaker 4: from tree to tree to tree, knocking stuff down very loudly,
[1:18:28] Speaker 4: and I surmised that he was watching this guy. The
[1:18:33] Speaker 4: guy was obviously very distracted, so I I went inside.
[1:18:38] Speaker 4: I was like, you know, I told my husband, I
[1:18:40] Speaker 4: was like, can you come out here? Can you just
[1:18:42] Speaker 4: like walk around the edge of the fence back there,
[1:18:45] Speaker 4: just I feel like I.
[1:18:48] Speaker 3: Just want to see if you can like see what
[1:18:50] Speaker 3: this is, you know.
[1:18:55] Speaker 4: He being that he is kind of skeptical, he was like, yeah, okay,
[1:18:59] Speaker 4: sure's fine. So he got his flashlight and he like
[1:19:03] Speaker 4: walks around the outside of the fence.
[1:19:05] Speaker 3: There's the creek and the woods.
[1:19:11] Speaker 4: And whatever it was that was jumping around as soon
[1:19:15] Speaker 4: as my husband got back.
[1:19:16] Speaker 3: There, it got really quiet.
[1:19:20] Speaker 4: So I'm standing on the other side of the fence
[1:19:21] Speaker 4: with my dog. My dog is just silent through all
[1:19:24] Speaker 4: of this. My husband's over on the other side and
[1:19:28] Speaker 4: he's like, Amy, it looks like something has been betting
[1:19:32] Speaker 4: down back here.
[1:19:33] Speaker 3: And he does.
[1:19:34] Speaker 4: Yardwork and he throws stuff back there all the time.
[1:19:37] Speaker 4: He's very familiar with it. And I was like, what
[1:19:39] Speaker 4: do you mean, And he was like, it looks like
[1:19:42] Speaker 4: something has made like a little nest or something back here.
[1:19:47] Speaker 4: And if that was not off putting, I was.
[1:19:50] Speaker 3: Like, okay.
[1:19:51] Speaker 4: And if my husband says it, he is a skeptic.
[1:19:54] Speaker 4: He is, and he's also an atheist, so like I'm
[1:19:56] Speaker 4: the spiritual one that like can't stop talking. He's the
[1:19:59] Speaker 4: one that it's like he has to see it to
[1:20:02] Speaker 4: believe it. That's just how he is.
[1:20:04] Speaker 3: So when he said that, alarm bells went off, because
[1:20:07] Speaker 3: I know how he is. Then whatever was.
[1:20:10] Speaker 4: Up in the trees jumping around and being very loud
[1:20:14] Speaker 4: and messy jumps down. So my husband's behind our fence,
[1:20:19] Speaker 4: here's the creek, and then there's woods in those woods.
[1:20:24] Speaker 4: Whatever it was jumped down and I heard it hit
[1:20:27] Speaker 4: the ground, and I was like, whatever that was has
[1:20:34] Speaker 4: now jumped down, and he heard it too, and I
[1:20:37] Speaker 4: could tell he was getting freaked out because he was
[1:20:38] Speaker 4: like quiet.
[1:20:40] Speaker 3: I was like, it's jumped down and I just heard
[1:20:42] Speaker 3: it land on the other side of the.
[1:20:43] Speaker 4: Creek, so it's back there with you. So now he's
[1:20:48] Speaker 4: got to walk by the creek and come back around
[1:20:51] Speaker 4: the fence. So he's got to effectively walk by whatever
[1:20:55] Speaker 4: has just landed on this hill across the creek, and
[1:21:03] Speaker 4: he just immediately like booked it back across there as
[1:21:07] Speaker 4: fast as you can for it being like I mean,
[1:21:10] Speaker 4: it's thick brushed even in the winter, it's thick, Like
[1:21:12] Speaker 4: no one is back there.
[1:21:13] Speaker 3: There's briers, and it's messy and it's gross. So he
[1:21:19] Speaker 3: didn't see anything.
[1:21:21] Speaker 1: But but something was definitely back there. Yeah, oh yeah,
[1:21:27] Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, Amy, you have really it's not just you,
[1:21:30] Speaker 1: as your whole family has really an incredible story.
[1:21:35] Speaker 2: I know it was hard to share it. I could.
[1:21:38] Speaker 1: I could tell you were right back there in it,
[1:21:41] Speaker 1: and I just want to say thank you for sharing
[1:21:44] Speaker 1: what you guys have been through so far. And I
[1:21:49] Speaker 1: hope that this helps some listeners that are maybe going
[1:21:54] Speaker 1: through some things like this in their own lives and
[1:21:58] Speaker 1: that it's okay to talk about things like this. But Amy,
[1:22:05] Speaker 1: thank you so much for coming on. Please keep us
[1:22:09] Speaker 1: in the loop. If you do continue to experience things
[1:22:14] Speaker 1: like this around your property, I would love to hear
[1:22:17] Speaker 1: about it. But thank you again.
[1:22:20] Speaker 3: Yeah, thank you so much. Seremiah, thanks for having me on.
[1:22:23] Speaker 1: Have you ever heard all the accounts of bigfoot activity
[1:22:26] Speaker 1: around Oakridge, Oregon? And you think to yourself, Man, I
[1:22:29] Speaker 1: would love to get out in those woods and experience
[1:22:32] Speaker 1: it for myself. Well, guess what this year you can.

[1:22:53] Speaker 1: be one of the speakers. It's gonna be wild. I'll
[1:22:56] Speaker 1: probably I'll say this. There may be stuff you haven't

[1:25:23] Speaker 1: on a remote oil field, or a trucker with government

[1:25:41] Speaker 1: or someone on a spiritual retreat and you saw something
