A family moves deep into the mountains near Rocky Fork State Park in East Tennessee and starts experiencing things they can’t explain. A massive reddish-blond Sasquatch walks across a ridge in broad daylight and mentally identifies itself as “the protector of the forest.” Heavy footsteps shake the cabin at night. Something runs across the roof. Giant figures appear beside the road at 4 AM illuminated by headlights after Hurricane Helene devastates the region. Jodi and Michael share years of escalating encounters near the Cherokee National Forest including: • Daylight Sasquatch sightings • Possible juvenile activity • Metallic booming sounds in the mountains • Tracks and knuckle impressions • Tree pushes and whoops • Mind speak experiences • A terrifying scream outside a Missouri forest home • Strange activity tied to remote Appalachian waterways This is one of the most intense multi-encounter episodes ever featured on Bigfoot Society. ## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: I get this mind speak thing. He says, I'm the
[0:03] Speaker 1: protector of the forest, and I'm just really I'm nervous
[0:08] Speaker 1: right now. This happening about the same time that I
[0:13] Speaker 1: was trying to tell Mike I saw something else. Ten
[0:16] Speaker 1: to thirteen foot twelve had to weigh at least eight
[0:20] Speaker 1: hundred pounds.
[0:21] Speaker 2: You're listening to Big for Society, and I'm Jeremiah Byron.
[0:24] Speaker 2: In this show, we go beyond the campfire stories to
[0:26] Speaker 2: bring you first hand encounters from people who say they've
[0:29] Speaker 2: seen something impossible. From backwoods trails and remote mountain haulers
[0:33] Speaker 2: to quiet farms and crowded highways. The stories come from everywhere,
[0:37] Speaker 2: and each one leaves us with more questions than answers.
[0:41] Speaker 2: These are the voices of the people who've lived it.
[0:45] Speaker 2: To settle in, because today you'll hear another account that
[0:48] Speaker 2: just might change the way you see the woods forever.
[0:51] Speaker 2: So stay with us, all right, Big for Society. I've
[0:54] Speaker 2: got the privilege of talking to Jody and Michael today.
[0:58] Speaker 2: It's going to be primarily but you may hear Michael
[1:02] Speaker 2: off to this side every once in a while, which
[1:05] Speaker 2: is great. But welcome to the show. Guys. How's it
[1:08] Speaker 2: going thank you.
[1:10] Speaker 1: It's going okay.
[1:11] Speaker 3: Oh, we're doing great. We're at a beautiful haunted church
[1:14] Speaker 3: here in Illinois. Wife Mara East Tennessee home.
[1:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, we didn't want to really do it at home anyways.
[1:21] Speaker 2: Absolutely a little background info. You may recognize Michael's voice
[1:29] Speaker 2: from a few episodes ago. We had a great chat
[1:32] Speaker 2: about the Tennessee Cryptid camp out. Both Jody and Michael
[1:38] Speaker 2: were they're in attendance along with myself, so we were
[1:42] Speaker 2: able to meet there and had a great time. And
[1:46] Speaker 2: if you haven't listened to Michael's episode yet, I'll make
[1:50] Speaker 2: sure to have it linked so that you can get
[1:52] Speaker 2: all the info about the Tennessee Crypti campout. Slowly having
[1:59] Speaker 2: people on the show to talk about that. I just
[2:01] Speaker 2: talked to Adam from the Half Inchrench crew. We had
[2:05] Speaker 2: a good chat about that as well. But when I
[2:08] Speaker 2: when I met was able to spend a little bit
[2:11] Speaker 2: of time talking to Jody and Michael, and they had
[2:15] Speaker 2: told me about some interesting experiences they've had over the years.
[2:21] Speaker 2: And as I said in Michael's episode, we had we
[2:26] Speaker 2: were like, well, maybe we could get something recorded during
[2:29] Speaker 2: the week, but it was so blazing hot and we
[2:31] Speaker 2: were both like you know, this is not the right
[2:33] Speaker 2: time to do it, so we'll set something up later.
[2:36] Speaker 2: And here we are, and you guys are in a
[2:38] Speaker 2: haunted church. So there you go, extra bonus points. Did
[2:44] Speaker 2: you know it was an extra Did you know it
[2:46] Speaker 2: was a haunted church when you went in there or
[2:50] Speaker 2: found out?
[2:51] Speaker 3: We are actually the first people apparently in this airbnb
[2:57] Speaker 3: and we we had a lot of activity last night
[3:01] Speaker 3: that was inside and multiple multiple sounds, so it's something's
[3:05] Speaker 3: going on.
[3:06] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was like someone slammed a book on the floor,
[3:09] Speaker 1: like and my son said, it's probably a Bible.
[3:14] Speaker 3: M jikes.
[3:15] Speaker 2: That's that can always be some I mean, you got
[3:18] Speaker 2: beautiful stained glass behind you, so that's that's a plus.
[3:22] Speaker 2: But uh, hopefully you will be able to get out
[3:25] Speaker 2: of there, uh and and not have any things happened
[3:29] Speaker 2: to you or follow you back to East Tennessee.
[3:31] Speaker 3: Oh yeah, hopefully not.
[3:34] Speaker 2: It's pretty So there you go. It's a little bit
[3:37] Speaker 2: of a trip. But guys, I've been I've been waiting
[3:40] Speaker 2: definitely to talk to Jody, and I'm glad Michael is
[3:43] Speaker 2: here as well. It is something where I wish that
[3:46] Speaker 2: I could have a conversation like this ever since there
[3:50] Speaker 2: was a major event that happened. I like, there's got
[3:52] Speaker 2: to be some people out there that have had stuff happen,
[3:55] Speaker 2: and I know someday we'll talk to them. So here
[3:58] Speaker 2: we go. You know, Jody, feel free to take us back.
[4:01] Speaker 2: I don't know how far back we need to go,
[4:04] Speaker 2: but I know that we are going to be talking
[4:05] Speaker 2: about things that have happened on your property over the years.
[4:08] Speaker 1: Yeah, we've only been there. It'll be four years in
[4:13] Speaker 1: August and the hurricane happened. It'll be two years in September.
[4:20] Speaker 1: But we had things happen before that. Actually I did,
[4:25] Speaker 1: and it just put me in awe because I never
[4:30] Speaker 1: never knew anything about bigfoot, not even that bigfoot is
[4:35] Speaker 1: a thing or and I was raised here in Illinois.
[4:40] Speaker 1: And but then once this start had happening, I remember
[4:46] Speaker 1: things from my when I was a kid and stuff
[4:49] Speaker 1: that happened that has just come up lately. But anyways,
[4:56] Speaker 1: the first thing, we bought the house in August on
[5:00] Speaker 1: his birthday of twenty two. Yeah, and we were sitting
[5:07] Speaker 1: out on the porch, which it has three porches, and
[5:11] Speaker 1: it's really nice. We're right by the chero Key Forest
[5:16] Speaker 1: and we're there's ten thousand acres of watershed behind us
[5:23] Speaker 1: at Rocky Fork State Park. And we were just sitting
[5:27] Speaker 1: out there and enjoying ourselves and we were talking and
[5:32] Speaker 1: it's like, do you hear anyone talking? I was asking
[5:36] Speaker 1: Mike and I was and it seemed like it was
[5:39] Speaker 1: a male and a female.
[5:40] Speaker 3: We have a branch right right in front of the house,
[5:45] Speaker 3: so you hear the babbling brook effect, and sometimes it
[5:49] Speaker 3: sounds like voices. Sometimes it sounds like music, but we
[5:52] Speaker 3: would hear we would hear almost over the sound of
[5:55] Speaker 3: the branch.
[5:55] Speaker 1: Yeah, and I'd like it's like singing. And and I
[5:59] Speaker 1: was talking to my sister and I'm like, we have
[6:01] Speaker 1: a babbling brook, you know. And she's like, what what
[6:04] Speaker 1: are you talking about? And I was like, well, we're here.
[6:07] Speaker 1: We're hearing, like talking, a female and a male and
[6:11] Speaker 1: sometimes we're just hearing the creek, and like it just
[6:15] Speaker 1: reminded me of a babbling brook. And I don't even
[6:19] Speaker 1: know what that is, but that came to my mind,
[6:21] Speaker 1: a babbling brook. So anyways, and then about maybe within
[6:27] Speaker 1: a month or so, I was on the porch and
[6:31] Speaker 1: I was facing the other porch and Mike was sitting
[6:34] Speaker 1: towards the yard in the creek, and I just something
[6:38] Speaker 1: got my attention. I looked over and I saw a
[6:42] Speaker 1: big head of a dog, and it had locks of
[6:50] Speaker 1: hair on the side. It had like a mane and
[6:52] Speaker 1: came down and had black and he kind of tucked
[6:57] Speaker 1: his head like this, and he had black lips and
[7:03] Speaker 1: a black nose with some pink in it, and a
[7:06] Speaker 1: short snout like a rotweiler. I used to have a rotweiler,
[7:09] Speaker 1: and it was about like that long of a snout
[7:13] Speaker 1: is short. And I was just looking in. The hair
[7:16] Speaker 1: looked like tear drops, like the fat part of the
[7:20] Speaker 1: tear drop, and all around I didn't see any ears
[7:24] Speaker 1: or anything. And I saw it, and I looked away
[7:28] Speaker 1: to tell Mike, and I looked back and it was
[7:30] Speaker 1: still there. And then I was getting ready to tell Mike.
[7:36] Speaker 1: I don't know what that was. I just saw something.
[7:39] Speaker 1: But the head was about the size of with the
[7:42] Speaker 1: maine and everything was about the size of, you know,
[7:45] Speaker 1: like a little kid's beach ball.
[7:47] Speaker 2: Sure, and.
[7:50] Speaker 1: So I just I just forgot about that. We'll not
[7:54] Speaker 1: really forgot about it, but.
[7:56] Speaker 3: You said for about six months afterwards, you questioned yourself
[8:00] Speaker 3: whether you even really saw that, yeah, and I.
[8:03] Speaker 1: Could see its eyes. It had really shaped eyes like
[8:07] Speaker 1: a fish almost they went like this, and then a
[8:10] Speaker 1: line under right. I drew it for Kenny that was
[8:13] Speaker 1: at the camp out with the eyes looked like and
[8:16] Speaker 1: they were yellow and trying of some orange in them
[8:20] Speaker 1: and like lines of orange in them, and huge eyes
[8:24] Speaker 1: like like at least a silver dollar. And I'm just like, ohh,
[8:31] Speaker 1: you know. And then I kept trying to draw it,
[8:34] Speaker 1: and I was asking my son to draw it because
[8:36] Speaker 1: he's an artist, and he just never got around to it,
[8:40] Speaker 1: you know, and I just let it go. But then
[8:47] Speaker 1: December twenty ninth of twenty two, still, that's when we
[8:54] Speaker 1: bought the house, right, twenty two, Yes, okay, December twenty
[8:57] Speaker 1: ninth to twenty two, I came We lived in a
[9:00] Speaker 1: cabin and I came up from the bedroom to the
[9:04] Speaker 1: kitchen and I was sitting there and I asked Mike,
[9:06] Speaker 1: I go, man, seems like today is really going slow.
[9:10] Speaker 1: And I can't believe I'm eating around noon and he goes,
[9:14] Speaker 1: it's like twenty till two. And I was like, oh wow,
[9:19] Speaker 1: it really is going slow for me. And then I
[9:21] Speaker 1: was sitting there eating lunch and looked up it out
[9:25] Speaker 1: the window. We got windows all in the front of
[9:28] Speaker 1: the house in the kitchen, and they're up high. I
[9:31] Speaker 1: look across the I was just looking, and there's a
[9:35] Speaker 1: ridge that's outside our house, pretty far and not real
[9:41] Speaker 1: far if you just went straight across. But anyways, I
[9:47] Speaker 1: was sitting there and I seen a great, big big foot.
[9:50] Speaker 1: Never seen bigfoot in my life, and didn't know, didn't
[9:55] Speaker 1: know anything about bigfoot or any of the stuff. And
[10:00] Speaker 1: the he was he was like blonde and red mixed,
[10:07] Speaker 1: and he was walking across the ridge and I was
[10:11] Speaker 1: and it seemed like he was looking at me. And
[10:13] Speaker 1: he had a face of a like an Indian, but
[10:18] Speaker 1: the skin was light, it's like a tannish color. And uh.
[10:26] Speaker 1: And then he then Mike comes in the kitchen and
[10:30] Speaker 1: he's talking and he's over to the right of me,
[10:32] Speaker 1: and I'm trying to get the words out because I
[10:36] Speaker 1: was in awe and he was huge.
[10:39] Speaker 4: I would say it at least ten foot tall. I'll
[10:43] Speaker 4: tell him about the size, Okay, you tell me. And
[10:46] Speaker 4: you said he was striding like just like he didn't care.
[10:51] Speaker 3: He was just striding right across looking at you like
[10:53] Speaker 3: he didn't care. That you saw him, and okay, but you.
[10:56] Speaker 1: Could see me, you can see me, and I can
[10:58] Speaker 1: see him.
[10:59] Speaker 3: I think bigger than ten feet because a little while
[11:03] Speaker 3: after that there was a storm and they were up
[11:06] Speaker 3: working on the power lines and we were watching them,
[11:09] Speaker 3: watching the guys, and I saw this little little orange
[11:14] Speaker 3: speck and I thought, I thought, oh, but is that
[11:16] Speaker 3: a did they leave a cooler up there? Or is
[11:19] Speaker 3: that a gas can?
[11:22] Speaker 1: Go? Is that people?
[11:23] Speaker 3: It was somebody in an orange vest and you could
[11:26] Speaker 3: barely see it. Yeah, So to clearly see a squatch time,
[11:32] Speaker 3: you said twelve twelve to fourteen feet.
[11:33] Speaker 1: He said ten to thirteen. Yes, wasn't sure because because
[11:37] Speaker 1: Mike's almost seven foot.
[11:41] Speaker 3: Yeah, And I guarantee that since I couldn't make out
[11:44] Speaker 3: a person on the hill to clearly see a squatch,
[11:48] Speaker 3: he had to be huge.
[11:51] Speaker 1: And that's wild. As he's walking and I'm Mike comes
[11:56] Speaker 1: around and is standing in front of me, and I
[11:59] Speaker 1: yelled Bob, Bob, and I don't even know Bob or anything,
[12:04] Speaker 1: and Mi just looks at me weird, like what's this
[12:07] Speaker 1: all about? And I said, that's what his name is,
[12:10] Speaker 1: I guess. And I tried to tell him that I
[12:12] Speaker 1: just saw I think it's a big foot, and but
[12:17] Speaker 1: I yell out, Bob. It wasn't just like Bob. It
[12:20] Speaker 1: was Bob like that. And then I get this mind
[12:26] Speaker 1: speak thing besides Bob, and he makes me say it,
[12:31] Speaker 1: and he says, I'm the protector of the forest, and
[12:35] Speaker 1: I'm just really, I'm nervous right now this happening.
[12:40] Speaker 2: You're doing great at the time. But anyway, Jody real
[12:46] Speaker 2: quick in a few questions before he continue. So you
[12:53] Speaker 2: said Bob. And then how soon afterwards was it that
[12:58] Speaker 2: you heard that in your mind?
[13:01] Speaker 1: Oh, not long, about the same time that I was
[13:06] Speaker 1: trying to tell Mike. I saw something else. Ten to
[13:10] Speaker 1: thirteen foot tall, had to weigh at least eight hundred pounds,
[13:14] Speaker 1: and I think it's a big foot. Never have I
[13:18] Speaker 1: said big foot in my life.
[13:21] Speaker 2: Okay, gotcha.
[13:22] Speaker 1: But it's like he conversated that he's so confident and
[13:28] Speaker 1: everything that was happening.
[13:30] Speaker 2: So you've got that going on. And then the face
[13:34] Speaker 2: that you saw earlier in that first story, what do
[13:38] Speaker 2: you think that was?
[13:40] Speaker 1: Well, now, I really think that there's not much difference
[13:46] Speaker 1: between a dog man or a squatch, only that the
[13:52] Speaker 1: squatch didn't have fur on its face. Yeah, and the
[13:56] Speaker 1: dog thing did. And it had a short snout and
[13:59] Speaker 1: right where the nose meets the face, it had like
[14:01] Speaker 1: a browner It was kind of a blondish red with
[14:05] Speaker 1: a pink of black nose, and then right where the
[14:08] Speaker 1: nose starts to come out, it was like brown right here.
[14:11] Speaker 3: Yeah, you compared the main to a lion.
[14:14] Speaker 1: Oh.
[14:14] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's why I wanted to see the picture from
[14:17] Speaker 3: the camp out that had the main around it. So
[14:20] Speaker 3: I'm thinking, is that the same thing you saw?
[14:22] Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been thinking about that while she's been describing that.
[14:26] Speaker 2: I'm like, man, that is weird because what you see
[14:30] Speaker 2: in that picture it looks like a lion's main and
[14:33] Speaker 2: it's I'm still weirded out.
[14:35] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[14:36] Speaker 1: That was where I knew anything about dog Man or anything.
[14:40] Speaker 1: I just saw it. And our porch is at least
[14:43] Speaker 1: eight foot tall off the ground, and it just had
[14:45] Speaker 1: its head sitting on the porch on the side and
[14:48] Speaker 1: where the steps come up. It wasn't our porch isn't low.
[14:54] Speaker 1: It's up a hill and there's a stream that's going
[14:57] Speaker 1: underneath our steps like a spring, and uh, it just
[15:02] Speaker 1: had its head up there and had its head kind
[15:04] Speaker 1: of cocked and had a mischievous smile like on his
[15:09] Speaker 1: face and just real thick black lips and a black nose.
[15:15] Speaker 1: But there was pink like around up here by the
[15:18] Speaker 1: where the nose starts, and then there was brown right
[15:21] Speaker 1: here where the eyes and the nose starts.
[15:25] Speaker 2: Do do you have any close by neighbors or you
[15:28] Speaker 2: guys kind of far out there?
[15:30] Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we have, we have neighbors right across the street. Oh,
[15:36] Speaker 3: and we have to say the strange thing. I would,
[15:38] Speaker 3: I would kind of like to know if anyone has
[15:41] Speaker 3: ever seen this. It was till that that first December
[15:48] Speaker 3: when we moved in, they went out. The whole family.
[15:52] Speaker 3: Now they're kind of standoffish, so we don't have a
[15:55] Speaker 3: lot to do with them, to say the least, but
[15:58] Speaker 3: we watched them early on. It was in December the
[16:02] Speaker 3: whole family went out with a case of mountain dew voodoo.
[16:08] Speaker 3: It was a full case. It's small like it was
[16:11] Speaker 3: an empty case. There they went across to the next
[16:14] Speaker 3: neighbor's property, who's not there very often, but they treated
[16:17] Speaker 3: like it's their property. At the edge of the line
[16:20] Speaker 3: going up the hill and the trees, they put out
[16:24] Speaker 3: ten mountain dews in a circle and two sitting on top,
[16:28] Speaker 3: and the whole family, the whole family put them out.
[16:32] Speaker 1: Yeah, and we were just like that.
[16:35] Speaker 3: The way she was carrying it was a full case.
[16:38] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[16:39] Speaker 3: Now, now we went we went back down south because
[16:41] Speaker 3: we weren't fully moved in yet. When we came back,
[16:44] Speaker 3: it had snowed. We saw a reflection up on the hill.
[16:47] Speaker 3: We went up and there was a one mountain dew
[16:51] Speaker 3: up there. One side was pushed in like if you
[16:54] Speaker 3: took your thumb and pushed it in, and the other
[16:56] Speaker 3: side had three or four holes in it, almost like
[17:01] Speaker 3: nails were punched in. It wasn't opened, but it was.
[17:08] Speaker 3: They were spread out. Some of them were pretty far
[17:10] Speaker 3: up the hill and spread out. We didn't see when
[17:12] Speaker 3: it happened because you were gone in the snow. But
[17:14] Speaker 3: the one was like if you took your hand and
[17:17] Speaker 3: punched it in pas and three or four claw like
[17:21] Speaker 3: claws or sharp nails. It punched holes in it. Now,
[17:25] Speaker 3: I don't think a raccoon would drag it up the hills.
[17:29] Speaker 3: So I was just and we heard they were from Virginia,
[17:31] Speaker 3: so we said, well, I've heard about mountain dew and
[17:33] Speaker 3: mothman but I've never heard of the mountain dew for squash,
[17:37] Speaker 3: and the way they put it in the circle, it
[17:39] Speaker 3: was almost like an offering. And I was still kind
[17:43] Speaker 3: of skeptical at the time, and that came to my mind.
[17:46] Speaker 3: It's like they were putting that out for something.
[17:49] Speaker 2: Yeah, oh man, that makes me wonder. I'm sure there's it.
[17:53] Speaker 2: And I know you said you don't really you're not
[17:57] Speaker 2: super close, But I'm sure there's other stories sides the
[18:00] Speaker 2: ones that you have in this area. But Jody, I
[18:04] Speaker 2: want to make sure that that we kind of that
[18:06] Speaker 2: we get back on the trail a little bit. So
[18:09] Speaker 2: after after you have this experience where you had this
[18:14] Speaker 2: visual of one up on the ridge and then you
[18:18] Speaker 2: have that mind speak experience. Some might even call it telepathy,
[18:23] Speaker 2: How did how did things start to change for you
[18:26] Speaker 2: guys after that?
[18:27] Speaker 1: Wow, I can.
[18:30] Speaker 3: Tell my part other than other than her visuals, which
[18:33] Speaker 3: you know, is you know, you have to sort of go, okay,
[18:36] Speaker 3: I believe yeah, you're you'd say you don't have an imagination.
[18:40] Speaker 3: I believe it. Believe me.
[18:42] Speaker 1: Yeah, saw this stuff in him. I didn't think he's like,
[18:47] Speaker 1: oh this is nonsense.
[18:48] Speaker 3: We we we we took care of my dad for
[18:51] Speaker 3: the last six weeks of his life. And that was
[18:53] Speaker 3: right after we moved in in May of twenty three.
[18:56] Speaker 3: What At one point I went up to I'm solo,
[18:59] Speaker 3: hiked up, just read his ashes at a at a
[19:01] Speaker 3: trail shelter, and as I'm packing up, getting ready to go,
[19:06] Speaker 3: a tree gets pushed. As I'm leaving walking out. Ten
[19:11] Speaker 3: minutes later, another tree gets pushed, and I'm the I
[19:17] Speaker 3: was like, I know about the topic, but I would say, oh,
[19:21] Speaker 3: trees just fall. But I later came to realize the
[19:25] Speaker 3: roots cracked. It was a push. I've heard. I heard
[19:31] Speaker 3: a couple of yelp Later in the spring, I heard
[19:33] Speaker 3: a couple of wolves. Something trying to imitate the morning
[19:37] Speaker 3: does Hi.
[19:39] Speaker 1: He hikes at least every week.
[19:43] Speaker 3: I've heard those whoops twice in four years.
[19:48] Speaker 1: I won't even go in the woods anymore.
[19:50] Speaker 3: So so at that point it was pretty obvious that
[19:54] Speaker 3: something was pushing trees and making whoops that didn't make
[19:57] Speaker 3: any sense. So at that point I was fully on
[20:00] Speaker 3: board that something strange is there.
[20:02] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, And there's been a lot more. Our neighbors
[20:06] Speaker 1: and the other set of neighbors told us about they
[20:10] Speaker 1: have big foot activity, and they lived behind us, caddy
[20:13] Speaker 1: cornered like two acres over and they also have a
[20:20] Speaker 1: cabin behind us about maybe an acre back over the
[20:25] Speaker 1: top of our ridge. There's a cabin back there. And
[20:31] Speaker 1: we went over there to they take care of their
[20:34] Speaker 1: grand babies. And they've done this several times in their
[20:39] Speaker 1: life with their kids and stuff, and they're full time
[20:43] Speaker 1: parents and they're our age. And we went over there
[20:48] Speaker 1: one day to take something. I think it was one
[20:50] Speaker 1: of their birthdays or something. And we went over there
[20:53] Speaker 1: and we saw that there was a car parked in
[20:57] Speaker 1: the driveway that on the plate said Mothman and we
[21:01] Speaker 1: were just joking around and it was their daughter and
[21:05] Speaker 1: she's like, oh yeah, you know. Didn't go into detail
[21:09] Speaker 1: or anything. We went to the house and and somehow
[21:13] Speaker 1: the subject came up besides Mathman, and I told him
[21:16] Speaker 1: that I've seen a bigfoot out here. Had they had
[21:21] Speaker 1: any anything happened like that? And they told us, yeah,
[21:26] Speaker 1: that they saw one, the shadow of one that was
[21:29] Speaker 1: like fifteen to sixteen foot tall, going to work at
[21:32] Speaker 1: four point thirty in the morning off the ridge, the
[21:36] Speaker 1: same ridge and the curve where I saw mine. And
[21:42] Speaker 1: they also told us that they've had a bigfoot bring
[21:46] Speaker 1: in one of the baby bigfoots while they were in
[21:49] Speaker 1: bed and put the baby in the bed with them. Okay,
[21:55] Speaker 1: really yeah, And he was and the parents our friend
[22:00] Speaker 1: sleep in different beds because they both have a grandchild
[22:04] Speaker 1: that they sleep with their their country. Okay. And they
[22:09] Speaker 1: brought the baby bigfoot into the bedroom and he was
[22:13] Speaker 1: holding it, coddling it and talking to it just in
[22:17] Speaker 1: I'm sure he was in amazement whatever it was going on.
[22:20] Speaker 1: And he tells us that and stuff. And then she said, yeah,
[22:27] Speaker 1: I hear I hear him in there talking and I
[22:29] Speaker 1: was like, who's talking? Who's he talking to? And stuff?
[22:33] Speaker 1: And then the baby Bigfoot went in that other bedroom
[22:36] Speaker 1: and crawled up the bottom of the bed under the
[22:38] Speaker 1: covers and was laying behind her. And they're telling me this,
[22:44] Speaker 1: and I'm just like, this is pretty wild, especially when
[22:49] Speaker 1: I knew nothing about bigfoot. And then the other day
[22:52] Speaker 1: they said we stopped. We were going to town and
[22:55] Speaker 1: she was weeding and she said, yeah, my husband swears
[23:01] Speaker 1: that they're keeping him up at night. And I've been
[23:04] Speaker 1: up for like three days and three nights. It's like
[23:07] Speaker 1: thirty some hours. I couldn't go to sleep because all
[23:09] Speaker 1: the activity. She said, he swears that they are keeping
[23:14] Speaker 1: him up on purpose. And I'd been going through that
[23:18] Speaker 1: for at least thirty six hours. I hadn't been a sleep,
[23:21] Speaker 1: which they do all kinds of stuff.
[23:23] Speaker 3: Yeah, which I think brings us to Helene.
[23:25] Speaker 1: Yeah, it brings us to Helene.
[23:27] Speaker 3: Oh and I think about the last thing that happened
[23:30] Speaker 3: other than a few sightings is we had a house
[23:33] Speaker 3: slap that woke me up from the sound sleep and
[23:37] Speaker 3: my vision was shaking. We have a it's not a cabin,
[23:41] Speaker 3: but it's a two bedroom, one bedroom, one bedroom house. Yeah,
[23:45] Speaker 3: two roomhouse, but it was still hard enough right right
[23:48] Speaker 3: behind us. I went looking and there is a crack
[23:50] Speaker 3: in the sighting and it's literally right in the middle
[23:53] Speaker 3: of our bed.
[23:54] Speaker 1: Yeah, we're our heads are we had that happen? Mike said, Oh,
[23:59] Speaker 1: it's probably a lot or something, and there's like okay,
[24:02] Speaker 1: and then he goes out and checks the next day.
[24:04] Speaker 1: And because he was still a skeptic, gotsch.
[24:10] Speaker 2: Before you get into Helene, can you share when you
[24:16] Speaker 2: you were saying you were being kept up for like
[24:18] Speaker 2: thirty six hours by things they were doing. What kind
[24:20] Speaker 2: of things were they doing to keep you up for
[24:22] Speaker 2: three days.
[24:23] Speaker 3: Wow.
[24:24] Speaker 1: Running across the roof, running across the roof. Oh, they
[24:29] Speaker 1: make this metal sound that sounds like a sheet metal
[24:34] Speaker 1: and some of it. Some it's Oh. They jump out
[24:38] Speaker 1: of trees or off of stuff, and you can hear
[24:40] Speaker 1: them land on the ground. You can hear it.
[24:44] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[24:45] Speaker 1: Uh, they run around our house.
[24:48] Speaker 3: Doesn't creak. It'll go three or four nights. Sometimes we
[24:51] Speaker 3: won't hear it.
[24:51] Speaker 1: Anything.
[24:52] Speaker 3: You'll hear right on the side. You describe it as
[24:55] Speaker 3: something leaning up against the sidings. It's a distinct creek. Yeah, okay,
[25:00] Speaker 3: and it's not a natural creak that we did in
[25:03] Speaker 3: here is up high.
[25:04] Speaker 1: Yes, and these have to here. And also I saw
[25:09] Speaker 1: juvenile the other day right before the camp out. I
[25:13] Speaker 1: was doing dishes and sin but let's anyways, I saw
[25:17] Speaker 1: juvenile standing on there's like hills that go up to
[25:21] Speaker 1: the ridges, and uh, it was standing by the tree.
[25:25] Speaker 1: Brought all this is in the daylight. Everything I've seen
[25:29] Speaker 1: is all. But what just happened Friday. It was three
[25:34] Speaker 1: thirty in the morning and that happened, And so I
[25:37] Speaker 1: believe it was a female. But we'll go to Helene.
[25:42] Speaker 1: We're kind of doing us in chronological order. Ye, but
[25:46] Speaker 1: there's just so much that happened. That's why I said
[25:48] Speaker 1: I need to write this stuff down.
[25:52] Speaker 2: Yeah, and so feel free to go right ahead. And
[25:55] Speaker 2: so maybe there's going to be listeners that don't have
[26:01] Speaker 2: the context of what Helene is. Maybe they're in different
[26:03] Speaker 2: countries or it's in the future and they just don't know.
[26:08] Speaker 2: Could you share a bit of context of when you're
[26:11] Speaker 2: talking about Helene, what that situation was as well.
[26:14] Speaker 1: Hurricane Helene, it started on a Thursday. We were leaving
[26:19] Speaker 1: to go to concert and it was raining, and we
[26:23] Speaker 1: kind of knew about it, but by the time we
[26:25] Speaker 1: got to Willington, North Carolina, they canceled our our concert.
[26:31] Speaker 1: And if we were known that, we would have went
[26:33] Speaker 1: back home, but we would have been trapped at home.
[26:36] Speaker 3: Yeah. We thought it was just going to be a
[26:38] Speaker 3: tropical storm because we're here so far inland.
[26:41] Speaker 1: Yeah, And it was thirty nine for the water and
[26:48] Speaker 1: it took out hospitals, homes at one intersection of the river.
[26:54] Speaker 1: I mean, the river has just changed as the Nolachucki,
[26:58] Speaker 1: which means river or death. It changed the flow of
[27:02] Speaker 1: the river, and I think it changed more than that
[27:06] Speaker 1: there's just that we didn't even have roads to really
[27:10] Speaker 1: go anywhere for a year. So I mean we could
[27:14] Speaker 1: get to town. And when we came back from that
[27:16] Speaker 1: trip to the concert we were going we had we
[27:19] Speaker 1: couldn't get home for five days because they had to
[27:22] Speaker 1: make a makeshift road so we could get home. And
[27:26] Speaker 1: once we got home, we had no power for over
[27:29] Speaker 1: two weeks, and it worched our driveway out and it
[27:36] Speaker 1: did some damage to our house.
[27:37] Speaker 3: But with the wind, but we're up high enough, Yeah,
[27:40] Speaker 3: we didn't have water damage.
[27:41] Speaker 1: We didn't have water damage.
[27:43] Speaker 3: Wow.
[27:43] Speaker 1: But it's at one section of the river close to
[27:48] Speaker 1: us had like two hundred and fifty some vehicles in
[27:52] Speaker 1: the in the river.
[27:54] Speaker 3: And there are the east facing hillsides are just almost
[28:00] Speaker 3: weight of trees. Yeah. I have pictures where they're just
[28:03] Speaker 3: piled twenty thirty feet high after they cleared them. And
[28:07] Speaker 3: it was just devastation over the whole watershed.
[28:11] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was people couldn't leave their homes if they
[28:16] Speaker 1: didn't flop. We just saw houses going down the river
[28:19] Speaker 1: and stuff like that. And we're only like six miles
[28:24] Speaker 1: from the river and we still got it worse. Our
[28:27] Speaker 1: driveway out. It did do that and it moved rocks
[28:31] Speaker 1: that was in the creek that moved them. We're a
[28:33] Speaker 1: good wanted to move them to But anyways, it was
[28:36] Speaker 1: really devastating and we're still trying to They just finally
[28:40] Speaker 1: got the hospital tore down. It was along the water,
[28:44] Speaker 1: and people lost their homes and animals and some people
[28:48] Speaker 1: lost property. I mean they might have had ten acres
[28:51] Speaker 1: and half of it's gone.
[28:53] Speaker 3: Half of it's gone, it's water. They lost their place
[28:57] Speaker 3: to build a house.
[29:00] Speaker 1: Us what happened and then we got home and more
[29:05] Speaker 1: stuff has happened since Helene.
[29:07] Speaker 3: And that was September twenty four.
[29:10] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, two years September September twenty fomb. Yeah, it
[29:16] Speaker 1: was September twenty sixth or the twenty eight when the
[29:20] Speaker 1: hurricane came.
[29:22] Speaker 2: So it's you know, I live up in Iowa and
[29:26] Speaker 2: just just to watch all that happen. It was a
[29:28] Speaker 2: horrifying event and I cannot imagine living through something like that.
[29:34] Speaker 2: And there's just there's so much lost and it is
[29:39] Speaker 2: a slow rebuilding process, but thankfully it is happening.
[29:46] Speaker 3: Now.
[29:46] Speaker 2: You're saying that after so you're back in your your
[29:51] Speaker 2: home and you're having to deal with everything is different.
[29:55] Speaker 2: There's no power. Everything is just really uprooted and things
[30:01] Speaker 2: are messed up. But besides that, then you start experiencing
[30:06] Speaker 2: things out of the ordinary. On top of that, Yeah, it.
[30:10] Speaker 1: Was used to have booms, you know what mountains kind
[30:13] Speaker 1: of boom that we know of. And then we started
[30:18] Speaker 1: getting this this metal like sheets in the wind. It's
[30:22] Speaker 1: like wha like that and uh, sounds of metal being
[30:28] Speaker 1: hit and our car sounds like our carport, but it's
[30:32] Speaker 1: not our carport.
[30:33] Speaker 3: Yeah. If you imagine wind picking up aluminum carports, boom,
[30:37] Speaker 3: but it comes from the car port side. It comes
[30:40] Speaker 3: from the back of the house where there's no aluminum. Yeah,
[30:44] Speaker 3: our neighbors are up the hill, and we'll hear that
[30:46] Speaker 3: sound coming from the empty, empty yard and Hillston time too.
[30:51] Speaker 1: Some days we'll only hear it a couple of times
[30:54] Speaker 1: a day.
[30:54] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's mostly daytime.
[30:56] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[30:56] Speaker 3: It almost starts when the sun comes out, so you
[30:59] Speaker 3: almost think it's water on the ground booming, but it's.
[31:02] Speaker 1: Or sometimes sun hit.
[31:04] Speaker 4: But sometimes it does come a night, yeah, and it.
[31:08] Speaker 1: Won't be the song doing that.
[31:10] Speaker 3: And I think the first strange thing that happened was
[31:15] Speaker 3: probably towards the springtime of twenty five. It still took
[31:20] Speaker 3: a still took a couple months for the activity really
[31:23] Speaker 3: to ramp up. But this was something that had never
[31:26] Speaker 3: happened in uh yeah, yeah yeah, but in two years
[31:32] Speaker 3: for us being there. Okay, we tell the rooftop story.
[31:36] Speaker 3: Oh yeah, we would be in the bedroom on this
[31:40] Speaker 3: side and on the kitchen side. We have a front
[31:43] Speaker 3: porch that runs the entire length of the house. Well
[31:47] Speaker 3: from the front corner, it sounded like something sizeable scurring
[31:53] Speaker 3: on the roof. Not I've heard squirrels. I've heard raccoons
[31:58] Speaker 3: on a roof, you can hear there.
[32:00] Speaker 4: Boss.
[32:00] Speaker 3: This was more like if it had if it was
[32:04] Speaker 3: on four feet but taking big steps. We heard it
[32:08] Speaker 3: scurry across. That happened for like three or four times.
[32:13] Speaker 1: Still happens over a couple of weeks. I just still
[32:15] Speaker 1: running on the edge of the wall.
[32:18] Speaker 3: And it would run halfway across and stop. The odd
[32:21] Speaker 3: thing was one time we were in the kitchen and
[32:25] Speaker 3: I heard it run within feet because I was standing
[32:28] Speaker 3: by the door. I opened the door. Well that was
[32:31] Speaker 3: the last time that we heard it that clearly, if
[32:34] Speaker 3: you want to speculate, he opened the door.
[32:38] Speaker 1: Just jump off the groove or anything.
[32:43] Speaker 3: I would speculate there was something running across that was
[32:46] Speaker 3: told you were too close that time.
[32:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, and to be seen, but I've already seen.
[32:53] Speaker 3: And then about three weeks later we heard once we
[32:55] Speaker 3: were in the bedroom, heard it start at the corner.
[32:59] Speaker 3: It ran like a figure eight off to that corner
[33:01] Speaker 3: and stops. Now, even if it was wind under the eaves,
[33:06] Speaker 3: it doesn't do circles. The wind would come in and end.
[33:11] Speaker 3: I don't know what that was.
[33:13] Speaker 1: I've heard bare feet run around the corner of the house.
[33:16] Speaker 1: Bare feet. How could anyone hear bare feet? But they
[33:20] Speaker 1: had to have been big and heavy, and it sounded
[33:24] Speaker 1: just like bare feet rolling around the corner. And our
[33:29] Speaker 1: hill goes down. The house is even with the top
[33:32] Speaker 1: of the hill, and then it goes down on the
[33:34] Speaker 1: side of the end of the house. And that's what
[33:36] Speaker 1: I heard, go around the corner of the house and
[33:39] Speaker 1: down that hill. But I only heard three footsteps, but
[33:43] Speaker 1: Mike heard like five, and it was like he was
[33:47] Speaker 1: awake and listening, and it's like it it let him
[33:51] Speaker 1: know that he knew he was listening because she pounded
[33:55] Speaker 1: the last step.
[33:56] Speaker 3: This was recently a lot of times, a lot of
[33:59] Speaker 3: times Juli will hear the steps, but if she's listening
[34:01] Speaker 3: to something on the phone or TV's going, I don't
[34:03] Speaker 3: hear them. Well, actually, this is about eleven and I
[34:07] Speaker 3: just heard Stelsea steps, so I had to really strain.
[34:10] Speaker 3: I heard one, two, three, four walking away from house
[34:13] Speaker 3: and the fifth one went boom, and there was a reverberation,
[34:18] Speaker 3: and I'm thinking, oh it was it could tell maybe
[34:21] Speaker 3: I was trainning to hear it and instaid I'm going
[34:22] Speaker 3: to make you hear this one.
[34:25] Speaker 1: He was concentrating on it. That's also it happens a lot.
[34:31] Speaker 1: I don't like talking about him at home. I've had
[34:35] Speaker 1: he goes to town a lot. I'm not a shopper,
[34:39] Speaker 1: but I will shop for my personal stuff. So anyways,
[34:43] Speaker 1: he goes to town a lot, and I've had a
[34:45] Speaker 1: lot of stuff happen while he's in town or at
[34:47] Speaker 1: a meeting or something. And one day when we have
[34:52] Speaker 1: a transfer station, we can't have our trash out. We
[34:56] Speaker 1: have to take it to a transfer station and they
[34:58] Speaker 1: don't pick up trash. We don't have garbage trucks and
[35:01] Speaker 1: stuff because a bear and I guess bigfoot now, So anyways, uh,
[35:12] Speaker 1: he took the trash, and I was outside and I thought,
[35:14] Speaker 1: and I always plant a lot of flowers because our
[35:18] Speaker 1: ground is so rocky. You can't have a garden unless
[35:21] Speaker 1: you have a pasture or something maybe, And I said,
[35:25] Speaker 1: I'm just gonna stay out here and plant these flowers.
[35:27] Speaker 1: And was out there planting and he left. I heard
[35:32] Speaker 1: him Mine speak to me. We're watching you, and I said,
[35:38] Speaker 1: I said, and I've been answering these these are I've
[35:41] Speaker 1: had Mine speak several times. And I answered, and I said,
[35:44] Speaker 1: I'm just planting these flowers and I'm going right back
[35:48] Speaker 1: in the house and left it as that. And I
[35:51] Speaker 1: was really nervous. And I shouldn't have been nervous because
[35:54] Speaker 1: there's nobody around and we live at the very end.
[35:57] Speaker 1: There's one man that lives down the road but never
[36:00] Speaker 1: home and stuff. But there's a whole road that it
[36:04] Speaker 1: has hair pins and everything that we don't. We don't
[36:08] Speaker 1: have traffic. And I say that now, but something happened
[36:11] Speaker 1: last week that we had some traffic. But anyways, one time,
[36:17] Speaker 1: I was cleaning the cars out because we're we're going
[36:21] Speaker 1: to camp out, I think, and I wanted to clean
[36:25] Speaker 1: the cars out real good before we load them. And
[36:28] Speaker 1: it might have been. You know, it was before the
[36:30] Speaker 1: camp out, and I have I had two whoops happen
[36:37] Speaker 1: and then uh kind of a yell and it was
[36:40] Speaker 1: two different, two different ones, like letting me know that
[36:44] Speaker 1: I'd been outside long enough. And so I turned on
[36:47] Speaker 1: the stereo in the car so that I wouldn't be
[36:51] Speaker 1: hearing all that. I said, if I start hearing more stuff,
[36:55] Speaker 1: we got to move over. I've been I've set that
[36:57] Speaker 1: in my head because I really don't like hearing stuff.
[37:01] Speaker 1: The mind speak I can kind of deal with more
[37:04] Speaker 1: than hearing stuff. But another mind speaker. We were walking
[37:10] Speaker 1: down that road I was just telling you about, and
[37:14] Speaker 1: I thought there was something up on the the ridge,
[37:19] Speaker 1: like it's like a ridge before ridge. And I heard
[37:24] Speaker 1: him say to me, you think you're really smart, don't you.
[37:28] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, And I'm just walking. I'm just walking and
[37:33] Speaker 1: not and I had noticed that there might be something
[37:36] Speaker 1: up there. This is after the bigfoot sighting that I saw.
[37:40] Speaker 1: And I said, no, I don't think I'm really smart.
[37:44] Speaker 1: I just know you're there, and just kept walking and
[37:48] Speaker 1: I asked him, like, did you hear that? And he's like, no,
[37:50] Speaker 1: I didn't hear anything. And then I was standing by
[37:53] Speaker 1: a tree and I got real dizzy and stuff. And
[37:58] Speaker 1: on the same road, I got real and stuff and
[38:00] Speaker 1: I was like, man, I really feel bad here. I
[38:03] Speaker 1: was hanging onto the tree and stuff and had no
[38:06] Speaker 1: reason for that to happen. And then another mine speak.
[38:10] Speaker 1: Just like when we got back from the camp out.
[38:14] Speaker 1: I was unpacking the suitcase and hanging stuff up and
[38:17] Speaker 1: putting stuff in the laundry and I hear and I'm
[38:21] Speaker 1: looking at Mike. He's on the bed reading and I'm
[38:26] Speaker 1: facing him, and there's a window right behind me, and
[38:28] Speaker 1: I hear hey like that, and I was just my,
[38:32] Speaker 1: did you just hear that? He's like, no, I didn't
[38:35] Speaker 1: hear that. Ido. Someone just said hey, and it was
[38:38] Speaker 1: real deep voice. You know. There's a porch all the
[38:43] Speaker 1: way around that where that window is. And man, I'm
[38:48] Speaker 1: trying to I have this stuff wrote down town I
[38:51] Speaker 1: need to talk about. Can you think of it?
[38:53] Speaker 3: Yeah. A couple of months ago, we had something about
[38:58] Speaker 3: nine forty at night. We're in bed a bit early.
[39:04] Speaker 3: If you imagine jumping up in the air coming down
[39:07] Speaker 3: with one foot, there was a there was a slight footfall.
[39:11] Speaker 3: The second foot came down and shook the house and
[39:16] Speaker 3: it sounded like it was it was dark, it was
[39:19] Speaker 3: after dark. It sounded like it was in the yard.
[39:24] Speaker 2: Okay, so hold on. So it was something that came
[39:27] Speaker 2: down and hit the ground, but it was so hard that.
[39:29] Speaker 3: It shook the house, hit the ground. Wow, it was
[39:33] Speaker 3: literally And it's it's like I say, if you tried
[39:35] Speaker 3: to concentrate all your force in your second footfall that.
[39:38] Speaker 1: Is, and then then stopped itself. On two. We're hearing,
[39:48] Speaker 1: we're hearing football and jumping, and it sometimes vibrates the house.
[39:55] Speaker 1: Sometimes you just hear like the vibration.
[39:58] Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, we hear. We stops. We hear stops pretty regular,
[40:02] Speaker 3: not so hard, but there's definitely something going boom on
[40:05] Speaker 3: the ground.
[40:05] Speaker 1: Oh and after before the hurricane, I was sitting on
[40:09] Speaker 1: the court of the bed and I saw probably at
[40:14] Speaker 1: least I say eight foot nine foot squatch run by
[40:19] Speaker 1: on the neighbor's property, looking right at me while he's
[40:22] Speaker 1: in stride, he's looking right at me in the window
[40:24] Speaker 1: and keeps running. And that one was that one was
[40:29] Speaker 1: like a dark chocolate brown, but it had white around
[40:33] Speaker 1: around here. When he was looking at me, his face
[40:35] Speaker 1: was like a tan colored. Again, it wasn't an Indian face.
[40:40] Speaker 1: It looked more animal, but it was running and in stride.
[40:44] Speaker 1: He's running and I'm sitting on the corner of the
[40:46] Speaker 1: bed and I said, wait a minute, Mike, and I said, oh,
[40:50] Speaker 1: just forget it. Because I was so fed up with
[40:54] Speaker 1: seeing things. I just said, never mind, I'll tell you later.
[40:58] Speaker 1: And this was at four point thirty in the afternoon.
[41:01] Speaker 1: It was in the spring. I think it was like
[41:03] Speaker 1: April and May, after the December sighting, and before was
[41:08] Speaker 1: in August to September. I saw the dog thing, but
[41:14] Speaker 1: it was huge and it was running, and I definitely
[41:17] Speaker 1: I want to tell you about what happened Friday night.
[41:21] Speaker 1: This is really wild. And I thought it was a
[41:23] Speaker 1: female for some reason. Friday night, I'd been up all
[41:28] Speaker 1: night and they keep me away, they really do, because
[41:31] Speaker 1: I hear stuff. I have really good hearing and good eyesight.
[41:35] Speaker 1: I could see really far away and I guess I
[41:39] Speaker 1: have nineteen twenty, whatever that is. And I told Mike
[41:43] Speaker 1: the doctor said I have nineteen twenty because I thought
[41:45] Speaker 1: I see it. Thanks. And anyways, there's a car that
[41:51] Speaker 1: goes by and nobody and yet came up from the
[41:55] Speaker 1: of the pen. We'll be calm.
[41:58] Speaker 3: The Hairpin Hairpin, the one lane mountain road that ridge,
[42:04] Speaker 3: nobody has business driving up.
[42:05] Speaker 1: At three in the morning, three point thirty eight, a
[42:09] Speaker 1: car goes by and I was like, Mike, you heard
[42:12] Speaker 1: that car, didn't you.
[42:13] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's what woke me up.
[42:15] Speaker 1: Yeah, I said, you heard that car, didn't you. And
[42:17] Speaker 1: that's just weird because we hardly ever have anybody even
[42:21] Speaker 1: in the daytime. The mailman and the guy who lives
[42:24] Speaker 1: down the road, which we met him one time and
[42:27] Speaker 1: he said, well, I'll see you again, probably about five
[42:30] Speaker 1: years because we don't see each other. I mean, he
[42:33] Speaker 1: really lives out there by the hairpin.
[42:35] Speaker 3: And it was a distinctive motor. Yeah, we know the
[42:38] Speaker 3: same car.
[42:39] Speaker 1: Old plunker like car. Okay, Well, at four oh two
[42:44] Speaker 1: the car comes back and I look out. I set
[42:50] Speaker 1: up to see the car because I can see the
[42:52] Speaker 1: car because we're up higher than the road and I
[42:56] Speaker 1: can see cars that are coming and going even at night.
[43:00] Speaker 1: And uh, it was really dark out. And I set
[43:04] Speaker 1: up and I'm looking leaning on the elbow, looking out
[43:07] Speaker 1: the window. Our windows really high up too, and I
[43:12] Speaker 1: look out and I said, those I have flashlights and
[43:15] Speaker 1: they just lit up a squatch shadow. And then I realized,
[43:21] Speaker 1: it's that car coming by. I looked right at the clock.
[43:24] Speaker 1: It's that car coming by in the headlights that kind
[43:26] Speaker 1: of turns kind of curves there after our house and
[43:30] Speaker 1: goes down the other direction, and there's a squatch standing there,
[43:37] Speaker 1: and I think it was Now this is just my
[43:39] Speaker 1: mind how it works. It kind of reminded me like
[43:43] Speaker 1: it was standing like it was a tree, so they
[43:46] Speaker 1: wouldn't see it, but I seen it and it wasn't
[43:49] Speaker 1: a shadow. I thought it was a shadow of a squatch.
[43:52] Speaker 1: But it was so big that's what made me. The
[43:55] Speaker 1: headlights on the car and turning turning the way that
[43:59] Speaker 1: the squatch was standing. Uh, it was. It was just
[44:04] Speaker 1: like the typical uh, mahogany. It was mahogany colored like
[44:10] Speaker 1: with the blonde and the black and the brown like
[44:12] Speaker 1: in the hair, and its head tilted forward like this,
[44:17] Speaker 1: and I just I said, that is a squatch. I
[44:20] Speaker 1: thought it was the neighbors because they got a thing
[44:22] Speaker 1: for flashlights. And I always say, if those kids only
[44:26] Speaker 1: knew what they're gonna see with those flashlights, if they
[44:29] Speaker 1: hadn't already seen it.
[44:30] Speaker 3: But they and there's only two big trees in that field,
[44:35] Speaker 3: they're they're huge and there's.
[44:36] Speaker 1: Not there big tree. It was like it's like a
[44:41] Speaker 1: meadow right there, and it was like being over like this.
[44:45] Speaker 1: This was last Friday. And what just really got me
[44:49] Speaker 1: was the hair there was you couldn't tell the shoulders,
[44:53] Speaker 1: where the shoulders were anything. And it was sideways you know, profile.
[44:58] Speaker 1: I could see the profile, you could and tell where
[45:00] Speaker 1: the shoulders were or anything. There's just so much hair
[45:04] Speaker 1: and draping down and I just I don't. This still
[45:09] Speaker 1: makes me nervousy in that, And I was like, if
[45:11] Speaker 1: that is what is outside the house, a female with
[45:15] Speaker 1: these kids that she has, It's just it's almost it's
[45:20] Speaker 1: too much to take really, And.
[45:21] Speaker 3: I miss seeing it by a fraction. I was going
[45:23] Speaker 3: to I was going to get out the case. We
[45:25] Speaker 3: saw heard the car come back down. I stayed down
[45:27] Speaker 3: and I saw the corner of the headlight as I
[45:29] Speaker 3: was sitting up.
[45:31] Speaker 2: Dan, that's the worst I've been in that situation where
[45:34] Speaker 2: you just miss it.
[45:35] Speaker 1: But this watch was so big, Jeremiah, that that it
[45:40] Speaker 1: looked like the shadow. You know how your shadow looks bigger? Yeah, Yeah,
[45:45] Speaker 1: it was so big. I thought it was a shadow
[45:48] Speaker 1: of a little swatch because I've been having a daycare
[45:53] Speaker 1: twenty four to seven over here.
[45:55] Speaker 2: Gotcha have you guys? So you definitely having some some
[46:01] Speaker 2: wild activity. Has there ever been a time when you've
[46:05] Speaker 2: been looking around outside and you've noticed like, hey, that
[46:08] Speaker 2: kind of looks like a track or anything that could
[46:10] Speaker 2: have been like behind.
[46:12] Speaker 3: Yes, we we we came back from a trip to
[46:16] Speaker 3: the West coast. And was it the long trip?
[46:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, it was after we went to Oregon.
[46:23] Speaker 3: It was a long trip. And we noticed that up
[46:27] Speaker 3: our hillside we're we're the bedroom, we're on a on
[46:31] Speaker 3: a on a hill that after it rains, we're practically
[46:34] Speaker 3: sitting on springs. Our back of our houses can be
[46:36] Speaker 3: a swamp almost us. Well, we saw some slides on
[46:42] Speaker 3: the hill right next to our bedroom window. I got
[46:46] Speaker 3: some pictures. They're not they're not huge, but you can
[46:49] Speaker 3: see I did it with that kind of light our
[46:52] Speaker 3: pictures scanner, and you can see toes.
[46:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, and you can see the brass picked up too.
[47:00] Speaker 1: It must have been heavy because it moved the grass
[47:03] Speaker 1: which is there on that hillside.
[47:05] Speaker 3: And I go up with the moor on the hillside,
[47:07] Speaker 3: and I know before we left, I didn't make those
[47:09] Speaker 3: indentations in the grass. Yeah, it was dry, Yeah, and
[47:14] Speaker 3: I would have seen them. It's twelve inches by four
[47:18] Speaker 3: so it's not huge.
[47:20] Speaker 1: But it could be a person. But who's going to be.
[47:24] Speaker 3: There's nobody out there that's that. But oh and we
[47:27] Speaker 3: down the road. This is before helene Ah. This was
[47:33] Speaker 3: probably just twenty early twenty four. I'd have to look
[47:37] Speaker 3: at the date there. The knuckle prints.
[47:40] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we got a picture of that too.
[47:43] Speaker 3: Uh there's a print. It's it's dug out. It comes down, Yeah,
[47:47] Speaker 3: it comes down. It's almost a nine degree angle. And
[47:50] Speaker 3: if I put my fingers in it, you can see
[47:51] Speaker 3: the lynx. It matches my hand on.
[47:55] Speaker 1: An embankment on an embankment. And I was like, Mike,
[47:58] Speaker 1: look at that. Doesn't that looks like it fingers or something?
[48:02] Speaker 1: And then I was looking at us, like, it looks
[48:04] Speaker 1: like knuckles and it looked like the incline it did
[48:09] Speaker 1: this to get up there, and this I'm talking about
[48:11] Speaker 1: a big incline. It's like, well, fifteen foot probably fifteen
[48:16] Speaker 1: to seventeen foot.
[48:17] Speaker 3: We could send you the pictures.
[48:19] Speaker 2: Yeah, I was actually just going to ask if that
[48:22] Speaker 2: would be a possibility. I would love to see them.
[48:25] Speaker 1: Yeah, we can send an email.
[48:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, yes, yeah, cool cool. Yeah, I definitely would love
[48:30] Speaker 2: to check those out. Have has the dog man type
[48:35] Speaker 2: creature only shown up the one time?
[48:39] Speaker 1: Yeah, I've only seen it the very first time, and
[48:44] Speaker 1: it was it was beautiful. I want you to know
[48:46] Speaker 1: that that dog was beautiful. I'm a dog lover, and
[48:50] Speaker 1: anyone will tell you in the horse Lever that dog
[48:54] Speaker 1: was beautiful. It even had like eyeliner around its eyes.
[49:00] Speaker 1: It looked like a blue gill the the art of
[49:04] Speaker 1: the eye, and then it would go down like this,
[49:06] Speaker 1: and then it had looked like it had eyeliner on
[49:09] Speaker 1: right here in the corner.
[49:12] Speaker 2: Okay, that's very strange. So you have underground water just
[49:19] Speaker 2: behind the house, it sounds like.
[49:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's our drinking water. We have mountain water. Okay,
[49:25] Speaker 1: we have a well thing, No, go ahead.
[49:29] Speaker 2: I was gonna what kind of rocks do you have
[49:32] Speaker 2: in that area?
[49:34] Speaker 4: A lot of.
[49:36] Speaker 3: Oh boy, we have we have a lot of granite.
[49:40] Speaker 1: It's an apple achian.
[49:42] Speaker 3: Yeah. We get the granite and the quartz.
[49:44] Speaker 1: Yeah granted, and the quarts and and we have some
[49:47] Speaker 1: slate looking yeah, yeah, yeah, there's some that's more fine,
[49:51] Speaker 1: like when they when they dug out, like they've fixed
[49:56] Speaker 1: our road over here left of our house and you
[49:59] Speaker 1: can see like slices of granted in there.
[50:04] Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, it reminds me of a few conversations.
[50:07] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, what I was gonna say. It reminds me
[50:12] Speaker 2: of a few conversations I've had from people with people
[50:14] Speaker 2: from Oregon, where there's one gentleman, Henry Franzoni, and he
[50:21] Speaker 2: would always point out he'd be like, I'd find that
[50:25] Speaker 2: areas where there's underground water and a lot of quartz
[50:29] Speaker 2: seems to be almost supercharged up with bigfoot activity in
[50:34] Speaker 2: a way. So when you said that, I was like, Oh,
[50:36] Speaker 2: that's that's very interesting. Could be something there.
[50:39] Speaker 1: I want to tell you about something. Right before the
[50:44] Speaker 1: camp out that we went to in April, we went
[50:49] Speaker 1: came back here to Illinois to move some stuff out
[50:52] Speaker 1: of my mom's house. She deceased. But we moved some
[50:57] Speaker 1: stuff and we brought it into U Hah and we
[50:59] Speaker 1: put it under our and it's all containers and we
[51:05] Speaker 1: stacked them up. We didn't do them too high, like
[51:09] Speaker 1: two or three three at the most, and they all
[51:12] Speaker 1: were It looked really neat compared to us having a
[51:16] Speaker 1: carport with no enclosure. And anyways, about a week later,
[51:23] Speaker 1: I was we went out there, maybe not even a week.
[51:26] Speaker 1: I don't even think it was a week, but we
[51:27] Speaker 1: went out there and there was a piece of pottery
[51:30] Speaker 1: sitting on top of one of the toads, and there
[51:36] Speaker 1: was nothing out all of those toats. We never opened them.
[51:40] Speaker 1: We were exhausted after loading all that stuff out of
[51:44] Speaker 1: the trailer and taking the trailer back, and I was like, man,
[51:50] Speaker 1: did you see this mic there's a piece of pottery
[51:52] Speaker 1: and it's pretty big size, it's probably five inches by
[51:55] Speaker 1: three inches, and it was kind of jagged and stuff.
[51:59] Speaker 1: And I was like, I wonder if the Bigfoot put
[52:03] Speaker 1: this here. And I got a basket from Illinois and
[52:07] Speaker 1: I hung it in a tree, and I'd already had
[52:09] Speaker 1: a piece of cords in there and another rock because
[52:13] Speaker 1: I kind of like rocks. And I put that pottery
[52:16] Speaker 1: in this hanging basket and this hanging in a tree.
[52:20] Speaker 1: And then then three or four days later, I'm like,
[52:23] Speaker 1: we just figure out where that pottery came from a
[52:25] Speaker 1: piece of pottery. And I was coming down the steps
[52:30] Speaker 1: and I seen, you know, sometimes you don't get your
[52:32] Speaker 1: plants in early in the wintertime and your pots will crack.
[52:38] Speaker 1: And this pot had cracked all the way around it,
[52:41] Speaker 1: and I'd even put a new flower on top of it,
[52:45] Speaker 1: and I got to look it in that pot was
[52:48] Speaker 1: the same piece. I went over to that basket and
[52:51] Speaker 1: it was a piece of that pot. And there's no
[52:53] Speaker 1: way the wind or anyone carried that piece of pottery
[52:58] Speaker 1: and put it over there on those oats.
[53:00] Speaker 3: And I've learned not to mess with the broken pots.
[53:04] Speaker 3: If they're broken there, they might be there for a reason.
[53:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, I use it. I guarantee I did the drainage
[53:09] Speaker 1: in my pots if I break a pot or something.
[53:12] Speaker 1: But this was this was all together. It was only
[53:14] Speaker 1: missing that piece. And I was like, that's that design
[53:18] Speaker 1: on that piece of pottery, and that I'm put in
[53:21] Speaker 1: that basket that was on top of those totes. But
[53:24] Speaker 1: also they didn't you when we got home from Illinois,
[53:28] Speaker 1: didn't you go check the side of the house before
[53:30] Speaker 1: we even went in the house or anything for footprints? Yes, yeah,
[53:35] Speaker 1: because we'd been gone like fourteen days or something. Oh,
[53:39] Speaker 1: and why we were in Illinois this happened. This is crazy.
[53:45] Speaker 1: We rented an airbnb out the lake for our stay.
[53:50] Speaker 1: And we actually call this a job, what we've been
[53:52] Speaker 1: doing with my mom's old house and stuff. And I
[53:56] Speaker 1: was laying in bed and I kept hearing these jugs
[54:01] Speaker 1: balancing on the ground. And we hadn't I like to
[54:06] Speaker 1: take our water with us from the house because I
[54:09] Speaker 1: don't because we go a lot of places and I
[54:14] Speaker 1: don't like to drink well water or anybody's water, really,
[54:18] Speaker 1: And so we take this big orange cooler for just
[54:22] Speaker 1: water and we fill it up. Well, we didn't take
[54:24] Speaker 1: at that time, and uh, so we were buying these
[54:29] Speaker 1: gallon jugs with the handle on them at the top
[54:32] Speaker 1: from a dollar General and drinking that water with our
[54:37] Speaker 1: coffee and stuff. And I'm laying in bed at this
[54:41] Speaker 1: airbnb and I'm hearing plastic jugs, uh balancing all over
[54:47] Speaker 1: the property right there by the bedroom. And it's got
[54:51] Speaker 1: a big picture window that sticks out in sections. And
[54:56] Speaker 1: and I woke Mike up and I said, uh, did
[55:01] Speaker 1: you buy any chance to take any of those empty
[55:04] Speaker 1: water jugs and not put them in the dumpster out there?
[55:08] Speaker 1: And he said no, And I said, well, I keep
[55:10] Speaker 1: hearing water jugs bouncing around. So I opened the curtain
[55:16] Speaker 1: and we carried flashlights with us and instead turned the
[55:19] Speaker 1: lights on. I opened the curtain and shined the flashlight
[55:22] Speaker 1: out there, and I because I just heard like the
[55:25] Speaker 1: gravel that they have in flour beds, I heard like
[55:29] Speaker 1: something on that gravel, and okay, I just say forget it.
[55:35] Speaker 1: And I'm still a waking. The next day or the
[55:38] Speaker 1: following day, I'm outside because I smoke. I was outside,
[55:43] Speaker 1: and I always it was so cold there that I
[55:48] Speaker 1: couldn't even really smoke outside. I just wasn't smoking. And
[55:53] Speaker 1: I went outside and I was sitting on this lower
[55:56] Speaker 1: couch and when we first got there was nice Illinois,
[56:01] Speaker 1: and so I was setting up higher on this table
[56:05] Speaker 1: on chairs and I sat on that table on chairs
[56:08] Speaker 1: when we were getting ready to leave, and I said,
[56:11] Speaker 1: I laughened out here. They had like eight chairs that
[56:15] Speaker 1: was around the pit and they're plastic and they were
[56:20] Speaker 1: thrown all over the yard. And I said, Mike, come
[56:25] Speaker 1: look at this. When did this happen? And He's like,
[56:29] Speaker 1: I don't know. I thought you saw that already because
[56:31] Speaker 1: I never said anything. But I was too low to
[56:34] Speaker 1: see it because I was sitting on this lounge thing
[56:38] Speaker 1: and I had went up the step and got up
[56:42] Speaker 1: there where the table on chairs were, and I just
[56:45] Speaker 1: couldn't believe my eyes that I believe was a sound
[56:48] Speaker 1: that I was hearing of the plastic jugs going all
[56:54] Speaker 1: over the place outside. So I don't know. I don't
[57:00] Speaker 1: know if Bigfoot is just around me or I h sir.
[57:05] Speaker 3: I think they are. Uh you didn't tell them about
[57:08] Speaker 3: being screamed at?
[57:09] Speaker 1: Oh? Yeah, years ago, yes, many years years ago. In
[57:12] Speaker 1: two thousand and three, I was by the Mark Twain forrest.
[57:15] Speaker 3: Oh.
[57:16] Speaker 2: Well, that's all you have to say, seriously, like that
[57:20] Speaker 2: place is wild and.
[57:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, And I lived on the county line between Christian
[57:25] Speaker 1: and Webster or Douglas, I don't know which one it was,
[57:28] Speaker 1: but it's in Sparta, and I used the job to
[57:32] Speaker 1: work at a restaurant. I had either at four thirty
[57:37] Speaker 1: in the morning.
[57:37] Speaker 3: What well, I was gonna say, I think they do.
[57:40] Speaker 3: I think they do follow us. We were in southern
[57:44] Speaker 3: Illinois to Shawnee Forest. I went down to the Lusk
[57:48] Speaker 3: Creek and all I thought was it's a this is
[57:51] Speaker 3: a really squatchy place, because the creek was so beautiful
[57:54] Speaker 3: with the bluffs. Well, as I'm walking out, I heard
[57:58] Speaker 3: that was all I thought. One as I was walking out,
[58:01] Speaker 3: I hear the most perfect knock you could ever hear
[58:05] Speaker 3: leaving and that's when I've had That's when I had
[58:08] Speaker 3: my first voice, Mine speak.
[58:14] Speaker 1: Yeah, mine speaking.
[58:16] Speaker 3: I looked at it and I heard it, and I said, well,
[58:18] Speaker 3: thank you for sharing your home with me, this beautiful place.
[58:21] Speaker 3: And I basically I get thoughts more than more than
[58:25] Speaker 3: I hear voice. But it was it was basically, well,
[58:28] Speaker 3: as long as you honor you know, as long as
[58:30] Speaker 3: you honor the place and the creator. And further up
[58:34] Speaker 3: the trail, I actually tried to speak it and make
[58:38] Speaker 3: a make a thought, and it was like I was
[58:40] Speaker 3: talking to myself. Okay, but it was it was almost like,
[58:44] Speaker 3: as I'm leaving a place, I thought that too. As
[58:48] Speaker 3: I was spreading my dad's ashes. He was a trail
[58:51] Speaker 3: maintainer and he had actually worked on that section of
[58:55] Speaker 3: the trail and shelter and that was about twenty years
[58:59] Speaker 3: after he would have would have been there, and I
[59:02] Speaker 3: just thought, wonder if the tree falls were recognition of
[59:06] Speaker 3: my father.
[59:08] Speaker 2: That's wild and that Shawnee National Forest.
[59:11] Speaker 1: Yeah, where the Garden of the Gods is.
[59:14] Speaker 3: We're in Tennessee. But the knock was in Shawnee.
[59:17] Speaker 2: Yes, Garden of the Gods. That area is extremely active.
[59:20] Speaker 2: I mean that a ton of ton of stuff happens there.
[59:24] Speaker 2: And also you were Jody, you were mentioning Mark Twain
[59:28] Speaker 2: National Forest, and I'm sure, YEAHM Miguel has so many
[59:33] Speaker 2: things out from down there, so you got screened in
[59:36] Speaker 2: that area.
[59:36] Speaker 1: Yeah. We had moved to a house this was in
[59:40] Speaker 1: two thousand and three, Uh, to renovate it. I did
[59:44] Speaker 1: a lot of renovating in my in my past time here.
[59:49] Speaker 1: And I moved to Sparta, Missouri. And my house was
[59:53] Speaker 1: sitting on the county line, which is the edge of
[59:57] Speaker 1: the Mark Twain Forest, Okay. And and I I was
[1:00:03] Speaker 1: I always got up at three thirty in the morning,
[1:00:05] Speaker 1: and I used to instead of waking everybody up at home,
[1:00:09] Speaker 1: I would go in the den and turn on the
[1:00:11] Speaker 1: news and get ready at my pool table and stuff.
[1:00:15] Speaker 3: And uh.
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: But before that, I would go to the restroom when
[1:00:19] Speaker 1: I first got up at three point thirty. And I
[1:00:21] Speaker 1: went into the restroom and we were redoing the bathroom
[1:00:24] Speaker 1: and there was just that tac paper on the walls
[1:00:28] Speaker 1: by the sliding glass door, and then the shower was
[1:00:31] Speaker 1: set up where the toilets at the end, you know.
[1:00:33] Speaker 1: And I sat down on the toilet and something I
[1:00:36] Speaker 1: heard walk two steps up on the patio sliding glass doors,
[1:00:41] Speaker 1: you know, those concrete steps. I heard two steps and
[1:00:45] Speaker 1: then a scream in my face and it was so
[1:00:50] Speaker 1: and the house is not down to the ground, it
[1:00:53] Speaker 1: had a foundation and stuff, so it was right here
[1:00:56] Speaker 1: on my left side of my face, and I just
[1:01:00] Speaker 1: didn't know what to do. I took off running when
[1:01:02] Speaker 1: I could. I really couldn't do anything, but for the
[1:01:05] Speaker 1: whole screen. I was sitting on the commode and with
[1:01:10] Speaker 1: my pants down, and I took off running with my
[1:01:13] Speaker 1: pants down. Wow, And I was like, oh my gosh.
[1:01:17] Speaker 1: And I went in the bedroom and I said, did
[1:01:20] Speaker 1: not anybody hear this? And they didn't wake up for
[1:01:22] Speaker 1: me to tell them what happened. And then I used
[1:01:27] Speaker 1: to always jog to work to leave the vehicle to
[1:01:30] Speaker 1: take my son to school, my youngest son, And that
[1:01:35] Speaker 1: morning I was like, no, I'm driving. But every morning
[1:01:41] Speaker 1: I would not every day, but every morning I did
[1:01:45] Speaker 1: jog to work. It was like maybe maybe half a
[1:01:49] Speaker 1: mile to maybe three quarters a mile to my job,
[1:01:53] Speaker 1: and the cows would be cackling and stuff. In the corners,
[1:01:57] Speaker 1: you know, and and uh horses and stuff raising cain
[1:02:02] Speaker 1: and I just, you know, I just thought I was
[1:02:05] Speaker 1: disturbing them, you know. But I think they were disturbed
[1:02:10] Speaker 1: way before.
[1:02:10] Speaker 3: I came along.
[1:02:12] Speaker 1: And I was wild, yeah, and that I never knew
[1:02:16] Speaker 1: anything about bigfoot when that happened. And I had heard
[1:02:22] Speaker 1: one story from a young kid like fourteen years old,
[1:02:26] Speaker 1: and he had seen a bigfoot walk up to a
[1:02:28] Speaker 1: tree looking at him and pull up. This was in
[1:02:32] Speaker 1: by the Mark Twain Forest or in the Mark Twain
[1:02:34] Speaker 1: Force probably where he lived. He pulled the branch off
[1:02:38] Speaker 1: the tree, a big branch and was looking at this kid,
[1:02:43] Speaker 1: and he told me about that. And then also, man,
[1:02:47] Speaker 1: this just so much has happened before I even knew
[1:02:50] Speaker 1: about bigfoot. Also, I was sitting in the back of
[1:02:54] Speaker 1: a pickup truck on the wheel well and was when
[1:02:58] Speaker 1: they had those flip phones for song. And I always
[1:03:03] Speaker 1: thought this was a bear that came up and stood
[1:03:07] Speaker 1: on the side of the truck and picked up their
[1:03:11] Speaker 1: trash barrew which are the ones on wheels, and put
[1:03:13] Speaker 1: it picked it up and put it down on its head,
[1:03:16] Speaker 1: and its head was so big and never said anything.
[1:03:21] Speaker 1: I jumped in the cab of the truck. The truck
[1:03:23] Speaker 1: was locked and the little window was open, and I
[1:03:27] Speaker 1: got in that truck and the neighbors that I was
[1:03:32] Speaker 1: staying with because my house had burnt down. I told
[1:03:38] Speaker 1: them the next day. They said, yeah, but this, uh,
[1:03:41] Speaker 1: this gun here is this pellet gun is for that
[1:03:44] Speaker 1: dog that keeps getting in the trash. And I said,
[1:03:47] Speaker 1: that's no dog. You're gonna need a bigger gun.
[1:03:50] Speaker 2: Wow.
[1:03:51] Speaker 1: And I thought it was a bear all this time.
[1:03:53] Speaker 1: But I don't think bears can do what what I
[1:03:57] Speaker 1: saw do pick up a trash can standing up, pick
[1:04:01] Speaker 1: up a trash can and pull it down on its
[1:04:03] Speaker 1: head like this. So and that's also the same place
[1:04:07] Speaker 1: the fourteen year old saw that big squash turned that
[1:04:11] Speaker 1: branch off looking at him like, Okay, you're next. But
[1:04:15] Speaker 1: that happened in two thousand and three.
[1:04:18] Speaker 2: So I'm I good some wild So I think I
[1:04:22] Speaker 2: agree with you. How you know, as we've seen through
[1:04:27] Speaker 2: this show, there are certain people where doesn't really matter
[1:04:31] Speaker 2: where they are, but they seem to either be open
[1:04:34] Speaker 2: to or to attract the weirdness and the strangeness that
[1:04:41] Speaker 2: can be Bigfoot related, that can be other related to
[1:04:43] Speaker 2: as you guys are kind of figuring out in this
[1:04:45] Speaker 2: Airbnb in Illinois. There's some weird stuff going on for
[1:04:49] Speaker 2: you guys, so sometimes people are it's kind of magnets
[1:04:54] Speaker 2: for stuff. But I wanted to make sure that I
[1:04:57] Speaker 2: asked you because your story so far is interesting from
[1:05:01] Speaker 2: what I've got, because you know, you're dealing with this
[1:05:04] Speaker 2: bigfoot stuff. But it's not like I bought this place
[1:05:07] Speaker 2: because I wanted to get in some big foot like. No,
[1:05:10] Speaker 2: you just bought the place and you have to deal
[1:05:11] Speaker 2: with it and it's just part of your life. So
[1:05:14] Speaker 2: how did you guys get all set up with going
[1:05:18] Speaker 2: to the Tennessee Crypto camp out? How does that play
[1:05:22] Speaker 2: into things?
[1:05:25] Speaker 1: Well, we watch we watch hell Bent. Oh yeah, we're members, and.
[1:05:33] Speaker 3: Let me see, Well we watch a lot of yet
[1:05:35] Speaker 3: watch Miguel half Inch.
[1:05:39] Speaker 1: Ye on you, I go to sleep with you.
[1:05:44] Speaker 2: You're not the only one. I hear that a lot.
[1:05:46] Speaker 3: You have a you have a very calming voice.
[1:05:48] Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you.
[1:05:49] Speaker 3: Sometimes I guess not so much.
[1:05:51] Speaker 1: But yeah, yeah.
[1:05:54] Speaker 3: But when it's a nice calm show, yeah, it's good
[1:05:56] Speaker 3: to fall asleep too.
[1:05:57] Speaker 1: Carrie is my favorite. My Carrie is my favorite. Years
[1:06:01] Speaker 1: and and David David is my favorite on Miguel's and
[1:06:06] Speaker 1: what happened French Crew, I just I just loved them
[1:06:09] Speaker 1: all and Helbent, Jesse and Joe. Yeah, they're just awesome.
[1:06:15] Speaker 3: So so we had a we had a chance, and
[1:06:17] Speaker 3: we thought we were going to be busy. But when
[1:06:20] Speaker 3: Jody found out that half inch Trench was going to
[1:06:22] Speaker 3: be there and you, it was like, oh, we have
[1:06:24] Speaker 3: to go. And luckily there happened to be a.
[1:06:28] Speaker 1: I didn't know who all was going to be there.
[1:06:29] Speaker 1: I just knew Hellbent was doing it and I'd like
[1:06:32] Speaker 1: to do it. And but I just I'm I'm real
[1:06:38] Speaker 1: nervous about stuff. And it's just like, I don't know
[1:06:42] Speaker 1: how many more times I can, you know, see and
[1:06:46] Speaker 1: here and put up with because it takes a I
[1:06:52] Speaker 1: guess I'm not special kind of person. I don't know,
[1:06:54] Speaker 1: but I just never imagined anything or or imagine seeing things.
[1:07:01] Speaker 1: I've never seen stuff like this before. It's just it's scary.
[1:07:08] Speaker 1: But yeah, I've learned a lot. I've learned a lot
[1:07:11] Speaker 1: more than I ever wanted to, really, but it messes
[1:07:17] Speaker 1: up your life. I don't know what how to explain that.
[1:07:23] Speaker 1: But I used to be more outgoing person and and
[1:07:28] Speaker 1: talk to people. I never met a stranger ever. And
[1:07:32] Speaker 1: now it's just like, you know, I need to keep
[1:07:35] Speaker 1: to myself. Hmm, that's fair, Yeah, I need to. I
[1:07:41] Speaker 1: just you know, I don't want I've always been a
[1:07:44] Speaker 1: little crazy, and I don't mean mental crazy, just crazy.
[1:07:50] Speaker 2: Sure.
[1:07:51] Speaker 1: Uh, I've done a lot. I've lived a lot of places,
[1:07:56] Speaker 1: but never anything like this, you know, seeing squatch and.
[1:08:03] Speaker 2: I can't imagine that. I just I can't imagine being
[1:08:06] Speaker 2: a place where I mean I haven't had a visual
[1:08:08] Speaker 2: yet at all, but I can't imagine a place where
[1:08:11] Speaker 2: you have multiple over years. Is it a regular occurrence
[1:08:15] Speaker 2: where you're seeing things show up that are not expected
[1:08:21] Speaker 2: to be there, kind of like how you were talking
[1:08:24] Speaker 2: about the pottery shard.
[1:08:28] Speaker 1: Yeah, A lot of time pass rocks. We just we
[1:08:33] Speaker 1: had a system put in and I took every rock
[1:08:37] Speaker 1: that came out of the ground and put it by
[1:08:40] Speaker 1: the spickett that we had put in so that we
[1:08:43] Speaker 1: would have some drainage there if we were running this
[1:08:46] Speaker 1: spicket and stuff. And just the other day I found,
[1:08:49] Speaker 1: which I know was not there was quarts a big
[1:08:54] Speaker 1: oak courts rock sitting in all those rocks that I
[1:08:59] Speaker 1: hand threw up there, picked them up and threw them
[1:09:01] Speaker 1: up to because I was down the hill a little
[1:09:03] Speaker 1: bit where they did the digging and stuff for the
[1:09:07] Speaker 1: tank to be put in for this mountain water. Yea,
[1:09:11] Speaker 1: so that we would we a couple of years we
[1:09:14] Speaker 1: lived off the reservoir until we got the system put
[1:09:18] Speaker 1: in where we could have it contained and brought into
[1:09:21] Speaker 1: the house, and a new pump system and stuff. But
[1:09:27] Speaker 1: I don't know, I've had a couple more things. I know,
[1:09:31] Speaker 1: I'm not covering everything. One morning. This is before, No,
[1:09:37] Speaker 1: this is after I saw the squatch. On December twenty
[1:09:40] Speaker 1: ninth of twenty two. We were going somewhere and we
[1:09:46] Speaker 1: always used to leave at like three thirty, four thirty
[1:09:48] Speaker 1: in the morning, and I was needing a cigarette. I
[1:09:52] Speaker 1: didn't have any cigarettes, and I said, oh, there's one
[1:09:55] Speaker 1: out in the the f one fifty. And so I
[1:10:00] Speaker 1: was going out there and everything was frozen, and I
[1:10:03] Speaker 1: pushed on the door and the key turned and stuff,
[1:10:06] Speaker 1: and I couldn't get in, and I hear mine speak,
[1:10:09] Speaker 1: you need help, and I answered back it was so clear,
[1:10:16] Speaker 1: and it had only been like ten feet from me,
[1:10:19] Speaker 1: You need help, And I said, no, I'm going back
[1:10:23] Speaker 1: in the house. I don't need to be doing this
[1:10:25] Speaker 1: right now. And I ran back in the house and
[1:10:27] Speaker 1: it was just like Mike's like, did you get your cigarette? No?
[1:10:32] Speaker 1: And I said, but I'm gonna try again. And I
[1:10:35] Speaker 1: went back out there and the door, the door, it
[1:10:40] Speaker 1: was still unlocked because I couldn't get it locked back
[1:10:43] Speaker 1: once I got unlocked by key, you know. And it's
[1:10:47] Speaker 1: an old F one fifty eighty nine, I mean ninety eight.
[1:10:51] Speaker 1: And I go out there and all the ice around
[1:10:55] Speaker 1: the door was melted and the door open open. Oh really, yeah,
[1:11:03] Speaker 1: it was even it was maybe thirty minutes.
[1:11:07] Speaker 3: Yeah, my favorite mind speak Do you have a question?
[1:11:12] Speaker 2: No, I'm just I'm kind of blown away by that.
[1:11:14] Speaker 2: That's weird. You need right ahead, that's a weird one.
[1:11:20] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[1:11:21] Speaker 3: I was hiking in our local state park with my
[1:11:24] Speaker 3: friends and I just heard an odd shifted noise off
[1:11:29] Speaker 3: to the side, and I was checking the the Avenza
[1:11:33] Speaker 3: maps for some reason. I was looking at a trail
[1:11:37] Speaker 3: and I acknowledged it. I forget what I said, and
[1:11:40] Speaker 3: I heard the thought very clearly and amusedly use silly
[1:11:46] Speaker 3: humans needing your maps and your technology. And it was
[1:11:51] Speaker 3: a very clear, odd thought, and I could tell it
[1:11:55] Speaker 3: was amused. You know, it wasn't trying to be insulting.
[1:11:57] Speaker 3: It was just like you silly humans needing need to
[1:12:00] Speaker 3: look at your phone in the woods.
[1:12:02] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's wild. I mean, that's weird, weird stuff. It's
[1:12:06] Speaker 2: one of the main things I took away from visiting
[1:12:10] Speaker 2: Tennessee was that it is just as strange as the
[1:12:16] Speaker 2: stories that you hear about it, and probably even more
[1:12:18] Speaker 2: strange it is. It is a wild, wild place. And yeah,
[1:12:24] Speaker 2: you guys being I mean it's really I don't think
[1:12:28] Speaker 2: it matters if you're in Middle Tennessee or East Tennessee.
[1:12:31] Speaker 2: I mean, each one is pretty weird as I found out.
[1:12:36] Speaker 2: But guys, it has been a really fun conversation and
[1:12:41] Speaker 2: it's I wasn't even aware that this is stuff that's
[1:12:46] Speaker 2: still going on today. I mean, as you said, this
[1:12:49] Speaker 2: is like within the last few weeks, you have stuff
[1:12:51] Speaker 2: going on.
[1:12:52] Speaker 1: Stuff after the camp and then Friday, Yes.
[1:12:55] Speaker 3: Yes, we had we had a storm just just a
[1:12:59] Speaker 3: week and a half go. Yeah, it was one of
[1:13:02] Speaker 3: our rare lightning storms. And Jody was asleep. It's odd
[1:13:06] Speaker 3: how often we hear things when the other one's asleep.
[1:13:11] Speaker 1: Sleep I'm awake.
[1:13:14] Speaker 3: It was just a good heavy rainstorm, and I thought
[1:13:16] Speaker 3: I heard car tires coming up a road, which is
[1:13:18] Speaker 3: why we're so immuta traffic. And I realized, no, that's
[1:13:22] Speaker 3: not it. It sounded like something I have no idea,
[1:13:27] Speaker 3: but after I heard it, Selena, it sound like came
[1:13:30] Speaker 3: past our window. There was a clunk, and then a
[1:13:36] Speaker 3: swoofed in front. There was a small peel of thunder
[1:13:40] Speaker 3: and our male small dog who has a has a
[1:13:45] Speaker 3: way of barking under the covers, who have a very
[1:13:48] Speaker 3: scared when he's scared. Yes, you, he has a he
[1:13:52] Speaker 3: has a very distinct bark. Well, he barked for almost
[1:13:55] Speaker 3: a minute like that after I heard that swoosh. I
[1:14:00] Speaker 3: have no idea what came past our window, but he
[1:14:04] Speaker 3: heard it taking the noise, but he heard it. And
[1:14:08] Speaker 3: after that, even if we had a couple of direct
[1:14:10] Speaker 3: lightning strikes, he would only bark once or twice.
[1:14:13] Speaker 1: I forgot to tell him about the squatch by the window.
[1:14:17] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, yeah, okay, Well our TV. We only have
[1:14:23] Speaker 1: one window on the back of our house and it's
[1:14:26] Speaker 1: in the living room that and the TV is right
[1:14:29] Speaker 1: by it. And I sat on this couch that's horizontally
[1:14:33] Speaker 1: by the window. And I, oh, and also there's more.
[1:14:38] Speaker 1: There's a swarm Jeremiah. That just brings up more. But anyways,
[1:14:43] Speaker 1: I set up on the couch and I'm just sitting
[1:14:44] Speaker 1: there and something on the corner of my eye. I
[1:14:46] Speaker 1: look and there's the same color squatch. That is all
[1:14:52] Speaker 1: I see. Is he's right by the deck, which is
[1:14:56] Speaker 1: not even fifteen foot from where I'm sitting. He's there
[1:15:00] Speaker 1: and and he this is weird, if not anything else
[1:15:05] Speaker 1: was weird. But anyways, he's walking away. He takes three steps,
[1:15:11] Speaker 1: this humongous thing squatch, and he disappears, and there's nothing.
[1:15:18] Speaker 1: I was thinking he was gonna go up the hill
[1:15:21] Speaker 1: and he's He's by this time, maybe fifteen or twenty
[1:15:24] Speaker 1: feet from me, and he disappears, and there is no dissipating.
[1:15:31] Speaker 1: I didn't see it disappear. It just wasn't there anymore.
[1:15:36] Speaker 2: Oh wow, that changes everything. I mean, that's a whole
[1:15:40] Speaker 2: different Oh.
[1:15:41] Speaker 1: I couldn't believe it. I was waiting for him to
[1:15:43] Speaker 1: go up into the woods right there, about twenty five
[1:15:46] Speaker 1: feet from the window, and I waited, that's where he's
[1:15:50] Speaker 1: walking to. And he took like three steps he was
[1:15:53] Speaker 1: standing by the deck banister, and our deck's only like
[1:15:59] Speaker 1: ten by weve or something back there, No ten by
[1:16:02] Speaker 1: twenty maybe. Anyways, he was standing there. He just turned around,
[1:16:06] Speaker 1: I guess because we say they watched TV at our house. Sure,
[1:16:10] Speaker 1: because a lot happens about the TV. And I see
[1:16:16] Speaker 1: that in the corner of my eye. I turned my
[1:16:17] Speaker 1: head and he's right there, big big shoulders of the
[1:16:23] Speaker 1: blonder cinnamon color one. And I see his shoulder blades
[1:16:28] Speaker 1: and they look like lungs instead of shoulder blades. They're
[1:16:31] Speaker 1: just like this, They're they're huge, and I'm watching take
[1:16:35] Speaker 1: two steps and I know he'd probably taken one already
[1:16:39] Speaker 1: for me to catch it. And he just disappears.
[1:16:43] Speaker 2: Oh man, that's weird. That makes you wonder. Okay, so
[1:16:46] Speaker 2: do you do you have bigfoot that are just disappearing
[1:16:49] Speaker 2: or do you have maybe actual portals in your area too?
[1:16:53] Speaker 2: And that's one of those questions It's like, I don't
[1:16:55] Speaker 2: even know if you can answer.
[1:16:56] Speaker 1: I mean, well, I think we do daycare center, because
[1:17:02] Speaker 1: they're not bringing their kids to the daycare center.
[1:17:05] Speaker 3: Yeah. I suspect the sushi noise and and some of
[1:17:08] Speaker 3: the booms we hear I suspect portals were constantly.
[1:17:12] Speaker 1: Yeah, we're constantly hearing metal metal I mean like like
[1:17:17] Speaker 1: a gong almost, But it doesn't sound like the gong.
[1:17:22] Speaker 1: It sounds like a metal like a gong like that,
[1:17:26] Speaker 1: and it's loud, and we both look at each other.
[1:17:29] Speaker 1: We quit even saying did you hear that? Because we
[1:17:32] Speaker 1: just look at each other and it's day and night.
[1:17:36] Speaker 1: It's uh, the gonging is more in the daytime, yeah,
[1:17:40] Speaker 1: than at night. I thought maybe we lived on top
[1:17:43] Speaker 1: of the cave.
[1:17:45] Speaker 2: Oh sure, yeah, or maybe there's underground work being done,
[1:17:48] Speaker 2: but it doesn't really sound like that goes on in
[1:17:51] Speaker 2: that area.
[1:17:52] Speaker 1: No, we thought that, uh, that's what was happening when
[1:17:55] Speaker 1: we were here in the booms and stuff. But these
[1:17:58] Speaker 1: aren't even booms. They're like they're like metal weight, I say,
[1:18:02] Speaker 1: like sheets in the wind. That is like whoa like that?
[1:18:08] Speaker 2: Uh, you guys aren't hearing your voices called out of
[1:18:13] Speaker 2: the woods or anything like that, right.
[1:18:15] Speaker 1: I did clean the car out, but I turned on
[1:18:18] Speaker 1: the stereo. I didn't hear them call my name.
[1:18:20] Speaker 3: No, no, no mimicking going on. That's good.
[1:18:26] Speaker 2: That's when it it freaks me out a lot. Not
[1:18:30] Speaker 2: that I've had that happen. But just when you hear
[1:18:34] Speaker 2: people like they're out in the woods and they hear
[1:18:36] Speaker 2: something say their name, like come here. Although I did
[1:18:40] Speaker 2: have something say come here to me, and at the
[1:18:43] Speaker 2: camp out, didn't. I that's weird.
[1:18:47] Speaker 1: I smell at the camp out, I smell roadkill and
[1:18:55] Speaker 1: in the corner of our cabin. Oh, and it just
[1:18:58] Speaker 1: it went away, came and went that fast. And plus
[1:19:03] Speaker 1: I was without him down there. Uh, you all were
[1:19:06] Speaker 1: in the woods and I was with at him down there.
[1:19:10] Speaker 1: Why he was like a station. And I heard the dogs.
[1:19:14] Speaker 1: I told ad him. I said, once we tell our
[1:19:17] Speaker 1: dogs to go to bed, they go to bed.
[1:19:20] Speaker 3: Well, what I'm just gonna say, speaking of smelling, smelling.
[1:19:29] Speaker 1: Oh my gosh. See if there's just so much spat
[1:19:32] Speaker 1: down too. We were in bed. Well anyways, I the dogs.
[1:19:38] Speaker 1: It was really strange. And it was only one time.
[1:19:42] Speaker 1: But it was early evening. It was not an afternoon.
[1:19:46] Speaker 1: We were. We were in bed. So we go to
[1:19:49] Speaker 1: bed early. Well, you have to if you can get
[1:19:51] Speaker 1: a sleep. But anyways, uh, I was laying in bed.
[1:19:58] Speaker 1: I guess I couldn't hear see and smell really good.
[1:20:02] Speaker 1: I mean, anyways, I was like, oh my god. And
[1:20:05] Speaker 1: I start smelling my pillows and my blankets and stuff,
[1:20:09] Speaker 1: and I said, Mike, do you smell that. It's just
[1:20:11] Speaker 1: terrible smells like BO, really bad and I don't know
[1:20:16] Speaker 1: if it's anything else but BO. And I gotta find it.
[1:20:19] Speaker 1: And he's like, oh, yeah, I do smell it.
[1:20:21] Speaker 3: Yeah. It took a second. I was like first, I
[1:20:23] Speaker 3: was like no, then then oh yeah, there it is for.
[1:20:26] Speaker 1: A while, like minutes of smelling that, and then then
[1:20:30] Speaker 1: it went away and it came back.
[1:20:33] Speaker 3: It was It wasn't even your typical garbage or skunk
[1:20:38] Speaker 3: or death smell. It was like it was like human
[1:20:41] Speaker 3: body odor that you as strong as you can imagine,
[1:20:46] Speaker 3: and it was just in the air.
[1:20:47] Speaker 1: And I sleep. I gotta have my windows open it
[1:20:50] Speaker 1: even dead of wimmer. I have my bedroom window open,
[1:20:54] Speaker 1: but I only open the top and only halfway. I
[1:20:57] Speaker 1: don't open the bottom because of what's been going on.
[1:21:00] Speaker 1: But easily they could reach in and and do something
[1:21:04] Speaker 1: if they want, for sure, I mean, if they're that tall.
[1:21:08] Speaker 1: But this smell was something else, and I'm really particular
[1:21:12] Speaker 1: about stuff like that. I was just like, oh man,
[1:21:15] Speaker 1: you gotta smell that. And I was smelling everything in
[1:21:18] Speaker 1: my room and it was coming through the windows.
[1:21:24] Speaker 2: Oh that's wild. That is while you guys live in
[1:21:27] Speaker 2: such a wild area, I cannot imagine having to just
[1:21:30] Speaker 2: deal with that day to day. I'm so I'm so
[1:21:34] Speaker 2: glad that we were able to get this to happen
[1:21:38] Speaker 2: with both of you on here, because I think having
[1:21:40] Speaker 2: you both here really makes for an awesome conversation, to
[1:21:44] Speaker 2: be honest. Yeah, thank you so much for coming on
[1:21:50] Speaker 2: the show. Uh, it was a pleasure meeting both Yeah. Yeah, Tennessee.
[1:21:55] Speaker 2: That was cool.
[1:21:56] Speaker 1: Tennessee camp ount was awesome.
[1:21:59] Speaker 2: That's right, Y a Tennessee cryptic camp out was It's
[1:22:03] Speaker 2: probably what man, it was one of those once in
[1:22:05] Speaker 2: a lifetime experiences.
[1:22:07] Speaker 1: It was, well it happens again.
[1:22:10] Speaker 2: I hope so too. It is lightning in a bottle.
[1:22:12] Speaker 2: I mean it was. It was really really cool.
[1:22:15] Speaker 1: It was and everybody there, it was just everybody worked
[1:22:18] Speaker 1: together and it's like we were prepared for what, you know,
[1:22:25] Speaker 1: but everybody came prepared and we got plenty of stuff happened,
[1:22:29] Speaker 1: and you know, it was just really nice. And I
[1:22:32] Speaker 1: know there's going to be another one. So Randy, Randy
[1:22:38] Speaker 1: and all the whole crew Houston. I don't know all
[1:22:42] Speaker 1: their names. I'm not good with names. I used to
[1:22:45] Speaker 1: be good at a lot of stuff, but anymore. I
[1:22:49] Speaker 1: wanted to tell you that this bigfoot thing has changed
[1:22:52] Speaker 1: my life, and I know it changed his from have
[1:22:57] Speaker 1: to deal with me because what is happening? And then
[1:23:01] Speaker 1: he starts. You know, I really felt like nobody, they
[1:23:06] Speaker 1: really really think I'm crazy now. You know, if I
[1:23:09] Speaker 1: wasn't crazy before, I'm really crazy now, seeing stuff, hearing stuff,
[1:23:14] Speaker 1: experiencing stuff, and there's more. Jeremiah, It's like a couple
[1:23:20] Speaker 1: of days, there won't be anything happen, and I'll get
[1:23:23] Speaker 1: some sleep, maybe, but then it'll go on for three
[1:23:27] Speaker 1: or four days, maybe longer, and then there'll be a break.
[1:23:32] Speaker 2: Do you keep a journal of what happens?
[1:23:35] Speaker 1: Well, no, but I write a lot, and I'm going
[1:23:38] Speaker 1: to start writing it.
[1:23:39] Speaker 2: I would recommend. That's advice I got from a good friend.
[1:23:44] Speaker 2: His name is Tobe Johnson out in Oregon or Washington
[1:23:47] Speaker 2: now who is He's an experiencer author, and he's like,
[1:23:52] Speaker 2: if you've got stuff going on, you need to write
[1:23:54] Speaker 2: it down so you'll forget it in the future and
[1:23:58] Speaker 2: you can figure out things that are connected by rereading
[1:24:03] Speaker 2: it over. I would recommend any listener to do that. Actually,
[1:24:06] Speaker 2: if you're experiencing stuff like Jody and Michael lar, just
[1:24:11] Speaker 2: keep keep a journal so you can figure it out.
[1:24:13] Speaker 2: But guys, I think that we will definitely need to
[1:24:17] Speaker 2: keep in touch. It's it's definitely an active, ongoing thing
[1:24:21] Speaker 2: and so definitely definitely feel free to keep in touch.
[1:24:24] Speaker 2: You got my email, and maybe we'll we'll have to
[1:24:28] Speaker 2: We'll have to do a catch up later or in
[1:24:31] Speaker 2: the future down the road. That would be fun.
[1:24:35] Speaker 3: So sounds good.
[1:24:36] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, well, thank you very much.
