A campsite in Eastern Kentucky becomes the center of a series of unsettling events when an expedition group reports footsteps circling tents in the middle of the night, loud vocalizations from the darkness, objects being moved around camp, and an onion thrown from the woods that struck a camper hard enough to leave a welt. That encounter is only one of the stories featured in this packed voicemail roundup. Listeners from across North America share firsthand reports including a massive footprint discovered near Icebox Cave in Ohio, chilling tree knocks and screams near California's Upper Cache Creek, a childhood encounter with a small hairy creature in a Tennessee cemetery, a terrifying nighttime experience outside a tent in North Idaho, possible rock-rolling activity along Oregon's Bigfoot Highway, and a thermal sighting of a towering figure in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. These accounts come from hunters, campers, hikers, outdoorsmen, and everyday people who found themselves face-to-face with something they still struggle to explain. [1:22] Speaker 1: from all over the country.
[1:25] Speaker 2: So back in March of twenty twenty, it was around
[1:29] Speaker 2: the twentieth of March. Me and my wife were hiking
[1:34] Speaker 2: out in the Akron Peninsula area near Icebox Cave, and
[1:38] Speaker 2: we decided we were going to jump off the beaten
[1:40] Speaker 2: path and start taking some deer trails. Well, at a
[1:43] Speaker 2: cross section of a deer trail, there was, if I
[1:47] Speaker 2: had to guess, a bigfoot footprint in the middle of
[1:52] Speaker 2: this trail, like it had stepped in the center of
[1:55] Speaker 2: this section and then cleared it, and there was a
[1:58] Speaker 2: clear indent of heat and toes pushing through the mud.
[2:02] Speaker 2: It was full of water by the time we got there,
[2:04] Speaker 2: but it was still very visible and I took a
[2:06] Speaker 2: photo of it, and it's uh, it was. It was
[2:13] Speaker 2: really cool, but I thought it was kind of strange
[2:16] Speaker 2: that this bigfoot was thirty yards forty yards in the
[2:21] Speaker 2: woods away from a normal hiking trail where hundreds of
[2:24] Speaker 2: people are at almost every day. But I just wanted
[2:28] Speaker 2: to share my story with you.
[2:29] Speaker 3: Guys.
[2:32] Speaker 4: Hi, my name is Dave.
[2:35] Speaker 5: Well.
[2:35] Speaker 4: I guess my story starts when my cousin from New
[2:39] Speaker 4: York came here to Grafton, Ohio. I was eighteen at
[2:49] Speaker 4: the time, and we had the t tops out of
[2:54] Speaker 4: my seventy nine Grand Prix Lindenburg and we were out
[2:57] Speaker 4: on the back roads cruised and and this location has
[3:03] Speaker 4: been well known for crazy stuff happening, like people parking
[3:09] Speaker 4: there and party in and somebody coming up and trying
[3:13] Speaker 4: to push their vehicle over, and a lot of stuff's
[3:17] Speaker 4: happened there. I mean, people's been murdered there, and it's
[3:21] Speaker 4: just I'm surprised that it's never made the news or
[3:26] Speaker 4: it's not on YouTube. But I was thinking about trying
[3:32] Speaker 4: to take somebody out there to show them at night
[3:36] Speaker 4: time where this bigfoot lives. I have a YouTube channel
[3:47] Speaker 4: with me at the location, and there's a structure there
[3:52] Speaker 4: that got built by the by the big guy. Anyway,
[3:58] Speaker 4: we backed my Grand Prix into the spot and we
[4:03] Speaker 4: were we had slayers cranked up, and it was about
[4:05] Speaker 4: one o'clock in the morning. It was cold out when
[4:10] Speaker 4: my cousin was driving my car, and he kicked the
[4:13] Speaker 4: amp wire out of the fuse box and the radio
[4:16] Speaker 4: went quiet, and it was pitch black. It's pitch black
[4:20] Speaker 4: on this road. It's nothing, but it's in the forest
[4:22] Speaker 4: that connects to other roads. And when he kicked the
[4:31] Speaker 4: amphire out, we heard footsteps straight in front of us.
[4:40] Speaker 4: There was a creek running lateral in front of the car,
[4:43] Speaker 4: and then the road runs parallel to the creek, and
[4:46] Speaker 4: then the woods behind it, and we heard footsteps coming
[4:51] Speaker 4: and I got I got out of the car anyway. I
[4:55] Speaker 4: got out of the car, walked around the car, opened
[4:57] Speaker 4: up the door. While he's sat in the driver's seating,
[5:00] Speaker 4: I was reaching underneath the dash to hook the damp
[5:02] Speaker 4: wire back in. And that's when we heard the tree break.
[5:06] Speaker 4: It must have been like I don't even know, man,
[5:10] Speaker 4: it sounded like a shotgun going off, that's how big
[5:14] Speaker 4: the tree was that it broke. Me and him looked
[5:18] Speaker 4: at each other and we screamed to the top of
[5:21] Speaker 4: our lungs. And a pitch black and I couldn't get
[5:25] Speaker 4: around the car fast enough, so I dove through the
[5:28] Speaker 4: tee top and I told him start the car, go go,
[5:32] Speaker 4: And by the time he pulled out of where we
[5:34] Speaker 4: were back then and turned the left to go back
[5:36] Speaker 4: to where I live. He turned the headlights on and
[5:40] Speaker 4: I tried to get him to turn around, but he
[5:42] Speaker 4: was crying. He wanted to go back to New York
[5:46] Speaker 4: and a lot of crazy stuff's happened on this road.
[5:51] Speaker 4: I just I really don't want to give the location,
[5:54] Speaker 4: and unless I take somebody there to show him, give
[5:58] Speaker 4: him an adventure at and old, So I'd like to
[6:01] Speaker 4: get the story out well. Anyway, after we got done
[6:07] Speaker 4: screaming to the top of our lungs, this thing was,
[6:12] Speaker 4: at least it felt like it was like ten foot
[6:14] Speaker 4: away from us, and it growled a low growl, and
[6:22] Speaker 4: it was so deep, and it rumbled, and all the
[6:28] Speaker 4: hair on our body stood up. I've never ever been
[6:33] Speaker 4: that scared in my Lif'm fifty years old now, I've
[6:36] Speaker 4: never ever experienced something like that. If you want to
[6:42] Speaker 4: give me a call, you can. My name's David Hicky.
[6:47] Speaker 6: Hey, Jeremiah dre Brandenberg. I was turned on to this
[6:52] Speaker 6: place by someone who didn't care about them, but told
[6:56] Speaker 6: me where they were, that they were there and so
[7:00] Speaker 6: we went and sure enough, the first four hikes we
[7:04] Speaker 6: went in there hiking, I have evidence from four different
[7:07] Speaker 6: times and plus a lot more because we've been in
[7:10] Speaker 6: there like thirty times an hour more over the last
[7:13] Speaker 6: year and a half. I got video, I got pictures.
[7:17] Speaker 6: I seen them. The craziest stuff you ever saw in
[7:21] Speaker 6: your life, and it's really amazing what's in there, and
[7:26] Speaker 6: I like to share it with you guys. It's on
[7:28] Speaker 6: my Facebook. All the pictures are all real, but I'm
[7:31] Speaker 6: willing to tell you about each one of them. Give
[7:33] Speaker 6: me hit me up.
[7:34] Speaker 7: Thank you.
[7:38] Speaker 3: Hi.
[7:38] Speaker 8: My name is Shanda. I won't give out my full name,
[7:44] Speaker 8: but I'm originally from Utah and I just wanted to
[7:46] Speaker 8: share this experience. When I heard the howl back in
[7:50] Speaker 8: twenty thirteen, twenty fourteen, I heard a lot of stories
[7:56] Speaker 8: and I noticed that when I heard like a big
[8:02] Speaker 8: howl and all the dogs are barking, and even my
[8:06] Speaker 8: neighbors dogs are barking. I never thought anything of it,
[8:12] Speaker 8: but I would go inside after I smoke a cigarettes.
[8:16] Speaker 8: I used to smoke cigarettes and my grandmother would ask
[8:23] Speaker 8: me what happened because it was just me and my
[8:25] Speaker 8: grandmother at the place in a remote area within Monument Valley,
[8:30] Speaker 8: Utah and Slash, Arizona. And she would always question me
[8:39] Speaker 8: when I go in the in the room, like I
[8:43] Speaker 8: told her what I heard. She said, yeah, that's in
[8:47] Speaker 8: a Napaja way, that's the boogeyman. There's a word for it.
[8:55] Speaker 8: I can't remember the word of it.
[9:00] Speaker 9: Right now.
[9:01] Speaker 8: On this society, we're losing that, you know, in Navajoa way,
[9:07] Speaker 8: we're losing our language.
[9:09] Speaker 4: Right.
[9:10] Speaker 8: So with that being said, she would always warm me
[9:16] Speaker 8: that stay inside because I describe what was, you know,
[9:23] Speaker 8: what I heard. And then slowly gradually I noticed that
[9:31] Speaker 8: the dogs would just be quiet. But yeah, yeah, they barked,
[9:36] Speaker 8: but there's a point where it got quiet, right, And
[9:42] Speaker 8: to me it's not normal because they would always bark
[9:45] Speaker 8: when the kyotos where we lived at the time. Kyotes, yeah, foxes, yeah, dogs.
[9:54] Speaker 8: I know the tone of each voice. But I noticed
[9:59] Speaker 8: that at the time it was quiet and that and
[10:08] Speaker 8: I noticed that there's there's a lot of things I
[10:13] Speaker 8: must say. But if you want to reach out to me,
[10:18] Speaker 8: I don't have a Gmail, but I do have a
[10:22] Speaker 8: iCloud and I used to have Yahoo. But if you
[10:27] Speaker 8: want to reach out to me, Jemiah Jender from Utah.
[10:34] Speaker 3: Hey, Jeremiah, Nice to speak to a fellow Iowan. I'm
[10:38] Speaker 3: a sixty five year old who lives in northern California.
[10:42] Speaker 3: Been out here for many decades, but I grew up
[10:44] Speaker 3: in western Iowa, fishing, hunting, camping everywhere Minnesota, way back
[10:52] Speaker 3: up in northern Canada with Indians at Alaska, and all
[10:58] Speaker 3: throughout California. Again, giant redwoods to ancient for us, I've
[11:04] Speaker 3: seen it all. Never thought of Bigfoot as a kid.
[11:07] Speaker 3: Of course, we saw some of the movies. But I'm
[11:12] Speaker 3: recording this to you because in nineteen eighty seven, eighty eight,
[11:18] Speaker 3: eighty nine, coworker and I who worked in San Francisco
[11:22] Speaker 3: together were I was about twenty seven to twenty eight
[11:25] Speaker 3: at the time, and we would leave our work site
[11:31] Speaker 3: Friday early, like at noon, we'd cut out. We'd drive
[11:35] Speaker 3: up to the Upper Cash Creek. Yeah, that name starting
[11:39] Speaker 3: to ring a bell because it's close to Indian Valley Reservoir.
[11:43] Speaker 3: And I've heard a few episodes or at least one
[11:46] Speaker 3: about Indian Valley and it all made sense. Again. I've
[11:54] Speaker 3: been around, Okay, I camped my whole life, and we
[11:58] Speaker 3: would even float down this cash creek for three day
[12:01] Speaker 3: float trips, and you wouldn't see anyone, very remote, two
[12:05] Speaker 3: million year old ancient canyon. So we were there with
[12:11] Speaker 3: our guns always in fishing poles. We would catch trout,
[12:14] Speaker 3: small mouth bass, catfish, and just have a good old time.
[12:19] Speaker 3: So middle of the night two or three am, which
[12:22] Speaker 3: seems to be the witching hour for these things, we
[12:28] Speaker 3: heard massive loud tree knocks. In hindsight, there were tree
[12:34] Speaker 3: knocks that sounded like trees just smashing into each other.
[12:37] Speaker 3: We jolted up out of our sleeping bags, looked at
[12:40] Speaker 3: each other and naturally said, what the heck was that?
[12:44] Speaker 3: Shortly thereafter, we heard the most blood curdling scream shrill.
[12:50] Speaker 3: It was not a wounded animal. This thing had lungs
[12:53] Speaker 3: and it was loud and scary. It wasn't that close.
[12:58] Speaker 3: We have no idea. We stayed in our sleeping bag
[13:02] Speaker 3: because we didn't think bigfoot sasquatch. We didn't know what
[13:06] Speaker 3: to think. All these years later, I know what I
[13:11] Speaker 3: heard and what I heard again, the tree knocks. Nothing
[13:15] Speaker 3: knocks trees. Bears don't do it. Deers don't slam their
[13:21] Speaker 3: ear antlers against a tree. At two am, this tree
[13:25] Speaker 3: knock is what was undeniable, but that scream never heard
[13:31] Speaker 3: anything before or since. Again, this is Upper Cash Creek,
[13:37] Speaker 3: not far from Indian Valley Reservoir, so there's been other
[13:42] Speaker 3: incidences up there. So funny you travel all over the
[13:47] Speaker 3: place and you see nothing, you hear nothing, and then
[13:51] Speaker 3: you go a two hour drive from your work and
[13:54] Speaker 3: you run into this pretty crazy any rate, if you can,
[14:00] Speaker 3: you know, share this, maybe other people have had heard
[14:03] Speaker 3: things up in that area. Again, it was late nineteen eighties,
[14:09] Speaker 3: So this is Pat from Novato, California. I grew up
[14:14] Speaker 3: in Carol, Iowa, so hopefully that gives me a little
[14:17] Speaker 3: credibility with a fellow Hawkeye. Thanks so much, Jeremiah. Love
[14:22] Speaker 3: what you are doing. Love what you're doing. If I
[14:26] Speaker 3: share this story with my family, they're gonna laugh at me,
[14:30] Speaker 3: but I think I will because now it's all comes
[14:33] Speaker 3: back loud and clear. Thank you, brother.
[14:38] Speaker 10: I'll start with the first one because I have four.
[14:43] Speaker 10: I was about eight years old. This was in Midway, Tennessee,
[14:47] Speaker 10: in a cemetery, a very old cemetery that's not even
[14:52] Speaker 10: used anymore, and I was looking at gravestones and I
[14:56] Speaker 10: saw this little at that time. You know, I was eight,
[15:03] Speaker 10: a little i'll just call it a man, but it
[15:08] Speaker 10: had long hair hanging off of it and it was
[15:12] Speaker 10: eating something, excuse me.
[15:15] Speaker 8: And.
[15:17] Speaker 10: So I walked up to it and was like, what, hey,
[15:21] Speaker 10: what are you eating? And it didn't say anything. It
[15:24] Speaker 10: just kept eating off the ground who was on all fours?
[15:30] Speaker 10: And I kept talking to it, what are you eating?
[15:32] Speaker 10: Can I have some? You know, a little eight year
[15:35] Speaker 10: old kid, And it never said a thing, never made
[15:39] Speaker 10: a sound, and all the time, and I'm sure there
[15:43] Speaker 10: were full grown ones around somewhere, but I just saw
[15:48] Speaker 10: that little one. And when I went back to the house.
[15:51] Speaker 10: We were at a relative's house in Tennessee, and I
[15:55] Speaker 10: went back and I was talking about it, and my
[15:58] Speaker 10: dad looked at me, like, what are you talking about?
[16:01] Speaker 10: And his cousin, who was sitting across the table, said, oh, yeah,
[16:05] Speaker 10: it's a hairy man. Hairy man. What's a hairy man?
[16:10] Speaker 10: He goes, We see him all the time. And he
[16:12] Speaker 10: got up and left. He went back to see if
[16:14] Speaker 10: it was still there. Of course it wasn't. But that
[16:18] Speaker 10: was my first encounter with a bigfoot. And I see,
[16:25] Speaker 10: I still have some time left, so I'll go into
[16:27] Speaker 10: the next time I saw one it Actually it was
[16:32] Speaker 10: just a couple of years later, and this was in Indiana,
[16:38] Speaker 10: down by a river. A neighbor and I used to
[16:42] Speaker 10: ride our horses back there, and we were on our
[16:46] Speaker 10: horses again and they just stopped. They wouldn't go any farther, refused,
[16:53] Speaker 10: and I looked at my friend and I was like,
[16:55] Speaker 10: what is going on? And of course you can smell them.
[16:58] Speaker 10: They smell so bad, and he goes, oh, no, it's back.
[17:04] Speaker 10: And I was like, what, what's back? And he said,
[17:09] Speaker 10: you know, a big hairy thing. The DNR is tracking it,
[17:14] Speaker 10: so I have to go tell mister who he lived
[17:19] Speaker 10: on their property. He goes, I have to go tell
[17:21] Speaker 10: mister it's back so he can call DNR. Well, I said,
[17:25] Speaker 10: I want to see it. So I got off my horse.
[17:28] Speaker 10: My friend was holding my horse, and I went back
[17:32] Speaker 10: there and there was this huge and I mean huge thing.
[17:38] Speaker 10: At They had a it was a like a fishing camp,
[17:43] Speaker 10: and they had a sink rigged up that pulled water
[17:46] Speaker 10: from the river where they could clean fish. Had a
[17:50] Speaker 10: little counter buy it, you know, and it was standing
[17:53] Speaker 10: there looking through the dishes that were in the sink
[17:57] Speaker 10: trying I guess it was trying to find something to
[17:58] Speaker 10: eat or something. I don't know, and I do. I
[18:02] Speaker 10: walked right up to it. I was standing like face
[18:05] Speaker 10: to face. Well, I went face to face. It was
[18:07] Speaker 10: much bigger than me, long brown hair, brown blondish mixed.
[18:15] Speaker 10: And I looked at it, and I know it was like, hey, hey,
[18:21] Speaker 10: what's going on. I didn't know what it was. It
[18:23] Speaker 10: was nine, and it turned and looked at me, and I,
[18:31] Speaker 10: of course, being nine, I didn't know at the time.
[18:34] Speaker 10: You never show your teeth to a primate. And I
[18:36] Speaker 10: looked at it and smiled, stuck my hand out and
[18:39] Speaker 10: I said, hey, my name's you know, blah blah, and
[18:43] Speaker 10: I smiled, showed my teeth, and that thing was gone
[18:47] Speaker 10: in the blink of an eye. I couldn't find it.
[18:50] Speaker 10: I looked around, kept looking around, didn't see anything. It
[18:54] Speaker 10: was just gone. But that was my second encounter, and
[18:58] Speaker 10: I've running out of time on this one, so I'm
[19:02] Speaker 10: going to sign off. Thank you very much for letting
[19:04] Speaker 10: me share.
[19:08] Speaker 11: Hi, Dearmiah, my name is Mary. My encounter happened in
[19:12] Speaker 11: North Idaho. I was camping with my sists back in
[19:17] Speaker 11: two thousand and eight. We went to our favorite spot
[19:20] Speaker 11: every summer to camp. This area is called Bumblebee Meadow.
[19:27] Speaker 11: My tent is a small two person dome tent. My
[19:31] Speaker 11: sister camped across from the fire pit area across from me,
[19:36] Speaker 11: and she was on the opposite side of that corner
[19:39] Speaker 11: of the meadow. I decided to head to bed to
[19:42] Speaker 11: my dome tent. I was almost asleep when I heard
[19:46] Speaker 11: something massive, massive, moving fast through the brush. I could
[19:52] Speaker 11: hear the leaves going just so fast near the head
[19:56] Speaker 11: of my tent.
[19:58] Speaker 12: It stopped. It was on two legs. It sounded like
[20:03] Speaker 12: its breathing was really loud and guttural. It sort of
[20:07] Speaker 12: sounded like a mixture of a growl and a breath,
[20:11] Speaker 12: and it kept doing that. I was terrified. I begin
[20:16] Speaker 12: to pray silently, over and over in the name of Jesus,
[20:20] Speaker 12: leave me alone. I was frozen for I don't know
[20:26] Speaker 12: how long, but it seemed like a long time. I
[20:31] Speaker 12: finally heard it moving through the brush away from my tent.
[20:36] Speaker 12: I was so scared, Deeremiah, I will never forget this.
[20:41] Speaker 12: And I couldn't sleep that night, and I as soon
[20:44] Speaker 12: as daylight hit, man, I was out of there, all right.
[20:49] Speaker 13: Thanks Jeremiah, Hi Jeremiah.
[20:54] Speaker 14: This is Dan from Shelby and Blacksburg area. We did
[21:02] Speaker 14: the interview a couple of weeks ago. Anyway, I had
[21:06] Speaker 14: forgotten to get into some of the specifics about Shelby.
[21:15] Speaker 14: I guess the whole thing started a year, probably about
[21:21] Speaker 14: March of last year, in twenty twenty five. My brother
[21:25] Speaker 14: was struggling with some problems at the time, and he
[21:28] Speaker 14: was always going out to the woods to clear his head.
[21:31] Speaker 14: And he said, he's going to show me a dark
[21:34] Speaker 14: spell cast over Shelby, and so we went out into
[21:40] Speaker 14: the woods and he was showing me all these blockages
[21:43] Speaker 14: in the waterways and trash in the woods and all
[21:47] Speaker 14: this kind of stuff. And we were going around out
[21:51] Speaker 14: the backside of my neighborhood up the train tracks into
[21:53] Speaker 14: the woods in these utility access roads, and when we
[21:59] Speaker 14: were out there, we didn't really see anything at first.
[22:01] Speaker 14: And then we went over to a graveyard across town
[22:04] Speaker 14: where he was trying to show me a tombstone with
[22:08] Speaker 14: the name on it that said self. Because he would
[22:11] Speaker 14: always find these weird, weird patterns and weird strange things.
[22:14] Speaker 14: So there was a tombstone in a graveyard across town
[22:18] Speaker 14: that said self.
[22:19] Speaker 7: On it.
[22:19] Speaker 14: I guess that was the last name of somebody. But
[22:25] Speaker 14: when we were walking back, it was just kind of
[22:30] Speaker 14: like a strange night because there was a lot of
[22:31] Speaker 14: people out. It was like the start of spring, like
[22:35] Speaker 14: end of winter started spring, and there was just strange
[22:38] Speaker 14: people out. It was late at night, probably like around
[22:42] Speaker 14: ten thirty eleven o'clock, and when we were walking back,
[22:46] Speaker 14: we didn't take We initially went into a neighborhood through
[22:51] Speaker 14: a utility access lane through the woods, and when we
[22:55] Speaker 14: were walking back, we were going past that utility access
[22:58] Speaker 14: lane over by the o YMCA, and about it sounded
[23:03] Speaker 14: like about fifty coyotes started howling all at once, and
[23:07] Speaker 14: my brother screamed out, shut up demons, and then they
[23:12] Speaker 14: all kind of like faded into the distance about one
[23:15] Speaker 14: hundred yards within a matter of like three seconds. And
[23:19] Speaker 14: as they faded away, the chatter scattered, the yips and
[23:25] Speaker 14: hows scattered into like like laughter and then a whispering chatter.
[23:34] Speaker 14: And then we were walking back up the street after
[23:38] Speaker 14: that happened, and then probably three minutes later, when we
[23:42] Speaker 14: got to that backside of the track, the pavement trails
[23:47] Speaker 14: on the back side of the Dover YMCA where the
[23:51] Speaker 14: soccer field is. There was this animal or I say animal,
[23:58] Speaker 14: I mean, you know, I can't really identify what it is,
[24:00] Speaker 14: but it it was over in the woods and it
[24:04] Speaker 14: was like kind of like whispering and groaning to itself,
[24:10] Speaker 14: was like you you know, some kind of like unintelligible gibberish.
[24:17] Speaker 4: And then.
[24:19] Speaker 14: My brother was like, yeah, do.
[24:22] Speaker 15: You hear that?
[24:23] Speaker 14: And uh and I was like yeah, yeah, yeah, here,
[24:25] Speaker 14: like what is it? And then and then it it
[24:28] Speaker 14: kind of like it was like and then uh, you know,
[24:31] Speaker 14: there was a couple of footsteps. It was like and
[24:36] Speaker 14: I was and I uh, you know, I was like, yeah,
[24:40] Speaker 14: I uh, I got a knife, tough guy or something,
[24:44] Speaker 14: you know, something like that to try to scare it off.
[24:46] Speaker 7: And it was like.
[24:50] Speaker 14: And uh and uh it might have made that noise first.
[24:54] Speaker 14: And then I said something. And I had a headlamp
[24:57] Speaker 14: on and it was two dim to see anything, so
[25:02] Speaker 14: we couldn't make out what it was, but you know,
[25:05] Speaker 14: it sounded like it was probably one hundred and fifty
[25:08] Speaker 14: to two hundred pounds and somewhere within the range of
[25:12] Speaker 14: five to six feet tall, just from what I heard.
[25:16] Speaker 14: And then you know, with those strange noises, and then
[25:19] Speaker 14: we kind of like walked on. There was a lot
[25:22] Speaker 14: more strange stuff that was happening, but that was one
[25:26] Speaker 14: of the main instances that I forgot to record on
[25:29] Speaker 14: the initial interview.
[25:33] Speaker 13: Thanks.
[25:37] Speaker 16: Hey, Jerem I, this is Steve from Michigan. I just
[25:41] Speaker 16: seen that you were looking for more encounters or more
[25:46] Speaker 16: reports of Sasquatch. I've had three encounters here in Michigan,
[25:52] Speaker 16: different parts of Michigan. My first one was up in
[25:54] Speaker 16: central Michigan by the Ostable River, and my other two
[25:59] Speaker 16: in counters were in southeastern Michigan.
[26:02] Speaker 7: On the Raisin River.
[26:05] Speaker 16: BE more than willing to talk to you about them. So, yeah,
[26:08] Speaker 16: if you would like to touch base with me, I'm
[26:11] Speaker 16: on Facebook. I don't receive emails right now. I'd have
[26:17] Speaker 16: to I can check them every couple of weeks or
[26:19] Speaker 16: every week or two because I don't have Wi Fi
[26:22] Speaker 16: where I live right now. But I'd be more than
[26:24] Speaker 16: willing to go more in depth into those encounters and
[26:30] Speaker 16: be more than willing to talk to you about other stuff.
[26:31] Speaker 16: I know you don't really do, like UFO or weird
[26:34] Speaker 16: stuff like that, but yeah, I've had me and my
[26:37] Speaker 16: friend I have had a ton of strange experiences here
[26:41] Speaker 16: in southeastern Michigan. So yeah, be more than welcome to
[26:47] Speaker 16: talk with you, and if you need the encounters wherever,
[26:52] Speaker 16: just get a hold of me or send me an
[26:53] Speaker 16: email and i'll hopefully i'll eventually be able to check it.
[26:56] Speaker 9: Thanks man, Hey, Jeremy.
[27:00] Speaker 17: Yeah, this is Anita Allen from southwest Virginia checking in
[27:04] Speaker 17: and an update from my area.
[27:07] Speaker 18: Now.
[27:07] Speaker 17: I haven't been back since early this year when they
[27:12] Speaker 17: did the controlled burn that was absolutely necessary following the
[27:17] Speaker 17: devastation of the spring storms. But when I was last
[27:23] Speaker 17: up there, I was spending some time sitting on one
[27:27] Speaker 17: of the rocks and I had some strange encounters. The
[27:31] Speaker 17: first was a woman who at first I heard lots
[27:38] Speaker 17: of ladies talking like a social group, and I wasn't
[27:41] Speaker 17: sure what was going on. And I looked down the
[27:43] Speaker 17: trail about a quarter mile and I saw a woman
[27:46] Speaker 17: walking and I thought she was listening to a podcast,
[27:50] Speaker 17: but when she got to me, it was her and
[27:53] Speaker 17: her little docs and a what do you call it
[27:59] Speaker 17: a radio in her backpack that she was playing. So
[28:06] Speaker 17: I was surprised because normally dogs love me, but for
[28:13] Speaker 17: some reason, this dog began acting panicky and he wouldn't
[28:18] Speaker 17: come past the rock that I was sitting on, which
[28:20] Speaker 17: was on the side of the trail. I had some
[28:23] Speaker 17: crochet out because I find that when you sit quietly
[28:27] Speaker 17: and you do something.
[28:29] Speaker 3: They get interested.
[28:31] Speaker 17: And she said, oh, he's just afraid of strangers, which
[28:37] Speaker 17: again very strange. Dogs usually will drag their owners to me.
[28:42] Speaker 17: And again he wasn't exactly looking at me. He was
[28:45] Speaker 17: looking more up the trail, and I did look up
[28:48] Speaker 17: the trail, but I didn't see anything right away, and
[28:50] Speaker 17: I didn't want to be obvious, so I talked with
[28:53] Speaker 17: her for a minute and talked to the dog for
[28:55] Speaker 17: a minute, and she was able to get him to
[28:57] Speaker 17: continue down the trail, And though he was reluctant, it
[29:01] Speaker 17: didn't seem like his issue was passing me. It was
[29:05] Speaker 17: more something ahead. But he calmed down, so I think
[29:08] Speaker 17: something may have been ahead. I'm not sure, but I
[29:12] Speaker 17: sat there for a while continuing what I was doing.
[29:16] Speaker 17: I didn't hear anything with her that I would take
[29:21] Speaker 17: as her radio playing. There was nothing that was multiple voices,
[29:27] Speaker 17: so what was playing was just a newscast, so I
[29:32] Speaker 17: don't know what it was. It sounded like several women
[29:35] Speaker 17: down there. I expected a group of at least four
[29:38] Speaker 17: walking up. So she passed, and I listened to her
[29:44] Speaker 17: go up over the trail and around the way and
[29:48] Speaker 17: out of earshot, and continued with my crochet, and then
[29:53] Speaker 17: about again about a quarter mile ahead of me. This
[29:58] Speaker 17: is over a whole lot of dead fall from the storms,
[30:02] Speaker 17: and back towards the edge of the hill that I
[30:07] Speaker 17: was sitting on where it starts to slope down towards
[30:09] Speaker 17: some of the pasture lands. All of a sudden, I
[30:13] Speaker 17: heard what I can only describe as either a goose
[30:19] Speaker 17: like a Canadian goose, taking off out of water, or
[30:23] Speaker 17: maybe a large jowl wet mouthed dog shaking its face.
[30:30] Speaker 17: It was a very loud, wet, slappy sound, you know.
[30:36] Speaker 17: And I don't know what could have made that noise,
[30:40] Speaker 17: because there's no such place for a bird to be
[30:45] Speaker 17: flapping wet wings in front of me, and there was
[30:48] Speaker 17: certainly no dogs on the trail that fit that description.
[30:55] Speaker 13: As you re, Mana, you interviewed me probably about I
[31:01] Speaker 13: don't know, maybe ten months ago, maybe it was a year.
[31:05] Speaker 13: I can't remember what episode it was. I saw a
[31:08] Speaker 13: big foot about fifteen feet from me in Long Beach, Washington,
[31:14] Speaker 13: staring in the window, you know, since then. Probably about
[31:20] Speaker 13: two or three months ago, I was out fishing on
[31:23] Speaker 13: a highway between Sticata and Detroit, they call it the
[31:28] Speaker 13: Bigfoot Highway.
[31:30] Speaker 6: And.
[31:33] Speaker 13: A big boulder rolled down off the hill there and
[31:39] Speaker 13: landed in the river right across from me where I
[31:41] Speaker 13: was fishing. The boulder was rectank They're not rectangular square
[31:46] Speaker 13: in shape, so I'm not sure how a boulder by
[31:49] Speaker 13: itself that shape would start rolling at eight, you know,
[31:53] Speaker 13: for any reason.
[31:56] Speaker 5: And then one time when I got out of my car,
[31:58] Speaker 5: I heard a woo something like that funny noise just
[32:05] Speaker 5: as I got out of the car. And then the
[32:07] Speaker 5: third time, another boulder came rolling downhill a little farther
[32:14] Speaker 5: down the river from me, maybe two hundred yards. So
[32:21] Speaker 5: rocks and odd noises could be coincidence, may not be,
[32:27] Speaker 5: who knows. That's the only thing that's changed.
[32:33] Speaker 13: Lately. I have heard more stories though about Long Beach location.
[32:38] Speaker 13: There's I guess there's a family up there that lives
[32:41] Speaker 13: the stone's throw from that house I was at that
[32:45] Speaker 13: have been communicating and having relationships with a Bigfoot family
[32:51] Speaker 13: for more than I think twenty years, at least ten
[32:55] Speaker 13: years on Louis Lake. That from another bigfoot reporter who
[33:02] Speaker 13: interviewed me. Anyway, I hope you're well, thanks for doing
[33:07] Speaker 13: your work, and yeah, maybe we'll talk again sometime.
[33:15] Speaker 15: Hello.
[33:15] Speaker 19: My name is Craig. I have twenty five years or
[33:19] Speaker 19: more of time in the mountains since nineteen sixty. I
[33:28] Speaker 19: have had numerous experiences that I know are Bigfoot, and
[33:32] Speaker 19: I have seen Bigfoot twice, once in nineteen eighty two
[33:37] Speaker 19: and once in twenty twenty one for sure, giant nine
[33:42] Speaker 19: foot tall hairy man in Northeast Oregon in the Blue Mountains.
[33:50] Speaker 19: I'll tell you my story. It takes a couple of hours.
[33:54] Speaker 19: I've had a jillion experiences out in the woods, so
[34:00] Speaker 19: I'll talk to you anyway. It's all I can think
[34:03] Speaker 19: of now.
[34:04] Speaker 6: Thanks.
[34:04] Speaker 18: By the first time I've ever had a big foot
[34:11] Speaker 18: encounter wasn't necessarily mine.
[34:13] Speaker 20: It was a friend of mine and we were out
[34:15] Speaker 20: on a fishing trip and we left him at the bridge. Well,
[34:19] Speaker 20: we went down to set lines, and when we came
[34:23] Speaker 20: back we found him sitting in a car, his own car,
[34:28] Speaker 20: about a couple hundred yards up the roads from the
[34:31] Speaker 20: bridge we left him at. The windows were all fogged up,
[34:35] Speaker 20: so we can tell he's been in there for a
[34:36] Speaker 20: little while. We get up to the car and this
[34:39] Speaker 20: is a big guy, he's six to four Native American descent,
[34:43] Speaker 20: you know. But he's in the backseat of his own
[34:49] Speaker 20: car with all four doors locked, and it took us
[34:53] Speaker 20: a minute to convince him to unlock the doors to
[34:55] Speaker 20: let us in because he was just terrified. Apparently, while
[35:01] Speaker 20: he was down there fishing something he said he wouldn't
[35:09] Speaker 20: ever say exactly what it was, but the way he
[35:11] Speaker 20: described it could only be a bigfoot something. He said,
[35:16] Speaker 20: something ran across the creek at him. He said it
[35:21] Speaker 20: looked like it was running on the water while the
[35:24] Speaker 20: water was only a couple of feet deep, so it's
[35:26] Speaker 20: something that knees or three foot high. You know, it
[35:30] Speaker 20: probably would have been like it were just waiting. But
[35:34] Speaker 20: he said it ran across the creek at him, straight
[35:37] Speaker 20: at him, and then turned and went off into the
[35:41] Speaker 20: little cane thicket there beside him and just scared him.
[35:45] Speaker 20: Scared him back enough he left his fish and pole
[35:47] Speaker 20: on the side of the bank and went and got
[35:48] Speaker 20: in the back seat of his own car, locked the
[35:50] Speaker 20: doors and set there until we got there, and he
[35:53] Speaker 20: would not get out of the car and would not
[35:55] Speaker 20: go back to the creek.
[35:57] Speaker 9: Hi, Jeremiah, this is Kelly Jones. I've had a couple
[36:02] Speaker 9: of encounters now, both of them have been with expedition groups.
[36:10] Speaker 9: My first was in October of last year with Charlie.
[36:15] Speaker 7: Raymond and the k B R O. We were in.
[36:19] Speaker 9: A on some private land east in eastern Kentucky. And
[36:26] Speaker 9: the first night we were we were visited, which was
[36:34] Speaker 9: the very first, my very first encounter. I uh, I
[36:41] Speaker 9: was I was trying to wake up about it was
[36:43] Speaker 9: about we found out later about one thirty in the morning,
[36:46] Speaker 9: and uh the uh.
[36:52] Speaker 7: The dogs.
[36:52] Speaker 9: The owner had some dogs on the property and they
[36:55] Speaker 9: were going crazy, which was what what roused me in
[36:59] Speaker 9: the first place. And as I was trying to wake up,
[37:02] Speaker 9: I was hearing some noises that sounded like, uh, someone
[37:06] Speaker 9: beating on the on a plastic or a rubber garbage can.
[37:11] Speaker 9: And when I finally woke up, the dogs had quieted
[37:16] Speaker 9: down and I could hear footsteps around my tent and
[37:23] Speaker 9: no one we had all gone to bed, probably an
[37:26] Speaker 9: hour prior, and uh so they come into the camp
[37:31] Speaker 9: and were walking. We could I could hear clearly the
[37:34] Speaker 9: crunching under the feet walking around on the property, and
[37:41] Speaker 9: we found out the next day that they had also
[37:44] Speaker 9: we were flipping up cooler lids for some of the
[37:47] Speaker 9: folks behind me, and uh so that was the first night.
[37:54] Speaker 9: The second night, well really it was. We had gone
[37:58] Speaker 9: to bed later the second night because we were all
[38:00] Speaker 9: out in different areas and most everybody got back by
[38:06] Speaker 9: about twelve thirty or so, but we didn't start having
[38:09] Speaker 9: an activity until about four.
[38:13] Speaker 7: Some time after four in the morning.
[38:16] Speaker 9: The dogs woke me up this time, and I had
[38:19] Speaker 9: audio equipment running that night, and I could hear once
[38:27] Speaker 9: the dogs quieted down, I could hear the steps again
[38:32] Speaker 9: around the tent. And I actually have two recordings from
[38:36] Speaker 9: that night. The first one because I saw my clock.
[38:40] Speaker 7: It was probably about a quarter to five.
[38:42] Speaker 9: In the morning, and one of them was standing close
[38:46] Speaker 9: to my tent, close enough for me to catch recording
[38:49] Speaker 9: of flatulence from one of them. At first I thought
[38:55] Speaker 9: it was a grunt, but an analyst listened to it
[38:57] Speaker 9: and said, no, that's one of the that's one of
[39:00] Speaker 9: them farting near your tent. So I've actually got a
[39:03] Speaker 9: recording of that. And also it was about ten minutes later.
[39:09] Speaker 9: I've got a recording of a howl from one of them,
[39:15] Speaker 9: and it was extremely loud, much louder than any of
[39:19] Speaker 9: the dogs, so I know it was not It was
[39:22] Speaker 9: not a dog. I've had several other people listen to
[39:26] Speaker 9: it and confirm the same thing. So they were walking around.
[39:32] Speaker 9: Of course I didn't I didn't leave the tent. I
[39:34] Speaker 9: laid and listened for a while, and then they all
[39:37] Speaker 9: left at that point. Later that same day, it was
[39:42] Speaker 9: about two thirty in the afternoon, we were standing there.
[39:46] Speaker 9: The couple that was in a tent behind me in
[39:49] Speaker 9: the woods was packing up, was getting ready to pack
[39:53] Speaker 9: up to leave, and the wife was standing at the
[39:57] Speaker 9: end of her.
[39:59] Speaker 7: Truck.
[40:00] Speaker 9: It was next to my car, and she was faced
[40:04] Speaker 9: away from the woods, kind of faced towards me, and
[40:07] Speaker 9: I was at my I was charging something, so I
[40:10] Speaker 9: was standing at the back of my car.
[40:12] Speaker 7: And she all of a sudden, she exclaimed, she said owl.
[40:17] Speaker 9: Well she uh. She yelled for her husband and he came.
[40:24] Speaker 9: He was packing up at the tent, and he came
[40:26] Speaker 9: running over, and another gentleman came running over, and she said,
[40:31] Speaker 9: something hit me in my back. And when we when
[40:34] Speaker 9: he looked at her back, she had a big red
[40:37] Speaker 9: welt on her back and when they looked on the
[40:40] Speaker 9: ground for anything, there was a big, big onion, like
[40:43] Speaker 9: a normal sized Vdelia onion. Uh that something in the
[40:48] Speaker 9: woods had thrown at her and hit her in the
[40:50] Speaker 9: back with.
[40:53] Speaker 7: So those two.
[40:55] Speaker 9: So to continue my story, those two gentlemen went running
[40:57] Speaker 9: off into the woods and they could hear two individuals
[41:03] Speaker 9: running away from the camp site at that time. They
[41:07] Speaker 9: never did get a visual, but they could They could
[41:09] Speaker 9: hear them clearly running away, so they had been I guess,
[41:13] Speaker 9: toying with us.
[41:14] Speaker 7: We also had reports that.
[41:17] Speaker 9: Same night of them scratching on the sides of Charlie's
[41:24] Speaker 9: trailer and also urinating near one of the other tents nearby,
[41:32] Speaker 9: so they were they were pretty active that night. I
[41:36] Speaker 9: have a more recent encounter. I was with Sheila and
[41:40] Speaker 9: Scott Granger that you're familiar with with squatch fitters, and
[41:45] Speaker 9: we were we were in uh North Georgia in the
[41:50] Speaker 9: Blue Ridge Mountains, camping and they took us to a
[41:54] Speaker 9: site on top of a nearby mountain and we were
[41:58] Speaker 9: able to capture at least one on a thermal. When
[42:10] Speaker 9: Scott was leading the group, there were eight of us
[42:14] Speaker 9: and as soon as we were trying to determine what
[42:16] Speaker 9: we were going to do. We went around up we
[42:18] Speaker 9: went on a service road that was up at the
[42:20] Speaker 9: top of the mountain. When we went down that started
[42:23] Speaker 9: to go down that service road. Just as soon as
[42:25] Speaker 9: we had crossed the barrier to the service road, Scott
[42:29] Speaker 9: stopped and right in front of us two was a
[42:33] Speaker 9: set of eyes. So we all saw it on the
[42:36] Speaker 9: thermal and it was it was crouched down, apparently just
[42:41] Speaker 9: watching us at the time. It stood up and walked
[42:45] Speaker 9: off at that point, and so Scott then turned down
[42:52] Speaker 9: the road, and as soon as he did that, after
[42:56] Speaker 9: a few steps, we started to see one tree peeking
[43:00] Speaker 9: with two more sets of eyes. We're not sure if
[43:03] Speaker 9: it was the same individual or not. It might have been,
[43:07] Speaker 9: but it was. It kept moving it, you know, right
[43:11] Speaker 9: to left. It would peek out from the right, and
[43:14] Speaker 9: then we'd lose it and peek out from the left.
[43:18] Speaker 7: And it was.
[43:19] Speaker 9: There for quite a while, and then it moved and
[43:23] Speaker 9: didn't walk away from us completely. It just walked to
[43:29] Speaker 9: another set of trees a little further down the service
[43:31] Speaker 9: road and started doing the same thing. And then Scott
[43:38] Speaker 9: had seen it in his he had looked up from
[43:41] Speaker 9: the camera and he could see it in his headlamp.
[43:45] Speaker 9: He could see the actual creature walking away with its
[43:48] Speaker 9: back to us. It went to the other tree. It
[43:51] Speaker 9: did the same thing for a while, and then it
[43:54] Speaker 9: walked across the road, and at that point most of us.
[43:57] Speaker 7: Saw saw it walking across the road.
[44:00] Speaker 9: We could see a full sized creature walking across the road.
[44:05] Speaker 9: It walked to another set of trees and starts doing
[44:08] Speaker 9: the same thing, and then I don't it did that
[44:13] Speaker 9: a few times, peeked out between and around the tree,
[44:18] Speaker 9: and then it must have been crouching down the entire
[44:23] Speaker 9: time we've seen it previously, because then it stood up,
[44:27] Speaker 9: and when it raised itself up, it was fully above
[44:30] Speaker 9: kind of a fork in the trees. And when we
[44:34] Speaker 9: measured the next day it was it was approximately nine
[44:37] Speaker 9: feet eight and a half feet to nine feet where
[44:41] Speaker 9: we saw the set of eyes. Scott walked further down
[44:45] Speaker 9: the trail and he could he could clearly see it
[44:50] Speaker 9: and it actually Scott stood there for some time and
[44:56] Speaker 9: watched it as it blinked at him. It blinked at him,
[44:59] Speaker 9: he said, it linked at him three times, and then
[45:02] Speaker 9: he advised as he said you know, this thing's this
[45:05] Speaker 9: thing's not moving away from us, and so.
[45:11] Speaker 7: We may be able to we may just.
[45:13] Speaker 9: Need to back off, which is what we did at
[45:15] Speaker 9: that point, and then it disappeared off into the woods.
[45:20] Speaker 7: But I'd be glad.
[45:21] Speaker 9: To share more information if you feel like you want
[45:26] Speaker 9: to pursue this. The The other thing I'll say is
[45:31] Speaker 9: that there was a deer that was further down on
[45:34] Speaker 9: the side of this service road, further down the trail.
[45:38] Speaker 9: So we're not sure if it was staying there to
[45:40] Speaker 9: protect its prey or if it was just curious enough
[45:45] Speaker 9: to watch us that long, but it was there for
[45:47] Speaker 9: quite a while.
[45:52] Speaker 18: Okay, So my second big foot encounter was close to Astro, Missouri,
[46:02] Speaker 18: just outside of Springfield.
[46:05] Speaker 20: A friend of mine and I were out looking for
[46:08] Speaker 20: something he had thrown into ditch and lost. Well, there
[46:13] Speaker 20: was a big storm coming and we wound up pretty
[46:17] Speaker 20: much driving through a tornado. Once the storm was gone,
[46:25] Speaker 20: we came to a forking road and there was a
[46:27] Speaker 20: limb laying across one side of the fork, and even
[46:30] Speaker 20: though we weren't going that way, my friend stopped and
[46:33] Speaker 20: went to pull the limb out of the way so
[46:37] Speaker 20: the other road was clear. Well, he parked with his
[46:40] Speaker 20: headlights pointing in the middle of the way between the
[46:43] Speaker 20: two roads, and while he was out moving the tree,
[46:47] Speaker 20: I look up in front of the truck and these
[46:51] Speaker 20: two chestnut brown creatures are standing there looking directly. And
[47:00] Speaker 20: it wasn't bears. It wasn't a bear.
[47:04] Speaker 7: Space.
[47:05] Speaker 20: Yeah, it looked like a big puts. Mean, there was
[47:08] Speaker 20: a female and a young one, and the little one
[47:13] Speaker 20: duck down under the bushes. Well, the big ones stood
[47:18] Speaker 20: there looking at me. And about that time, my friend
[47:22] Speaker 20: hits my window and tries to open my door, trying
[47:26] Speaker 20: to get in my side of the truck, and he said,
[47:31] Speaker 20: did you see that?
[47:33] Speaker 15: Let me in?
[47:34] Speaker 20: I said, we'll go around. So he runs around the
[47:38] Speaker 20: truck and gets in the driver's side, which I don't
[47:40] Speaker 20: know why I tried to get into my side he
[47:42] Speaker 20: was driving. He runs around the truck and gets in
[47:45] Speaker 20: his side of the truck and he's hollering at me.
[47:47] Speaker 15: Locked the door, locked door. Did you see that? I said, yeah?
[47:51] Speaker 15: He said, what was that? I said, well, what do
[47:53] Speaker 15: you think it was? Well all hechab was what was that?
[47:56] Speaker 15: What was that? And he never would I kept saying,
[47:59] Speaker 15: I kept passing, what do you think it was because
[48:01] Speaker 15: I didn't want to say it out loud either, And
[48:06] Speaker 15: we finally backs up and we'd drive off, and both
[48:10] Speaker 15: of us are just, I mean on edge, you know,
[48:15] Speaker 15: just all bouncing out around the cabin the drug and
[48:18] Speaker 15: just all excited and yelling and all earn what was that?
[48:22] Speaker 21: Oh, this story is about Bigfoot or what I think
[48:25] Speaker 21: or what I believed to be a big Foot encounter
[48:27] Speaker 21: for myself. So back in twenty seventeen, I lived in
[48:31] Speaker 21: a campsite. I did have a house, but that house
[48:33] Speaker 21: was so haunted I refused to live there. After I
[48:37] Speaker 21: had already paid six months, I was unable to get
[48:39] Speaker 21: a refund, so I basically just stayed at the campsite
[48:41] Speaker 21: to get some good rest. Anyway, So I had two tents.
[48:47] Speaker 21: One tent was like for my cookie utensils and all
[48:49] Speaker 21: of my clothing, and then the other tent was for
[48:53] Speaker 21: just me sleeping with my blankets on the floor, you know,
[48:56] Speaker 21: of course, and that's it. But this one night, I
[49:00] Speaker 21: had worked so hard. I had two jobs, so I
[49:02] Speaker 21: kind of just went to the morning job, went to
[49:04] Speaker 21: the night job, and then just wanted to rack out
[49:06] Speaker 21: as soon as I got wherever I was going to sleep, right. So,
[49:10] Speaker 21: this particular night that it happened, I was super tired,
[49:14] Speaker 21: and I did not want to sleep in the tent
[49:16] Speaker 21: because there was a big spider that had gone into
[49:18] Speaker 21: my blankets and it was you know, it just had
[49:20] Speaker 21: a big butt, So I was afraid. I knew that
[49:22] Speaker 21: was like a nasty spider. I didn't want to get bit.
[49:25] Speaker 21: I ended up sleeping in the car. So as soon
[49:28] Speaker 21: as I started getting ready to go to sleep, put
[49:30] Speaker 21: my blankets and everything, I started samelling something and it
[49:33] Speaker 21: smelled like trash. I don't know if anybody has ever
[49:36] Speaker 21: smelled a raccoon when they passed by, and it kind
[49:40] Speaker 21: of has that really nasty, trashy scent. So that's exactly
[49:43] Speaker 21: what I thought it was a raccoon, because every now
[49:45] Speaker 21: and then, you know, you'll see a raccoon out in
[49:47] Speaker 21: the boonies, you know, anywhere, because if there's trash somewhere,
[49:50] Speaker 21: there's food somewhere, they're gonna find it.
[49:52] Speaker 20: Right, I thought it was a raccoon.
[49:55] Speaker 21: I didn't hear any little footsteps or anything, you know,
[49:58] Speaker 21: I just kept smelling it, so like, okay, fine, raccoon,
[50:01] Speaker 21: it's okay. And then I started feeling the van shaking.
[50:05] Speaker 21: And I had a little twenty twelve Master five, so
[50:08] Speaker 21: you can kind of look that up and kind of
[50:09] Speaker 21: see how big, and you know it was you just
[50:11] Speaker 21: lay the seats down and you'd be really comfortable back there,
[50:14] Speaker 21: or at least I was anyway, So I just smelled
[50:18] Speaker 21: the SAMEO and I just kept smelling it just smelled
[50:21] Speaker 21: like trash, and I kept getting whips of it, like
[50:22] Speaker 21: it was super close to the van or like you know,
[50:26] Speaker 21: usually the van kept like you know, in the winter,
[50:30] Speaker 21: sometimes I would sleep out there and it would go
[50:32] Speaker 21: like thirty two degrees sometimes eight degrees, or you know,
[50:35] Speaker 21: it was got a little cold in Washington sometimes and
[50:38] Speaker 21: you know, the heat stayed in the van as well
[50:40] Speaker 21: as when it was hot at night. You know, in
[50:42] Speaker 21: the summers it would stay cool.
[50:45] Speaker 10: So anyway, I don't.
[50:48] Speaker 21: Know how I was smelling it, and I know I
[50:50] Speaker 21: didn't have trash in the van. You know, I just
[50:52] Speaker 21: kind of figured something's out there and it just stinks,
[50:55] Speaker 21: you know, that raccoon's right under the car or something. Anyway,
[50:59] Speaker 21: but would shake it. So somebody was shaking the van
[51:02] Speaker 21: or something was shaking the van. First it started like
[51:05] Speaker 21: really slowly, like just barely, kind of rocky made as
[51:07] Speaker 21: sleep is what it felt like. And then it just
[51:09] Speaker 21: went really really fast right thereafter, and so I just screamed,
[51:14] Speaker 21: leave me the f alone, or I'm gonna stab you,
[51:16] Speaker 21: because I kind of thought maybe it's one of the
[51:19] Speaker 21: other campers, you know, just running around, but I didn't
[51:21] Speaker 21: hear any footsteps, right, So anyway, it stopped, and then
[51:27] Speaker 21: you know, when I was told enough, it started again.
[51:30] Speaker 21: So then I opened the van door and I look
[51:32] Speaker 21: outside and there's nobody there, nothing there. There's not even animals, nothing, nothing,
[51:38] Speaker 21: and it's super quiet. So I close the van, lock
[51:41] Speaker 21: it up, go back to sleep, and then it started again,
[51:44] Speaker 21: shake it really bad, and I was just like, chinaw,
[51:46] Speaker 21: you know, let me go out there, let me see
[51:49] Speaker 21: what the heck's going on. So I'm looking through all
[51:50] Speaker 21: the windows. The windows were really dark tinted, but I
[51:52] Speaker 21: was able to see out. I know, nobody was able
[51:54] Speaker 21: to see in. And so as I was looking out
[51:56] Speaker 21: like it just I mean, there was this face right
[52:00] Speaker 21: up against the van, like it was looking straight.
[52:02] Speaker 20: Back at me.
[52:04] Speaker 21: And that's what I think was the Bigfoot.
[52:06] Speaker 9: I really do.
[52:08] Speaker 21: The weird thing is is that I didn't hear any foodstays,
[52:11] Speaker 21: I didn't hear any leaves, do nothing. But as soon
[52:12] Speaker 21: as I saw that base, I started honking the horn
[52:15] Speaker 21: and I turned on the van and I just booked it.
[52:18] Speaker 21: The next day I came back for all my stuff,
[52:21] Speaker 21: and that's it. I never see that campsite again. I
[52:23] Speaker 21: have a lot of stories about other campsites and the
[52:27] Speaker 21: house that I lived in. I have pictures of things
[52:29] Speaker 21: that happened to me there, and you know, demons and stu.
[52:33] Speaker 21: I mean like real footage of different stuff that was crazy,
[52:36] Speaker 21: that really happened. But I tried to upload all this
[52:39] Speaker 21: to the Amazon KDP because I was going to write
[52:41] Speaker 21: a book about all of it and put it all together,
[52:43] Speaker 21: but it just wouldn't let me. So that's my story,
[52:45] Speaker 21: and I hope you enjoyed it, but bye, have a
[52:47] Speaker 21: good day.
