[0:00] Speaker 1: So you know, we we we all. You spoke at
[0:03] Speaker 1: a school.
[0:05] Speaker 2: That we was add in the Bronx a few months ago,
[0:07] Speaker 2: and it was it was such an impressive story from
[0:10] Speaker 2: an entrepreneurial standpoint and just going to invest FST and
[0:14] Speaker 2: how that's actually altered the trajectory of your life that
[0:17] Speaker 2: we was like, man a, we want to, you know,
[0:19] Speaker 2: highlight young entrepreneurs, some people that are doing well in
[0:22] Speaker 2: the community our form of gift back, but I also
[0:27] Speaker 2: just want you to just kind of tell your story
[0:30] Speaker 2: if you can, as far as how you got to market.
[0:33] Speaker 1: Mondays.
[0:35] Speaker 3: Yeah, so this is completely crazy because I envisioned this
[0:40] Speaker 3: literally the first time I went to invest Fest because
[0:42] Speaker 3: I was watching Guys before even going to invest Fest.
[0:45] Speaker 4: But first you had invests.
[0:47] Speaker 3: I want to thank Kevin Riley for, you know, sponsoring
[0:50] Speaker 3: our Atlanta Trip Council member from the Bronx. He invited
[0:54] Speaker 3: us in about like I think it was seventy other students,
[0:58] Speaker 3: three five star hotel, and I was able to actually go.
[1:02] Speaker 3: I was invited, and that first year I had nothing
[1:06] Speaker 3: to show for. I had no business. I was seventeen
[1:08] Speaker 3: years old, fresh out of high school. A class at
[1:10] Speaker 3: twenty twenty four, and I just wanted to go and
[1:12] Speaker 3: just be around the environment of entrepreneurs, high level individuals
[1:17] Speaker 3: and actually learn. So being there, I was just shaking
[1:19] Speaker 3: hands with everybody like I was. You know, I was
[1:21] Speaker 3: telling you guys earlier, I was trying to schedule calls
[1:26] Speaker 3: with people.
[1:26] Speaker 4: I was trying to get on.
[1:28] Speaker 3: Zoom calls, schedule this, try to see how could I
[1:30] Speaker 3: learn from somebody or get a mentor etc. And that
[1:35] Speaker 3: alone just led me to create connections and actually interact
[1:40] Speaker 3: with certain people. But at Investments, like I said, I
[1:43] Speaker 3: wanted to give a thanks to Shirman Brown because he
[1:45] Speaker 3: has a larger network as well. And being there, I
[1:47] Speaker 3: actually met somebody who was involved in the business I
[1:50] Speaker 3: was interested in, which I now run, jacksided Grentu's and
[1:54] Speaker 3: ever since then we just stood well connected. His name
[1:57] Speaker 3: is pj as a mentor of mine, and ever since
[2:01] Speaker 3: then it's just been on.
[2:02] Speaker 4: Since there.
[2:04] Speaker 3: Came into invest Fest the next year, this is invest
[2:07] Speaker 3: Fest twenty twenty five, and I was actually able to
[2:09] Speaker 3: pitch my business to you guys.
[2:11] Speaker 4: You know, I was able to pitch the Troy.
[2:14] Speaker 3: MG and I was actually a winner of the Youth
[2:17] Speaker 3: Scholarship pitching Jacksodic g Rent Two's showing my vision with it,
[2:22] Speaker 3: what does it actually want to do?
[2:23] Speaker 4: What's my plan? How I actually want to scale?
[2:26] Speaker 3: And ever since then, I've just been well connected with
[2:28] Speaker 3: the people around me. Like I said, I want to
[2:30] Speaker 3: give thanks to Kevin Riley, thanks to Sherman Brown and
[2:33] Speaker 3: as well as my high school principal Ms Bray from
[2:36] Speaker 3: Bronxville Preparatory Academy for bringing on Sherman Brown to lead
[2:39] Speaker 3: me to me to Kevin Riley. So it was those
[2:41] Speaker 3: all a bunch of steps and just time, time and
[2:44] Speaker 3: a way. And now we're here going into invest Fest
[2:48] Speaker 3: twenty twenty six and I'm on market Mondays with you guys.
[2:52] Speaker 3: Somehow you know it kind of mind bogles me, Like
[2:54] Speaker 3: I don't even understand it, you know.
[2:56] Speaker 1: So just to just perspective before, So, how are you nineteen?
[3:02] Speaker 2: Yeah, so you're nineteen years old coming out the bronx
[3:06] Speaker 2: You come to invest fast, you meet a mentor. Essentially
[3:10] Speaker 2: you start an exotic car rental business and then you
[3:15] Speaker 2: get how much money did you get?
[3:16] Speaker 1: Five thousand dollars? One thousand? Okay, yeah, you got the
[3:21] Speaker 1: one thousand. Then you part like that.
[3:26] Speaker 2: But now you actually have a successful exotic car rental business,
[3:33] Speaker 2: and we actually used you because somebody, I'm sure Troy
[3:37] Speaker 2: will tell the story, but somebody needed a car. So
[3:41] Speaker 2: you pretty much share out of high school and you're
[3:43] Speaker 2: up and running and you're you're like a real entrepreneur
[3:47] Speaker 2: that's out here moving.
[3:49] Speaker 3: Yeah, I want thank you so much. I appreciate it.
[3:53] Speaker 3: So yeah, it's like we're actually serving real clienteles. We're
[3:55] Speaker 3: actually providing these vehicles. So for services, daily rents, weekly
[4:00] Speaker 3: rentals on exotic cars, Lamborghini's Ferraris, Rose Races, any vehicle
[4:07] Speaker 3: you can name, we have access to and we could
[4:09] Speaker 3: put you in, whether it's a daily rental or chauffeur.
[4:12] Speaker 3: You know, you got a date night, you on vacation,
[4:14] Speaker 3: airport drop off, if you want to live that luxury lifestyle.
[4:17] Speaker 3: Sometimes people just wanted for the moment, you know, So
[4:21] Speaker 3: we're here to provide that service. And it happened like this.
[4:25] Speaker 5: Man, It's an incredible story. And again this isn't just
[4:30] Speaker 5: like some theoretical like story we're telling. This year, we
[4:34] Speaker 5: have some kids that were in our neighborhood going to
[4:37] Speaker 5: the prom. They called us day of No Joke, Day
[4:40] Speaker 5: of Hey, guys, can you help I need a car.
[4:43] Speaker 5: I was like, I know the person to call. We called,
[4:46] Speaker 5: he gets the car. This is probably how many hours?
[4:48] Speaker 5: Maybe three hours, four hours.
[4:50] Speaker 4: Yeah, probably five hours max. Four hours.
[4:53] Speaker 5: Yeah, you get the job done. This is the idea
[4:58] Speaker 5: of networking across Prom season is a big season for you.
[5:01] Speaker 5: You just came out of Prom season. First question is
[5:05] Speaker 5: most people thinking like, wait, this is an eighteen year
[5:07] Speaker 5: old kid. Nineteen year old kid, how was he able
[5:09] Speaker 5: to get these cars? So talk about the process of
[5:11] Speaker 5: having your mentors plaining to you the game and how
[5:14] Speaker 5: this was on your vision board. This wasn't something that
[5:17] Speaker 5: came out of nowhere. You were on your vision board
[5:19] Speaker 5: and saying I'm going to get there when I'm thirty.
[5:21] Speaker 5: You didn't know you'd be here seventeen oh.
[5:24] Speaker 3: So yeah, like I said, when I actually met my
[5:26] Speaker 3: mentor once again, his name's pjat Investmentest, me and him
[5:29] Speaker 3: connected and I was telling yo, look at my notes.
[5:32] Speaker 3: I literally having my notes from about maybe twenty twenty
[5:34] Speaker 3: three or twenty twenty two saying I will own an
[5:37] Speaker 3: exotic rental business or it was under it was labeled
[5:41] Speaker 3: as future businesses, and under it was exotic rentals, and
[5:45] Speaker 3: this is something I thought I would have to scale
[5:47] Speaker 3: into like later on in the future. And he was
[5:49] Speaker 3: just like, wow, there's no way, et cetera. And then
[5:51] Speaker 3: as me and him continue to talking, I was like, wait,
[5:54] Speaker 3: I think I know your your your business, and me
[5:57] Speaker 3: and him actually had a convo because what's crazy is
[6:00] Speaker 3: it's such a full circle moment. I try to book
[6:03] Speaker 3: with him for my prom. So I actually try to
[6:06] Speaker 3: get a rental vehicle for my prom. I was trying
[6:08] Speaker 3: to get a Lamborghini Hurricane, but I was seventeen years old,
[6:12] Speaker 3: so you know, I didn't meet the requirements. I had
[6:13] Speaker 3: no full coverage insurance, no twenty one plus license.
[6:18] Speaker 4: And then you know, he ain't let it have it.
[6:20] Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying. He give you the Lamb,
[6:21] Speaker 3: but I was a little tight, but I had to
[6:22] Speaker 3: go on my mom's card. But that was cool for me.
[6:25] Speaker 3: But so, yeah, meeting the mentor, like I said, he
[6:31] Speaker 3: was actually able to show me the game and tell
[6:33] Speaker 3: me you don't even really need to own these vehicles.
[6:36] Speaker 3: There's people out here that have Lamborghinni rses that they
[6:40] Speaker 3: don't even drive them and they're just paying that monthly
[6:43] Speaker 3: car note and it's just sitting there to depreciating asset.
[6:47] Speaker 3: But a lot of people do say vehicles are depreciate assets,
[6:50] Speaker 3: but when it comes into the rental game, we could
[6:52] Speaker 3: actually make them appreciating assets as in dealing with the
[6:57] Speaker 3: expenses and then everything profit from there. So just to
[7:01] Speaker 3: sum it up, investors having a broad network, and you
[7:06] Speaker 3: can also you know, in the vehicles yourself as well,
[7:09] Speaker 3: But there's a lot of like you know us an investors, etc.
[7:12] Speaker 3: Where it's like there's no risk on the table source
[7:15] Speaker 3: the client, you manage the vehicle, be able to get
[7:18] Speaker 3: the job done.
[7:20] Speaker 6: Cool question for you can't for the parents who may
[7:23] Speaker 6: be watching with their kids tonight, can you talk to
[7:25] Speaker 6: us about the power of youth mapping out a vision
[7:30] Speaker 6: plan and telling parents not to limit the beliefs on
[7:33] Speaker 6: their children because you started incredibly young and most people
[7:36] Speaker 6: think you have to wait to your thirty, but talk
[7:38] Speaker 6: to the importance is about getting started early as an
[7:40] Speaker 6: entrepreneur and what advantages the youth have over people that
[7:43] Speaker 6: the older.
[7:44] Speaker 3: Yes, most definitely. So I always said I always felt
[7:47] Speaker 3: like I was behind. Even now I'd be like I
[7:49] Speaker 3: wish I started when I was thirteen fourteen instead of
[7:51] Speaker 3: playing Fortnite like I wish I was. It's a crypto
[7:53] Speaker 3: I could have been on these crypto kids, you know.
[7:55] Speaker 3: But I mean it's all good's time, you know. But yeah,
[8:00] Speaker 3: you really have to do emphasize youth financial literacy in general,
[8:04] Speaker 3: because simply just plant them the seed and a young
[8:07] Speaker 3: individual could just blossom the whole entire generation. So like
[8:11] Speaker 3: my whole mojo and I get this from Sherman Brown
[8:13] Speaker 3: is I want to break generational curses and create generational wealth.
[8:17] Speaker 3: You know, because I'm from the Bronx. I was born
[8:19] Speaker 3: and raised in the projects. But the ambition and the
[8:23] Speaker 3: vision that I have for myself being that people that
[8:26] Speaker 3: had more or people that learned more or was experienced
[8:30] Speaker 3: poured into me at a young age, I'm not opened
[8:32] Speaker 3: my mind to something completely different from let's say the
[8:35] Speaker 3: average nineteen year old, Whereas I could vision my life
[8:39] Speaker 3: being completely different from let's say the average the average joe,
[8:43] Speaker 3: like you know, let's say a nine to five or corporate.
[8:47] Speaker 3: You know, I actually see life from a different, different
[8:49] Speaker 3: perspective now that I zoomed out when people were able
[8:51] Speaker 3: to pour into me from a young individual, I mean
[8:54] Speaker 3: from a young age, and that just goes to show
[8:57] Speaker 3: how much literally just a conversation, a conversation where a
[9:00] Speaker 3: person could completely change their life. And that's pretty much
[9:03] Speaker 3: all it took for me going to these events, being
[9:06] Speaker 3: partnered with Aim High and just shaking hands. Meeting all
[9:09] Speaker 3: these high level of individuals show you there's so much
[9:12] Speaker 3: more to life if you just put your head down
[9:15] Speaker 3: and work for something greater than what is normal to
[9:18] Speaker 3: everybody
