[0:01] Speaker 1: This episode is brought to you by P and C Bank.
[0:03] Speaker 1: A lot of people think podcasts about work are boring,
[0:06] Speaker 1: and sure they definitely can be, but understanding a professionals
[0:10] Speaker 1: routine shows us how they achieve their success little by little,
[0:14] Speaker 1: day after day. It's like banking with P and C Bank.
[0:18] Speaker 1: It might seem boring to save, plan and make calculated
[0:21] Speaker 1: decisions with your bank, but keeping your money boring is
[0:24] Speaker 1: what helps you live a more happily fulfilled life. P
[0:27] Speaker 1: and C Bank Brilliantly Boring since eighteen sixty five. Brilliantly
[0:32] Speaker 1: Boring since eighteen sixty five is a service mark of
[0:35] Speaker 1: the PNC Financial Service Group, Inc. P and C Bank
[0:39] Speaker 1: National Association Member FDIC.
[0:43] Speaker 2: Another question, is Mike Ron better than AMD by both.
[0:46] Speaker 3: Have a financial threesome. We're not doing this. Have a financial.
[0:50] Speaker 4: Threesome or foursome, put in video in there and have
[0:53] Speaker 4: a fucking blast.
[0:55] Speaker 3: All of them.
[0:57] Speaker 4: All of them.
[0:58] Speaker 3: Get to ten thousand shares. I know why you ask
[1:01] Speaker 3: a question. I understand the question.
[1:04] Speaker 1: The answer is in the beginning of this episode of
[1:06] Speaker 1: understanding what you're investing in and understanding that those two
[1:10] Speaker 1: companies do two different things. Right, So like when we're
[1:13] Speaker 1: talking about AMD, we're talking about a company that makes
[1:17] Speaker 1: GPUs and CPUs. When we're talking about Micron, Micron creates
[1:22] Speaker 1: the memory for those GPUs and those CPUs.
[1:25] Speaker 3: They actually work together. Right.
[1:27] Speaker 1: So if you're investing in AMD, look at who their
[1:29] Speaker 1: memory partner is. If you're investing in the Video, look
[1:31] Speaker 1: who their memory partners are. That's how you start to
[1:34] Speaker 1: stack the companies, right, So you got to have the understanding, right,
[1:37] Speaker 1: I wouldn't say, Hey, is it ASML or is it AMD? Well,
[1:41] Speaker 1: those companies don't function if they don't have ASML to
[1:45] Speaker 1: create the machines for TSM to manufacture. Right, So it's
[1:49] Speaker 1: different roles, different spots inside of this cycle of AI
[1:54] Speaker 1: that you gotta understand. I'm doing both, of course, I'm
[1:57] Speaker 1: doing both. We talked about AMD throughout the year. Crown
[2:00] Speaker 1: obviously is hit its all time high again today.
[2:05] Speaker 4: So yeah, man, go watch every episode we've answered, and
[2:08] Speaker 4: not to that person who asked the.
[2:09] Speaker 3: Question, because you solid but a bunch y'all.
[2:12] Speaker 4: Ain't been faithful in y'all real lives, So why are
[2:14] Speaker 4: you finished? Act like you singularly focus on the stock
[2:16] Speaker 4: by both AMD and Video. We then told you that
[2:20] Speaker 4: the gamut of what now is the Okay, this is
[2:22] Speaker 4: the real game. Can you put fifty percent of the
[2:25] Speaker 4: money that's coming in into the assets. It's gonna make
[2:27] Speaker 4: you money forever, So you can talk like this, that's
[2:30] Speaker 4: the real game. No, flex, just put the money into
[2:34] Speaker 4: the assets.
[2:35] Speaker 3: Do like you do.
[2:35] Speaker 4: There's a real some of y'allre telling your little signe
[2:37] Speaker 4: so I'm sick.
[2:38] Speaker 3: You can put your present on the twenty six.
[2:40] Speaker 4: AMD and video buy everything because they're buying.
[2:45] Speaker 3: Everything that's and you know what.
[2:49] Speaker 1: This is like part of the those learning lessons that
[2:51] Speaker 1: you get inside of your professional life. When I was teaching,
[2:55] Speaker 1: patience was one of those things that I had to
[2:57] Speaker 1: have with students, and so a lot of times I'll
[2:59] Speaker 1: get a text like yo, you'll choice what's the next one?
[3:01] Speaker 3: And I'm like, yo, we told you.
[3:03] Speaker 1: Like on market, mondays Micron for two years, it was
[3:07] Speaker 1: eighty two dollars, it was seventy nine dollars Stele it's
[3:11] Speaker 1: at two seventy six AMD when it was crashing. I'm like, yo, no,
[3:16] Speaker 1: just stay this, don't worry about number number two could
[3:19] Speaker 1: be a winner. Number two could be a winner. That
[3:21] Speaker 1: was at eighty dollars. Here we are at two hundred
[3:23] Speaker 1: and fifteen. It's happening like happening, right. So the next
[3:28] Speaker 1: one is the one we already said. You know what
[3:30] Speaker 1: I mean, so like but that goes inside. And I
[3:33] Speaker 1: talked about this the other night. It was like, what
[3:35] Speaker 1: type of investor are you? I think people need to
[3:37] Speaker 1: put curiosity in the categories of what type of investor
[3:40] Speaker 1: they're going to be. Curiosity in the sense of, Hey,
[3:43] Speaker 1: you know what, AMD is a great company and Video
[3:46] Speaker 1: is a great company. But what makes those companies great? Like,
[3:50] Speaker 1: are there companies that are assisting them in this run
[3:54] Speaker 1: that they're having, Like who are they using for connectivity?
[3:57] Speaker 3: Who are they using for memory? Who? Like who is
[3:59] Speaker 3: man your faction for them?
[4:01] Speaker 1: That type of curiosity will lead you to companies, right
[4:05] Speaker 1: that can also scale with them. Right, Because if AMD
[4:08] Speaker 1: is going to have blowout numbers, which I think they
[4:10] Speaker 1: will next year, and then Video is going to continue
[4:12] Speaker 1: to have blowout numbers, which I think they will next year,
[4:14] Speaker 1: the China sales about to go online in February, then
[4:18] Speaker 1: these are companies that not a benefit as well.
[4:20] Speaker 3: That's that's just a level of curiosity you got to
[4:21] Speaker 3: have as an investor, but then you got to start
[4:24] Speaker 3: go ahead with shot.
[4:25] Speaker 2: I've seen somebody put in chair for people put in
[4:27] Speaker 2: chat because the question the question is valid as far
[4:31] Speaker 2: as like you might not even have enough capital to
[4:34] Speaker 2: really deploy.
[4:35] Speaker 3: That's why ETFs are good.
[4:36] Speaker 2: So SMH is a ETF where you can not only
[4:40] Speaker 2: invest in video and TSM and Broadcom and MU, but
[4:46] Speaker 2: also a MD and ASML and Intel. So if you're
[4:51] Speaker 2: interested in kind of seeing which one you want to pick,
[4:54] Speaker 2: you can take the pathway of investing in the individual stock,
[4:57] Speaker 2: but you can also invest in the ETF which invests
[5:02] Speaker 2: in all of those companies in different level low percentages.
[5:05] Speaker 2: So that's another way to go about it.
[5:07] Speaker 3: Also, earners, what's up?
