[0:00] Speaker 1: Three signs a stock is about the ten x.
[0:05] Speaker 2: One for me. They have a competitive advantage in a
[0:09] Speaker 2: niche market that no one else is great at and
[0:13] Speaker 2: they have ninety percent market share. So if it's a
[0:16] Speaker 2: company who operates really well in the space, and when
[0:19] Speaker 2: you think of that sector, they have ninety percent of
[0:23] Speaker 2: market share, that's a great sign. Number Two, they're consistently
[0:27] Speaker 2: doing like revenues compound in twenty five percent to fifty
[0:32] Speaker 2: percent year over year. And three, inside ownership is incredibly high.
[0:36] Speaker 2: You can go to y'ahoo finance for CNBC when typing
[0:39] Speaker 2: the stock. But if the inside ownership is not high,
[0:42] Speaker 2: there's a reason why. Like when we went to Nvidia,
[0:44] Speaker 2: we had the fortune to meeting one of the founders
[0:47] Speaker 2: still holding on to some of the shares. Of course
[0:49] Speaker 2: he's cashed out to some, But when I see a
[0:52] Speaker 2: company CEO is actively selling a bunch of shares all
[0:57] Speaker 2: the time, there's a reason why I like for the
[1:00] Speaker 2: institution ownership to be high. But they have to dominate
[1:04] Speaker 2: a niche market, kind of like how Nvidia deal with gaming,
[1:08] Speaker 2: AMD did with gaming, Apple did, and a computer space
[1:12] Speaker 2: the music space. Then from there they'll grow. That's incredibly
[1:17] Speaker 2: important to me. So those are like the three or
[1:19] Speaker 2: four key metrics or KPI as I look at to
[1:22] Speaker 2: know if a stock is gonna ten x over the
[1:24] Speaker 2: next five or six years.
[1:26] Speaker 3: They're all phenomenal. I think that demand piece is important,
[1:30] Speaker 3: having a creative advantage in the space, having a mote.
[1:34] Speaker 3: I think having that moat, especially in your sector, it
[1:38] Speaker 3: changes it, right. And when I think about the memory story,
[1:41] Speaker 3: that is exactly what it is.
[1:43] Speaker 1: Right.
[1:43] Speaker 3: If we understand that every GPU, TPU TV is going
[1:46] Speaker 3: to need memory, well, then they have a competitive advantage
[1:49] Speaker 3: because they're going to be essential to the growth of
[1:51] Speaker 3: the AI story. And so what happens, supply goes up, right,
[1:57] Speaker 3: but demand becomes even greater than the supply, and that
[2:00] Speaker 3: will show you, Okay, we're going to see some relative
[2:03] Speaker 3: strong tail winds of growth and in their future, but
[2:08] Speaker 3: there'll be a few one or two that will be
[2:10] Speaker 3: here for the long term. And so when you start
[2:12] Speaker 3: to see demand right for a specific company or a
[2:16] Speaker 3: specific task that a company does and they have a
[2:19] Speaker 3: mold around that space, man, those are all solid signs
[2:23] Speaker 3: of something that's abound to go.
[2:25] Speaker 2: And even to your point, sand Disk, and you can
[2:27] Speaker 2: argue my crime they focus solely on their space so
[2:31] Speaker 2: well that when this AI inflection point came, they were prepared.
[2:35] Speaker 2: They have been prepared for years. And shout to all
[2:38] Speaker 2: the creators that use sand disk and Seagate and all
[2:41] Speaker 2: like that entire class. But they were prepped by dominating
[2:45] Speaker 2: a niche first, and then all those inflection points. After
[2:49] Speaker 2: we're shout out about you.
[2:51] Speaker 1: Look to see who's who's at the White House, the CEOs.
[2:57] Speaker 2: You know what, It's not a bad take, and especially
[3:01] Speaker 2: these last twelve years, it is a great insight for
[3:06] Speaker 2: sure governmental policy.
[3:08] Speaker 3: Yeah, I think it just back to what you were
[3:11] Speaker 3: saying about that that the Sandars piece. I think they're
[3:13] Speaker 3: opening up space for other companies because what they've what
[3:17] Speaker 3: they've done is actually, you know, they've focused on the
[3:20] Speaker 3: AI segment, but even like a microphone who has focused
[3:24] Speaker 3: on AI and focused on data centers, they've left a
[3:26] Speaker 3: little bit of this telecommunications portion of their business and
[3:29] Speaker 3: said all right, well somebody else can do that because.
[3:31] Speaker 1: We're yeah, we don't even want that yep.
[3:34] Speaker 3: Right, So there'll be companies who come in, whether it's
[3:37] Speaker 3: for automotives or if it like I said, it's for
[3:41] Speaker 3: tablets or computers. Somebody's going to come in with that
[3:44] Speaker 3: drum technology and say, hey, I know those guys are
[3:47] Speaker 3: thinking about the you know, the big hyper scales of
[3:51] Speaker 3: the world, but we're here for the little people, right
[3:53] Speaker 3: we We're here for that startup company who needs that
[3:55] Speaker 3: that type of functioning for their memory. Somebody's going to
[3:59] Speaker 3: be worth out of that.
[4:01] Speaker 2: Rishard, what'd you be looking at when you look at
[4:03] Speaker 2: the White House thing? Because the way you you laughed,
[4:05] Speaker 2: I'm like, you know, like I.
[4:08] Speaker 1: Said, I mean thinking about Trump is that he's cutting
[4:11] Speaker 1: deals left and right, and he's definitely not hiding who's
[4:17] Speaker 1: who's he who's he you know, partial to let's just
[4:22] Speaker 1: say that. So I feel like a lot of CEOs
[4:27] Speaker 1: have tried to get friendly with him. But there's a
[4:30] Speaker 1: there's a few sectors and there's a few you know,
[4:35] Speaker 1: industries that you know, have had direct lines of communication
[4:40] Speaker 1: with the administration. And it's obvious and even even if
[4:43] Speaker 1: you look at palented, I mean it's obvious. Yeah, from
[4:47] Speaker 1: a variety of different standpoints, there are a line of
[4:51] Speaker 1: communication with the government, and the government's dependency on their
[4:54] Speaker 1: technology and what they've actually already implemented from both administrations
