In this Market Mondays clip, hosts Troy Millings, Rashad Bilal, and Ian Dunlap dive into the true driving force behind the AI revolution: ENERGY. While everyone is buzzing about artificial intelligence and GPUs, they break down why none of that matters without sufficient power to keep massive data centers running. Rashad Bilal starts the conversation by highlighting the often-overlooked opportunity in energy, emphasizing that the future of AI hinges on reliable power infrastructure. Troy Millings spotlights GE Vernova as a company uniquely positioned to benefit, especially through its dominance in global gas turbine market share and strategic partnerships with giants like Amazon AWS, Duke Energy, and Saudi Advanced Turbines. He details why gas turbines are the immediate solution as nuclear and solar options struggle to scale up fast enough. Ian Dunlap reminds viewers not all energy companies are created equal, steering investors away from risky startups. Together, the hosts outline the “Big Four” energy players to watch: NextEra Energy, Duke Energy, Constellation Energy, and GE Vernova—with a special mention for Oklo in the nuclear energy space. This clip reveals how the partnership between American and international energy companies—especially in places like Saudi Arabia—signals a major infrastructure build-out in AI around the world. Whether you’re an investor or curious about where AI is headed, this discussion explores why winners in energy will play a foundational role in tech’s next wave. *Key Topics Covered:* • Why AI’s growth hinges on power production, not just technology • GE Vernova’s leadership and market share in gas turbines • Impactful partnerships in both the US and internationally • Which energy companies are set to win in the AI era • Tips on energy ETF investing for those seeking diversification Don’t miss out on the insights that could reshape your understanding of AI’s future and the energy companies leading the charge! --- *Hashtags:* #MarketMondays #AI #EnergyStocks #Investing #GEVernova #DataCenters #TechInvesting #NextEraEnergy #DukeEnergy #ConstellationEnergy #Oklo #NaturalGas #StockMarket #Finance #Infrastructure #AIRevolution See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

[1:38] Speaker 2: Let's talk about the next wave of opportunity as far
[1:42] Speaker 2: as I sput a video in the group chat all.
[1:45] Speaker 1: The day, Yeah, we'll talk about that.
[1:49] Speaker 2: Sure.
[1:50] Speaker 1: Yeah, So I mean the video it was interesting because
[1:53] Speaker 1: we had talked about this maybe a month ago when
[1:55] Speaker 1: you're like everybody's talking AI. Everybody's talking AI and they're
[1:59] Speaker 1: talking GPU lose and that's great, but none of this
[2:02] Speaker 1: works without power. And we've talked about who could lead
[2:09] Speaker 1: in this space, So where the space is headed, and yeah,
[2:12] Speaker 1: long term, we know the solutions, but we don't have
[2:14] Speaker 1: a long term idea. Right. This needs to be immediate,
[2:17] Speaker 1: especially if, like we said, this is a national security
[2:20] Speaker 1: issue and so you start thinking short term. Who could
[2:23] Speaker 1: be the short term people who can actually benefit from it.
[2:26] Speaker 1: We've seen Caterpillar when we were talking about gas turbines
[2:29] Speaker 1: and it was like, yeah, so there's a near term
[2:31] Speaker 1: solution in terms of natural gas turnbines. The company that
[2:35] Speaker 1: I've been studying and I think has a great lead
[2:37] Speaker 1: in it. And you guys, can you know, let me
[2:39] Speaker 1: know what you think is going to be ge of
[2:42] Speaker 1: or over so g Right, this is another one of
[2:45] Speaker 1: these companies that was part of ge split off and
[2:48] Speaker 1: now it has become its own company and the reason is
[2:50] Speaker 1: because of those gas turnbines right now, right twenty twenty four,
[2:54] Speaker 1: we'll see what the twenty twenty five numbers are. They
[2:57] Speaker 1: captured thirty four percent of the global gas urn by
[2:59] Speaker 1: market it thirty four percent last year. That number is
[3:04] Speaker 1: going to increase as we see more AI data centers
[3:06] Speaker 1: put online. Right, we don't have nuclear reactors to fulfill
[3:10] Speaker 1: the power that's needed. We don't have solar, we don't
[3:14] Speaker 1: have it yet. What we do have is a gas
[3:16] Speaker 1: turbines and they're doing that. Why did I like it? Though?
[3:19] Speaker 1: Right outside of that market share that they're dominating in,
[3:22] Speaker 1: and that's I'll give you a power that's almost one
[3:26] Speaker 1: hundred and six megawats, right, or two over twenty thousand
[3:30] Speaker 1: megawats in orders for twenty twenty five. Who are their partners? Amazon? Aws?
[3:36] Speaker 1: Who else on the US grid? Duke Energy? Who else
[3:39] Speaker 1: in renewable energy, next error Energy? Who else in developing engine?
[3:46] Speaker 1: Chevron might have heard of them? Right? This is the
[3:49] Speaker 1: real reason. Though not only is this this domestic thing.
[3:53] Speaker 1: If you look at their international partnerships, you start to
[3:56] Speaker 1: see a picture that's being painted. Right. These data centers
[3:59] Speaker 1: are not just going to be in America, although we
[4:01] Speaker 1: would like them to be. They're being built all over right.
[4:05] Speaker 1: The number one thing that I loved was I saw
[4:07] Speaker 1: that the ge Saudi advanced turnbines. They've partnered with them,
[4:13] Speaker 1: And so why does that make sense to me? Well,
[4:16] Speaker 1: in May, we've watched a conglomerate of our most brilliant
[4:21] Speaker 1: minds in the world of business and AI go to Saudi. Yep,
[4:25] Speaker 1: how did they go? They went to go announce infrastructure
[4:28] Speaker 1: in AI and starting to build that infrastructure. They also
[4:32] Speaker 1: don't have the time. So if I start seeing American
[4:36] Speaker 1: companies partnering with Saudi companies to provide energy that tells
[4:40] Speaker 1: me there's something there and they something you can build on. Now.
[4:44] Speaker 1: GV is a big boy heavyweight. If you're in EYL,
[4:47] Speaker 1: you you know that what that means, right. These are
[4:49] Speaker 1: companies that have large options contracts. So we looked inside
[4:53] Speaker 1: the ETFs that have them and we put a few
[4:56] Speaker 1: out there. FBX is one of those that actually has
[4:59] Speaker 1: pulled back a little. But energy is going to be
[5:02] Speaker 1: a story and I think GeV is going to be
[5:05] Speaker 1: the one that is going to be leading that story
[5:07] Speaker 1: here in the very near future, but definitely long term
[5:10] Speaker 1: as well.
[5:11] Speaker 2: And I want to say once again, all energy companies
[5:14] Speaker 2: are not created equal. I'm seeing it in this space too.
[5:17] Speaker 2: There's a lot of startup or new IPO energy companies
[5:21] Speaker 2: that are trying to position themselves. I want to be
[5:23] Speaker 2: very clear that's a winner. Next Era has been one
[5:26] Speaker 2: of my favorites, has been in stock Club forever. But
[5:29] Speaker 2: can we round out what you think the big four
[5:32] Speaker 2: would be in terms of energy so people don't invest
[5:34] Speaker 2: in maybe the thirteenth best energy company. Duke is a
[5:39] Speaker 2: legacy company. I think that that's going to benefit as well.
[5:42] Speaker 1: This is one that we actually covered in our last
[5:45] Speaker 1: Mastermind and somebody actually put in the chat maybe it
[5:47] Speaker 1: was there. I have beat your energy is there as well.
[5:49] Speaker 1: YEP is one of my favorites.
[5:52] Speaker 2: That's a great four.
[5:54] Speaker 1: I think Constellation will have a say in this as well.
[5:57] Speaker 1: Obviously when we start talking about their partnerships with Microsoft.
[6:00] Speaker 1: I think Consolation plays a role in this. GV plays
[6:03] Speaker 1: and roles. I know some I knew it. This is
[6:05] Speaker 1: a very small audience. I knew somebody was going to
[6:08] Speaker 1: put okay.
[6:08] Speaker 2: L O.
[6:09] Speaker 1: Yes, we had they had a nice pullback. If I'm
[6:12] Speaker 1: picking my four, I would probably pick those four, and
[6:15] Speaker 1: then I would have as an askers, I would put
[6:17] Speaker 1: okay l O just yea as a fifth, just because
[6:21] Speaker 1: I understand the story. I understand nuclear and how that's
[6:24] Speaker 1: going to be powering us at a more efficient level.
[6:27] Speaker 1: Short term though, what's going to be the solution? And
[6:30] Speaker 1: so that's why I think GV is going to be
[6:32] Speaker 1: the leaded here. But yeah, that's that's a solid four.
[6:35] Speaker 1: And again, if you can't decide, hey, this one's a
[6:39] Speaker 1: little bit too much, I've said it before, excel you spiders.
[6:46] Speaker 1: Energyf is just a solid place and if you want
[6:51] Speaker 1: to go look at some of those companies, go look
[6:52] Speaker 1: at the top two or three four in there. We
[6:54] Speaker 1: probably said them already, put look at the top two,
[6:57] Speaker 1: three and four in there. Because again, if we're looking
[6:59] Speaker 1: at the body, right, if this is a body, you
[7:02] Speaker 1: need fuel right in order few to work, these data
[7:06] Speaker 1: says are going to need power or none of the words.
[7:08] Speaker 1: All those companies, the GPUs, the connectivity, none of it
[7:13] Speaker 1: works if it doesn't have power. This episode is brought
[7:17] Speaker 1: to you by P and C Bank. A lot of
[7:19] Speaker 1: people think podcasts about work are boring, and sure they
[7:22] Speaker 1: definitely can be, but understanding of professionals routine shows us
