[0:00] Speaker 1: Gold, gold and silver crash.
[0:04] Speaker 2: Last week, Silver had its largest crash is nineteen eighty
[0:08] Speaker 2: and went down thirty percent on Friday. Gold was down
[0:11] Speaker 2: fifteen percent one day. That was the largest drop in
[0:15] Speaker 2: forty years. And a lot of this is due to
[0:17] Speaker 2: the new FED chair. Allegedly some of it is due
[0:19] Speaker 2: to the new FED chair. Maybe they just use it
[0:21] Speaker 2: as an excuse to crash the market.
[0:24] Speaker 1: What about the new FED chair later?
[0:26] Speaker 2: But and he's he's interesting because it's like, you know
[0:31] Speaker 2: he you know he's married to.
[0:34] Speaker 3: Or tell you I thought that was fascinator Jane Lauder Hello,
[0:39] Speaker 3: generational wealth. May have heard of the last.
[0:42] Speaker 2: Name and her father, her father Ronald lawder mm hm.
[0:49] Speaker 1: Company that they own, it's called Estate Lauder. Perhaps you've
[0:54] Speaker 1: heard of it.
[0:54] Speaker 2: Ronald has happens to be one of Donald Trump's best friends,
[0:58] Speaker 2: and some contribute him to coming up with the idea
[1:01] Speaker 2: to take Greenland. Yep, they say that that was actually
[1:05] Speaker 2: his idea. So it's all in the family relationships. Once again,
[1:10] Speaker 2: power of relationships.
[1:11] Speaker 1: Right.
[1:12] Speaker 2: The son in law, Donald Trump's best Friend's son in
[1:15] Speaker 2: law is now to feed chair. Interesting. Well, that goes
[1:23] Speaker 2: back to the price of goal. Right, So people that
[1:27] Speaker 2: it dropped because it's like, Okay, now we're going to
[1:29] Speaker 2: have a strong dollar because we have a new fed chare.
[1:33] Speaker 2: But I think that's just temporary, in my opinion, because
[1:35] Speaker 2: what's going to change. Nothing is really going to change.
[1:38] Speaker 2: Still going to be spending money, still going to have
[1:40] Speaker 2: a tremendous amount of debt, still having figured out how
[1:45] Speaker 2: to actually you know, raise taxes efficiently or cut spending efficiently.
[1:53] Speaker 2: So the overarching theme at least for goal that may
[1:57] Speaker 2: goal go up, I don't think anything changed. I just
[2:00] Speaker 2: think that it was just a short term and like
[2:02] Speaker 2: I said, some people have claimed some level of market
[2:05] Speaker 2: manipulation from some half, not us, the the big dogs
[2:10] Speaker 2: to actually liquid date and clothes. A lot of people
[2:12] Speaker 2: got squeezed out of positions, a lot of profit taken
[2:15] Speaker 2: when something happens that drastically, and you know, it went
[2:18] Speaker 2: up so far so it was it was bound to
[2:20] Speaker 2: come back down. But the overarching theme that made gold
[2:26] Speaker 2: go up, I don't think any anything has changed since then.
[2:30] Speaker 2: I think the confidence in the dollar is still low,
[2:32] Speaker 2: the debts still high, We're still going to be spending
[2:34] Speaker 2: a tremendous amount of money. I mean, I don't think
[2:37] Speaker 2: lowering interest rates just solves every single problem in the world.
[2:40] Speaker 1: No, yeah, I think you answered it. Yeah, I'll but
[2:46] Speaker 1: you I don't think anything.
[2:47] Speaker 4: The only thing that has changed is that people sold
[2:49] Speaker 4: to run up and decided, all right, this might be
[2:51] Speaker 4: a place to tay some profit. If we were talking
[2:53] Speaker 4: about the year end goal being fifty two hundred, fifty
[2:57] Speaker 4: hundred fifty fifty five hundred and two hundred and it's
[3:01] Speaker 4: January thirtieth, oh yeah, yea, yeah, yeah, we just take
[3:04] Speaker 4: a part and to the point where it ran so fast, right,
[3:09] Speaker 4: we saw new price targets. I saw a couple of
[3:12] Speaker 4: analysts had it at sixty three hundred.
[3:15] Speaker 1: It sounds good, Yeah, it sounds good. Yeah.
[3:20] Speaker 4: So you see these pressures about silver, same thing. The
[3:24] Speaker 4: story hasn't changed, and I think people need to understand
[3:26] Speaker 4: and I'm saying that right, like you can watch something
[3:28] Speaker 4: on a minute, you can watch it on an hourly,
[3:30] Speaker 4: you can watch them to day. Has the story changed
[3:34] Speaker 4: And if the story hasn't changed, then the investment is
[3:36] Speaker 4: going to be the same. Right, people are going to
[3:38] Speaker 4: take profit, that's part of it. In fact, people need
[3:40] Speaker 4: to take profit when you see an asset run like that,
[3:43] Speaker 4: what's your metrics for when you're going to take profit
[3:45] Speaker 4: or how long you're going to stay in the position.
[3:47] Speaker 1: And that's that's what we were seeing. The story has
[3:50] Speaker 1: not changed the government.
[3:53] Speaker 3: And even on stock side, considerable draw downs Oracle negative
[3:56] Speaker 3: forty nine, coin Based negative fifty five, The Limited negative
[4:00] Speaker 3: sixty five, Target negative forty two, Adobe negative fifty three,
[4:03] Speaker 3: Nike negative fifty two. So when you talk about sector rotation,
[4:07] Speaker 3: a thing that I hate for retail investors, but one
[4:10] Speaker 3: thing you do have to be mindful of is how
[4:12] Speaker 3: do you hedge if the market is falling apart? Gold
[4:15] Speaker 3: has been a pre eminent asset to investing in for
[4:18] Speaker 3: a long period of time.
[4:20] Speaker 1: I think we went up too fast.
[4:22] Speaker 3: There was some rumors, like you said, by others, of
[4:24] Speaker 3: market manipulation potentially and how far it felt like big
[4:30] Speaker 3: institutions need room in order to exit. Some positions got squeezed,
[4:37] Speaker 3: and here we are. I would like to reintergal at
[4:40] Speaker 3: forty two nineteen. If we get there in silver as
[4:43] Speaker 3: sixty three thirty three, do I think we'll go back
[4:47] Speaker 3: up to fifty two hundred, for sure. It's going to
[4:50] Speaker 3: take time. But if you missed this first run up
[4:54] Speaker 3: wait to get back in. And for those you've been
[4:55] Speaker 3: trade and go futures, great job, Like a lot of
[4:57] Speaker 3: you have made between ten and forty ran over.
[5:00] Speaker 1: The last month and a half.
[5:01] Speaker 3: Yeah, trading it, so stay locked in. But forty two
[5:04] Speaker 3: nineteen is an area that I like to load up
[5:07] Speaker 3: on gold and then silver sixty seven to thirty three.
[5:10] Speaker 4: I think people like they look at us themselves as
[5:14] Speaker 4: obviously retail investors, and sometimes you'll you'll see a position
[5:17] Speaker 4: running like, man, I missed it, and it keeps running, right,
[5:20] Speaker 4: But you gotta think there's institutional investors and hedge fund managers.
[5:25] Speaker 1: Who are in the same exact boat.
[5:27] Speaker 4: Absolutely, they're in the same exact boat with a lotwa capital.
[5:30] Speaker 4: And then like I missed that run, we you know,
[5:33] Speaker 4: I can't wait. We got to have a pullback for
[5:35] Speaker 4: us to get into that position in low and behold,
[5:38] Speaker 4: you'll see short sells and okay, here comes a new
[5:41] Speaker 4: opportunity for us to enter a position. You'll enter it
[5:44] Speaker 4: and you'll see it tick back up.
[5:46] Speaker 1: Yeah. Okay.
[5:48] Speaker 2: The thing with gold is that over the last fifty years,
[5:52] Speaker 2: gold has increased twenty seven over the last fifty years, yep,
[5:57] Speaker 2: and the American dollar has dec the value of the
[6:00] Speaker 2: American dollar has decreased eighty five percent. So do do
[6:05] Speaker 2: with that information which you would like. But gold has
[6:09] Speaker 2: gone up twenty seven hundred percent over the last fifteen years,
[6:12] Speaker 2: fifty years, and the dollar has decreased in value eighty
[6:15] Speaker 2: five percent over the last fifty years. So if history
[6:19] Speaker 2: has any indication, there's no there's no need to panic
[6:22] Speaker 2: on the gold.
[6:22] Speaker 1: Side, oh for sure. Yeah.
[6:24] Speaker 3: And that won't reverse anytime soon.
[6:27] Speaker 4: Yeah, And that's and that's when we talk about long
[6:29] Speaker 4: term investment.
[6:30] Speaker 1: You know, you just keep it
