## Transcript

[0:00] Speaker 1: Let's go through the best AI infrastructure plays.
[0:06] Speaker 2: Yeah, let's do it. Let's do it.
[0:08] Speaker 3: Let's do it, and you know what I'll do for
[0:09] Speaker 3: them because I feel like we've we've spoken about these individually,
[0:13] Speaker 3: maybe sector bisector inside of AI, and so I'm gonna
[0:17] Speaker 3: run down the ones we've we've spoken about on the show,
[0:20] Speaker 3: and I know Jenson likes to talk about that five
[0:23] Speaker 3: layer cake when it comes to AI. We'll start with energy.
[0:27] Speaker 3: Gv Venova. I think it's going to be a leader
[0:30] Speaker 3: and has.
[0:30] Speaker 2: Been a leader.
[0:31] Speaker 3: We've been talking about this since it was in this
[0:33] Speaker 3: five hundred. It's was pricing over eleven hundred or somewhere
[0:36] Speaker 3: in that area. Now we know the data center story
[0:40] Speaker 3: is real. We know energy is vital to the story.
[0:44] Speaker 3: But who can deliver that at the fastest pace. Who's
[0:46] Speaker 3: going to be able to create turbines that could be sold,
[0:49] Speaker 3: who can do it from an international standpoint to satisfy
[0:52] Speaker 3: the needs on a global demand? So g Vernova is one,
[0:55] Speaker 3: Caterpillar is another. We're talking about turnbines and bloom. I
[1:00] Speaker 3: know people have been asking me what about b E?
[1:01] Speaker 3: What about b E? Very similar to that that energy story,
[1:05] Speaker 3: So b E that would be three right there, and
[1:07] Speaker 3: energy that if you don't have on your watch list,
[1:09] Speaker 3: you should.
[1:10] Speaker 2: Cooling.
[1:12] Speaker 3: We spoke about this and shout out to everybody at
[1:14] Speaker 3: video again and if you were part of that group
[1:17] Speaker 3: Session and one or session two, you saw it firsthand.
[1:20] Speaker 3: The company that their partner with in terms of liquor
[1:22] Speaker 3: cooling and that would be Vert of vr T. We've
[1:24] Speaker 3: spoken about this plenty of times on the show, but
[1:27] Speaker 3: it's definitely in the portfolio and a lot of y'all
[1:29] Speaker 3: have calls on it. If you don't, let's put on
[1:31] Speaker 3: your watch list, because I think that's going to be
[1:32] Speaker 3: one that's going to be a leader. Networking and connectivity.
[1:36] Speaker 3: We spoke about Arista tickers A and E T again,
[1:42] Speaker 3: understanding how a RAQ is put together, understanding the components
[1:46] Speaker 3: and understanding the wiring connectivity that's going to be needed
[1:49] Speaker 3: to have that function at the highest rate.
[1:51] Speaker 2: They're going to be part of it. Light, L I, T, E.
[1:54] Speaker 3: That is the ticket momentum. Talking about that letter, Yeah, yeah,
[1:59] Speaker 3: put that in the last class again. Connectivity is going
[2:03] Speaker 3: to be how can we make data travel at the
[2:07] Speaker 3: fastest and most efficient way.
[2:09] Speaker 4: Light's going to be at the forefront of that corning
[2:12] Speaker 4: which we spoke about.
[2:13] Speaker 3: GLW will be at the forefront of that and Fabrinet.
[2:16] Speaker 3: I had a call with Shotty earlier about Fabrin. We
[2:18] Speaker 3: put this in the first place I ever spoke about
[2:21] Speaker 3: that was in Red Panda, So shout out to Red Family.
[2:24] Speaker 2: Also last November.
[2:26] Speaker 3: That was last November, and I said, look, I'm telling
[2:28] Speaker 3: you before, I'm telling ey l University, I'm telling before
[2:31] Speaker 3: market mondays, I'm telling you all. That's the company as
[2:33] Speaker 3: reported today pulled back a little bit, but they've been
[2:35] Speaker 3: on a tier since November.
[2:37] Speaker 4: So that would be in networking and connectivity.
[2:39] Speaker 3: And then you have Compute, and I think those are
[2:41] Speaker 3: players we know right, we know AMD, we know Broadcom,
[2:45] Speaker 3: av g O, we know in video, and we can
[2:48] Speaker 3: put TSM and it's gonna be something interesting happening with TSM.
[2:52] Speaker 3: We got to keep on and maybe we'll get to that.
[2:54] Speaker 3: Maybe I'll save it for next week. Uh. And then memory,
[2:57] Speaker 3: obviously memory, we can't go anywhere without that.
[3:00] Speaker 2: We talked about the importance of it.
[3:01] Speaker 3: So you got Micron, you got Sandis, you got Western Digital,
[3:04] Speaker 3: you got Cgate. I'll run down the tickers really quick.
[3:07] Speaker 3: MU SNDK for sandis Western Digital's WDC, and Cgate is STX.
[3:13] Speaker 3: And then we spoke about this and Shotty was like, Troy,
[3:15] Speaker 3: I need you to do this clip. I was like,
[3:17] Speaker 3: all right, man, you know, I like to just stay
[3:19] Speaker 3: low key, fire and being in the research. But we
[3:21] Speaker 3: talked about EDA Electric Design Automation, and we talked software.
[3:25] Speaker 3: And so if you watch software companies specifically, I want
[3:30] Speaker 3: to say Oracle could fit in that category. They do,
[3:33] Speaker 3: but salesforces in that category, Snowflake, Fercent, they've been hit
[3:37] Speaker 3: pretty hard. Right, But if you look at the software
[3:39] Speaker 3: inside of the AI story, when we're talking about KTUs
[3:42] Speaker 3: and we're talking about Synopsis and who they're partnering with
[3:45] Speaker 3: in terms of oh my god, look at how they've performed.
[3:49] Speaker 3: And I know we did this at the massimind and
[3:51] Speaker 3: people like what should we do? It's down twenty percent.
[3:53] Speaker 3: I haven't got too many texts about what should we do?
[3:56] Speaker 3: Now we're up eighty ninety three percent. Believe it in
[3:59] Speaker 3: the story, on the standing the story, and have a
[4:01] Speaker 3: conviction the story is important.
[4:02] Speaker 2: So that's DA.
[4:03] Speaker 4: And then the last category is assembly and packaging.
[4:07] Speaker 3: And I am going to see that that's going to
[4:09] Speaker 3: be the focus of the next class, so assembly and
[4:11] Speaker 3: packaging is going to be part of that infrastructure. There's
[4:14] Speaker 3: companies that we should know if we don't know, but
[4:16] Speaker 3: I'll break that down in Thursday's class. How's that all, love,
[4:22] Speaker 3: Let's do it, Mike? Can you play the video real quick?
[4:28] Speaker 5: Good day, Good day, Good day, my beautful people. It's
[4:33] Speaker 5: a beautiful Monday today, and I'm so happy and grateful
[4:36] Speaker 5: and thankful of all the things that I have, will have,
[4:42] Speaker 5: and is currently manifested. I poke up this morning and
[4:45] Speaker 5: looked at my socks today. Lamentum. Okay, one year ago
[4:51] Speaker 5: it was eighty one dollars. Today, one year later, it's
[4:56] Speaker 5: nine hundred and ninety six dollars, almost one thousand dollars.
[5:00] Speaker 5: So imagine if you took that one hundred dollars and
[5:03] Speaker 5: put it in this stock one year ago, you would
[5:08] Speaker 5: have about nine hundred dollars today profited nine hundred dollars.
[5:16] Speaker 5: Wouldn't you rather spend that on some stocks and get
[5:20] Speaker 5: nine hundred dollars like this cardiyeer probably one thousand dollars.
[5:25] Speaker 5: I could have put that in and been.
[5:31] Speaker 2: So I'll go through a couple that I love.
[5:33] Speaker 6: Just shot when you're saying vibe preponderance of evidence as
[5:37] Speaker 6: a quote that I word of the week, preponderance, preponderance,
[5:40] Speaker 6: love it word of the week. I like Caterpillar for sure.
[5:47] Speaker 6: I like our Bloom Energies and stock Club and Lamentum
[5:51] Speaker 6: is one that I talked about quietly last year has
[5:55] Speaker 6: done incredibly well. The question is like, what do I
[5:59] Speaker 6: invest in outside out of in video for the AI infrastructure,
[6:03] Speaker 6: And it's like, I want to bring you back to
[6:06] Speaker 6: you don't need more than four. Some of you are
[6:08] Speaker 6: going to rotate out of the best companies in the world,
[6:12] Speaker 6: switching one company for another. But Caterpillar, love arm I
[6:18] Speaker 6: like a lot, this one the queen, thank you Queen
[6:22] Speaker 6: talked about I like a lot. And Bloom Energy is
[6:24] Speaker 6: one that I like a lot as well. So pick
[6:28] Speaker 6: your four, put him in chat now. But the most
[6:30] Speaker 6: important thing, I'm begging you, as a person who's been
[6:34] Speaker 6: in this game for a long time, I don't want
[6:37] Speaker 6: you guys to have fifty and eighty shares of twenty
[6:42] Speaker 6: five companies a piece. You need to pick four and
[6:44] Speaker 6: have thousands or tens of thousands of shares that same
[6:48] Speaker 6: investment in that company took her LT ten grand would
[6:51] Speaker 6: have been ninety thousand. One hundred grand would have been
[6:53] Speaker 6: nine hundred thousand just from the time she got in.
[6:58] Speaker 6: Some people are fourteen hundred percent. But the most important
[7:01] Speaker 6: decision you're going to make is which four are you
[7:04] Speaker 6: going to pick? Back to you a shot word of
[7:07] Speaker 6: the week, because I know big words trigger some of you.
[7:10] Speaker 2: Preponderance of evidence.
[7:14] Speaker 7: Yeah, and for the people that said that she misspelled,
[7:20] Speaker 7: uh the word, I think you're missing the point.
[7:25] Speaker 2: Right, who the fuck I'm gonna say it.
[7:29] Speaker 6: If we get to monetize, I'll pay the little feed
[7:31] Speaker 6: with the vegan between who look at the return?
[7:34] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, exactly. If you're up nine hundred one thousand percent,
[7:39] Speaker 1: don't matter. You can afford this misspell a word.
[7:42] Speaker 2: Some of you have misspelled? What to invest? In? Fact,
[7:49] Speaker 2: stay focused on what matters, you know.
[7:51] Speaker 3: I'm real quick. I just want to I'm gonna give him
[7:53] Speaker 3: a little extra. I'm gonna put on an extra because
[7:55] Speaker 3: people are like, well, she did that with life, but
[7:57] Speaker 3: what does that even do? So I try to explain
[7:59] Speaker 3: it this think of cars on the highway, and think
[8:02] Speaker 3: of the highway, right, and so when we talked about
[8:05] Speaker 3: GLW talking about fiber optics.
[8:07] Speaker 2: Right, we're talking about glass.
[8:09] Speaker 3: How are we going to have data be transmitted at
[8:12] Speaker 3: the highest level to be more efficient?
[8:14] Speaker 4: Uh?
[8:15] Speaker 3: Right now people are copper is but what's being used, right,
[8:18] Speaker 3: But that takes a lot of energy to keep at
[8:22] Speaker 3: a functioning level and high speed. And so glass and
[8:24] Speaker 3: laser has been the technology that people are talking about.
[8:27] Speaker 3: And so when you talk about that, corning would be
[8:29] Speaker 3: that the glass that would be used like for five
[8:32] Speaker 3: optics right now it's on your.
[8:35] Speaker 2: It's the glass for your iPhone now.
[8:37] Speaker 3: But momentum light is part of that laser process that's
[8:41] Speaker 3: going to transfer the data. Right, So you think of
[8:44] Speaker 3: the road which would be Corning GLW and think of
[8:48] Speaker 3: the cars that are traveling that would be like what
[8:50] Speaker 3: momentum does there are the cars that are going to
[8:51] Speaker 3: be on that highway and so you can understand why
[8:54] Speaker 3: that would be something that's going to be definitely forward thinking.
[8:58] Speaker 3: If we're trying to figure out how much data can
[9:00] Speaker 3: we move at the fastest rate and the most efficient rate.
[9:03] Speaker 4: Those type of companies are going to be at the forefront.
[9:05] Speaker 6: Yeah, just take their selling to the data centers. And
[9:08] Speaker 6: also and also we kept saying this as the world changes.
[9:12] Speaker 6: The world's greatest companies are going to adapt. So even
[9:14] Speaker 6: Caterpillar was a great company pre AI, but they became
[9:19] Speaker 6: more valuable as data centers was being built. A lot
[9:22] Speaker 6: of you also need to figure out too, if data
[9:24] Speaker 6: center correction happens and everything isn't built, how will your
[9:30] Speaker 6: portfolio be affected. In twenty twenty, I came on and
[9:33] Speaker 6: talked about CGW investing the water.
[9:35] Speaker 2: What the off or.
[9:37] Speaker 6: Side effect of investing in data centers is it's going
[9:40] Speaker 6: to mess up the water supply? Bye sign. So CGW,
[9:45] Speaker 6: of course has gotten more valuable over time. Talked about
[9:47] Speaker 6: that in twenty twenty. But once again please put this,
[9:50] Speaker 6: since you you only need four, you only need four.
[9:55] Speaker 3: And that's why you've got to look ahead to what
[9:58] Speaker 3: technology is being built.
[10:00] Speaker 2: Who's doing the infrastructure.
[10:01] Speaker 3: I know bloom was it's an interesting company because when
[10:05] Speaker 3: we talk about power, we talk about energy. They're focus
[10:08] Speaker 3: is and staying off the power grid. The grid is
[10:11] Speaker 3: probably the biggest bottleneck in terms.
[10:15] Speaker 8: Of the infrastructure of the energy infrastructure, and so if
[10:19] Speaker 8: they've figured out a way to not be on that
[10:21] Speaker 8: grid and still create turbines that can power data centers,
[10:24] Speaker 8: that's something that's very interesting, which is why you've seen
[10:26] Speaker 8: them being rewarded with the stock.
[10:28] Speaker 2: The way is moving. Now, can I give them one
[10:30] Speaker 2: more tidbit? Let's do it.
[10:33] Speaker 6: There's only three sectors that matter right to this down Tech, healthcare,
[10:37] Speaker 6: and energy. A lot of your problems will go away
[10:41] Speaker 6: because somebody had messaged me earlier today like you haven't
[10:43] Speaker 6: talked about consumer discretionary. I'm like tech is going to
[10:47] Speaker 6: outperform a lot of segments anyway. If you just focus
[10:50] Speaker 6: on tech, healthcare, and energy, that's always been the three
[10:56] Speaker 6: sectors that have mattered the most and that have yielded
[10:58] Speaker 6: the highest returns, you'll be aokay. And even in healthcare
[11:01] Speaker 6: there's probably twelve or thirteen great companies, and energy there's
[11:06] Speaker 6: probably fourteen fifteen great companies. In tech, probably sixty great companies.
[11:12] Speaker 2: To pick from. Pick from those three sexes and you'll
[11:15] Speaker 2: be aokay.
