# Grandstand At Stumps: Inglis and Lyon put Australia within reach of series victory

Josh Inglis' second Test century and a late wicket from Nathan Lyon have put the Australians within touching distance of winning the 3rd Test and taking the series against South Africa. Inglis (102) and Alex Carey (80) took Australia to 429 all out, a lead of exactly 100. Mitchell Starc and Josh Hazlewood then ensured South Africa were already three wickets down before reaching parity, but arguably the key moment of the day was Nathan Lyon castling South African captain Temba Bavuma for the second time this Test in the penultimate over of the day.
