[0:00] Speaker 1: Theo Phan. When is attacking Phan's alley? When Theo saw him.
[0:04] Speaker 1: It's pretty obvious he saw the clown from it crawling
[0:07] Speaker 1: out the store.
[0:08] Speaker 2: Liver King was hiding a lot.
[0:09] Speaker 3: Of sh * *.
[0:09] Speaker 1: Like where did lies end? I think he's still f * * *
[0:11] Speaker 1: ing lying. There was a ranking of the smartest YouTubers
[0:14] Speaker 1: that just came out. They've got FaZe Adapt on here.
[0:17] Speaker 1: He should be working on a farm. I have so
[0:19] Speaker 1: much repressed trauma. Childhood stuff. Life stuff.
[0:22] Speaker 2: Oh yeah, you're cooked.
[0:23] Speaker 1: Stop. I've been considering potentially doing Iowa school.
[0:27] Speaker 2: I think I would do it with you.
[0:28] Speaker 1: Should we do a podcast? What's up, ladies and gentlemen?
[0:30] Speaker 1: Welcome back to Impulse. And today we're sitting with two
[0:32] Speaker 1: demons that represent all of our repressed emotions.
[0:35] Speaker 4: I cannot believe how many women like Paul American.
[0:40] Speaker 3: There he goes.
[0:40] Speaker 5: And mostly women have it hard. You're deceptively intelligent, but
[0:44] Speaker 5: you kind of just look like a giant thumb.
[0:45] Speaker 1: Every once in a while, I'll throw out a best-selling
[0:47] Speaker 1: book that I wrote.
[0:48] Speaker 2: Every once in a while. He did it once. Every once.
[0:50] Speaker 5: John Cena is getting some of the biggest reactions he's
[0:53] Speaker 5: ever had. He's puppeteering the crowd. He's playing people like
[0:55] Speaker 5: a fiddle.
[0:56] Speaker 1: Too easy.
[0:56] Speaker 3: Wow.
[0:57] Speaker 2: That's the thing about being a heel. Now, I'm just
[0:59] Speaker 2: going to say this.
[0:59] Speaker 3: 25.
[1:01] Speaker 6: 25.
[1:03] Speaker 4: 25.
[1:09] Speaker 1: Bro, I'm not going to lie to you, bro. I'm
[1:14] Speaker 1: fired up, bro.
[1:15] Speaker 2: Well, you're going to have to contain that fire for
[1:17] Speaker 2: just one second.
[1:17] Speaker 3: Why?
[1:17] Speaker 1: Why?
[1:17] Speaker 2: Because the microphone's decreasing. The camera angles are off. Who cares?
[1:21] Speaker 1: Who cares? It's impulsive. Make it like it used to be.
[1:23] Speaker 2: Yeah, but people are going to watch the show and
[1:24] Speaker 2: be like, what is this? Let's switch it up this time.
[1:27] Speaker 2: We're doing a... Yeah, but I hate it. I did it,
[1:30] Speaker 2: but I hate it.
[1:30] Speaker 1: Yo, every time, every time... Every time we do a
[1:34] Speaker 1: boys-only episode where it's like this, where we're just kicking it,
[1:36] Speaker 1: they're like, these are my favorite episodes. They're just hanging out.
[1:39] Speaker 2: No one says that, man.
[1:40] Speaker 1: Bro, Caleb. Are my not right? They're like... Bro, put
[1:46] Speaker 1: a persona over on that couch. It could be one
[1:48] Speaker 1: of our audience members that's here with us, dude.
[1:50] Speaker 5: This is obnoxious because, dude, this truly is a boys only.
[1:54] Speaker 5: You and I are just sitting on the smallest couch
[1:56] Speaker 5: in the world.
[1:58] Speaker 1: Dressed to the nines.
[1:59] Speaker 2: We're both kind of wearing a similar outfit.
[2:02] Speaker 5: And you've been looking good, by the way, now that
[2:03] Speaker 5: you're 40, but dressing up with no more graphic tees.
[2:05] Speaker 2: That was a big.
[2:06] Speaker 1: I mean, I still have them, but I've been trying
[2:08] Speaker 1: to dress a little bit better, dude. Because what do
[2:11] Speaker 1: you use money for? What do you do?
[2:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, well said.
[2:14] Speaker 1: You want some of this?
[2:15] Speaker 2: Welcome back to Impulsive, the number one podcast in the world.
[2:18] Speaker 2: Thank you guys for listening, watching. Whatever.
[2:20] Speaker 1: Well, it's early, bro. For us, it's what? It's 1 p.m.
[2:23] Speaker 2: Yeah, it's 12.55. We normally don't do podcasts this early,
[2:28] Speaker 2: but here we are. We're in Puerto Rico.
[2:29] Speaker 5: Mike's here, and he insists on sitting within six fucking
[2:33] Speaker 5: inches of me.
[2:34] Speaker 2: Even though we have a whole couch, he could just
[2:36] Speaker 2: go sit over there and also would make it way
[2:39] Speaker 2: more conversational. I could just talk to you like this.
[2:41] Speaker 1: Should we do it? Here's the only reason I did
[2:44] Speaker 1: it like this. When I'm over there, it feels like point-counterpoint,
[2:47] Speaker 1: like we're against each other. Do you know what I'm saying?
[2:50] Speaker 1: Like over here, it feels like we're talking about the
[2:52] Speaker 1: same shit. Like we're riding together on the same couch.
[2:54] Speaker 1: Like if you put wheels on this bitch, bro, we
[2:56] Speaker 1: could drive this thing. If I'm over there, we're separated.
[2:59] Speaker 1: He does.
[2:59] Speaker 2: He does. He does make a point.
[3:01] Speaker 5: If we were in a car, like imagine we're on
[3:04] Speaker 5: a road trip, just shooting the shit.
[3:06] Speaker 1: I'd be driving. Obviously you'd be sitting bitch. All right,
[3:10] Speaker 1: go ahead. Say where, where are we going?
[3:12] Speaker 2: Tuscaloosa.
[3:13] Speaker 1: Amazing. By the way, I can go anywhere I want.
[3:15] Speaker 1: I have no home. Lost everything. Graham Stephan did a
[3:17] Speaker 1: special on it. Mike Malek lost a million dollars. Not
[3:21] Speaker 1: even kidding.
[3:22] Speaker 2: You know that? You know Graham Stephan. Who, by the way,
[3:24] Speaker 2: we had on our podcast. I love Graham Stephan.
[3:26] Speaker 5: Yeah, but he clickbaits you in horrible.
[3:29] Speaker 2: Settings on Snapchat.
[3:30] Speaker 1: Mike Malek's going bankrupt.
[3:31] Speaker 5: I'm sure I can find it. Mike Malek lost how
[3:34] Speaker 5: much money? I'm sure I have it. You know Snapchat News?
[3:41] Speaker 5: Like the news stories? You always pop up on Graham
[3:43] Speaker 5: Stephan's channel. Mike Malek did what to his ex-girlfriend?
[3:47] Speaker 1: No, no, it's not that. It's not that.
[3:50] Speaker 2: Oh, here's Graham Stephan. Damn, but you're not on it today.
[3:53] Speaker 2: Is there a chance you're relevant?
[3:55] Speaker 1: I fell off.
[4:00] Speaker 2: I think we did.
[4:00] Speaker 1: I didn't make that up.
[4:05] Speaker 5: Wait, I did?
[4:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, he's never been on it.
[4:08] Speaker 2: We did an interview with him? Yeah.
[4:10] Speaker 1: All right, listen, stop talking.
[4:11] Speaker 3: Just how bad of an investment buying certain homes could be.
[4:14] Speaker 3: The one he bought in Los Angeles, it's just in
[4:17] Speaker 3: a market that didn't really.
[4:18] Speaker 1: Go up that much.
[4:18] Speaker 3: He bought near the peak with reasonable interest rates, but now...
[4:23] Speaker 3: There's very few buyers out there for his type of house.
[4:26] Speaker 1: Great. Thanks, Graham. Appreciate it. Fucking twist the knife, bro.
[4:30] Speaker 2: You know what's so funny?
[4:31] Speaker 5: When I walked into Mike's doomed house as he was
[4:33] Speaker 5: trying to sell it, I walked in and there's this
[4:35] Speaker 5: nice realtor there. uh brunette girl standing there and she's
[4:39] Speaker 5: trying to sell the house i understand she's been doing
[4:41] Speaker 5: it for a while and you sold the house right
[4:42] Speaker 5: yeah this is this is no longer an issue right
[4:44] Speaker 5: yep yeah and good job by the way thank you congratulations.
[4:47] Speaker 1: Well and people don't know the story of why it
[4:49] Speaker 1: had to sell and i'll tell in the yeah i'll
[4:51] Speaker 1: tell in the future it's a little early right now
[4:53] Speaker 1: but go ahead.
[4:54] Speaker 5: Yeah so it's always real through there mike's like oh
[4:55] Speaker 5: she's on like a reality show my fiancee loves reality
[4:59] Speaker 5: shows um and and what's it called the valley the
[5:02] Speaker 5: valley yeah his realtors on this reality show.
[5:06] Speaker 1: Michelle Lally. Yeah. And her ex, her ex-hubby, Jesse Lally.
[5:10] Speaker 1: They're on this dramatic show together where they have to navigate.
[5:12] Speaker 2: Traumatic is an understatement.
[5:13] Speaker 1: Navigate valley real estate while also navigating this like kind
[5:17] Speaker 1: of nasty breakup and they've got new.
[5:19] Speaker 2: Nasty is an understatement.
[5:20] Speaker 1: They've got these new like people. Fuck. What's on what show?
[5:23] Speaker 1: It's on what channel? I don't know.
[5:25] Speaker 2: Bravo?
[5:25] Speaker 1: No.
[5:26] Speaker 5: I just walk in and Nina's watching it and it's
[5:28] Speaker 5: so funny to see her in like a professional setting
[5:30] Speaker 5: trying to like sell your house and like hustle and
[5:32] Speaker 5: do her job. And then, you know, the exact opposite
[5:35] Speaker 5: of reality TV where it's a shit show.
[5:37] Speaker 2: I got to be honest with you. It is messy.
[5:40] Speaker 1: Well, you would know. You would know. We just finished
[5:43] Speaker 1: season one of All-American Paul. Paul, Paul American. Well, the original.
[5:48] Speaker 1: I haven't seen the show. All-American is a different show. What?
[5:56] Speaker 1: I haven't seen the show. I don't consume content unless
[6:00] Speaker 1: it's death, love, and sex and robots. What do I do?
[6:04] Speaker 1: Should I just binge all the episodes?
[6:07] Speaker 2: No, I'll tell you what you do, bro.
[6:09] Speaker 1: I feel like I see it in real life. That
[6:12] Speaker 1: is true.
[6:12] Speaker 2: To be fair, I haven't read his best-selling book.
[6:15] Speaker 1: Thank you.
[6:15] Speaker 2: There, I said it. What's the difference? What's the fucking difference, dude?
[6:21] Speaker 1: I haven't read the book.
[6:22] Speaker 2: My mom is writing a book.
[6:24] Speaker 1: She wrote a book.
[6:25] Speaker 2: It's called Fuck the Pauls.
[6:26] Speaker 5: She's very upset that her scene from our reality show
[6:29] Speaker 5: where she was promoting her book Got cut. She's very upset.
[6:33] Speaker 5: She sent me a text. Let me tell you what
[6:35] Speaker 5: she said. Mom, I'm sorry, but this is a promotion.
[6:36] Speaker 1: I was going to say she's probably privately upset, and
[6:38] Speaker 1: now we're just airing her out again.
[6:39] Speaker 2: No, no, no, because it's fair.
[6:41] Speaker 5: She had a whole scene where she's like, she's talking about,
[6:44] Speaker 5: you know, I wrote this book.
[6:45] Speaker 2: Here's what it's called, whatever.
[6:46] Speaker 5: She said, it's not in there, and I'm literally furious
[6:52] Speaker 5: having chest pain about it. Mainly because it was the
[6:55] Speaker 5: only time that I was in it all by myself.
[6:57] Speaker 5: And it was a really good and fun scene. I
[6:59] Speaker 5: want to know who was responsible for that cut, please.
[7:01] Speaker 1: With eight exclamation points.
[7:03] Speaker 2: She was pissed.
[7:04] Speaker 1: But bro, she deserves to be pissed.
[7:05] Speaker 2: She should be.
[7:06] Speaker 1: She keeps getting the short end of the corporate stick. Yep.
[7:09] Speaker 2: Yep.
[7:10] Speaker 5: And by the way, that's her, I think, ultimate concern.
[7:14] Speaker 5: She feels like she wasn't adequately represented in the show.
[7:18] Speaker 5: That her personality was kind of more like a side character.
[7:22] Speaker 5: When she's got a lot of personality. Um, it just
[7:25] Speaker 5: wasn't really shown in that scene, obviously like to promote
[7:27] Speaker 5: her book that she spent the past two years writing
[7:30] Speaker 5: called fuck the Paul's by the way.
[7:32] Speaker 1: What the hell, mom? It's incredible, by the way. I
[7:34] Speaker 1: read the manuscript back because I wrote an endorsement for it.
[7:37] Speaker 1: I had a conversation with Pam about this.
[7:39] Speaker 2: You didn't read the manuscript.
[7:41] Speaker 1: Yes, I did. No, you didn't. I'm calling you out. Yes,
[7:44] Speaker 1: I did. I read the manuscript. I did, dude. No,
[7:47] Speaker 1: you did not. I skimmed through it.
[7:50] Speaker 2: No, you did not.
[7:51] Speaker 1: Yes, I did.
[7:53] Speaker 2: He goes, I wrote a review for your mom's book.
[7:56] Speaker 2: And then he went....
[7:58] Speaker 1: No, I didn't. Pam, come on. Look at this face.
[8:02] Speaker 1: This is like the face of someone who would blatantly lie.
[8:05] Speaker 1: Come on, dude.
[8:07] Speaker 2: No, but his review of the book that he didn't
[8:09] Speaker 2: read is so good.
[8:10] Speaker 1: You want me to read it?
[8:11] Speaker 2: It's almost like he read it. You want me to
[8:13] Speaker 2: read it?
[8:13] Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah.
[8:14] Speaker 5: Read your review for Pam's book that you haven't read. No,
[8:17] Speaker 5: he wrote it. He's a great writer.
[8:18] Speaker 2: Obviously.
[8:19] Speaker 5: Not a great reader or viewer of any content. it seems,
[8:23] Speaker 5: of anything related to the Pauls.
[8:25] Speaker 1: No.
[8:25] Speaker 2: Unless he's profiting directly off it, like this show, for example.
[8:28] Speaker 2: That makes zero dollars.
[8:30] Speaker 1: No, I can't find it. I can't.
[8:32] Speaker 2: No, it's good. I think it's good. I think you
[8:34] Speaker 2: should read it.
[8:35] Speaker 5: And mom, I'm making up for, mom, it was the network.
[8:40] Speaker 5: I don't know how to tell you it. The network
[8:42] Speaker 5: wanted the scene cut. And when I saw the note,
[8:46] Speaker 5: I was really surprised. I was like, That should have
[8:49] Speaker 5: probably been in the finale. But then when I saw
[8:51] Speaker 5: the cuts, it was still in there. So I thought
[8:52] Speaker 5: they just forgot about it, but apparently didn't make the final,
[8:55] Speaker 5: final cut. Yes, the season finale with Jake fighting Tyson
[8:57] Speaker 5: and stuff. And so, Mom, this is your promotion.
[8:59] Speaker 2: For your book.
[9:00] Speaker 1: Yeah, this feels like an adequate promotion. Yeah, especially if
[9:03] Speaker 1: you could find the thing. I moved it into my trash.
[9:07] Speaker 3: Oh.
[9:07] Speaker 1: I moved Pam directly into the trash. Just like the
[9:10] Speaker 1: cutters at HBO. Oh man.
[9:14] Speaker 2: She, she, she, she, she, she texts me.
[9:16] Speaker 5: She's like, this seems like a breach of contract.
[9:19] Speaker 1: Oh, I have it.
[9:19] Speaker 2: I was like, what's clause exactly, Pam? She's like, well,
[9:22] Speaker 2: you guys have creative control, right? I'm like, no, no,
[9:25] Speaker 2: we fucking don't.
[9:26] Speaker 1: This is going to be a fun episode, dude. In
[9:29] Speaker 1: this fiercely competitive, critical, and oftentimes cruel new world of
[9:32] Speaker 1: social media, Pam Stepnik walks us through the human condition
[9:36] Speaker 1: in a way only she can. As a mother of
[9:38] Speaker 1: two of the world's biggest superstars, Logan and Jake Paul,
[9:40] Speaker 1: she survived mothering through bouts against Mike Tyson and global scandals,
[9:44] Speaker 1: FBI raids, headlines, heartbreaks, and everything else under the sun.
[9:48] Speaker 1: Now she digs deep to offer what she has learned
[9:50] Speaker 1: the hard way, so maybe you don't have to. This
[9:52] Speaker 1: is a raw and transparent look at the story behind
[9:54] Speaker 1: one of the most controversial families in American history and
[9:57] Speaker 1: a must read moment and a must read for anyone
[10:00] Speaker 1: navigating this strange present moment.
[10:03] Speaker 5: That's pretty solid for someone who didn't even take a
[10:05] Speaker 5: glance at any of the pages. I'm currently reading it
[10:08] Speaker 5: using Speechify. Speechify is a text to audio app that
[10:13] Speaker 5: can read anything to you. And so what I do,
[10:15] Speaker 5: because I'm not a great reader, is I'll read along
[10:18] Speaker 5: And as I'll listen, so I'm using two of my
[10:21] Speaker 5: senses to absorb the content, which really helps me understand it.
[10:26] Speaker 5: It's a solid book, mom, I have to say. And
[10:28] Speaker 5: I'm really proud of you for doing it.
[10:29] Speaker 1: I agree.
[10:30] Speaker 5: Because like to memorialize a story from her point of
[10:34] Speaker 5: view is I think really important for my daughter, for
[10:39] Speaker 5: her daughters.
[10:40] Speaker 2: Like, you know, you have this like mother who.
[10:42] Speaker 1: For her, yeah. For Pam. Yeah.
[10:44] Speaker 2: For her as well.
[10:45] Speaker 1: Everybody out there should be journaling and writing about their
[10:47] Speaker 1: experience in this life, not showing just pictures of it.
[10:51] Speaker 1: The things, the hardships that you went through, the things
[10:53] Speaker 1: that you went through. I always, it was something I
[10:54] Speaker 1: always thought about when I was a, when I was
[10:56] Speaker 1: a young lad, how do we create a legacy for
[11:00] Speaker 1: this life? And it's got to be more than Instagram
[11:03] Speaker 1: and Twitter. You know what I'm saying?
[11:04] Speaker 5: You memorialize it in text. Like, bro, the pattern in
[11:09] Speaker 5: history is here. Like, think about the libraries that are
[11:12] Speaker 5: existent today that have been, you know, somehow kept alive
[11:16] Speaker 5: for thousands of years. It's like part of the only
[11:18] Speaker 5: reason that we knew what happened a thousand years ago,
[11:21] Speaker 5: two thousand years ago. And even then it gets fuzzy
[11:23] Speaker 5: because like to preserve history like that, I find really important,
[11:26] Speaker 5: which is actually part of the reason I love making content,
[11:28] Speaker 5: not to get like crazy philosophical here, but.
[11:31] Speaker 2: Documenting is so important, man.
[11:34] Speaker 5: I'm telling you, my granddaughter is going to ask me,
[11:37] Speaker 5: she's going to go, who was your mom?
[11:40] Speaker 1: Who was Pam?
[11:41] Speaker 2: What was her deal?
[11:42] Speaker 5: And I'll go, look, she has a book. And this
[11:45] Speaker 5: is who she was and what she was about and
[11:47] Speaker 5: how she raised me. And moreover, as her son, I'm
[11:51] Speaker 5: reading her book. I'm getting goosebumps a little bit. I'm
[11:55] Speaker 5: reading her book and I'm being reminded of just how amazing...
[11:59] Speaker 5: of a mother she was in our lives and, and how,
[12:02] Speaker 5: how much she really impressed upon Jake and I, that I,
[12:06] Speaker 5: I think I, I think I like either forgot or
[12:09] Speaker 5: like took, took for granted as an adult. Like I
[12:12] Speaker 5: totally underestimate, I think just how impactful, um, my mom's
[12:16] Speaker 5: like calm, collected, level-headed demeanor was in shaping who I,
[12:21] Speaker 5: who I am. And ironically, now going back to Paul American,
[12:24] Speaker 5: I think when people watch this show, I think they
[12:29] Speaker 5: are starting to understand exactly why Jake and I, especially
[12:33] Speaker 5: me are the way we are because of my, my father.
[12:39] Speaker 2: You know, mainly who is like, there's only one way
[12:42] Speaker 2: to describe him. And that is Greg Paul.
[12:44] Speaker 5: Like he's indescribable and he is a certain way. And
[12:50] Speaker 5: growing up as a young man, you want to, you
[12:53] Speaker 5: want to emulate your dad, you know, that's your role model.
[12:55] Speaker 5: That's the person you're looking up to. And so like,
[12:57] Speaker 5: unknowingly i've absorbed and now emulate a lot of the
[13:03] Speaker 5: qualities that my that my dad does and so i've
[13:06] Speaker 5: tried to take the ones that are like just make
[13:07] Speaker 5: him like amazing and and and and adopt those hard
[13:12] Speaker 5: work the hard work the work ethic is is the
[13:14] Speaker 5: main one but it seems that i've also kind of
[13:17] Speaker 5: got some of the like not so great qualities.
[13:19] Speaker 1: Of like when you get in the ring bro you're
[13:21] Speaker 1: more more pam than greg How weird is that?
[13:25] Speaker 2: Yeah, how weird is that?
[13:25] Speaker 1: Except in WWE.
[13:28] Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah. You know why?
[13:29] Speaker 5: Because I don't know if I like- You don't want
[13:32] Speaker 5: to kill an animal. It's that kill switch. It's that
[13:36] Speaker 5: kill switch. I'm a little more calculated with it. But
[13:41] Speaker 5: Jake has that thing. And I think it was, as
[13:42] Speaker 5: you can see on the show, I mean, he was
[13:44] Speaker 5: always the younger brother. He was little brother Jakey. And yo,
[13:47] Speaker 5: people are fucking with Jake out of the show because
[13:50] Speaker 5: you can see like the kid has a real sense
[13:52] Speaker 5: of maturity and especially emotional maturity about him.
[13:56] Speaker 2: I cannot believe how many women like Paul American.
[14:02] Speaker 1: Here he goes.
[14:04] Speaker 2: And mostly women have it all. But.
[14:08] Speaker 5: They love our reality show.
[14:09] Speaker 1: I can't believe it. Cause you say shit like that. Well,
[14:13] Speaker 1: there's women involved. And by the way, and by the way,
[14:17] Speaker 1: this is a little note for, for Max on, on,
[14:19] Speaker 1: as it pertains to season two, you got women watching,
[14:22] Speaker 1: stop cutting mama Pam out of the context. They want
[14:25] Speaker 1: to see mama Pam. And also big note, one of
[14:28] Speaker 1: the biggest notes you left out. And I, you probably
[14:31] Speaker 1: voiced it through sentiment, but as you read her book
[14:34] Speaker 1: and as you watch the show and as anybody watching this,
[14:36] Speaker 1: hopefully he has this experience. The amount of time that
[14:39] Speaker 1: moms cut out of their lives to devote to their
[14:43] Speaker 1: children is insane.
[14:44] Speaker 2: Bro, bro, bro.
[14:45] Speaker 1: And you're seeing it firsthand now with Nina. Oh, my God. But, bro,
[14:47] Speaker 1: that probably had to be one of the biggest takeaways
[14:49] Speaker 1: from the book. Like, hey, your life as it exists
[14:53] Speaker 1: is now over. That's not how it is for the
[14:54] Speaker 1: man usually.
[14:55] Speaker 3: No.
[14:55] Speaker 1: 99% of the time or whatever amount of percent of
[14:57] Speaker 1: the time. Your life is over now. You have foregone everything.
[15:02] Speaker 1: your identity as Pam Stepnick, or Robin Malak, or Nina Agdal,
[15:07] Speaker 1: and you have become just mom. That is your, like
[15:11] Speaker 1: it's such a, and Mother's Day just passed, shout out
[15:13] Speaker 1: to all the moms watching this, and to our moms
[15:15] Speaker 1: watching this, because man, I mean, I speak for myself,
[15:19] Speaker 1: speak for you. Like I wouldn't be here metaphorically, physically,
[15:23] Speaker 1: physiologically without those people.
[15:25] Speaker 2: No way. And dude, you said it. I'm seeing it
[15:27] Speaker 2: firsthand with Nina. Dude, it's insane.
[15:29] Speaker 5: And she'll, she'll tell you like when people say like, Oh,
[15:32] Speaker 5: being a mom, it's a full-time job. Yo, that's an understatement.
[15:35] Speaker 5: I have a full-time job. I'm a WWE star.
[15:36] Speaker 2: That's a full-time job.
[15:38] Speaker 5: This is a, a overhaul of your entire life. It's
[15:41] Speaker 5: the only thing that, that, that truly matters in her
[15:44] Speaker 5: core is being a mother.
[15:46] Speaker 2: Like she is, The life she had.
[15:54] Speaker 5: Has been sacrificed for this new life of motherhood and family,
[16:00] Speaker 5: which she wouldn't change it for the world, but I'm
[16:02] Speaker 5: just seeing how hard she works to nurture this little
[16:04] Speaker 5: baby and seeing that. having just celebrated mother's day with
[16:08] Speaker 5: like this girl who is my girlfriend, then fiance and
[16:10] Speaker 5: is now like a mother. And now father's day is
[16:13] Speaker 5: coming up. I'm like, this is just, we have a
[16:14] Speaker 5: family while reading my mom's book.
[16:16] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[16:17] Speaker 2: It's good. It's pretty great.
[16:19] Speaker 1: Listen, dude, Are we getting season two? And also, can
[16:23] Speaker 1: we collectively take a breath right now? I just realized
[16:26] Speaker 1: something about this show, man. What's your free test at?
[16:29] Speaker 1: What's your test at, bro?
[16:31] Speaker 2: Testosterone?
[16:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, like give me your overall. It's got to be 11, 12. No. No,
[16:34] Speaker 1: it's low?
[16:35] Speaker 2: No, it's not low.
[16:36] Speaker 1: Because I keep jamming that intramuscular like 80 mixes test
[16:39] Speaker 1: sip a week, bro. And I sit here and I
[16:41] Speaker 1: just want to fucking yell. We're talking about sweet moms
[16:44] Speaker 1: and we're flying through topics, bro. I bet you would
[16:46] Speaker 1: punch someone in the face right now if you could.
[16:48] Speaker 6: Ugh.
[16:49] Speaker 2: Probably Jey Uso, if I had to be honest with you.
[16:52] Speaker 5: Wait, before we get into Jey Uso, I want to say,
[16:54] Speaker 5: season two, yeah, we're waiting on the network to decide.
[16:58] Speaker 2: We have, I don't know.
[17:01] Speaker 1: Can you talk about it?
[17:02] Speaker 5: Yeah, I'll just say it a little bit. We started
[17:04] Speaker 5: shooting it. It's just, I think we were just waiting
[17:07] Speaker 5: on them to give us like a final... Like, here's
[17:09] Speaker 5: what's happening.
[17:10] Speaker 1: How did season one perform?
[17:12] Speaker 2: So, let's look at the reviews.
[17:14] Speaker 1: No, no, no. I think we should. I want qualitative.
[17:17] Speaker 1: I want quantitative. How are the ratings?
[17:19] Speaker 2: I'll tell you right now.
[17:20] Speaker 1: This is the rating.
[17:21] Speaker 2: Rotten Tomatoes, 42%. Fuck.
[17:26] Speaker 1: No, no, no. But here's the problem. So, it's a
[17:28] Speaker 1: picture of what if you get 42%? Nope. They put
[17:31] Speaker 1: a little icon next to it. What is it?
[17:33] Speaker 2: It's a popcorn that spilled over. Caleb, you got to
[17:39] Speaker 2: put it on the screen, please. It's like, it's like
[17:42] Speaker 2: not great. 42% is like a failing grade, but no,
[17:45] Speaker 2: but here's the issue. Here's the issue.
[17:47] Speaker 5: Anytime you have Jake and I subject to peer reviews,
[17:53] Speaker 5: obviously people that like the show, aren't going to be like, yo,
[17:56] Speaker 5: I'm going to tomatoes. It's the haters who were like,
[17:58] Speaker 5: I'm going to fucking tank this thing. And it's not
[18:00] Speaker 5: like two stars. It's not three stars. They go out
[18:03] Speaker 5: of their way to rate the show.
[18:04] Speaker 1: One star.
[18:04] Speaker 2: So like, The rating to me is completely irrelevant.
[18:08] Speaker 1: No, that's not what I mean by ratings. I mean, like,
[18:10] Speaker 1: was it Nielsen? How many views? Are people watching the show?
[18:14] Speaker 1: I don't know. Well, that's the important metric. I know.
[18:16] Speaker 1: Because it doesn't matter what people have to say. It's
[18:18] Speaker 1: as you know through WWE and as we'll talk about
[18:21] Speaker 1: with Cena and with you.
[18:22] Speaker 3: Yep.
[18:23] Speaker 1: Are the people watching? Are they talking? Are they coming
[18:25] Speaker 1: back for the next episode? Well, yes, they are.
[18:27] Speaker 5: Look, here's what they're saying. We don't need more Paul
[18:29] Speaker 5: Brothers content. Paul American really doesn't give us enough insight
[18:31] Speaker 5: into Jake and Logan lives to make us want to
[18:33] Speaker 5: keep watching. next thing well made fun to watch emotional
[18:36] Speaker 5: my wife and I look forward to every episode two
[18:38] Speaker 5: brothers have made a huge mark in pop culture and
[18:40] Speaker 5: this is the peak of their life yes please and
[18:42] Speaker 5: thank you so polarizing is what it is polarizing we
[18:46] Speaker 5: should call it like we know that we know that
[18:48] Speaker 5: about us we're a polarizing family and I realize this
[18:53] Speaker 5: is well about the show Tony Robbins has this amazing
[18:57] Speaker 5: like analogy or like exercise you know.
[19:00] Speaker 2: I'll do it with you right now all right All right.
[19:03] Speaker 1: Okay.
[19:03] Speaker 2: Maybe you've seen this before.
[19:04] Speaker 1: All right.
[19:06] Speaker 5: Look around the room, and I want you to collect
[19:09] Speaker 5: in your head everything that you see that's blue.
[19:11] Speaker 2: Just give a quick scan.
[19:14] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[19:14] Speaker 1: Okay.
[19:14] Speaker 2: Got everything that's blue?
[19:16] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[19:16] Speaker 1: All right.
[19:18] Speaker 2: Now close your eyes. All right. What in the room
[19:20] Speaker 2: is red?
[19:21] Speaker 1: The rope on the ring. That's it. That's all I got.
[19:28] Speaker 2: That is kind of the only red thing.
[19:29] Speaker 1: Oh, no. There's a prime can. There's a bunch of stuff.
[19:32] Speaker 2: Well, you ruined my fucking exercise.
[19:34] Speaker 1: Okay. Let me try. Ask me again.
[19:35] Speaker 2: What in the room is yellow?
[19:38] Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah.
[19:39] Speaker 2: Because you weren't looking for yellow, Mike.
[19:41] Speaker 1: Right.
[19:41] Speaker 2: You were looking for blue.
[19:42] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[19:42] Speaker 2: I told you to look for blue.
[19:43] Speaker 1: I should have said the Pikachu, the tops on the
[19:45] Speaker 1: primes i did i did i tracked all of it
[19:47] Speaker 1: yeah well there's there's tony robbins failed us once again no.
[19:52] Speaker 5: The point is the point is most people who don't
[19:54] Speaker 5: have a photographic memory like mike if you're looking for
[19:57] Speaker 5: stuff or in in the room that's blue you're going
[19:59] Speaker 5: to see stuff that's blue if you're not looking for
[20:01] Speaker 5: what's yellow you're not going to see what's yellow so
[20:03] Speaker 5: i found that when you're watching this show If you're
[20:05] Speaker 5: looking for reasons to hate it, you'll find a reason
[20:08] Speaker 5: to hate it.
[20:08] Speaker 1: Listen, listen, listen. Talking about Pam made me happy, but
[20:12] Speaker 1: I'm actually really mad right now. And I want to
[20:15] Speaker 1: cover this early in the episode while I still have
[20:17] Speaker 1: the fire. I could break this chicken wing right now.
[20:21] Speaker 1: There was a ranking of the smartest YouTubers that just
[20:23] Speaker 1: came out based on an AI-generated list of podcast appearances.
[20:31] Speaker 1: We're not on it.
[20:32] Speaker 2: I saw that list.
[20:33] Speaker 5: Well, you're not a YouTuber. You're an ex-addict and best-selling author.
[20:38] Speaker 5: You're in a completely different category. If there was an
[20:40] Speaker 5: ex-addict and best-selling author smart list, you would definitely.
[20:43] Speaker 1: Be on it.
[20:43] Speaker 5: No, no, no.
[20:44] Speaker 1: Hold on a second. First of all, the ex-addict author
[20:47] Speaker 1: list is also ripe with really, really smart individuals.
[20:51] Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. You might not even be on that
[20:52] Speaker 2: list either.
[20:52] Speaker 1: It's really wise. And also, before we go too far,
[20:56] Speaker 1: before we go too far, I do want to remind
[20:59] Speaker 1: you That the last time we took a collaborative IQ test,
[21:02] Speaker 1: I know you're going to get upset. I know. I'm
[21:04] Speaker 1: not upset. Okay. Okay. Okay.
[21:06] Speaker 2: No, it was a 15 minute, like a little bullshit test.
[21:08] Speaker 1: Fine. Fine.
[21:08] Speaker 2: You, you did win it. You won the 15 minute test.
[21:10] Speaker 1: Against the entire house. Okay. I will say this. If
[21:14] Speaker 1: you now draw that test out into a three hour test,
[21:16] Speaker 1: I feel as confident about my results.
[21:18] Speaker 2: Okay. I did one of those tests, Mike.
[21:20] Speaker 1: I know. And I know you scored very high. Let's
[21:22] Speaker 1: do what I scored. Mike, you told me like a,
[21:25] Speaker 1: like a one 40 or something like that.
[21:28] Speaker 2: One 39. which I was very proud of.
[21:30] Speaker 1: What were the scoring on the first time we took
[21:32] Speaker 1: it at the house? I scored a 128.
[21:34] Speaker 2: 127, which was.
[21:35] Speaker 1: The same score as Rogan.
[21:37] Speaker 5: No, but Mike, it's irrelevant. That was like a 15-minute
[21:41] Speaker 5: online course. If you want to take a comprehensive intellectual quotient.
[21:44] Speaker 1: It's directional. It's directional. It's directional. Look at the stats
[21:48] Speaker 1: that came out of that house.
[21:51] Speaker 2: It's not directional. I'll tell you why.
[21:52] Speaker 5: And I realized this as I was taking my three-hour
[21:54] Speaker 5: comprehensive intellectual quotient test for the WWE.
[21:58] Speaker 2: So that's how I got this test done. They literally
[22:00] Speaker 2: shipped me in a crate to Orlando, Florida. And by
[22:04] Speaker 2: the way, fucking Orlando. What the hell am I doing there?
[22:07] Speaker 2: I'll tell you what.
[22:08] Speaker 5: I'm testing my brain. I'm testing my brain. And so
[22:12] Speaker 5: I sat in this test. And dude, it was so...
[22:17] Speaker 5: intellectually comprehensive about 30 minutes in i'm like oh so
[22:21] Speaker 5: this is what a real iq test is like it's
[22:23] Speaker 5: not something you could do online you have a human
[22:25] Speaker 5: a neurologist good administering the test good no but it's
[22:30] Speaker 5: not just pattern recognition it's like general knowledge it's.
[22:32] Speaker 1: Spelling it's it's great that's that's what i'm trying to
[22:35] Speaker 1: ask you about this list that put this this list
[22:38] Speaker 1: of smartest youtubers uh ranked through ai analysis of podcast
[22:42] Speaker 1: appearances first of all This list is the dumbest thing
[22:47] Speaker 1: I've ever seen in my entire life. I'm sorry.
[22:49] Speaker 2: I'm going to let you finish.
[22:51] Speaker 1: No, I'm going to. Okay. Starts off the right way. Mr.
[22:55] Speaker 1: Beast number one. Okay. There's a world where I can
[22:59] Speaker 1: get behind that. Okay. Robaret 2. World I can get
[23:03] Speaker 1: behind that. This is where things start to go a
[23:09] Speaker 1: bit haywire for me. Speed at three. Okay.
[23:15] Speaker 2: What are you saying about speed? Come on.
[23:17] Speaker 1: Global superstar. One of the most world-renowned, potentially the most
[23:22] Speaker 1: culturally relevant person on the planet. Acclaimed brainiac. I'm not
[23:30] Speaker 1: buying it. I'm not buying it. I want a proof point.
[23:33] Speaker 2: I'm sorry, dude.
[23:34] Speaker 1: Okay. MKBHD Marcus, right? Marquise, my bad. F4 makes sense.
[23:42] Speaker 1: Then a bunch.
[23:43] Speaker 2: Not against MKBHD.
[23:45] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[23:46] Speaker 1: Yeah, that's right.
[23:47] Speaker 2: But like, just because you review products doesn't.
[23:51] Speaker 1: Mean you're smart. No, but no, no, no, no. Hold
[23:52] Speaker 1: on a second. Hold on a second.
[23:53] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[23:54] Speaker 5: Just because you like technology doesn't mean you're smart.
[23:57] Speaker 2: I'm just saying.
[23:57] Speaker 1: Hold on a second.
[23:59] Speaker 2: I'm just saying. Number four. Number four.
[24:01] Speaker 1: At what proof point?
[24:02] Speaker 2: What he just said.
[24:03] Speaker 1: No, this is where my curiosity comes in. Because clearly
[24:06] Speaker 1: this list is not. I'm just going to go completely
[24:08] Speaker 1: out of control right now. They've got phase adapt on here.
[24:10] Speaker 1: This list should be. I don't give a shit what
[24:14] Speaker 1: you say. This list should be soaked in oil and
[24:18] Speaker 1: burned or sunk in a vat of acid by the cartel.
[24:22] Speaker 2: I'll tell you something.
[24:23] Speaker 1: This list is bullshit, okay? I got you.
[24:25] Speaker 2: I have information.
[24:26] Speaker 1: Okay, go.
[24:27] Speaker 2: It's not real.
[24:28] Speaker 1: Obviously.
[24:29] Speaker 2: It's a fake list.
[24:31] Speaker 1: Obviously.
[24:33] Speaker 2: Okay.
[24:33] Speaker 1: Okay.
[24:33] Speaker 2: Generated to start a conversation, which it.
[24:36] Speaker 1: Did, which it did. And shout out feared buck for
[24:39] Speaker 1: fear buck on, uh, on, on Twitter for posting it.
[24:42] Speaker 1: But listen, dude, what are the metrics here? What are
[24:45] Speaker 1: the metrics metrics for intelligent measurement? No, it's not for
[24:49] Speaker 1: this list. I'm talking about as a whole.
[24:52] Speaker 2: Okay.
[24:52] Speaker 1: When you, when you, when you turn something on and
[24:54] Speaker 1: you say, wow, I like listening to that person. They
[24:57] Speaker 1: seem smart. They seem like an intelligent person. what are
[25:01] Speaker 1: your metrics for that judgment?
[25:04] Speaker 2: Do you have an answer to that question?
[25:05] Speaker 4: No, but, but I know you are going to, and
[25:07] Speaker 4: we're going to get, no, no, no, you don't know shit.
[25:09] Speaker 4: You don't know anything about what I'm going to say.
[25:11] Speaker 1: Okay. But, but when you base it off of just
[25:14] Speaker 1: simply watching people, a lot of your judgment on their
[25:18] Speaker 1: intelligence is based on their speaking skills, their, their, their
[25:23] Speaker 1: ability to comprehend and then rebuttal in conversations. or present
[25:28] Speaker 1: facts like Marquis does. Am I saying that right, Marquis?
[25:31] Speaker 1: Is that correct? Maybe even potentially their use of vocabulary,
[25:36] Speaker 1: the size of the words that they use, their ability
[25:41] Speaker 1: potentially even to empathize. Who knows how deep that bucket goes?
[25:44] Speaker 1: Where does it end? Because you may look at me
[25:46] Speaker 1: and we do crack and we do heroin and all
[25:48] Speaker 1: that stuff. But like, dude, at the end of the day.
[25:54] Speaker 1: I want smoke with all these people. No, I do.
[25:58] Speaker 1: You know this. I want to go head-to-head with all
[26:02] Speaker 1: of you motherfuckers, bro. I'm dead serious. I don't know.
[26:06] Speaker 1: I'm pissed off. I'm not talking about ADAPT. I'm not
[26:08] Speaker 1: fucking talking about ADAPT, bro, okay? He should be working
[26:11] Speaker 1: on a farm, even in 2025. Oh, no, an Amish farm.
[26:16] Speaker 1: He should be churning butter, okay? What I'm saying is
[26:19] Speaker 1: to everyone else... Put me in the game. I want,
[26:23] Speaker 1: if you're not gonna do it, Mr. Beast, I'm gonna
[26:25] Speaker 1: do it. Where are the trivia outlets in today's day
[26:29] Speaker 1: and age? Where are the IQ testing where you say, okay,
[26:32] Speaker 1: this dude did drugs and dates porn stars. Okay, then
[26:35] Speaker 1: let's go. Put me in the game.
[26:36] Speaker 2: Intelligence is tough.
[26:38] Speaker 5: It's tough to fully measure because you can have a
[26:41] Speaker 5: high IQ and still be a dumbass like me.
[26:44] Speaker 2: Yeah, but you.
[26:45] Speaker 1: Say that with a high level of, uh jovial sarcasm
[26:50] Speaker 1: that the audience no self-deprecation but you've created multiple hundred.
[26:56] Speaker 5: Million dollar it doesn't matter it doesn't matter because bro
[26:59] Speaker 5: like i said based on talk about the lens we
[27:01] Speaker 5: were referencing earlier there are people who will tell you
[27:04] Speaker 5: that i am a absolute fucking moron.
[27:08] Speaker 2: And i'm I think they're right.
[27:10] Speaker 5: The flip side to that is I'm also the opposite
[27:15] Speaker 5: of the exact opposite of that. And what I'm saying
[27:17] Speaker 5: is I think there's a spectrum of intelligence and I
[27:20] Speaker 5: think there's duality that can exist. I think you can
[27:23] Speaker 5: be really smart and Really not smart. I think there's like,
[27:27] Speaker 5: like humans are, humans are complex. Like you, like you,
[27:31] Speaker 5: you're people say it about you. You're deceptively intelligent. And I,
[27:34] Speaker 5: by that, I mean, you're really smart, but you kind
[27:36] Speaker 5: of just look like a giant thumb.
[27:38] Speaker 1: And that's why I do that on purpose because I
[27:41] Speaker 1: prefer to be underestimated. at all times. The last thing
[27:45] Speaker 1: I want to do is, thank you. The last thing
[27:46] Speaker 1: I want to do is be perceived as some sort
[27:48] Speaker 1: of threat. Let me fly under the radar. Let me
[27:50] Speaker 1: get the bag. Let me handle the shit I have
[27:52] Speaker 1: to do. Okay. That's what I'm trying to get. But
[27:54] Speaker 1: every once in a while, I'll throw out a bestselling
[27:55] Speaker 1: book that I wrote. You know what I'm saying? Just
[27:58] Speaker 1: to show people what's cracking. He did it once. You
[28:00] Speaker 1: want to see me do it?
[28:02] Speaker 3: Every once.
[28:03] Speaker 1: Keep that same energy. All of y'all. Keep that same
[28:06] Speaker 1: energy when it comes out. You don't think I could
[28:08] Speaker 1: do it again? You don't think I, all right.
[28:10] Speaker 5: All right.
[28:11] Speaker 1: All I'm saying is this. All I'm saying is this, bro.
[28:17] Speaker 1: I believe that there's a competition that needs to be
[28:20] Speaker 1: had where this type of measurement, this type of intellectual, cognitive,
[28:26] Speaker 1: cock-measuring contest needs to happen, okay? And by the way,
[28:31] Speaker 1: I'll do a physical cock-measuring contest against you people, too.
[28:34] Speaker 1: I don't give a shit. I'm ready for certain aspects
[28:37] Speaker 1: of my life to be put under a microscope. Now,
[28:41] Speaker 1: my ability to be.
[28:45] Speaker 1: Romantic partner, maybe not so great. There's actually, okay, back
[28:49] Speaker 1: to the serious note, to the point you brought up.
[28:54] Speaker 1: The idea of calling someone a genius is very short-sighted.
[28:58] Speaker 1: What are you a genius in? Kanye West is a genius. No,
[29:03] Speaker 1: he's not. He's a genius musician. Then he's borderline, fuck it,
[29:11] Speaker 1: it's 2025. Just believe it. He's borderline. In every other
[29:14] Speaker 1: fucking category. Okay? I'm sorry. The dude is moronic in
[29:19] Speaker 1: so many ways, but he's a genius artist and stylisto.
[29:24] Speaker 1: So to your point, yes. You can be very smart
[29:26] Speaker 1: in certain categories and very dumb in others. Yeah. Which
[29:29] Speaker 1: I certainly can relate to. Yeah.
[29:31] Speaker 2: Dude, humans are complex. Humans are super complex. And it's
[29:34] Speaker 2: so funny, not to go back to the reality show,
[29:35] Speaker 2: but like.
[29:38] Speaker 5: As a consumer of reality television because my wife loves
[29:42] Speaker 5: reality tv i know what we're watching for we're watching
[29:46] Speaker 5: so we can uh judge yeah see other humans like
[29:52] Speaker 5: fall apart and make make dialogue about their lives and
[29:57] Speaker 5: it's kind of like a really shallow thing um but
[30:01] Speaker 5: it's kind of like in our nature. And so with
[30:04] Speaker 5: our show, when there's like criticism or, you know, like
[30:07] Speaker 5: I'm the heel of the show, of course I'm a heel,
[30:10] Speaker 5: but like, it's not, it doesn't, it's, it's not something
[30:13] Speaker 5: that like bothers me because I, I, I, I'm acutely
[30:16] Speaker 5: aware that this human experience is just that. And we're
[30:20] Speaker 5: all on this rock together. Everyone is, is really complex.
[30:23] Speaker 5: People are complicated and a demeanor can change on any
[30:28] Speaker 5: given day. And if you're capturing your life on camera
[30:31] Speaker 5: and you're sharing it with the world, you now open
[30:33] Speaker 5: yourself up to this discussion of your peers, which I think.
[30:36] Speaker 1: Is a totally.
[30:38] Speaker 5: valid and fine thing because everyone has an opinion which
[30:40] Speaker 5: is also totally valid and fine and for you to
[30:42] Speaker 5: get like offended by it or or feel some type
[30:45] Speaker 5: of way about you not being on the youtuber smart
[30:48] Speaker 5: list just to me.
[30:50] Speaker 1: Hold on a second let me let me clarify i'm
[30:52] Speaker 1: being i'm being facetious and fully sarcastic about this i
[30:56] Speaker 1: i do i do believe that there's a a butthole
[31:01] Speaker 1: sized gaping hole in for a trivia outlet right now
[31:06] Speaker 1: i am trying to you should try to get on
[31:07] Speaker 1: beast game season two if you.
[31:09] Speaker 5: Don't make that cut go on season three because jimmy
[31:12] Speaker 5: just got season two and three picked.
[31:13] Speaker 2: Up no no i'm trying to proves that he is
[31:17] Speaker 2: the smartest youtuber.
[31:18] Speaker 1: No jimmy's jimmy's so smart dude but i'm not talking
[31:21] Speaker 1: about i'm not talking about those type of challenges i'm
[31:22] Speaker 1: talking about straight intellectuality but um but it's funny you
[31:26] Speaker 1: bring up these complexities and you bring up the idea
[31:28] Speaker 1: of being offended Which I would hope at this point
[31:32] Speaker 1: that I know you're close. I don't know which one
[31:34] Speaker 1: of us is further along, but both of us are
[31:36] Speaker 1: pretty far down the path of like, I don't really
[31:38] Speaker 1: know what you could say to really upset or offend
[31:41] Speaker 1: me at this point, bro. I do. What?
[31:45] Speaker 2: Well, I'm not going to say it. I don't want
[31:46] Speaker 2: to upset or offend you. You're my guy.
[31:49] Speaker 1: What is it? No, no.
[31:51] Speaker 5: I don't think you understand what I just said. I'm
[31:52] Speaker 5: not going to say something to upset or offend you because.
[31:55] Speaker 2: You're my guy.
[31:56] Speaker 1: Wouldn't be the first time you've done it.
[31:58] Speaker 2: I know.
[31:58] Speaker 5: And then you expressed to me after the millionth time
[32:00] Speaker 5: I did it that sometimes it hurts your feelings a
[32:03] Speaker 5: little bit. And I don't want to do that anymore
[32:04] Speaker 5: because you're my guy. Remember the dinner in Vegas?
[32:08] Speaker 1: Yeah, because y'all were all combined in a unified front.
[32:11] Speaker 1: We always do that. Sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry, sorry. My bad.
[32:16] Speaker 1: I believe there's a slight difference between your best friends
[32:25] Speaker 1: and family doing it, especially when they know where to
[32:27] Speaker 1: hit you. And Jorge. Versus other people.
[32:32] Speaker 2: Is he other people?
[32:33] Speaker 1: No, I'm talking about the audience, like random people. That's
[32:36] Speaker 1: what I was talking about originally. I was talking about
[32:38] Speaker 1: comments online.
[32:41] Speaker 3: Oh, okay.
[32:48] Speaker 1: Okay man uh okay what i was about to say
[32:51] Speaker 1: to you is this hold on a second i watched
[32:58] Speaker 1: a video last night yeah right i said and i
[33:00] Speaker 1: sent it to you from a guy named uh a
[33:02] Speaker 1: full uh guy by the name of carl jung okay
[33:06] Speaker 1: he was a german therapist like psychotherapist and the video
[33:11] Speaker 1: was about man you fuck you bro You've upset and
[33:16] Speaker 1: offended me.
[33:16] Speaker 2: Wait, how?
[33:17] Speaker 1: I don't know. You didn't. I just don't know if
[33:19] Speaker 1: I want to talk about Carl Jung right now.
[33:20] Speaker 2: Why not? You brought it up.
[33:22] Speaker 1: Okay. So this video was about... This video was about...
[33:32] Speaker 1: When you get offended by something or you get insulted
[33:35] Speaker 1: by something, it has nothing... This is obviously such a
[33:41] Speaker 1: common thing that's talked about all the time, but it
[33:43] Speaker 1: goes a little bit deeper into it. It is simply
[33:45] Speaker 1: a reflection of the insecurities and deep wounds and repressed
[33:52] Speaker 1: emotions that exist within what's called your shadow. So Jung
[33:57] Speaker 1: broke up the human experience and the human condition into
[34:02] Speaker 1: like two or three parts, like the self, the ego,
[34:05] Speaker 1: and the shadow. I believe I could be wrong about
[34:08] Speaker 1: the number of them and what they're called. The shadow
[34:11] Speaker 1: is this area of like repressed stuff that you hide
[34:14] Speaker 1: from the world. Now, some of us aren't even fully
[34:17] Speaker 1: conscious of what those things are and why they exist,
[34:20] Speaker 1: but they just manifest as other things. So like, for example,
[34:25] Speaker 1: if you find yourself outwardly angry, It's generally a reflection
[34:31] Speaker 1: of some repressed emotion that exists within you from your childhood,
[34:34] Speaker 1: how you were raised, what someone said to you as
[34:37] Speaker 1: a kid, right? So what that means is you could
[34:42] Speaker 1: have somebody come in a room, call two completely different
[34:45] Speaker 1: people losers. Use that term losers. One of them will
[34:50] Speaker 1: just laugh and wipe it off, dirt off their shoulder.
[34:53] Speaker 1: The other person might spiral for the whole day, not because...
[34:58] Speaker 1: they're upset at the person, but because in some way
[35:00] Speaker 1: they see the potential that that statement might be true.
[35:03] Speaker 2: Well, what if it is?
[35:09] Speaker 1: Here's the thing to your point of complexity in life and, and,
[35:12] Speaker 1: and very like dynamic humans being very dynamic people. It
[35:18] Speaker 1: generally isn't.
[35:20] Speaker 2: I disagree.
[35:21] Speaker 1: It generally isn't like, like, like just the same way
[35:24] Speaker 1: you could be a genius in one aspect of life.
[35:27] Speaker 1: You can be a loser in one aspect of life.
[35:29] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[35:30] Speaker 2: That, okay.
[35:31] Speaker 1: I see. Do you know what I'm saying?
[35:32] Speaker 2: To apply like that blanket statement on your whole life.
[35:34] Speaker 1: You're a lose. If someone calls you a loser and
[35:37] Speaker 1: you feel, and you current and either you currently or
[35:41] Speaker 1: from your past have a repressed feeling of being a
[35:44] Speaker 1: loser in a specific place.
[35:45] Speaker 2: I see.
[35:47] Speaker 1: Or as a whole that could then be, that is
[35:49] Speaker 1: then reflected in your reaction to that statement.
[35:52] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[35:53] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[35:53] Speaker 1: And so the whole, the video I sent you last night, um,
[35:57] Speaker 1: was about, was about editing that reaction. It's called, it's
[36:01] Speaker 1: on YouTube. It's called nobody and nothing will affect you again.
[36:04] Speaker 1: Carl Young.
[36:04] Speaker 2: That's pretty cool.
[36:05] Speaker 1: And basically, basically it's how you create a shield to,
[36:10] Speaker 1: to those types of insults and those types of things
[36:13] Speaker 1: being said to you. And, and, I think really more
[36:17] Speaker 1: than anything, it involves you asking yourself a question when
[36:19] Speaker 1: someone says something that upsets you or somebody does something
[36:21] Speaker 1: to you that upsets you, which is, you know how
[36:25] Speaker 1: people will ask you sometimes, why do you care? Tell
[36:31] Speaker 1: me something that upset you recently that someone did to you.
[36:37] Speaker 2: I don't think I should say it on air.
[36:39] Speaker 1: Is there anything from the past that you can pull upon?
[36:44] Speaker 2: No, nothing.
[36:47] Speaker 1: Just kidding.
[36:48] Speaker 2: No, I'd say recently.
[36:52] Speaker 1: We can believe it.
[36:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, I just the.
[37:01] Speaker 1: Now someone might look at you and say, yeah, but
[37:03] Speaker 1: why do you care? And you might take that as
[37:06] Speaker 1: like a. As like a like kind of like a sarcastic.
[37:11] Speaker 1: Way of looking at it.
[37:12] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[37:12] Speaker 1: But why do you care? You're rich, you're smart. You're this,
[37:14] Speaker 1: you have all these things going for you, but flip
[37:16] Speaker 1: it a little bit and ask yourself about that specific thing.
[37:20] Speaker 1: Why do you care? This is an interesting exercise. If
[37:24] Speaker 1: someone says something to you that upset you or does
[37:26] Speaker 1: something to you that upset you or represents himself in
[37:29] Speaker 1: a way that upsets you. Why do you care? Like
[37:32] Speaker 1: on that specific thing? Like, why does that, why does
[37:34] Speaker 1: that upset you?
[37:36] Speaker 2: Because I care about that individual. A lot.
[37:42] Speaker 5: And it saddens me that there is no growth in
[37:47] Speaker 5: maturity in any way.
[37:48] Speaker 1: Do you feel like that potentially reflects upon that person as.
[37:58] Speaker 1: In a certain way as it pertains to your life. Like,
[38:00] Speaker 1: why do you, why do you truthfully care? Is there any,
[38:04] Speaker 1: here's what I'm doing. I'm not going to try to
[38:05] Speaker 1: answer the question for you, but is there a way
[38:07] Speaker 1: to look at it deeper as to why you care
[38:09] Speaker 1: based on what I'm telling you, you're hiding within yourself? Yeah, maybe.
[38:12] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[38:13] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[38:13] Speaker 1: Interesting. Yeah. It's interesting.
[38:15] Speaker 5: And also like proves why I like don't really do
[38:18] Speaker 5: therapy that much.
[38:19] Speaker 2: Cause it's like really hard for me. And it's like,
[38:21] Speaker 2: I don't really understand.
[38:22] Speaker 1: Bro. It's scary. It's scary. But, but let me tell
[38:24] Speaker 1: you something really quick about this stuff. And I know
[38:26] Speaker 1: maybe it's not the most, you know, fast paced topic
[38:29] Speaker 1: we've ever talked about on the show, but I'm sure
[38:30] Speaker 1: there's some people that are interested in it. The, the,
[38:35] Speaker 1: the victory over all this stuff, the freedom of all
[38:38] Speaker 1: this stuff involves confronting it. All that shit that's repressed
[38:43] Speaker 1: within your soul and within your psyche and within your shadow.
[38:46] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[38:47] Speaker 1: And, and, and that's why, and that's why, and this
[38:50] Speaker 1: is so fucking scary for me because, because bro, I'm
[38:52] Speaker 1: putting on you right now, but dude, I have a
[38:54] Speaker 1: ton of that. I have so much repressed trauma. childhood
[38:58] Speaker 1: stuff life stuff icu stuff relationship stuff like.
[39:02] Speaker 2: Oh yeah you're cooked brother no no you're fried no for.
[39:06] Speaker 1: But to an extent yes but i'm working on talking
[39:09] Speaker 1: myself better too so when.
[39:10] Speaker 7: You say that i gotta stop laughing oh yeah all
[39:13] Speaker 7: right i'll stop i'll stop no mike i'm being i'm
[39:16] Speaker 7: being facetious you're uh you're in a great spot but
[39:19] Speaker 7: knowing what i know about your life you're fucking cooking.
[39:22] Speaker 1: Stop.
[39:24] Speaker 2: I'm sorry.
[39:24] Speaker 5: You just have, you just have, dude, when he, this
[39:27] Speaker 5: guy dives into his stories, some of them, I'm just like.
[39:31] Speaker 1: Oh no they're insane yeah there's nobody and.
[39:33] Speaker 5: He's got thousands of them thousands i can't believe you're
[39:37] Speaker 5: alive mike I love you.
[39:39] Speaker 1: I love you too. I, if you had read the book,
[39:40] Speaker 1: you would get all the craziest ones, but I do.
[39:42] Speaker 1: I have ones that aren't even in the book.
[39:44] Speaker 2: I mean, bro, like even those are, those are the
[39:46] Speaker 2: ones that are the scariest. And by the way, I, I, I,
[39:48] Speaker 2: I feel like I'm going to read the book. Well,
[39:51] Speaker 2: I'm going to using speech of I do audio.
[39:52] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[39:53] Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah.
[39:53] Speaker 5: It's, I feel like since, you know, this decade of
[39:56] Speaker 5: friendship is correct me if I'm wrong. Have I gotten
[39:58] Speaker 5: like the, the, like, the ripple of those stories in
[40:01] Speaker 5: real life. Like you tell them, like I'm drinking from
[40:04] Speaker 5: the source, essentially.
[40:05] Speaker 1: Yeah, I've told you the majority of them, but there's
[40:07] Speaker 1: some stuff in there that's been hidden or forgotten or whatever.
[40:12] Speaker 1: But I need to go, I need to do that
[40:14] Speaker 1: work because a lot of the stuff, when I go
[40:16] Speaker 1: on a show or I used to wear sunglasses when
[40:18] Speaker 1: I would be on this show and be all fucked
[40:20] Speaker 1: up and like still do on my show sometimes.
[40:22] Speaker 2: What do you mean fucked up?
[40:23] Speaker 1: Just like when I start to, no, no, no, no, no.
[40:25] Speaker 1: When I start, you know, bro, I've, even as of
[40:28] Speaker 1: like the past, Two months, bro. You've seen me in
[40:30] Speaker 1: some holes. You know what I'm saying? I've been down
[40:32] Speaker 1: here trying to exercise out of one of them.
[40:34] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[40:35] Speaker 1: And I think truthfully, like a lot of that, a
[40:39] Speaker 1: lot of that, like work on what's repressed and the
[40:42] Speaker 1: stuff that you've, you've, you've tried to, to, to talk
[40:45] Speaker 1: away is the stuff that I need to get at.
[40:47] Speaker 1: And so I've been considering potentially do doing ayahuasca. I'm
[40:56] Speaker 1: very scared of it. Like, extremely scared of it. And
[40:59] Speaker 1: by the way, I like that I'm scared of it.
[41:00] Speaker 1: It deserves the utmost respect. But imagine this, bro. Your
[41:06] Speaker 1: brother can speak to this better than I can. Imagine
[41:09] Speaker 1: if you have all this trauma and all this shit
[41:11] Speaker 1: packed inside of you and you go to the rainforest
[41:15] Speaker 1: in Costa Rica and you're around these people at this
[41:18] Speaker 1: ceremony and you sit in this ceremony and you drink
[41:20] Speaker 1: this drink and all of a sudden every demon that
[41:26] Speaker 1: you've ever... pushed down so that you your family your
[41:30] Speaker 1: friends the public would never see it is sitting in
[41:35] Speaker 1: front of you looking at you nowhere to run nowhere
[41:41] Speaker 1: to hide nothing you can say to make it stop
[41:44] Speaker 1: and you have to go toe-to-toe with that animal in
[41:48] Speaker 1: real time.
[41:51] Speaker 5: Right now yeah unless you're greg paul who Didn't experience
[41:55] Speaker 5: any of that on ayahuasca.
[41:56] Speaker 1: How's that possible?
[41:56] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[41:57] Speaker 1: How's it possible? How does he always break the trend?
[41:59] Speaker 1: How is Greg Paul the great equalizer? How is that possible?
[42:03] Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
[42:03] Speaker 2: And he did Toad as well. This one was crazy.
[42:07] Speaker 5: So episode six, Paul American, Greg did ayahuasca.
[42:09] Speaker 2: He didn't feel anything.
[42:11] Speaker 5: Somehow he's like spasming during it, but he comes out,
[42:14] Speaker 5: he's like, I didn't see nothing.
[42:16] Speaker 2: Did Toad later with Jake as well.
[42:19] Speaker 5: And the Toad told him, that he's doing everything perfectly,
[42:23] Speaker 5: and he needs to be more of himself.
[42:25] Speaker 1: Oh, man.
[42:27] Speaker 2: I was like, damn. All right, well, then so be it.
[42:30] Speaker 2: And maybe he's right. Who is anyone of us to
[42:33] Speaker 2: be like.
[42:33] Speaker 1: It's a good point.
[42:34] Speaker 2: No, no, you need to change.
[42:36] Speaker 5: No, maybe the world needs a Greg Paul to shake
[42:38] Speaker 5: things up a little bit. I'm not here to judge,
[42:41] Speaker 5: but I'll tell you one thing, Mike. After seeing my
[42:44] Speaker 5: family's experience with these psychedelic substances, which in any way,
[42:48] Speaker 5: this is not an endorsement, but I think I would
[42:52] Speaker 5: do it with you. I've been blowing it off for
[42:54] Speaker 5: a while, and I had to be mentally prepared and
[42:58] Speaker 5: ready for it. And I think I'm in a spot
[43:00] Speaker 5: where I'm ready to confront those demons myself as well, because.
[43:05] Speaker 2: Should we.
[43:05] Speaker 1: Do a podcast? No, no.
[43:08] Speaker 2: I'd actually even go as far to say keep the
[43:10] Speaker 2: cameras away.
[43:11] Speaker 1: What's up, ladies and gentlemen? Welcome back to Impulsive. Today
[43:13] Speaker 1: we're sitting with two demons that represent all of our
[43:15] Speaker 1: repressed emotions. They're just sitting right on the couch. That
[43:18] Speaker 1: would be hilarious.
[43:20] Speaker 2: That'd be so funny.
[43:22] Speaker 1: Um, yeah, it's scary shit, bro. I know a lot of,
[43:24] Speaker 1: I know a lot of, uh, people that do what
[43:26] Speaker 1: we do. Uh, I'm obviously not gonna say any names
[43:28] Speaker 1: that have had a ton of success and a ton of, uh,
[43:31] Speaker 1: experience with it, man, but it's, it's, it's certainly scarce
[43:34] Speaker 1: for right now, dude. I'm doing a lot of reading
[43:37] Speaker 1: and a lot of studying and Carl Junging and Freuding
[43:40] Speaker 1: to understand like different ways. Sometimes it's just about even
[43:44] Speaker 1: through sober actions and meditation, finding new ways to look
[43:49] Speaker 1: at things, bro. And that final note on all this
[43:52] Speaker 1: meta stuff, because I know it's a lot. You guys
[43:54] Speaker 1: come here to listen to hear about dicks, even though
[43:56] Speaker 1: we don't talk about dicks as much anymore. Remember we
[43:59] Speaker 1: used to get stuck in the dicks end?
[44:00] Speaker 2: Yeah, so bad.
[44:01] Speaker 1: We don't do it as much anymore, but maybe we're
[44:03] Speaker 1: growing up. The easiest thing, not the easiest thing, but
[44:07] Speaker 1: the one thing that I'm working on right now, dude,
[44:09] Speaker 1: is just, is just really just editing my thoughts, dude.
[44:13] Speaker 1: And you're so, you're so good at it. I remember
[44:15] Speaker 1: ever since I met you, you were talking about the
[44:17] Speaker 1: stuff on the mirror when you wake up and you
[44:19] Speaker 1: look in the mirror and you talk to yourself positively.
[44:22] Speaker 1: And it's like, bro, there, I know there's so many
[44:24] Speaker 1: people watching this right now who can relate to the
[44:26] Speaker 1: idea of being stuck in that cycle of negative thought.
[44:29] Speaker 1: And bro, when you program that into your mind and
[44:34] Speaker 1: it becomes second nature to wake up every morning and
[44:39] Speaker 1: immediately start a cycle of negative thoughts, which you've been
[44:43] Speaker 1: there for days, for a couple days. I've lived here
[44:47] Speaker 1: for 20 years. That's tough. So bro, the time it's
[44:50] Speaker 1: gonna take me But the good news is the brain
[44:55] Speaker 1: has a miraculous capability of recovery. Miraculous. It has a
[45:00] Speaker 1: miraculous ability to rewire itself or to be rewired through
[45:05] Speaker 1: hard work and discipline and function and habit. And so
[45:12] Speaker 1: right now, one of my goals is trying to get
[45:13] Speaker 1: into a habit of better thought. Because as I mentioned
[45:17] Speaker 1: earlier in the episode, better thought leads to potentially better feeling.
[45:21] Speaker 1: Better feeling leads to potentially better actions. So if you
[45:25] Speaker 1: think good and you feel good and you act good,
[45:28] Speaker 1: you start this triangle of good, which then starts to
[45:32] Speaker 1: defeat a triangle of bad.
[45:34] Speaker 5: This is kind of reminding me of when you will
[45:37] Speaker 5: post quotes on your Instagram. And I just feel like
[45:40] Speaker 5: you're actually kind of just doing.
[45:42] Speaker 2: It as a note to yourself.
[45:43] Speaker 1: I do. I do that all the time.
[45:45] Speaker 5: I feel like you're just describing what you need to do.
[45:48] Speaker 5: And it's good that you recognize it.
[45:51] Speaker 1: It is, but it's not. Why? No, no, no. It's good.
[45:55] Speaker 1: It's a note to myself, but it's also not. You
[45:56] Speaker 1: have to remember. I have... A small, the same way
[46:02] Speaker 1: you have a WWE and a prime and a JJ
[46:05] Speaker 1: and a boxing and all of those armies. I have
[46:08] Speaker 1: a little army of people who look to me for
[46:11] Speaker 1: this type of conversation.
[46:12] Speaker 2: That's true.
[46:13] Speaker 1: They've read the fifth vital. They wake up, they feel
[46:15] Speaker 1: the same way I do. They're going through the same
[46:17] Speaker 1: things I am. They're struggling the way I do. So
[46:20] Speaker 1: when I talk about this stuff and I, and I,
[46:24] Speaker 1: one of the things I'm upset with myself at is
[46:26] Speaker 1: that I don't do enough. to continue to give back
[46:28] Speaker 1: to that community who has entrusted me. And I tried to,
[46:31] Speaker 1: I put episodes out even on my channel without any reason,
[46:34] Speaker 1: sometimes without any reason to, just to make sure they're
[46:36] Speaker 1: still getting that flow. A lot of times I'm talking
[46:38] Speaker 1: to those people, those people that are stuck in a
[46:40] Speaker 1: constant cycle of thoughts, those people that are dealing with
[46:43] Speaker 1: substance abuse, those people that are dealing with OCD, dealing
[46:45] Speaker 1: with severe anxiety or depression and don't get out of bed,
[46:48] Speaker 1: to remind them that I feel the same way as you,
[46:52] Speaker 1: I continue to work at it every day, and these
[46:54] Speaker 1: are the things that I'm doing to make it better.
[46:55] Speaker 1: I'm going to the gym every single day even when
[46:57] Speaker 1: I don't want to. I'm taking every nasty substance out
[47:00] Speaker 1: of my life. I'm telling myself that you're worthy, you're
[47:03] Speaker 1: worth it, you're good, you're loved, you're deserving of good things.
[47:08] Speaker 1: All of those, and I'm getting enough sleep. Like a
[47:11] Speaker 1: lot of those things, bro, that you gotta remember, a
[47:13] Speaker 1: lot of those things that come very naturally to people
[47:15] Speaker 1: don't come very naturally to another swath of people. And
[47:18] Speaker 1: so even though it seems like such basic knowledge to
[47:20] Speaker 1: you to get up, look in the mirror, yo, I'm
[47:22] Speaker 1: that guy, I'm that dude. flex in the mirror, whatever.
[47:26] Speaker 1: There's a group of people that are whatever. Sorry. Or like,
[47:29] Speaker 1: I believe in myself. I'm confident those things that you
[47:32] Speaker 1: say to yourself and have been saying yourself since you
[47:33] Speaker 1: were a child. There's a group of people who are,
[47:36] Speaker 1: who are lost, who are overweight, who are sad, who
[47:38] Speaker 1: are addicted to drugs, who are homeless, who are, who,
[47:40] Speaker 1: who didn't have parents who grew up in foster care,
[47:43] Speaker 1: who don't even know about any of these basics. They
[47:47] Speaker 1: don't know about any of it, bro. And I fit
[47:48] Speaker 1: into that category for the majority of my life and
[47:51] Speaker 1: how to learn it. And now I'm basically trying to
[47:52] Speaker 1: give that back as much as humanly possible. And so,
[47:55] Speaker 1: So that's where I'm at. And they know that I'm
[47:57] Speaker 1: still a work in progress, bro. And by the way,
[48:00] Speaker 1: I should say quickly before we turn to some dick sand.
[48:03] Speaker 1: Thank you, bro. And thank you to you and to Nina,
[48:06] Speaker 1: especially for like the past week of kind of like
[48:09] Speaker 1: giving me your time and your energy and a place
[48:11] Speaker 1: to stay when I actually really needed it. Because I've been,
[48:16] Speaker 1: you know, in a bit of a funk. Nothing crazy,
[48:19] Speaker 1: but it means a lot to me that you guys
[48:21] Speaker 1: are always there for me.
[48:22] Speaker 2: Yeah, of course, man. And we're always here. You know that.
[48:24] Speaker 5: Nestled on this little island. And yeah, the door, the
[48:28] Speaker 5: door is quite literally always open. Nina loves you. Can't
[48:30] Speaker 5: say that about everyone, but she loves you. And she,
[48:33] Speaker 5: as you know, goes through some of the same things
[48:34] Speaker 5: you go through. And I'm sure you guys, I mean,
[48:36] Speaker 5: I've witnessed it have like really positive back and forth.
[48:39] Speaker 5: It's about mental health and specifically the thing you're going
[48:43] Speaker 5: through now. And so the door is always open, Mike,
[48:45] Speaker 5: and I love you. And what you're doing is a very,
[48:47] Speaker 5: very noble pursuit, very noble pursuit.
[48:50] Speaker 1: Cause you're right.
[48:50] Speaker 2: You have this touch on a.
[48:54] Speaker 5: Select group of people who are experiencing the same things
[48:56] Speaker 5: as you, as you, and I've seen it in real
[48:58] Speaker 5: life when these people approach you. And it's, it's really
[49:02] Speaker 5: powerful when you get to see the firsthand effect of,
[49:06] Speaker 5: of influence.
[49:07] Speaker 2: When, when like the idea of being an.
[49:08] Speaker 5: Influencer has a real touch, a palpable effect on other
[49:14] Speaker 5: people's lives. When being an influencer has actual influence, that's
[49:17] Speaker 5: like the intersection of the most blessed position that we
[49:23] Speaker 5: are in sitting on this podcast and having these conversations
[49:26] Speaker 5: and sharing our lives with people.
[49:29] Speaker 2: That said, did you see the Liver King documentary? I did.
[49:34] Speaker 2: I did.
[49:34] Speaker 1: I watched it. We were in it, dude. He really
[49:37] Speaker 1: put a lot of weight In doing this podcast, man.
[49:41] Speaker 2: I did not think he thought it was that important.
[49:44] Speaker 2: I didn't know it was like one of his first podcasts.
[49:48] Speaker 1: It was. It certainly was one of the bigger ones
[49:50] Speaker 1: that he did. He was already kind of popping at
[49:53] Speaker 1: the time.
[49:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah.
[49:54] Speaker 1: What channel is the doc on?
[49:56] Speaker 2: It's on Netflix.
[49:57] Speaker 1: It's the River.
[49:57] Speaker 2: King Netflix Untold documentary.
[49:59] Speaker 1: Untold documentary going through like his life, how he acts,
[50:02] Speaker 1: how he works, how he got big, whatever. And we
[50:04] Speaker 1: have this whole segment where he comes on with the
[50:07] Speaker 1: plate of– liver and organs and balls and all this stuff.
[50:11] Speaker 1: And he said he had like, what, like studied and, and, and,
[50:15] Speaker 1: and stuff for what, like a month, a month.
[50:16] Speaker 2: And he hadn't slept coming on the pocket. He'd like
[50:19] Speaker 2: preparing for this.
[50:19] Speaker 1: And he said he was nervous, like shaking and stuff
[50:22] Speaker 1: like that.
[50:22] Speaker 2: I didn't gather any of that when he was in
[50:24] Speaker 2: the room.
[50:24] Speaker 5: I was like, Oh, just like, like most of our guests,
[50:26] Speaker 5: like you just go on a podcast, but he had studied.
[50:31] Speaker 5: He lost sleep over it. He was nervous about it.
[50:35] Speaker 5: And I think now watching the documentary, I know why.
[50:39] Speaker 5: And actually kind of going back to like, you know,
[50:41] Speaker 5: your own like insecurities when people make comments about, you know,
[50:44] Speaker 5: your life, if there's truth to it. At that time anyway,
[50:47] Speaker 5: Liver King was hiding a lot of shit. He wasn't
[50:50] Speaker 5: being really transparent. And so when you have to mask
[50:54] Speaker 5: yourself under a veil of lies in front of the
[50:57] Speaker 5: entire internet, of course you need to do hours and
[51:00] Speaker 5: hours of studying every day for a month preparing.
[51:03] Speaker 1: For a podcast. Well, was there more lies than just
[51:05] Speaker 1: the one? You know, Mike. no right who knows dude
[51:10] Speaker 1: like is he even a is he actually even a
[51:12] Speaker 1: per was is he a person like where did the lies.
[51:15] Speaker 5: End i'll tell you one thing i was watching this
[51:20] Speaker 5: documentary and like you know i'm fascinated by the liver
[51:22] Speaker 5: king and it's so funny because he we had that
[51:24] Speaker 5: segment on the podcast where you know like we were
[51:28] Speaker 5: talking about his lifestyle and i asked him like point
[51:30] Speaker 5: blank if he did steroids and he said no and
[51:33] Speaker 5: then later in the netflix episode it they showed me
[51:36] Speaker 5: like chastising him.
[51:37] Speaker 2: I'm like, you motherfucker. You were fucking lying to my face.
[51:41] Speaker 2: I was angry.
[51:42] Speaker 1: I was angry. Could you put a lot of stock
[51:44] Speaker 1: in liver King even outside of that podcast?
[51:46] Speaker 5: Cause I thought he loved it. I, his nine ancestral tenants.
[51:48] Speaker 5: I was like, let's go like ground with the earth,
[51:50] Speaker 5: get some sun. Like what's the harm in that, you know? And,
[51:54] Speaker 5: and yeah, for the most part, it's true. It's just like,
[51:57] Speaker 5: I think the vehicle in which he chose to deliver
[52:01] Speaker 5: the message was was riddled with lies that made people
[52:04] Speaker 5: really uncomfortable. So much so that at the end of
[52:07] Speaker 5: the documentary, when he's talking about the changes he's made
[52:10] Speaker 5: and how, you know, he's doing all this stuff.
[52:12] Speaker 1: I think he's still fucking lying.
[52:15] Speaker 2: I think he's no, not, I think he's still lying.
[52:18] Speaker 1: Why didn't he just, I don't know. But why did, Oh, shit.
[52:22] Speaker 2: I saw it all happen.
[52:23] Speaker 1: Shit, everything fell over.
[52:24] Speaker 2: I saw it all happen.
[52:25] Speaker 1: Earthquake. That was crazy. Why didn't he just tell the
[52:28] Speaker 1: truth from.
[52:29] Speaker 5: Like, bro, I'm... That's my issue. No one would have
[52:32] Speaker 5: cared if you're just like.
[52:33] Speaker 2: Nah, maybe.
[52:34] Speaker 1: Is it directly counter... like counterproductive or counterintuitive to his
[52:39] Speaker 1: point that he's all natural. Yeah. Do you know what
[52:42] Speaker 1: I'm saying? Yes, of course. And that's his whole brand.
[52:44] Speaker 2: No, it's not.
[52:45] Speaker 1: No, it's not.
[52:46] Speaker 2: I disagree.
[52:47] Speaker 5: That was my disconnect. It didn't feel like something he
[52:49] Speaker 5: had to lie about to get the message across. In fact,
[52:52] Speaker 5: it felt so ancillary that it didn't, I didn't understand.
[52:57] Speaker 1: Why, Like, why couldn't it be really, really high-protein cow
[53:02] Speaker 1: balls and 150 mg of test sip every three days?
[53:07] Speaker 5: I think he also felt that it was really ancillary,
[53:11] Speaker 5: that it was, like, not really necessary, to be honest
[53:14] Speaker 5: about it.
[53:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, to be honest about it.
[53:17] Speaker 5: Bro, it's your whole ethos, though. Yeah, that was the issue.
[53:21] Speaker 5: And he was asked so many times. And it wasn't
[53:24] Speaker 5: just like a, no, I don't do steroids. he came
[53:28] Speaker 5: up with a thousand different ways to say it shame
[53:31] Speaker 5: people like man i really believe him he he really
[53:36] Speaker 5: is like a decent actor like and and it's funny
[53:40] Speaker 5: watching the doc and i like i don't want to
[53:42] Speaker 5: well i guess this is what we do we talk
[53:44] Speaker 5: shit on this podcast and he was nice enough to
[53:46] Speaker 5: come on on here and give us his time um
[53:50] Speaker 5: but like did you did you see how he's like
[53:53] Speaker 5: how his older son would like react to like.
[53:55] Speaker 2: Some of the stuff that he was like doing.
[53:57] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[53:58] Speaker 5: He looked a pretty uncomfortable and B there were parts
[54:04] Speaker 5: where you could kind of tell that his older son
[54:06] Speaker 5: like wasn't buying the shtick. Like he kind of like snicker,
[54:11] Speaker 5: you know, in the field gutting the animal and stuff.
[54:14] Speaker 5: And it was like, You know, I know what it's
[54:19] Speaker 5: like to grow up with a dad who is really
[54:21] Speaker 5: out there and who isn't like any of the other
[54:24] Speaker 5: dads in the neighborhood and how that makes you feel.
[54:26] Speaker 5: And so I'm watching these boys and my dad is
[54:28] Speaker 5: like nothing like the liver king in that regard.
[54:30] Speaker 2: But in the same in the same like, oh, your
[54:31] Speaker 2: dad is a character. I get it. And I'm watching
[54:34] Speaker 2: these kids and I'm.
[54:35] Speaker 5: Like, man, when the cameras are rolling, I just wonder
[54:39] Speaker 5: what the what the dynamic is in that house.
[54:42] Speaker 1: Bro, your dad, dude. Yo, your dad turned the family
[54:47] Speaker 1: dog into a rug.
[54:48] Speaker 2: Yeah, like that's what I'm talking about.
[54:51] Speaker 1: Like bro, I just don't, I just, bro, me and
[54:53] Speaker 1: GP have made heavy strides. We're like, we're friends. You're
[54:58] Speaker 1: friends now. It's always a bit of a rock. It's
[55:00] Speaker 1: a bit of a rock.
[55:01] Speaker 2: We'll see.
[55:02] Speaker 1: It's a bit of a rocky friendship to say the least.
[55:04] Speaker 1: And not on my part. It's not, it's not exactly
[55:06] Speaker 1: not on my part.
[55:07] Speaker 2: It's every, it's everybody. If you're on the wrong side,
[55:10] Speaker 2: you know, that's it.
[55:11] Speaker 1: But bro, I remember we had this Wheaton Terrier, bro.
[55:14] Speaker 1: When I was a kid named Wheatley, bro. And we
[55:16] Speaker 1: used to, you know, he would come in, he would
[55:18] Speaker 1: bring his little ball in. We would give him little
[55:20] Speaker 1: treats and he would sleep in bed with me. But
[55:22] Speaker 1: the idea that he would become a rug.
[55:25] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[55:26] Speaker 1: It's just so....
[55:29] Speaker 5: To defend my dad for a full second, he wasn't
[55:33] Speaker 5: a rug. It's not like we walked on Yogi. He
[55:38] Speaker 5: was freeze-dried in his form.
[55:41] Speaker 1: He taxidermied. Yeah, he taxidermied his dog. But why is he.
[55:45] Speaker 5: You just don't see stuff like that in Ohio. You don't.
[55:49] Speaker 2: I don't know how many people.
[55:51] Speaker 1: did that. Like, you know, there, there, there's okay. Let's
[55:54] Speaker 1: let me, let me defend him for a second. There
[55:55] Speaker 1: there's gotta be some people who did this. I think,
[55:59] Speaker 1: I think, I think I've seen people put them on
[56:01] Speaker 1: the fireplace, like up on the mantle, but the idea
[56:04] Speaker 1: that he's eternally on the floor, just resting like that, dude.
[56:10] Speaker 2: He really, dude, he really, he really loved the dog.
[56:13] Speaker 2: He really loved the dog. The dog got hit by
[56:15] Speaker 2: a car right to the taxidermist.
[56:18] Speaker 1: I think Bro, I don't know if you're going to
[56:21] Speaker 1: like when I say this, bro. I think you should
[56:25] Speaker 1: consider taxidermy, Greg. I think you should consider taxidermy, Greg, bro.
[56:36] Speaker 2: I think it's illegal. I think I've seen shows about this.
[56:40] Speaker 2: I think it's legal.
[56:41] Speaker 5: The funny part about this is Jake wants to be taxidermied. Oh, bro,
[56:47] Speaker 5: could you imagine if you got both of them? He
[56:49] Speaker 5: told me he made me promise. He made me promise.
[56:52] Speaker 5: He wants to be taxidermied in a fucking Lamborghini with
[56:55] Speaker 5: one arm and a gun, a rifle, hanging out the
[56:58] Speaker 5: window like this.
[56:59] Speaker 1: That's insane.
[57:00] Speaker 2: Might have been a Ferrari.
[57:01] Speaker 1: Where would you park it?
[57:02] Speaker 2: He wanted it on a mountain.
[57:06] Speaker 1: How would you? Who would drive a Lamborghini onto a mountain?
[57:09] Speaker 5: You got to, like, get it up there with a
[57:11] Speaker 5: cargo helicopter or something.
[57:12] Speaker 1: And just drop it on there?
[57:14] Speaker 2: Set gently with Jake Paul out the window like this.
[57:17] Speaker 1: Are you going to outlive Jake?
[57:20] Speaker 2: I am not speaking on the planet. That is God's will.
[57:24] Speaker 2: I don't know what's going to happen.
[57:25] Speaker 1: Okay.
[57:26] Speaker 2: Thankful to be here.
[57:27] Speaker 1: That great segue. Holy shit. Great segue. Okay. I've been
[57:32] Speaker 1: thinking about this a lot lately. We had Brian Johnson
[57:36] Speaker 1: on the podcast, by the way, people talk. I think
[57:39] Speaker 1: not enough people saw clips wise. They did. That's an
[57:41] Speaker 1: incredible show. That was an incredible podcast. Brian Johnson, the
[57:44] Speaker 1: healthiest man wants to live until 2009 67, where they
[57:49] Speaker 1: have written, you know, uh, velociraptors racing and like all
[57:53] Speaker 1: kinds of weird shit and space planets. Mr. Beast is
[57:56] Speaker 1: controlling all of it. Right. He said, AI is going
[58:01] Speaker 1: to really speed things up over the next few years.
[58:04] Speaker 1: And it's funny because when I was like 16, uh,
[58:08] Speaker 1: And I started abusing my body and doing like oxys
[58:11] Speaker 1: and all the drugs and stuff. I was always like,
[58:13] Speaker 1: it doesn't matter anyways, because within the next 20 years,
[58:18] Speaker 1: the Jetsons had flying cars. We're going to have a
[58:21] Speaker 1: cure for everything, bro.
[58:23] Speaker 2: That's a, that's a wild way.
[58:25] Speaker 1: No, no, I really did. I really, bro. I was like, bro,
[58:28] Speaker 1: at the speed at which we're moving, don't tell me
[58:30] Speaker 1: you never, bro. When you were 14 years old and,
[58:34] Speaker 1: and granny got, melanoma you're like well shit that's never
[58:39] Speaker 1: gonna happen to me because by the time i'm 60
[58:42] Speaker 1: years old all this shit's gonna be gone yeah yeah
[58:45] Speaker 1: okay the jetsons had flying cars they had a robot
[58:49] Speaker 1: bot that does the dishes right so what i'm asking
[58:52] Speaker 1: you is this or what i was curious about is
[58:54] Speaker 1: this like what are we closing in on here because
[58:56] Speaker 1: we still got cancer now uh uh rfk shout out
[59:02] Speaker 1: rfk I don't know. If you think somebody will not
[59:07] Speaker 1: like that, I gave a shout out RFK. he knows
[59:12] Speaker 1: and a lot of people know that the fda is
[59:14] Speaker 1: blocking a lot of this shit elaborate stay with me
[59:16] Speaker 1: now big pharma makes so much money off treating shit
[59:22] Speaker 1: I see that the idea of curing anything is counterintuitive
[59:26] Speaker 1: to their bottom line. Yeah. This is, this is like
[59:28] Speaker 1: the most known thing. Like I see a lot of
[59:31] Speaker 1: shit that said on Twitter and talked about by people.
[59:33] Speaker 1: And I, I don't believe any of it. It's such bullshit,
[59:36] Speaker 1: but everybody knows that the most crooked thing in the
[59:38] Speaker 1: entire world is pharma. Big pharma is completely fucked, right?
[59:42] Speaker 1: How's your hair look, dude? Are you paying attention to
[59:44] Speaker 1: what I'm fucking saying right now?
[59:45] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[59:45] Speaker 1: Big pharma. Okay. What is the holdup on a lot
[59:52] Speaker 1: of this shit, dude? Like, bro, bro, think about it, dude. Like,
[59:55] Speaker 1: you have a relationship with AI. AI is your best friend.
[59:58] Speaker 1: You talk to this dude all day to chat GPT.
[1:00:00] Speaker 1: You're best friends with it, right? Why do people still
[1:00:03] Speaker 1: have bald spots? Like, bro, think about that for a second.
[1:00:08] Speaker 1: Why do people still have bald spots? Me included. My
[1:00:10] Speaker 1: hair is continuing to fall out. I went to Turkey
[1:00:12] Speaker 1: and got it fixed, but the shit continues to fall out.
[1:00:14] Speaker 1: How have we not fixed that now? Last week we
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: hear that potentially there's a team that has put together
[1:00:21] Speaker 1: a way to reactivate lazy hair follicles. But guess what?
[1:00:28] Speaker 1: That shit's going to get trapped in phase three, phase one,
[1:00:31] Speaker 1: phase two, phase three testing for 20 fucking years. Because
[1:00:34] Speaker 1: of how long this shit takes. Dude, listen, if you
[1:00:37] Speaker 1: need someone to test your shit on, call me. I
[1:00:40] Speaker 1: don't care what it's for. Call me, bro. I will
[1:00:44] Speaker 1: do Neuralink. I will do every mRNA chemical. I used
[1:00:48] Speaker 1: to go to a guy named Kevin. In Bridgeport, Connecticut,
[1:00:51] Speaker 1: you would pull up in one of those massive outlandish sized,
[1:00:55] Speaker 1: you know, expedition Ford vehicles. And I would buy whatever
[1:01:00] Speaker 1: powder he had at that day. And no one tested it.
[1:01:04] Speaker 1: I would immediately go and just put as much of
[1:01:06] Speaker 1: it in my nose as possible. I was the tester.
[1:01:10] Speaker 1: Call me. Call me with your mRNAs, dude. Like, I
[1:01:15] Speaker 1: will test your vaccines. I will test your cures. Give
[1:01:18] Speaker 1: me the disease and then cure me. Dude, bro, I'm down.
[1:01:23] Speaker 1: Just get the shit over the finish line. What is
[1:01:27] Speaker 1: the holdup? Why does everything take so fucking long, dude?
[1:01:31] Speaker 5: I think human trials is a lengthy phase. And even
[1:01:34] Speaker 5: to get to the human trials is crazy.
[1:01:38] Speaker 1: Like.
[1:01:38] Speaker 2: Health, the human body.
[1:01:41] Speaker 5: Crazy, because even with the technology that we have today,
[1:01:44] Speaker 5: we still don't know so much about it. But the
[1:01:46] Speaker 5: good news is, I believe we're on a health precipice.
[1:01:52] Speaker 5: I think with the advent of AI, getting to know
[1:01:55] Speaker 5: and understand our body and develop technology that benefits our
[1:01:59] Speaker 5: health is going to be more and more prominent. I
[1:02:02] Speaker 5: actually invested in a company that's doing this called Superpower.
[1:02:07] Speaker 2: Because... I've been super health conscious for man, a while.
[1:02:12] Speaker 5: Like I like monitoring my, my blood markers and making
[1:02:16] Speaker 5: sure my levels are all balanced, making sure I have
[1:02:18] Speaker 5: the right amount of fat on my, on my, on
[1:02:19] Speaker 5: my body so I can perform the best I can.
[1:02:22] Speaker 2: Everything is, is, has been very important to me, but
[1:02:24] Speaker 2: it's expensive. Um, and, and, and I'm not sure.
[1:02:27] Speaker 5: Everyone can like live that healthy monitoring, uh, preventative lifestyle
[1:02:33] Speaker 5: that I do.
[1:02:34] Speaker 2: Superpower.
[1:02:35] Speaker 5: Which shameless plug here, but I love the company, is
[1:02:40] Speaker 5: democratizing that. So what they do is it's a data-driven
[1:02:44] Speaker 5: health platform that essentially is the apple of monitoring your
[1:02:48] Speaker 5: body and making sure that your levels are all correct.
[1:02:51] Speaker 5: And you do that by drawing blood and looking at
[1:02:54] Speaker 5: your blood markers and seeing where you're high, where you're low,
[1:02:57] Speaker 5: where you're okay.
[1:02:58] Speaker 2: And then correcting with.
[1:02:59] Speaker 5: Whatever supplements that are assigned to you via AI health-driven technology.
[1:03:06] Speaker 5: Because one thing that is so important that I think
[1:03:10] Speaker 5: is often overlooked is it's so much better to be preventative.
[1:03:15] Speaker 2: Instead of reactive.
[1:03:17] Speaker 1: That part's for sure.
[1:03:18] Speaker 2: Prevention is protection.
[1:03:19] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[1:03:20] Speaker 5: And to get ahead of a heart disease that, by
[1:03:24] Speaker 5: the way, you can tell if your heart has plaque
[1:03:27] Speaker 5: in it more than usual by just getting a heart exam.
[1:03:32] Speaker 2: It's called Clearly. I just did it last week. I'm
[1:03:33] Speaker 2: 30 years old.
[1:03:34] Speaker 1: Do you own a piece of that company too?
[1:03:35] Speaker 2: No, I don't.
[1:03:36] Speaker 1: You're a billboard. You're bought and sold. You are bought
[1:03:39] Speaker 1: and sold. I brought this topic up not for 46 ads.
[1:03:41] Speaker 5: Just like you're talking about mental health, and there's someone
[1:03:44] Speaker 5: who will listen to what you say and walk away.
[1:03:47] Speaker 1: I've got a new company that will help you walk away.
[1:03:49] Speaker 2: It's not my company. It's not my company. I'm an
[1:03:51] Speaker 2: investor in it. I am a minor, minor, and I
[1:03:56] Speaker 2: mean minor.
[1:03:57] Speaker 1: Okay, you've never dug coal.
[1:03:58] Speaker 5: Cog in the wheel of a company that I believe
[1:04:01] Speaker 5: will do good for a ton of people. By democratizing
[1:04:05] Speaker 5: a healthy lifestyle for people to check what's going on
[1:04:08] Speaker 5: inside of their bodies using AI technology, I think is
[1:04:12] Speaker 5: a very beneficial thing for humanity.
[1:04:15] Speaker 1: And so I don't, I don't feel, I don't feel ashamed.
[1:04:17] Speaker 2: I don't feel ashamed to say it.
[1:04:19] Speaker 1: And, and why don't you call me when you get the,
[1:04:21] Speaker 1: when you get the prospectus or the deck, how come
[1:04:23] Speaker 1: you never call me bro to tell me, Oh, I've
[1:04:25] Speaker 1: got this new company. It's going to involve something that
[1:04:27] Speaker 1: you talk about all the time. They said, they, they,
[1:04:29] Speaker 1: they said, no, they didn't specifically.
[1:04:31] Speaker 2: We don't want Mike.
[1:04:34] Speaker 1: It's a lie. It's a blatant, down-south, dirty little lie. Okay?
[1:04:38] Speaker 1: It belongs on the floor. A personalized, customized.
[1:04:42] Speaker 5: Health regimen where the blood is drawn from the comfort
[1:04:45] Speaker 5: of your own home.
[1:04:46] Speaker 1: We get it.
[1:04:47] Speaker 5: Input it on the system and it tells you exactly
[1:04:49] Speaker 5: what you need.
[1:04:49] Speaker 2: To make sure you're fully leveled up.
[1:04:51] Speaker 1: Drop the link in the promo code.
[1:04:52] Speaker 2: I'm not dropping the link in the bio.
[1:04:53] Speaker 5: I'm just saying I'm excited about where AI is, especially
[1:04:57] Speaker 5: when it comes to what that means for health.
[1:05:01] Speaker 1: And mostly it sounds like that stuff's all preventative.
[1:05:05] Speaker 2: It certainly can be.
[1:05:06] Speaker 1: And you've got other companies that are doing scans because
[1:05:08] Speaker 1: I almost went and did that. We can save brands.
[1:05:11] Speaker 1: I don't care. Pernuvo, you should pay us probably. It's
[1:05:14] Speaker 1: the full body scan that does the full body MRI.
[1:05:16] Speaker 2: And checks for cancer. Did that as well.
[1:05:18] Speaker 1: There's another blood-borne test that tests for cancer precursors.
[1:05:22] Speaker 2: So I have a call momentarily to go over the
[1:05:25] Speaker 2: results of that heart test. And I want to say this.
[1:05:26] Speaker 2: I want to say this. When I was getting my
[1:05:29] Speaker 2: heart scanned for plaque buildup.
[1:05:32] Speaker 1: You did what's called a....
[1:05:38] Speaker 2: It was a calcium... A cardio.
[1:05:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[1:05:39] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[1:05:46] Speaker 1: I did it, by the way. I scored a zero,
[1:05:48] Speaker 1: which I was very happy about.
[1:05:50] Speaker 2: Good, good. That's surprising. The guy in there, I'm just
[1:05:53] Speaker 2: saying that's crazy. The guy was like, dude, I can't
[1:05:55] Speaker 2: believe you're doing this.
[1:05:57] Speaker 1: You're so young. For that test, there's no question you're young.
[1:06:00] Speaker 5: Yes, but it turns out just because I'm young and
[1:06:05] Speaker 5: just because I have little to no calcium buildup in
[1:06:08] Speaker 5: my heart doesn't mean there can't be plaque buildup elsewhere.
[1:06:11] Speaker 5: It's like a, it's not a, it's, I don't think it's.
[1:06:15] Speaker 1: Yeah, but it's heart-centric. It's a heart-centric CT scan. Did
[1:06:20] Speaker 1: you do with or without contrast? With contrast. Oh, I
[1:06:23] Speaker 1: didn't do that. That's the highest level. Do you know
[1:06:25] Speaker 1: what they told me? The other one is driving by...
[1:06:28] Speaker 1: The other calcium test is driving by a house at
[1:06:32] Speaker 1: night with all of the windows closed and you can
[1:06:35] Speaker 1: see what the house looks like and it's a very
[1:06:36] Speaker 1: good idea of what's happening. With contrast, all the shades
[1:06:40] Speaker 1: are up and it's during the day and you can
[1:06:41] Speaker 1: see through the house.
[1:06:42] Speaker 2: So what I was informed was that.
[1:06:45] Speaker 5: that um a isn't always indicative of b being okay
[1:06:49] Speaker 5: just because i i look okay without contrast and my
[1:06:52] Speaker 5: calcium is very low in my heart doesn't mean that
[1:06:55] Speaker 5: i won't come back with no plaque buildup and and
[1:06:57] Speaker 5: and dude like my dad had a heart attack called
[1:07:00] Speaker 5: a widow maker five so less than five percent chance
[1:07:03] Speaker 5: of survival he fucking survived like the shits in my family.
[1:07:06] Speaker 1: Yeah but he puts pork in his coffee He puts
[1:07:10] Speaker 1: pork grease in his coffee.
[1:07:12] Speaker 2: Not anymore. We do catch him sometimes trying to sneak
[1:07:15] Speaker 2: some pork grease. Yeah, yeah.
[1:07:18] Speaker 5: He's got to sign up to Superpower, to be honest,
[1:07:20] Speaker 5: and get his blood drawn because I think it's important
[1:07:22] Speaker 5: that he starts monitoring his levels.
[1:07:24] Speaker 1: The issue with the testing that I've seen that the
[1:07:28] Speaker 1: medical community has with it Is that if you are
[1:07:31] Speaker 1: someone who is prone to health anxiety, which is a
[1:07:34] Speaker 1: large amount of people, a large amount of people, these
[1:07:38] Speaker 1: tests can produce a lot of false positives. No, no, no.
[1:07:43] Speaker 1: They do. I'm telling you.
[1:07:45] Speaker 2: Maybe your test, bro.
[1:07:46] Speaker 1: Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
[1:07:47] Speaker 2: I don't know where you're getting your test. Whoa.
[1:07:49] Speaker 3: Whoa.
[1:07:49] Speaker 1: Don't talk about my testing pro protocol. I'm just saying,
[1:07:52] Speaker 1: don't you dare discuss my test?
[1:07:54] Speaker 5: Because also like, also like false positives were like, what
[1:07:57] Speaker 5: are you, what are you talking about?
[1:07:58] Speaker 1: You could have, you could have very, you could have,
[1:08:00] Speaker 1: you could have, Oh, well that, no, sorry. I'm not
[1:08:03] Speaker 1: talking about superpower. I'm talking about scans. We're, we're, we're
[1:08:05] Speaker 1: dancing around a little bit. Oh, you, oh, scans can sometimes, yes.
[1:08:08] Speaker 1: Scans can sometimes provide completely benign masses that you then
[1:08:13] Speaker 1: go and freak out about.
[1:08:16] Speaker 5: Number one, then if that happens, What I'm about to say,
[1:08:19] Speaker 5: if you're interested in your health and medical technology, everything
[1:08:22] Speaker 5: like that, you get a false positive, whatever it is,
[1:08:24] Speaker 5: second opinion. Get a second fucking opinion. The doctors, the
[1:08:29] Speaker 5: medical field, they are practicing medicine.
[1:08:31] Speaker 2: That's what they say. You're practicing medicine. You're practicing.
[1:08:35] Speaker 5: It's still such an unknown territory and so much more
[1:08:40] Speaker 5: to be learned. I think AI will get us there,
[1:08:43] Speaker 5: but second opinions, especially in anything medical related, especially if
[1:08:46] Speaker 5: you have something that kind of flare up that you're
[1:08:48] Speaker 5: concerned about are very important.
[1:08:49] Speaker 1: Dude, fuck that second, third opinion. If you can't even
[1:08:52] Speaker 1: dude reversal of aging. So there's like, there's 10 things here.
[1:08:55] Speaker 1: We're not going to get to all of them, but
[1:08:56] Speaker 1: like study of senolytics, drugs that remove zombie cells are
[1:09:01] Speaker 1: moving into human trials, which would significantly expand human, um, uh,
[1:09:06] Speaker 1: health span and slow aging itself and rejuvenate tissue brain
[1:09:11] Speaker 1: computer interfaces, obviously like Neuralink, um, are, are implanting BCIs
[1:09:15] Speaker 1: in humans. By the way, I would do that trial
[1:09:17] Speaker 1: right now. Anything you have trial wise, even if it, dude,
[1:09:21] Speaker 1: I'm not kidding. Even if it needs to be done
[1:09:23] Speaker 1: only on pigs or monkeys, I will do it. I
[1:09:26] Speaker 1: don't care, dude, mice, whatever. I don't care.
[1:09:29] Speaker 2: What you're saying is this.
[1:09:30] Speaker 5: It's so possible to, to quote the name of our
[1:09:34] Speaker 5: good friend, Andre Dukems podcast.
[1:09:36] Speaker 2: It's possible nowadays to know thyself.
[1:09:39] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[1:09:39] Speaker 2: You have inside and out. You can do it. You
[1:09:41] Speaker 2: can get it done.
[1:09:42] Speaker 1: You should too.
[1:09:43] Speaker 5: And you can, you can, I'm not going to say
[1:09:46] Speaker 5: an absolute here, but you can dramatically increase the probability
[1:09:51] Speaker 5: of living a full, healthy, long life by monitoring your
[1:09:55] Speaker 5: body and knowing what's going on inside of it because it's.
[1:09:57] Speaker 2: Possible now, which is fucking awesome.
[1:10:00] Speaker 1: You know, what's messed up, bro. And the deepest thing that,
[1:10:03] Speaker 1: that needs to be handled more than anything is The
[1:10:07] Speaker 1: biggest problem everybody's up against isn't nurture. It's nature, bro.
[1:10:13] Speaker 1: How much does genetics play into your potential lifespan? Like, bro,
[1:10:20] Speaker 1: I'm not saying it's not a mix. But I'm not
[1:10:23] Speaker 1: saying it's not a mix, or at least we don't
[1:10:24] Speaker 1: believe it to be a mix. But Grandpa Pop-Up, Charles Gall,
[1:10:29] Speaker 1: Grandpa Pop-Up. Bro, that dude loved baking. He loved sitting
[1:10:32] Speaker 1: in his recliner. I don't think that dude worked out
[1:10:34] Speaker 1: a day in his life and he made it to
[1:10:35] Speaker 1: like 96.
[1:10:36] Speaker 2: Yeah, my grandma had a similar story.
[1:10:37] Speaker 1: Do you know what I'm saying? Grandma Jane was a drinker. Coke, whiskey. Yes, bro.
[1:10:42] Speaker 5: Dude, two packs of cigarettes a day. This woman, two
[1:10:45] Speaker 5: packs of cigarettes a day.
[1:10:47] Speaker 1: So the question is, in our lifespan, is there going
[1:10:52] Speaker 1: to be a way to edit genetic makeup yeah for
[1:10:56] Speaker 1: sure and right yeah or is it all going to
[1:10:59] Speaker 1: come down to pro the program programming of the babies
[1:11:03] Speaker 1: for example as i right now i'm trying to rejuvenate
[1:11:06] Speaker 1: my sperm you know my swimmers are terrible and that
[1:11:08] Speaker 1: was before i was pumping up 80 makes a test
[1:11:11] Speaker 1: sip a week i got nothing in there bro i'm
[1:11:13] Speaker 1: firing blanks i'm going to do that because i want
[1:11:16] Speaker 1: to create a another lineage in my, another generation to
[1:11:20] Speaker 1: my name. Right. But I want to do it through
[1:11:23] Speaker 1: computer programming. I want that child to be programmed by
[1:11:26] Speaker 1: way of AI. Like I want my kid to come
[1:11:28] Speaker 1: out already speaking. I don't want this whole, you know,
[1:11:31] Speaker 1: you call it a blob phase. Come out, provide for
[1:11:35] Speaker 1: the family. Come out, be ready to work. Yo, the
[1:11:38] Speaker 1: bushes need hedging. You know, no, I saw your daughter
[1:11:42] Speaker 1: this morning playing with a little octopus on the floor.
[1:11:45] Speaker 1: What's the ROI on that? Zero. Zero. In fact, it's
[1:11:48] Speaker 1: a negative ROI. You had to pay for that shit, dude.
[1:11:51] Speaker 1: Just to say I'm hungry at some point. And by
[1:11:53] Speaker 1: the way, not even say I'm hungry, just... act out
[1:11:55] Speaker 1: i'm hungry through screams and cries i'm not doing all
[1:11:58] Speaker 1: that shit so when you're ready to test me be
[1:12:01] Speaker 1: ready to test genetic makeups on my future child as
[1:12:05] Speaker 1: well if you're watching this and you're a young entrepreneur
[1:12:08] Speaker 1: in the science realm in the silicon valley call me
[1:12:10] Speaker 1: call me i will give you anything you want i'll
[1:12:12] Speaker 1: even pay you i don't care bro i'm sick of
[1:12:14] Speaker 1: this shit dude um Last thing on this note is,
[1:12:18] Speaker 1: is condoms. Bill Gates. I remember he put out, bro.
[1:12:24] Speaker 1: I know he put out, they put out a call
[1:12:26] Speaker 1: to action. They were trying to pay. Like, I remember
[1:12:28] Speaker 1: it was like a billion bucks to somebody who would
[1:12:30] Speaker 1: make condoms that people wanted to wear a condom that
[1:12:33] Speaker 1: improved the experience, bro. We've made the jokes before on
[1:12:37] Speaker 1: the show. Condoms. What the hell are those? It's not funny, dude.
[1:12:40] Speaker 1: All right. It's a lot of things going on out there. Right. And,
[1:12:43] Speaker 1: and still we're years later and you still got to
[1:12:45] Speaker 1: put this bag on your wiener. You got to put
[1:12:48] Speaker 1: a bag on your wiener and then they've got to
[1:12:51] Speaker 1: use this rubber play toy. Or not.
[1:12:53] Speaker 2: Or you don't. And you get an S-mate. And that's
[1:12:56] Speaker 2: a great thing.
[1:12:56] Speaker 1: Or an STD. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like,
[1:12:59] Speaker 1: who knows? Right? And whatever. So I'm sure they're starting
[1:13:02] Speaker 1: to figure out some of the STDs. And you can
[1:13:03] Speaker 1: look at it with that. Like, hey, man, within the
[1:13:05] Speaker 1: next couple of years, they'll have all that shit fixed anyway.
[1:13:07] Speaker 1: So fuck it. Roll the dice. Right? But, dude, they've
[1:13:10] Speaker 1: got some lot of stuff coming out here. They've got...
[1:13:12] Speaker 1: invisible condoms, dissolvable vaginal film that you use as a spray,
[1:13:18] Speaker 1: hydro gel condoms that mimic skin in clinical testing, bunch
[1:13:23] Speaker 1: of new advances, dude, where, where, I mean, where it
[1:13:27] Speaker 1: looks like height lengthening surgery. I know Jorge was interested
[1:13:30] Speaker 1: in that. And so it was Kevin. I'm sure Evan
[1:13:32] Speaker 1: would be interested in that as well. But they did
[1:13:35] Speaker 1: get rid of some things, dude. Guinea worm disease is gone.
[1:13:38] Speaker 1: Polio is gone. Measles tapeworms.
[1:13:42] Speaker 2: No, Tapeworms.
[1:13:44] Speaker 1: RFID chip implants. Like, dude, we really got to continue
[1:13:47] Speaker 1: to step it up. Kind of in the same way
[1:13:50] Speaker 1: that you need to continue to step it up against
[1:13:51] Speaker 1: people like Jey Uso, who's really- What the fuck? I
[1:13:53] Speaker 1: just knocked him out. Who's really making you- I know,
[1:13:55] Speaker 1: but it was a cheap shot.
[1:13:57] Speaker 2: Cheap shot according to who? You're the champion. Be fucking ready. Nah, he's-
[1:14:00] Speaker 2: Off-air honor doesn't matter. If I'm in the building, we
[1:14:02] Speaker 2: got a problem.
[1:14:02] Speaker 1: I mean, bro, you got to remember, he invented the yeet. Yeet.
[1:14:09] Speaker 2: How fucking dare you?
[1:14:11] Speaker 1: Yeet.
[1:14:12] Speaker 2: You know- Damn well that I was the original Yeet. Actually,
[1:14:19] Speaker 2: that's not even true.
[1:14:19] Speaker 1: You know what?
[1:14:20] Speaker 2: That's not even true.
[1:14:20] Speaker 5: I'm not even going to take the credit because I'm
[1:14:22] Speaker 5: that good of a guy. The original Yeet came from
[1:14:27] Speaker 5: the same place where I'm from. Motherfucking Vine. Six second
[1:14:30] Speaker 5: looping videos was the first time we heard Yeet.
[1:14:34] Speaker 1: Who was it?
[1:14:34] Speaker 2: I don't know. Shut up that guy. Shut up that
[1:14:37] Speaker 2: fucking dude. And then I took it on YouTube.
[1:14:40] Speaker 1: I made it a thing.
[1:14:41] Speaker 2: Throwing plates. Little brother Jake, you try to rip and
[1:14:44] Speaker 2: roast me. I didn't do this. I didn't do that.
[1:14:48] Speaker 5: But Jey Uso, someone who, in my opinion, is very
[1:14:51] Speaker 5: clearly a copycat. He is a person who is cosplaying
[1:14:55] Speaker 5: a champion, has the world heavyweight championship. which is something
[1:15:00] Speaker 5: that I want because I'm in the WWE. I'm one
[1:15:03] Speaker 5: of the biggest draws they have, if not the biggest.
[1:15:05] Speaker 5: And the fact that I do not have a title
[1:15:07] Speaker 5: on my waist right now is a detriment to the
[1:15:10] Speaker 5: entire company. So yeah, I'm wrestling Jey Uso, May 24th
[1:15:13] Speaker 5: in Tampa, Saturday night's main event.
[1:15:16] Speaker 2: And the way I.
[1:15:17] Speaker 5: See it, I think Jey is like, look, he's entertaining.
[1:15:23] Speaker 5: He's in the bloodline, right? Got that family of wrestlers.
[1:15:27] Speaker 5: He's like a second or third generation wrestler But you
[1:15:32] Speaker 5: just don't have that championship aura, dude.
[1:15:34] Speaker 2: I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
[1:15:35] Speaker 5: You couldn't even come up with your own catchphrase, so
[1:15:37] Speaker 5: you took mine. You have a great entrance song, right?
[1:15:41] Speaker 2: Like, cool. But you can only live off the hype
[1:15:43] Speaker 2: of a beat for so long before you have to
[1:15:45] Speaker 2: face the music. And in this case, I'm the music.
[1:15:48] Speaker 5: And when Jay's in the ring with me, he's going
[1:15:49] Speaker 5: to realize, and so will the rest of the WWE universe,
[1:15:52] Speaker 5: I'm the superior wrestler.
[1:15:55] Speaker 2: I'm going to say it. You know it's true.
[1:15:57] Speaker 5: Logan paul hate is forced in the wwe logan paul
[1:16:03] Speaker 5: hate is forced well say what say say what say
[1:16:05] Speaker 5: whatever the fuck you want about me that's negative about
[1:16:09] Speaker 5: about my ability to wrestle about my ability on the
[1:16:11] Speaker 5: mic even about my ability to become champion and beat
[1:16:13] Speaker 5: jay uso it's not true you're you're you're you're lying
[1:16:17] Speaker 5: to yourself.
[1:16:18] Speaker 1: Well triple h agrees triple h agrees with you logan
[1:16:21] Speaker 1: my boss yeah your boss agrees with you and that's
[1:16:22] Speaker 1: always a good thing man When asked about Logan being
[1:16:25] Speaker 1: a celebrity wrestler last weekend after the backlash, Triple H
[1:16:29] Speaker 1: said he doesn't put Logan in that category. I don't
[1:16:30] Speaker 1: put Logan in that group, he stated. I don't see
[1:16:32] Speaker 1: Logan as an outside celebrity that came to do what
[1:16:34] Speaker 1: we do anymore. He's really good at this. He can talk.
[1:16:37] Speaker 1: He's got the character, the swagger, and can perform in
[1:16:39] Speaker 1: the ring. I look at him as a full-time, same
[1:16:42] Speaker 1: as I would look at anybody else. I just see
[1:16:46] Speaker 1: him as an incredible performer.
[1:16:48] Speaker 2: That's very nice, boss. That's very nice. Thank you for
[1:16:51] Speaker 2: the kind words, boss. Yeah, I think he's right, man.
[1:16:54] Speaker 2: I think he's right. I said it.
[1:16:57] Speaker 5: I'm a full-time WWE superstar. I'm an actual legitimate wrestler now.
[1:17:02] Speaker 5: Keep me out of that celebrity category. It's flattering when
[1:17:05] Speaker 5: you guys say I'm the best, but it's also not
[1:17:07] Speaker 5: flattering at all because obviously I'm the best celebrity wrestler
[1:17:12] Speaker 5: in the WWE, but that's just not how I'd like
[1:17:14] Speaker 5: to be identified anymore. Even being referred to as a
[1:17:17] Speaker 5: YouTuber now feels a little beneath me, if.
[1:17:20] Speaker 2: I'm being honest.
[1:17:21] Speaker 1: And not even one of the smartest ones.
[1:17:22] Speaker 2: Which is insane. Statistically, that's just incorrect.
[1:17:27] Speaker 1: Any thoughts on how the Cena heel turns going so
[1:17:30] Speaker 1: far from a sentiment standpoint? How's he feeling about it?
[1:17:37] Speaker 2: You know, it's funny, man.
[1:17:38] Speaker 5: I think John finally realized it's just better on this
[1:17:42] Speaker 5: side of the fence.
[1:17:45] Speaker 1: Found out the grass ain't greener.
[1:17:46] Speaker 2: No, the grass is much greener on the side of
[1:17:49] Speaker 2: the hill.
[1:17:49] Speaker 1: Oh, the grass is greener. Sorry.
[1:17:51] Speaker 5: Normally it's not. They say the grass isn't greener. In
[1:17:54] Speaker 5: this case it is because I'll tell you why you
[1:17:56] Speaker 5: could be real. You can say what you want to say.
[1:17:58] Speaker 5: You're not, you're not worried about always being liked or
[1:18:02] Speaker 5: selling tickets or getting your merchandise or hitting the bottom line.
[1:18:05] Speaker 2: Or even if your boss has come to you with
[1:18:07] Speaker 2: notes and you're like, yo, do this.
[1:18:08] Speaker 5: You're like, bro, I'm going to do whatever the fuck
[1:18:12] Speaker 5: I want and like, enjoy the fucking show.
[1:18:14] Speaker 2: And that's the wave I think John is on right now.
[1:18:16] Speaker 2: And you know what? I love it. He was second-guessing it, though.
[1:18:21] Speaker 2: He what?
[1:18:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw that clip of him second-guessing it.
[1:18:24] Speaker 2: No, he wasn't.
[1:18:24] Speaker 5: He had a hard match, and he was tired. I
[1:18:28] Speaker 5: think he heard a fan say something, and it distracted him.
[1:18:31] Speaker 2: No, the whole arena was saying, thank you, Cena.
[1:18:33] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[1:18:34] Speaker 2: Well, that's the thing about being a heel, right? Now,
[1:18:39] Speaker 2: I'm just going to say this. They don't actually hate you, bro.
[1:18:45] Speaker 1: Some people might say otherwise for you. Yeah, for you,
[1:18:48] Speaker 1: it's possible.
[1:18:48] Speaker 2: It's forced.
[1:18:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, it is.
[1:18:50] Speaker 5: Forced hatred bro you don't you're you're you're like you're
[1:18:53] Speaker 5: really in your seat like this fuck you logan but
[1:18:57] Speaker 5: deep down and eventually i know the cheers will be.
[1:19:03] Speaker 2: Thank you, Logan. Just like they are for John right now.
[1:19:06] Speaker 2: I'm certain.
[1:19:07] Speaker 1: It's been a while.
[1:19:08] Speaker 2: I'm certain. It's been a while. Because the opposite of
[1:19:09] Speaker 2: love is not hate. It's indifference. And if they're silent,
[1:19:13] Speaker 2: that's the problem. If you are capable of hating someone,
[1:19:17] Speaker 2: of disliking someone to a degree where you're really... really
[1:19:21] Speaker 2: forcing yourself to say, fuck you or whatever it is.
[1:19:24] Speaker 2: You're this close to loving them. All they have to
[1:19:27] Speaker 2: do is flip that switch. John did it. Dominic might
[1:19:31] Speaker 2: be doing it soon. We see it with Dom, right?
[1:19:33] Speaker 2: Biggest heel ever. Couldn't get a fucking word out.
[1:19:36] Speaker 5: And now champion, he's turning the corner a little bit
[1:19:40] Speaker 5: and everyone's like, Oh, Dom's awesome.
[1:19:41] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[1:19:41] Speaker 2: I've been saying he's fucking sick.
[1:19:43] Speaker 3: Yup.
[1:19:44] Speaker 5: Whether you're a heel or a baby face, If you
[1:19:47] Speaker 5: are getting the crowd to react, you are sick. And
[1:19:51] Speaker 5: John Cena is getting some of the biggest reactions he's
[1:19:54] Speaker 5: ever had. He knows exactly what he's doing. He's puppeteering
[1:19:57] Speaker 5: the crowd. He's playing with your emotions. He's playing you
[1:19:59] Speaker 5: people like a fiddle. As he said, it's too easy.
[1:20:03] Speaker 5: He speaks in rhythmic tones. And you say what? You're predictable.
[1:20:06] Speaker 5: He knows what you're going to do. You are an
[1:20:09] Speaker 5: instrument in John Cena's orchestra. And I'm here for all
[1:20:12] Speaker 5: of it.
[1:20:13] Speaker 1: That was powerful. provocative it gets the people going um
[1:20:23] Speaker 1: speaking of heels man.
[1:20:26] Speaker 5: Where where could this possibly go dude i always talk
[1:20:28] Speaker 5: about your you're not gonna lie to those fuckers out
[1:20:31] Speaker 5: of this conversation you're.
[1:20:32] Speaker 1: Not gonna i'm not gonna lie i always got a
[1:20:34] Speaker 1: segue dude i'm the segue king you just gotta let
[1:20:36] Speaker 1: me drive bro you're sitting bitch on my driving couch He.
[1:20:41] Speaker 2: Died on a Segway. He drove off a cliff on
[1:20:45] Speaker 2: a Segway.
[1:20:46] Speaker 1: How crazy is that? How crazy is that, bro?
[1:20:50] Speaker 5: You have a natural selection with his own product? He
[1:20:52] Speaker 5: made something that ended up leading to his demise? That's horrible.
[1:20:57] Speaker 5: The guy that invented the guillotine was killed with a guillotine?
[1:21:01] Speaker 1: Shut up. Figure that out, dude. Yo, imagine.
[1:21:05] Speaker 2: Was the guy who invented the guillotine killed with a guillotine?
[1:21:12] Speaker 6: Actually no the guy who the guillotine is named.
[1:21:18] Speaker 1: After can you say repeat the answer or something.
[1:21:22] Speaker 2: It kind of just like disappeared like i don't really know.
[1:21:24] Speaker 1: Maybe sure maybe her head got cut off by guillotine
[1:21:26] Speaker 1: in that moment.
[1:21:27] Speaker 2: Dude what what you said yes.
[1:21:31] Speaker 5: Did the inventor of the guillotine get executed by a
[1:21:33] Speaker 5: guillotine yes dr joseph ignis guillotine the man who's Name
[1:21:38] Speaker 5: is famously associated with the guillotine.
[1:21:39] Speaker 1: How did the inventor of the guillotine die? Say that. Okay.
[1:21:42] Speaker 2: All right.
[1:21:43] Speaker 1: And don't talk this time.
[1:21:45] Speaker 2: How did the inventor of the guillotine die?
[1:21:49] Speaker 6: The guy often associated with inventing the guillotine, Dr. Joseph
[1:21:53] Speaker 6: Ignace Guillotin, actually didn't die by his own creation. He
[1:21:57] Speaker 6: passed away from natural causes in 1814. However, there's a
[1:22:02] Speaker 6: common myth that he was executed by the guillotine, which
[1:22:05] Speaker 6: isn't true. Another fun fact, the guillotine was named after him,
[1:22:09] Speaker 6: but he wasn't the sole inventor. He just proposed its
[1:22:12] Speaker 6: use as a more humane method of execution.
[1:22:15] Speaker 1: Humane. Ask about the Segway driver. How did the inventor
[1:22:18] Speaker 1: of the Segway die?
[1:22:27] Speaker 6: The inventor of the Segway, Jimmy Hesselden, tragically died in
[1:22:31] Speaker 6: an accident involving a Segway. In 2010, he was riding
[1:22:35] Speaker 6: one of his company's off-road Segway models near his home
[1:22:38] Speaker 6: in England when he accidentally went over a cliff and
[1:22:42] Speaker 6: into a river.
[1:22:43] Speaker 1: Bro. Bro. That is so bad.
[1:22:46] Speaker 2: Because, because.
[1:22:50] Speaker 1: No, I can't even say it with a situation like this, dude.
[1:22:54] Speaker 1: Anything involving toppling, like the word toppling. Yeah, exactly. That
[1:22:58] Speaker 1: style of toppling, like especially on a Segway, they're kind
[1:23:01] Speaker 1: of high up. You topple. Such a bad ending, dude,
[1:23:06] Speaker 1: and terrible. But speaking of heels, man. Theo Vaughn. Theo Vaughn, who, man,
[1:23:19] Speaker 1: first and foremost, shout out Theo Vaughn right now, who is...
[1:23:23] Speaker 1: running circles on the podcast circuit. This dude is having
[1:23:26] Speaker 1: some big names on.
[1:23:28] Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
[1:23:28] Speaker 1: And I so, so, so love Theo was super, super
[1:23:34] Speaker 1: pissed off at you guys for what you did to
[1:23:36] Speaker 1: the chair that day and set that whole thing up.
[1:23:38] Speaker 2: We didn't do that.
[1:23:38] Speaker 1: He knows that. But anyways, anyways, shout out to Theo.
[1:23:43] Speaker 1: Cause I do love him in front of the camera,
[1:23:45] Speaker 1: behind the camera. The dude is amazing. And I send
[1:23:47] Speaker 1: it all my best vibes to you all the time.
[1:23:49] Speaker 1: Do I love you so much? Um, gets pressed by
[1:23:53] Speaker 1: someone i think it was in nashville right i guess
[1:23:57] Speaker 1: they had been like antagonizing them and like saying stuff
[1:24:00] Speaker 1: to them and you know how those things kind of
[1:24:02] Speaker 1: elevate they start in one place and then the guys
[1:24:04] Speaker 1: hang around longer and alcohol's involved and all of a
[1:24:06] Speaker 1: sudden they're right next to you and this dude's right
[1:24:08] Speaker 1: up on him this dude's right up next to him
[1:24:10] Speaker 1: up in his personal space and deal puts hands on
[1:24:13] Speaker 1: him yeah his neck I don't think I'd seen a
[1:24:18] Speaker 1: neck shove in ages, dude. He gave him a neck shove,
[1:24:21] Speaker 1: and it brings up that question of like, yo, when
[1:24:26] Speaker 1: is attacking fans or people in public valid? You know,
[1:24:32] Speaker 1: a valid option, dude. And let's be honest. The real
[1:24:35] Speaker 1: answer is once you invade my physical space, even.
[1:24:39] Speaker 2: Then, bro.
[1:24:40] Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I'll speak for myself, personally.
[1:24:43] Speaker 1: Once you... Once you invade my physical space, you've crossed
[1:24:48] Speaker 1: the line. Depending on how... Fuck around and find out. No,
[1:24:52] Speaker 1: I'm not saying to do it. But what I'm saying
[1:24:54] Speaker 1: is it's a part of that style of thinking. You've
[1:24:57] Speaker 1: now touched me. Maybe you've caught me on a day
[1:25:00] Speaker 1: where I'm having a great day. I just hit a 21.
[1:25:03] Speaker 1: I'm blackjack. I'm having a great day. You smack the
[1:25:06] Speaker 1: shit out of my arm. And I'm happy. And I
[1:25:08] Speaker 1: say this to you and I hit you back, whatever.
[1:25:11] Speaker 1: But maybe.
[1:25:14] Speaker 1: Maybe grandma Jane just died. Maybe the prenuvo test didn't
[1:25:21] Speaker 1: come back looking so great or the superpower came back
[1:25:23] Speaker 1: and my estrogen was a little high. And my test
[1:25:29] Speaker 1: was a little high and everything, or maybe even a
[1:25:31] Speaker 1: little low or a little high. Who knows? Confused.
[1:25:35] Speaker 2: He doesn't know what's going on.
[1:25:36] Speaker 1: And you come up to me and you say, what's
[1:25:39] Speaker 1: up old man? How are you feeling today? Bro.
[1:25:45] Speaker 2: Mikey's gonna lay hands on you.
[1:25:46] Speaker 1: Allegedly. Well, we've witnessed some of it happen. There's a
[1:25:51] Speaker 1: chance that I'm gonna strike you, bro. Now I gotta
[1:25:54] Speaker 1: think about the money. I gotta think about the lawsuits, right?
[1:25:58] Speaker 1: But what if you catch me on a day when
[1:26:00] Speaker 1: thought processes ain't coming so easily to me?
[1:26:03] Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
[1:26:03] Speaker 1: Maybe I haven't slept enough. Okay, maybe I'm going through
[1:26:06] Speaker 1: a bad time in my life and I'm feeling a
[1:26:08] Speaker 1: little dark. And I'm feeling like I want to give
[1:26:10] Speaker 1: you a backhanded slap, not a front hand, a back,
[1:26:13] Speaker 1: a good test-driven 1250. I just stuck the needle in
[1:26:18] Speaker 1: my ass, 1250 backhand. So you get to visit a
[1:26:22] Speaker 1: new constellation. You get to visit a new solar system
[1:26:26] Speaker 1: because you decided to do this to me. So I
[1:26:30] Speaker 1: feel Theo.
[1:26:31] Speaker 2: Well, also, let me tell you something.
[1:26:32] Speaker 1: You've invaded my personal space, bro. I am a human.
[1:26:36] Speaker 1: I'm not a YouTuber right now. I'm a fucking human.
[1:26:39] Speaker 1: If someone did this to you, how would you react?
[1:26:43] Speaker 2: Context is important.
[1:26:44] Speaker 5: Who knows how much that guy was harassing Theo before
[1:26:47] Speaker 5: that clip as well. You know, like if he was
[1:26:48] Speaker 5: told to back off and he kept pushing it and
[1:26:51] Speaker 5: pushing it, it's not cool.
[1:26:53] Speaker 2: You have to still have boundaries. And I understand the feeling.
[1:26:59] Speaker 5: I've said this on this podcast before, but like, With
[1:27:01] Speaker 5: a guy like Theo, you, me, anyone who's constantly putting
[1:27:04] Speaker 5: themselves out there online, these people, they think they know
[1:27:08] Speaker 5: us because they do.
[1:27:10] Speaker 2: Because they do.
[1:27:11] Speaker 1: To an extent.
[1:27:12] Speaker 5: Basically, dude, especially with the reality show out now, what
[1:27:17] Speaker 5: you see is what you get.
[1:27:18] Speaker 2: If you approach me in person... It's probably going to
[1:27:21] Speaker 2: be like, yo, what's good? Like, we shoot this shit.
[1:27:25] Speaker 1: I love that. It's my favorite thing to do in
[1:27:27] Speaker 1: the whole world.
[1:27:28] Speaker 5: Yes, and so this guy probably thought he knew Theo,
[1:27:31] Speaker 5: which even though you might, doesn't mean you can cross that.
[1:27:36] Speaker 1: Boundary of personal space or uncomfortability.
[1:27:39] Speaker 2: No, I saw the clip.
[1:27:41] Speaker 1: He was in his space.
[1:27:43] Speaker 5: I think with any man, this is like my primal
[1:27:47] Speaker 5: Ohio belief, If you're invading another man who is a
[1:27:50] Speaker 5: stranger's personal space, in my opinion, you have now opened
[1:27:54] Speaker 5: yourself up to.
[1:27:55] Speaker 1: Whatever the fuck happens. To consequence, for sure.
[1:27:57] Speaker 2: That's my opinion.
[1:27:58] Speaker 5: In my opinion, I think Theo had every right to
[1:28:01] Speaker 5: get that guy out of his space. There's a hundred
[1:28:03] Speaker 5: ways to do it. He chose to do it with
[1:28:04] Speaker 5: a neck push, so be it, whatever. But I think that's–
[1:28:07] Speaker 5: and ironically– seen this happen with theo before at the
[1:28:12] Speaker 5: inauguration it was it was after the inauguration and i
[1:28:16] Speaker 5: seen this guy like who who was just like being
[1:28:19] Speaker 5: a little too forward with you and he was like
[1:28:21] Speaker 5: bro back the fuck off of me and and i
[1:28:23] Speaker 5: and i stepped up i was like yo you need
[1:28:25] Speaker 5: to like get out like i i you can see
[1:28:27] Speaker 5: it in these people's eyes you can tell when they're
[1:28:29] Speaker 5: not all there it's like a it's like it's like
[1:28:31] Speaker 5: glassy there's uh.
[1:28:33] Speaker 2: There's there's like no depth behind the eyes they're kind
[1:28:35] Speaker 2: of just.
[1:28:35] Speaker 1: Like lights on nobody home lights on nobody home.
[1:28:38] Speaker 2: It's those, the tweakers you gotta watch out for. Let me,
[1:28:41] Speaker 2: let me tell you something. Had this incident happen the
[1:28:44] Speaker 2: other day for the first time as a parent.
[1:28:48] Speaker 1: Oh, that's a whole different ballgame.
[1:28:50] Speaker 2: Yo, yo, this was, this was new to me, Mike.
[1:28:53] Speaker 5: Me and Nina were chilling with Esme and this little boy,
[1:28:57] Speaker 5: probably about four or five years up, years old, comes
[1:29:00] Speaker 5: up to Esme and I, and I, and Nina's holding her.
[1:29:03] Speaker 5: And I said, this, this, this boy is, I can
[1:29:07] Speaker 5: tell he's a little crazy. Just, just watch him. Cause he, he,
[1:29:10] Speaker 5: he approached us, right. We're sitting at a table, like
[1:29:12] Speaker 5: having drinks. And he just ran right up to us
[1:29:15] Speaker 5: and got right in Esme and Nina's personal space.
[1:29:17] Speaker 2: Granted, he's a child, right?
[1:29:18] Speaker 5: So I'm not like, like, like, but I tell Nina,
[1:29:20] Speaker 5: I'm like, I'm like, just, just, just watch. Cause I, this, this,
[1:29:23] Speaker 5: I can tell this kid's tweaking. I think is the
[1:29:24] Speaker 5: verbiage I used. sure enough so so he he he
[1:29:28] Speaker 5: he starts he raises his hand and he like goes
[1:29:31] Speaker 5: like this to estimate like hits her like that and
[1:29:34] Speaker 5: and now i'm confused because hey where's your parent why
[1:29:37] Speaker 5: who we just i'm i'm a new dad but like
[1:29:40] Speaker 5: is this what kids do do they like like you
[1:29:44] Speaker 5: just is it just a boy being a boy but
[1:29:46] Speaker 5: as a dad i'm like yo that's not cool and
[1:29:48] Speaker 5: then the his brother comes up and they both are
[1:29:51] Speaker 5: like like doing this to her to her leg and
[1:29:53] Speaker 5: i'm and the dad's there the dad's right there he's
[1:29:56] Speaker 5: five feet away and he's and he's cool with it
[1:29:58] Speaker 5: he's not controlling these little like lunatics and i'm like
[1:30:00] Speaker 5: as as a dad of a daughter i'm like you
[1:30:02] Speaker 5: know what i'm actually like not cool with this i
[1:30:05] Speaker 5: don't think this is okay and so i go to
[1:30:06] Speaker 5: the kid go hey be nice be nice that was
[1:30:09] Speaker 5: what i did i was like i was like be
[1:30:10] Speaker 5: nice and that was the extent of it and then
[1:30:12] Speaker 5: you know the dad came up and he took the
[1:30:14] Speaker 5: kids away and they're like misbehaving and stuff and i
[1:30:16] Speaker 5: told nina i was like i have to be honest
[1:30:18] Speaker 5: that was like a new experience for me.
[1:30:20] Speaker 1: But that's so i mean but that's like the most
[1:30:22] Speaker 1: common thing ever you did you did it you handled
[1:30:25] Speaker 1: it perfectly nice that bro 100 that happens bro kid
[1:30:29] Speaker 1: little boys bro they don't understand how things work bro
[1:30:32] Speaker 1: they're just but the dad was No, he should have.
[1:30:35] Speaker 1: That's what made it awkward. No, he should have been
[1:30:37] Speaker 1: the one to come in and say, don't do that.
[1:30:39] Speaker 2: Because I was waiting.
[1:30:40] Speaker 1: I was waiting for him to be like, yo, stop, stop.
[1:30:42] Speaker 1: But you can't always rely on that. And I don't
[1:30:44] Speaker 1: know why I'm giving any parenting advice right now, but
[1:30:46] Speaker 1: I'm just saying from having watched it and been a
[1:30:48] Speaker 1: part of it as in my own childhood and seeing
[1:30:51] Speaker 1: my sisters do it and all that stuff. Yeah, you
[1:30:53] Speaker 1: have to like with Chase, for example. Chase is, you know,
[1:30:56] Speaker 1: he's a lunatic. This is why I'm saying it to
[1:30:58] Speaker 1: you because I do see it with Chase. He used to,
[1:31:01] Speaker 1: when he was younger, go up and hit the dog
[1:31:04] Speaker 1: and the dog will growl and he would hit the
[1:31:05] Speaker 1: dog because he doesn't get it. You have to say, hey, hey,
[1:31:08] Speaker 1: don't do that. Don't do that. Don't hit the dog.
[1:31:10] Speaker 1: Be nice. Exactly what you did. That was the perfect thing.
[1:31:13] Speaker 1: And then if that doesn't work, you knock the fucking
[1:31:15] Speaker 1: dad out. No, don't do that. So to the Theo point,
[1:31:20] Speaker 1: by the way, I think the line is the physical space,
[1:31:23] Speaker 1: when they start touching you, Words are where things get dangerous.
[1:31:27] Speaker 1: And we've, I'm not going to bring anything specific up.
[1:31:32] Speaker 1: I had to age out of that. You had to
[1:31:34] Speaker 1: age out of that. There was a time where if
[1:31:37] Speaker 1: you said something to me, it would evoke potentially a
[1:31:39] Speaker 1: physical reaction. And that can't happen.
[1:31:41] Speaker 2: Yeah, but Mike, it's all like what you said. Humans
[1:31:45] Speaker 2: are complicated.
[1:31:46] Speaker 1: For sure.
[1:31:46] Speaker 2: It's all circumstantial.
[1:31:47] Speaker 1: For sure.
[1:31:48] Speaker 2: Like, dude, if you're having a bad day, that changes everything.
[1:31:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, but we can't have... We have no more excuses, unfortunately.
[1:31:53] Speaker 2: No, it's not excuses.
[1:31:55] Speaker 1: You can come up... Somebody could technically come up to, like,
[1:31:58] Speaker 1: right here.
[1:31:59] Speaker 2: That's fine.
[1:31:59] Speaker 1: And say a lot of shit to you, and you
[1:32:00] Speaker 1: really can't do anything.
[1:32:01] Speaker 2: That's fine. Whatever. Talk your shit.
[1:32:03] Speaker 1: What if they.
[1:32:03] Speaker 2: Not okay. Not okay. Yeah, there's a limit. There's boundaries.
[1:32:07] Speaker 1: There's boundaries.
[1:32:07] Speaker 2: Yeah, there has to be.
[1:32:08] Speaker 1: Yeah, there has to be. I know. We see the time.
[1:32:10] Speaker 1: Six minutes. Yeah, we gotta get out of here, bro.
[1:32:11] Speaker 3: No, no, no, no, no. Hold on.
[1:32:12] Speaker 1: I'm almost done. I... I do want to say this, too.
[1:32:15] Speaker 1: It was interesting. It also depends on what the person
[1:32:19] Speaker 1: has in their hands. Like, bro, if they've got, like,
[1:32:23] Speaker 1: if somebody comes up to you with a beer bottle,
[1:32:25] Speaker 1: I'm a little bit changed. But this dude, it was weird. Because, like,
[1:32:28] Speaker 1: he had balloons. What's he going to do with them? No,
[1:32:30] Speaker 1: because that's the weird thing. Like, either, like, okay, he
[1:32:33] Speaker 1: can go two ways with this. Old guy from up.
[1:32:40] Speaker 1: In which case, I'm letting him do whatever he wants. Yeah,
[1:32:42] Speaker 1: do whatever you want.
[1:32:43] Speaker 6: Right?
[1:32:43] Speaker 1: Because worst case scenario, he's just going to float away. Right?
[1:32:48] Speaker 1: Guess what? He can go the clown from it. Now
[1:32:54] Speaker 1: we got trouble, boys. Now I got to hit him
[1:32:58] Speaker 1: with that neck push. You know what I'm saying? Like, bro,
[1:33:01] Speaker 1: so when Theo saw him, it's pretty obvious he saw
[1:33:05] Speaker 1: the clown from it crawling out the sore, trying to
[1:33:08] Speaker 1: get little Jimmy or Tommy or whatever to go down
[1:33:10] Speaker 1: the sore drain with him.
[1:33:11] Speaker 2: What are you saying? Why do you say it like that?
[1:33:15] Speaker 1: Sore.
[1:33:16] Speaker 5: You didn't say it like that the first two times.
[1:33:18] Speaker 2: I let it slide the first time.
[1:33:19] Speaker 5: Sore.
[1:33:20] Speaker 2: Yes, that.
[1:33:21] Speaker 1: Sore drain. Sore. seahorse seymour we've gone loopy we've gone
[1:33:31] Speaker 1: nuclear wait wait wait wait then he went to then
[1:33:36] Speaker 1: he went to uh an air army base in Qatar
[1:33:41] Speaker 1: straight from there and did a speech. Did you see that? Yeah.
[1:33:44] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[1:33:44] Speaker 2: He's all over the place.
[1:33:45] Speaker 1: He's a globetrotter.
[1:33:46] Speaker 2: Theo Vaughn's a globe.
[1:33:47] Speaker 1: I hope he has better luck with chairs or the
[1:33:49] Speaker 1: people that put them together. Yeah.
[1:33:51] Speaker 2: Hey guys, love death and robots.
[1:33:52] Speaker 1: That's it. Watch it. Mr.
