[0:00] Speaker 1: All right, here we are, guys, our last break of
[0:02] Speaker 1: the day. Thank you to our Steve Harvey Nation for
[0:05] Speaker 1: listening every single day. It is time now for Junior
[0:08] Speaker 1: to ask Steve a question before we get out of here.
[0:11] Speaker 1: What you got for him, Junior?
[0:13] Speaker 2: OK, I want to ask you this. What would you
[0:16] Speaker 2: say to some young black voters? And this is something
[0:19] Speaker 2: I've been hearing, like my vote don't matter. You know,
[0:21] Speaker 2: midterms is coming up. They ain't going to hear me.
[0:24] Speaker 2: You know, I don't I don't believe in that. I'm
[0:27] Speaker 2: just another number. What would you say to people who
[0:30] Speaker 2: use these as excuses not to vote as junkies?
[0:33] Speaker 3: Everything you just said is 100% true if you don't vote.
[0:39] Speaker 3: Your vote don't matter if you don't use it. They
[0:43] Speaker 3: won't hear you if you don't use it. It's a
[0:48] Speaker 3: waste of your time if you don't use it. You
[0:52] Speaker 3: don't know how powerful your vote is until you use it.
[0:57] Speaker 3: It is your chance to have a say-so in where
[1:02] Speaker 3: your life is going. And in these times that we
[1:05] Speaker 3: are in now, you cannot be, I don't care if
[1:09] Speaker 3: you get your news from TikTok. I don't care if
[1:13] Speaker 3: you get it off of Facebook. I don't care if
[1:15] Speaker 3: you get your news off the Instagram. Wherever you getting
[1:19] Speaker 3: your news from, you have got.
[1:22] Speaker 4: To see what's going on in this country.
[1:25] Speaker 3: And for you not to want to have a say-so
[1:28] Speaker 3: in this, at least a check. We have a president
[1:33] Speaker 3: that openly talks about the size of a woman's butt
[1:38] Speaker 3: at a public rally on a mic. He's the president
[1:43] Speaker 3: of the United States. And that's one of the most
[1:46] Speaker 3: least offensive things he's said or done.
[1:50] Speaker 4: Calling women fat, piggy. Low IQ, stupid. You're dumb. You're fake.
[1:58] Speaker 3: Talking about women's hair, makeup. This dude done done it all, man.
[2:06] Speaker 3: Calling people, come up to the White House, stupid, low IQ.
[2:09] Speaker 3: He done it all. And we just sitting here, man.
[2:13] Speaker 3: And we done sat here so long that if we
[2:16] Speaker 3: don't do something, This is going to become the norm
[2:20] Speaker 3: because he's let me tell you something. He's done so
[2:24] Speaker 3: many atrocious things. People don't even comment. There ain't been
[2:28] Speaker 3: no uproar about the Nicki Minaj comment. There's been no
[2:32] Speaker 3: uproar about it. Part of it's because she lost us
[2:37] Speaker 3: with the support of him. So we didn't come to
[2:39] Speaker 3: her rescue. White women don't come to her rescue because
[2:43] Speaker 3: they don't even care about her. White men didn't come
[2:47] Speaker 3: to her rescue because what? And if you ain't going
[2:51] Speaker 3: to say nothing about it, what the hell you want
[2:53] Speaker 3: us to say something about it for? Oh, my God,
[2:56] Speaker 3: I can't believe he did. I was highly. We might
[2:59] Speaker 3: have got offended for you, but you didn't. He has
[3:03] Speaker 3: done so many atrocities that this has become the norm.
[3:06] Speaker 4: Y'all.
[3:07] Speaker 3: OK, y'all check this out. We've been talking about voting
[3:11] Speaker 3: and the importance of it. If you don't get out
[3:14] Speaker 3: and vote, what you're saying is what's going on is
[3:18] Speaker 3: OK with me. That's what you're saying. You're saying that
[3:24] Speaker 3: you don't really care about the Voting Rights Act. It's
[3:26] Speaker 3: OK with you. It's okay with you that Wade versus
[3:30] Speaker 3: Brown is gone. That women can't make a decision about
[3:34] Speaker 3: their own body. That's okay with you? It's okay with
[3:39] Speaker 3: you that they've erased DEI? Diversity, equity and inclusion. That's
[3:45] Speaker 3: OK with you. It's OK with you that they want
[3:48] Speaker 3: to stop teaching black history in schools, that they want
[3:52] Speaker 3: to close museums. They want to shut down exhibits to
[3:55] Speaker 3: show what they forefathers did. You want that to be
[3:58] Speaker 3: OK with you. That's what you want.
[4:02] Speaker 1: Ice.
[4:02] Speaker 3: You OK with ice. How about this one right here?
[4:05] Speaker 3: You OK with this war in Iran? That's cool with you.
[4:09] Speaker 3: One of your relatives could get involved in this and
[4:12] Speaker 3: you never see them again. That don't bother you. Oh, well,
[4:16] Speaker 3: maybe you don't care what gas costs. You cool with it?
[4:21] Speaker 3: You like spending your spendable income on a necessity now? See,
[4:25] Speaker 3: what happens when gas goes up high right here? You
[4:28] Speaker 3: now take money that you had to do something you
[4:31] Speaker 3: want to do. Now you got to put it to
[4:33] Speaker 3: something that you have to do. And it shouldn't even
[4:35] Speaker 3: have to be this way. You okay with that? If
[4:39] Speaker 3: you're OK with that, then stay home. But if you're
[4:41] Speaker 3: not OK with that, you got to vote. And you
[4:44] Speaker 3: are just a fool to sit up in your life
[4:47] Speaker 3: and say you're OK with this.
[4:49] Speaker 4: All of y'all blacks for Trump, all of y'all Latinos
[4:53] Speaker 4: for Trump.
[4:54] Speaker 3: When I see them shirts, I'd be like, wow, what
[4:57] Speaker 3: else can this administration do to you to let you
[5:01] Speaker 3: know that they don't give a about you and you
[5:05] Speaker 3: still OK with it?
[5:07] Speaker 4: I don't know what... Look, man. ICE covers their face.
[5:13] Speaker 4: They cover their face. You know why they did that?
[5:17] Speaker 3: So they could do all the stuff they want to
[5:19] Speaker 3: do and not be identified. Police officers go to an academy.
[5:25] Speaker 3: They got to wear a badge. They got to have
[5:27] Speaker 3: their face exposed because they have to uphold the law.
[5:30] Speaker 3: They got body cams on. They got all that.
[5:33] Speaker 4: ICE ain't got none of that.
[5:36] Speaker 3: We get to do what we want to do because
[5:37] Speaker 3: we're doing it to brown people and black people.
[5:42] Speaker 4: Y'all crazy.
[5:43] Speaker 3: You got to vote, man. Get off your and vote.
[5:49] Speaker 3: Get off your and vote. I'm telling you, man, you
[5:53] Speaker 3: can't sit this one out. It's too important.
[5:55] Speaker 4: We need to be down here in record numbers, man.
[5:57] Speaker 3: Stop this foolishness that they doing to us.
[5:59] Speaker 4: And they doing it to us. And you going to
[6:01] Speaker 4: let them?
[6:02] Speaker 3: Oh, you ignorant. Y'all have a great day today. Go
[6:05] Speaker 3: and vote.
