[0:15] Speaker 2: So today I have a message to give to this
[0:18] Speaker 2: church that I believe is gonna change your life. And
[0:21] Speaker 2: I'm telling you, if you open your heart to be
[0:23] Speaker 2: able to receive this today, it's gonna change everything.

[0:27] Speaker 2: What's the word of the here at Transformation Church? What
[0:30] Speaker 2: is it? One more time? Say it with faith. I'm
[0:37] Speaker 2: believing supernaturally, you're coming into a season of divine focus
[0:41] Speaker 2: for your household, for your business, for your mind, for
[0:44] Speaker 2: your life. Distractions, you will be allergic to them. You
[0:50] Speaker 2: will see them, you will identify them, you will acknowledge them,
[0:53] Speaker 2: and you will not advance towards them. You will be
[0:56] Speaker 2: able to divinely walk away from what looks enticing but
[1:02] Speaker 2: yet has the opportunity.

[1:04] Speaker 2: Of course, and some people think it's a good phrase
[1:08] Speaker 2: or a good word, I'm telling y'all, there is divine
[1:10] Speaker 2: focus coming to your life, to your energy, to your momentum,

[1:15] Speaker 3: There's divine somebody shot at me. Focus.
[1:18] Speaker 2: I'm prophesying to somebody, and there are a few people
[1:20] Speaker 2: in here receiving it. Some people think I'm just talking
[1:22] Speaker 2: before I get to the scripture, but I'm telling you
[1:24] Speaker 2: there's a.
[1:24] Speaker 3: Divine focus coming to God's.
[1:26] Speaker 2: People who have the ears to hear things that used
[1:29] Speaker 2: to be hard for you to stay on task with
[1:32] Speaker 2: God is allowing there to be a new ease as
[1:35] Speaker 2: well as a new figure, a new passion to do
[1:42] Speaker 2: what God's called you to do. The next level of
[1:45] Speaker 2: faith is going to require focus for you. And that's
[1:48] Speaker 2: why we can find not just comfort, but we can
[1:55] Speaker 2: find a witness in God's word and Hebrews twelve to one,
[1:58] Speaker 2: it says, therefore, since we are surrounded by such a
[2:01] Speaker 2: great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything.
[2:05] Speaker 3: Somebody say everything.
[2:08] Speaker 2: It's time for a lot of things to exit your life.
[2:13] Speaker 2: It's time for a lot of things to exit your life.
[2:16] Speaker 2: And watch this. God's not gonna take them. You have
[2:20] Speaker 2: to throw them off. God's not taking him away. God's
[2:27] Speaker 2: not taking her away. Well, Lord, if you don't want
[2:29] Speaker 2: me to just remove her, you gotta throw it off. Okay,
[2:34] Speaker 2: throw off everything that hinders you, especially the sin that
[2:38] Speaker 2: so easily entangles you. And let us run with perseverance
[2:44] Speaker 2: the race marked out for us. Fixing our eyes on
[2:50] Speaker 2: who Jesus somebody shot at me one more time, Focus
[2:54] Speaker 2: the pioneer and the perfector of our faith, for the
[2:58] Speaker 2: joy that was set for him. So Jesus had to
[3:02] Speaker 2: do this too. Jesus had to focus, do y'all know.
[3:04] Speaker 2: Jesus had to remind himself across the people, across the people,
[3:09] Speaker 2: the cross, the people.
[3:11] Speaker 3: I could be the king the cross, the people.
[3:17] Speaker 2: I could call ten thousand angels and smite them all.
[3:20] Speaker 3: Focus across the people.
[3:25] Speaker 2: All he did was focus on what God said the
[3:29] Speaker 2: end was gonna be, and it allowed him to endure
[3:33] Speaker 2: the painful parts. I want you to get a better
[3:37] Speaker 2: vision of what the end is going to be, a
[3:40] Speaker 2: better vision, a more clear, a more vivid vision of
[3:42] Speaker 2: what God's saying is in your future. And you cannot
[3:45] Speaker 2: know that without going to the Word, without spending time
[3:48] Speaker 2: with him, he.
[3:49] Speaker 3: Said, for the joy that was set before him.
[3:51] Speaker 2: He endured the cross, scorning at shame, and he sat
[3:55] Speaker 2: down at the right hand of the throne of God.
[3:57] Speaker 2: Write this point down. I've given it to you every
[4:00] Speaker 2: week since we introduce this word, and I want you
[4:03] Speaker 2: to keep writing it until you get it. Fixing your
[4:06] Speaker 2: eyes on Jesus gives you the faith to focus. If
[4:12] Speaker 2: you make Jesus the priority, he will speak to you
[4:16] Speaker 2: about everything under him. If you make Jesus the priority,
[4:23] Speaker 2: the supreme, he will speak to you about your wife,
[4:27] Speaker 2: your husband, your family, your future, your finances, your frustration.
[4:31] Speaker 2: He'll speak to you about everything that's under him. But
[4:34] Speaker 2: if it's not under him. And that's why so many
[4:39] Speaker 2: of us are focusing on the things we need to
[4:41] Speaker 2: be fixed, but we have not made Jesus the priority.
[4:45] Speaker 3: That's why I say this every week.
[4:46] Speaker 2: Fixing your eyes on Jesus gives you the faith to focus.
[4:51] Speaker 3: And one of the things that we have been.
[4:53] Speaker 2: Walking through in the past four weeks is we've been
[4:56] Speaker 2: focusing on what Jesus says about our finances. And I
[5:00] Speaker 2: just want to say, as the pastor of a church
[5:03] Speaker 2: who listens to God's word and listens to these messages,
[5:08] Speaker 2: y'all to call this given church in history. You can
[5:13] Speaker 2: celebrate about that right now. Specily, people did y'all see
[5:18] Speaker 2: what we got to do for a church today?
[5:23] Speaker 3: If you're just watching the message we were able.
[5:25] Speaker 2: To watch this go back to the side of town
[5:30] Speaker 2: that this church was started in in North Tulsa, on
[5:34] Speaker 2: the other side of the tracks where the Race massacre
[5:37] Speaker 2: happened in nineteen twenty one, where our bishop and first
[5:40] Speaker 2: lady were told to go there to reverse the curse,
[5:44] Speaker 2: and they begin to plant and sow seeds in that area.
[5:47] Speaker 2: God started to bless this church so much that there
[5:50] Speaker 2: was no building in North Tulsa that would fit all
[5:53] Speaker 2: that God was doing. So God took us to the
[5:55] Speaker 2: other side of town and gave us an arena that
[5:59] Speaker 2: the city of Bitch be built. And that is set
[6:01] Speaker 2: and we paid that thing off in five months.
[6:04] Speaker 3: I just want to watch.
[6:07] Speaker 2: But God told us that our seed would never.
[6:09] Speaker 3: Leave the place where it started. There was a.
[6:12] Speaker 2: Church that emailed us because we got known for helping
[6:16] Speaker 2: churches in need or helping nonprofits in need. And the
[6:19] Speaker 2: only way we can do that is because the faithful
[6:21] Speaker 2: giving tithing and understanding of the principles we're talking about
[6:25] Speaker 2: of the people of this house. So they called needed
[6:27] Speaker 2: to close on a building by faith did not have
[6:30] Speaker 2: the money money. Our team saw the email was moved
[6:33] Speaker 2: with compassion. Hear what I just said, was moved with
[6:37] Speaker 2: compassion because everything that comes in. We can't do everything,
[6:40] Speaker 2: but God has put us in a position to do
[6:42] Speaker 2: some things. And you do for one what you can't
[6:44] Speaker 2: do for all, because that one God will honor. And
[6:47] Speaker 2: we were moved with compassion. We were able to help
[6:50] Speaker 2: that church and they are now sitting in a brand
[6:52] Speaker 2: new building in North Tulsa. Come on now, watch past
[7:01] Speaker 2: some Mike. Why are you saying that? Because we were
[7:03] Speaker 2: able to do that with less than ten percent of
[7:07] Speaker 2: the people in this church participating in consistent giving. But
[7:14] Speaker 2: can I give you a good report since we started
[7:17] Speaker 2: this series, people who have decided to tithe has gone
[7:21] Speaker 2: up thirty five percent. Y'all got to hear me. Past
[7:28] Speaker 2: Some Mike, why are you celebrating because the church has
[7:31] Speaker 2: more money? The church is fine, But the people were
[7:36] Speaker 2: able to help. The churches were able to help, the
[7:41] Speaker 2: ministries were able to help. We get to do more because.
[7:44] Speaker 3: We honor God.
[7:50] Speaker 2: And for years people are gonna still say it's all
[7:53] Speaker 2: about money.
[7:53] Speaker 3: This is not all about money. It's all about being
[7:56] Speaker 3: a resource.
[8:01] Speaker 2: And because of that, because of what God is doing
[8:04] Speaker 2: here and people not just being hearers of the Word,
[8:08] Speaker 2: but doers of the word. I want to say I'm
[8:09] Speaker 2: proud of you as your spiritual leader, because can't nobody
[8:13] Speaker 2: make you do nothing. You have to decide. And I
[8:19] Speaker 2: just want to say I am believing God. This week,
[8:23] Speaker 2: I was praying earnestly prove yourself to your people, God Father,
[8:29] Speaker 2: for every person that's stepped out in this new place
[8:33] Speaker 2: of faith.
[8:34] Speaker 3: We even had.
[8:34] Speaker 2: Staff members and people that have been attached to the
[8:37] Speaker 2: ministry getting new understandings of this stuff and start stepping y'all.
[8:41] Speaker 2: This is not about keeping the lights on. This is
[8:44] Speaker 2: about being the light of the world. Oh my God.
[8:53] Speaker 2: And I know it's hard to believe because you haven't
[8:54] Speaker 2: seen many churches do it. But we've been called to
[8:57] Speaker 2: do one thing, represent God. And at the end of
[9:02] Speaker 2: the day, it will be said, when it comes to finances, stewardship,
[9:06] Speaker 2: and generosity that this this place would be one of
[9:11] Speaker 2: the Yeah, let me be careful because I don't want
[9:15] Speaker 2: to give no ammunition to our haters. But this place
[9:22] Speaker 2: will be one of the greatest distribution sinners in the
[9:30] Speaker 2: Kingdom of God for the expansion of His work in
[9:35] Speaker 2: the earth. Today. If I can just get at least
[9:37] Speaker 2: a thousand people to give God praise with me for that.
[9:44] Speaker 3: So proud of you.
[9:46] Speaker 2: That's what Mike, that's how you want to start discernment. Yes,
[9:49] Speaker 2: we're doing it. I don't. There's thirty five percent more people.
[9:54] Speaker 2: I'm not convincing, And I just want to say for
[9:58] Speaker 2: every family and I that it is taking this step.
[10:02] Speaker 2: This is the place that you get to step into
[10:05] Speaker 2: a whole new level that I'm gonna talk to you
[10:08] Speaker 2: about today.
[10:09] Speaker 3: But before we go to.
[10:10] Speaker 2: The next level, I gotta stop, and I gotta address
[10:14] Speaker 2: a couple of people that may be on the fringe,
[10:16] Speaker 2: that are not bad people, not rebellious people.
[10:18] Speaker 3: They have a real quandary. And I heard it.
[10:23] Speaker 2: Somebody came up to one of our pastors in the
[10:25] Speaker 2: lobby last week. And I've heard this every year that
[10:28] Speaker 2: I've done this, and I was like, Holy Spirit, could
[10:30] Speaker 2: you just give me a concise way.
[10:31] Speaker 3: To be able to share with the.
[10:32] Speaker 2: People your heart on this, because most people, when it
[10:36] Speaker 2: comes to it, they were like, but it's an Old
[10:38] Speaker 2: Testament principle, it's under the law, it's all Testament. And
[10:44] Speaker 2: I want to come to say, yes, it is an
[10:48] Speaker 2: uptithing is an Old Testament principle. Did everybody hear me
[10:53] Speaker 2: say that. I just just for everybody that wants to know.
[10:56] Speaker 2: But that's an incomplete statement if I stop there, So
[11:01] Speaker 2: write this down. Tithing is an Old Testament principle that
[11:05] Speaker 2: came through the Cross with New Testament power.
[11:11] Speaker 3: I want to be very clear about this.
[11:14] Speaker 2: It is an Old Testament principle that was passed through
[11:19] Speaker 2: the Cross, and Jesus brings it up in the New Testament.
[11:24] Speaker 2: It made it pass the drop off point. There are
[11:30] Speaker 2: Old Testament principles that when Jesus came to fulfill the law,
[11:35] Speaker 2: he made some of them die, and then he said,
[11:39] Speaker 2: you get a pass because they gonna need that over there. Okay,
[11:43] Speaker 2: all right, right, just make sure you wrote down the point.
[11:46] Speaker 2: Tithing is an Old Testament principle that came where through
[11:50] Speaker 2: the cross, and now it has New Testament power. Let
[11:56] Speaker 2: me prove it to you in Jesus's words after chapter five,
[12:01] Speaker 2: verse seventeen. Don't misunderstand because a bunch of y'all misunderstanding me.
[12:05] Speaker 2: Let me tell you why I've come. I did not
[12:08] Speaker 2: come to abolish the law of Moses or the writings
[12:13] Speaker 2: of the prophet. I didn't come to tear everything up.
[12:17] Speaker 2: I said to him, who did God? Who did Moses
[12:22] Speaker 2: go to talk with on the mountain? God's not censor
[12:27] Speaker 2: frinded he didn't say something then that he didn't know
[12:33] Speaker 2: what he was gonna say and how it was gonna
[12:35] Speaker 2: impact there. He made the laws so unreachable that you
[12:43] Speaker 2: would not be able to live this life without him.
[12:48] Speaker 2: So when Moses went up got the ten commandments, they
[12:51] Speaker 2: also got almost four hundred and forty commandments that they
[12:54] Speaker 2: were supposed to follow. And what he's saying is, I'm
[12:57] Speaker 2: gonna make this list so exhaustive that they realize they
[13:02] Speaker 2: can't do this without me and some of us geniuses
[13:06] Speaker 2: in this human flesh skin was like, no, I'm gonna
[13:08] Speaker 2: do all four to forty. I'm gonna do all of
[13:11] Speaker 2: them right the list, Dell check one, check two.
[13:13] Speaker 3: Check three.
[13:14] Speaker 2: And people since the law has come have been trying
[13:17] Speaker 2: to work their way into heaven instead of actually relying
[13:24] Speaker 2: on the promises in the Word of God. So what
[13:27] Speaker 2: ends up happening is Jesus says, this ain't working.
[13:31] Speaker 3: They can't keep the law.
[13:32] Speaker 2: They're fighting about everything, they don't know nothing. I gotta
[13:36] Speaker 2: do it, Jesus go and beat the bridge to a
[13:43] Speaker 2: better contract. The old contract don't work. I need a
[13:50] Speaker 2: new covenant to be established. So Jesus comes dies on
[13:55] Speaker 2: the cross, and there are things that were said in
[13:59] Speaker 2: the Old Testament that Jesus comes to either fulfil and
[14:05] Speaker 2: remove or he upgrades the principle and he raises it.
[14:14] Speaker 3: Everybody, hear what I'm saying. Y'all still with me right now?
[14:17] Speaker 2: Old Testament principle, Jesus comes, write it down. Jesus didn't
[14:22] Speaker 2: come to lower the bar. He either removed it or
[14:25] Speaker 2: raised it. Okay. So I know there's some people that's like, Okay,
[14:30] Speaker 2: you gotta explain this. There are principles that got through
[14:36] Speaker 2: the cross. Can you bring me the cross because if
[14:37] Speaker 2: they see it, I need them. If they see If
[14:40] Speaker 2: y'all see this, it's gonna change you forever. Because right
[14:43] Speaker 2: here it's all my issues, all my That was the
[14:47] Speaker 2: nicest boss up that this is the Old Testament. This
[14:53] Speaker 2: is me trying to work my way. Me and my
[14:55] Speaker 2: kids play this game called the floor is lava. Let's
[14:58] Speaker 2: just act like if I all right here, the floor
[15:01] Speaker 2: is lava, you just stay right there. And what happens
[15:05] Speaker 2: is my flesh wants to jump to it. My flesh
[15:11] Speaker 2: wants to make it happen, but Jesus said, don't jump
[15:15] Speaker 2: because you're gonna fall. And some of y'all right now,
[15:18] Speaker 2: is like, that's not a big jump. There's our position
[15:21] Speaker 2: that you that is unvisible right now, that you can't
[15:24] Speaker 2: see that when you try to jump to it. But
[15:27] Speaker 2: that's the new coven it over there, that's the new promise.
[15:30] Speaker 2: That's grace and mercy, that's God forgiving me. That's everything
[15:34] Speaker 2: that I need.
[15:35] Speaker 3: And so I.
[15:36] Speaker 2: Can't do it by myself here, so he said, I'm
[15:38] Speaker 2: sending Jesus, and what this cross is gonna do is
[15:43] Speaker 2: not be a barrier. It's gonna be a bridge. Yeah, Jesus,
[15:53] Speaker 2: I need you to die because they actually can't make
[15:56] Speaker 2: it on their own.
[15:57] Speaker 3: And so there's an Old.
[16:00] Speaker 2: Testament lifestyle that Jesus comes to be the final sacrifice,
[16:07] Speaker 2: the lamb that was slain.
[16:08] Speaker 3: So okay, so let me let me help you.
[16:12] Speaker 2: One of the Old Testament principles that didn't make it
[16:17] Speaker 2: past the cross was animal sacrifice. So when Jesus came,
[16:24] Speaker 2: he said, I'm gonna be the lamb that was no
[16:29] Speaker 2: more animal sacrifice because I died. So you can believe
[16:33] Speaker 2: in me and come to this New Covenant, and so
[16:40] Speaker 2: many believers are leaving principles that God wanted to actually
[16:49] Speaker 2: transform your life over here because it started over here,
[16:55] Speaker 2: but he tried. Let me give you another one that
[16:57] Speaker 2: that that that made it through because y'all don't like
[17:00] Speaker 2: to tithe them one the tithe them when you want
[17:01] Speaker 2: to stay over here. Y'all don't want that one over there.
[17:04] Speaker 2: I know you don't want the time to give in
[17:06] Speaker 2: the money. No, no, keep that in the Old Testament. We
[17:08] Speaker 2: are not under the law.
[17:09] Speaker 3: Okay, coo cool, coo cool.
[17:11] Speaker 2: But honor your mother and father and the Lord, for
[17:15] Speaker 2: this is right and will lead to long life.
[17:20] Speaker 3: Y'all know where that's found.
[17:23] Speaker 2: That's an Old Testament principle that made it through the
[17:28] Speaker 2: Cross into the New Covenant. So it's an Old Testament
[17:34] Speaker 2: principle with New Testament power.
[17:39] Speaker 3: Do y'all hear what I'm saying? So I gotta walk
[17:42] Speaker 3: back over here and get some of y'all.
[17:45] Speaker 2: Because there's some people camped out. That tithing's an Old
[17:48] Speaker 2: Testament principle, but it made it through the Cross because
[17:54] Speaker 2: Jesus talks about it, and literally when he talks about it,
[17:58] Speaker 2: he talks about it kind of annoyed. Y'all don't believe me,
[18:05] Speaker 2: Matthew twenty three, twenty three. I'm just gonna read the
[18:07] Speaker 2: part he literally says in the New Testament, what Testament
[18:12] Speaker 2: we talk about? That's over here? It made it through
[18:14] Speaker 2: the Cross. He said you should tithe, and literally in
[18:19] Speaker 2: the scripture it just says yes after it. And I
[18:24] Speaker 2: love when that happens because it's like God answering the
[18:27] Speaker 2: question that he knew we was gonna ask, and we
[18:28] Speaker 2: weren't even there to ask it. You should tie todd. Yes,
[18:34] Speaker 2: that's how it reads. But then he gets a little
[18:37] Speaker 2: frustrated in his tone. But don't neglect the more important things,
[18:44] Speaker 2: y'all still talking about tithing.
[18:47] Speaker 3: There's more important things. We should be talking about, returning
[18:51] Speaker 3: a portion of.
[18:52] Speaker 2: What I gave.
[18:53] Speaker 4: You.
[18:55] Speaker 3: Don't forget the more important things.
[18:57] Speaker 2: And this is the enemy's trick, and I want to
[18:59] Speaker 2: expose him today. Arguing about the tithe keeps you from
[19:03] Speaker 2: the more important things, which is called a distraction. And
[19:08] Speaker 2: God has told Transformation Church this year to do what
[19:10] Speaker 2: folk and so I want to just give this framework
[19:17] Speaker 2: that the principles that make it through the Cross have
[19:20] Speaker 2: another level of power when you actually obey them in
[19:25] Speaker 2: the New Covenant.
[19:27] Speaker 3: So watch this, write this down.
[19:29] Speaker 2: Don't waste all your faith on the fundamentals of giving.
[19:33] Speaker 2: Graduate to the fund of generosity. If I could come
[19:39] Speaker 2: to tell you anything, because the enemy would love for
[19:42] Speaker 2: you to stay over here fighting about something that keeps
[19:47] Speaker 2: you at a low level. And it's fundamental the literally,
[19:52] Speaker 2: there's a place in the Bible that says this is
[19:53] Speaker 2: ordinary behavior for believers. This is ordinance ordinary. And I
[20:00] Speaker 2: just believe there's some people that's like, this is under
[20:02] Speaker 2: the law. Yes, it's an old Testament principle that made
[20:07] Speaker 2: it through the cross, that has New Testament power.
[20:11] Speaker 3: Are you going to hell if you never tithe?
[20:14] Speaker 2: No? Can I be very good? People try to use fear,
[20:19] Speaker 2: But the Bible tells us that when we give, we
[20:21] Speaker 2: should give with no compulsion. No, we shouldn't be sweating,
[20:24] Speaker 2: We shouldn't be scared of nothing. No no, no, no, no
[20:26] Speaker 2: no no no. I give I return. I'm generous because
[20:32] Speaker 2: I understand who first gave from me. And number two,
[20:36] Speaker 2: I understand that this is a principle. Watch this that
[20:40] Speaker 2: works on the just and the unjust. Okay, okay, let
[20:46] Speaker 2: me stop because some of y'all gonna get mad because
[20:48] Speaker 2: you're looking at people who don't serve God, who've cherry.
[20:51] Speaker 3: Picked the principle.
[20:56] Speaker 2: If you go look at most organizations, they have a
[21:00] Speaker 2: certain allocated amount of money, usually more than ten percent
[21:05] Speaker 2: that goes to charities, nonprofits, widows, orphans. Some of y'all
[21:10] Speaker 2: in the business arena know what I'm talking about. They
[21:13] Speaker 2: literally have cherry picked the principle and have worked the
[21:17] Speaker 2: principle without watch the God of the principle and still
[21:24] Speaker 2: seeing results that we mad at. Yet we're over here
[21:30] Speaker 2: arguing about the fundamentals and never get into the fund
[21:35] Speaker 2: of generosity. Okay, because the Bible says in Acts twenty
[21:39] Speaker 2: thirty five, I'm just giving you scripture for all of
[21:40] Speaker 2: this that there is a place you can get where

[22:19] Speaker 2: you stay nothing's wrong with all those things. But when
[22:22] Speaker 2: you stay in giving or no excuse me, stay in
[22:25] Speaker 2: getting yea. When you stay in getting, you can never
[22:29] Speaker 2: fully unlock giving. I'm trying to break the things that
[22:37] Speaker 2: keep you in the place to see what can I
[22:38] Speaker 2: get out of it? Instead of seeing what can I
[22:41] Speaker 2: give to it? Jesus never showed up anywhere and it
[22:45] Speaker 2: was like, hmm, there's a lot of people here, what
[22:47] Speaker 2: can I get out of this? He always showed up
[22:50] Speaker 2: everywhere and says, what am I about to add value to?
[22:53] Speaker 2: What am I about to give? Who am I gonna heal?
[22:55] Speaker 2: Where is there a need? Where can I be an answer?
[23:00] Speaker 2: And until we even start thinking like that, I'm not
[23:04] Speaker 2: saying you gotta do it yet. I'm just trying to
[23:06] Speaker 2: get you thinking like that. I'm trying to get you
[23:09] Speaker 2: thinking of Who's Christmas you're gonna pay for this year?
[23:14] Speaker 2: It's April. It's April. You can plan a cruise and
[23:19] Speaker 2: go own it for six thousand dollars on Christmas or
[23:24] Speaker 2: you can ask the Holy Spirit Father, what am I
[23:27] Speaker 2: supposed to do with this extra resource that you gave me?
[23:30] Speaker 2: Am I supposed to answer something that I see around
[23:33] Speaker 2: me or that I don't even know right now? That
[23:35] Speaker 2: you're gonna give me the wisdom to do something with
[23:40] Speaker 2: just a suggestion. It's more blessed to And some of
[23:49] Speaker 2: you are so low in your resources, or it has
[23:52] Speaker 2: such a grip on your heart that the thought of
[23:55] Speaker 2: that feels Watch this offensive. No, that's what I'm about
[24:02] Speaker 2: to get. You'll never say it like that. But the
[24:05] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit told me to come challenge you, because if
[24:09] Speaker 2: you get into the fun of generosity, then you get
[24:14] Speaker 2: to unlock the principle. Watch this of multiplication. Now, I
[24:19] Speaker 2: didn't like a lot of subjects in school. A lot
[24:23] Speaker 2: of them I just hated. But there was a certain
[24:27] Speaker 2: level of math that got me excited. Now, when you
[24:30] Speaker 2: got into a's and b's and angles and the things
[24:33] Speaker 2: starting the equal letters, I was out of there. It
[24:40] Speaker 2: was a rap. But the place where I felt like
[24:43] Speaker 2: I excelled was multiplication. I got twelve on twelve forty four.
[24:49] Speaker 3: I'm like, do you know what I'm saying?
[24:50] Speaker 2: You could get? And then there's little tricks that you
[24:52] Speaker 2: could do to do bigger numbers and one hundred and
[24:54] Speaker 2: twenty four like if you get you know what I'm
[24:55] Speaker 2: saying that multiplication. I had that thing, and I started
[25:00] Speaker 2: to think about it as most believers live in addition
[25:02] Speaker 2: and subtraction. What can I add to this? What are
[25:08] Speaker 2: they taking away from me? But Jesus I found in
[25:13] Speaker 2: the word. His favorite form of math was multiplication.
[25:19] Speaker 3: Y'all know.
[25:19] Speaker 2: He started out with twelve disciples, right, three main ones
[25:23] Speaker 2: y'all know at the end of his ministry that were
[25:25] Speaker 2: over five hundred people following him.
[25:27] Speaker 3: They don't even name all the other people.
[25:30] Speaker 2: But somehow everywhere Jesus showed up to it started off
[25:34] Speaker 2: small and then drastically multiplied.
[25:38] Speaker 5: Somebody just saying multiply, ooh we we If you get
[25:45] Speaker 5: this principle of actually doing the fundamentals, you get to
[25:51] Speaker 5: unlock the next level, which is multiplication. So today, for
[25:57] Speaker 5: all of the people plus the thirty five percent who
[25:59] Speaker 5: have stepped into this next level, and I believe the
[26:01] Speaker 5: other fifteen to twenty percent that about to step into it,
[26:04] Speaker 5: I want to teach you a principle that you're gonna
[26:07] Speaker 5: be able to use for the rest of your life
[26:09] Speaker 5: to unlock more.
[26:13] Speaker 2: And it's the principle of multiplication. Here we go, Luke,
[26:17] Speaker 2: Chapter nine, verse ten. Today I'm gonna teach you how
[26:21] Speaker 2: to work this principle. Somebody say work it now, some
[26:24] Speaker 2: of y'all when I say work it, there's only one
[26:26] Speaker 2: thing that come to your mind. You just start going low.
[26:29] Speaker 2: And all I'm saying to you today is I'm gonna
[26:32] Speaker 2: teach you another way to work it. Luke, Chapter nine,
[26:36] Speaker 2: verse ten. It says, and the apostles, when they had returned,
[26:43] Speaker 2: told him all that they had done. Then he took
[26:47] Speaker 2: them aside privately into a deserted place, to the city
[26:51] Speaker 2: called Bethsta. But when the multitudes knew it, they followed him.
[26:56] Speaker 2: This is the multiplication. He tried to sneak in and
[26:59] Speaker 2: people was just following when him everywhere. This is Jesus,
[27:02] Speaker 2: and he received them, and he spoke to them about
[27:05] Speaker 2: the Kingdom of God, and he healed those who had
[27:08] Speaker 2: needs of healing. When the day began to wear away,
[27:14] Speaker 2: So just get the picture, Jesus rolls into town.
[27:17] Speaker 3: Bunch of people come up. They say it's about.
[27:19] Speaker 2: Twenty to twenty five thousand people that day. They believe
[27:22] Speaker 2: most theologians that it's the biggest sermon, the biggest crowd
[27:25] Speaker 2: at one time he's ever preached to. He was like,
[27:27] Speaker 2: all right, I gotta feed these people. And he starts
[27:30] Speaker 2: a sermon series, not a sermon, a sermon series.
[27:36] Speaker 3: How do we know that?
[27:36] Speaker 2: Because he said he started printing in the morning, and
[27:39] Speaker 2: it said when.
[27:39] Speaker 3: The day begin to wear away.
[27:42] Speaker 2: Now I don't know what time that exactly is, but
[27:46] Speaker 2: if you are at the point where you said the
[27:48] Speaker 2: day the day is woe out, it's probably late. It
[27:55] Speaker 2: says when the day begin to wear away. The twelve
[28:00] Speaker 2: disciples said, we are hungry. This is too much, this
[28:03] Speaker 2: is powerful, but we need to go. How are we
[28:06] Speaker 2: gonna get up out of here? They said, we got
[28:09] Speaker 2: a plan. We're gonna tell Jesus. The people is hungry.
[28:13] Speaker 2: Chick fil a church is chicken about to clothes. People
[28:17] Speaker 2: need something to eat. We ain't got nothing here. So
[28:19] Speaker 2: they go up to him and say, send the multitudes away, Jesus,
[28:23] Speaker 2: that they may go to the surrounding towns and countries
[28:26] Speaker 2: and lodge and get provisions for we are in this
[28:29] Speaker 2: deserted place. But when Jesus heard what they said, listen,
[28:33] Speaker 2: to how he ignored what they said and gave them
[28:37] Speaker 2: a responsibility. Lord, the people need something, so they need
[28:44] Speaker 2: to go to a place that has it. You give
[28:47] Speaker 2: them something to eat. Hold on, wait a minute, Jesus
[28:54] Speaker 2: the plan was to let the people go to a
[28:57] Speaker 2: place of provision. Jesus said, I put them with people
[29:01] Speaker 2: of provision. They wanted to send them to a place,
[29:07] Speaker 2: and he wanted to raise a people. And many times
[29:10] Speaker 2: most of us as disciples want to farm out the
[29:14] Speaker 2: responsibility to meet the need instead of become the well
[29:18] Speaker 2: that people drink from. Oh God, He's trying to teach
[29:23] Speaker 2: the disciples an eternal lesson so that we can know
[29:26] Speaker 2: every problem doesn't have to be solved out there. There
[29:32] Speaker 2: are places of faith where you become the solution to
[29:36] Speaker 2: the problem. That is everybody else's okay, here we go.
[29:41] Speaker 2: Just to let everybody know we're not taking up an
[29:42] Speaker 2: offering today. There's one hundred dollars lines after this. We're
[29:45] Speaker 2: not doing anything. This is not leading to any place
[29:47] Speaker 2: of manipulation. Because I can feel people starting to hold on,
[29:52] Speaker 2: Wait a minute, hold on, they're gonna ask for something.
[29:54] Speaker 2: Don't need nothing from you. I want you to get
[29:58] Speaker 2: this principle, because some of you are about to unlock
[30:01] Speaker 2: something that's gonna change generational habits, patterns, and mindsets that
[30:09] Speaker 2: have kept people from doing God's will. And I'm so excited.
[30:13] Speaker 2: Y'all ready to go with me? I'm about to teach
[30:14] Speaker 2: you all.
[30:14] Speaker 3: Right, here we go.
[30:16] Speaker 2: So Jesus says, you give them something to eat. Look
[30:18] Speaker 2: at your neighbor and say you feed them. Come on,
[30:21] Speaker 2: come on to look at your neighbor. Pick the other one.
[30:23] Speaker 2: You didn't say nothing to say you feed them. Do
[30:27] Speaker 2: not be surprised. Do not be surprised. If God tells
[30:31] Speaker 2: you to feed the people He's placed you around.
[30:37] Speaker 3: The church should really do something hm.
[30:42] Speaker 2: Hm. And they talking to you now, I'm gonna send
[30:47] Speaker 2: an email hm or no organization that does that. While
[30:54] Speaker 2: would God bring them to one of his representatives? Let
[31:00] Speaker 2: a need be presented. But the disciples had the reaction
[31:09] Speaker 2: most of us, I would say. And the disciples said
[31:12] Speaker 2: verse thirteen, in the middle, we have no more than
[31:15] Speaker 2: five lows and two fish that we stole. There was
[31:25] Speaker 2: a little boy with a long john silver snackpag, two fish,
[31:30] Speaker 2: and five hossepuppies turtle sauce. They jacked a little boy
[31:35] Speaker 2: and said this all we have unless we go buy
[31:41] Speaker 2: and buy food, unless you plan fun to go buy
[31:50] Speaker 2: food for all these people. So they thought that it
[31:59] Speaker 2: was preposterous.
[32:01] Speaker 3: The disciples heart posture.
[32:03] Speaker 2: Is being so exposed. The disciples thought it was preposterous
[32:09] Speaker 2: to actually get food for these people. What they did
[32:13] Speaker 2: not know is that that very scene of what they
[32:18] Speaker 2: thought was impossible, God was about to use that moment
[32:22] Speaker 2: to create a miracle that would never be forgotten. And
[32:27] Speaker 2: the disciples do like us. They was trying to remind
[32:30] Speaker 2: Jesus of the numbers. They said, it'd be crazy for
[32:34] Speaker 2: you to ask that.
[32:35] Speaker 6: Of us, because all these people and then to go
[32:38] Speaker 6: buy some food for there were about five thousand men there,
[32:40] Speaker 6: and back then they counted families, so they counted the men,
[32:44] Speaker 6: but per capita there would be two to three children
[32:46] Speaker 6: plus a wife.
[32:47] Speaker 2: So they think it's twenty to twenty five thousand. People
[32:49] Speaker 2: could have been more because they didn't have TV. Some
[32:54] Speaker 2: of y'all all get that later, it said, then he
[32:58] Speaker 2: said to the disciples. Then Jesus said to the disciples,
[33:05] Speaker 2: make the problem. Sit down in groups of fifty, organize
[33:10] Speaker 2: your problem. We don't got enough to feed them, this
[33:17] Speaker 2: is all we got organize it. And the disciples had
[33:22] Speaker 2: enough sense to obey Jesus and they made all of
[33:26] Speaker 2: them sit down in groups of fifty. Now, this is
[33:28] Speaker 2: a miracle in itself. Nobody talks about the miracle of
[33:30] Speaker 2: getting these people to sit down. I have four kids,
[33:33] Speaker 2: can't get them to sit down. Do y'all understand what
[33:37] Speaker 2: I'm saying? Twenty five thousand people, no microphone, no led screen,
[33:42] Speaker 2: no megaphone, twelve men, They hungry, they angry. The day
[33:49] Speaker 2: has long away, which tells.
[33:55] Speaker 3: Me there's a miracle of organization.
[33:59] Speaker 2: Some of y'all are sure overwhelmed by all of the
[34:01] Speaker 2: bills in the debt and the payback and the Robin
[34:05] Speaker 2: Peter to pay Paul and I ain't never had no money,
[34:07] Speaker 2: and I'm in overdraft, I'm and I'm living off credit
[34:10] Speaker 2: cards and I'm and you're so overwhelmed that there will
[34:13] Speaker 2: be a grace that God will give if you obey
[34:15] Speaker 2: him to take what is overwhelming and organize it. And
[34:22] Speaker 2: some of the believers, real miracle will not be in
[34:26] Speaker 2: the multiplication yet, It'll just be organizing what feels overwhelming.
[34:32] Speaker 2: I'm trying to be practical today to help somebody walk
[34:35] Speaker 2: into a whole nother level. Okay, here we go, this
[34:38] Speaker 2: is straight from scripture. Then Jesus what after they organized it?
[34:46] Speaker 2: The miracle cannot happen till you know the numbers.
[34:54] Speaker 3: Y'all want to be practical. She don't know how much
[34:56] Speaker 3: debt you in.
[34:58] Speaker 2: You have no idea what your loan payment is, what
[35:02] Speaker 2: your loan payment payoff is. And some of us have
[35:05] Speaker 2: believed the lie that will never get.
[35:07] Speaker 3: To that point, so we don't even think about it.
[35:11] Speaker 2: We ignored, and we're paying that twenty six dollars or
[35:13] Speaker 2: that two hundred dollars you just paying interest and sending
[35:15] Speaker 2: people on vacation.
[35:16] Speaker 3: Have no idea. At least they didn't take the car.
[35:19] Speaker 2: You're gonna end up paying for that car three times over.
[35:23] Speaker 2: And by the time you pay for it, it's broke
[35:25] Speaker 2: down and you need another one, and they wrap it
[35:26] Speaker 2: into another thing that gets you locked up in jail
[35:29] Speaker 2: for another. And I'm not trying to make anybody feel bad,
[35:31] Speaker 2: but the enemy prays on our ignorance and then the
[35:35] Speaker 2: superpower we have of faith to get out of those situations.
[35:38] Speaker 2: He lets us feel like it will never work, and
[35:40] Speaker 2: so he stills watch this our hope, and hope is
[35:44] Speaker 2: the fuel for faith because faith is the substance of things.
[35:49] Speaker 2: You can't go nowhere without hope. And so you're not
[35:53] Speaker 2: hoping to pay off that house. You not hoping to
[35:56] Speaker 2: get out of debt, you not hoping to not live
[35:58] Speaker 2: on credit cards.
[35:59] Speaker 3: You're not hoping.
[35:59] Speaker 2: So you don't even have the faith to believe that
[36:01] Speaker 2: God could do a miracle in that situation. And so
[36:04] Speaker 2: every time you move forward, you were like, I might
[36:06] Speaker 2: as well buy some shoes or come on, y'all, I
[36:11] Speaker 2: ain't gonta no hope of this house, ain't never gonna
[36:12] Speaker 2: be paid off all I'm be in this house when
[36:13] Speaker 2: all my kids gonna live in this house.
[36:15] Speaker 3: And you're telling your kids you're gonna live in this house.
[36:17] Speaker 2: It's a generational gym. No, it's broke down.
[36:19] Speaker 3: I don't want this.
[36:20] Speaker 2: But at the end of.
[36:25] Speaker 3: Don't give me your burden, because you couldn't believe.
[36:32] Speaker 2: A good man, a good woman leaves and then not bills.
[36:39] Speaker 2: Not that.
[36:42] Speaker 3: I'm just trying to help you.
[36:44] Speaker 2: We are transformed by the renewing of our and some
[36:48] Speaker 2: of us our mind is messed up when it comes
[36:50] Speaker 2: to this stuff.

[36:55] Speaker 2: Then Jesus, after they organized it, after they got their
[37:01] Speaker 2: numbers in their spreadsheets, and asked the friend that's better
[37:03] Speaker 2: with numbers to come over and have a debt collect party.

[37:13] Speaker 2: Then he took what was not enough. Then he took
[37:19] Speaker 2: the five, which was not enough for the disciples. I mean,
[37:26] Speaker 2: the disciples were hungry too, and there were only two fish,
[37:33] Speaker 2: five lows. It wasn't enough. Not just for the crowd,
[37:38] Speaker 2: it wasn't enough for the disciples. Jesus took what was
[37:47] Speaker 2: not enough, and he looked up to heaven and he
[37:52] Speaker 2: did two things.
[37:53] Speaker 7: He blessed it and he broke it. Hold on the
[38:01] Speaker 7: blessed was okay, but why you.
[38:04] Speaker 2: Break it because it already wasn't enough. And then you're
[38:10] Speaker 2: gonna ask for some more of it. And then he
[38:15] Speaker 2: gave them the broken pieces to the disciples to set
[38:22] Speaker 2: before the multitude. Can you just put yourself in this,
[38:26] Speaker 2: this this scene for one second. Jesus takes what's not enough.
[38:34] Speaker 2: They give it to him. He blesses it, he braces it,
[38:41] Speaker 2: and he says, here you go, Peter, here you go, John,
[38:46] Speaker 2: Now go give bro Did you hear what Jesus is
[38:56] Speaker 2: told to do. He said to get this away. This,
[39:02] Speaker 2: This ain't enough for me and you. Bro, Let's just
[39:06] Speaker 2: eat it. That's what we do. Bro, This ain't this
[39:14] Speaker 2: ain't enough to give to nobody else. If we give
[39:17] Speaker 2: it away, you gonna be hungry, and I'm gonna be hungry.
[39:19] Speaker 2: And you know he like to walk. We gotta get
[39:23] Speaker 2: our car about drates up.
[39:27] Speaker 3: This is gonna be an all night affair.
[39:28] Speaker 2: He gonna keep preaching. Everything's gonna be closed. Eat it.

[39:39] Speaker 2: careful who you're around when God asks you to do
[39:43] Speaker 2: something that seems crazy. Eat it, bro. Nah, Bro, let's

[41:26] Speaker 2: verse seventeen. So the people they ate and were filled,
[41:33] Speaker 2: and the multiplication happened so rapidly and so much that
[41:38] Speaker 2: afterwards there was twelve baskets of leftover fragments. They what
[41:45] Speaker 2: was not enough turned into go boxes. And I don't
[41:52] Speaker 2: think it's a coincidence that it was twelve of them left.
[41:57] Speaker 2: How many disciples were there just to prove the fact
[42:03] Speaker 2: what started out as not enough, when it's blessed, it's broken,
[42:08] Speaker 2: and it's given away. You unlock the principle of multification.
[42:15] Speaker 2: So let me give you. Let me give you the points.
[42:17] Speaker 2: Number one, it must be blessed before it is multiplied.
[42:22] Speaker 2: And the Bible tells us how we rebuke the devour
[42:26] Speaker 2: for our sake and our resources are blessed. Is watch
[42:29] Speaker 2: this you return to tithe they get they I didn't
[42:33] Speaker 2: say give it, they returned it. And I'm not gonna
[42:37] Speaker 2: preach about this anymore. I've preached about it. I've taught
[42:40] Speaker 2: you what the word says about it. All I'm trying
[42:42] Speaker 2: to say is you cannot unlock multiplication if you don't
[42:46] Speaker 2: do the first part. And I hear people be like, oh, yeah, man,
[42:51] Speaker 2: I gave an offering today and they've never tithed before.
[42:56] Speaker 2: And I was like, you you didn't.
[42:58] Speaker 3: You didn't give no offering, and they really think they did.
[43:01] Speaker 2: I just gave an offering. No no, no no no no
[43:03] Speaker 2: no no no.
[43:05] Speaker 3: You've never died, so it.
[43:08] Speaker 2: Doesn't register in heaven as an offer because you've never
[43:12] Speaker 2: done the requirement.
[43:15] Speaker 1: God.
[43:17] Speaker 3: What you just did was start on the requirement.
[43:23] Speaker 2: And what I'm saying is this is why I'm not
[43:26] Speaker 2: telling anybody. That's why sometimes when people doing.
[43:28] Speaker 3: Them one hundred minds and thousand dollars.
[43:29] Speaker 2: Lines and stuff, that's stupid, because the more poiant thing
[43:34] Speaker 2: to make a disciple would teach them to.
[43:37] Speaker 8: Be consistent with whatever little God gives them.
[43:41] Speaker 2: Not a thousand dollars one time, be faithful with ten.
[43:45] Speaker 3: Every week.
[43:47] Speaker 2: Do what God requires you to do every time. He did.
[43:50] Speaker 2: If you're trying to build somebody that's not not not
[43:53] Speaker 2: swayed by economy and swayed by what's coming and going,
[43:58] Speaker 2: he said, just do it my way, and I promise
[44:00] Speaker 2: you'll never have lack. And so what I'm telling you
[44:05] Speaker 2: is it has to be blessed before it's multiplied. Second thing,
[44:10] Speaker 2: it must be given away before it's multiplied. Okay, I
[44:15] Speaker 2: want you to think about this. And it hit me
[44:18] Speaker 2: a few years ago when I was preaching this. The
[44:20] Speaker 2: miracle did not happen in Jesus's hand. The miracle happened
[44:26] Speaker 2: in the hands of the disciples. The miracle you're looking
[44:30] Speaker 2: for in your resources, in your finance and your business
[44:35] Speaker 2: is not gonna happen anywhere else than in your hands.
[44:40] Speaker 2: When you obey God to give it away.
[44:45] Speaker 3: You gotta work it.
[44:47] Speaker 2: Somebody say work it. Say it like you mean it,
[44:49] Speaker 2: say work it. If you work this principle, it changes everything.
[44:55] Speaker 2: This is the principle of multiplication. I'm gonna give you
[44:58] Speaker 2: an acronym that I hope you never forget.
[45:00] Speaker 3: And then were going home. We got one more week in.
[45:03] Speaker 2: This series that's gonna be life changing, and then it's
[45:07] Speaker 2: Eastern And what we're going to do is we're gonna
[45:10] Speaker 2: celebrate all God's done in our lives, and we're gonna
[45:13] Speaker 2: celebrate his resurrection, and we're gonna invite people, and we're
[45:16] Speaker 2: gonna do that.
[45:16] Speaker 3: But what happens after Eastern what happens after we celebrate?
[45:23] Speaker 2: Do we make this cross null and void because we
[45:26] Speaker 2: stay away from the principles that would transform our lives?
[45:31] Speaker 2: And this group of people who've already bought into the

[46:11] Speaker 2: in the world right now of people who are allergic

[46:25] Speaker 2: no matter how much technology comes into the world, no
[46:27] Speaker 2: matter how many times you have gotten a check from
[46:30] Speaker 2: government assistance, no matter how much your money comes from investments,
[46:34] Speaker 2: that does not absolve you.
[46:37] Speaker 3: From working.
[46:39] Speaker 2: And there's this American dream thing that has come into
[46:43] Speaker 2: the Western culture that is not biblical that at some
[46:48] Speaker 2: point you're going to retire.
[46:51] Speaker 3: You might retire.
[46:53] Speaker 2: From a job, but you're never supposed to stop working.
[47:01] Speaker 3: You reframe it. You may not need the money, but
[47:07] Speaker 3: you need the work.
[47:11] Speaker 2: Work was given to man in the garden before he
[47:14] Speaker 2: had a woman. He had something to do, He had
[47:19] Speaker 2: an assignment to complete. He had a responsibility that was
[47:24] Speaker 2: on his should. I don't care that all you your
[47:28] Speaker 2: parents worked hard, left you millions of dollars. The goal
[47:32] Speaker 2: for your life now is to never worry about money.
[47:36] Speaker 2: But you still gotta find that thing that God is placed.
[47:39] Speaker 3: On the inside of you.
[47:41] Speaker 2: And you got a say it with me. Work.
[47:45] Speaker 3: And there are too many.
[47:46] Speaker 2: People escaping the process of development that God has for
[47:52] Speaker 2: you because you have found a cozy spot, just a
[48:00] Speaker 2: little cozy spot, got some girl paying for all your stuff,
[48:06] Speaker 2: won't marry her, but your insecure got her up there
[48:11] Speaker 2: flying you out. I'm sorry that felt personal. You done
[48:22] Speaker 2: found a cozy spot where the requirement can help you survive.
[48:28] Speaker 2: But your purpose is withering away because you won't work.
[48:36] Speaker 2: And if you're gonna ever unlock this principle of multiplication,
[48:39] Speaker 2: God gives this to people who work. Let me just
[48:43] Speaker 2: prove it to you. Proverbs fourteen twenty three. Work brings profit,
[48:48] Speaker 2: but mere talk leads to poverty. Colossians three, twenty three,
[48:53] Speaker 2: twenty four. Y'all, I had to cut this down. I
[48:54] Speaker 2: had so many scriptures. I was just gonna cut up.
[48:56] Speaker 2: I'm gonna have to do a series called work, work, Work, work, work,
[49:00] Speaker 2: because there is no I'm not even playing. There are
[49:03] Speaker 2: so many principles in God's Word about work. And I'm
[49:07] Speaker 2: not saying you gotta work at a job. But if
[49:09] Speaker 2: you're gonna be a stay at home mom and you're
[49:10] Speaker 2: gonna be.
[49:10] Speaker 3: A parent, work, You don't gotta be.
[49:14] Speaker 2: Your husband's taking care of the situation. Work them kids
[49:18] Speaker 2: should know some stuff that other kids don't know. No,
[49:23] Speaker 2: I'm saying, okay, I'm saying work that position, like I'm
[49:28] Speaker 2: saying make it intentional, like I'm saying, don't be scrolling
[49:31] Speaker 2: looking what everybody else is doing. You're distracted and you're
[49:35] Speaker 2: not cus some mic because I don't have no formal job.
[49:42] Speaker 2: It's okay, I'm retired from job.
[49:44] Speaker 3: I got three pensions.
[49:45] Speaker 2: Like it's okay, but you still need to work. This
[49:49] Speaker 2: is the beautiful time where you could go up to
[49:51] Speaker 2: a nonprofit, or go to that school, or actually go to.
[49:54] Speaker 3: That business and actually be a light in the midst
[49:56] Speaker 3: of darkness.
[49:57] Speaker 2: Instead of watching soapropers all day, you can actually go
[50:00] Speaker 2: and be a light in the midst of darkness. This
[50:02] Speaker 2: is why Colossians three twenty three says.
[50:04] Speaker 3: Whatever you do, I love it.
[50:08] Speaker 2: Whatever you do, some of y'all could just start mowing
[50:12] Speaker 2: lawns for.
[50:13] Speaker 3: People you like mowing lawns. Don't mow everybody's line.
[50:19] Speaker 2: Don't need no money, don't need you pay.

[50:27] Speaker 2: Do y'all know what work is. Work is a development
[50:30] Speaker 2: tool to figure out what you can give. It's a
[50:35] Speaker 2: reason to keep you in a process long enough to
[50:39] Speaker 2: discover what you have to give, and then a con
[50:42] Speaker 2: constant practice of giving it. And most people why is
[50:46] Speaker 2: work important because most people would never give what's not required.
[50:51] Speaker 2: So the first thing Jesus did, the first thing God did,
[50:55] Speaker 2: is say, Adam, get in this garden and work. Oh
[51:00] Speaker 2: another thing. Name all these animals zebra zebra, that look
[51:09] Speaker 2: like a zebra. Uhrrr Rhina rhinas, right, rhinoceros. Think of
[51:20] Speaker 2: the creativity, Think of the intentionality, think of the spelling.
[51:25] Speaker 3: The find he was working.
[51:30] Speaker 2: Whatever you find to do, work at it with all
[51:33] Speaker 2: your heart, as if you were working for the Lord,
[51:39] Speaker 2: not for no humans, since you know that you will
[51:42] Speaker 2: receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward for work.
[51:48] Speaker 3: The inheritance from the Lord is for work.
[51:53] Speaker 2: It is the Lord Christ you are serving when you work.
[51:57] Speaker 2: It's not about impact first, It's about the investment. All

[53:20] Speaker 2: you'll give somebody a platform that thinks you're gonna get

[55:23] Speaker 2: I was about to step into as the passor of
[55:24] Speaker 2: a church, he said, I cannot hand this building over
[55:28] Speaker 2: until he has a paid off building. And there are
[55:31] Speaker 2: people in here that gave to that building being paid off.
[55:35] Speaker 2: And we paid off fifteen nineteen. And he handed me
[55:38] Speaker 2: the keys, and he said, all right, now, what you
[55:40] Speaker 2: do from here is on you. He said, I've done
[55:44] Speaker 2: my part. I've shown you, I've taught you these things.
[55:47] Speaker 3: Nine you work.
[55:48] Speaker 2: From that day on, I went to Tammy and I said,
[55:50] Speaker 2: I really think that we need to be very systematic
[55:54] Speaker 2: with our intentionality around tithing. The church had always given,
[55:58] Speaker 2: always met people's needs. I wanted to be able to say,
[56:01] Speaker 2: every dollar that comes in, we're giving this much money
[56:04] Speaker 2: away because we'll never ask you to do a principle
[56:07] Speaker 2: of tithing, and we don't do it as a church consistently.
[56:11] Speaker 3: And I'm telling y'all.
[56:12] Speaker 2: And we came in and some of y'all were there
[56:15] Speaker 2: when we gave that first eight three hundred dollars to
[56:17] Speaker 2: another church on the north side of Tulsa, and we decided,
[56:20] Speaker 2: every dollar that comes in, we're gonna do that. We
[56:22] Speaker 2: begin to honor God with the principle of the tithe
[56:24] Speaker 2: and then watch this we plan to give. We never
[56:29] Speaker 2: are surprised to give because it's a part of the
[56:31] Speaker 2: plan all the time. Some of y'all, when God asks
[56:32] Speaker 2: you to give, you be like, oh, oh no, because
[56:38] Speaker 2: it wasn't a part of the We plan trips, we
[56:43] Speaker 2: plan outfits, we plan cars, we plan.
[56:46] Speaker 3: But do you plan to give.
[56:50] Speaker 2: If you knew that it was the vehicle that God
[56:53] Speaker 2: used to get.
[56:54] Speaker 3: More to you, would you do it?
[56:56] Speaker 2: Everybody says yes when they see it in front of them,
[56:58] Speaker 2: But then my question is what are you planning to do?
[57:03] Speaker 2: I started an actual fund, Natalie will tell you in
[57:06] Speaker 2: our account A long time ago. When I had no money,
[57:08] Speaker 2: I said money to give away. We started an account.
[57:12] Speaker 2: You know how much it costs to start the account,
[57:13] Speaker 2: zero dollars. It was all that I had to start
[57:17] Speaker 2: my faith at that moment. This is the storehouse, and
[57:20] Speaker 2: we will give from this. Some of you just need
[57:25] Speaker 2: to plan to do it, and when you plan to it,
[57:28] Speaker 2: you'll work the plan and get out of debt. The
[57:31] Speaker 2: last thing that we decided is we finish what we
[57:33] Speaker 2: start as soon as possible. A lot of people have
[57:36] Speaker 2: grand openings at Transformation Church, we celebrate grand closings.
[57:43] Speaker 3: If we take on any debt, we not.
[57:46] Speaker 2: Saying, oh yeah, thirty five years great, I'll be out
[57:50] Speaker 2: of here by then, the building won't be paid off
[57:54] Speaker 2: and the people will be fine. I took an approach
[57:58] Speaker 2: that God, if you're gonna do this, we're gonna be responsible.
[58:01] Speaker 2: Some of us have big debts as our house. I'm
[58:03] Speaker 2: not saying that you can't carry that responsibly. What I
[58:06] Speaker 2: am saying is, do not play yourself and be in
[58:11] Speaker 2: a place where you cannot obey God. I'm just trying
[58:15] Speaker 2: to somebody's gonna watch this back in a different season
[58:18] Speaker 2: and be like he was bearing bars because what I'm
[58:22] Speaker 2: telling you right now, and I know it's hard for
[58:24] Speaker 2: some people to see because you're looking at what you
[58:25] Speaker 2: have right now, You're like.
[58:26] Speaker 3: The disciples, this is not enough. This is not enough. God.
[58:31] Speaker 2: I just told you last week I'm about to lose,
[58:33] Speaker 2: and God saying yeah, I'm trying to give you a
[58:35] Speaker 2: principle so you can get a plan and a vision
[58:37] Speaker 2: of where we're gonna go. And I'm trying to give
[58:38] Speaker 2: you the plan. I'm directing your steps before I give
[58:40] Speaker 2: you the resources, because if you can get this into
[58:42] Speaker 2: your heart, then I can release this stuff to you
[58:44] Speaker 2: and you can walk into another level of walking in abundance.
[58:48] Speaker 2: And this is what I'm trying to give you. When
[58:50] Speaker 2: I decided that we were gonna plan to give, and
[58:53] Speaker 2: I decided that we were going to get this building,
[58:55] Speaker 2: I'm gonna tell you a story I've only told a
[58:57] Speaker 2: few times. When we got this building, the bank president
[59:00] Speaker 2: of the first bank of a Wassaw bishop had given
[59:03] Speaker 2: us the given me his cachet and started a relationship
[59:08] Speaker 2: with that bank president.
[59:10] Speaker 3: For about four years.
[59:11] Speaker 2: I would go meet with this bank president out in
[59:14] Speaker 2: a wassow and he would I would ask him questions
[59:16] Speaker 2: about finance. I would go home and study things. I
[59:18] Speaker 2: was got to get my language up. I didn't have
[59:20] Speaker 2: finance language. I just knew, can you please let me
[59:23] Speaker 2: have some money? That's all I.
[59:26] Speaker 3: Oh, come on, y'all.
[59:27] Speaker 2: Some of us were not educated in the thing. So
[59:30] Speaker 2: he would say a word, I'd write it down and
[59:31] Speaker 2: then and then I would go study it.
[59:34] Speaker 3: I read financing books.
[59:35] Speaker 2: I did this when it came time for us to
[59:37] Speaker 2: get this building, as a thirty something year old man.
[59:40] Speaker 2: We got the loan for this building over a text message.
[59:45] Speaker 2: I had built the relationship rapport with this man that
[59:47] Speaker 2: I text him we had found a building. We need
[59:49] Speaker 2: ten point five million dollars.
[59:51] Speaker 3: This is in a text message. Can we have that?
[59:54] Speaker 2: He said? Done?
[59:56] Speaker 3: Now? Watch now watch. That was a lot of investment.

[1:00:07] Speaker 2: That was put in to get into that place. After
[1:00:09] Speaker 2: we worked it and got the investment.
[1:00:11] Speaker 3: I had the.
[1:00:12] Speaker 2: Audacity to say something crazy. This was in August, I
[1:00:16] Speaker 2: think it was when we bought this building August September.
[1:00:19] Speaker 2: I told him, I said, we're gonna pay this off
[1:00:21] Speaker 2: before the end of the year. We did not have
[1:00:24] Speaker 2: its pay it off before they but I just felt
[1:00:28] Speaker 2: like I had I had done ministry for the first
[1:00:31] Speaker 2: four years of our church without the burden of a
[1:00:35] Speaker 2: debt over us. And when I when ten point five,
[1:00:39] Speaker 2: I don't know if you've ever carried around ten point five.
[1:00:42] Speaker 2: I don't know if you ever woke up and went
[1:00:44] Speaker 2: woke up the next morning with ten point five on you.
[1:00:48] Speaker 3: But I didn't want to.
[1:00:50] Speaker 2: I didn't ever want to manipulate for finances.
[1:00:54] Speaker 3: I didn't ever want to feel the pressure.
[1:00:56] Speaker 2: And then I changed what God wanted to say because
[1:00:58] Speaker 2: we needed an offering, and so we believed God in
[1:01:02] Speaker 2: crazy faith. December, right before the year ended, I get
[1:01:06] Speaker 2: a phone call and say, congratulations, Passive Todd Transformation Church
[1:01:10] Speaker 2: is the fastest loan payoff in first bank of a
[1:01:13] Speaker 2: wash soul.
[1:01:14] Speaker 3: His story, y'all don't know. In the shout okay cool.
[1:01:20] Speaker 2: But we had a grand opening and five months later
[1:01:24] Speaker 2: we had a grand closing, and some of y'all missed it.
[1:01:30] Speaker 3: Just at the end of the year.
[1:01:32] Speaker 2: That big building that God gave us over off a highway,
[1:01:35] Speaker 2: seventy five transformation towers, we paid that off as well. Guys,
[1:01:44] Speaker 2: casta mike, why are you telling us about all the
[1:01:45] Speaker 2: things we're paying off? Because then we get to do more.

[1:03:45] Speaker 2: church because that was the main thing we passed, the buckets.

[1:03:52] Speaker 2: you've never seen the basket passed. We made a decision
[1:04:00] Speaker 2: that those who want to give, we'll do it. We're
[1:04:04] Speaker 2: not gonna or put them in a book. Take a twenty,
[1:04:07] Speaker 2: take a five, take something, take to change. No, I'm
[1:04:14] Speaker 2: you can come here and eat this meal and never
[1:04:18] Speaker 2: pay for it, and ain't nobody checking you. Ain't nothing

[1:06:11] Speaker 2: in airports, restaurants talking about their Transformation nation.

[1:08:35] Speaker 2: a poor widow came by and dropped in two small coins.
[1:08:42] Speaker 2: Jesus stopped everything and said, I'll tell you the truth.
[1:08:45] Speaker 2: This poor widow has given more than the rest of y'all,
[1:08:50] Speaker 2: for they have given a tiny part of their surplus.
[1:08:54] Speaker 2: But she, poor as she is, has given everything she has.
[1:09:02] Speaker 2: The value system is not in amounts, it's in obedience.
[1:09:10] Speaker 2: Jesus brings special attention to this woman's two mites, who
[1:09:13] Speaker 2: everybody would say that ain't nothing. Balla's is making it rain.
[1:09:16] Speaker 2: And there people are giving so people can see them.
[1:09:19] Speaker 2: Everybody is out there stunting. And she comes and puts
[1:09:23] Speaker 2: two mites, and Jesus says, y'all see her. That's what counts.
[1:09:29] Speaker 2: She trusts me with what she had with her not enough.
[1:09:34] Speaker 2: And I'm a blessed that last ones. Number five. How
[1:09:42] Speaker 2: you're gonna work this principle of multiplication. You're gonna know
[1:09:45] Speaker 2: that you're supposed to be an impact ambassador. You were
[1:09:50] Speaker 2: sent here on behalf of God to impact situation. Matthew
[1:09:55] Speaker 2: chapter five, verse fourteen. In the message, my friend showed
[1:09:58] Speaker 2: me this and it's so beautiful. Here's another way to
[1:10:01] Speaker 2: put it. You are here to be the light. Somebody
[1:10:04] Speaker 2: say you're the light bringing out.
[1:10:08] Speaker 3: God colors in the world. God is not a secret
[1:10:12] Speaker 3: to be kept.
[1:10:15] Speaker 2: We're going public with this, as public as a city
[1:10:19] Speaker 2: put on a hill. If I make you a light bearer,
[1:10:23] Speaker 2: an impact ambassador, you don't think I'm gonna hide you
[1:10:26] Speaker 2: under a bucket? Do you or hide you in a church?
[1:10:29] Speaker 2: Do you or hide you just in your house? Do
[1:10:32] Speaker 2: you I'm putting you on a light stand, now that
[1:10:37] Speaker 2: I've put you on this platform, on this hilltop, in
[1:10:40] Speaker 2: this community, in this world, on a light stand. Shine baby,
[1:10:49] Speaker 2: Somebody just say, shine.
[1:10:52] Speaker 8: Shine shine, Keep open house, Keep your house open, and
[1:11:07] Speaker 8: listen what he says.
[1:11:08] Speaker 2: Be generous, not just with your money, be generous with
[1:11:14] Speaker 2: your lives. This scripture blesses me because when you're generous
[1:11:21] Speaker 2: with your life by opening up to others. Look what
[1:11:26] Speaker 2: the Bible says right here. It says you prompt people,
[1:11:31] Speaker 2: you compel people, You convince people to be open up
[1:11:35] Speaker 2: to God, this generous Father in heaven.
[1:11:43] Speaker 3: When I open up my life, my wallet when I.
[1:11:46] Speaker 2: Pay for that person's meal that's in front of me,
[1:11:48] Speaker 2: when I go and see who I can be a
[1:11:50] Speaker 2: blessing to, when God speaks to me to go take
[1:11:52] Speaker 2: care of that person's need. When I do what God
[1:11:55] Speaker 2: tells me to do the way he tells me to
[1:11:56] Speaker 2: do it, it opens up people to get to know God.
[1:12:02] Speaker 2: Could there be a lot of people who are closed
[1:12:05] Speaker 2: off because we never opened the door. I'll tell you
[1:12:15] Speaker 2: about one story and then we'll go home. Knowing when
[1:12:20] Speaker 2: to give and being an impact person to give, it's
[1:12:24] Speaker 2: one of those things that you have to listen and
[1:12:26] Speaker 2: then obey. And there's there's a couple of instances where
[1:12:33] Speaker 2: I know I felt like I was supposed to do
[1:12:35] Speaker 2: something and I didn't have confirmation from God. And I
[1:12:40] Speaker 2: want to be very clear with everybody. I'm not telling
[1:12:43] Speaker 2: nobody to go sell all your stuff and come sit
[1:12:47] Speaker 2: on the porch of Transformation Church. No, I'm and then,
[1:12:52] Speaker 2: and then and then expect for us to do something
[1:12:57] Speaker 2: that God never told us to do. This is why
[1:13:01] Speaker 2: I need everybody to hear me say you have to
[1:13:04] Speaker 2: develop a relationship with God and hear for him for yourself.

[1:13:12] Speaker 2: God asked you to do something that's wild, And there
[1:13:17] Speaker 2: have been times that God has asked me to do

[1:13:30] Speaker 2: lifestyle for seasons to obey what God is asking us

[1:13:35] Speaker 3: But I'm here on the other side of that.

[1:13:43] Speaker 2: trusted him and gave what he asked me to give

[1:13:57] Speaker 2: I'm trying to tell you that when you do what
[1:13:59] Speaker 2: God says to do, his nature is to honor his

[1:14:07] Speaker 2: I don't even look for God to do anything anymore
[1:14:11] Speaker 2: because I know it's his nature.
[1:14:15] Speaker 3: It's his nature.
[1:14:15] Speaker 2: My kids don't wonder if they're getting birthday gifts. It's
[1:14:20] Speaker 2: my nature to bless them. But I believe God's calling
[1:14:26] Speaker 2: some of us into a season where He's gonna call
[1:14:28] Speaker 2: us to do something.
[1:14:30] Speaker 3: And the only reason we're to.
[1:14:31] Speaker 2: Do it is because we're supposed to impact the area
[1:14:33] Speaker 2: of the family, the job we're in, and when he
[1:14:37] Speaker 2: asks you to do it, you're gonna have to do
[1:14:39] Speaker 2: this last thing. You're gonna have to trust God. I
[1:14:43] Speaker 2: just want to tell you there's a place that you
[1:14:45] Speaker 2: get to give in where you work it. Where there's
[1:14:48] Speaker 2: a place that you're going to say, God, this is
[1:14:52] Speaker 2: not gonna work out, and he's gonna say, trust me.
[1:14:58] Speaker 2: It will not make full sense, but it will make
[1:15:02] Speaker 2: a miracle. Proverbs three five and six. Trust in the
[1:15:06] Speaker 2: Lord with all your heart. Lean not to your own
[1:15:10] Speaker 2: understanding in all your ways. Submit, let Him cover you,
[1:15:17] Speaker 2: and he will make your path straight. Somebody say, work it.
[1:15:24] Speaker 2: God brought to our attention a young man and woman
[1:15:26] Speaker 2: who have been working what God gave him. Give me
[1:15:28] Speaker 2: that real quick, mo. There's a guy in our church.
[1:15:32] Speaker 2: His name is ray Rai June. He is just He
[1:15:37] Speaker 2: handed me this last week. It's his devotional that he
[1:15:40] Speaker 2: made because God told him to make it. It's a it's
[1:15:47] Speaker 2: a meditational devotional. And he's a young black man who
[1:15:52] Speaker 2: is in love with God and he's trying to teach
[1:15:56] Speaker 2: people how to have a relationship with God, Meditate. He
[1:15:59] Speaker 2: handed me this book, great picture on the back, just
[1:16:02] Speaker 2: beautiful spirit. This young man I found out has an
[1:16:05] Speaker 2: organization called Swat.
[1:16:08] Speaker 3: Swap Meet. I think it is.
[1:16:10] Speaker 2: Is that what it is and what this young man
[1:16:13] Speaker 2: has been doing for years now is it's been going
[1:16:16] Speaker 2: into at risk schools and on his own money and
[1:16:22] Speaker 2: fundraising and he's been trying to go be an impact
[1:16:27] Speaker 2: ambassador to rescue young men and women through creative arts.
[1:16:34] Speaker 2: And he's been teaching him that God's play something in
[1:16:36] Speaker 2: them and they can make music and write poems and
[1:16:39] Speaker 2: do all of this other stuff. And him and his
[1:16:41] Speaker 2: wife just went all in on leaving their corporate jobs.
[1:16:46] Speaker 2: I mean, he's he's literally done all the different things
[1:16:50] Speaker 2: that he could do. He's been working. It's I've seen
[1:16:54] Speaker 2: him make music and mixtapes and go places and sells stuff.
[1:16:59] Speaker 2: And the who Holy Spirit told us to honor a
[1:17:02] Speaker 2: person who has done.
[1:17:03] Speaker 3: Like watch this.
[1:17:04] Speaker 2: The only reason I can do this is because he's
[1:17:05] Speaker 2: actually a nonprofit.
[1:17:08] Speaker 3: He went and did all.
[1:17:10] Speaker 2: His stuff and worked it so on. Behalf of God

[1:18:52] Speaker 2: you to be able to help them get into the building.

[1:20:10] Speaker 2: blessing is not in their response.
[1:20:15] Speaker 3: The blessings in your obedience.
[1:20:18] Speaker 2: I don't got money to give, you got knowledge to give?
[1:20:21] Speaker 2: Where's that young man that you can miner. Where's that
[1:20:24] Speaker 2: young woman? You could give them the programs and show
[1:20:26] Speaker 2: them how to do it. That laptop you was about
[1:20:28] Speaker 2: to throw away and you.

[1:20:30] Speaker 2: Clear it off, put some new ram in it, give
[1:20:32] Speaker 2: it to somebody work it, because until you do, you

[1:25:21] Speaker 2: this principle right right now, because it'll never be a
[1:25:24] Speaker 2: struggle to honor God if you always did. Do you
