[0:27] Speaker 2: because the Holy Spirit told me that the anniversary was
[0:31] Speaker 2: a line of demarcation. I want to put this in
[0:36] Speaker 2: your heart and your mind. After this Sunday, everything changes.

[0:48] Speaker 2: today changes everything because this year, as a church, we
[0:55] Speaker 2: have decided we are going forward. Say it again, we
[0:58] Speaker 2: are going I called my brother Travis before I announce
[1:04] Speaker 2: the word of the year to y'all because the name
[1:05] Speaker 2: of their church is Forward City, and I was like,
[1:07] Speaker 2: I got to tell you before I tell anybody.
[1:09] Speaker 3: Brother, we going forward this year.
[1:12] Speaker 2: And it's there's something about making a decision before you
[1:16] Speaker 2: get to a place that I'm not staying here.
[1:20] Speaker 3: I'm gonna say it again.
[1:21] Speaker 2: There's something about making a decision before you get to
[1:24] Speaker 2: a place that this will not be where I camp out.
[1:28] Speaker 2: So some of y'all like, I want to make six figures, great,
[1:32] Speaker 2: but you need to make a decision that six figures
[1:35] Speaker 2: will not be the stopping point. It will be a
[1:38] Speaker 2: place of praise, it will will be a place of celebration,
[1:41] Speaker 2: it will be a place of Some of y'all be like,
[1:42] Speaker 2: I just want to be a better person. Okay, that's great.
[1:45] Speaker 2: We want you to progress in that, but that cannot
[1:47] Speaker 2: be your stopping point. You have to decide I'm going
[1:50] Speaker 2: forward even when I reach my goal.

[1:56] Speaker 2: Because they dream, they have a vision, they have four
[2:00] Speaker 2: to a spot, and then they go blank. And I
[2:04] Speaker 2: have seen the church be paralyzed because they get to
[2:08] Speaker 2: a certain place and then they stop believing God the
[2:11] Speaker 2: way they did before they got to the place that
[2:13] Speaker 2: they're at right now. But today, I want you to
[2:15] Speaker 2: know that as a church, we're going folk. This is
[2:19] Speaker 2: not the pinnacle of ministry. Relationship Goes is not my
[2:25] Speaker 2: best book. Oh God, I have not impacted the world.
[2:32] Speaker 2: How I'm gonna impact the world. Me and my wife's
[2:34] Speaker 2: marriage is not the best it's ever gonna be. It's
[2:37] Speaker 2: better than it's ever been. Don't get it twisted. But
[2:39] Speaker 2: this ain't it we are going Some of y'all can't
[2:44] Speaker 2: even see it. You're just so happy to not be
[2:47] Speaker 2: surviving anymore that you have stopped believing for more. You're
[2:54] Speaker 2: so grateful, And I'm glad that you're grateful for being
[2:58] Speaker 2: out of Egypt, that you haven't seen past the wilderness.

[3:07] Speaker 2: Have stopped believing that God can take you for Just
[3:12] Speaker 2: because he did exceedingly abundantly above all you could ask
[3:15] Speaker 2: a thing does not mean that's all he can do.
[3:20] Speaker 2: Just because he saved you out of that doesn't mean
[3:23] Speaker 2: that he wants you to stay in a lookewarm state
[3:25] Speaker 2: of just being in this place. This is where you
[3:29] Speaker 2: have to decide that I want the full plan of
[3:32] Speaker 2: God for my life, not just the saved plan. There's
[3:38] Speaker 2: a difference from him saving you and you learning to swim. Okay,
[3:46] Speaker 2: if somebody gets in a boat that can't swim, gets
[3:49] Speaker 2: thrown over, the boat is drowning. I'm about dae, I'm
[3:53] Speaker 2: about to die, and somebody saves you. You are grateful
[3:59] Speaker 2: for that bowie or that life raft.
[4:02] Speaker 3: Thank you for saving me.
[4:04] Speaker 2: That does not change your situation every time you get
[4:07] Speaker 2: on a boat.
[4:09] Speaker 3: The only way you are unafraid of water is that
[4:13] Speaker 3: you learn.
[4:17] Speaker 2: And too many believers are now taking the life raft
[4:21] Speaker 2: that they got saved with and relaxing on it. You
[4:27] Speaker 2: become so comfortable with it now you don't put your
[4:29] Speaker 2: booty in it.
[4:29] Speaker 3: And you laying back with.
[4:30] Speaker 2: A mocktail, talking about this is the life. And God said,
[4:34] Speaker 2: you still don't know how to swim.
[4:37] Speaker 3: You still don't know how to get to shore. You
[4:40] Speaker 3: still don't know how to get to the boat.
[4:43] Speaker 2: And today I want all of us to decide in
[4:46] Speaker 2: my life, in my marriage, in my spiritual walk.
[4:50] Speaker 3: I'm moving shouted at me, Fau.
[4:54] Speaker 2: And that's why Philippians three twelve said this is our
[4:57] Speaker 2: verse of the year. I don't mean to say this
[4:59] Speaker 2: like I'm all read. He achieved all these things. I
[5:02] Speaker 2: haven't reached perfection. That's how I'm coming at you today.
[5:05] Speaker 2: But I press on to possess the perfection for which
[5:09] Speaker 2: Christ Jesus first possessed me. No, they're brothers and sisters.
[5:13] Speaker 2: I'm not trying to act perfect. I'm not achieved all
[5:15] Speaker 2: of this, but I focus on this one thing forgetting
[5:23] Speaker 2: the past and looking shot it at me forward to
[5:27] Speaker 2: what lies ahead. I press on to reach the end
[5:31] Speaker 2: of the race and receive the heavenly prize for which
[5:34] Speaker 2: God through Christ Jesus is calling us. Look at your
[5:38] Speaker 2: neighbor and say God's calling you. Yeah, look at your
[5:41] Speaker 2: neighbor you didn't like as much the first time, and
[5:43] Speaker 2: now tell them God's calling you.
[5:47] Speaker 3: That's awkward at it? Okay, here we go.
[5:50] Speaker 2: I started to think about the children of Israel and
[5:53] Speaker 2: how we get a picture of what God wants to
[5:56] Speaker 2: do in all of our lives when we walk through them.
[5:58] Speaker 2: I want you to go through Isaiah verse five forty
[6:00] Speaker 2: three and read from fifteen all the.
[6:01] Speaker 3: Way to nineteen. But this is your study at home. Okay.
[6:05] Speaker 2: I want you to take this, but let me paraphrase
[6:07] Speaker 2: it for you. What's happening is God is reminding the
[6:09] Speaker 2: children of Israel.
[6:10] Speaker 3: I'm a big God. I took you out of slavery.
[6:14] Speaker 2: I literally parted the seas, had free Willy and everybody
[6:18] Speaker 2: going on the sides of y'all. Way, y'all walked through
[6:20] Speaker 2: on dry land. He said, I'm the God that took
[6:23] Speaker 2: you out of wilderness. I'll make ways out of no ways,
[6:26] Speaker 2: I move mountains. I remember who I am. And he's
[6:29] Speaker 2: telling them that I'm the one that brought your enemy
[6:32] Speaker 2: out and blew them out like a candlestick. I took
[6:35] Speaker 2: care of all your back.
[6:36] Speaker 3: That's who I am.
[6:40] Speaker 2: And he's telling them this because they're in a moment
[6:42] Speaker 2: of forgetting who God is right after he did a
[6:46] Speaker 2: huge miracle. Have you ever forgot how God brought you
[6:51] Speaker 2: through something right after He just brought you through something
[6:55] Speaker 2: like literally, it's a part of the Christian walk. So
[6:59] Speaker 2: God reminds us in his word like I'm a big
[7:02] Speaker 2: God and I can take care of you.
[7:04] Speaker 3: And now he tells them watch this.
[7:05] Speaker 2: In verse eighteen, he said, I did all that, but
[7:09] Speaker 2: forget all that I did all of that. I brought
[7:13] Speaker 2: you through that situation. I changed your life, I brought
[7:15] Speaker 2: you out of poverty.
[7:16] Speaker 3: I transform your mind and your heart.
[7:19] Speaker 2: Yeah, I did it, but forget all that. Now. Why
[7:23] Speaker 2: would God tell us to forget all the great things
[7:28] Speaker 2: He's done? Because we want everybody to remember all the
[7:32] Speaker 2: great things we do.
[7:34] Speaker 3: Just think about it.
[7:35] Speaker 2: You right now, still reminding people that fifteen dollars you
[7:39] Speaker 2: lit them in high school?
[7:41] Speaker 3: You remember when I lent you that fifteen dollars? Like
[7:44] Speaker 3: you still? Come on, It's human nature for.
[7:47] Speaker 2: If I do something good, I don't want.
[7:50] Speaker 3: You to forget that. But usually people like that.
[7:54] Speaker 2: The only reason they don't want you to forget because
[7:56] Speaker 2: their plan is never to do anything greater for you.

[8:01] Speaker 2: The reason I gotta keep telling you about that one
[8:03] Speaker 2: gift I gave you that one Christmas in nineteen seventy two,
[8:06] Speaker 2: it's because I don't plan to buy you nothing in

[8:16] Speaker 2: invited you because I don't plan on going out with
[8:18] Speaker 2: you again. But God's saying all the great things that

[8:26] Speaker 2: forgetting it, cause it will cloud your ability to see
[8:31] Speaker 2: what I'm about to do forward.
[8:35] Speaker 3: Oh God, I don't have the time to do it
[8:36] Speaker 3: like I want to.
[8:38] Speaker 2: But some of you are being held up watch this
[8:41] Speaker 2: in your future because you are committed to nostalgia. I'm
[8:49] Speaker 2: gonna have to do a whole message on it. But
[8:52] Speaker 2: some of y'all right, now, get more excited when your
[8:54] Speaker 2: Facebook memories come up. Everybody's talking about what happened in
[8:58] Speaker 2: twenty sixteen, Like God's not. In twenty twenty six you
[9:03] Speaker 2: reminisced I was smaller than that's because you just kept
[9:05] Speaker 2: a eating. You've been eating since twenty sixteen. Oh, excuse me,
[9:11] Speaker 2: what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I'm saying
[9:16] Speaker 2: is twenty sixteen or whatever day does not have to
[9:19] Speaker 2: be the glory days.
[9:22] Speaker 3: The glory days is wherever God is now. Y'all missing it.
[9:27] Speaker 2: The glory days is wherever the cloud is now. And
[9:33] Speaker 2: God's calling us forward. He's saying, come here, I got
[9:37] Speaker 2: more for you. That's for all my super saints, my
[9:40] Speaker 2: senior saints that are saying that maybe God's done with
[9:43] Speaker 2: me your ladder, your later.
[9:46] Speaker 3: Years shall be great. What if fifty to eighty was
[9:51] Speaker 3: the pinnacle of your life. There's some senior saints.
[9:54] Speaker 2: In here, there's some people that are going up in
[9:56] Speaker 2: an aging great. What if everything you desire to do
[10:00] Speaker 2: I still did, and he did it in the last
[10:04] Speaker 2: thirty five years of your life.
[10:06] Speaker 3: You would have squandered it.
[10:07] Speaker 2: In the first forty you would have tricked it off
[10:10] Speaker 2: in the first forty y'all, come.
[10:12] Speaker 3: On, be honest.
[10:13] Speaker 2: You would have shook something and wasted it. But God said,
[10:16] Speaker 2: in my grace, I'm gonna give them enough bumps and
[10:19] Speaker 2: bruises so that they know that this not last thirty five.
[10:25] Speaker 3: Okay, somebody shot at me. Forward. Everything is ahead of you, Travis.
[10:33] Speaker 2: Everything is ahead, Jared, everything is ahead. I've been saying
[10:38] Speaker 2: it every day. I'm not even looking at what's going.

[10:41] Speaker 2: Everything in my life, every good thing is ahead. Faith
[10:44] Speaker 2: is forward. God is not looking at your past being
[10:47] Speaker 2: like I wish you could get back there. Faith is forward.
[10:53] Speaker 2: What building is he gonna give us next? Who are
[10:57] Speaker 2: we gonna buy? What church? Are we gonna buy? A building?
[11:00] Speaker 3: Forward?
[11:01] Speaker 2: Y'all don't hear what I'm saying? Where is God? Where
[11:04] Speaker 2: is God going to pour out next? Because faith is
[11:09] Speaker 2: faul But that means you're gonna have to forget and
[11:16] Speaker 2: stop idolizing what he did.
[11:20] Speaker 3: You have made your last season and idol now.
[11:26] Speaker 2: And if God doesn't do it like that, he's not
[11:28] Speaker 2: moving anymore. Pastor Mike, why are you telling me this?
[11:34] Speaker 2: Because I don't want you to be paralyzed? In this
[11:36] Speaker 2: season where God wants to take you forward. What he's
[11:42] Speaker 2: done is nothing compared to what He's about to do.
[11:47] Speaker 2: That's all I wanted to tell you today what God
[11:50] Speaker 2: has done in this church, in your life, in this ministry,
[11:56] Speaker 2: and it is nothing to be compared to what He's
[12:00] Speaker 2: gonna do. And now there's two sets of people in
[12:02] Speaker 2: this room. When I say that, some people that landed
[12:06] Speaker 2: on a heart full of faith. And people heard that
[12:09] Speaker 2: and was like, that's what I've been saying, God, That's
[12:11] Speaker 2: what I've been feeling.
[12:11] Speaker 3: That's what I know. God, I'm doing that.
[12:14] Speaker 2: I know, like something in you gotta expectation. And then
[12:19] Speaker 2: there was other people.
[12:19] Speaker 3: In here, but he ain't done it yet and I
[12:23] Speaker 3: know that.
[12:23] Speaker 2: I mean, he always say that all the crazy to
[12:25] Speaker 2: have it as it is, it don't be having in
[12:28] Speaker 2: And then what am I and the Bible says according
[12:32] Speaker 2: to your faith? I just want to put the Bible
[12:36] Speaker 2: back and for it.
[12:37] Speaker 3: Let it be unto you according to Jah. If you,
[12:43] Speaker 3: if you have.
[12:44] Speaker 2: The ability to take the ingredients that God gives you
[12:46] Speaker 2: and you know how to cook these ingredients turn into
[12:49] Speaker 2: Gordon made meals in the right.
[12:53] Speaker 3: And God saying some of.
[12:54] Speaker 2: Y'all need to get y'all faith up, because I'm.
[12:57] Speaker 3: Telling you this is gonna be the year.
[12:59] Speaker 2: And you stop listening to people who have already become
[13:02] Speaker 2: pessimistic about the promises of God. You better get around
[13:05] Speaker 2: some people with faith that said this gonna be the year.
[13:07] Speaker 2: Which month is it happening? This gonna be the year
[13:10] Speaker 2: where your husband at? Is this gonna be the year?
[13:12] Speaker 2: Where is the bright through coming from? Where are the
[13:14] Speaker 2: people that believe that God can do it? Because everything
[13:18] Speaker 2: is ahead of me, My faith is fall. Okay, let
[13:24] Speaker 2: me stop. All right, You ain't seen nothing yet. You
[13:31] Speaker 2: ain't seen nothing yet. Say it out loud. You ain't
[13:34] Speaker 2: seen nothing yet. Put it on the screen.
[13:37] Speaker 3: You ain't seen nothing yet. I've been saying it all week.
[13:45] Speaker 2: When I've been walking these red carpets and movie premieres
[13:48] Speaker 2: and Kelly Rowland asking me for a min God said,
[13:55] Speaker 2: you thought this was gonna happen. You ain't seen nothing yet.
[13:58] Speaker 2: When I'm meeting the Amazon executives and there's people over
[14:01] Speaker 2: here and people asking me about other deals and other stuff.
[14:04] Speaker 3: God said, you thought this was a game. You ain't
[14:07] Speaker 3: seen nothing yet.
[14:10] Speaker 2: When I'm walking through the mall in Atlanta, and a
[14:12] Speaker 2: lady starts crying because of the deliverance she's experienced and
[14:15] Speaker 2: never been here before.
[14:16] Speaker 3: But she said, this is a sign from God.
[14:18] Speaker 2: I needed God to speak to me today and I
[14:20] Speaker 2: was going to buy some shoes, and God gave her
[14:22] Speaker 2: a sign of confirmation. And God said, you thought that
[14:24] Speaker 2: was something you ain't seen nothing yet, because everything is ahead.
[14:32] Speaker 2: Say it with faith, everything is ahead. I can't wait
[14:37] Speaker 2: for tomorrow, y'all. Oh, I can't wait for next week.
[14:43] Speaker 3: I can't wait.
[14:43] Speaker 2: For next month because you.
[14:46] Speaker 3: Ain't seen you better keep watching. This is what God
[14:54] Speaker 3: is telling the children of Israel.
[14:56] Speaker 2: He said, I did all of that, ain't never been
[14:58] Speaker 2: done before, will never be done again. But if you
[15:02] Speaker 2: follow me forward, you ain't seen nothing yet. But they
[15:07] Speaker 2: didn't have the faith to believe him. These these group
[15:11] Speaker 2: of people were in wilderness for four hundred years. They
[15:14] Speaker 2: were in slavery for four hundred years. This means generations.
[15:18] Speaker 2: They grandmama's and grandfathers, and great grandfathers and great grandma
[15:22] Speaker 2: They were all bound mentally. And I know some of
[15:28] Speaker 2: you are first generation chain breakers. Yeah, I'm talking to
[15:35] Speaker 2: a specific group of people in here.
[15:37] Speaker 3: I know some of y'all are first generational.
[15:39] Speaker 2: You're breaking curses and poverty, mindsets and bad.
[15:42] Speaker 3: Habits, and it's hard.
[15:45] Speaker 2: It's a hard fight because it's in your DNA.
[15:50] Speaker 3: It's been in my bloodline to hustle.
[15:53] Speaker 2: Oh, come on, y'all, y'all don't want to have real conversation.
[15:55] Speaker 2: It's been in my bloodline to have a backup plan.
[15:59] Speaker 2: It's in my blood to rely on some type of
[16:04] Speaker 2: substance to my bloodline to almost tell the truth. Come on, you, y'all,
[16:13] Speaker 2: it's in my bloodline. I have two or three on
[16:15] Speaker 2: the side, just in case the main one messing up.
[16:21] Speaker 3: And these people have seen.
[16:24] Speaker 2: The hand of God delivered them out of slavery, but
[16:30] Speaker 2: they stopped moving forward after deliverance. Hear what I just said.
[16:37] Speaker 2: You can be delivered and not move forward. Some of
[16:44] Speaker 2: y'all not in the clubs no more. But you not
[16:47] Speaker 2: following Christ either, So you.
[16:52] Speaker 3: You're good because you're not there no more.
[16:55] Speaker 2: And God said six years ago you stopped following me though,
[17:00] Speaker 2: and the children of Israel. I need y'all to hear me.
[17:02] Speaker 2: I need you to get the picture. We talk about
[17:04] Speaker 2: the deliverance. He's a great delivery. We make songs about it.
[17:08] Speaker 2: But it is possible. Watch this, write this point down.
[17:11] Speaker 2: You can be delivered and still delusional. Come here, camer
[17:16] Speaker 2: did you hear what I said? You can be delivered
[17:21] Speaker 2: and still delusional. You can literally be out of a
[17:29] Speaker 2: situation and act like that was where you were supposed
[17:34] Speaker 2: to end up. Do y'all know that the wilderness was
[17:39] Speaker 2: not the destination.
[17:42] Speaker 3: It was the.
[17:43] Speaker 2: Process to change their minds.
[17:48] Speaker 3: And some of y'all are mad.
[17:49] Speaker 2: Because you're in a process that God's trying to use to.
[17:51] Speaker 3: Change You'm I hate this job, but you're late. You're
[17:56] Speaker 3: always late.
[17:58] Speaker 2: So he's trying to get you to stop being late
[18:01] Speaker 2: at the Pigley Wiggly.
[18:05] Speaker 3: No, no, no, you're in a process.
[18:07] Speaker 2: Of working at that grocery store or that post office
[18:11] Speaker 2: because he's trying to get something out of you that's
[18:14] Speaker 2: still in you before.
[18:16] Speaker 3: He takes you to where he promised you.
[18:20] Speaker 2: And you were delivered out of the drug game. You
[18:24] Speaker 2: ain't selling dim bags, but you are bagging groceries, and
[18:27] Speaker 2: you mad, and you think God has forgotten about y'all
[18:32] Speaker 2: heard what I said, and you think God has forgotten
[18:35] Speaker 2: about you, and he's trying to renew your and now
[18:40] Speaker 2: you're mad and you stop moving forward because you thought, well, God,
[18:46] Speaker 2: I'm not doing this no more.
[18:47] Speaker 3: I'm not as bad as I used to be. God,
[18:49] Speaker 3: you changed my life.
[18:50] Speaker 2: But being delivered does not mean you not delusional. And
[18:56] Speaker 2: there are too many people in the body of Christ
[18:57] Speaker 2: right now that aren't what they used to be, but
[18:59] Speaker 2: are not what God wants them to be. And now
[19:05] Speaker 2: you're coming up against aggressive frustration. Your faith is frustrated
[19:11] Speaker 2: because you think God has forgotten about you in a
[19:14] Speaker 2: wilderness season, and the problem is you won't obey him
[19:18] Speaker 2: in the wilderness.
[19:20] Speaker 3: You stop moving forward. And today I just got to
[19:24] Speaker 3: challenge you.
[19:26] Speaker 2: That being delivered and being delusional turns into self sabotage.
[19:34] Speaker 3: Okay, let's let's break it down.
[19:36] Speaker 2: Some of y'all are working out now, and you still
[19:41] Speaker 2: reward yourself for donuts after every.
[19:45] Speaker 3: Workout session. That's delivered and delusional. Do y'all see what
[19:52] Speaker 3: I'm saying.
[19:54] Speaker 2: Some of y'all are excited about relationship goes, the movie
[19:57] Speaker 2: coming out, Got the got the movie Gotta he said,
[20:01] Speaker 2: and you're still answering late night calls from your ex
[20:06] Speaker 2: and you know Valentine's Day is coming, and he just started,
[20:09] Speaker 2: what's up a big head?
[20:12] Speaker 3: Yep. On the first he.
[20:13] Speaker 2: Gonna hit you with the hay hey, what you doing?
[20:17] Speaker 2: He got a plan all the way to the fourteenth.
[20:20] Speaker 2: There's no pressure, no pressure, no pressure, and you're still
[20:23] Speaker 2: answering them.
[20:24] Speaker 3: Call that is delivered.
[20:27] Speaker 2: And Dalulu, you started saving money, yet you leave all
[20:37] Speaker 2: of the notifications to your favorite stores.
[20:42] Speaker 3: Up on your phone.
[20:44] Speaker 2: God told you get your money in order pay off
[20:46] Speaker 2: the credit cards, but you don't cut off the notifications.
