In Week 6 of the Receipts Sermon Series, Pastor Michael taught on the fruit of the Spirit: faithfulness. Inspired by Dr. Seuss’s ‘Horton Hatches the Egg’, where Horton the elephant stays true to his word against all odds, we’re challenged to examine our own faithfulness to God. Pastor Michael shares that true faithfulness is a response to God’s unwavering commitment to us, not a reaction based on fear, feelings, or force. Through the Holy Spirit, we can cultivate faithfulness that reflects God’s love and serves as nourishment to others. This message will encourage you to discover what fuels your faithfulness and surrender your heart to a faithfulness that is both free and fruitful. [0:02] Speaker 1: Welcome to Transformation Church Podcast, where we represent God to
[0:06] Speaker 1: the lost and found for transformation in Christ. We're so
[0:09] Speaker 1: glad you're here and wherever you're listening from, we believe
[0:12] Speaker 1: God will transform your life. Do today's message.
[0:15] Speaker 2: I have an assignment to speak a word to you
[0:19] Speaker 2: that is both challenging and transformative. So if you came
[0:23] Speaker 2: in here today to be entertained, you may want to
[0:27] Speaker 2: turn on YouTube right now and go watch something that
[0:30] Speaker 2: just makes you feel good today. My assignment is to
[0:35] Speaker 2: help you transform. So the weight of my words are
[0:39] Speaker 2: not just my words, they're the word of God. Going
[0:43] Speaker 2: into watch this his word or his breath in life.
[0:50] Speaker 3: He put his hand in dirt us.
[0:57] Speaker 2: So today his word is going to speak to his word.
[1:02] Speaker 2: Oh my God, what do you have to use to
[1:06] Speaker 2: say words? Breath what he created you with. So He's
[1:14] Speaker 2: gonna use the breath that he breathed in his word
[1:17] Speaker 2: to speak.
[1:20] Speaker 3: To the breast he put inside of you.
[1:23] Speaker 2: And I believe today there's gonna be a transformation that
[1:27] Speaker 2: comes for those whose hearts are open to receive it. Okay,
[1:31] Speaker 2: So I need you, I need you to be attentive today.
[1:35] Speaker 2: I only got a few minutes with you today and
[1:36] Speaker 2: I got a lot of content. But I think the
[1:38] Speaker 2: way that this transformed my life, it has the.
[1:40] Speaker 3: Potential to do the same for you.
[1:43] Speaker 2: And even as it is my job and my duty
[1:47] Speaker 2: and my command from God to lead you on a
[1:50] Speaker 2: spiritual journey, I want to tell you about something that's
[1:53] Speaker 2: coming up that is going to be an opportunity for
[1:56] Speaker 2: us to take another step. Everybody says step our spiritual journey.
[2:01] Speaker 2: And if you know anything about transformation church, we follow
[2:04] Speaker 2: the pattern of God, not a playbook.
[2:06] Speaker 3: Of how to build a church. So I go back
[2:09] Speaker 3: to the Word and I try to find things.
[2:13] Speaker 2: That we can put in place in a modern way
[2:17] Speaker 2: to help us take a step together. And one of
[2:20] Speaker 2: the things that we have done for I mean several
[2:23] Speaker 2: years is at the end of every year, we pick
[2:25] Speaker 2: a date that we are going to as a church
[2:29] Speaker 2: come and give in crazy faith and offering that is
[2:34] Speaker 2: above our tithe and above our offering to help expand
[2:37] Speaker 2: the vision of this house and be able to.
[2:40] Speaker 3: Help move things forward. But we do it with.
[2:43] Speaker 2: No campaign behind it. We do it intentionally with like, oh,
[2:47] Speaker 2: now this is going to help the children's ministry or
[2:50] Speaker 2: this because a lot of times if our giving is
[2:52] Speaker 2: motivated by what we get. It really isn't generosity. You know,
[3:00] Speaker 2: everybody wants it to be like, oh, I'm giving, so
[3:02] Speaker 2: I get this. But at TC, we made a decision
[3:05] Speaker 2: that every year, God, whatever you say to give, if
[3:07] Speaker 2: it's two dollars a two million dollars, only one come
[3:12] Speaker 2: on at the two million. And I appreciate you, ill
[3:14] Speaker 2: pray God blesses you real big. But the truth of
[3:17] Speaker 2: the matter is when I say that number, some people
[3:19] Speaker 2: have never fathom giving that away. They only desire to
[3:25] Speaker 2: have it. But God gives seed to the and He's
[3:31] Speaker 2: never gonna leave you empty. And so sometimes we got
[3:34] Speaker 2: to take our faith up and step outside of what
[3:37] Speaker 2: we've done.
[3:38] Speaker 3: And so I'm telling you December.
[3:39] Speaker 2: Eighth, as a church, all those who are in this
[3:43] Speaker 2: room and those who are around the world, the Transformation Nation,
[3:46] Speaker 2: We're going to be having our crazy faith offering where
[3:49] Speaker 2: people come from all over the world, where they give,
[3:51] Speaker 2: where they come where they sit down and teach their children,
[3:54] Speaker 2: ask their husbands and wives. What is God speaking to
[3:58] Speaker 2: us to give? And this year God strongly told me
[4:01] Speaker 2: that I was supposed to retitle this. This this wasn't
[4:03] Speaker 2: supposed to be the crazy Faith offering. It was supposed
[4:07] Speaker 2: to be the crazy Fruit offering, as this was a
[4:11] Speaker 2: year that God said I want you to produce fruit
[4:15] Speaker 2: in your life. At another level, well, I begin to
[4:17] Speaker 2: think about it, there has never been fruit without seed,
[4:23] Speaker 2: and I just believe that it's our time to take
[4:26] Speaker 2: another step in our journey.
[4:27] Speaker 3: There is no manipulation. Now.
[4:29] Speaker 2: I'm telling you weeks in advance. I'm not saying today
[4:33] Speaker 2: we give it. I'm not saying stand up, everybody there
[4:35] Speaker 2: got a hundred.
[4:36] Speaker 3: I'm not doing none of that stuff.
[4:37] Speaker 2: Because the Bible says very clearly that you should give
[4:39] Speaker 2: what has already been purposed in your heart to give
[4:42] Speaker 2: with no compulsion, nobody making you feel bad. And so
[4:46] Speaker 2: that's why I'm trying to do this with time. God's
[4:48] Speaker 2: gonna speak to you, and all I'm asking you as
[4:50] Speaker 2: a church is say God, what am I supposed to give?
[4:54] Speaker 2: And if he tells you something, don't say that is
[4:57] Speaker 2: the devil, Cause the the devil will never tell you
[5:01] Speaker 2: to give because he does the opposite thing God. For
[5:04] Speaker 2: God so loved the world that he it's God's character,
[5:08] Speaker 2: it's what the devil hates and whatever he says to do,
[5:13] Speaker 2: all I'm gonna ask you to do is obey.
[5:15] Speaker 3: Amen.
[5:16] Speaker 2: So I wanted to put that out there so you
[5:18] Speaker 2: can begin to put that on your prayer list and
[5:19] Speaker 2: put that on your refrigerator, start beginning to talk about
[5:22] Speaker 2: that with your husband and wife on date night, and
[5:24] Speaker 2: we're gonna see the Kingdom of God expanded because of
[5:27] Speaker 2: our generosity.
[5:28] Speaker 3: Amen.
[5:30] Speaker 2: Well, welcome to week six of a series we're calling
[5:35] Speaker 2: somebody help me say show me the receipts. And I
[5:39] Speaker 2: feel like God has told us that there should be
[5:43] Speaker 2: nine receipts that we have proof of our relationship with Him.
[5:49] Speaker 2: He outlines them in his Word as.
[5:52] Speaker 3: The fruits of the spirit.
[5:54] Speaker 2: It's proof that you have relationship with God. And the
[5:57] Speaker 2: truth is, many people who quotes scriptures don't have proof
[6:01] Speaker 2: that they spend time of God. Many people that wear
[6:05] Speaker 2: crosses don't have proof that they spend quality time with
[6:09] Speaker 2: Many people that sing gospel.
[6:10] Speaker 3: Songs don't have proof.
[6:15] Speaker 2: And the world right now is saying to all churches,
[6:18] Speaker 2: all believers, whether you're on a platform or you're in
[6:21] Speaker 2: a barber shop, they're saying, show me the receipts, give
[6:25] Speaker 2: me proof that you.
[6:25] Speaker 3: Different than me. Yeah, I do this yeah, I do that. Yeah,
[6:29] Speaker 3: I do.
[6:30] Speaker 2: But you get angry just like me. You have the
[6:33] Speaker 2: same reaction that I have. You ain't got no peace neither.
[6:36] Speaker 2: Like what is the difference? And the Holy Spirit says, come,
[6:41] Speaker 2: spend some time with me, Abide with me, stay with me,
[6:45] Speaker 2: get in my presence. Let me develop in you the
[6:50] Speaker 2: fruits of the spirit, because if those are not developed,
[6:55] Speaker 2: the fruit of your flesh will be developed. And I
[7:00] Speaker 2: want you to hear me say this very clearly and
[7:03] Speaker 2: very precisely.
[7:05] Speaker 3: These nine fruits are.
[7:08] Speaker 2: What God wants our life to look like at the
[7:12] Speaker 2: end of the day. That people would not be able
[7:16] Speaker 2: to say your name, but they would be able to
[7:18] Speaker 2: describe your life by these things right here the Latians,
[7:23] Speaker 2: chapter five, verse twenty two. They need to be able
[7:25] Speaker 2: to say, yeah, I know them. They're filled with love, joy, peace, patience. Yeah,
[7:35] Speaker 2: they're person of kindness, goodness, faithfulness. Man, they're gentle, and
[7:43] Speaker 2: they have self control. And they didn't do that on
[7:47] Speaker 2: their own. These things were provided through the power of
[7:53] Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit. So if you look at any of
[7:56] Speaker 2: these fruits of the Spirit and you're trying to figure
[7:58] Speaker 2: out a natural way to get them with God, you
[8:00] Speaker 2: are already setting yourself up for failure.
[8:04] Speaker 3: Every other thing is a cheap counterfeit.
[8:06] Speaker 2: And so today I said, Lord, how do you want
[8:10] Speaker 2: me to bring people into this next fruit? Because we've
[8:13] Speaker 2: talked about joy, we've talked about patience, but this next
[8:21] Speaker 2: one I needed a little help. And the Lord begin
[8:24] Speaker 2: to minister to me as I was reading something to my.
[8:27] Speaker 3: Children, and for all of.
[8:29] Speaker 2: Those that sometimes say, you know, Transformation Church has a
[8:32] Speaker 2: bunch of hype, and you know what I'm saying, I
[8:33] Speaker 2: need to get to the deep things of the Word,
[8:35] Speaker 2: and I need to I need to go deep them.
[8:41] Speaker 2: I'm glad that you said that, because today the word
[8:43] Speaker 2: comes from a well known author, doctor Seuss. See, I
[8:52] Speaker 2: don't need you to be impressed with me. I need
[8:54] Speaker 2: you to get what the word is trying to say.
[8:56] Speaker 2: And so I looked as I was reading this to
[8:59] Speaker 2: one of my kids. This story is called Horton hatches
[9:02] Speaker 2: the Egg. And I don't know if something of y'all
[9:05] Speaker 2: are too grown for something like this, but I can
[9:07] Speaker 2: find God in everything. And look, y'all, when I tell
[9:11] Speaker 2: you this book start administering to me. This is about
[9:15] Speaker 2: an elephant that meets a bird, and a bird is
[9:18] Speaker 2: tired and wants a vacation, And so this elephant decides
[9:22] Speaker 2: to take on the responsibility of being consistent for this
[9:26] Speaker 2: bird so that an egg could hatch. F So I'll
[9:32] Speaker 2: preach this for the forty minutes I have.
[9:34] Speaker 3: I promise you I will. So the bird goes off
[9:39] Speaker 3: on vacation.
[9:39] Speaker 2: But the elephant decides to make a promise that he
[9:43] Speaker 2: will stay in place until this egg hatches.
[9:47] Speaker 3: And you gotta read the whole thing on your own time.
[9:49] Speaker 2: But we're gonna have a little transformation church storytime right now.
[9:53] Speaker 2: It says, very well, said the elephant. Since since you
[9:58] Speaker 2: insist you want to vacation, so go fly off and
[10:02] Speaker 2: take it. I'll sit on your egg and I'll try
[10:05] Speaker 2: not to break it. I'll stay and be faithful. I
[10:09] Speaker 2: mean what I say.
[10:12] Speaker 3: I said, Okay, stay and be faithful. Then I want
[10:17] Speaker 3: a couple more papers, and said.
[10:19] Speaker 2: And he sat all the day, and he kept the
[10:22] Speaker 2: egg warm, and he sat all night through a terrible storm.
[10:27] Speaker 2: Now some of us experienced a terrible storm last night
[10:30] Speaker 2: here in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
[10:31] Speaker 3: You still ain't got no power. Okay, here we go.
[10:35] Speaker 2: It poured, and it lightning, it thundered, and it rumbled,
[10:39] Speaker 2: this isn't much fun.
[10:41] Speaker 3: The poor elephant grumbled.
[10:43] Speaker 2: I wish she'd come back because I'm cold and I'm wet.
[10:47] Speaker 3: I hope that that bird doesn't forget.
[10:51] Speaker 2: And I don't know if you've ever been in a
[10:53] Speaker 2: place where you're doing something for somebody else, and it
[10:57] Speaker 2: seems like they forgot about the sacrifice.
[10:59] Speaker 3: That you were mad. But I don't know.
[11:01] Speaker 2: I don't know about you, but it hit me. They
[11:06] Speaker 2: don't want a couple more pages. I'm just sharing some highlights.
[11:09] Speaker 2: You should really go get it. It's real nice. So
[11:13] Speaker 2: Horton kept sitting there day after day, and soon it
[11:17] Speaker 2: was autumn. The leaves blew away, and then came winter,
[11:22] Speaker 2: the snow and the sleep and icing. Icicles hung from
[11:27] Speaker 2: his trunk and his feet. But Horton kept sitting and said,
[11:32] Speaker 2: with the sneeze, I'll stay on this egg.
[11:37] Speaker 3: That's what it said. Whay y Are said, with a sneeze,
[11:40] Speaker 3: I'm just trying to bring it to life.
[11:43] Speaker 2: And he said, with a sneeze, I'll stay on this egg,
[11:48] Speaker 2: and I won't.
[11:48] Speaker 3: Let it freeze. I mean what I said, And I
[11:53] Speaker 3: said what I meant.
[11:55] Speaker 2: An elephant faithful one hundred percent. At this point, I
[12:04] Speaker 2: was reading a gigi and I, hey, y'all, I was
[12:06] Speaker 2: doing a past the road.
[12:07] Speaker 3: Hey, hey, hey, I was okay, it said. They laughed
[12:16] Speaker 3: and they laughed.
[12:17] Speaker 2: He stayed consistent when people were ridiculing him.
[12:21] Speaker 3: They laughed and they laughed.
[12:23] Speaker 2: Then they all ran away, and Horton was lonely because
[12:28] Speaker 2: he wanted to play.
[12:29] Speaker 3: But he sat on the egg and continued to say.
[12:34] Speaker 2: I meant what I said, and I said what I meant,
[12:39] Speaker 2: and elephants faithful one hundreds I'm gonna read one more.
[12:49] Speaker 2: This is the point where hunters came to kill him
[12:55] Speaker 2: because he was more valuable to them dead. He's sitting
[13:01] Speaker 2: there with hunters pointing, Oh my god.
[13:05] Speaker 3: This hits me, it said, Did he run? He did not.
[13:10] Speaker 2: Horton stayed on that nest, and he held his head high,
[13:16] Speaker 2: and he threw.
[13:17] Speaker 3: Out his chest, and.
[13:18] Speaker 2: He looked at the hunters as much as to say,
[13:23] Speaker 2: shoot if you must. But I won't run away. I
[13:28] Speaker 2: meant what I said, and I said what I meant.
[13:34] Speaker 3: An elephant's faithful one hundred percent.
[13:41] Speaker 2: When I begin to read this, I felt like the
[13:46] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit asked me, will you be that faithful? Will
[13:55] Speaker 2: you be faithful through the storm? Will you be faithful
[14:01] Speaker 2: when the seasons change? Will you be faithful when they
[14:05] Speaker 2: slander you? And most of us, unlike Horton, have a
[14:12] Speaker 2: breaking point to our faithfulness.
[14:16] Speaker 3: Come on, let's be honest today.
[14:18] Speaker 2: I want to talk to you about the fruit of
[14:20] Speaker 2: the spirit of faithfulness, which is only provided.
[14:25] Speaker 3: Through the Holy Spirit.
[14:27] Speaker 2: Because the type of faithful that will look at somebody
[14:29] Speaker 2: trying to threaten you and stay when you know God
[14:31] Speaker 2: said to stay, it can't be good intentions. It has
[14:38] Speaker 2: to be something that is empowered by Him. So today
[14:43] Speaker 2: I want to set the foundation for you so that
[14:46] Speaker 2: you can be faithful. Somebody say one hundred percent, I'm
[14:52] Speaker 2: not just talking about being faithful to the things you
[14:56] Speaker 2: can see and the things.
[14:57] Speaker 3: That people know.
[15:00] Speaker 2: It ain't being fully faithful in every season, no matter
[15:03] Speaker 2: what happens. And this watch, this is hard to do.
[15:09] Speaker 2: And this is why God is telling us. You need
[15:11] Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit. You want to be married, you need
[15:14] Speaker 2: the Holy Spirit. You want to work the job, you
[15:17] Speaker 2: need the Holy Spirit. This is not just about speaking
[15:20] Speaker 2: in tongues. This is you getting the ammunition you need
[15:24] Speaker 2: to actually be everything that God has called you to be.
[15:27] Speaker 3: So when I look at this.
[15:29] Speaker 2: There's a couple of things that I have to realize
[15:31] Speaker 2: right now. Number point number one, God is faithful. I
[15:37] Speaker 2: just need to start with the foundation.
[15:39] Speaker 3: Say it with me, God is faithful.
[15:42] Speaker 2: Everybody didn't say you looked at me. So I'm gonna
[15:44] Speaker 2: give you one more chance to do it. Everybody saying
[15:46] Speaker 2: with me, God is faithful.
[15:49] Speaker 3: I'm gonna prove it to you.
[15:50] Speaker 2: In two Timothy, chapter two, verse thirteen, I'm gonna give
[15:52] Speaker 2: you some scriptures so you can go home knowing the
[15:56] Speaker 2: type of God.
[15:57] Speaker 3: That we serve.
[15:57] Speaker 2: Okay, it says if we are unfaithful. I love how
[16:02] Speaker 2: this burse starts because it starts with my frailty.
[16:07] Speaker 3: It starts with my nature.
[16:09] Speaker 2: It starts with me not being able to measure up
[16:12] Speaker 2: to the things that I even say I want to do.
[16:15] Speaker 2: And it says, if we are unfaithful, how many unfaithful people.
[16:18] Speaker 3: Have been in here? You made a promise of God,
[16:20] Speaker 3: You said, God, if.
[16:20] Speaker 2: You give me under this situation, I will never and
[16:23] Speaker 2: then you did it next week. Come on, y'all better
[16:25] Speaker 2: not leave me up or I will start calling you out. Okay,
[16:29] Speaker 2: all of us, in some area of our life have
[16:31] Speaker 2: been unfaithful.
[16:33] Speaker 3: Okay, but it.
[16:34] Speaker 2: Says if we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he
[16:41] Speaker 2: cannot watch this. I love this part. He can't deny
[16:44] Speaker 2: who he is. God is faithful. It don't matter.
[16:50] Speaker 3: It's who he is.
[16:52] Speaker 2: So when you mess up and you go back on God,
[16:54] Speaker 2: he is like man, can't stop showing up for him.
[17:00] Speaker 3: I hate you God, you left me. You said this would.
[17:04] Speaker 2: Never happen, and I'm walking away from you, and I'm
[17:06] Speaker 2: walking towards you. Y'all missed it. God is safety. Walk
[17:14] Speaker 2: away from him. He's right there. You don't want to
[17:23] Speaker 2: sing worship anymore, It's okay. You don't want to go
[17:28] Speaker 2: to church no more, that's all right. Oh, you want
[17:34] Speaker 2: to live an alternate sexual lifestyle.
[17:36] Speaker 3: Still love you. Oh.
[17:40] Speaker 2: The religious people are offended by that, But I'm not
[17:43] Speaker 2: because I made you and you're my child, and I
[17:47] Speaker 2: can't it's who I am.
[17:50] Speaker 3: I am faithful.
[17:54] Speaker 2: Until you understand the fundamental, the fundamental premise of who
[17:59] Speaker 2: God is, you will treat him like one of your
[18:02] Speaker 2: family members. Family is the beautiful thing that God has
[18:14] Speaker 2: given us and also the source of most of our dysfunction.
[18:19] Speaker 3: Can we be honest.
[18:22] Speaker 2: Because the truth of the matter is a lot of
[18:23] Speaker 2: times the people who's supposed to be faithful to you
[18:26] Speaker 2: for no reason, when you choose the wrong college that
[18:29] Speaker 2: wasn't their alma mater, they won't pay for it, no
[18:34] Speaker 2: more so because of a decision that didn't align with
[18:37] Speaker 2: what they wanted.
[18:40] Speaker 3: No longer faithful. We put stipulation.
[18:43] Speaker 2: So it makes us think that God's doing the same
[18:46] Speaker 2: thing and it's not who he is. Just say it
[18:50] Speaker 2: with me one more time. I'm just setting the foundation
[18:52] Speaker 2: and say God is faithful. So that means for all
[18:57] Speaker 2: of us we have to recognize God's faithfulness. Write that down.
[19:01] Speaker 2: Recognize God's faithfulness Deuteronomy seventy nine. Understand therefore that the
[19:09] Speaker 2: Lord your God is indeed God. He is the faithful
[19:14] Speaker 2: God who keeps his covenant. I love this for a
[19:18] Speaker 2: thousand generations, and lavishes his unfailing love on those who
[19:25] Speaker 2: love him and obey his commands.
[19:28] Speaker 3: It is in God's character.
[19:31] Speaker 2: To have faithfulness to not just you, but to your
[19:37] Speaker 2: children's children's children, children, children's children, children's children children times
[19:41] Speaker 2: a thousand. What this is unlike anything I've seen on
[19:48] Speaker 2: earth before. Exactly because you need to know who God
[19:53] Speaker 2: is and how he operates. So once you watch this,
[19:57] Speaker 2: understand and recognize God's faithfulness, write this down.
[20:01] Speaker 3: You need to receive God's faithfulness.
[20:04] Speaker 2: I know I'm going quick because I'm trying to set
[20:05] Speaker 2: a foundation to get you to the point. Somebody say
[20:08] Speaker 2: God is faithful, and I have to recognize God's faithfulness.
[20:14] Speaker 2: Come on, and I have to receive God's faithfulness. These
[20:22] Speaker 2: are the scriptures that make me happy that God is
[20:24] Speaker 2: God and I'm not one John Chapter one, verse nine.
[20:29] Speaker 2: But if we confess our sins to him, he is
[20:36] Speaker 2: faithful and just to forgive us of our sins and
[20:41] Speaker 2: to cleanse us from all wickedness. Do he just put
[20:44] Speaker 2: in a clause for all of my mess ups no
[20:47] Speaker 2: matter what. This is the God we serve. If you're
[20:53] Speaker 2: dealing in sin, he says, I will forgive that because
[20:56] Speaker 2: I'm faithful. One thing I need you to do. Confess
[21:00] Speaker 2: it to me. Confess you have this issue. Confess you
[21:04] Speaker 2: have this problem. Confess that sin has been ravaging your life.
[21:07] Speaker 2: If you give it to me, I will forgive you.
[21:10] Speaker 3: Why because I'm faithful. They may not.
[21:14] Speaker 2: Forget, but I will. I tell you, when you give
[21:19] Speaker 2: me your sins, I'll ball it up, and I'll throw
[21:21] Speaker 2: your sins as far as the east is from the west.
[21:25] Speaker 2: They might not forget, but I will.
[21:29] Speaker 3: Y'all, don't hear me.
[21:30] Speaker 2: The only reason he can do this is not because
[21:33] Speaker 2: he's just nice and kind.
[21:35] Speaker 3: It's because he's faithful, my d.
[21:40] Speaker 2: And some of you, by the end of this service,
[21:42] Speaker 2: are going to receive God's faithfulness. That's the reason you're here.
[21:46] Speaker 2: The enemy's been trying to convince you you've done too
[21:48] Speaker 2: much wrong.
[21:48] Speaker 3: And God's saying, this is my mo.
[21:52] Speaker 2: You've not been faithful, beautiful, bring it to me, because
[21:56] Speaker 2: I'm the only one that is faithful to forgive your sin.
[22:00] Speaker 2: Let me give you one more that really helped snatch
[22:02] Speaker 2: me out of pornography. That really helped me snatch me
[22:04] Speaker 2: out of lustful thoughts and living in secret. Watch this
[22:08] Speaker 2: First Corinthians, chapter ten thirteen. I'm trying to give you
[22:10] Speaker 2: what worked for me, because until I received that God
[22:14] Speaker 2: was faithful for my life, I was always trying to
[22:16] Speaker 2: work to do what I could not sustain. I was
[22:21] Speaker 2: always trying to work and to prove and to make
[22:25] Speaker 2: all these accountability structures to do It wasn't in me
[22:31] Speaker 2: to do it because my nature was nasty. Okay, I'm
[22:36] Speaker 2: being too real today.
[22:38] Speaker 3: If you be.
[22:39] Speaker 2: Honest, what you think without God, what you.
[22:42] Speaker 3: Say without God, what you search without.
[22:46] Speaker 2: God, Your nature is nasty.
[22:52] Speaker 3: But that's why God says, bring all that to me
[22:57] Speaker 3: one Corinthians ten thirteen.
[22:59] Speaker 2: There is no temptation that has overtaken you except what
[23:04] Speaker 2: is common to man. What does this mean? You ain't
[23:06] Speaker 2: the only one going through that, and you ain't the
[23:08] Speaker 2: first one that dealt with that, and you won't be
[23:11] Speaker 2: the last. Everybody say comment, and God, he is.
[23:18] Speaker 3: Saying with me, faithful. Watch how he's faithful.
[23:23] Speaker 2: He will not let you be tempted beyond what you
[23:26] Speaker 2: can bear.
[23:27] Speaker 3: But when you are.
[23:28] Speaker 2: Tempted, he will also provide a way out so that
[23:35] Speaker 2: you can endure it. There's a couple of things I
[23:36] Speaker 2: need you to extract from this. Number one, because God
[23:39] Speaker 2: is faithful, He not gonna let you be tempted beyond
[23:42] Speaker 2: what you can bear. So any temptation you find yourself in,
[23:46] Speaker 2: even if it was made by your nasty nature, He's saying,
[23:50] Speaker 2: we can get out of this. Oh, any message that
[23:55] Speaker 2: you're in, you can still win. This is messed up
[23:58] Speaker 2: right now, But I'm about to fight.
[24:00] Speaker 3: The way of escape for you. But the only thing
[24:03] Speaker 3: you gotta do is take it.
[24:07] Speaker 2: And most of us, when God is being faithful to
[24:11] Speaker 2: have somebody call your phone at eleven thirty nine, that
[24:14] Speaker 2: but diled you while you was about to walk into
[24:17] Speaker 2: that house you know you had no business to be in.
[24:22] Speaker 3: And you see it, and God.
[24:25] Speaker 2: Mama, why's my mama calling me right now?
[24:31] Speaker 3: It was a way of escape.
[24:35] Speaker 2: You sent the email with your resignation and hit them
[24:38] Speaker 2: inter button hard.
[24:43] Speaker 3: And for some reason return to send her boo.
[24:51] Speaker 2: He was trying to send you a way of escape.
[24:58] Speaker 2: I just wonder how any ways of escapes we ignore?
[25:05] Speaker 2: Your whole iPhone shut off. I mean, you was about
[25:12] Speaker 2: to do something that was gonna be reckless and lead
[25:14] Speaker 2: you down a hole that would rob you of a
[25:17] Speaker 2: future with your children, and your phone just went black.
[25:24] Speaker 3: And you, where's a charge? Where's the charge? Where's charge?
[25:29] Speaker 3: Looking everywhere?
[25:30] Speaker 2: Gone to the store to buy a new charger to
[25:33] Speaker 2: participate in sin. You're about to power the sin? But
[25:41] Speaker 2: what did God do? Many times, the inconveniences that frustrators
[25:45] Speaker 2: are the way of escape that God is trying to
[25:48] Speaker 2: provide for us. Stuck in traffic, you wasn't supposed to
[25:53] Speaker 2: be there. Okay, let me stop. God is faith so
[26:02] Speaker 2: I will recognize his faithfulness. I will receive his faithfulness.
[26:07] Speaker 2: And last thing I want to tell you, because this
[26:09] Speaker 2: is where I got a camp out today, because I
[26:12] Speaker 2: all the songs we sing about God being faithful, we
[26:14] Speaker 2: kind of put it out on him, like God, you're faithful. God,
[26:16] Speaker 2: you're faithful, God you never fail, You sustain you all
[26:19] Speaker 2: this stuff. But what I found out studying this fruit
[26:22] Speaker 2: of the spirit and this receipt we all need.
[26:24] Speaker 3: Faithfulness is not just for God. So if you.
[26:31] Speaker 2: Think God wants me to be faithful, and all you
[26:34] Speaker 2: think about is how he's faithful, You've only got half.
[26:39] Speaker 3: Of the revelation. Because what God wants us to do
[26:42] Speaker 3: write this.
[26:43] Speaker 2: Down is reflect God's faithfulness, not just recognize it, not
[26:49] Speaker 2: just receive it.
[26:51] Speaker 3: But what's the last thing? Reflect it? See?
[26:57] Speaker 2: The thing is He's been faithful to us. And so
[27:01] Speaker 2: now I need to posture and put my life in
[27:06] Speaker 2: a perspective. You can't see my face from here, but
[27:12] Speaker 2: at the moment I put up something that can be
[27:14] Speaker 2: a reflection. There are groups of people that are able
[27:17] Speaker 2: to see something brand new, a different perspective because I'm
[27:23] Speaker 2: reflecting now what is here? And so now there are
[27:29] Speaker 2: people all over the world trying to figure out how
[27:33] Speaker 2: am I gonna understand who God is.
[27:35] Speaker 3: And where he is and what He's supposed to do
[27:38] Speaker 3: in my life?
[27:38] Speaker 2: And God saying they may never see me, but what
[27:43] Speaker 2: if the only faithfulness they get is a reflection of
[27:49] Speaker 2: my faithfulness to them through you, not just recognizing.
[27:55] Speaker 3: God as faithful. Oh, he's so faithful. Oh, God been faithful. Great,
[28:00] Speaker 3: Oh I receive his faithful and I don't gotta be
[28:02] Speaker 3: I'm free. I'm free.
[28:07] Speaker 2: But when's the last time that's your reflection of God's faithfulness?
[28:13] Speaker 2: What's the thing that drew somebody else to him? How
[28:18] Speaker 2: have you been consistent? How have you been loyal? How
[28:23] Speaker 2: have you been faithful?
[28:25] Speaker 3: If I don't.
[28:26] Speaker 2: Reflect faithfulness, it made me and I need to spend
[28:30] Speaker 2: some more time with the Holy Spirit. I wish he
[28:37] Speaker 2: didn't put it in the Nine Fruits of the Spirit
[28:41] Speaker 2: because it's easy to talk about how faithful he is.
[28:45] Speaker 2: The sun and the moon. Every day the tide comes
[28:48] Speaker 2: up to a certain point, a faithful and God says,
[28:51] Speaker 2: everything that I put into this earth that goes clock,
[28:55] Speaker 2: that you can set your clock to He said, That's
[28:57] Speaker 2: what I want every believer to be like.
[29:00] Speaker 3: In a discouraging situation.
[29:02] Speaker 2: I want people to be able to set the clock
[29:03] Speaker 2: they're about to encourage me. They are faithful to encourage
[29:07] Speaker 2: in hard situations when somebody is in need. I want
[29:12] Speaker 2: my church to be faithful to give when somebody's in need.
[29:17] Speaker 2: I want I want to see faithfulness in the lives
[29:21] Speaker 2: of every believer. And today I'm asking you, are you
[29:24] Speaker 2: actually faithful? Two weeks ago, I took my wife on
[29:28] Speaker 2: a date night to see the Michael Jackson Broadway experience
[29:33] Speaker 2: that came to Tulsa, and it was phenomenal, and it
[29:36] Speaker 2: was so good that actually some of the talent came
[29:39] Speaker 2: to church on Sunday in the morning, and then we
[29:42] Speaker 2: took our daughters back that night. And so I'm sitting
[29:44] Speaker 2: there about the doze off the second time, not because
[29:47] Speaker 2: of the performance at all, It's because i.
[29:49] Speaker 3: Was super tired.
[29:50] Speaker 2: I preached in the morning, I had done all the
[29:52] Speaker 2: other stuff, and so I'm about to doze off, and
[29:54] Speaker 2: they start singing this song called I'm Starting with a
[29:58] Speaker 2: Man in the Mirror, and the Holy Spirit begin to
[30:03] Speaker 2: convict my heart. In that moment as I was listening
[30:06] Speaker 2: to that song, and I went back and looked up
[30:08] Speaker 2: the words, because you know, half the Michael Jackson's songs,
[30:09] Speaker 2: we don't know what he'd be saying.
[30:11] Speaker 3: You know what I'm saying, I'm a vegetable. I'm a vegetaball.
[30:14] Speaker 2: I don't know what that brother, I don't know what
[30:18] Speaker 2: kind of diyar he was on when he wrote that.
[30:22] Speaker 3: So I went to look up.
[30:23] Speaker 2: The words, and again, God's just been speaking to me
[30:26] Speaker 2: through things. And I know this may not be churchy
[30:29] Speaker 2: for enough for something of y'all, but I asked God.
[30:32] Speaker 3: Like, speak to me through everything, show me yourself, Like
[30:37] Speaker 3: I don't know how to do this. I may not
[30:38] Speaker 3: look up the right scripture. So as I do, as.
[30:41] Speaker 2: I'm faithful and spending time with you, you can speak to
[30:43] Speaker 2: me outside of my quiet time. You can speak to
[30:47] Speaker 2: me outside, speak to me through everything.
[30:50] Speaker 3: And when I looked up to.
[30:51] Speaker 2: Word, he said, I'm starting with the man in the mirror.
[30:54] Speaker 2: I'm asking him to change his ways. And no message
[30:58] Speaker 2: could have been any clearer. If they want to make
[31:01] Speaker 2: the world a better place, take a look at yourself
[31:06] Speaker 2: and make the change. This is transformation. Ters, and maybe
[31:13] Speaker 2: all of the change that we want to happen.
[31:16] Speaker 3: In the world starts with the man.
[31:23] Speaker 2: So today, as we talk about faithfulness, I don't want
[31:27] Speaker 2: anybody else to look at your spouse, to look at
[31:31] Speaker 2: your kids, to look at that crazy neighbor you have today,
[31:38] Speaker 2: I want you to pick up your own spiritual mirror
[31:42] Speaker 2: and say, I know I've done some good stuff, But
[31:44] Speaker 2: have I been faithful?
[31:46] Speaker 3: Have I been faithful enough?
[31:47] Speaker 2: Not? Watch this not just to God? See this is
[31:52] Speaker 2: the problem faithfulness. All of these fruits of the spirit, love,
[31:57] Speaker 2: joy people is not just to give love back to
[31:59] Speaker 2: God and enjoy back to God.
[32:02] Speaker 3: It's supposed to be fruit that other people. So I
[32:11] Speaker 3: never thought about it like this, But my.
[32:14] Speaker 2: Faithfulness should be nourishment to somebody else.
[32:17] Speaker 3: Y'all missed it.
[32:19] Speaker 2: The way that I conduct my life, the way I
[32:22] Speaker 2: show up and serve, the way that I give to people,
[32:25] Speaker 2: the way that I love, the way that I treat
[32:28] Speaker 2: my wife, that should be a reflection of my relationship
[32:35] Speaker 2: with God. And the truth of the matter is culture
[32:38] Speaker 2: is fighting faithfulness. There is no place in your life
[32:44] Speaker 2: where anybody's making you be consistent.
[32:48] Speaker 3: You need no contracts for cell phones, no more.
[32:52] Speaker 2: Matter of fact, your new company on your cell phone
[32:55] Speaker 2: plan will buy out your old contracts because they tell
[33:00] Speaker 2: you don't be faithful to him. Come to us now,
[33:03] Speaker 2: I'm not I'm not I'm not sponsible by any self
[33:06] Speaker 2: on company telling you that. I'm just saying there are
[33:09] Speaker 2: so many places in our life where we don't have.
[33:11] Speaker 3: To stay with the same thing no more. Think about it.
[33:18] Speaker 2: Where in your life is faithfulness being developed?
[33:23] Speaker 3: Okay, so today the title of message is very simple.
[33:27] Speaker 2: I'm starting with the man in the mirror reflecting God's faithfulness,
[33:32] Speaker 2: and I want to give you a definition of faithfulness.
[33:34] Speaker 2: I'm almost done. I just I just want you to
[33:35] Speaker 2: self evaluate today. Am I letting the Holy Spirit work
[33:42] Speaker 2: in me the fruit of faithfulness? And if not, I
[33:49] Speaker 2: may need to surrender. Watch this surrender because getting more
[33:53] Speaker 2: fruit doesn't mean that I work harder. Getting more fruit
[33:58] Speaker 2: is I surrender faster?
[34:04] Speaker 3: Getting more food in your life is not like.
[34:05] Speaker 2: Oh, I gotta do this, and I gotta do this,
[34:07] Speaker 2: then I gotta read that book, then I gotta go here,
[34:09] Speaker 2: Then I gotta know it's I surrender the soil of
[34:14] Speaker 2: my heart. God, I surrender this soil. Whatever you want
[34:18] Speaker 2: to plant in it that is going to produce the
[34:20] Speaker 2: fruit in my life that I'm supposed to.
[34:22] Speaker 3: I surrender.
[34:24] Speaker 2: I'm not gonna pluck up anything that you put there,
[34:26] Speaker 2: but it is my responsibility to get these weeds and
[34:28] Speaker 2: these distractions and these things out of my heart that
[34:31] Speaker 2: keep trying to choke out the words you are planting
[34:35] Speaker 2: in my heart. So, Father, I need more faithfulness. I
[34:38] Speaker 2: am not consistent in anything. I say one thing I
[34:41] Speaker 2: do the other. Holy Spirit, I surrender to the processes
[34:44] Speaker 2: and the plans and the people and the accountability and
[34:50] Speaker 2: the structures. Faithfulness it means steadfast, loyalty, consistent, ability to
[35:07] Speaker 2: stand firm, a steadfast. That elephant is in a branch,
[35:15] Speaker 2: sitting on an egg that's not his.
[35:19] Speaker 3: And he kept saying, the only reason I'm.
[35:21] Speaker 2: Doing this is because I meant what I said, and
[35:25] Speaker 2: I said what I He stood on business, he had
[35:31] Speaker 2: a steadfast loyalty. Watch this to somebody that wasn't even
[35:35] Speaker 2: loyal to him.
[35:37] Speaker 3: He told him he was going away for a second.
[35:39] Speaker 3: That bird was gone.
[35:41] Speaker 2: If you read the story, that bird was flying everywhere,
[35:44] Speaker 2: having a vacation. Why because it wasn't about what they do,
[35:50] Speaker 2: isn't It's not about what they say. It's not about
[35:53] Speaker 2: how consistent they are. That's why when you on teams
[35:56] Speaker 2: and be like, well nobody else is running laps, what
[36:00] Speaker 2: was the instruction? What was the steadfast loyalty that you made?
[36:06] Speaker 2: And most of us only want to be faithful when
[36:09] Speaker 2: there's a crowd. I gotta say it that faithfulness to
[36:15] Speaker 2: God is usually authenticated in the dark, when nobody sees you.
[36:24] Speaker 2: That's when God calls it faithful. Okay, all right, I
[36:28] Speaker 2: gotta keep going. And some people are thinking, okay, past them,
[36:32] Speaker 2: like how do I get this steadfast loyalty? How do
[36:34] Speaker 2: I get consistent ability to stand for them? And I
[36:37] Speaker 2: know even your mind is going right now because there
[36:39] Speaker 2: are a few different people in the room right now.
[36:41] Speaker 2: Some people are thinking today, I'm faithful a little bit,
[36:47] Speaker 2: like I'm coming, you know, I'll be faithful to serve
[36:50] Speaker 2: I'm faithful a little bit. And then there's other people
[36:52] Speaker 2: in the room that say, I'll be faithful in a
[36:54] Speaker 2: little bit. You think you have time to grow into
[36:59] Speaker 2: faithfulness like.
[37:00] Speaker 3: I'm young man. You know what I'm saying. I don't
[37:02] Speaker 3: do my thing right now. That's why people have three
[37:03] Speaker 3: and four marriages.
[37:06] Speaker 2: Because many times the quality of the commitment they made
[37:11] Speaker 2: at the altar. Already in their mind it was able
[37:15] Speaker 2: to be broken when they said it before God, y'all
[37:19] Speaker 2: know it. We don't say it, but there are certain
[37:21] Speaker 2: people that stand there and say, yeah, to do us part,
[37:23] Speaker 2: or you make me mad enough and sickness or health,
[37:28] Speaker 2: or until I get sick of you. They never say it,
[37:31] Speaker 2: but it's so when you already think that the covenant
[37:36] Speaker 2: has the opportunity to be broken, you you did not
[37:40] Speaker 2: have the faithfulness that you needed to commit like that.
[37:45] Speaker 2: That's why I be telling young couples like, hey, if
[37:47] Speaker 2: you ain't ready to be faithful when you don't feel it,
[37:56] Speaker 2: let's keep dayton.
[37:59] Speaker 3: No, no, hear me.
[38:00] Speaker 2: That's why if you're not ready to be faithful when
[38:04] Speaker 2: it's watched, this not fair. Faithfulness does not take into
[38:10] Speaker 2: consideration if it's fair. I can't tell you how many
[38:15] Speaker 2: times I don't feel like doing this and I be
[38:19] Speaker 2: telling God this is not fair, and.
[38:22] Speaker 3: He said, will you be faithful?
[38:25] Speaker 4: Yeah?
[38:25] Speaker 3: I will. Everybody owning up your Bible.
[38:27] Speaker 2: This week ninety eight, somebody say I'm gonna be faithful.
[38:37] Speaker 3: If I was saying I'm gonna have a million dollars.
[38:39] Speaker 3: I'm gonna be a business owner. I'm gonna be an entrepreneur.
[38:41] Speaker 2: You will be loud, proud, screaming, believing God writing on
[38:47] Speaker 2: your crazy fruit card.
[38:49] Speaker 3: But I'm gonna be faithful.
[38:52] Speaker 2: Why why's faithfulness?
[38:56] Speaker 3: Why doesn't it make us excited? I think we've hit.
[39:03] Speaker 2: Something that the body of Christ is missing, a fruit
[39:08] Speaker 2: that is required of us to be able to get
[39:12] Speaker 2: everything that God wants us to get at the end
[39:15] Speaker 2: of our life. What is the thing that we're hoping
[39:19] Speaker 2: that He says to us.
[39:22] Speaker 3: Well done, my good?
[39:27] Speaker 2: And if it is what we want to hear from
[39:34] Speaker 2: God in the end, how much work are we putting
[39:39] Speaker 2: in to the faithfulness category.
[39:42] Speaker 3: Of our life?
[39:45] Speaker 2: Some of us will be able to say well done,
[39:46] Speaker 2: my good and put in your black Oh good and
[39:55] Speaker 2: lazy servant.
[39:57] Speaker 3: I'm just saying, can faithful be in there for you?
[40:01] Speaker 2: This convicted me so hard and made me start appreciating
[40:07] Speaker 2: the consistencies of my life that I have not enjoyed
[40:10] Speaker 2: up until this point.
[40:12] Speaker 3: Oh God, all right, I gotta get out of here, Matthew.
[40:15] Speaker 2: Chapter twenty five twenty three is where you can find
[40:17] Speaker 2: that scripture.
[40:19] Speaker 3: It says well done, my good and faithful servant. Watch this.
[40:22] Speaker 2: You have been faithful in handling the small amount. So
[40:30] Speaker 2: I want you to see. Remember I said, there's a
[40:32] Speaker 2: few people in here. There's some people in here that
[40:33] Speaker 2: say I'm faithful a little bit, and then there's some
[40:36] Speaker 2: people in here that say.
[40:38] Speaker 3: I'll be faithful in a little bit.
[40:40] Speaker 2: But the truth is all of us should be faithful
[40:43] Speaker 2: in the little bit, in the little bit of responsibility
[40:49] Speaker 2: God gives you.
[40:50] Speaker 3: Be faithful in.
[40:52] Speaker 2: The little bit of money you got, be faithful in
[40:56] Speaker 2: the little bit of friends group that you have. Be
[41:00] Speaker 2: faithful because this scripture says God judges how much he
[41:05] Speaker 2: gives an increase based on how you were faithful with
[41:10] Speaker 2: a little bit you started with. Are you faithful with
[41:15] Speaker 2: those few contacts? Are you faithful in that serving position?
[41:21] Speaker 2: Are you faithful at that job that they don't recognize you?
[41:25] Speaker 2: God said, you're not working for them, You're working for me.
[41:32] Speaker 2: So the question is this is how we end in
[41:34] Speaker 2: the day. Why would you be faithful? And when I
[41:39] Speaker 2: begin to ask myself this question, I had to really
[41:42] Speaker 2: dive deep into my heart to try to speak this
[41:45] Speaker 2: message because there are certain things that I feel like
[41:48] Speaker 2: I've been faithful in but my heart motive was wrong
[41:51] Speaker 2: in it. I know most passors won't get up and
[41:55] Speaker 2: tell you like the word that's actually working on them,
[41:58] Speaker 2: but this one whoop my tell because the Holy Spirit
[42:01] Speaker 2: didn't just say are you faithful? He said why are
[42:03] Speaker 2: you faithful? And so I began to jot down a
[42:08] Speaker 2: few reasons why I've been faithful and maybe a few
[42:12] Speaker 2: reasons why you've been faithful? And I wrote it down
[42:15] Speaker 2: with this title what fuels your faithfulness? And I want
[42:20] Speaker 2: you to ask yourself this because the first one I
[42:22] Speaker 2: wrote down is there have been seasons in my life
[42:25] Speaker 2: that I was faithful because of fear?
[42:30] Speaker 3: Is the reason you're faithful? Because of fear?
[42:36] Speaker 2: I can think of so many times where I did
[42:38] Speaker 2: the right thing because I was scared of what would
[42:40] Speaker 2: happen if I did the wrong thing. And you know what,
[42:45] Speaker 2: I'm not mad at that. It has kept me a
[42:47] Speaker 2: couple of times. But at some point it wrote that
[42:52] Speaker 2: the cravings of my flesh outweighed the fear, and so
[42:57] Speaker 2: I would do things that I want was fearfull of,
[43:03] Speaker 2: and I actually reaped the consequences of them because I
[43:07] Speaker 2: did not have a resolve in me to be faithful.
[43:10] Speaker 3: That was stronger than fear.
[43:13] Speaker 2: And so I'm telling you you may be doing all
[43:15] Speaker 2: the right things right now because you don't want to
[43:17] Speaker 2: get in trouble, but at some point that won't.
[43:20] Speaker 3: Hold you no more.
[43:22] Speaker 2: I'm telling you, as sure as I'm standing here right now,
[43:25] Speaker 2: you only being faithful to your wife because you don't
[43:28] Speaker 2: want to see what she gonna do.
[43:29] Speaker 3: She's crazy Hispanic woman, and she'll cut your stuff up.
[43:33] Speaker 2: And don do d y'all know we have all of
[43:36] Speaker 2: these crazy ideas on your own, mess with distorble birds.
[43:40] Speaker 3: You don't do this stuff. Fear will only hold you.
[43:47] Speaker 2: If you are faithful only because of fear.
[43:49] Speaker 3: Today, I want to ask you.
[43:52] Speaker 2: To reconsider a better way to be faithful. Second thing,
[43:57] Speaker 2: some people are faithful only because of feelings. Some of
[44:04] Speaker 2: us feel like being faithful at times. You know, I'm
[44:07] Speaker 2: gonna stay consistent at this. I'm gonna be loyal with this,
[44:09] Speaker 2: and you know what I'm saying, I'm gonna be steadfast
[44:11] Speaker 2: at this.
[44:11] Speaker 3: Man, this is a.
[44:12] Speaker 2: Great job, like God giving this opportunity under everything and
[44:15] Speaker 2: told me to.
[44:16] Speaker 3: Be right here.
[44:16] Speaker 2: I'm gonna stay planted. I'm gonna be right here. I'm
[44:18] Speaker 2: gonna be his lights shining to the world right here.
[44:21] Speaker 2: They don't have to promot with me, they don't have
[44:22] Speaker 2: to give me anything. They just can really look over
[44:24] Speaker 2: me because I don't do this for anybody but Him
[44:26] Speaker 2: and you.
[44:27] Speaker 3: And this is my moment to be faithful in the
[44:30] Speaker 3: dark and be with you God. Here I am Lord,
[44:32] Speaker 3: heuse me. Some people are faithful because they feel it.
[44:44] Speaker 3: But what happens when you don't feel it? No more?
[44:50] Speaker 3: Come on?
[44:51] Speaker 2: Some people change churches so often because they ain't feeling
[44:54] Speaker 2: with the pastor of preaching right now. But God planted
[44:58] Speaker 2: you at that place, saved you, delivered you, healed you,
[45:02] Speaker 2: transformed you, challenged you. But it's a six month season
[45:07] Speaker 2: that you ain't feeling. How I ain't feeling what he
[45:09] Speaker 2: wearing either. Well, look at them pans. They're too tight
[45:11] Speaker 2: and it's got multiple colors on it.
[45:13] Speaker 1: What have like?
[45:15] Speaker 2: And people go into things about their feeling. Will you
[45:18] Speaker 2: be faithful when.
[45:21] Speaker 3: You don't feel it? I'm just asking you.
[45:26] Speaker 2: Right now because I had to ask myself. Is my
[45:30] Speaker 2: faithfulness only when I feel it? Am I only faithful
[45:34] Speaker 2: to encourage people that I like when I feel like
[45:38] Speaker 2: there's something? You know, what I'm saying yeah, yeah, that's
[45:42] Speaker 2: my yeah. And then when it's not like that, no more.
[45:47] Speaker 3: I have.
[45:49] Speaker 2: I'm not doing the thing God told me to do. Okay,
[45:53] Speaker 2: I'm just gonna give you what fuels your faith? Is
[45:56] Speaker 2: it fear, is it feelings? Watch this one. Some of
[45:59] Speaker 2: us have only been faithful because it was.
[46:01] Speaker 3: Forced on us. I know people who are raised in
[46:05] Speaker 3: families that y hate.
[46:07] Speaker 2: Your last name is Johnson. Oh, come on, y'all, and Johnson's.
[46:14] Speaker 3: Dude blah blah blah blah.
[46:16] Speaker 2: Blah, and Johnson's never dudd And some of us thirty
[46:23] Speaker 2: nine years old, fifty years old are still held in
[46:26] Speaker 2: place because they did from the grave. You still hear
[46:33] Speaker 2: them say, but you a Josh, and God's asking you
[46:37] Speaker 2: to do something else. He's asking you to trade the
[46:40] Speaker 2: operating system to still be faithful. But don't be faithful
[46:44] Speaker 2: because you were forced to.
[46:46] Speaker 3: You need to be faithful for a better reason.
[46:50] Speaker 2: And this one was the one that God really had
[46:53] Speaker 2: to get me.
[46:53] Speaker 3: He said, Michael.
[46:54] Speaker 2: A lot of times you've only been faithful because you
[46:56] Speaker 2: wanted favor. You were faithful because you wanted a favor.
[47:03] Speaker 2: There's some of y'all that are in business with people
[47:05] Speaker 2: right now.
[47:06] Speaker 3: And the only reason oh yeah, brother, that's oh man, yeah,
[47:09] Speaker 3: I love that idea. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, that's great.
[47:12] Speaker 2: Like yeah, And the only reason you're doing that because
[47:16] Speaker 2: at some point you know you're gonna ask them for
[47:18] Speaker 2: some What you are called is a manipulator. I just
[47:25] Speaker 2: want you to know if the only reason you are
[47:27] Speaker 2: faithful to a friendship, faithful to a ministry, faithful to
[47:31] Speaker 2: a spouse is because of what you get it as
[47:34] Speaker 2: a favor, you are working in manipulation. And I know
[47:39] Speaker 2: nobody wants to hear it, but I'm not faithful. Watched
[47:43] Speaker 2: this to get a favor from God. He's already been
[47:47] Speaker 2: faithful to me. It should be the reflection. It should
[47:52] Speaker 2: be my response. But if I give, so God can
[47:56] Speaker 2: give to me. No, he said, that's a principle. I
[47:58] Speaker 2: would love for you to give.
[47:59] Speaker 3: Just because I say so.
[48:03] Speaker 2: I would love for every time I ask my kids
[48:05] Speaker 2: to do something, they would do it because they understand
[48:07] Speaker 2: the value that their father's voice has in their life
[48:10] Speaker 2: and all that are provided for. But every time I
[48:12] Speaker 2: tell them to do something, it is like, what are
[48:13] Speaker 2: you gonna do for me?
[48:16] Speaker 3: What? Look at the clothes you got? All you see
[48:21] Speaker 3: that light. Oh, you want to drink of water.
[48:28] Speaker 2: But because God is faithful, he lets us stay in
[48:30] Speaker 2: that ignorance until we get a revelation. What I found
[48:36] Speaker 2: out in my walk with Jesus is the best reason
[48:39] Speaker 2: write this down to be faithful. It's because I'm free
[48:44] Speaker 2: and it's fruitful when I'm faithful. God says, it proves
[48:49] Speaker 2: you're free, that you know who's done this for you
[48:53] Speaker 2: and you trust them. And if you sow seeds a
[48:58] Speaker 2: fruitfulness into somebody else's life, he said, it's gonna it's
[49:03] Speaker 2: gonna actually produce so much fruit that you're not even
[49:06] Speaker 2: gonna be able to contain this. But I need you
[49:08] Speaker 2: to do it not because you're getting something back. I
[49:13] Speaker 2: need you to do it because I've already done something
[49:15] Speaker 2: for you. I've already proven this is my character, and
[49:19] Speaker 2: I want you to reflect to me. It was twenty
[49:29] Speaker 2: eighteen January eighth. I'm three years in the pastoring Transformation Church.
[49:36] Speaker 2: There's probably about four hundred and fifty people come into
[49:39] Speaker 2: the church.
[49:42] Speaker 3: I'm feeling a.
[49:42] Speaker 2: Little discouraged because I don't know how to grow the church.
[49:46] Speaker 2: I ain't never done nothing but gone six months to TCC,
[49:51] Speaker 2: and I felt unqualified to staying in the position that
[49:55] Speaker 2: God called me.
[49:58] Speaker 3: I'm sitting here with people.
[49:59] Speaker 2: That that are still in the room right now, just
[50:01] Speaker 2: asking God what am I supposed to do? Do you
[50:04] Speaker 2: see me? As this worth it? And we had some
[50:07] Speaker 2: friends from church on the Move come by that Sunday.
[50:12] Speaker 2: It's a church in this city that's been going for years,
[50:16] Speaker 2: and they had a transition from the father to the son,
[50:20] Speaker 2: and the son with George, I knew who he was
[50:22] Speaker 2: and we had some great interactions and without calling me,
[50:25] Speaker 2: talking to me doing anything, he sent his outreach director
[50:30] Speaker 2: over and they handed us as a church a check
[50:35] Speaker 2: for twenty thousand dollars. This was unsolicited. We didn't have
[50:40] Speaker 2: a building campaign going on. There was nothing. It was
[50:44] Speaker 2: almost if in that moment God used somebody else's faithfulness
[50:51] Speaker 2: to prove his faithfulness to us. And when I tell
[50:54] Speaker 2: you around Transformation Church for the whole year, that twenty
[50:58] Speaker 2: thousand might have been might as well been million. The
[51:02] Speaker 2: way it lifted our spirits, the way that we celebrated,
[51:05] Speaker 2: the way that our cried and said God, thank you
[51:08] Speaker 2: for seeing us. It was just an affirmation that God
[51:13] Speaker 2: was like, I'm faithful, but he used somebody else's faithfulness
[51:20] Speaker 2: to prove his faithfulness to us Church on the Move
[51:24] Speaker 2: on That Sunday was a reflection. And so two years
[51:33] Speaker 2: later when God changed our situation. Twenty eighteen, when I
[51:36] Speaker 2: was about to give up, was the year that God
[51:39] Speaker 2: was about.
[51:39] Speaker 3: To blow everything up.
[51:41] Speaker 2: It's just right at the moment you're about to give in,
[51:44] Speaker 2: Right at the moment I want to encourage somebody. Right
[51:47] Speaker 2: at the moment you're about to throw into town. It
[51:49] Speaker 2: might be the precipice of the biggest.
[51:51] Speaker 3: Breakthrough you're ever going to have.
[51:53] Speaker 2: It was right there January of twenty eighteen.
[51:57] Speaker 3: We didn't even know what was happening.
[51:59] Speaker 2: All the sum were going viral, people were doing all
[52:02] Speaker 2: this stuff. I was in the middle of a glow
[52:05] Speaker 2: up that I couldn't feel. I couldn't feel what God
[52:11] Speaker 2: was doing, but I still had.
[52:13] Speaker 3: To be faith.
[52:17] Speaker 2: So two years later, God changed our financial position as
[52:21] Speaker 2: a church, and one day I said, you know what
[52:23] Speaker 2: we're gonna do.
[52:25] Speaker 3: We're gonna we're gonna give back to Church on the Move.
[52:29] Speaker 2: They they they were faithful to God and faithful to
[52:33] Speaker 2: show us faithfulness in that moment, and in fact, we're
[52:37] Speaker 2: gonna double it. And two years later, we gave Church
[52:41] Speaker 2: on the Move back for their missions.
[52:42] Speaker 3: Cost forty thousand dollars.
[52:45] Speaker 2: That's what we did, Transformation Church.
[52:47] Speaker 3: That's beautiful.
[52:48] Speaker 2: But watch this after we gave it away, God said
[52:53] Speaker 2: that wasn't a reflection, that was reciprocation. I appreciate that
[53:01] Speaker 2: that was honor you gave where you got it from.
[53:04] Speaker 2: But I asked you and your faithfulness not to just
[53:07] Speaker 2: give it back to the one who.
[53:08] Speaker 3: Gave it to you. I want you to be a reflection.
[53:15] Speaker 2: So three weeks ago, as I'm sitting at a meeting,
[53:18] Speaker 2: I told the team, I said, y'all was in prayer
[53:19] Speaker 2: this morning, and I feel like the Holy Spirit is
[53:22] Speaker 2: calling us to be a reflection to other emerging churches
[53:27] Speaker 2: around this world. And they said, what do you What
[53:31] Speaker 2: are you feeling passing Mike, I said, I believe we're
[53:32] Speaker 2: supposed to give that same twenty thousand dollars seed that
[53:37] Speaker 2: was given to us in twenty eighteen, We're supposed to
[53:41] Speaker 2: sow it into thirty other churches.
[53:45] Speaker 3: Y'all don't know the right place to rejoice.
[53:47] Speaker 2: So I'm talking about being a reflect shit so so, so,
[53:58] Speaker 2: this is what we're gonna do as a church today.
[54:01] Speaker 3: We're gonna be faithful.
[54:04] Speaker 2: We're not going to keep what God's given us to ourselves.
[54:09] Speaker 2: We're going to be a reflection of His faithfulness. When
[54:12] Speaker 2: God saw us, he spoke to Church on the Move.
[54:16] Speaker 2: And because Church on the Move and their partners have
[54:19] Speaker 2: been faithful and giving and sowing and being intentional, it
[54:23] Speaker 2: blessed us and showed us God's faithfulness. God said, I
[54:25] Speaker 2: don't want you to just do it for one. I
[54:27] Speaker 2: want you to do it for thirty. So y'all get
[54:29] Speaker 2: ready to rejoice. I know some of y'all gotta leave.
[54:31] Speaker 2: But first Baptist Mohawk Church, Reverend Emanuel L.
[54:35] Speaker 3: Call, you're here in Tulsa.

[55:20] Speaker 2: thousand dollars coming to you. A reflection of God's faithfulness.
[55:35] Speaker 3: But watch.
[55:37] Speaker 2: This only happened because y'all been faithful. I need y'all
[55:44] Speaker 2: to get this. This is not the church doing. Everybody
[55:47] Speaker 2: who's given one penny to this organization, it didn't go
[55:53] Speaker 2: into some frivolous thing.
[55:56] Speaker 3: It's being used to prove God's faithful. None of these
[56:02] Speaker 3: people know this is happening.
[56:04] Speaker 2: If y'all knowing these people, text them because they don't know.
[56:07] Speaker 3: It's happening right now.
[56:09] Speaker 2: And who knows what they prayed yesterday or this morning,
[56:14] Speaker 2: or how they feel unseen or overlooked.
[56:16] Speaker 3: But because of the faithfulness.
[56:18] Speaker 2: Of God's people, somebody gets to see God's faithfulness. Overflow
[56:27] Speaker 2: Church in Minnesota pastor Luke and Joran Chaffin as twenty

[57:45] Speaker 2: on the screen and we can cheer one time. The
[57:52] Speaker 2: reason I'm doing this because sometimes people need to know individually.
[57:59] Speaker 3: That God sees it.
[58:01] Speaker 2: And the question is will there be a church that
[58:04] Speaker 2: actually celebrates everyone.
[58:08] Speaker 3: And I'm not just talking about in this moment.
[58:10] Speaker 5: Now.
[58:10] Speaker 2: I know you may have something wrong with your hands,
[58:11] Speaker 2: you can't clap, you have something wrong with your voice,
[58:13] Speaker 2: you can't you can't, okay, but the heart posture to
[58:19] Speaker 2: celebrate with those you may never be able to see,
[58:23] Speaker 2: to actually be thankful like it was happening to you,
[58:28] Speaker 2: being faithful over the The little part that we play
[58:33] Speaker 2: in this is we gave and now we get to rejoice,
[58:37] Speaker 2: and some people watch it. Some people won't be faithful
[58:41] Speaker 2: in this moment. And God's watching this moment to see

[1:01:12] Speaker 2: Can we praise God.
[1:01:14] Speaker 3: As a church?
[1:01:17] Speaker 2: Holler Louiah, thank you Lord for your faithfulness, and thank
[1:01:22] Speaker 2: you Lord that we could be.
[1:01:23] Speaker 3: A church that.
[1:01:24] Speaker 2: Reflects your faithfulness to others. Last point, being faithful to
[1:01:44] Speaker 2: others means that you can't forget how He's been faithful
[1:01:49] Speaker 2: to you. I had no reason to remember what Church
[1:01:55] Speaker 2: on the Move did after all the miracles that God did.
[1:01:57] Speaker 2: Except is a moment of God's faithfulness to me. Because
[1:02:03] Speaker 2: I didn't forget it. It sparked something in me to
[1:02:08] Speaker 2: be faithful to others. That's why in the middle of
[1:02:11] Speaker 2: a bad situation, we.
[1:02:13] Speaker 4: Can sing, great is thy faithfulness, said, greatest thy faithfulness.
[1:02:22] Speaker 3: Morning by morning, new.
[1:02:26] Speaker 4: Mercies I see, Oh, I have need.
[1:02:37] Speaker 3: Thy hands have gray? Is thy faithfulness?
[1:02:51] Speaker 5: Lord?
[1:02:53] Speaker 2: Unto before everybody leaves, would you just look at me.
[1:03:00] Speaker 2: I'm asking you this week to intentionally surrender to the
[1:03:08] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit for him to show you the places and
[1:03:13] Speaker 2: the spaces you need to be more faithful. The reason
[1:03:18] Speaker 2: I didn't give you a list of things because it's
[1:03:20] Speaker 2: gonna be different for all of us. For some of us,
[1:03:23] Speaker 2: it's going to be faithful and how we eat, because
[1:03:27] Speaker 2: you can't fulfill a purpose if you're not here.
[1:03:31] Speaker 3: Okay, let me stop. I'm just saying some of us,
[1:03:35] Speaker 3: it's going to be.
[1:03:36] Speaker 2: Faithful in our finances, Faithful to show up for your family,
[1:03:41] Speaker 2: Faithful to actually be a good friend. What if that
[1:03:47] Speaker 2: song could not just be sung to God? Great is
[1:03:52] Speaker 2: your faithfulness? What if God could sing that song to us?
[1:03:59] Speaker 4: Great is your faith? Grade is your faithfulness? Morning by morning?
[1:04:10] Speaker 4: New mercies?
[1:04:12] Speaker 3: I see it in you, boy, I see.
[1:04:15] Speaker 2: Like, like, what if it wasn't just his faithfulness to us?
[1:04:21] Speaker 3: What if it was the reflection.
[1:04:25] Speaker 2: Of his faithfulness to people at that workplace, to the
[1:04:28] Speaker 2: people at the record company, to the people who have
[1:04:33] Speaker 2: nothing to give you back? There will be no advancement
[1:04:39] Speaker 2: from what you do. There will be no come up
[1:04:44] Speaker 2: for would you still be faithful? And today there are
[1:04:48] Speaker 2: areas in my life that I'm saying, God, I still
[1:04:50] Speaker 2: need you to work on me. Come on, Can y'all
[1:04:52] Speaker 2: be honest with me in this place if there is
[1:04:54] Speaker 2: an area in your life where you're saying, God, I
[1:04:57] Speaker 2: need this fruit of faithfulness be worked in my heart.
[1:05:01] Speaker 2: At another level, would you just lift your hands. I
[1:05:03] Speaker 2: want to pray for all of us. Come on, yeah, Father,
[1:05:07] Speaker 2: Today here we are.
[1:05:10] Speaker 3: Asking you to make us more like you. Father.
[1:05:15] Speaker 2: My nature is to be faulty. My nature is to
[1:05:21] Speaker 2: be unsure. My nature wants to switch things up and
[1:05:26] Speaker 2: do things Father, God in a way that's not consistent.
[1:05:29] Speaker 2: But today, part of your character is being consistent and
[1:05:37] Speaker 2: steadfast and loyal, something that lives can be built on.
[1:05:42] Speaker 3: Father, Will you make me more like you?
[1:05:46] Speaker 2: Whatever generational patterns or beliefs I have to give up
[1:05:50] Speaker 2: to be more like you.
[1:05:51] Speaker 3: Today, I surrender.
[1:05:54] Speaker 2: Today I'm asking you, Father, would you do a work
[1:05:57] Speaker 2: on the inside of me.
[1:05:57] Speaker 3: Holy Spirit, speak to.
[1:06:00] Speaker 2: Me, developing me the things that culture could not develop
[1:06:05] Speaker 2: in me, the things that that program couldn't do in me.
[1:06:08] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit, we know this is a fruit that comes
[1:06:10] Speaker 2: from you. So today, Father, God, thank you that you'll
[1:06:14] Speaker 2: show up in my life, show up in my marriage,
[1:06:18] Speaker 2: show up hit my job, show up in my career,
[1:06:21] Speaker 2: Show up Father in the way that I will pay you.
[1:06:23] Speaker 3: Inside of church and outside of church.
[1:06:29] Speaker 2: I want to be faithful to you, and as a reflection,
[1:06:33] Speaker 2: I want to be faithful to others. God, I thank
[1:06:36] Speaker 2: you for strength coming to people who've been tired of
[1:06:38] Speaker 2: being faithful.
[1:06:40] Speaker 3: I thank you they'll get that Hoarton holiness.
[1:06:44] Speaker 2: That they'll make a decision to say no matter what
[1:06:49] Speaker 2: goes on, I meant what I said, and I said
[1:06:54] Speaker 2: what I meant. Michael Todd is going to be faithfulsent
[1:07:02] Speaker 2: have your way in us. Today is our prayer in
[1:07:06] Speaker 2: Jesus' name. Somebody say, Amen, give him a big clap
[1:07:10] Speaker 2: of praise right now.
[1:07:13] Speaker 3: Hey, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen.
[1:07:16] Speaker 2: Remember at the top of the service, I said that
[1:07:19] Speaker 2: we have to recognize that he is faithful, but then
[1:07:21] Speaker 2: we have to receive that he is faithful. There are
[1:07:24] Speaker 2: some people under the sound of my voice that have
[1:07:26] Speaker 2: never received his faithfulness because you've believed the lies of
[1:07:30] Speaker 2: the enemy, or even people that say you need to
[1:07:33] Speaker 2: change before you come to God, if you could have
[1:07:36] Speaker 2: done that, you would have already done it.
[1:07:39] Speaker 3: But you need him to do that.
[1:07:40] Speaker 2: He's the only savior that doesn't tell you to just
[1:07:42] Speaker 2: do rituals to be close to him. He said, I'll
[1:07:45] Speaker 2: come down and I'll get you. All you have to
[1:07:48] Speaker 2: do is receive me. And if you're in this room
[1:07:52] Speaker 2: and you've been living your life for yourself, and you've
[1:07:54] Speaker 2: been far from God, and you feel like you got
[1:07:55] Speaker 2: too many habits, too many addictions, too many things. Who
[1:07:58] Speaker 2: my pastoral heart is going out. Somebody's life is in
[1:08:01] Speaker 2: the balance right now. You've been going around in circles
[1:08:04] Speaker 2: and you're tired. You've been thinking about even ending your life. Today,
[1:08:07] Speaker 2: God has coming to rescue you. And all you have
[1:08:10] Speaker 2: to do is somebody shot at me received, So all
[1:08:13] Speaker 2: you have to do, he said.
[1:08:15] Speaker 3: He is faithful.
[1:08:17] Speaker 2: To forgive your sins, even when you still doing it
[1:08:22] Speaker 2: knowing that it is the wrong thing. He said, I'm
[1:08:25] Speaker 2: faithful to do what men can't do for you.
[1:08:30] Speaker 3: Just receive me.
[1:08:31] Speaker 2: And today I just feel that there are several people
[1:08:33] Speaker 2: in this room and watching online, potentially hundreds that need
[1:08:37] Speaker 2: to make Jesus Christ your personal.
[1:08:39] Speaker 3: Lord and savior. This is the only reason I'm here,
[1:08:41] Speaker 3: The only reason.
[1:08:42] Speaker 2: I'm here is because God has been faithful to me.
[1:08:44] Speaker 2: I could have been locked up, I could have had kids.
[1:08:47] Speaker 2: Everywhere I could have been, I could have been running from.
[1:08:50] Speaker 3: God's like, y'all, I was.
[1:08:52] Speaker 2: Messed up, addicted to pornography, lying, manipulating, doing all these things.
[1:08:57] Speaker 3: And God was like, could you bring me that? And
[1:09:00] Speaker 3: I'm not gonna just judge what's going on here. I'm
[1:09:03] Speaker 3: gonna transform what's going on here today.
[1:09:07] Speaker 2: I want to give you that same opportunity. I'm not
[1:09:09] Speaker 2: a perfect man, but I am a progressive man. I
[1:09:12] Speaker 2: thank God, I'm not where I used to be. And
[1:09:14] Speaker 2: it's because of the mercy of God that He's shown
[1:09:16] Speaker 2: from me day after day, because He is faithful.
[1:09:20] Speaker 3: And today I want you to receive faithfulness. It's that
[1:09:22] Speaker 3: you on the counter. Three.
[1:09:23] Speaker 2: I just want you to lift your hands. If you're
[1:09:25] Speaker 2: in the room, you're online, if you're sitting next to somebody,
[1:09:28] Speaker 2: I want you to just lift your hands and say,
[1:09:29] Speaker 2: today I want to receive Jesus because when you receive
[1:09:33] Speaker 2: his faithfulness, you can.
[1:09:35] Speaker 3: Never go back. You can try.
[1:09:38] Speaker 2: And some of us been running from him for a
[1:09:40] Speaker 2: long time, but there he is he a pikaboo. He's
[1:09:43] Speaker 2: right there. He's gonna always be right there. And today
[1:09:47] Speaker 2: this is the thing you've been looking for. One, you're
[1:09:49] Speaker 2: making the greatest decision of your life.
[1:09:51] Speaker 3: Two.
[1:09:51] Speaker 2: I'm proud of you. But more than that, your name
[1:09:53] Speaker 2: is about to be written in the Lamb's Book of Life.
[1:09:55] Speaker 2: And there's about to be a party if you want
[1:09:57] Speaker 2: to receive Jesus. Three, shoot your hand up in the
[1:10:00] Speaker 2: air right now. I see you, I see you, I
[1:10:04] Speaker 2: see you, my sister, I see you, my brother.
[1:10:06] Speaker 3: Come on right there, y'all.
[1:10:08] Speaker 2: How do we celebrate what God is doing? This is
[1:10:11] Speaker 2: what it's all about with everybody's staying it. And let's
[1:10:16] Speaker 2: pray together for the benefit of those who are coming
[1:10:19] Speaker 2: to Christ.
[1:10:19] Speaker 3: We're a family. Nobody prays alone.
[1:10:22] Speaker 2: Somebody say, God, thank you for being faithful to me
[1:10:27] Speaker 2: when I wasn't faithful to you.
[1:10:30] Speaker 3: Today I ask you to be the lord of my life.
[1:10:35] Speaker 2: I believe you lived, you died, and you rose again
[1:10:41] Speaker 2: with all power just for me.
[1:10:45] Speaker 3: Today I give.
[1:10:46] Speaker 2: You my life, Change me, renew me, transform me.
[1:10:53] Speaker 3: I'm yours. I will be.
[1:10:56] Speaker 2: Faithful to you, and I will be a reflection of
[1:11:02] Speaker 2: your faithfulness in Jesus' snag.
[1:11:06] Speaker 3: Amen, can we turn up with all of heaven right now?
[1:11:10] Speaker 3: Come on?
[1:11:11] Speaker 2: The Bible says if one person gets safe, it's a
[1:11:14] Speaker 2: turn up for the whole place.
[1:11:17] Speaker 3: Today.
[1:11:18] Speaker 2: We love what God is doing. Hey, listen, if you
[1:11:21] Speaker 2: made that decision for Jesus, I'm gonna ask you a
[1:11:23] Speaker 2: couple of things. Number one, can you scan the code
[1:11:25] Speaker 2: on the screen. We want to send you some information
[1:11:28] Speaker 2: and we want to walk with you. Number Two, I'm
[1:11:30] Speaker 2: asking everybody in this church, y'all, if you're missing Wednesday
[1:11:34] Speaker 2: nights and the prayer party we are having with Bible study,
[1:11:38] Speaker 2: you are missing there is something happening.
[1:11:41] Speaker 3: And I'm asking us.
[1:11:42] Speaker 2: Some of us need to finish this year strong, and
[1:11:46] Speaker 2: I want you to finish it in prayer. And the
[1:11:49] Speaker 2: last thing I want you to know is that we
[1:11:51] Speaker 2: love you. The fact that y'all came out in the
[1:11:55] Speaker 2: storms and in the rains and made your way and
[1:11:58] Speaker 2: had to do all this stuff this church and this
[1:12:02] Speaker 2: year we're gonna see God do miracles, signs.
[1:12:05] Speaker 3: And wonders in this place.
[1:12:07] Speaker 2: And if you need prayer for anything, I want to
[1:12:10] Speaker 2: let you know. The worship team's gonna worship for a
[1:12:12] Speaker 2: second and we're gonna let you just stay here. You
[1:12:14] Speaker 2: can come to the altar. There's prayer in the back.
[1:12:17] Speaker 2: We want you to connect with somebody here. But I
[1:12:19] Speaker 2: just feel that God wants to heal some people through
[1:12:21] Speaker 2: worship right now, and we're gonna just create the space
[1:12:24] Speaker 2: for that.
[1:12:25] Speaker 3: We love you, we believe in you. Their prayer and
[1:12:29] Speaker 3: alter workers up here.
[1:12:30] Speaker 2: These are people that are just like You've been through
[1:12:32] Speaker 2: all kinds of stuff. They not perfect people. They are
[1:12:34] Speaker 2: people that will agree with you in prayer. And the
[1:12:36] Speaker 2: Bible says this very simply. If two or three are
[1:12:39] Speaker 2: gathered in His name and they pray about anything, there
[1:12:42] Speaker 2: are husbands and wives that need to just come pray
[1:12:44] Speaker 2: with somebody. Do not leave this prayer without getting the
[1:12:47] Speaker 2: prayer that you need today. I believe that God's gonna
[1:12:51] Speaker 2: do something specific. The thing I'm asking everybody lastly is
[1:12:55] Speaker 2: I want us to pray for our nation this week.
[1:13:00] Speaker 3: What I'm saying, We've been.
[1:13:01] Speaker 2: Covering it and I've been praying on Wednesday night, but
[1:13:03] Speaker 2: I would like everybody, if you can, I want you
[1:13:06] Speaker 2: to start praying right now. We want to see God
[1:13:09] Speaker 2: glorified no matter who is in office. And I need
[1:13:13] Speaker 2: Transformation Church to make up a decision right now.
[1:13:16] Speaker 3: And it's gonna challenge you.
[1:13:19] Speaker 2: Whoever wins, Elephant or Donkey. I need you to be
[1:13:29] Speaker 2: committed and faithful to praying for whoever that leader is. Ooh,
[1:13:35] Speaker 2: you've talked so bad about them on your timeline. It's
[1:13:39] Speaker 2: gonna be hard to reverse all the words you already said.
[1:13:44] Speaker 2: But the Bible tells us that we pray and believe
[1:13:47] Speaker 2: and speak good over whoever is in any authority.
[1:13:54] Speaker 3: So the boss you hate, do you pray for?
[1:13:58] Speaker 2: Pastor uk stand do you pray for them?
[1:14:03] Speaker 3: Either we're gonna believers or not. I know it's hard.
[1:14:04] Speaker 3: I know it's challenging.
[1:14:06] Speaker 2: I know you're gonna have to bite your tongue and
[1:14:07] Speaker 2: pray different prayers, like Lord, I thank you that they alive,
[1:14:14] Speaker 2: and just keep them there Jesus, Like I know, I know,
[1:14:18] Speaker 2: I know, But who do we want to be?
[1:14:20] Speaker 5: More?
[1:14:21] Speaker 2: Like?
[1:14:26] Speaker 3: I'll be faithful Jesus. There's just a sweet jointing in
[1:14:35] Speaker 3: this place right now.
[1:14:36] Speaker 2: There's something, there's something that I really believe that the
[1:14:39] Speaker 2: Holy Spirit's trying to like not.
[1:14:40] Speaker 3: Rush us out of.
[1:14:41] Speaker 2: And I know we gotta we're gonna, We're gonna close
[1:14:44] Speaker 2: for the stream and if you gotta go, and you
[1:14:45] Speaker 2: gotta do it, and know you gotta pick up our kids.
[1:14:47] Speaker 3: But I just.
[1:14:51] Speaker 2: Maybe this is the moment where God is like, Hey,
[1:14:56] Speaker 2: the breakthrough is in your faithfulness. Think the thing that
[1:15:01] Speaker 2: you've been desiring, You're gonna find it and being consistent
[1:15:05] Speaker 2: with this. Hey, hey, hey, what are they gonna do
[1:15:09] Speaker 2: about the homeless? Take one sandwich from your refrigerator every
[1:15:16] Speaker 2: day for the next year, just one.
[1:15:20] Speaker 3: Well, I want to do more. No, no, no, no no.
[1:15:21] Speaker 2: This is not about solving the need. This is about
[1:15:25] Speaker 2: you becoming faithful. Take that, make that one sandwich and
[1:15:31] Speaker 2: take it to like it's faithful in them. Could you
[1:15:41] Speaker 2: be faithful to encourage somebody today you need encouragement, be
[1:15:47] Speaker 2: faithful to sew it. Even with this crazy fruit offering.
[1:15:54] Speaker 2: Every year I start to break out in hives thinking
[1:15:56] Speaker 2: about what God's gonna ask me and my Hey, listen,
[1:16:00] Speaker 2: I got to be I gotta be honest, like twenty
[1:16:03] Speaker 2: twenty four been a different year for your boy. Certain
[1:16:07] Speaker 2: things that I was planning to come in and do this,
[1:16:09] Speaker 2: it's not like it ain't it ain't it ain't doing like.
[1:16:11] Speaker 3: It was doing. And God said but I've been faithful, right,
[1:16:20] Speaker 3: so will you.
[1:16:26] Speaker 2: I'm gonna release us because I don't want y'all to
[1:16:28] Speaker 2: say I kept y'all.
[1:16:30] Speaker 3: To the next week. Like in Church of Water Clock.
[1:16:32] Speaker 2: That ain't me. It's twelve sixteen, it's time ago. So
[1:16:37] Speaker 2: you were dismissed. But thank you for your faithfulness. Guy,
[1:16:52] Speaker 2: something's gonna change in us. I feel it changing in me.
[1:17:01] Speaker 2: I feel it changing in us as a church. Something
[1:17:04] Speaker 2: just broke when we gave that those resources away, Tavy,
[1:17:08] Speaker 2: something just happened. I'm telling you as shure, we're gonna
[1:17:11] Speaker 2: be able to mark this moment.
[1:17:14] Speaker 3: Something just shifted.
[1:17:18] Speaker 2: I'm getting emotional right now because of them. Sure, there
[1:17:24] Speaker 2: are just certain things that only God can do, certain
[1:17:29] Speaker 2: things that happen. More is not gonna fix this arena.
[1:17:33] Speaker 2: Be and feel it's not gonna fix it. There's only
[1:17:36] Speaker 2: certain things that God can do. Thank you for being faithful, God,
[1:17:44] Speaker 2: and thank you that from now on it is my
[1:17:46] Speaker 2: duty to reflect your faithfulness. I'm not gonna put it
[1:17:50] Speaker 2: off on somebody else. I'm not waiting for somebody to
[1:17:54] Speaker 2: start a group or a team. I'll be faithful at
[1:17:56] Speaker 2: the little. All you need is my little faithfulness I
[1:18:02] Speaker 2: don't got an album yet. I'm gonna write the song.
[1:18:06] Speaker 2: I'm gonna just be faithful to do that. I don't
[1:18:08] Speaker 2: gotta I don't got a fashion line. I'm gonna be
[1:18:10] Speaker 2: faithful to make this T shirt. I'm gonna make the
[1:18:13] Speaker 2: one tea shirt. I don't got a book yet. I'm
[1:18:16] Speaker 2: gonna be faithful to write this paragraph.
[1:18:19] Speaker 3: Somebody say, faithful in a little.
[1:18:22] Speaker 2: God's about to give us faith to be faithful in
[1:18:24] Speaker 2: a little. I don't got the team that I need
[1:18:28] Speaker 2: to pull off the vision that God has given me.
[1:18:30] Speaker 2: But I'm gonna serve and love on and give to
[1:18:34] Speaker 2: these I'm gonna give to these few.
[1:18:36] Speaker 3: I'm gonna be faithful.
[1:18:39] Speaker 2: M hm.
[1:18:45] Speaker 3: M hm, thank you.
[1:18:52] Speaker 2: Mm hmmm.
[1:18:55] Speaker 4: It's great, is thy faithfulness? Said the greatest Sie faithfulness.
[1:19:07] Speaker 3: Morey my new ses. Come on, just lift your hands.
[1:19:20] Speaker 3: Oh lift.
[1:19:28] Speaker 5: Hands?
[1:19:29] Speaker 3: Has fall, dude, crazy.
[1:19:37] Speaker 5: Foust, The greatest the faithfulness, Yeah, said the greatest time face.
[1:19:56] Speaker 3: Jesus more my God, new world. That's why we can
[1:20:10] Speaker 3: be faithful. Oh die.
[1:20:28] Speaker 5: Crazy.
[1:20:41] Speaker 3: I looked up the man who wrote that song.
[1:20:45] Speaker 2: He was going into full time ministry, and he was
[1:20:49] Speaker 2: in ministry for one year, and then he got sick
[1:20:53] Speaker 2: with an illness where he had to literally put down
[1:20:57] Speaker 2: ministry and he became an insurance broker, and he wrote
[1:21:03] Speaker 2: over twelve hundred poems and songs, and in the midst
