In today’s Wednesday Conversation Practice, you’ll listen to two friends planning a surprise birthday party and trying to keep the secret safe. You’ll hear natural, everyday English as they organize the venue, the guest list, and the perfect surprise. You’ll learn: • venue — the specific place where an event is held • “don’t jinx it” — don’t say something too confident too soon, because it might bring bad luck • Fluency tip — pick 3 short agreement phrases from the dialogue and practice using one today instead of always saying “yes” Keep practicing with conversations like this, and your English will start to sound more natural, confident, and effortless. Let’s train your ears and your speaking skills at the same time.
