Allison Springer is a full-time teacher and part-time heath coach who helps other busy women prioritize nutrition and fitness in their daily life. Over the past 3 years, Allison has grown her Instagram to build her business and mentored other health influencers to do the same. Allison and I met on Clubhouse in an Instagram room, and I’ve been following her journey ever since. She really puts herself out there in her videos, and I love seeing other people do that because so many of my friends and colleagues are terrified of this concept. In this episode, we chat about Allison’s regular job, her strategies for growth using Reels, and how she uses small snippets of time to accomplish as much as possible.
