In this episode I dive into the often-misunderstood process of forgiveness and letting go—what it truly takes, why it’s so elusive, and how to move beyond pain without abandoning yourself. I break down the traps that keep us stuck in resentment, the difference between oversharing and authentic vulnerability, and how grief and anger can become catalysts for growth rather than prisons of suffering. Through powerful insights, stories, and timeless wisdom, I explore how to transform wounds into wisdom, create closure without waiting for it, and trust that nothing meant for you will ever require you to betray who you are.
