Here’s the thing nobody wants to hear but everybody needs to: If you do not go towards your pain you will become the kind of person who creates it. The betrayals you have not processed, the patterns you have not examined, the grief you have been numbing with your phone and your drinks and your situationships... all of it is running your life right now whether you see it or not. We get into why your defensive strategies are actually really smart but are also keeping you completely stuck, why your healing is never dependent on someone else's apology, and why both paths are hard but only one of them leaves you proud of yourself. You have one life. Let's stop wasting it waiting for other people to change first. Resources: Need a digital detox?
