[0:00] Speaker 1: Scrubbing In with Beca Tilly and Tanya rad and iHeartRadio
[0:04] Speaker 1: and two times People's Choice Award winning podcast.
[0:10] Speaker 2: Hello everybody, we are scrubbing in.
[0:16] Speaker 3: Yes we are, another day another pod.
[0:20] Speaker 4: That's right. You know I'm feeling a little bit lucky today.
[0:23] Speaker 1: Oh tell me more, Mark, do you think there's any
[0:26] Speaker 1: chance in the next ten minutes you could make a
[0:28] Speaker 1: birthday game?
[0:29] Speaker 5: I'm on it, absolutely, I can.
[0:31] Speaker 4: I agree. Wow, what is it?
[0:34] Speaker 3: What? Why are you feeling lucky? Well?
[0:39] Speaker 4: I think it's my May Cause Miracles book.
[0:41] Speaker 3: Oh, I was gonna ask you about that.
[0:44] Speaker 4: It's so good. So what's the what do you what's
[0:47] Speaker 4: the process that's.
[0:48] Speaker 6: The latest miracle?
[0:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, well thanks for asking Easton. It's not like about
[0:54] Speaker 1: creating miracles. It's about opening up your space.
[0:58] Speaker 4: To receive them.
[0:59] Speaker 6: Okay.
[1:00] Speaker 1: We when we lean into fear, when we lean into
[1:04] Speaker 1: negative self talk, when we leave into lean into like
[1:08] Speaker 1: bad attitudes, when we lean into scarcity mindset, those are
[1:12] Speaker 1: all blockages or miracles. So it's kind of like like,
[1:16] Speaker 1: imagine there's like a spider web in front of you
[1:18] Speaker 1: in life, and I'm just kind of like cleaning out
[1:20] Speaker 1: the spider web.
[1:21] Speaker 4: So I have a clear path.
[1:23] Speaker 2: What are the like, what are the daily tasks to
[1:27] Speaker 2: do that?
[1:30] Speaker 1: Off the top of my head, it's hard to remember,
[1:32] Speaker 1: but like the first they they're in chunks. Each week
[1:35] Speaker 1: is like a different theme, and like the first theme,
[1:38] Speaker 1: the first week was all about like identifying the fears
[1:40] Speaker 1: that I have in my life and then kind of
[1:43] Speaker 1: reverse talking about those fears, like pointing out the positives
[1:47] Speaker 1: and like what could come instead of leaning into like
[1:49] Speaker 1: the fear. One day it was like all about gratitude,
[1:52] Speaker 1: like leaning into gratitude.
[1:55] Speaker 5: Yeah.
[1:57] Speaker 1: So they're weekly, they're daily, other daily, Yeah, but like
[2:00] Speaker 1: every week is like a different kind of like what's
[2:04] Speaker 1: the word.
[2:07] Speaker 3: Oh, okay, gotcha. So that's why you feel you're film
[2:11] Speaker 3: lucky today?
[2:11] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm just like good vibes, good cobsweb cobwebs are
[2:15] Speaker 1: coming down, and.
[2:16] Speaker 3: You major you were throwing paper into.
[2:17] Speaker 1: The towns making buckets earlier. It just like feels like
[2:21] Speaker 1: good vibes.
[2:22] Speaker 3: Yeah yeah, all right, Well stay tuned.
[2:23] Speaker 2: We do have some dear Bonio questions to get through
[2:26] Speaker 2: before we play games.
[2:28] Speaker 4: We gotta we gotta my advice hat feels strong.
[2:31] Speaker 3: Oh wow, wow.
[2:33] Speaker 4: Halfways have cleared? Whoa the guru hat?
[2:36] Speaker 1: Is on.
[2:37] Speaker 3: Well, let's jump in.
[2:38] Speaker 5: Here we go from Brook. I have been a single
[2:40] Speaker 5: mom of two young kids for a year and a
[2:42] Speaker 5: half and I have my kids full time, so it's
[2:44] Speaker 5: hard to date. I recently noticed the guy who moved
[2:47] Speaker 5: into a house in our neighborhood and I'm thinking about
[2:49] Speaker 5: approaching him. I'm a pretty reserved and shy person, so
[2:52] Speaker 5: this is out of my comfort zone to approach a man. First.
[2:55] Speaker 5: I wanted to get your thoughts on how to introduce
[2:56] Speaker 5: myself and find out if he's single. I've only seen
[2:58] Speaker 5: him outside a few times our daily family walked. I
[3:01] Speaker 5: thought about leaving him a note in his mailbox. Is
[3:03] Speaker 5: that creepy?
[3:05] Speaker 2: I think personally I would stick to you know when
[3:09] Speaker 2: you run into each other, or you could leave him
[3:12] Speaker 2: like I would say, like a basket of Like okay,
[3:17] Speaker 2: well I would say basket cookies, but like times are
[3:19] Speaker 2: just weird now, but like maybe an unopened bottle of
[3:22] Speaker 2: like champagne or something, say like welcome to the neighborhood,
[3:25] Speaker 2: so that it's friendly but like thoughtful.
[3:28] Speaker 1: Well, we don't know he should recently moved in. I
[3:30] Speaker 1: feel like there is a grace period, like if he
[3:33] Speaker 1: moved in six months ago and she brings him a
[3:34] Speaker 1: bottle of champagne, saying welcome to the neighborhood.
[3:37] Speaker 4: It's a little late, No.
[3:39] Speaker 2: Would just be like, I've been busy with my two kids,
[3:42] Speaker 2: but I wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood. That way,
[3:44] Speaker 2: you just throw it in there that that you're you've
[3:48] Speaker 2: got kids, and you're If he sees you out, he'll
[3:51] Speaker 2: be like, oh, that might be the girl that left
[3:54] Speaker 2: me the champagne.
[3:55] Speaker 1: So I love the note in the mailbox. Personally, I
[3:59] Speaker 1: think you start out with a lot of eye contact.
[4:02] Speaker 3: Oh my god, that's really intent.
[4:04] Speaker 1: So during the walks, you give him some eye contact,
[4:07] Speaker 1: you exchanged some pleasantry.
[4:08] Speaker 3: Show me what that would look like for you.
[4:10] Speaker 4: Like you're on a walk and I lock eyes with you.
[4:16] Speaker 4: It's cute, well, smirk eye contact.
[4:20] Speaker 1: So heavy eye contact on your walks, Okay, establish some
[4:23] Speaker 1: sort of pleasantry, some sort of interaction in that way.
[4:27] Speaker 1: After a couple of those, then I say, go into
[4:29] Speaker 1: the mailbox.
[4:31] Speaker 3: Okay, well, because who cares?
[4:33] Speaker 1: If he doesn't like you, he's not going to follow
[4:35] Speaker 1: through with whatever you ask him to do in the mailbox,
[4:37] Speaker 1: No harm, no foul, Who cares?
[4:39] Speaker 2: I think you leave a bottle of champagne, say welcome
[4:41] Speaker 2: to the neighborhood, and then when you see him on
[4:44] Speaker 2: a walk, they like, hey, like, I don't know.
[4:45] Speaker 3: I left you this champagne.
[4:46] Speaker 2: Or maybe he'll say like, hey, did you leave me
[4:48] Speaker 2: the champagne, and then that starts a conversation.
[4:51] Speaker 3: That's what I would do.
[4:52] Speaker 5: How about you this next time you see him outside
[4:53] Speaker 5: of the house, when you're on your walks, you say, Hi, Hi,
[4:55] Speaker 5: you the neighborhood.
[4:56] Speaker 3: Hi.
[4:57] Speaker 5: I just want to let you know I'm brook, I
[4:59] Speaker 5: live right around the corner. Nice to meet you.
[5:00] Speaker 2: She just doesn't know when that time's gonna happen, so
[5:03] Speaker 2: she's trying to expedite that. You my others, my other
[5:10] Speaker 2: thought was just wait till you see him out again.
[5:13] Speaker 2: Keep it simple.
[5:14] Speaker 4: But I have the eye contact can break barriers.
[5:19] Speaker 5: And really weird people out there.
[5:22] Speaker 4: Probably if he is weirded out by some eye contact,
[5:25] Speaker 4: he's not your guy. He's just not.
[5:29] Speaker 3: I would just be really super cool, casual and like.
[5:34] Speaker 1: Hey, we can't all for seed in life being cool
[5:36] Speaker 1: and casual like becatilla. I'm just gonna say that as
[5:39] Speaker 1: a fact. Know all have all people swarming to be
[5:42] Speaker 1: with us. Some of us have to work for it. Okay,
[5:44] Speaker 1: how how was that my life at all?
[5:47] Speaker 4: You had a lot, You.
[5:48] Speaker 1: Had a lot of swarmage in your day before you
[5:51] Speaker 1: were locked up.
[5:52] Speaker 3: That was like ten years ago. Whatever.
[5:54] Speaker 1: They still swarmed you. I was never swarmed. I had
[5:57] Speaker 1: to swarm.
[5:57] Speaker 4: I had to.
[5:58] Speaker 1: I had to the honey I swarm.
[6:03] Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, if they're not swarming, you go out and swarm.
[6:07] Speaker 5: Exactly.
[6:08] Speaker 1: So Becca was swarmed and I was the swarmer. There's
[6:10] Speaker 1: two types of people in the world, and I'm by
[6:13] Speaker 1: with Brooke. If she's on my side. You got to
[6:15] Speaker 1: put yourself out there.
[6:16] Speaker 2: All right, Brooke, you have three options. Heavy eye contact
[6:19] Speaker 2: that could break barriers, or put security out. Put the
[6:23] Speaker 2: letter in the mailbox after.
[6:25] Speaker 3: Oh wow, double whammy.
[6:27] Speaker 2: Okay, heavy eye contact plus leather letter in the mailbox.
[6:30] Speaker 2: I say, leave a bottle champagne, Welcome to the neighborhood.
[6:33] Speaker 2: See you around. And then Marcus just wait, wait until
[6:37] Speaker 2: you run into.
[6:39] Speaker 5: Him conversation First, to kind of suss out the situation,
[6:42] Speaker 5: he made something. Oh yeah, I moved out of here. First.
[6:44] Speaker 5: My wife's with the kids back in New Hampshire and
[6:47] Speaker 5: they're coming out here. Like, who knows, get a little
[6:49] Speaker 5: bit of life story first before you make a big
[6:52] Speaker 5: thing that's going to make it super awkward in the future.
[6:54] Speaker 3: I don't think any of these make it. The letter
[6:56] Speaker 3: in the mailbox, what.
[6:59] Speaker 4: Is that you bring him a bottle of champagne?
[7:02] Speaker 2: Oh, well, then you can gift it to someone. Well,
[7:07] Speaker 2: oh was that going to come up in the first conversation?
[7:09] Speaker 6: If then, are you working the steps?
[7:13] Speaker 1: I'm just saying, like a bottle of the alcohol is
[7:16] Speaker 1: a little risky, bottle of milk.
[7:19] Speaker 2: Club soda whatever, milk okay, broke good luck, But I
[7:24] Speaker 2: don't know that we helped you at all. But we
[7:25] Speaker 2: did get three different options, so keep us posted on.
[7:31] Speaker 5: All right, d says, Oh, I'm so yeah. We'll got
[7:34] Speaker 5: one time for one more before we take a break.
[7:36] Speaker 5: Dan's been listening to Scrubbing In since she was sixteen
[7:39] Speaker 5: and just got her license to be a therapist. She's
[7:41] Speaker 5: now twenty four, pursuing a doctorate to become a therapist.
[7:45] Speaker 5: Hearing Beca and Tony each we talking about their lives
[7:47] Speaker 5: and friendship has built me up in so many ways
[7:49] Speaker 5: as a young, confident woman. Wow, my girlfriend and I've
[7:53] Speaker 5: been dating almost six years want to get engaged in
[7:54] Speaker 5: next spring. Wedding planning is tricky because in the six
[7:57] Speaker 5: weeks we've been dating, my girlfriend's parents have expressed how
[8:00] Speaker 5: disapproving they are for religious reasons. They've never acknowledged us
[8:04] Speaker 5: as a couple. They've never had me over to their home.
[8:06] Speaker 5: They've never been invited to family events. I've never been
[8:08] Speaker 5: invited to family events. Talking about our weddings brought about
[8:11] Speaker 5: questions about how we go about the ceremony without her
[8:13] Speaker 5: parents and most of her families. Specifically, how do you
[8:15] Speaker 5: think would be best for us to walk down the aisle?
[8:18] Speaker 5: I always thought I'd be walked down by both of
[8:19] Speaker 5: my parents, but my girlfriend's expressed it that would be
[8:22] Speaker 5: difficult for her because no one and her family would
[8:24] Speaker 5: be willing to walk her down the aisle. Do I
[8:26] Speaker 5: walk alone and risk disappointing my own parents, who are
[8:29] Speaker 5: super supporting and loving. By the way, I'm looking for
[8:31] Speaker 5: creative solutions for walking down the aisle and the wedding
[8:34] Speaker 5: as a whole with her family being unavailable to the idea.
[8:37] Speaker 3: Oh, this is so hard. First of all, you listening
[8:42] Speaker 3: since her sixteen just blew my mind.
[8:44] Speaker 6: And now right now she's engaged. That's insane. Just started
[8:49] Speaker 6: the show last year.
[8:52] Speaker 2: I'm so happy that you have found someone that you
[8:56] Speaker 2: love and want to be with forever. I think navigating
[9:00] Speaker 2: people who are not approving of your relationship, especially family,
[9:05] Speaker 2: is really challenging and difficult, and I don't think that
[9:09] Speaker 2: pain goes away no matter how excited you are to
[9:14] Speaker 2: be with someone and have like a celebration like this.
[9:17] Speaker 2: I think the main thing is the beauty of life
[9:21] Speaker 2: and getting older is getting to find people who are
[9:24] Speaker 2: around you who are your chosen family. And I know
[9:27] Speaker 2: we use that term a lot, but I think those
[9:29] Speaker 2: people that you surround yourself with and that are supportive
[9:32] Speaker 2: and make you feel so loved and seen are so valuable,
[9:37] Speaker 2: and I think that focusing on them is going to
[9:40] Speaker 2: be really important for your or future fiance, future wife.
[9:46] Speaker 2: And I think when it comes to walking down the aisle,
[9:50] Speaker 2: I don't think you should not have your parents walk
[9:52] Speaker 2: you down, because if that's something you've always dreamed of,
[9:54] Speaker 2: I think it's really important for you to get to
[9:56] Speaker 2: have that moment. But maybe your girlfriend or your partner
[10:00] Speaker 2: can find either someone who is like a father figure
[10:03] Speaker 2: or a sibling, or someone who's really special to them
[10:06] Speaker 2: to walk them down the aisle, or maybe your parents.
[10:10] Speaker 1: I would say too to say, I think your parents
[10:12] Speaker 1: should walk both of you down.
[10:14] Speaker 2: The aisle, or maybe one at a time so you
[10:16] Speaker 2: both get your moment. But I think that could be
[10:18] Speaker 2: really special. Since your parents are supportive and they're going
[10:20] Speaker 2: to be her in laws, then getting to like introduce
[10:24] Speaker 2: that dynamic and to the people that are most important
[10:29] Speaker 2: to you, I think is a really could be a
[10:30] Speaker 2: really impactful special moment for them. And to be honest, like,
[10:34] Speaker 2: at the end of the day, her parents are the
[10:36] Speaker 2: ones that are going to have to live with the
[10:38] Speaker 2: fact that they weren't a part of that and that
[10:41] Speaker 2: someone else took on the role to walk their daughter
[10:43] Speaker 2: down the aisle and they missed out on something that
[10:45] Speaker 2: was so beautiful and important. And your partner should be
[10:49] Speaker 2: able to celebrate being loved and being seen by you
[10:53] Speaker 2: and not letting that damper it even though I know
[10:56] Speaker 2: it's like a painful thing.
[10:58] Speaker 1: Yeah, I wanted to say too, sorry that you guys
[11:01] Speaker 1: are going through that. Yeah, I it just it sucks.
[11:04] Speaker 1: It's super selfish and it's not okay. But I also
[11:08] Speaker 1: had the idea of your parents, like walking one of
[11:13] Speaker 1: you down at a time, like taking one up, leaving
[11:15] Speaker 1: one going back and taking the other end. Because I
[11:17] Speaker 1: do think honoring your parents that way because they've been
[11:22] Speaker 1: so supportive, and I just think that's such a beautiful
[11:26] Speaker 1: way to honor your parents. And then kind of, uh,
[11:31] Speaker 1: I don't want to. I don't want to say, like
[11:33] Speaker 1: stick it to her parents.
[11:35] Speaker 3: But like I kind of kind of like listen, like
[11:38] Speaker 3: you guys want to be here.
[11:39] Speaker 2: Yeah, I do have support elsewhere, which is it You
[11:43] Speaker 2: never can replace the feeling of getting support from your
[11:47] Speaker 2: own parents. Like I don't think that's a realistic expectation,
[11:50] Speaker 2: but I do think I don't think it's fair for
[11:52] Speaker 2: you to take away your moment with your parents on
[11:56] Speaker 2: a day that you've probably dreamed of in a moment
[11:58] Speaker 2: you've dreamed of. And I think you're and you have time,
[12:02] Speaker 2: like you're not even engaged yet, so you have time
[12:05] Speaker 2: to kind of figure out what that would look like.
[12:06] Speaker 3: But there are so.
[12:07] Speaker 2: Many people who, even people who are in queer relationships,
[12:11] Speaker 2: who have family dynamics where it doesn't make sense to
[12:15] Speaker 2: have a parent walk them down the aisle or they
[12:17] Speaker 2: walk down alone, and it's going to be so beautiful
[12:20] Speaker 2: either way. And I think just knowing that your partner
[12:26] Speaker 2: is going to your girlfriend is going to have moments
[12:30] Speaker 2: where it feels really sad and heavy and that may
[12:34] Speaker 2: not ever go away, but she's also going to get
[12:37] Speaker 2: to have beautiful moments of seeing who is there to
[12:39] Speaker 2: support her and focusing on that.
[12:41] Speaker 6: I like to throw out one more thing. Allison's father
[12:45] Speaker 6: tragically passed before we got married, and so talking about walking,
[12:49] Speaker 6: who is you know, how is she going to walk
[12:51] Speaker 6: down the aisle was a big topic. And we walked
[12:53] Speaker 6: each other down the air like there was no one
[12:55] Speaker 6: up there, you know, from like I wasn't up there already.
[12:58] Speaker 6: And then she and I walked down together and it
[12:59] Speaker 6: was a really spared moment for her and I. And
[13:02] Speaker 6: that's another option, you know.
[13:03] Speaker 3: I do love that too.
[13:04] Speaker 6: Yeah.
[13:04] Speaker 3: I Also we went to Dean and Kaylen's wedding and
[13:08] Speaker 3: Kaylen walked down by herself and it was so it
[13:11] Speaker 3: was like a movie scene. I'll never forget that, like
[13:15] Speaker 3: kiss me by Yeah Rich I was playing.
[13:19] Speaker 2: It felt like in the weather was beautiful, and she
[13:22] Speaker 2: walked down and it was so powerful that she was
[13:24] Speaker 2: by herself. So you know, maybe your girlfriend can find
[13:28] Speaker 2: feeling empowered by that too.
[13:30] Speaker 4: Yeah.
[13:31] Speaker 2: So I'm really sorry you're going through that. And I'm
[13:33] Speaker 2: also so happy you found someone that you want to
[13:35] Speaker 2: be with forever. And there's there is beauty there two
[13:39] Speaker 2: things can exist at the same time, and I've learned
[13:41] Speaker 2: that a lot.
[13:43] Speaker 4: So say it again for the people in the back.
[13:45] Speaker 3: We love you and we're so happy for you.
[13:46] Speaker 4: Yeah, so happy for you.
[13:47] Speaker 1: Dee.
[13:50] Speaker 3: We need to take a break, we do.
[13:51] Speaker 5: Indeed, all right, we'll be right back.
[14:09] Speaker 3: We're ah, gotcha.
[14:13] Speaker 5: I think Becka won every single commercial break this whole week.
[14:16] Speaker 4: I would like to point out she did not, in
[14:18] Speaker 4: fact on Mondays.
[14:19] Speaker 5: Well for the birthday game for her from anonymous. Am
[14:23] Speaker 5: I crazy? Or is this normal? This is my second
[14:26] Speaker 5: Mother's Day. My husband's the best person ever. He is
[14:28] Speaker 5: Robbie two point zero. Wow, He's everything I could ever want.
[14:32] Speaker 5: I'm not complaining about him, But my question is about
[14:34] Speaker 5: Mother's Day. On the day itself, he posted a story
[14:37] Speaker 5: about his mom, who he's really close to, but he
[14:40] Speaker 5: never posted anything about me, the mother of his child.
[14:43] Speaker 5: I was a little sad about that, so we had a conversation.
[14:45] Speaker 5: He told me I'm not his mother.
[14:47] Speaker 4: Oh.
[14:48] Speaker 5: In a nice way. And that's why I didn't post
[14:50] Speaker 5: anything about me. I know this sicilian stop, but I
[14:52] Speaker 5: shouldn't be caring about it because the oh day was perfect.
[14:54] Speaker 5: He took care of me, he gave me the sweetest things.
[14:57] Speaker 5: But am I crazy for feeling sadilled down because he
[14:59] Speaker 5: didn't an Instagram story for me?
[15:03] Speaker 4: I would murder.
[15:04] Speaker 3: I'm a murder.
[15:05] Speaker 4: Murder murder.
[15:07] Speaker 3: Oh my god, I'm murder.
[15:08] Speaker 4: Here's the thing.
[15:10] Speaker 1: If he didn't post anything on Mother's Day, I'd be fine.
[15:13] Speaker 1: I would be like Robbie two point zero. You're good,
[15:17] Speaker 1: we're good, we're solid.
[15:18] Speaker 4: Thank you for me.
[15:19] Speaker 3: But he did other things in person.
[15:22] Speaker 1: Yeah, she said the day was perfect. He was so great, great, right,
[15:25] Speaker 1: no problem. You decide to post a public shout out
[15:30] Speaker 1: to your mother, but not to the mother of your
[15:34] Speaker 1: child is absolutely diabolic.
[15:36] Speaker 3: Di'monical, and you're not You're not.
[15:39] Speaker 4: You are not my mother. No, but I am the mother.
[15:46] Speaker 2: Honestly, she is the matriarch of your your unit.
[15:50] Speaker 3: Now she's a matriarch.
[15:53] Speaker 1: I would be I don't know what should be angrier.
[15:58] Speaker 3: That is my advice.
[15:59] Speaker 1: I don't let me tell you father's days around the corner.
[16:01] Speaker 1: You better do a carousel of your dad and like
[16:06] Speaker 1: your neighbor's dad and your your word.
[16:11] Speaker 4: Father, yeah, father, priests, the community church. You shout out
[16:15] Speaker 4: every father in your life. Yeah, but you except for
[16:19] Speaker 4: him because he's not true daddy.
[16:21] Speaker 5: Yankee should.
[16:24] Speaker 3: Why did you shout out all those guys? Well, you're
[16:27] Speaker 3: not my dad, Yeah, you're not my father.
[16:29] Speaker 4: My father. That might be the petty approach, but I'm
[16:34] Speaker 4: all for it. Right around the corner, I'm over it.
[16:37] Speaker 4: It's right around the corner.
[16:38] Speaker 2: The amount of things that moms go through to be
[16:41] Speaker 2: a mom.
[16:42] Speaker 3: For your husband not to do a simple post while he's.
[16:45] Speaker 2: Praising mommy, mommy dearest is in furying the boy mom thing. No, no,
[16:56] Speaker 2: you should be angrier.
[16:57] Speaker 3: And that's my take.
[16:59] Speaker 1: Yeah, I honestly like you should be much angrier, Like
[17:02] Speaker 1: like like a fact to give us his number.
[17:06] Speaker 5: To keep in mind, he's Robby two point zero best
[17:10] Speaker 5: guy ever.
[17:10] Speaker 6: Let's remember that I didn't forget that.
[17:12] Speaker 4: Okay, goods on me. That was not lost on me.
[17:17] Speaker 3: Robby knows, Robbie one point oh knows better.
[17:22] Speaker 2: The fact is if he had been like, oh my god, baby,
[17:25] Speaker 2: you're so right, I.
[17:26] Speaker 3: Don't I was just thinking.
[17:26] Speaker 4: About my mom, Like, you're right, you are.
[17:29] Speaker 2: The mom in my life, like that is so important.
[17:33] Speaker 2: Next year, this will not happen. And I'm really sorry,
[17:36] Speaker 2: but that responds being.
[17:38] Speaker 3: You are not my mother.
[17:40] Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you're not my mom.
[17:50] Speaker 1: It's like I don't even know what I would do.
[17:54] Speaker 1: I honestly think I would do the Father's Day thing,
[17:58] Speaker 1: just like match the energy. Yeah, you want to play
[18:01] Speaker 1: this game? Two can be on the court, buddy.
[18:05] Speaker 2: Oh.
[18:05] Speaker 3: Someone wrote into my podcast I listened to and it
[18:09] Speaker 3: seems like they had a similar situation. This is their advice.
[18:12] Speaker 5: She should play this for him. They would both get
[18:13] Speaker 5: a big kick out of it.
[18:15] Speaker 1: Yes, yeah, or played this for him, or wait till
[18:17] Speaker 1: Father's Day and give him a taste of his own medicine.
[18:20] Speaker 1: Whatever you choose, we don't support your support.
[18:22] Speaker 3: Listen and don't.
[18:24] Speaker 5: Yes, well, all right, here's a fun one before we
[18:27] Speaker 5: get mom.

[23:29] Speaker 5: lower today. They will all give a number, and then

[23:36] Speaker 5: whoever did not go over wins fair. Yes, here we go.
[23:40] Speaker 5: Today is not a great day for birthdays, but it
[23:43] Speaker 5: is today's birthday for Gautier. And if you don't know Gautier,

[25:32] Speaker 5: I'm changing up a little bit here. I have two
[25:35] Speaker 5: celebrities this weekend that were both born on the exact
[25:38] Speaker 5: same day. So you have two different people to think
[25:40] Speaker 5: about when you guess their ages born on the exact
[25:44] Speaker 5: same day and same year. Yes, Wow, pop singer Jewel
[25:49] Speaker 5: and Jeopardy host Ken Jennings. They were born on the

[26:04] Speaker 4: Doesn't give me much. I'm gonna say forty seven.
[26:08] Speaker 5: Forty seven. Becca, I'm gonna say forty nine, forty nine Eastern.

[27:58] Speaker 5: If Easton gets it, Tanya wins because it'll be three
[28:01] Speaker 5: to two to two at that point.

[29:07] Speaker 5: You cannot, okay?
[29:08] Speaker 6: I think Sam Smith and Marshmellow are thirty nine.
[29:13] Speaker 5: Went what you went? Thirty six times? No, thirty seven
[29:15] Speaker 5: times thirty six? Becca thirty nine? They turn thirty four?
[29:22] Speaker 5: Is the closest and we will have a tie.
