[0:53] Speaker 1: person vehicle RAP business into one of Georgia's most credited
[0:59] Speaker 1: minority owns solar contractors. Please welcome to Money Making Conversations
[1:03] Speaker 1: Massa class Abaduni Martin. How you doing, sir?
[1:07] Speaker 2: Hey, how you doing?
[1:08] Speaker 3: Rashan how you doing.
[1:09] Speaker 2: First, before we get into your still and everything and
[1:11] Speaker 2: ask the questions, I want to thank you for having
[1:15] Speaker 2: me back. Just the last the last time we talked
[1:17] Speaker 2: to we told the story of Duke. Everything want today
[1:21] Speaker 2: was a federal credential. Since we last folk, we crossed
[1:25] Speaker 2: over three Bagel Watcher commercial Solar installed. We became a
[1:29] Speaker 2: US departner of Laty Register Apprenticeship Sponsors Program credential, and
[1:34] Speaker 2: we installed the Landmark fire station, the Landmark fire Station
[1:39] Speaker 2: forty at the Jacksonville Jackson excuse me a Hartsfield Jackson Airport, Okay,
[1:47] Speaker 2: And the mayor was there and we did a river
[1:50] Speaker 2: cutting and everything like that. That was a great All
[1:53] Speaker 2: the TV people were there, you know, that was a
[1:55] Speaker 2: great experience as well. Became a Georgia Bright Solar for
[2:00] Speaker 2: uh A subcontract as well the big shift this year.
[2:06] Speaker 1: Hold holdo, come on that, come on you, I got
[2:10] Speaker 1: I gotta let everybody know yourself. Something to breathe because
[2:12] Speaker 1: guess well, I got time to talk to you, Okay.
[2:15] Speaker 3: Because I'm so excited.
[2:18] Speaker 1: I know I know you are. Because see it's a
[2:20] Speaker 1: journey on everything. Because I remember when we first talked,
[2:22] Speaker 1: it's used out there. Look, it's proper to say this hustling, hustling,
[2:27] Speaker 1: trying to make connections, trying to Reshaana. You know you
[2:30] Speaker 1: had more hype than you had action going on in
[2:32] Speaker 1: your life. When did it really turn for you? Will
[2:37] Speaker 1: you realize? You know, you know I can, I can
[2:40] Speaker 1: do this. We all wanted to be a dream. We
[2:43] Speaker 1: want that dream to become a reality. What was the
[2:46] Speaker 1: first opportunity you went, Thank you God, I needed that.
[2:50] Speaker 2: The first opportunity was I think on our last conversation
[2:56] Speaker 2: was with Cherry Street Energy. Most I work with them
[3:01] Speaker 2: and they just let me and allowed my organization to
[3:05] Speaker 2: grow and prosper with them with with mistakes, with anything
[3:10] Speaker 2: that I wanted to learn. They just encouraged that.
[3:13] Speaker 3: Man.
[3:13] Speaker 2: I can't say enough good things about them because they
[3:17] Speaker 2: They've been the mentor for Duke, you know. And so
[3:23] Speaker 2: that kind of ported me to be in a position
[3:26] Speaker 2: where now I'm still in that growth phase and I'm
[3:30] Speaker 2: trying to replicate and scale the business and focus on
[3:36] Speaker 2: the workforce development side as well as the installation side.
[3:41] Speaker 2: So I'm a sponsor employer. Uh, to be exactly, I
[3:45] Speaker 2: love it.
[3:47] Speaker 1: There's abdu. You wouldn't using word like scale. And I
[3:50] Speaker 1: talked to you the first time that work for you
[3:53] Speaker 1: added to the cavalry, yong Man, You've added to the cavalry.
[3:57] Speaker 3: I love it, but.
[3:57] Speaker 1: I love it. Let's talk about Le's talk about it
[4:00] Speaker 1: because it's all about who. You know, an apprenticeship and
[4:03] Speaker 1: a meeting. Let's talk about the UH. You know, the
[4:05] Speaker 1: apprenticeship program that you became a US Department of Labor
[4:09] Speaker 1: registered apprenticeship sponsor and solar installation and construction craft what
[4:14] Speaker 1: exactly is that?
[4:16] Speaker 2: So actually, in this particular, with the with the undersigned
[4:22] Speaker 2: undersigned UH definition of the solar installation portion, I went,
[4:26] Speaker 2: I was, I had to build that from scratch with
[4:31] Speaker 2: the with the help of Iraq they deal with the
[4:34] Speaker 2: solar industry as a whole, and I was, I had
[4:41] Speaker 2: to develop this program. And it took me about a
[4:43] Speaker 2: year for the Department of Labor to approve my particular
[4:49] Speaker 2: program because there is no solar installation program under the
[4:56] Speaker 2: Department of Labor. So this is brand new. It's a
[4:59] Speaker 2: hybrid of a credential and I'm the only one in
[5:05] Speaker 2: Georgia and maybe the only one throughout the Southeast that
[5:09] Speaker 2: have this particular program as an apprenticeship under the Department
[5:14] Speaker 2: of Labor.
[5:15] Speaker 1: You know, early on in my interview, I was just
[5:19] Speaker 1: talking about Atlanta, and I remember I was talking to
[5:23] Speaker 1: Leonda bar Davin Ford over the Atlanta Business League, and
[5:26] Speaker 1: I always said that during business in Atlanta from a
[5:30] Speaker 1: black perspective, always felt different here. It always felt like, yes,
[5:34] Speaker 1: I've really had an opportunity to win. I just had
[5:37] Speaker 1: to figure out the right relationships. And one of the
[5:40] Speaker 1: big wins in your story is the Hartsville Jackson the
[5:44] Speaker 1: business airport in the world. Talk about that experience that
[5:48] Speaker 1: came into your hands and how you had to understand
[5:52] Speaker 1: the responsibility of completing the task correctly because you are
[5:56] Speaker 1: a black person.
[5:57] Speaker 3: Yes, sir, Yes, sir.
[5:59] Speaker 2: That particular flagship of an installation again one of Cherry
[6:05] Speaker 2: Cherry Street Energy's portfolio on the Mike, Michael Shanning, and.
[6:10] Speaker 3: He gave it. He gave it to us.
[6:12] Speaker 2: Man. He said, rock on, shine on, do your thing.
[6:16] Speaker 2: And my goal is always to do everything once you know,
[6:21] Speaker 2: I make sure that hey, I'm gonna put my best
[6:23] Speaker 2: before it, and my team is going to be put
[6:26] Speaker 2: their best bet forward and we're not going to accept
[6:28] Speaker 2: anything less. And we did an excellent job. Like I said,
[6:32] Speaker 2: last year, we had a full ribbon cutting. There's an
[6:36] Speaker 2: article n PR about us. I've been on several UH
[6:41] Speaker 2: news articles regarding the UH yes, and you know, it's
[6:49] Speaker 2: been it's been granted. Man. I've just been getting so
[6:52] Speaker 2: many uh just you know, falls and the praise for
[6:56] Speaker 2: what I do. And like I said, I'm still in
[6:58] Speaker 2: that process. I'm still growing. So this is a journey.
[7:01] Speaker 2: This is a journey, and I'm just glad for Sean
[7:03] Speaker 2: that you have been a supporter uh and and helping me,
[7:08] Speaker 2: you know, progress in this and everything.
[7:10] Speaker 1: You know, It's so funny because he just he just
[7:13] Speaker 1: emailed me, you know, he just emailed me. I go, man,
[7:15] Speaker 1: what you being? Come on, I got come on, I
[7:18] Speaker 1: gotta tell you a story. I'll tell you was caught
[7:19] Speaker 1: off guard because of my enthusiasm from me to him, because,
[7:24] Speaker 1: like you know, it's that classic line, out of sight,
[7:27] Speaker 1: out of mind, you know, always make a conduct, always
[7:31] Speaker 1: in a Christmas card, always in a thank you card,
[7:34] Speaker 1: Always drop a text to somebody because you don't know
[7:36] Speaker 1: how they're going to react. And my reaction was, I
[7:39] Speaker 1: want to hear from you, brother, I'm proud of you,
[7:41] Speaker 1: and and you're doing something I basically will tell you
[7:46] Speaker 1: an dony, I don't know what you do because it's
[7:49] Speaker 1: such a technically uh different thing that I've ever experienced.
[7:53] Speaker 1: I know and know the words solar. When you hear
[7:57] Speaker 1: a solar installation, I hear the on tell us exactly
[8:03] Speaker 1: what you do. Well.
[8:06] Speaker 2: So my company, I liken to say that we're not
[8:12] Speaker 2: just a solar installation company, right, we are an emergence
[8:17] Speaker 2: trade company, a platform, so workforce development, finance, solar installation.
[8:24] Speaker 2: These are the core systems that are industries that we
[8:30] Speaker 2: perform under where we're given opportunity to people that comes
[8:36] Speaker 2: from undeserved communities, foster care that those individuals that's aging,
[8:41] Speaker 2: not a falster care.
[8:43] Speaker 3: These are the.
[8:45] Speaker 2: Industries that I come in under because we are marginalized
[8:50] Speaker 2: in these industries. And my goal has always been to
[8:53] Speaker 2: infiltrate these industries, learn about it, teach it to the
[8:58] Speaker 2: communities that don't know anything thing about it, want to
[9:01] Speaker 2: try to learn and basically, you know, make a living,
[9:04] Speaker 2: a good living, not something to where it's just hey,
[9:07] Speaker 2: I'm just doing something just for.
[9:08] Speaker 3: A paycheck, but actually a career.
[9:10] Speaker 2: And that's the thing that I'm trying to develop, and
[9:13] Speaker 2: I'm looking for anybody who wants to help, wants to
[9:16] Speaker 2: donate mission all of these things that I would need
[9:19] Speaker 2: to help scale and grow what I do because this
[9:23] Speaker 2: is essentially what I do, workforce development by pride and joy,
[9:26] Speaker 2: helping to underserve and black individuals black and brown that
[9:31] Speaker 2: want to get into the industry just don't know how
[9:33] Speaker 2: to go about it. I'm here just do everything. Well,
[9:36] Speaker 2: this is what I do right now.
[9:38] Speaker 1: Now, I want to go back to the solar power,
[9:41] Speaker 1: you know, because like you install solar panels, I'm assuming
[9:45] Speaker 1: at the fire station at Hartfield's Jackson Airport. Now, maybe
[9:50] Speaker 1: I'm asking too many technical quurts, but okay, is that
[9:55] Speaker 1: something that once you consider for their homes or this
[9:58] Speaker 1: just a business a bit? Is this installation where it's
[10:02] Speaker 1: most effective, because I'm assuming you got to have a
[10:04] Speaker 1: big enough roof so you can get enough panels up
[10:07] Speaker 1: there that will get you the right amount of energy
[10:09] Speaker 1: that will have value to bring to your to the
[10:13] Speaker 1: business that you're bringing it to your home. What are
[10:16] Speaker 1: your thoughts on how does that work for you when
[10:18] Speaker 1: you're talking to people about solar power.
[10:21] Speaker 3: So that's a good question and mainly.
[10:24] Speaker 2: It's one of the reasons why I joined the solar
[10:27] Speaker 2: for our program that was on the residential side, where
[10:30] Speaker 2: the government gave so much money throughout the United States,
[10:34] Speaker 2: two individual programs. One was Capital Good Funds received all
[10:42] Speaker 2: this money is thinking roughly one hundred and fifty six
[10:45] Speaker 2: million to twenty and fifty six million dollars to you know,
[10:51] Speaker 2: present this program throughout Georgia. However, the government took that
[10:54] Speaker 2: money back, so they only gave Capital Good Funds a
[10:59] Speaker 2: portion of that those funds for residential to basically help
[11:04] Speaker 2: individuals get free solar. And what we basically what that
[11:08] Speaker 2: process would have been is we go into these individual homes.
[11:12] Speaker 2: We talked to the approved individuals that are looking to
[11:16] Speaker 2: get this free solar and basically say, hey, we need
[11:20] Speaker 2: your power bills. We need to see how much you
[11:23] Speaker 2: paying your power bills. We give you, we have to
[11:27] Speaker 2: buy the government standards you have to have being able
[11:31] Speaker 2: to save twenty percent of what you would pay on
[11:37] Speaker 2: this your regular power bills, so we save you once
[11:39] Speaker 2: we deport this solar on your home twenty percent, so
[11:44] Speaker 2: that offset and that's over the course of the year.
[11:47] Speaker 2: And so that's an ongoing process. As we speak with
[11:53] Speaker 2: residential solar Now, this is a pilot that's going now
[11:57] Speaker 2: and we're still fighting. I don't know the details of legality,
[12:00] Speaker 2: so I don't want to speak too much on you know,
[12:02] Speaker 2: the process of getting that money back. But they are
[12:05] Speaker 2: in the process of fighting for that money back from
[12:07] Speaker 2: the government to full full fledged the residential side of that.
[12:12] Speaker 1: I know, three hundred and fifty million dollars and somebody
[12:15] Speaker 1: taking it away from me, I'd be unhappy a long time.
[12:21] Speaker 1: That's not what I want to hear you whoo. But
[12:23] Speaker 1: you know, you know, the world we live in is
[12:25] Speaker 1: changing so much. You know, electric vehicles, solar power. So
[12:31] Speaker 1: in my mind it's almost like it's solar power is
[12:34] Speaker 1: so strong that you can have a solar power set
[12:38] Speaker 1: up and it can charge your electric vehicle. I'm just
[12:41] Speaker 1: asking that's a general question. I'll just understand how you
[12:44] Speaker 1: can use nature set this up and it can it
[12:47] Speaker 1: can power your car. You don't burn anything on gas.
[12:51] Speaker 1: How does is that amount of power being generated from
[12:55] Speaker 1: these sun panels?
[12:57] Speaker 2: Listen, this is the greatest invention to man. Do you
[13:03] Speaker 2: use free resources that comes from the Earth, comes from space,
[13:09] Speaker 2: the sun? Right, the sun powers these solar uh, solar panels, right,
[13:16] Speaker 2: which which powers your home, which powers your your vehicles
[13:23] Speaker 2: and anything else that you want to adapt to these systems.
[13:28] Speaker 2: And that's the great thing with you know, human innovation.
[13:31] Speaker 2: You know, we are able to create these things that
[13:35] Speaker 2: really take not a lot of effort once you know,
[13:39] Speaker 2: you see the system and how it works to you know,
[13:42] Speaker 2: embed it into your everyday life. And so this is
[13:46] Speaker 2: a worldwide thing. You know, solar power powers communities, power cities,
[13:53] Speaker 2: and it combines networks with these data centers and all
[13:57] Speaker 2: that they need to consume lots and lots of energy.
[14:00] Speaker 2: And how do you get so much energy? You can
[14:03] Speaker 2: get it free from the sun.
[14:07] Speaker 1: And we got understanding the value of it. Because interesting
[14:11] Speaker 1: thing about you, you're a black man, you know, I
[14:13] Speaker 1: don't you know, I'm not saying I'm not being stereotypical,
[14:16] Speaker 1: but you're doing vehicle wraps and so vehicle wraps to
[14:21] Speaker 1: solar power installation. Help me understand. How were you able
[14:25] Speaker 1: to connect the dots and make that transition?
[14:29] Speaker 2: Man, listen, awesome question in Rashana, How I was able
[14:33] Speaker 2: to make the connection. I'm a visionary. I like to
[14:35] Speaker 2: consider myself a visionary. The future before trades was popular.
[14:43] Speaker 3: You know, I was.
[14:44] Speaker 2: I was in the trade. Right, signage is a trade vehicle.
[14:47] Speaker 2: Wrapping is a trade less a known trade, but it's
[14:51] Speaker 2: a trade nonetheless. And you know, the main thing is
[14:55] Speaker 2: I was like, you know what, there's a need for
[14:58] Speaker 2: what I do, and and I need to present it
[15:01] Speaker 2: to the youth. I need to present it to the future.
[15:04] Speaker 2: That's going to basically power America, that's going to basically
[15:08] Speaker 2: wrap America. It's basically going to put all these new
[15:10] Speaker 2: signs on these new buildings and companies that's bringing up.
[15:14] Speaker 2: I need to be able to learn what these industries
[15:17] Speaker 2: do and how I can apply it and present it
[15:20] Speaker 2: to my community. And so that's basically that's basically how I,
[15:26] Speaker 2: you know, put two and two together. I just look
[15:29] Speaker 2: see where the need is. I see there's a need.
[15:31] Speaker 2: There's a need for working capital. Working capital meaning the workforce,
[15:36] Speaker 2: meaning the people that's going to do the work. Because
[15:38] Speaker 2: you know what, anybody can go out here and get
[15:41] Speaker 2: the jobs, but who's going to do the work. And
[15:43] Speaker 2: these biggest organizations don't want to do the training, they
[15:46] Speaker 2: don't want to put forth the money to train these individuals.
[15:50] Speaker 2: Come to me, I would do it and this is
[15:52] Speaker 2: how I connected. Hey, you got a need I can provide. Wow,
[15:57] Speaker 2: let's come together. Let's have a strategic partner.
[15:59] Speaker 1: I love it. Man. Please don't go anywhere. We'll be

[16:41] Speaker 1: and Instagram. Here's a couple of things that when you
[16:45] Speaker 1: was talking about sole installation, I was just looking up
[16:48] Speaker 1: things and I was going because you said, Rashan, you
[16:50] Speaker 1: know this is free elements that can power you that
[16:55] Speaker 1: you eventually can benefit you. So they said some of
[16:58] Speaker 1: the financial benefits, they said savings on electricity bill. Homeowners
[17:03] Speaker 1: can expect to lower their electricity bill by seventy five
[17:07] Speaker 1: percent or more. Here that depending on your solar panel installation,
[17:13] Speaker 1: over twenty five years, the average homeowner can save between
[17:17] Speaker 1: forty one thousands and sixty two thousand in utility costs
[17:22] Speaker 1: now the payback period. The average payback period for solar
[17:27] Speaker 1: panels that you install is between five and fifteen years,
[17:33] Speaker 1: depending on the system size and local electricity rates. After
[17:38] Speaker 1: this period, homeowners can enjoy free electricity from their solar panels.
[17:47] Speaker 1: You are aligning, You're gonna get a discount by using
[17:54] Speaker 1: the solar panel, and then after.
[17:56] Speaker 3: That it's free, come on benefits.
[18:02] Speaker 1: I didn't know anything. You didn't tell me this thirteen
[18:04] Speaker 1: months ago. Man, I'm ashaming of our relationship. Man, you
[18:08] Speaker 1: just being a nice guy. Now I understand that you can.
[18:11] Speaker 1: You could have saved me thousands of dollars, because that's
[18:14] Speaker 1: that's a program that you really that's why you're on
[18:15] Speaker 1: the show to educate people like me, to let people
[18:19] Speaker 1: know it's not a kind of like a cute thing
[18:23] Speaker 1: or a fat thing. This really in the world and
[18:26] Speaker 1: where we're headed and high gas prices and power grids
[18:31] Speaker 1: that go out, okay, that if you turn to solar panels,
[18:36] Speaker 1: that becomes an asset that you can control not only
[18:40] Speaker 1: in the short term, but in the long term when
[18:43] Speaker 1: especially as you get older bills and expenses, it can
[18:47] Speaker 1: it can help you with inflation. There's a lot of
[18:50] Speaker 1: positives in this. How do you make the big pitch
[18:53] Speaker 1: when you're going out there apportunity.
[18:55] Speaker 2: Well, for me on the residential side, I haven't went
[19:00] Speaker 2: four flares on that side of it, right right. They'll
[19:04] Speaker 2: focus on the commercial side, and I strategically work with
[19:09] Speaker 2: partners on that end, so they do all the legwork
[19:12] Speaker 2: as far as going out and pulling permits and talking
[19:16] Speaker 2: to the clients and so on and so forth. I
[19:19] Speaker 2: haven't reached that age of becoming yet. But my focal
[19:26] Speaker 2: point is really training the individuals on the trade themselves.
[19:31] Speaker 1: Right right, right, right right, expanding the workforce, like you
[19:36] Speaker 1: were saying, increasing opportunities through the apprentice program and all
[19:40] Speaker 1: these things that have been made available through you. That's awesome,
[19:44] Speaker 1: And I want to just put out one last thing.
[19:45] Speaker 1: I don't know how I missed this. They said it
[19:49] Speaker 1: will increase your property value. Homes with solo panel often
[19:53] Speaker 1: seeing increasing property value as buyers are attracted to the
[19:57] Speaker 1: prospect of lower energy costs and so sustainable living. Then
[20:01] Speaker 1: they added this low maintenance costs. Solar panels are generally
[20:06] Speaker 1: low maintenance, with average annual maintenance costs ranging from one
[20:11] Speaker 1: hundred and forty to one hundred and eighty dollars annually.
[20:15] Speaker 1: That's pretty impressive, man, even for your business side, that's
[20:17] Speaker 1: pretty impressive.
[20:19] Speaker 3: Yes, sir, yes, sir, Wow, yes sir.
[20:22] Speaker 2: Now you you mentioned have a sofa. Huh. There's a
[20:26] Speaker 2: lot of benefits to have a soga.
[20:27] Speaker 1: Now you mentioned something a couple of times during the
[20:30] Speaker 1: interview here about the Cherry Street Energy Partnership. Explain it
[20:36] Speaker 1: to me a little bit and high. You know, you
[20:38] Speaker 1: always said that's how you got the Heartsfield through the
[20:41] Speaker 1: through the Cherry Street Energy Partnership. Tell us exactly what
[20:45] Speaker 1: that is.
[20:47] Speaker 2: So, so think of Cherry Street as what's that Georgia Power,
[20:54] Speaker 2: right but for the Green Energy force, right, So their
[20:59] Speaker 2: utility company on the green spote. So what they do
[21:05] Speaker 2: they procure and manage the systems that they own and
[21:11] Speaker 2: provide to their clients. Right, So engineering procurement, and we
[21:17] Speaker 2: are construction. So we build the systems. They engineer, procure,
[21:23] Speaker 2: own and maintain those systems. So Cherry Street owns all
[21:26] Speaker 2: the systems that they install, or they have their subcontractors
[21:30] Speaker 2: like myself who partner with them to install these systems
[21:36] Speaker 2: on different municipalities and government buildings and so on and
[21:40] Speaker 2: so forth. So that's pretty much our relationship, that's what
[21:45] Speaker 2: we have. And also they have an armed where they
[21:48] Speaker 2: take companies, minority companies like myself and help build them
[21:52] Speaker 2: up right do what I'm talking to you about now,
[21:55] Speaker 2: starting apprenticeship programs and so on and so forth. So
[21:58] Speaker 2: they also invest in us by providing the resources to
[22:03] Speaker 2: help us learn and gain the knowledge to now present
[22:06] Speaker 2: and scale out to our constituents and our communities and
[22:12] Speaker 2: so on and so forth. This is field net, a
[22:14] Speaker 2: symbiotic relationship.
[22:17] Speaker 1: You know, This is why I really enjoy about our
[22:20] Speaker 1: conversation and watching your personal growth, because, like anything, we're
[22:24] Speaker 1: all about trying to survive. We're all about trying to
[22:27] Speaker 1: get to the next step. And you blossomed not only
[22:30] Speaker 1: as a human being, not saying that you aren't a
[22:33] Speaker 1: great person when I met you, but you seem much
[22:36] Speaker 1: more global in your thought process, much more community driven.
[22:41] Speaker 1: You've almost found the magic genie bottle for opportunity and
[22:46] Speaker 1: you're sharing it why are you feeling so good about that?
[22:48] Speaker 1: And we're not going to understand you a good person,
[22:50] Speaker 1: but a lot of people get that bottle and just
[22:52] Speaker 1: hold on to it for themselves.
[22:54] Speaker 3: Man.
[22:55] Speaker 2: You know what, No, man, I want to share with it.
[22:57] Speaker 2: I want people to come in and help build this thing. Man,
[23:00] Speaker 2: I'm on the precipice of a breakthrough. You know, I'm
[23:03] Speaker 2: right there. I'm and I'm on that. I'm on the
[23:06] Speaker 2: top tier of the mountain top you know where it's like,
[23:11] Speaker 2: you know, I'm on over the cliff. I'm over the cliff.
[23:15] Speaker 2: I'm just ready to jump and sore, you know, and
[23:20] Speaker 2: I just need that extra uh. You know. It's all
[23:23] Speaker 2: about building a team, building that synergy, and that's the
[23:26] Speaker 2: process I'm in. I'm and I'm building with others. So
[23:30] Speaker 2: I'm bringing others in because I can't do this by myself.
[23:33] Speaker 2: I don't want to be a one man army. I
[23:35] Speaker 2: don't want to be that person that does everything and
[23:37] Speaker 2: wear all the hat.
[23:38] Speaker 3: I want to share.
[23:39] Speaker 2: I want to share the wealth. I want to share
[23:41] Speaker 2: because it's a lot to do and I'm creating a
[23:45] Speaker 2: bottleneck of different molts that's going to help people in
[23:51] Speaker 2: my community and people in all the communities, if they
[23:53] Speaker 2: just see the vision that I'm building. I've been building
[23:57] Speaker 2: this for over ten years. You know I have the
[23:59] Speaker 2: blue I know how to tap into our youth. I
[24:03] Speaker 2: know what our youth need to be successful in these trades.
[24:06] Speaker 2: Everybody say, are you throwing the work? Are you throwing
[24:08] Speaker 2: the work? No, you just got to tap into what
[24:11] Speaker 2: they need. They need transportation, they need housing, they need
[24:15] Speaker 2: people that support them, they need mentorship. I can do it.
[24:20] Speaker 2: I need your help. I need your sponsorship, I need
[24:23] Speaker 2: your donations, I need your I need your help. I
[24:26] Speaker 2: need your help to get this information out to those
