[1:06] Speaker 1: Sandra Daily, How you doing, Sandra?
[1:09] Speaker 3: I am doing excellent today. Thank you for having me.
[1:13] Speaker 2: Okay, got to eat it out the way because I
[1:14] Speaker 2: hear a nice little accent there, Sandra.
[1:16] Speaker 1: Where are you from?
[1:17] Speaker 3: Originally Oh wow, you're good, you got shot is I
[1:21] Speaker 3: am from the little island.
[1:23] Speaker 4: In Antigua named Antiguing the Caribbean.
[1:26] Speaker 1: Oh great, great?
[1:27] Speaker 2: So how long have you been in the state or
[1:28] Speaker 2: were you born there and you lived here?
[1:31] Speaker 1: Give me some history there, give me some Oh wow.
[1:33] Speaker 3: I was born and raised in the Caribbean until I
[1:35] Speaker 3: was about fifteen.
[1:36] Speaker 4: And you know, it's everybody's dream to come to America, right.
[1:40] Speaker 4: My mom migrated and brought all her children.
[1:42] Speaker 3: I'm educated in the US from high school all the
[1:45] Speaker 3: way to college, and.
[1:47] Speaker 4: I've been here who since I was fifteen? This year,
[1:50] Speaker 4: I'm going to be fifty nine?
[1:53] Speaker 1: Oh good, miss.
[1:55] Speaker 2: Daily life is full of challenges and writing this book
[1:59] Speaker 2: delete that, the personal challenges that you had to confront
[2:03] Speaker 2: in order to write.
[2:04] Speaker 1: A book like to delete that? Were you able to
[2:07] Speaker 1: overcome them?
[2:08] Speaker 2: And how did you do those challenges as they will
[2:11] Speaker 2: put forth to you throughout your whole life?
[2:13] Speaker 3: You know, born and raised in the Caribbean, even though
[2:16] Speaker 3: it was British rule, we didn't English.
[2:19] Speaker 4: Was my first language. So even when I was in.
[2:23] Speaker 3: School and then we were taught English on the playground
[2:26] Speaker 3: at lunchtime, I was speaking what they called poplar broken
[2:30] Speaker 3: English and English are not my favorite subject and one
[2:33] Speaker 3: of the things one of the challenges. The people who
[2:36] Speaker 3: know me and know me well, like my husband and
[2:39] Speaker 3: their friends, They're like, you wrote a book because they
[2:43] Speaker 3: know I have tools, have grammar issues, I have all
[2:47] Speaker 3: a man of things, over put sentatives. Somebody say things,
[2:51] Speaker 3: but I didn't let it stop me. And when I
[2:55] Speaker 3: heard in my spirit delete and I deleted it. I
[3:00] Speaker 3: heard God say I want you to write a book.
[3:02] Speaker 3: Delete that, and I kind.
[3:04] Speaker 4: Of like, what.
[3:07] Speaker 3: So the people who are watching me, I want you
[3:10] Speaker 3: to know you may hear me. And I'm passionate because
[3:12] Speaker 3: I'm living this and I'm going through this. But I
[3:15] Speaker 3: had to overcome my own fear of grammar and writing
[3:20] Speaker 3: a book.
[3:20] Speaker 4: And does anybody want to hear it?
[3:23] Speaker 3: You have something that you're put here to do and
[3:27] Speaker 3: you're fearful because it goes out the very weakness you're
[3:32] Speaker 3: trying to hide and overcome that.
[3:34] Speaker 4: Nobody, I say, get up and do it. I did it.
[3:38] Speaker 3: Believe that man, Lead that negativity out your mind.
[3:42] Speaker 4: Take your time. Ain't nobody running and rushing you start today?
[3:47] Speaker 1: Well awesome, we still got that accent. You're rocking, girl.
[3:50] Speaker 1: You're rocking now, you know.
[3:52] Speaker 2: I always like the STEM is a big thing in
[3:55] Speaker 2: our world, especially people of color.
[3:57] Speaker 1: And you have a global IT company that you'll building.
[4:00] Speaker 2: Tell me how did you get into that particular STEM
[4:03] Speaker 2: area and what and.
[4:05] Speaker 1: The company that you're developing.
[4:08] Speaker 4: Wow, my education in my background, you know, I always
[4:11] Speaker 4: wanted to be a lawyer. Then I wanted to be
[4:13] Speaker 4: a pilot.
[4:13] Speaker 3: But when I got to school.
[4:15] Speaker 4: I wanted to be all these things.
[4:16] Speaker 3: But when I got into college, I was good with
[4:18] Speaker 3: math and science and I had a dead teacher. On
[4:22] Speaker 3: when my husband is a former military Marine Corps we
[4:26] Speaker 3: were stationed in Beaufort, South Carolina, and I went to
[4:30] Speaker 3: the Technical College of the Low Country there and I
[4:33] Speaker 3: had a.
[4:36] Speaker 4: Math teacher that saw.
[4:37] Speaker 3: My skills and said, you know, there's a new field
[4:40] Speaker 3: for me in computer science. I think you will be
[4:42] Speaker 3: good in that, but start with electrical science first. So
[4:46] Speaker 3: I started with electrical science and then I migrated to
[4:50] Speaker 3: computer science. And I've worked for various aerospace companies, found
[4:55] Speaker 3: my niche and never looked back and ended up in
[4:58] Speaker 3: cyber security. And why when I was working, I was moonlighting,
[5:03] Speaker 3: helping other businesses with their IT and that's how I
[5:06] Speaker 3: landed over starting my own company.
[5:09] Speaker 2: You know what I like to throw out to miss
[5:11] Speaker 2: daily common sense?
[5:13] Speaker 4: Ooh, yes, you got a lot of it.
[5:15] Speaker 2: Why a lot of people out there don't have the
[5:18] Speaker 2: common sense to just understand this is.
[5:21] Speaker 1: How you should do it.
[5:22] Speaker 2: But a lot of people want to like have that
[5:24] Speaker 2: lottery mentality. They put too much weight in religion, which
[5:28] Speaker 2: I'm saying, everybody has to have faith, but you gotta work,
[5:31] Speaker 2: gotta have a plan, gotta have budget. Why do people
[5:35] Speaker 2: keep making these same mistakes and how can we help them?
[5:38] Speaker 3: It's just human nature, you know, even in the womb
[5:42] Speaker 3: when it's time to come up, you.
[5:43] Speaker 4: Know how we press forward?
[5:45] Speaker 3: We are But even the Bible tells us fake without works.
[5:49] Speaker 4: It's dead.
[5:50] Speaker 3: And the Bible speak a lot about wisdom, having wisdom,
[5:54] Speaker 3: not only wisdom, but getting understanding.
[5:57] Speaker 4: I think a lot of us is walking. I think
[6:00] Speaker 4: maybe too gullible or too greedy.
[6:03] Speaker 3: Es a to man, so we don't listen, we don't
[6:07] Speaker 3: get the right information. And then when we get the information,
[6:09] Speaker 3: we don't get right understanding. And then the last thing
[6:12] Speaker 3: I would say is mentors, you know, listening to people
[6:16] Speaker 3: who've gone before you and learn from their mistakes and
[6:20] Speaker 3: a lot of us just believe too much in the water.
[6:23] Speaker 3: Are the kool aid we don't mix for ourselves and drinking.
[6:27] Speaker 2: Yeah, drinking too much kool aid can't be bad for
[6:30] Speaker 2: your teeth and your diet. Cybersecurity, I am telling you
[6:35] Speaker 2: right now, I get so many emails, I get so
[6:37] Speaker 2: many tegts. How can I protect myself? You and the
[6:41] Speaker 2: world of cybersecurity. Are you in the corporate world or
[6:45] Speaker 2: can you talk to everyday listeners like me who just
[6:49] Speaker 2: just tie the people just bugging us?
[6:51] Speaker 1: And how can we avoid scams?
[6:53] Speaker 4: The first thing you.
[6:54] Speaker 3: Want to do is understand the device that's in your hand,
[6:59] Speaker 3: and I would say the device that you use your
[7:02] Speaker 3: hands to, which is your phone. There are a lot
[7:04] Speaker 3: of security features on the phone that you can actually
[7:07] Speaker 3: go in and turn off, so it would help. That's
[7:11] Speaker 3: your first line of defense, I said. The second line
[7:14] Speaker 3: of defense is watch where you go, meaning digitally the size.
[7:21] Speaker 4: The things you download on your phone.
[7:23] Speaker 3: There are a lot of apps you can actually put
[7:25] Speaker 3: on your phone to help an extra barrier of security.
[7:29] Speaker 3: And if you don't know, because many people really don't know,
[7:32] Speaker 3: too lazy to know or take the time, they are
[7:36] Speaker 3: free apps and services out there that they can go
[7:41] Speaker 3: and get their name, remove off of the Internet, or
[7:44] Speaker 3: add that extra barrier of security. As little as twenty
[7:47] Speaker 3: dollars a month, you can download an app or get
[7:50] Speaker 3: a service, a ninety service cyber security to have protected.
[7:54] Speaker 3: Even LifeLock is one service that you can use, but
[7:58] Speaker 3: there are many more that. I mean, we go on
[8:00] Speaker 3: the internet for everything. I call it YouTube, what they
[8:03] Speaker 3: call it the University of YouTube.
[8:05] Speaker 4: You can learn almost anything on YouTube to protect yourself.
[8:09] Speaker 4: But we wanted you know.
[8:10] Speaker 3: We go on there for recipes and gossip, but there's
[8:13] Speaker 3: want to help you. And with the question you.
[8:17] Speaker 2: Asked, well, she is the Queen of common Sense. Seas
[8:20] Speaker 2: my guest Sandra Daily. She is the founder of Destiny.
[8:24] Speaker 2: Destiny Executive Enterprise d INC is the fastest growing global
[8:29] Speaker 2: IT company in the USA. Their mission is to help individuals,
[8:32] Speaker 2: institution and government governments to explore all possible options, basically
[8:37] Speaker 2: building a brand ten times. And I've really I know,
[8:40] Speaker 2: I'm just gonna lay you, Queen of common Sense, because
[8:43] Speaker 2: I love talking to people who just break it down
[8:45] Speaker 2: to a point where everybody understands it.
[8:48] Speaker 1: Your book delete.
[8:49] Speaker 2: That, let me just give it a quick summary to everybody.
[8:51] Speaker 2: The books walks through complete inner reprogramming to identify areas
[8:56] Speaker 2: of living on autopilot, which a lot of people do.
[8:59] Speaker 2: They do it relationships, They do it with their own
[9:02] Speaker 2: personal structure.
[9:03] Speaker 1: Their diets are not lack of diets. They're eating habit
[9:06] Speaker 1: that can be autopilered, repeating.
[9:08] Speaker 2: The same negative patterns, speaking or reacting in ways they
[9:12] Speaker 2: contradict the life you're trying to build. Listening to me, people,
[9:16] Speaker 2: am I talking to you because she's about to talk
[9:19] Speaker 2: to you?
[9:20] Speaker 1: Sabotaging your progress.
[9:22] Speaker 2: And shrinking beneath the weight of your past, not working
[9:26] Speaker 2: old relationship, regretting things you've done in the past.
[9:30] Speaker 1: This is we're talking about. Am I on the right
[9:31] Speaker 1: page with you? Miss datid you.
[9:33] Speaker 3: Are so on the right page? And the way you
[9:35] Speaker 3: ended is where we start. We regret and then repeat.
[9:39] Speaker 3: Let me tell you there's a saying that if you
[9:41] Speaker 3: don't learn from history, we're doing to repeat it.
[9:46] Speaker 4: So the past have its placed, but we're here in
[9:50] Speaker 4: the president.
[9:50] Speaker 3: We have a future to go look forward to, so
[9:53] Speaker 3: why not secure.
[9:54] Speaker 4: That by learning from the past?
[9:56] Speaker 3: And why I said people regret, but they're repeat and
[10:00] Speaker 3: the point of the book is to not only my journey,
[10:04] Speaker 3: but to help people learn how to put everything in
[10:09] Speaker 3: its place, the place for everything, and everything in its place,
[10:11] Speaker 3: the pass of its place. We're hitting out in the
[10:14] Speaker 3: present and it's never too late to turn the page. Never,
[10:19] Speaker 3: but people.
[10:20] Speaker 1: Will turn that page.
[10:21] Speaker 2: They'll just stand there and they'll feel they try to
[10:24] Speaker 2: gain sympathy about mistakes they made or fear of change.
[10:33] Speaker 3: I think it for lack of understanding. You know, most
[10:37] Speaker 3: people really don't listen. I'm not a cousin that telling
[10:41] Speaker 3: me listen, Sandra. People know when they're.
[10:43] Speaker 4: Wrong, s I'm telling people when they're wrong. People know
[10:47] Speaker 4: when they're wrong. You have to show them how to
[10:51] Speaker 4: come out and make a turn.
[10:53] Speaker 3: And God allow you turn at any time.
[10:56] Speaker 4: But we as people, we are lazy, my friend. We
[11:01] Speaker 4: don't want to do the work. And the number one
[11:04] Speaker 4: work is to look at yourself.
[11:06] Speaker 3: Stop playing in every one and everybody else and look
[11:09] Speaker 3: at yourself of why.
[11:11] Speaker 4: You are repeating what you keep regretting.
[11:16] Speaker 2: You're preaching today and that you know here's the I'm
[11:21] Speaker 2: not gonna give you know what to and accent.
[11:23] Speaker 1: The more you get fired up, the more you back.
[11:27] Speaker 1: You're back in the Alan figured out that I came
[11:32] Speaker 1: over about fifteen.
[11:34] Speaker 2: You there, now, girl, You guys, But we keep preaching
[11:37] Speaker 2: because the common such that you're preaching me to you.
[11:39] Speaker 4: Made me feel comfortable. So I want you to feel
[11:42] Speaker 4: away all the cards.
[11:46] Speaker 1: Let's get back on the book.
[11:47] Speaker 2: Delete that, because I want people to understand the value
[11:49] Speaker 2: of this book.
[11:50] Speaker 1: Your negative thinking really begin in the womb?
[11:53] Speaker 4: Yes it can. And let me tell you.
[11:55] Speaker 3: This book is full of research because I just been
[11:58] Speaker 3: I'm born again believer, but I just didn't want Bible
[12:02] Speaker 3: versus I want people to know that even in.
[12:04] Speaker 4: The world, they have recognized that negativity can start in
[12:09] Speaker 4: the womb.
[12:11] Speaker 3: And there are lots of research that says that what
[12:13] Speaker 3: the baby here, what they listen to one of the
[12:17] Speaker 3: first organs, and we should say that developed is the
[12:20] Speaker 3: brain the power center of that baby. And there are
[12:25] Speaker 3: lots of research that show that when positive and positivity,
[12:30] Speaker 3: the baby comes out already knowing the mother's voice, knowing
[12:33] Speaker 3: the father's voice. The baby can come out already having issues.
[12:37] Speaker 3: It starts in the womb. So when you want to
[12:40] Speaker 3: delete a lot of things, there are things that we
[12:42] Speaker 3: need to trace and track on these negative patterns. And
[12:47] Speaker 3: sometimes you have to go back to where you were quote,
[12:50] Speaker 3: where you were bathed, the environment you went in before
[12:54] Speaker 3: you breathe your first breadth into this universe.
[12:57] Speaker 1: I think that's important.
[12:58] Speaker 2: I know in high school I was did a report
[13:02] Speaker 2: on you know, drug addicted babies, no babies who came
[13:06] Speaker 2: out because of the toxic drugger used by the parents
[13:10] Speaker 2: or the mom and that impacted the child physically.
[13:13] Speaker 1: And there's a known fact.
[13:15] Speaker 2: That people who are depressed can naturally live a shorter life.
[13:19] Speaker 1: It impacts their heart so naturally.
[13:21] Speaker 2: Mean, if you're if there the carrier and also the
[13:25] Speaker 2: person who is impacting the carrier of the child, that
[13:29] Speaker 2: lifestyle can create a much more somber or disenfranchised life
[13:34] Speaker 2: for the child who's in the womb. When the child
[13:37] Speaker 2: comes out, that child can react naturally to what it
[13:40] Speaker 2: has been experiencing.
[13:41] Speaker 1: That's what you're saying, correct.
[13:42] Speaker 3: Yeah, And most most people, this thing is so ingrained
[13:45] Speaker 3: in the soul that most people don't even know there's
[13:48] Speaker 3: a genesis to their behavior. There is something that has happened.
[13:53] Speaker 3: There are ways that things are passed on into genes.
[13:57] Speaker 3: If you have a scene a son or daughter act
[13:59] Speaker 3: like they and.
[14:00] Speaker 1: Daddy dead right, right, right, it's.
[14:04] Speaker 4: Already passed down. So we have genes, things that passed
[14:08] Speaker 4: on in your gens. Peace people, things that come on
[14:11] Speaker 4: in your bloodline.
[14:13] Speaker 3: Right, you see that cycle in your auntie and your
[14:16] Speaker 3: your your mom and your dad. And when it's like
[14:19] Speaker 3: mother like daughter like father likes fun. This thing is deep.
[14:23] Speaker 3: It's not normal, but we treat it like it's normal.
[14:27] Speaker 3: There are things that we do as ooping mechanism and
[14:31] Speaker 3: don't realize that way are harming ourselves. And that's why
[14:35] Speaker 3: this book delete that. It's not just delete that, No,
[14:38] Speaker 3: delete that. It's not You have to do the research.
[14:43] Speaker 3: You have to treat You have to take time and
[14:46] Speaker 3: find out why do I behave the way I do?
[14:49] Speaker 4: All your thoughts are not yours.
[14:51] Speaker 5: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
[14:54] Speaker 5: money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
[15:04] Speaker 5: Conversations Masterclass, hosted by Rashan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
[15:10] Speaker 5: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
[15:14] Speaker 5: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
[15:18] Speaker 2: Well, you know, let's talk about that mind, that toxic
[15:22] Speaker 2: mind loop that we can get into because really delete that.
[15:27] Speaker 2: We're talking about you, but also the people you're hanging with,
[15:31] Speaker 2: sometimes your coworkers. Will you live, But let's start with
[15:35] Speaker 2: you first before we start pointing out to the other people.
[15:38] Speaker 2: That's the problem, that toxic mind loop that you can
[15:41] Speaker 2: get into. Tell us about that talk that you discussed
[15:44] Speaker 2: in your book, Delete that.
[15:46] Speaker 1: I'm talking with Sandra Daily. Thats d A. L. E. Y. Daily.
[15:50] Speaker 2: You know, miscommon sense, that's the queen of common sense
[15:54] Speaker 2: on my show Money Making Conversations Masterclass.
[15:56] Speaker 1: Let's talk about that toxic loop.
[16:00] Speaker 3: You're so wise, you know what they say, a Burder
[16:02] Speaker 3: Fetter block together and there's a tripture in the battle
[16:06] Speaker 3: and say how can two walk?
[16:07] Speaker 4: And let they agree? It starts with you.
[16:11] Speaker 3: There's an agreement first with you, and it's what's in
[16:15] Speaker 3: your mind, how you think about yourself, how you think
[16:18] Speaker 3: about the world, how you show up every day. But
[16:22] Speaker 3: that is just the symptom of what's really underneath.
[16:27] Speaker 4: What we really need to do to get read.
[16:30] Speaker 3: Of this toxic mind loop is to examine our thoughts.
[16:36] Speaker 3: And I have something that I do. I call it
[16:39] Speaker 3: the thought tracker. Give you a quick little story. I
[16:43] Speaker 3: was in my graduate program and I had this one
[16:47] Speaker 3: professor and he was just picking on me, and I
[16:50] Speaker 3: didn't I didn't know why.
[16:51] Speaker 4: I did everything to ignore this man. I did that
[16:53] Speaker 4: sit in the back, and I like a person. I'm
[16:56] Speaker 4: a person. I like to sit in the front, pay attention.
[16:58] Speaker 3: I go in the back, by the way holding on
[17:01] Speaker 3: this One day, I was sitting in the back and
[17:04] Speaker 3: I was but sick of this man.
[17:06] Speaker 4: And I said to me, I said, he's such an idiot.
[17:09] Speaker 3: And I heard in my spirit, what made you an idiot?
[17:14] Speaker 4: Assessor?
[17:16] Speaker 3: And I had to stop. It was I was no
[17:20] Speaker 3: longer in the classroom. I have to look at Sandra.
[17:23] Speaker 3: What it is that this man is doing, that is
[17:26] Speaker 3: landing on you, that is upset in you, the way
[17:29] Speaker 3: it is that is causing you, And that I started
[17:33] Speaker 3: just thinking.
[17:34] Speaker 4: That man never disturbed me. I don't care when he
[17:36] Speaker 4: could jump up and down in a clown suit. He
[17:39] Speaker 4: never disturbed my spirit.
[17:41] Speaker 3: After that day, because I removed the toxic mind loop
[17:45] Speaker 3: of how I see things, how I see myself, it
[17:48] Speaker 3: didn't matter if he was picking on me.
[17:51] Speaker 4: I'm not going to put myself in a place to
[17:53] Speaker 4: be affected by what he said.
[17:54] Speaker 3: I have an education. I need to get to he's
[17:56] Speaker 3: just the gatekeeper. After this semester, I won't see him
[17:59] Speaker 3: no more.
[18:00] Speaker 2: But it starts with me, right and I'm gonna follow
[18:04] Speaker 2: that up because a lot of people will tell you they'll.
[18:08] Speaker 1: Stop you from pursuing your dreams because they have their
[18:11] Speaker 1: level of doubt.
[18:13] Speaker 2: And it's important as you speak that people understand your value.
[18:18] Speaker 2: Your value is tremendous, and that's why you want to
[18:20] Speaker 2: show because you're motivating people understand that success starts and
[18:24] Speaker 2: ends with you.
[18:26] Speaker 1: If you don't start the car, the car won't drive.
[18:29] Speaker 2: And so it means you have to put the key in, Okay,
[18:32] Speaker 2: turn it, make.
[18:34] Speaker 1: Sure you got gas in it. There's a lot of
[18:36] Speaker 1: elements to driving that car.
[18:37] Speaker 2: Got to make sure you got wheels on it, got
[18:39] Speaker 2: to make sure all that stuff you want and so
[18:42] Speaker 2: but life is like that.
[18:44] Speaker 1: Life is more than just waking up. You know, you
[18:46] Speaker 1: got prepared for the day.
[18:47] Speaker 2: If you walk out the door shocked, you know, wear
[18:51] Speaker 2: the right clothes and that can start your whole day wrong,
[18:53] Speaker 2: you know. So I love that toxic mind loop is
[18:57] Speaker 2: stopping a lot of people right now from going to
[19:00] Speaker 2: work happy, you know, going home, sitting in their car
[19:03] Speaker 2: in the driveway, don't want to go in don't want
[19:06] Speaker 2: to deal with the kids, don't want to deal with
[19:08] Speaker 2: their mates, or don't want to go to church because
[19:11] Speaker 2: they have were issues, right there were religion or issues
[19:14] Speaker 2: with the people sitting next to them in church. And
[19:17] Speaker 2: are that toxic? I really want to stay on that
[19:20] Speaker 2: a little bit because so many people. I just try
[19:24] Speaker 2: to get people to the next step, Sandra. And there
[19:28] Speaker 2: are small business owners out there, they're entrepreneurs. There are
[19:30] Speaker 2: people who contact me all the time, but I can't
[19:33] Speaker 2: help them. I can't mentor them because they're blocking themselves.
[19:37] Speaker 2: Do you have any steps in your book? Do you
[19:40] Speaker 2: have certain areas that you can go look, if you
[19:43] Speaker 2: get the book you go here.
[19:45] Speaker 3: Yes, every chapter and every sub chapter when I discuss
[19:51] Speaker 3: what is happening, it may not be your chapter may
[19:55] Speaker 3: be too. You all may be something that happened in
[19:58] Speaker 3: the womb chapter.
[20:00] Speaker 4: I have activities and prayers.
[20:02] Speaker 3: And infirmation and that you can do to first identify
[20:07] Speaker 3: where you are. See when you read the book, you're
[20:10] Speaker 3: gonna go. That's me give you a sharp little story.
[20:13] Speaker 3: There's an exception in the book that call Sis the
[20:17] Speaker 3: angryology sister mad all the time.
[20:21] Speaker 4: Yeah, I do.
[20:24] Speaker 2: Sister Mad all the time.
[20:28] Speaker 1: Amen, can I get amen? I know that sister.
[20:32] Speaker 4: Okay, I don't let me.
[20:35] Speaker 2: You gotta me laughing now that in the next chapter
[20:37] Speaker 2: should be angry brother, you said, Miss Daily.
[20:44] Speaker 4: Yeah, so I don't call any names. I just call
[20:48] Speaker 4: her characters. And someone bought the book. She said she
[20:52] Speaker 4: was let to go to.
[20:53] Speaker 3: The table of context whether she you know Sister Mad
[20:55] Speaker 3: all the time?
[20:57] Speaker 4: And she said when she read it, she realized her
[21:00] Speaker 4: and she would.
[21:01] Speaker 3: Ask a qu why my joy and my happiness is
[21:04] Speaker 3: so short lived?
[21:06] Speaker 4: And she had activities.
[21:08] Speaker 3: First, when you read the book, you identify yourself, you
[21:11] Speaker 3: identify where you are.
[21:12] Speaker 4: But I don't leave you there. I have activities of
[21:15] Speaker 4: ways to understand.
[21:17] Speaker 3: Why you're the way or why you think the way
[21:19] Speaker 3: you are, why your present and your past are intertwining
[21:23] Speaker 3: and you can't.
[21:24] Speaker 4: Seem to get over their prayers.
[21:26] Speaker 3: They are practical ways of overcoming things. So when you
[21:30] Speaker 3: delete things, you don't repeat things.
[21:35] Speaker 2: Talk about the rewiring process because there's too many people
[21:37] Speaker 2: out there preventing themselves from reaching their dreams or their goals.
[21:43] Speaker 3: It's the mindset and it doesn't come easy or cheap.
[21:47] Speaker 3: You see what people don't realize on all of us,
[21:49] Speaker 3: we don't.
[21:49] Speaker 4: Come here alone.
[21:51] Speaker 3: We're not here by ourselves, and all of our thoughts
[21:55] Speaker 3: don't belong to us.
[21:57] Speaker 4: And so but they sound like us.
[22:00] Speaker 3: And how many people God talk to and they don't
[22:02] Speaker 3: even know, but they say, oh, something told me or
[22:04] Speaker 3: the devil said something to them a spirit and they
[22:07] Speaker 3: don't even know the difference between their voice.
[22:10] Speaker 4: We don't come here alone.
[22:12] Speaker 3: So first you must first identify that it's a mindset
[22:16] Speaker 3: you the same way it takes you to worry. You
[22:21] Speaker 3: can then meditate and change your weights. But people lack understanding.
[22:26] Speaker 3: So in the book one of the things that I
[22:28] Speaker 3: love bulls about, chapter about Rewiring your Future talks about
[22:37] Speaker 3: the little steps you take every day, just little things,
[22:41] Speaker 3: watching the way you speak, the minute you say something.
[22:45] Speaker 4: And a shift.
[22:46] Speaker 3: Now, Rasha this, I know this has happened to you,
[22:49] Speaker 3: even though you have a lifestyle and a mindset of positivity.
[22:53] Speaker 3: I know it took time, but I knew that there
[22:55] Speaker 3: was a time in life when.
[22:56] Speaker 4: Something negative happened. You got an early.
[22:59] Speaker 3: One morning by ten o'clock, something ship, you got bad news.
[23:03] Speaker 4: Or something happened attire.
[23:05] Speaker 3: You have to source yourself to say, hey, even though
[23:10] Speaker 3: this happened to.
[23:10] Speaker 4: Me, this is not my life called triplate, call my body.
[23:14] Speaker 4: Most people get stuck there because the thoughts that don't
[23:18] Speaker 4: belong to them, they accept it and run with it.
[23:22] Speaker 3: And the minute you run with that thoughts, it's not
[23:25] Speaker 3: govern your behavior. It governs what you say. It governs
[23:29] Speaker 3: what you speak and what you write, and those things
[23:32] Speaker 3: reinforce that mindset. So what you got to do, You're
[23:38] Speaker 3: gonna have to start thinking about stop being lazy, emotionally lazy.
[23:45] Speaker 2: You know, I respect everything you've said, because what happens
[23:49] Speaker 2: is we.
[23:49] Speaker 1: Don't wake up.
[23:51] Speaker 2: I don't know when I walk out the door what
[23:53] Speaker 2: the traffic is going to be like. I don't know
[23:55] Speaker 2: when I turn on the light where that light's going
[23:57] Speaker 2: to come home. Some nights, days I have turned or
[24:00] Speaker 2: life didn't come on. Some day I have been on
[24:03] Speaker 2: that freeway and guess what traffic was ugly.
[24:07] Speaker 1: I didn't get into road rage.
[24:09] Speaker 2: I didn't arrive to work mad at the person because
[24:12] Speaker 2: I just had a bad experience. I guess I've learned
[24:15] Speaker 2: how to reset myself, and I think that's an important
[24:19] Speaker 2: word that people need to hold on to. Resetting your
[24:23] Speaker 2: days resetting your life, resetting your relationship.
[24:27] Speaker 1: And what I also don't do. I'm a goal setter.
[24:30] Speaker 2: I set goals and so even though a drive from
[24:34] Speaker 2: my home to my office, I have goals. My goal
[24:38] Speaker 2: is to get there. Now, if my goal is halted
[24:42] Speaker 2: by traffic or a flat tire or the car doesn't start,
[24:46] Speaker 2: I got to call it tripulate. That means I have
[24:48] Speaker 2: to reset it. And I think that's a number one
[24:50] Speaker 2: problem that people have on the regular. Whether it's politics,
[24:54] Speaker 2: whether it's relationships, whether it's your children's parenting. All these
[24:59] Speaker 2: things are impacting people on a daily basis. And when
[25:02] Speaker 2: I came across your book, de lete that and I
[25:06] Speaker 2: didn't know the personality was tied to this book see
[25:09] Speaker 2: the interview. And the book is like flattenum right now,
[25:14] Speaker 2: you need to have an audio version of this book
[25:17] Speaker 2: because your energy and your passion is double. Even though
[25:23] Speaker 2: the book informs me and allows me to understand my mistakes,
[25:28] Speaker 2: because we all make mistakes.
[25:29] Speaker 1: Correct.
[25:30] Speaker 3: Yes, yes, I'm living it. The number one thing that
[25:34] Speaker 3: I see that happens all of us, every human being
[25:38] Speaker 3: is fear. Whenever you get angry with Sean, think about this.
[25:43] Speaker 3: Whenever we get angry there are two ways to go.
[25:46] Speaker 3: You can go up or you can go down. Most
[25:49] Speaker 3: of us, when we are angry and we go down,
[25:51] Speaker 3: the first place.
[25:52] Speaker 4: We hit is fear.
[25:54] Speaker 3: We are fearful of something, and fear crippled people. That's
[25:59] Speaker 3: why we don't stop long enough to say, wait, something
[26:01] Speaker 3: just shift, something just shifting my dead?
[26:03] Speaker 4: What is it? I'm afraid of? What am I? And
[26:06] Speaker 4: I'm gonna tell you this. I live it, and I
[26:08] Speaker 4: know it.
[26:08] Speaker 3: I haven't found to study it, but I know it.
[26:12] Speaker 3: Ninety nine point nine of the things we fear don't
[26:15] Speaker 3: even happen.
[26:16] Speaker 2: Mm hmm.
[26:18] Speaker 3: We spend so much time on it that it cripples us.
[26:23] Speaker 3: I think that's where most people if even when you
[26:26] Speaker 3: set golds, you're educated, you know the scriptures, there's something
[26:31] Speaker 3: still deep down inside of us just driving us.
[26:34] Speaker 4: And it's fear. Now imagine it's here.
[26:37] Speaker 3: We all get fearful, even when angels show up to
[26:40] Speaker 3: people in the battle and say fear not, because it's
[26:43] Speaker 3: just human.
[26:44] Speaker 4: When you go off from fear is love.
[26:50] Speaker 1: Angels are scared fear not that don't run out that door.
[26:53] Speaker 1: I'm just like angel, I'm just natural. I love her.
[27:00] Speaker 2: She's the one and only. She's the Queen of common Sense.
