[0:52] Speaker 1: is a distinguished healthcare professional with over twenty five years
[0:55] Speaker 1: of experience, including twelve years as a certified registered nurse
[0:59] Speaker 1: and it diesiologists. Her vision is to empower individuals to
[1:03] Speaker 1: achieve optimal health, happiness and beauty. Please welcome to the
[1:07] Speaker 1: Money Making Conversation Masterclass. Tanya Millions Finch, how are you
[1:11] Speaker 1: doing Tanya.
[1:12] Speaker 2: Hey, mister McDonald, I'm doing well. How are you okay?
[1:15] Speaker 1: Tell us the name of your business.
[1:17] Speaker 2: So the name of my business is called Astra Wellness Astro.
[1:21] Speaker 1: Spelled astr and the meaning behind that.
[1:26] Speaker 2: Yeah, so Astra means star in French. And so if
[1:30] Speaker 2: you think about it, many years ago, like during the
[1:34] Speaker 2: during slavery, they didn't have GPS systems, they didn't have
[1:38] Speaker 2: a theory. There is no ways that they could navigate with,
[1:42] Speaker 2: so they had to use the stars. And so stars
[1:45] Speaker 2: guide people many years ago, including explorers, and so that
[1:49] Speaker 2: is my endeavor is to guide people to health and wellness.
[1:53] Speaker 1: Now, when you say you have twenty five years of
[1:55] Speaker 1: experience in the healthcare business, twelve years as a certified
[1:58] Speaker 1: registered nurse and the sesologists, that alone, I know, is
[2:02] Speaker 1: a well paid job. That's a way of paid job.
[2:03] Speaker 1: You can get a job as an aatgesiologist nurse. How
[2:09] Speaker 1: why are you an entrepreneur?
[2:12] Speaker 2: Well, I saw a need. As you mentioned before, I
[2:16] Speaker 2: was practicing full time anesthesia at a level one trauma
[2:21] Speaker 2: center here in Macon, Georgia. But my father got sick.
[2:25] Speaker 2: My father fought in the Vietnam War and was suffering
[2:28] Speaker 2: from PTSD and chronic pain, and so he was going
[2:33] Speaker 2: different places and he was just getting worse, to the
[2:36] Speaker 2: point where he was suicidal. And I went to see
[2:40] Speaker 2: him one day. I said, you know what, Dad, you're
[2:42] Speaker 2: just getting worse. I have to pull back from anesthesia
[2:45] Speaker 2: and I'm going to figure out how it is that
[2:47] Speaker 2: I can help you. And so I started doing a
[2:50] Speaker 2: ton of research, and in my research endeavors, I found
[2:54] Speaker 2: that dehydration and poor nutrition will contribute to things like
[2:59] Speaker 2: pead which he suffered severely from, and chronic pain, which
[3:03] Speaker 2: he suffered severely from. This was during the height of
[3:06] Speaker 2: COVID and there was not a place he could go
[3:09] Speaker 2: to get proper nutrition. The only place he could go
[3:12] Speaker 2: to get IB foods was that the emergency room, and
[3:15] Speaker 2: I didn't want him there with a bunch of COVID people.
[3:18] Speaker 2: The closest place was in Atlanta, and he wasn't going
[3:22] Speaker 2: to go there. And so I said, you know what, Dad,
[3:25] Speaker 2: if you need IB fluids nutrition, other people in the
[3:28] Speaker 2: community needed as well. And so I'm just going to
[3:32] Speaker 2: satisfy the need in the community and open a place
[3:34] Speaker 2: of my own. And so that's how Astra Wellness was born.
[3:38] Speaker 1: Wow, now, can you give us more detail exactly what
[3:41] Speaker 1: is PTSD. I know it stands for post dramatic stress disorder.
[3:45] Speaker 1: What exactly is that? And is it something that can
[3:49] Speaker 1: be calmed down other than and I think that was
[3:52] Speaker 1: your bottom line, trying to achieve that with your dad.
[3:55] Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, that's right. So yeah, So, as I mentioned before,
[3:59] Speaker 2: he fought in the v Vietnam War. He was having
[4:01] Speaker 2: severe flashbacks. The older my dad got, I would go
[4:05] Speaker 2: visit him. He would sit in his room in a
[4:08] Speaker 2: dart room, very anti social. His diet consisted of Coca
[4:13] Speaker 2: colas and cigarettes. He was taking a lot of pay
[4:17] Speaker 2: medicine at the time, and he was just getting worse
[4:21] Speaker 2: and worse and worse. And so all of those flashbacks
[4:24] Speaker 2: from the war were just causing him tremendous problems. Were
[4:28] Speaker 2: to the point where he couldn't function anymore. And so
[4:32] Speaker 2: that's what I in my studies, I found that simple
[4:35] Speaker 2: things you can do, like vitamin D three will help
[4:38] Speaker 2: prevent depression and help treat depression. Something as simple as
[4:42] Speaker 2: vitamin B six will help also to treat depression. And
[4:47] Speaker 2: one thing about taking things by mouth, if you have
[4:51] Speaker 2: a healthy gut, a healthy GI tract you're still only
[4:56] Speaker 2: going to absorb thirty to forty percent of what you're taking.
[5:00] Speaker 2: But if you have those things infused via ivy or
[5:04] Speaker 2: intraveniously through your veins, then you're going to absorb one
[5:07] Speaker 2: hundred percent of what your body is deficient in. And
[5:11] Speaker 2: that is why so many people feel better almost immediately
[5:15] Speaker 2: when they get infusions via ivy.
[5:17] Speaker 1: Wow, Now your clinic is located in Making, Georgia. You know,
[5:21] Speaker 1: I'm a big city guy. I always feel that. You know,
[5:24] Speaker 1: when you're in a big city, Miss Millions, you will
[5:28] Speaker 1: have more options for customers, more options for clients. And
[5:32] Speaker 1: so did that run through your mind or you felt, hey,
[5:36] Speaker 1: this is a need in this community. Let me feel
[5:39] Speaker 1: the need that you feel isn't available, because, like you said,
[5:41] Speaker 1: for your dad, you had to go to Atlanta for treatment.
[5:44] Speaker 1: Tell us where you started and then where are you
[5:48] Speaker 1: headed with your business as far as the success that
[5:51] Speaker 1: you've been having in the making area with astra wellness.
[5:56] Speaker 2: Okay, sure, so yes, I've always been affirmed belief in
[6:01] Speaker 2: that movie, if you build it, they will come. So
[6:04] Speaker 2: that is the thing that happened here. Like I said,
[6:08] Speaker 2: there was a big need for it, and I believe
[6:11] Speaker 2: that if you can satisfy a need, give the people
[6:14] Speaker 2: what they want, then they will come and support you.
[6:17] Speaker 2: So when I started off, I only had My current
[6:22] Speaker 2: location is six hundred and fifty square feet. I have
[6:24] Speaker 2: been so well received in the area where I and
[6:27] Speaker 2: within three years of opening my business, I was able
[6:31] Speaker 2: to purchase my own commercial building. And so next month
[6:35] Speaker 2: we will be expanding into a three thousand square feet building.
[6:40] Speaker 1: Come on that, Come on that, see you. That's what
[6:45] Speaker 1: you know if you boxing somebody as a knockout, that
[6:47] Speaker 1: was a knockout to my course. Okay, mister McDonald, I
[6:50] Speaker 1: won't tell you something that I started at six hundred
[6:52] Speaker 1: and fifty square feet. I went out on faith. I
[6:55] Speaker 1: went out to save my dad. Three years, I'm going
[6:58] Speaker 1: into a three thousand square fol which is three two
[7:00] Speaker 1: Come on now, five times nearly five times the space
[7:04] Speaker 1: you have. Now, now let's talk about that business plan
[7:07] Speaker 1: when you start making these decisions. Now, is this self
[7:11] Speaker 1: funded or you have to go to a bank to
[7:13] Speaker 1: make this decision to grow like this?
[7:16] Speaker 2: No, it is definitely not so fun, dude. I did
[7:20] Speaker 2: have to go to a bank. And a business plan
[7:23] Speaker 2: is so vitally important and I had no idea to
[7:28] Speaker 2: let me be very transparent for a moment. I originally
[7:31] Speaker 2: when I knew I wanted to expand, I felt like,
[7:34] Speaker 2: oh my god, my credit score is really good. That's
[7:36] Speaker 2: all I need. I was sadly mistaken. You need so
[7:40] Speaker 2: much more. Yes, things like a business plan, knowing your
[7:44] Speaker 2: debt to credit ratio, having an adequate down payment because
[7:48] Speaker 2: you know you're gonna have to put some money down
[7:50] Speaker 2: and show people that you're serious about this investment, right
[7:53] Speaker 2: and you want them to put their trust in you,
[7:56] Speaker 2: so you have to have some skin in the game,
[7:59] Speaker 2: and so all those things. When I first went, I
[8:02] Speaker 2: was so embarrassed. I didn't know what I was doing.
[8:04] Speaker 2: Like I said, my credit explorer is really good, and
[8:06] Speaker 2: I felt like that was all I needed. But something else.
[8:10] Speaker 2: As business owners, I feel like we make mistakes and
[8:13] Speaker 2: is trying to write everything off that will decrease your taxes. Yes,
[8:19] Speaker 2: but you need to show that your business is thriving,
[8:22] Speaker 2: and so you're going to need to show income as
[8:24] Speaker 2: a result of that. And so that was a lesson
[8:27] Speaker 2: that I had to learn when I got my first
[8:29] Speaker 2: note from the bank. Go back, this is what you
[8:33] Speaker 2: need to work on and come back later. That's when
[8:35] Speaker 2: I was able to have all my ducks in a row,
[8:37] Speaker 2: present the business plan, have a good debt to credit ratio,
[8:42] Speaker 2: have my down payment, all those things, and that was
[8:45] Speaker 2: when I was able to get the loan. It took
[8:47] Speaker 2: me about a year to work on that.
[8:49] Speaker 3: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
[8:53] Speaker 3: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
[9:03] Speaker 3: Conversations Masterclass hosted by Rashan McDonald.
[9:06] Speaker 1: And I'm working with a lot of young entrepreneurs about this,
[9:10] Speaker 1: you know, trying to set them up with bank mentors.
[9:13] Speaker 1: Because don't be embarrassed if you're not ready now, because
[9:18] Speaker 1: that's what you're saying. Rashana went in. I thought I
[9:20] Speaker 1: had I had great credit, you know, I've been in
[9:22] Speaker 1: business for a while. And then I walked in and
[9:24] Speaker 1: I got smacked upside the head saying your business plan
[9:27] Speaker 1: is inadequate, is ill conceived, but we're going to work
[9:32] Speaker 1: with you. I think that really needs to be expounded
[9:35] Speaker 1: more because that's where a lot of people could get
[9:38] Speaker 1: pushed out the door saying, you know, they don't want
[9:40] Speaker 1: to do business with me, They don't want to do
[9:42] Speaker 1: they just making it difficult for me to do business. Yes,
[9:45] Speaker 1: they are. I'm just so that's how it works. But
[9:48] Speaker 1: that doesn't mean you should stop pursuing your dreams. Talk
[9:50] Speaker 1: about that process a little bit more in detail there, Tanya.
[9:54] Speaker 2: Yeah, sure, Yeah, that doesn't mean just because they tell
[9:57] Speaker 2: you no. I mean that's not going to last for
[10:00] Speaker 2: racious and not right now. So my best advice what
[10:03] Speaker 2: I did was I established a relationship with a banker.
[10:07] Speaker 2: So what do I mean by a relationship? Will you
[10:09] Speaker 2: go in, you open up an account, You befriend whoever
[10:12] Speaker 2: the person is that helped you open your account up,
[10:15] Speaker 2: and then you start putting your money in there, and
[10:18] Speaker 2: that is how you start establishing a really good foundation
[10:21] Speaker 2: at a bank. Go back and ask them what do
[10:24] Speaker 2: I need to do to get to where I need
[10:26] Speaker 2: to be, and they'll be more than happy to help
[10:29] Speaker 2: you to do that. And that's exactly what I did.
[10:31] Speaker 2: Establish a relationship. I needed to show my financial projections
[10:36] Speaker 2: where I wanted to see my business in the next
[10:38] Speaker 2: three to five years. I had to do like a
[10:40] Speaker 2: financial analysis or I'm sorry, a financial historical analysis, and
[10:45] Speaker 2: they were so gracious they helped me to do that.
[10:47] Speaker 2: I didn't know anything about it. But because I was
[10:49] Speaker 2: starting to establish that relationship with a banker, they helped
[10:54] Speaker 2: me to navigate this whole thing to get to everything
[10:57] Speaker 2: that I needed. And that's how I was able to get.
[10:59] Speaker 1: Secure the well I'm telling you you got the right
[11:02] Speaker 1: voice full Wellness Center. You know, it's not screachy, it's
[11:06] Speaker 1: very calming. You know, it's very soothing. Like that you
[11:09] Speaker 1: walk into her studio, she has that soothing music, water
[11:13] Speaker 1: running in the back world. It's almost like you walk
[11:15] Speaker 1: in and fall asleep immediately. That is the purpose is
[11:17] Speaker 1: to really bring the stress level down when they come
[11:21] Speaker 1: into astro wellness, correct, Tanya, that is.
[11:24] Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, absolutely when people and I tell my people
[11:27] Speaker 2: all the time, when you come across the threshold, I
[11:30] Speaker 2: want you to leave all your tears and concerns outside
[11:33] Speaker 2: the door. I want you to be able to feel
[11:35] Speaker 2: the relaxation, the energy in here so that you can
[11:39] Speaker 2: be stress. Come in, just have a seat, close your eyes,
[11:42] Speaker 2: relax a little bit. Because in the world today, everyone
[11:46] Speaker 2: is rushing, rushing, rushing, right, and so we need to
[11:50] Speaker 2: have a safe place that we can go to and relax,
[11:55] Speaker 2: calm down a little bit, because believe it or not
[11:58] Speaker 2: stress will also affect your mental health, your well being
[12:02] Speaker 2: as well in your physical health.
[12:05] Speaker 1: Now Astra Wellerness has been voted best wellness clinic three
[12:09] Speaker 1: years and low. That's in the city of Making correct.
[12:13] Speaker 2: That is correct, yes and uh.
[12:15] Speaker 1: And so now six hundred and fifty square feet just
[12:18] Speaker 1: is not enough for Astra Wellness. She is moving into
[12:22] Speaker 1: over three thousand square feets when we could put the
[12:25] Speaker 1: square three thousand square feet her building. She's purchased it,
[12:28] Speaker 1: sat down with a creative relationship with a banker and
[12:31] Speaker 1: they approved her loan. She put down a down payment
[12:34] Speaker 1: that's always had the great credit score, but she realized
[12:37] Speaker 1: that was not enough. Now when we get back, we're
[12:40] Speaker 1: gonna find out exactly what they do at Astra Wellness
[12:43] Speaker 1: when you're walking in the well all are they poking
[12:45] Speaker 1: on you? Are they taking your blood pressure? What are
[12:48] Speaker 1: they doing? The details which makes Astra Wellderness so successful.
[12:53] Speaker 1: When we come back, we'll be talking to the owner,
[12:55] Speaker 1: Tanya Millions Finch. Don't go no well, I'm here to
[12:59] Speaker 1: help you reach your American dream. I'm interviewing the owner
[13:03] Speaker 1: and founder of Astral Wildness. It's based in Atlanta and
[13:06] Speaker 1: Making Georgia excuse me, making Georgia and twelve years as
[13:10] Speaker 1: a certified registered nurse anesthesiologist. That's what she was doing,
[13:13] Speaker 1: making good money now, but she has a dream, had
[13:16] Speaker 1: a vision, and now her six hundred and fifty square
[13:19] Speaker 1: feet location that she's currently in is not enough. She
[13:23] Speaker 1: has expanded and has purchased a building over three thousand
[13:27] Speaker 1: square feet and now she's moving in well, as we
[13:30] Speaker 1: moved to this next direction. What are you so proud
[13:33] Speaker 1: of most about your company?
[13:35] Speaker 2: Tell ya, The thing that I'm most proud of is
[13:39] Speaker 2: the response that I have received from the community. I
[13:44] Speaker 2: had the backing of a lot of my colleagues from
[13:47] Speaker 2: the hospital, a lot of my physician colleagues, to the
[13:50] Speaker 2: point where they will start referring their patients here because
[13:55] Speaker 2: there's a big difference. So one of the reasons, let
[13:57] Speaker 2: me just back up a moment that I am expanding,
[14:00] Speaker 2: is because now I send my clients out to different
[14:04] Speaker 2: places for the services that they need, and so in
[14:07] Speaker 2: my head, I wanted to create a place where they
[14:10] Speaker 2: can just come and get everything they need, like a
[14:13] Speaker 2: one stop shop kind of place. And so that's why
[14:16] Speaker 2: I need it somewhere larger. Currently I'm doing ivhydration. I
[14:21] Speaker 2: have a medical weight loss program. I also have an
[14:26] Speaker 2: esthetition that does facial black services. She does chemical pills,
[14:31] Speaker 2: body contouring, those types of things. At my new location,
[14:36] Speaker 2: I'm going to be focusing in on overall health and wellness,
[14:41] Speaker 2: anything that's anti aging, anti inflammatory, teaching people proper lifestyle changes,
[14:47] Speaker 2: because it's my belief we don't have to just exists
[14:51] Speaker 2: that we can thrive in life. We don't just have
[14:53] Speaker 2: to feel good, but we want to feel our optimum.
[14:56] Speaker 2: And so so many people come in with different problems
[14:59] Speaker 2: that are not being prot really addressed, and so as
[15:02] Speaker 2: a result of that, I'll start offering what's called functional medicine.
[15:06] Speaker 2: Functional medicine is very different from conventional medicine. Conventional medicine
[15:11] Speaker 2: is you go to your doctor, you get lab work,
[15:15] Speaker 2: everything is fine, and they won't treat you until things
[15:19] Speaker 2: go awright. But with functional medicine, my job is to
[15:22] Speaker 2: prevent things from going awright, so we treat you on
[15:26] Speaker 2: a cellular level. The goal is to find out the
[15:30] Speaker 2: root cause of what is going on with you, address
[15:34] Speaker 2: the root cause, fix that, and not just put a
[15:36] Speaker 2: band aid on the symptoms. Does that make sense absolutely? Now?
[15:39] Speaker 1: I'm going to move something that you talked about anti agent. Okay,
[15:43] Speaker 1: bore over here at that anti agent stage. I'm trying
[15:47] Speaker 1: to fight off the time. I'm trying to I'm trying
[15:50] Speaker 1: to get a wrinkled look straight. I'm trying to move
[15:53] Speaker 1: a bag and make it bagless. I'm trying to do
[15:55] Speaker 1: anything in my face to give me an up.
[15:58] Speaker 3: You know.
[15:59] Speaker 1: So somebody you look do for your age, you shout,
[16:01] Speaker 1: that's a couple of moments I want in my life
[16:03] Speaker 1: right now. Okay, how does the anti aging process work
[16:06] Speaker 1: at your that you provide we're at astra wellness.
[16:10] Speaker 2: Okay, so yeah, one of the things that my goal
[16:12] Speaker 2: is to treat you from the inside out. I believe
[16:15] Speaker 2: that if you treat the inside, the outside will show.
[16:18] Speaker 2: And so the main thing is to de curious inflammation.
[16:22] Speaker 2: What that means is whether it's with your diet, mighty fluids,
[16:28] Speaker 2: proper vitamins, proper nutrition, all of those things, if they
[16:34] Speaker 2: are not where they should be, they're going to cause inflammation.
[16:37] Speaker 2: And inflammation is what contributes to wrinkles, hyper pigmentation bags
[16:43] Speaker 2: underneath your eyes. If your lymphatic system is not flowing,
[16:46] Speaker 2: it's going to be backed up and that's what's going
[16:48] Speaker 2: to cause the swelling or those bags. So that's one thing.
[16:51] Speaker 2: Another thing is I have a skin care line, a
[16:54] Speaker 2: medical grade skin care line too, and so all of
[16:58] Speaker 2: that is anti aging. I will also have at my
[17:01] Speaker 2: new location a hyperari ozone chamber. Ozone therapy is very
[17:06] Speaker 2: anti agent, and infrared saana you'll detox, you detox all
[17:11] Speaker 2: the toxins from your body. Then all of those things
[17:13] Speaker 2: will be anti agent. A massage therapist, and then we'll
[17:17] Speaker 2: also do things like botox to prevent wrinkles or help
[17:20] Speaker 2: treat wrinkles. And fillers because the older you get, the
[17:25] Speaker 2: more fat loss you will have in your face. And
[17:27] Speaker 2: so with a filler you can build that up, rebuild
[17:30] Speaker 2: a matrix of your space back up to give you
[17:32] Speaker 2: that youthful book.
[17:34] Speaker 1: Oh you know what you're saying now, and got me
[17:36] Speaker 1: ready to register and call in some reservations and things
[17:39] Speaker 1: like that make it. But you know when you thank
[17:42] Speaker 1: you for that detail, because I think it's important to
[17:44] Speaker 1: people understand. You know, your move was just not to
[17:47] Speaker 1: get a bigger space. It will supervide more opportunities to
[17:51] Speaker 1: create cash flow within your business model, which is the
[17:54] Speaker 1: key and I think that was one of the things
[17:56] Speaker 1: you pitched to the bank as well.
[17:57] Speaker 2: Correct, Yes, that is correct. Yes, I was very clear
[18:01] Speaker 2: on the people that I wanted to service in the area.
[18:05] Speaker 2: Because when you go to the bank, you have to
[18:07] Speaker 2: know what you who your target audience is, who you are,
[18:10] Speaker 2: your avatar, whatever you want to call them. You have
[18:13] Speaker 2: to know who those people are going to be because
[18:16] Speaker 2: they're going to want to know. Okay, so you have
[18:18] Speaker 2: this great idea, but how are you going to fund it?
[18:20] Speaker 2: Where you have to have the income coming in, so
[18:23] Speaker 2: you have to be crystal clear on who your target
[18:26] Speaker 2: audience is.
[18:28] Speaker 1: Wow, what is your biggest accomps from complishment so far?
[18:31] Speaker 1: You will feel, you know, because I know that you
[18:33] Speaker 1: told an incredible story about your father really motivated you
[18:36] Speaker 1: to moving this direction and walk away from a full
[18:40] Speaker 1: time successful job. But what do you feel is your
[18:43] Speaker 1: biggest acc accomplishment so far?
[18:46] Speaker 2: I'm going to tell you. So let me back up
[18:50] Speaker 2: with my dad just a moment. So I found my
[18:53] Speaker 2: location in October of twenty twenty. December fifth, teen of
[19:00] Speaker 2: twenty twenty, I had just put my patient to sleep
[19:04] Speaker 2: under anesthesia and my phone rang and it was a
[19:08] Speaker 2: family member and my family. They know when I'm at
[19:10] Speaker 2: the hospital, you know, don't call her, she's busy. And
[19:14] Speaker 2: so it was my dad's sister and she said, Tanya,
[19:18] Speaker 2: has anybody called you? And I was like, oh my god,
[19:20] Speaker 2: if my dad isn't it. She said yes, My father
[19:24] Speaker 2: dropped dead that morning, about thirty minutes prior to the
[19:27] Speaker 2: phone call from a rupture a order aneurism. That put
[19:32] Speaker 2: me into such a deep depression. Okay, I stopped doing everything.
[19:39] Speaker 2: I could only go home, go to sleep, go to
[19:43] Speaker 2: the hospital. Go home, go to sleep, go to the hospital.
[19:46] Speaker 2: But I had to remember my wife and I said, Tanya,
[19:49] Speaker 2: what are you doing? You promised your dad you would
[19:51] Speaker 2: help him and other people. So I had to just
[19:56] Speaker 2: snap myself out of that depression. Right. So other was
[20:00] Speaker 2: the catalyst to get my business started. But it's the
[20:03] Speaker 2: people in my community who are helping me to keep
[20:06] Speaker 2: that going. And so that is my biggest accomplishment, the
[20:10] Speaker 2: fact that I can offer people in my community a
[20:14] Speaker 2: service that is bodily needed. And people know when you're genuine.
[20:18] Speaker 2: They know when you're genuine, and so that is what
[20:21] Speaker 2: keeps them coming back. And I will have to say,
[20:23] Speaker 2: just myself being able to rise above that depression, remember
[20:28] Speaker 2: my why, and to be a successful business owner to
[20:31] Speaker 2: the point where I can purchase a commercial space. That's
[20:34] Speaker 2: my biggest accomplishment in my business.
[20:36] Speaker 1: Congratulations. I'm gonna turn this little bit on Raushan here.
[20:40] Speaker 1: You know, because I've I've had a lot of high
[20:44] Speaker 1: profile celebrity guys in my life and over the years, friends, strangers,
[20:50] Speaker 1: and they have always went to these wellness centers like
[20:55] Speaker 1: you've created, and I never saw a need for that.
[20:58] Speaker 1: I mean, they would get the vitamins, like you said,
[21:01] Speaker 1: injected directly into them. You kind of talked about the
[21:06] Speaker 1: value of that as we close out the show, talk
[21:09] Speaker 1: about the value again of what Astra wellness brings and
[21:13] Speaker 1: why the importance of receiving certain types of vitamins that
[21:18] Speaker 1: way versus like I traditionally do two pills a day
[21:22] Speaker 1: or pill a day when I wake up in the morning.
[21:25] Speaker 2: Sure. Yeah, So normally we are supposed to get vitamins, minerals,
[21:31] Speaker 2: nutrition from our food right right, as we all know
[21:35] Speaker 2: the food industry, the food is contaminated, everything is genetically modified,
[21:40] Speaker 2: the soil is depleted of nutrients, and so now as
[21:46] Speaker 2: a result, we're not getting what we need from food.
[21:49] Speaker 2: Couple that with poor eating habits, high sugar diet, high
[21:53] Speaker 2: processed foods, not drinking enough water. So all of that
[21:58] Speaker 2: stuff destroys our gut, all right, and so the majority
[22:01] Speaker 2: of people don't have a healthy gut. So as a result,
[22:05] Speaker 2: when you take a pill by mouth or you think
[22:08] Speaker 2: you're eating a healthy diet, if your gut biome is off,
[22:11] Speaker 2: the gut environment is off, you're not going to absorb
[22:14] Speaker 2: what you need. So that's why so many people can
[22:17] Speaker 2: take pills or you know, vitamins and still not feel
[22:20] Speaker 2: the effects of that. When you start an IV, you
[22:23] Speaker 2: bypass the whole digestive tract. Those nutrients are going to
[22:27] Speaker 2: go directly into your veins, where your body is going
[22:31] Speaker 2: to absorb one hundred percent of what you need. And
[22:33] Speaker 2: that's why people feel so much better so quickly. Like here,
[22:37] Speaker 2: I have a whole COVID protocol. I treat people who
[22:40] Speaker 2: are overweight. I treat people who are depressed, who are
[22:43] Speaker 2: stressed out, who suffer from insomnia. I have people who
[22:47] Speaker 2: have hair, skin and nail issues that I treat. I
[22:50] Speaker 2: have college students who come in and they just need
[22:53] Speaker 2: an infusion to help them think better for their exam
[22:57] Speaker 2: or I have a lot of people that I'm treating
[22:59] Speaker 2: with dementia, and so I do all of that by
[23:01] Speaker 2: bypassing the digestive tract, giving them exactly what they need
[23:05] Speaker 2: through my customized infusions, and in that way they're going
[23:08] Speaker 2: to absorb it and feel defects of it. Ninety six
[23:11] Speaker 2: percent of my clients feel better almost immediately.
[23:14] Speaker 1: So, so how do we go about contacting you? I
[23:18] Speaker 1: know you're in Macon, Georgia your ods of operation and
[23:21] Speaker 1: also do you can one go online? And if so,
[23:25] Speaker 1: tell us how to go online if we want to
