Keep winning! Two-time Emmy and Three-time NAACP Image Award-winning, television Executive Producer Rushion McDonald interviewed Jeremy Anderson. SUMMARY OF THE INTERVIEW The conversation between Rushion McDonald and Jeremy Anderson on Money Making Conversations Masterclass covers Jeremy’s personal transformation, his mission-driven approach to motivational speaking, the creation of Next Level Speakers Academy, the power of environment and mindset, and his philanthropic work in South Africa. The interview highlights values such as purpose over profit, taking ownership, perseverance, and maximizing one’s potential. \[ PURPOSE OF THE INTERVIEW The purpose of the episode is to: 1. Introduce Jeremy Anderson’s Work Showcase Jeremy’s role as a premier motivational speaker, founder of Next Level Speakers Academy, and co‑founder of Next Level Living, which feeds a thousand children weekly in South Africa. \[ 2. Inspire Listeners Toward Purpose‑Driven Success Encourage viewers to move from “wasted potential” to purposeful, impactful living by believing in themselves and pursuing their gifts. 3. Demonstrate How Jeremy’s Principles Apply Broadly Rushion emphasizes that Jeremy’s business, branding, and mindset strategies apply not just to speakers, but to entrepreneurs, executives, and everyday people. 4. Promote Actionable Personal Growth The interview seeks to motivate listeners to take ownership, adopt non‑negotiable success habits, and maximize opportunities. KEY TAKEAWAYS 1. Wasted Potential is a Universal Struggle Jeremy defines wasted potential as having greatness inside but failing to believe in it or pursue it. Many people don’t lack talent — they lack belief and action. 2. Purpose Over Profit He warns new speakers not to chase “the bag.” Impact first → income follows. If your heart is for people, success comes naturally. 3. Your Story Is Your Superpower Every struggle someone has overcome is a testimony meant to help others. Keeping quiet keeps your gift hidden. 4. Maximize Every Opportunity Whether you’re speaking, laying concrete, or running a small business, get every drop out of every engagement — testimonials, photos, referrals, and relationship‑building. citeturn1search1 5. Environment and Mindset Matter True growth starts by changing your internal environment. Jeremy’s life changed when teachers chose to see the best in him, showing that belief from others can shift self-belief. 6. Non‑Negotiables Build Discipline Success requires habits you don’t negotiate with: early rising, prayer, meditation, cold plunges, challenging discomfort, and consistent personal development. 7. Extreme Ownership Replaces Excuses Greatness comes from responsibility, not excuses. Jeremy demands accountability from his teams and himself. 8. Brand Is Built on Transparency Jeremy’s brand centers on perseverance, faith, and family—not perfection. He shares both triumphs and private struggles. 9. Giving Back Is Central to His Purpose Next Level Living feeds 1,000 children weekly and sponsors students in South Africa through college. Impact must extend beyond business. NOTABLE QUOTES FROM THE INTERVIEW On Purpose & Potential • “Don’t come to me for profits. Come to me for purpose. Don’t come to me for income. [0:29] Speaker 2: Now, let's get started.
[0:30] Speaker 1: My guess is one of the premier motivational speakers in
[0:33] Speaker 1: the country. He created the Next Level Speakers Academy, where
[0:37] Speaker 1: he trains thousands of individuals to show them how they
[0:40] Speaker 1: can take their marketing and a message to the world.
[0:43] Speaker 1: He's also co founded Next Level Living, where one of
[0:46] Speaker 1: their initiative is to provide monthly mails to thousands of
[0:50] Speaker 1: young children and five Cape Town, South African communities. Please
[0:54] Speaker 1: welcome to Money Making Conversations for the first time. Jeremy Anderson,
[0:57] Speaker 1: how are you doing so?
[0:58] Speaker 3: Man?
[0:58] Speaker 2: Blessed man to see really good man, Honored Man of
[1:02] Speaker 2: the Year.
[1:03] Speaker 1: Yes, Maxine King, good friend of mine, and I was
[1:07] Speaker 1: honored the host, the met your beautiful wife.
[1:10] Speaker 2: There's a family affair. It was.
[1:11] Speaker 1: It was getting honor like man of the year before
[1:14] Speaker 1: we get into an interview. What does that mean to you?
[1:16] Speaker 3: You know, similar to what I should have in my
[1:19] Speaker 3: acceptance speech, right.
[1:20] Speaker 2: Like, they were honoring me as Man of the Year.
[1:22] Speaker 3: But I felt like I was just a man that
[1:24] Speaker 3: was supported, a man that was covered in prayer, a.
[1:27] Speaker 2: Man that was coached up, you know what I'm saying.
[1:29] Speaker 3: I felt like, you know, I was a man that
[1:31] Speaker 3: was able to pay homage in respect to those who
[1:34] Speaker 3: came before me, who paved the way for me, right right,
[1:36] Speaker 3: So I didn't want to say it before them, to say, yeah,
[1:38] Speaker 3: I'm the Man of the year.
[1:39] Speaker 2: It's like, now I'm a man of the year because
[1:40] Speaker 2: of my.
[1:40] Speaker 3: Pop, because of my mom, because of my wife, because
[1:43] Speaker 3: of others who have poured into me to help shape
[1:45] Speaker 3: and mold the man.
[1:46] Speaker 2: You see today.
[1:47] Speaker 1: You know a word that two words is used a
[1:50] Speaker 1: lot with athletics, used the word wasted potential, and I
[1:53] Speaker 1: wanted to bring that into our conversation because a lot
[1:56] Speaker 1: of people realized wasted potential applies to you. When I
[2:00] Speaker 1: say you, not you, I'm talking about you who are
[2:02] Speaker 1: listening to the show. And how do you derive with
[2:05] Speaker 1: wasted potential? And how can someone not fall in that pit?
[2:10] Speaker 1: If they fall in the pit, how can they climb
[2:11] Speaker 1: out of that wasted potential pit.
[2:13] Speaker 3: I'm gonna be honest, man, My life's work is to
[2:15] Speaker 3: help people not experience waste the potential because that.
[2:18] Speaker 2: Was once me.
[2:19] Speaker 3: Like, I've always been this guy to my core, but
[2:21] Speaker 3: I wasn't living a life for purpose right. So years
[2:23] Speaker 3: ago when I was growing up, drugging, alcohol abuse, a
[2:26] Speaker 3: diagnosis of ADHD, living without my biological father, like failing
[2:31] Speaker 3: the ninth grade three different times. I failed, and I
[2:34] Speaker 3: was blaming everybody else. But I got to a point
[2:36] Speaker 3: where I was like, I'm not playing the blame game.
[2:38] Speaker 3: I'm about to focus on me and go all in.
[2:40] Speaker 3: And so I was able to rehabilitate my life, my
[2:42] Speaker 3: soul become this new person. Now over the last sixteen years,
[2:46] Speaker 3: I've been living this life of purpose, And so I
[2:48] Speaker 3: tell other individuals like a lot of people.
[2:51] Speaker 2: Have wasted potential.
[2:52] Speaker 3: That means they got something great inside them, but they
[2:54] Speaker 3: don't see it. They got something great inside them, they
[2:56] Speaker 3: don't know how to tap into it. They got something
[2:58] Speaker 3: great aside them, but they think like time has passed.
[3:00] Speaker 3: They got some great inside them, but they can't get
[3:03] Speaker 3: over the victim mindset. They got some great inside them,
[3:05] Speaker 3: but they don't know how to pursue the.
[3:07] Speaker 2: Thing that God has already put inside of them.
[3:09] Speaker 3: So that wasted potential is a real thing that people
[3:11] Speaker 3: struggle with every single day, and so I try to
[3:14] Speaker 3: show them like, no, no, no, it's a whole little world
[3:16] Speaker 3: out here. There's so much more you can accomplish and
[3:18] Speaker 3: achieve if you believe and then you pursue it. But
[3:21] Speaker 3: most people don't be paid. They don't believe it, and
[3:24] Speaker 3: they don't pursue it. And so that's what we call
[3:26] Speaker 3: waste the potential.
[3:27] Speaker 2: Well, you know a lot of people because of the
[3:29] Speaker 2: word fear.
[3:30] Speaker 1: Now, waste depicture offers a direction that you don't know
[3:34] Speaker 1: and that will create fear. So I'm just building our
[3:37] Speaker 1: conversation at Jeremy because I think there's a journey when
[3:40] Speaker 1: you are constantly motivating people your academy, that's what it does, right,
[3:44] Speaker 1: and one wants to come to your academy. A lot
[3:47] Speaker 1: of people have a perception of what motivation is or
[3:50] Speaker 1: what public speaking is. When one comes to your academy,
[3:53] Speaker 1: what are you trying to achieve and what perception are
[3:56] Speaker 1: you trying to tell people not.
[3:58] Speaker 2: To come with?
[3:59] Speaker 3: Yeah, the first thing is people coming all the time.
[4:01] Speaker 3: They like, I'm trying to get the bag. They like,
[4:03] Speaker 3: You've been a seventh figure speaking for years. I've been
[4:05] Speaker 3: watching you. I see your house, I see how you live.
[4:08] Speaker 3: I want to be speaking for the bag. And I'm like,
[4:10] Speaker 3: don't come to me for profits, come to me for purpose,
[4:13] Speaker 3: don't come for me for income, come to me for impact.
[4:15] Speaker 3: Because if your heart is in the right place and
[4:17] Speaker 3: you really do care about people and you really do
[4:20] Speaker 3: want to add value to the people's lives, now I'm
[4:22] Speaker 3: i gonna show you how to live impact and make
[4:24] Speaker 3: the income. Like I'm gonna show you how to live
[4:25] Speaker 3: a life a purpose and make profits. So the first
[4:28] Speaker 3: thing I look for is, didn't even care about people?
[4:30] Speaker 2: Because what I'm.
[4:31] Speaker 3: Giving you is too potent, it's too powerful, it's too
[4:33] Speaker 3: anointed for me to just give it to you. And
[4:35] Speaker 3: you go out here and just chase the bag, but
[4:36] Speaker 3: you're not really chasing the hearts of people, and so
[4:39] Speaker 3: that's the first thing I look for, and then I
[4:41] Speaker 3: take them to a process where I say, Okay, now
[4:43] Speaker 3: let me show you what it looks like. Because a
[4:45] Speaker 3: lot of folks is like, I never thought i'd make
[4:47] Speaker 3: this type of money. I get so excited what folks
[4:49] Speaker 3: called me or face tied me, and they in tears
[4:51] Speaker 3: and they're like, man, I got one check for an
[4:53] Speaker 3: hour on stage, and this is more than I would
[4:55] Speaker 3: have made two three months breaking my regular job.
[4:58] Speaker 2: So we're showing them how to honest.
[4:59] Speaker 3: Their story, how to go deeper within, how to minister
[5:03] Speaker 3: and be a blessing and encourage people and inspire people
[5:06] Speaker 3: by sharing their story that was already within them. So
[5:09] Speaker 3: we talk about waste of potential. I'm like, you know
[5:10] Speaker 3: already went through all this pain, all this hell, all
[5:13] Speaker 3: this suffering, all this heartbreak, but you overcame it. But
[5:15] Speaker 3: you keep it to yourself. It's only a testimony if
[5:17] Speaker 3: you testify, right. So I'm telling folks like, get out here,
[5:20] Speaker 3: show your message, your story. And now they're like, WHOA,
[5:22] Speaker 3: I never thought I could be living this life. But
[5:24] Speaker 3: a lot of people on the sidelines because of what
[5:26] Speaker 3: you said.
[5:26] Speaker 1: Fear right and fear and also chasing money because everything
[5:30] Speaker 1: I do, my wife always looks at me, you know,
[5:33] Speaker 1: and she what do you charge?
[5:35] Speaker 2: Michael?
[5:36] Speaker 1: That's not why I'm talking to it, you know. I said,
[5:39] Speaker 1: if I'm trying to be a ten percent person with
[5:41] Speaker 1: that person of five percent, whatever that number is. When
[5:43] Speaker 1: I'm talking to corporations, there's always a number.
[5:46] Speaker 2: When I'm talking to individuals who.
[5:48] Speaker 1: Want me to invest in their lives, to brand their lives,
[5:51] Speaker 1: to manage their lives, to uplift their lives, I can't
[5:54] Speaker 1: see money right, And that's a purpose that I think
[5:57] Speaker 1: has enabled me because if.
[5:59] Speaker 2: I bring them value. This is the kid in the conversation.
[6:02] Speaker 1: A lot of people to understand this, Jeremy when we talk,
[6:05] Speaker 1: but we're talking about value.
[6:06] Speaker 2: Now, people pay you for your value. Absolutely talk to them. Yeah.
[6:10] Speaker 3: So I tell folks all the time, like, you want
[6:13] Speaker 3: to be valuable, you got to add value. So you
[6:16] Speaker 3: got to be willing to say, Okay, what can I
[6:18] Speaker 3: do to add value? What can I do to be
[6:19] Speaker 3: a blessing? How can I solve a problem? Speakers want
[6:22] Speaker 3: to jump on stage, you just speak. I'm like, let
[6:24] Speaker 3: me tell you something. They gonna pay you about twenty
[6:25] Speaker 3: five hundred dollars max for you to jump on stage
[6:28] Speaker 3: to speak. But when you started getting the ten thousand, fifteen,
[6:31] Speaker 3: twenty thousand, fifty thousand, I'm like, they're not paying me
[6:34] Speaker 3: top dollar just because I'm motivational. I am solving a problem.
[6:38] Speaker 3: I am adding a value. So now when we're building
[6:40] Speaker 3: out their brand, we're building out the language of the website.
[6:43] Speaker 3: You know what I tell them, I say, Hey, I
[6:44] Speaker 3: want to make sure that it flows, and it doesn't
[6:46] Speaker 3: feel like.
[6:47] Speaker 2: I want to book the speaker.
[6:48] Speaker 3: I want the consumer to feel like I need to speak, Yes,
[6:52] Speaker 3: I need this speaker.
[6:53] Speaker 2: Like you're not doing me a favor by bringing me in.
[6:55] Speaker 3: I'm actually doing you a favor and I'm about to
[6:57] Speaker 3: tax you or charge you. You know what I'm saying
[6:59] Speaker 3: because I know the value that I bring. So I
[7:01] Speaker 3: talk folks all the time like lead with value and
[7:05] Speaker 3: show up and over deliver and the opportunity is going to.
[7:09] Speaker 2: Continue to flow.
[7:09] Speaker 1: The reason I really wanted to do and I'm glad
[7:12] Speaker 1: you took the time to come up my show, Money
[7:14] Speaker 1: Made Conversation Masterclass, Jeremy, is that people don't understand that
[7:18] Speaker 1: the lessons you teach at your academy can be applied
[7:20] Speaker 1: if your small business owners can be applied for you're
[7:23] Speaker 1: a foidial or executive or non executive and administration construction.
[7:29] Speaker 1: So that's the world of trying to really create here
[7:34] Speaker 1: how to take what you're training and let people know
[7:37] Speaker 1: you can apply it in your everyday life, eating in
[7:39] Speaker 1: your relationship.
[7:41] Speaker 2: So the relationship part, that's all of them. The conversation
[7:44] Speaker 2: you get to, right. But I'll say this here, the.
[7:46] Speaker 3: Same principles, the same business principles that we teach people
[7:50] Speaker 3: on the speaker side. It's the same whether somebody got
[7:52] Speaker 3: a construction company, whether they got a daycare where they
[7:55] Speaker 3: trying to open up a restaurant, whether they.
[7:56] Speaker 2: Do tax services or anything or branding online.
[7:59] Speaker 3: You need to add value and then build yourself as
[8:01] Speaker 3: a credible source. You got to build yourself, but as
[8:04] Speaker 3: the expert, right, and so what have you gone through?
[8:06] Speaker 3: So there are some people you know this, right, Folks
[8:08] Speaker 3: mess around and go to college and you done went
[8:10] Speaker 3: to business class and then you getting taught by the
[8:12] Speaker 3: structure that ain't never filled out a EI in and
[8:15] Speaker 3: they ain't never got there, they ain't never ran no business,
[8:17] Speaker 3: but they're teaching it but when you go through the
[8:19] Speaker 3: school of hard knocks and you go through real life
[8:21] Speaker 3: and you go through challenges, like life has grown you.
[8:24] Speaker 3: So there's that instant credibility where there are people that's
[8:26] Speaker 3: watching your show right now and they got five, ten, fifteen,
[8:29] Speaker 3: twenty years of experience in their company, Like there is
[8:32] Speaker 3: value that they can add. But how do they brand themselves?
[8:35] Speaker 3: How do they put themselves in the marketplace? How do
[8:37] Speaker 3: they carry themselves? Are they maximize every opportunity? So we
[8:40] Speaker 3: talking about money making moves. We having this conversation. It's
[8:43] Speaker 3: like when I'm gonna come in and speak work, this
[8:45] Speaker 3: is what speakers go wrong? Can I wax real quick?
[8:47] Speaker 3: They come in and speak and then when they get
[8:49] Speaker 3: done speaking, they just leave with a check.
[8:50] Speaker 2: It's like, nah, you stay behind.
[8:52] Speaker 3: You get pictures, you get footage, you get testimonials, you
[8:55] Speaker 3: give referrals. Well, what happens when somebody come in lake
[8:57] Speaker 3: concrete on the property I just bought. They about to
[8:59] Speaker 3: take pictures, they gonna put it on Google. They about
[9:02] Speaker 3: to get some testimonials, they gonna ask for referrals. Like
[9:04] Speaker 3: it's the same type of system and flow, and so
[9:07] Speaker 3: people have to learn when it comes to business.
[9:10] Speaker 2: It's like juicing. I want to get.
[9:11] Speaker 3: Every drop if I got a juicer and I'm putting
[9:14] Speaker 3: carrots and apples and all the shrewd in their I'm
[9:16] Speaker 3: trying to get every single drop out of this engagement,
[9:20] Speaker 3: every single drop out of this encounter, every single drop
[9:22] Speaker 3: out of this opportunity. And most people just kind of
[9:25] Speaker 3: get whatever they can get, but they're not maximizing that.
[9:27] Speaker 1: Opportunity, maximizing the key if you're listening to the show
[9:31] Speaker 1: or watching the show speaking to Jeremy and this, he
[9:34] Speaker 1: created the Next Level Speakers Academy where he trains thousands
[9:38] Speaker 1: of individuals show them how they can take their marketing
[9:41] Speaker 1: and the message to the world. We're gonna get to
[9:43] Speaker 1: another part later on in our interview where he co
[9:46] Speaker 1: found the Next Next Level Living where one of their
[9:49] Speaker 1: initiatives to provide monthly meals a thousands of young children
[9:52] Speaker 1: and five Cape Town, South African communities. Please don't go anywhere,
[9:57] Speaker 1: We'll be right back with more Money Making Conversations Master Class.
[10:06] Speaker 1: Welcome back to Money Making Conversation Masterclass. Who should by me?
[10:10] Speaker 1: Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversation Masterclass continues online and Moneymaking
[10:15] Speaker 1: Conversations dot com and follow Money Making Conversation Masterclass on
[10:19] Speaker 1: Facebook X and Instagram. Let's talk about how does one
[10:23] Speaker 1: get in touch with you, Jeremy.
[10:25] Speaker 3: So, you know, through my most people see myself on YouTube.
[10:28] Speaker 3: When they're looking to book me.
[10:30] Speaker 2: They'll see video under engines under what name Jeremy Anderson
[10:33] Speaker 2: dot org.
[10:34] Speaker 3: Like they'll go to my website, but they'll typically they'll
[10:37] Speaker 3: see your motivation the video on YouTube and at the
[10:39] Speaker 3: end they'll see my website. The music slowly fades out
[10:43] Speaker 3: black screen, Jeremy Anderson dot org. That's my call after
[10:46] Speaker 3: like I'm selling everybody come to my website, but when
[10:48] Speaker 3: they go to Jeremy Anderson dot org, they see all
[10:51] Speaker 3: the different things that I do in the speaking space.
[10:53] Speaker 3: And so, you know, like with other business owners, you
[10:56] Speaker 3: got leverage social media, you got levers content TikTok and Instagram, Facebook, YouTube.
[11:01] Speaker 3: You got to continue to add value, continue to get
[11:04] Speaker 3: people the game and be a blessing to them. And
[11:06] Speaker 3: then when they're ready and they're ready to spend, they're
[11:09] Speaker 3: going to remember the people who remember them.
[11:11] Speaker 2: He's interesting.
[11:12] Speaker 3: You failed ninth grade with three times oh Man, three
[11:14] Speaker 3: different schools for the ninth grade.
[11:15] Speaker 1: I would say that two ladies in my life, Linda
[11:18] Speaker 1: Trader and Georgia Nelson, who kept me right. I was
[11:21] Speaker 1: calling them bumps when I wanted to take the easy
[11:24] Speaker 1: roller out in high school.
[11:25] Speaker 2: Now, no, call my mom up.
[11:26] Speaker 1: There and my dad. This boy is special, he's unique,
[11:29] Speaker 1: he has talents. Do not let him take the easy
[11:32] Speaker 1: road out. And in order to fail three times you
[11:35] Speaker 1: were taking the easy road out.
[11:37] Speaker 2: What got you on track?
[11:39] Speaker 3: So the first school I went to was a school
[11:41] Speaker 3: called oak Wood, and I said school Alabama, Okay.
[11:45] Speaker 2: And I was at oak Ward and I was off
[11:48] Speaker 2: the same. I ain't gonna lie bro.
[11:49] Speaker 3: I was fighting every day, starting rumbles at the school,
[11:51] Speaker 3: doing pranks. And the last thing I did is our
[11:54] Speaker 3: school got all bent out of safe because I cut
[11:56] Speaker 3: the electricity off in the school.
[11:58] Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying. That school in black and
[12:00] Speaker 2: they was like, Okay, he gotta go. So that whole
[12:01] Speaker 2: year wasted.
[12:02] Speaker 3: The next year, I went to school called Johnson High
[12:04] Speaker 3: also went hunts for Alabama. But on the first day
[12:07] Speaker 3: I had one teachers like, I ain't putting up with
[12:09] Speaker 3: your mess. I heard all about you. I ain't the one.
[12:11] Speaker 3: I got kids older than you. You ain't got to
[12:13] Speaker 3: be here if you want to be here, just that,
[12:15] Speaker 3: just the energy. It was like you just met me,
[12:17] Speaker 3: but she was already stereotype in me. And she called
[12:19] Speaker 3: herself drawing a line in the sand, and I rejected that.
[12:22] Speaker 3: I was like, I ain't trying to be here anyway.
[12:23] Speaker 3: I had some other choice words for her. Never really
[12:25] Speaker 3: went to class, never really focused, never really showed up,
[12:28] Speaker 3: failed and wasted that whole school year.
[12:30] Speaker 2: Now, the third year came around. I'm at the.
[12:32] Speaker 3: School called Huntsville High also went hunts for Alabama. And
[12:35] Speaker 3: on the first day of school, the teachers was like,
[12:37] Speaker 3: we're so glad you here, and I was like what.
[12:41] Speaker 2: They was just like, we heard so many interesting things
[12:43] Speaker 2: about you. I was like wow.
[12:45] Speaker 3: They was just like no, no, no, we believe there's
[12:47] Speaker 3: a scholar inside you. We believe that you can bounce back.
[12:50] Speaker 3: We believe there's a leader inside you. And so I
[12:52] Speaker 3: was like, wow, that's interesting. And so their energy was different,
[12:56] Speaker 3: and I saw that they kept showing up for me.
[12:58] Speaker 3: And when I saw their challenging into the pain, when
[13:01] Speaker 3: I realized teachers didn't have to be teachers, when I
[13:03] Speaker 3: realized they could have went into accounting, and they could
[13:05] Speaker 3: have took up some other professions. When I saw teachers
[13:07] Speaker 3: that was diagnosed with cancer, one was grieving her husband.
[13:10] Speaker 2: You know what I said.
[13:11] Speaker 3: One used to be an engineer, but he quit that
[13:13] Speaker 3: job to be a teacher and make a third or
[13:14] Speaker 3: blessed money. Like when I saw that, I felt they
[13:16] Speaker 3: heart and they connected with my heart, and I went
[13:20] Speaker 3: all in.
[13:20] Speaker 2: It was like, yo, if you believe in me, I
[13:22] Speaker 2: believe in me.
[13:22] Speaker 3: And so I put my head down, handled my business,
[13:25] Speaker 3: summer school, night school, caught up with my right grade,
[13:28] Speaker 3: graduate from high school on time, went to college, got
[13:30] Speaker 3: my bachelor's, got my master's degree because they believed in me.
[13:34] Speaker 3: So now I trained and speak and motivate teachers, and
[13:37] Speaker 3: I teach them to teach by faith and not by sight.
[13:40] Speaker 3: Because I had other teachers that looked at me in
[13:41] Speaker 3: stereotype me. But that third school, I came across the
[13:44] Speaker 3: group of teachers that chose to see the best.
[13:46] Speaker 1: And that's what you call environment. Absolutely, and so let's
[13:49] Speaker 1: talk about environment and mindset. And I like to be
[13:52] Speaker 1: able to keep just in the mindset of small business
[13:55] Speaker 1: owners who are surround generally shying about people who doubt there,
[14:00] Speaker 1: which could be your wife, it could be your freecher,
[14:03] Speaker 1: could be your coworkers. Because everybody has a stereotype of
[14:07] Speaker 1: who or what you are capable of achieving the life
[14:09] Speaker 1: based on what they are, right, And that's the environment, right,
[14:12] Speaker 1: how do you live in that same environment but adjust
[14:15] Speaker 1: the mindset in that environment to achieve your success well.
[14:19] Speaker 3: And sometimes sometimes you got to leave certain environments that
[14:22] Speaker 3: don't serve you well, you know what I'm saying.
[14:25] Speaker 2: And then sometimes there's also the environment of.
[14:27] Speaker 3: The mind because a lot of people say, go where
[14:28] Speaker 3: you celebrated, now we tolerated.
[14:30] Speaker 2: That's deep. I get it. I heard that twenty years ago.
[14:32] Speaker 3: But it's not always as easy to say I'm packing
[14:35] Speaker 3: up and I'm leaving this company, right, I'm packing up
[14:36] Speaker 3: and I'm leaving this marriage.
[14:37] Speaker 2: Like no, no, no, no, no, you are the common denominator.
[14:40] Speaker 3: You. When they interview Nelson Mandela and they was like,
[14:42] Speaker 3: how does it feel to be free? My man was like, actually,
[14:44] Speaker 3: I was already free when I was behind bars, you
[14:46] Speaker 3: know what I'm saying. So sometimes the bars and shackles
[14:49] Speaker 3: we have in our lives, it's what's happening right here
[14:51] Speaker 3: instead of our brain. And so when we change the
[14:53] Speaker 3: environment of our minds, that can shift everything. And now,
[14:56] Speaker 3: when we see ourselves better and we value ourselves more,
[15:00] Speaker 3: you see the greatness of societies and now that energy,
[15:02] Speaker 3: other people are attracted to that work that we see within,
[15:06] Speaker 3: and then they change our outside environment as well.
[15:08] Speaker 2: And that's how.
[15:09] Speaker 3: Folks can go through a whole other level. But it
[15:11] Speaker 3: starts right here and right here, you know, I'll talk
[15:14] Speaker 3: about habits on this show.
[15:15] Speaker 1: I tell people Monday through Friday, I get up at
[15:17] Speaker 1: four thirty, and I also tell people I'm not happy
[15:20] Speaker 1: getting up at four thirty.
[15:21] Speaker 2: Come on.
[15:22] Speaker 1: So it's a habit that works for me. And I'm
[15:25] Speaker 1: not recommending that everybody gets, but you got to have
[15:28] Speaker 1: an habit, and that habit, as you say, Jeremy, is
[15:31] Speaker 1: non negotiable.
[15:32] Speaker 2: Come on, And that's important that people.
[15:34] Speaker 1: Understand that benefits aren't always feel good, right right right.
[15:41] Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure Lebron will tell you right now he
[15:44] Speaker 1: doesn't enjoy working out, Come on, but he knows the
[15:46] Speaker 1: benefits of working out are non negotiable, absolutely, and that's
[15:50] Speaker 1: why he's still at forty one putting up twenty five
[15:53] Speaker 1: a game. Come on, Okay, so let's talk about the
[15:55] Speaker 1: non negotiable that people try to negotiate in their path
[16:00] Speaker 1: a journey to success.
[16:02] Speaker 3: Well, people want to take the easy road out and
[16:04] Speaker 3: they and they want to be comfortable. So three times
[16:07] Speaker 3: a week, I'm gonna go to the sauna after the gym,
[16:09] Speaker 3: and then after about thirty minutes of the sauna, I'm
[16:11] Speaker 3: gonna get that cold punch and that water.
[16:14] Speaker 2: Be cold, bro, you know what I'm saying.
[16:16] Speaker 3: And I'm in Nah, it's like it's like really cold,
[16:19] Speaker 3: it's like bone chilling cold, but it's mentally and not
[16:22] Speaker 3: get in there, and I'm in there for anywhere from
[16:24] Speaker 3: forty five minutes. You know what I'm saying, Because I'm
[16:26] Speaker 3: trying to train and fix my brain to embrace this comfort.
[16:30] Speaker 2: If not, I'm out here weak, bro.
[16:31] Speaker 3: If not, I'm out here just going off of well,
[16:33] Speaker 3: what makes me feel good and what makes me comfortable.
[16:35] Speaker 3: And every soldier ain't never experience that. Anybody building, they
[16:39] Speaker 3: endure pain. When you see someone with a whole bunch
[16:42] Speaker 3: of muscles, that is symbolic of I.
[16:43] Speaker 2: Went through a whole lot of pain. There's a lot
[16:45] Speaker 2: of sacrifice.
[16:46] Speaker 3: So I tell folks like, for me, that's my non
[16:48] Speaker 3: negotiable for me and non negotiable. It's waking up early
[16:51] Speaker 3: in the morning, like you four thirty five o'clock. Sometimes
[16:54] Speaker 3: my friends laugh at me, I'm slipping till five third.
[16:56] Speaker 3: They're like, slip in. But hey, that's a non negotiable.
[17:00] Speaker 3: And then I'm not just up early and I'm cracking
[17:02] Speaker 3: over that email. I'm seeking God. I'm having my time
[17:04] Speaker 3: to pray, I'm having my time to meditate, I'm following
[17:07] Speaker 3: up with people, I'm connecting with others like I'm having
[17:09] Speaker 3: that time to make sure I'm grounded so I can
[17:11] Speaker 3: be the best husband, so I can be the best father,
[17:13] Speaker 3: so I can be the best author and CEO and
[17:17] Speaker 3: coach and mentor to others. So I got to make
[17:19] Speaker 3: sure that I'm routed and grounded and I'm in.
[17:21] Speaker 2: The best place. So those are some of my non negotiables.
[17:25] Speaker 3: And that's how I'm able to kind of guide myself
[17:27] Speaker 3: throughout life.
[17:28] Speaker 1: You know, it's really interesting sometimes you have to there
[17:32] Speaker 1: are two ways of being a professional, Like you go
[17:34] Speaker 1: to the outlook that can tell you you can schedule
[17:36] Speaker 1: your emails, and then you have to sometimes tell people
[17:40] Speaker 1: who you are. And so I'll send out of emails.
[17:42] Speaker 1: I wake up before a third they get emails five
[17:44] Speaker 1: going out and they come back later, go, you really
[17:46] Speaker 1: were up at five. That's establishing your brand. What is
[17:50] Speaker 1: the Jeremy Anderson's brand. That's a good question, man. I
[17:54] Speaker 1: would probably say perseverance in family.
[17:57] Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
[17:57] Speaker 3: Half the time when I'm speaking, I'm talking about family
[18:00] Speaker 3: things I've gone through. You know what I'm saying, because
[18:02] Speaker 3: there has been no one that has grown me and
[18:06] Speaker 3: broken my heart more than my wife. Ain't no other
[18:09] Speaker 3: personal play on Earth has hurt me and helped me
[18:12] Speaker 3: as much as she didn't hurt me intentionively.
[18:14] Speaker 2: We were just two young, broken people trying to figure
[18:16] Speaker 2: it out.
[18:17] Speaker 3: So I made it to sixteen years in marriage because
[18:19] Speaker 3: I embraced a lot of that pain. And so a
[18:21] Speaker 3: lot of times on stage I talk about that because
[18:23] Speaker 3: folks see.
[18:23] Speaker 2: You making millions and they see successful on stage.
[18:26] Speaker 3: It's like, but you ain't see me crying, and you
[18:28] Speaker 3: didn't realize when I was depressed, and you didn't see
[18:30] Speaker 3: me in my own personal counseling sessions, and you ain't
[18:32] Speaker 3: seen me in my marriage coaching sessions, and you ain't
[18:34] Speaker 3: see me trying to figure out how I'm a clear
[18:35] Speaker 3: payroll for one of my other companies, like you didn't
[18:37] Speaker 3: see to struggle.
[18:38] Speaker 2: So a lot of times I'm on that.
[18:40] Speaker 3: My brain is perseverance, and I would say my brand
[18:43] Speaker 3: is family and everything I'm doing, I'm helping individuals go
[18:47] Speaker 3: to the next level and I'm helping them experience next
[18:49] Speaker 3: level living. But in order to do that, there is
[18:51] Speaker 3: a certain amount of pain that you got to experience.
[18:54] Speaker 3: But I really believe I'm accounted all joy. I really
[18:57] Speaker 3: believe that these things is happening. Don't happen to me,
[19:00] Speaker 3: They're happening for me. I really do believe the challenges
[19:03] Speaker 3: and hardships are gonna work out for my good Like
[19:05] Speaker 3: I don't just recite that. I really do believe that internally,
[19:09] Speaker 3: and that is something that I'm constantly pursuing. So I'm
[19:11] Speaker 3: letting folks know it's not gonna be easy. Guess what
[19:13] Speaker 3: a public service announcement. The world not gonna give you
[19:15] Speaker 3: what you deserve. The world gonna give you what you
[19:17] Speaker 3: work for. You got to show up every single day
[19:20] Speaker 3: and work for You know what I'm saying, an nobody
[19:21] Speaker 3: give me nothing but an opportunity. You know what, I'm saying,
[19:24] Speaker 3: and so you got to show up and work for
[19:25] Speaker 3: So my brand is work. It's great, it's perseverance, but
[19:28] Speaker 3: it's also family, you know what I'm saying.
[19:30] Speaker 2: Because it's one thing for me to win the Win
[19:32] Speaker 2: of the Year award.
[19:32] Speaker 3: But for my wife to sit back and be like, yep,
[19:34] Speaker 3: but he's the man of my life. That's what hits
[19:37] Speaker 3: because they could have gave me the Man of the
[19:38] Speaker 3: Year ward and my wife.
[19:39] Speaker 2: Be like this, I can't stay hear me right, all
[19:42] Speaker 2: crazy to me at home.
[19:42] Speaker 3: But the fact that what the world sees is what
[19:44] Speaker 3: people see behind doors, that's the real victory for me.
[19:48] Speaker 2: And so I will say that that's what my brand
[19:50] Speaker 2: looks like.
[19:51] Speaker 1: Yeah, really interesting, Thank you for coming on my show.
[19:53] Speaker 1: I'm talking to Jerry Andrews and found in the Next
[19:56] Speaker 1: Level Speakers Academy and that's nonprofit Next Level Living. My wife,
[20:04] Speaker 1: she's an aptometrist and a different level of discipline.
[20:08] Speaker 3: You know.
[20:08] Speaker 2: I get about the bed. She's still in bed and
[20:11] Speaker 2: we laugh about that.
[20:12] Speaker 1: And I was about the staffor heard this story and
[20:14] Speaker 1: she says she was driving me to work. It was
[20:17] Speaker 1: like early flight six am, so it was on the
[20:19] Speaker 1: road like four point thirty to get the airport.
[20:22] Speaker 2: And she looked at me.
[20:23] Speaker 1: I was driving and she was sitting over there in
[20:25] Speaker 1: the passage seat, and she said, when are you tired?
[20:29] Speaker 1: And I looked at it and I said, I'm tired
[20:31] Speaker 1: right now, come on, come on, And so it goes
[20:35] Speaker 1: to habits, you know, and perseverance overcoming their odds. Talk
[20:41] Speaker 1: to my listeners about excuses, because we can tell people
[20:47] Speaker 1: how we feel, whether it's good or bad, but they
[20:51] Speaker 1: really want to hear, especially when they deem you being successful, right,
[20:54] Speaker 1: talk about excuses.
[20:56] Speaker 2: So excuses is.
[20:57] Speaker 3: Something I feel like every human struggles with because there's
[21:00] Speaker 3: a difference between making an excuse versus explaining where you
[21:04] Speaker 3: are and what you got going on. And so everybody's
[21:06] Speaker 3: going to have a certain level of challenges and situations.
[21:10] Speaker 3: But what are you going to do about it? And
[21:12] Speaker 3: so for me, I try not to make excuses. I
[21:14] Speaker 3: try to take extreme ownership. So in every single situation,
[21:17] Speaker 3: I'm like, you know what, that was my fault? What
[21:18] Speaker 3: could I have done differently? Yes, this went wrong and
[21:21] Speaker 3: she dropped the ball here, but really, ultimately, if I'm involved,
[21:24] Speaker 3: it's probably something different I could have did.
[21:26] Speaker 2: So I try to get rid of excuses.
[21:28] Speaker 3: And I actually my team knows running joke across all
[21:31] Speaker 3: of our companies. They know that one thing that really
[21:33] Speaker 3: takes me off is excuses. I'm like, just take ownership.
[21:37] Speaker 3: But when I start breaking out in the hives and
[21:38] Speaker 3: I start hearing excuses, and folks is like, well if
[21:41] Speaker 3: this would have happened and that happened, well when I'm like,
[21:43] Speaker 3: I don't want to hear no excuses. Just admit you
[21:45] Speaker 3: dropped the ball. Just admit you make mistakes, Just admit
[21:48] Speaker 3: that you're human. I have so much respect for that.
[21:50] Speaker 3: So I'm by yo, miss me with the excuses, because
[21:52] Speaker 3: I ain't never met nobody that become great from excuses.
[21:55] Speaker 3: And you can reach way more accomplishments and way more
[21:57] Speaker 3: success with criticism than you will with praise and adoration.
[22:01] Speaker 3: And so I tell folks like, now, embrace it. You
[22:03] Speaker 3: made a mistake, you dropped the ball, you screw it up,
[22:05] Speaker 3: but it's okay. But don't give me a whole bunch
[22:07] Speaker 3: of excuses. Tell me what you learn, what you'll do
[22:10] Speaker 3: differently next time, And that's how you're going to start
[22:12] Speaker 3: embrace the next level living.
[22:14] Speaker 2: Next level living, let's talk about that.
[22:17] Speaker 1: Yeah, because before I want to make sure go to
[22:21] Speaker 1: your website.
[22:23] Speaker 3: Yep, Jeremy Anderson dot org.
[22:26] Speaker 2: Now is next Level Academy around the next level speaking
[22:29] Speaker 2: academy is separate.
[22:30] Speaker 1: So let's talk about because you speaking, I want to
[22:34] Speaker 1: also drive them to that website.
[22:36] Speaker 2: Talk about that, right, Yeah.
[22:37] Speaker 3: So we have the myself and doctor Eric Thomas d
[22:40] Speaker 3: T to Hip Hop preacher number one motivation speaking of
[22:42] Speaker 3: what I mean this brother charging one hundred and fifty
[22:44] Speaker 3: thousand dollars every time.
[22:45] Speaker 2: You take the stage. Right.
[22:46] Speaker 3: So, doctor Eric Thomas and myself came together years ago
[22:50] Speaker 3: and we created the number one professional speaking program in
[22:53] Speaker 3: the world. Like we've got an online course community, three
[22:56] Speaker 3: different courses, weekly coaching calls, speech practice calls, like everything
[23:00] Speaker 3: you need from A to Z on how to become
[23:02] Speaker 3: a successful communicator. Some people want to be motivational speakers,
[23:07] Speaker 3: some want to be educational consultants. Some want to do
[23:09] Speaker 3: professional development workshops, some want to do ted talks. Like
[23:13] Speaker 3: we literallycover every aspect corporate, faith based men and women, empowerment,
[23:17] Speaker 3: recover every aspect of our speakers community. And we've got
[23:21] Speaker 3: thousands of members across the country, a dozen different thriving
[23:25] Speaker 3: chapters in major cities, and we're literally helping people quit
[23:29] Speaker 3: their jobs for those who want to quit. Some people
[23:31] Speaker 3: love their career, they just want to speak part time
[23:34] Speaker 3: supplement and supplement their income.
[23:35] Speaker 2: But I think it's so crazy when I meet somebody that's.
[23:38] Speaker 3: Like, I love my job as a dentist or a teacher,
[23:41] Speaker 3: or I actually love what I do in construction, but
[23:43] Speaker 3: I made an extra eighty six thousand dollars speaking part time.
[23:46] Speaker 2: I get so excited when people are like, man.
[23:48] Speaker 3: I got my first ten thousand dollars check, and it
[23:50] Speaker 3: blows my mind their minds. I love it when people say, man,
[23:53] Speaker 3: I'm a six and I'm a seven figure. We got
[23:55] Speaker 3: several seven figure speakers now, and these are all people
[23:59] Speaker 3: with pure They would have took the stage and speak
[24:01] Speaker 3: for free.
[24:02] Speaker 2: They've been doing it for free.
[24:03] Speaker 3: But we show them how to monetize their message, how
[24:06] Speaker 3: to brand themselves and really take themselves to market. So
[24:09] Speaker 3: I am so proud of it because when I'm seeing
[24:11] Speaker 3: what it's doing for our community and people across the globe,
[24:13] Speaker 3: it's truly something special. So I tell people go to
[24:16] Speaker 3: Next Level Speakers Academy dot com to learn everything that
[24:20] Speaker 3: we've been doing in this space, and man, we're helping
[24:24] Speaker 3: people literally change the world. Because it's one thing for
[24:26] Speaker 3: me and Et and Ikey Johnson to be successful speakers,
[24:30] Speaker 3: but now if I can help thousands of other people
[24:32] Speaker 3: become successful speakers, how much more good are we doing
[24:35] Speaker 3: out here in the world. It's like that multiply effect.
[24:38] Speaker 3: And so it's somewhere really proud of.
[24:40] Speaker 1: You know, the beauty of because I went to one
[24:42] Speaker 1: of y'all speaking engagements back in twenty seventeen. Okay, well
[24:46] Speaker 1: that's why I first saw you on State. Okay, and
[24:49] Speaker 1: actually we didn't meet. I just saw you on States
[24:51] Speaker 1: backstage talking to DoD Thomas. But the audience makeup was very,
[24:59] Speaker 1: very white, Hispanic black, and one would automatically think, Okay,
[25:04] Speaker 1: he's a black guy, it's gonna be a black audience.
[25:06] Speaker 2: That's not true. Yeah, yeah, so ET's brand.
[25:11] Speaker 3: I would say that our community, our speakers academy community
[25:14] Speaker 3: now is about seventy five percent African American. But that's
[25:18] Speaker 3: probably the State Ready conference that we did in twenty seventeen,
[25:21] Speaker 3: and so that was a nice mixture of people that
[25:24] Speaker 3: came in from all over the country and even abroad
[25:27] Speaker 3: that want to be motivational speakers or they want to
[25:31] Speaker 3: just be motivated. They wanted to go to that next level.
[25:33] Speaker 3: They wanted to be able to stay ready so they
[25:35] Speaker 3: ain't got to get ready.
[25:36] Speaker 2: So on what we.
[25:37] Speaker 3: Found outside of race, outside of political parties, man, outside
[25:41] Speaker 3: of the different things that divide us, there's way more
[25:44] Speaker 3: than unites us. And what we have found is that
[25:46] Speaker 3: people are looking for something real. People will look for
[25:49] Speaker 3: something raw. People want to live a life a purpose.
[25:51] Speaker 3: People don't want to have their livelihood only connected to
[25:56] Speaker 3: the government and what can happen there life. They want
[25:58] Speaker 3: to be free, you know, and they don't want to
[26:00] Speaker 3: be in that position where they're not living to their
[26:03] Speaker 3: full potential. And so people tend to tap in with
[26:05] Speaker 3: us when they're ready.
[26:06] Speaker 2: Truty to go to that next level.
[26:08] Speaker 1: Like Alex Bradman, third baseman for US National, he's a
[26:11] Speaker 1: big fan. Yeah, Eric Tumber I remember reading the article
[26:13] Speaker 1: and he said he listens to Eric Thomas motivation. Yeah, okay,
[26:17] Speaker 1: his brother captures everywhere every one of the disciples. Yeah,
[26:21] Speaker 1: of that platform, and now you're changing world, but not
[26:24] Speaker 1: only do your speaking, but do your next level living.
[26:27] Speaker 2: Yeah. South Africa, Yeah, why South Africa so I went there.
[26:32] Speaker 3: My first time in South Africa was twenty sixteen, and
[26:35] Speaker 3: I met some individuals there man and it was a
[26:37] Speaker 3: great experience.
[26:38] Speaker 2: I was in Johannahsburg, Okayburg.
[26:40] Speaker 3: And then a few months some people there was like
[26:43] Speaker 3: you were too powerful.
[26:44] Speaker 2: We need you to come to Cape Town. I was like,
[26:46] Speaker 2: where's Cape Town? There was like what is this stuff
[26:48] Speaker 2: out here? Because now we gotta talk about stereotypes. Okay, okay,
[26:51] Speaker 2: because you talking.
[26:53] Speaker 1: About you've been sold a brand in America or what
[26:56] Speaker 1: Africa is?
[26:56] Speaker 2: Right? So going over there, there's a lot of ert.
[27:00] Speaker 3: I pulled up at the mass Low Hotel and said,
[27:03] Speaker 3: I've seen a Bentley, I seen the Maserati, I've seen
[27:06] Speaker 3: a Porsch truck. And then I saw Ferrari and I'm thinking,
[27:10] Speaker 3: like where the naked fulk playing drums there? And I
[27:14] Speaker 3: walk in the mass Low Hotel and I'm like, this
[27:16] Speaker 3: is one of the nicest hotel.
[27:17] Speaker 2: They took me to my suite. I was like, what
[27:19] Speaker 2: in the world. I couldnot wait to get back to
[27:21] Speaker 2: the States. Right, they say, this ain't what you thought
[27:23] Speaker 2: it was. It's sad. It's sad.
[27:25] Speaker 1: We have to deliver that message because when you laying
[27:29] Speaker 1: nothing but beautiful black woman billboards of every artist that
[27:33] Speaker 1: you will see, you know, John Legend or Kevin the
[27:37] Speaker 1: Hard or whoever is those major start you see on
[27:40] Speaker 1: their billboards. You know, it's a major shift and it's
[27:45] Speaker 1: a major insult. Yes to what the story they tell
[27:48] Speaker 1: you about Africa. That is really working and succeeding in Africa.
[27:54] Speaker 1: That's the major thing that I was so disappointed, Yeah, myself,
[27:59] Speaker 1: And so.
[27:59] Speaker 3: Now now I found myself an African. I'm letting folks know, like,
[28:03] Speaker 3: Africa is beautiful. My wife, let me tell you something.
[28:05] Speaker 3: She loves so much. She want to spend six months
[28:07] Speaker 3: now in South Africa. And e t talking about you
[28:09] Speaker 3: need to make it happen. I'm like, you don't just
[28:12] Speaker 3: do that. Overnight that plane ride, I fell in love
[28:16] Speaker 3: with Durban Africa, and man, I'm.
[28:19] Speaker 2: Looking at houses that plane ride though, Brother, But you
[28:23] Speaker 2: change your mind.
[28:24] Speaker 3: Yeah, but then you get used to that del to
[28:26] Speaker 3: one and then you go sleep and you wake number
[28:28] Speaker 3: you're there.
[28:29] Speaker 2: But it is a beautiful place.
[28:31] Speaker 3: And after Joe Burgh, about three months later, they brought
[28:35] Speaker 3: me into Cape Town, which is on the coast, which is,
[28:37] Speaker 3: as you know, beautiful.
[28:39] Speaker 2: On that water.
[28:40] Speaker 3: And then about four months later they brought me back
[28:42] Speaker 3: to Cape Town. Well by my third time in South Africa.
[28:44] Speaker 3: My handlers and people who brought me in, you know,
[28:47] Speaker 3: I'm staying at nice hotels. I was like, man, show
[28:50] Speaker 3: me the city. And they showed me where they grew up.
[28:52] Speaker 3: And I saw the hood. Now, you know here in
[28:54] Speaker 3: the States we have the half and half nots. It's
[28:57] Speaker 3: different there. They're half notz is, third floors, no electricity.
[29:02] Speaker 2: Ten walls.
[29:03] Speaker 3: They might not you know, they eat every other day,
[29:06] Speaker 3: one meal. So when I saw the babies and I
[29:09] Speaker 3: saw the kids, it's like it pricked my heart. And
[29:12] Speaker 3: so we began to like tie to an organization there
[29:16] Speaker 3: and some folks there, and it was like, man, we
[29:18] Speaker 3: want to send a couple thousand dollars, you know, send
[29:20] Speaker 3: a month to just feed some of these kids. Because
[29:23] Speaker 3: I was showing them how to do community outreach and
[29:25] Speaker 3: I was showing them how to be a blessing. And
[29:27] Speaker 3: so we started to feed my Sheep program. And so
[29:30] Speaker 3: they was out there feeding the kids. And when I
[29:32] Speaker 3: saw how consistent they were for about a year and
[29:34] Speaker 3: a half. In twenty eighteen, we set up our official
[29:37] Speaker 3: nonprofit organization and since twenty eighteen, we've been feeding one
[29:40] Speaker 3: thousand starving children every single week. They're in Cape Town,
[29:44] Speaker 3: South Africa, across a number of communities.
[29:47] Speaker 2: And in twenty twenty we started our college sponsorship.
[29:50] Speaker 3: Program and since twenty twenty we put sixty kids through college.
[29:54] Speaker 2: There beautiful. Now that's a Shepherd website.
[29:57] Speaker 3: Yeah now that is yeah, yeah, now that is Next

[30:02] Speaker 3: And I'm just gonna say this, out of all the websites,
[30:06] Speaker 3: if somebody is like, man, I want to book Jeremy
[30:08] Speaker 3: to come in and speak for my company in my
[30:09] Speaker 3: school like Jeremy and it is in the orgor and man,
[30:11] Speaker 3: I want to have Jeremy, you know, coach me and
[30:13] Speaker 3: joining the speaker as Academy Next Level Speaks Academy dot com.
[30:16] Speaker 3: But don't nothing get me more excited than when people say, man,
[30:20] Speaker 3: I want to be a part of this pienthropic work
[30:23] Speaker 3: because as a now, you know, doctor Maxine came right
[30:25] Speaker 3: who blessed both of us with the Man of the
[30:27] Speaker 3: Year war.
[30:28] Speaker 2: Let me tell you why I love her, dearly bro.
[30:30] Speaker 3: When she saw that me and Tracy was carrying our
[30:33] Speaker 3: foundation ourselves financially, When she saw that ninety percent of
[30:37] Speaker 3: it was coming from us.
[30:38] Speaker 2: When she saw we ain't have no corporate sponsors like,
[30:41] Speaker 2: she was troubled.
[30:42] Speaker 3: She was like, you should not have to do this
[30:44] Speaker 3: by yourself. And I'm like, yo, this is what I
[30:46] Speaker 3: was God told me to do, Like I'm just gonna
[30:47] Speaker 3: do what he told me to do. When she was
[30:49] Speaker 3: just like, I've got to help you get some sponsors, Like,
[30:51] Speaker 3: She's like, you know what I'm saying. So though I'm
[30:53] Speaker 3: proud of the work we've done with the sixty kids
[30:55] Speaker 3: in college, the thousand kids every week we feed, there
[30:58] Speaker 3: is so much more work to do. And so if
