[0:57] Speaker 1: founded a personal development and leadership development companies specializing in
[1:02] Speaker 1: real world business leadership and personal accountability approaches. He helps individuals, organizations,
[1:08] Speaker 1: and companies get to the root of their behavior, performance
[1:11] Speaker 1: and areas of improvement to change their overall outlook and
[1:14] Speaker 1: become more productive, encouraging and inspiring. Please work with the
[1:18] Speaker 1: Money Making Conversation Masterclass CHICONI Prince, how you doing, sir?
[1:22] Speaker 2: I'm doing fineing you.
[1:24] Speaker 1: That's a lot going on. We're gonna break this down
[1:26] Speaker 1: to my audience here because I want to start with
[1:29] Speaker 1: the word accountability. Checone, What does that mean when you're
[1:32] Speaker 1: in your business model?
[1:34] Speaker 2: Well, accountability means to me the ability to be accountable.
[1:40] Speaker 2: Some of the ones said that responsibility is your ability
[1:43] Speaker 2: to respond. And we all have an opportunity to make
[1:47] Speaker 2: the world a better place. But if we don't understand
[1:50] Speaker 2: that that's what is given to us. To who much
[1:53] Speaker 2: is given, much is required, we won't live up to
[1:55] Speaker 2: that mantra. And so my goal is to help people
[1:58] Speaker 2: to understand that they have some than to offer the world.
[2:01] Speaker 2: Like my coach told me that you can be the
[2:03] Speaker 2: askment of somebody's headache, but if you don't realize that,
[2:07] Speaker 2: you will go somewhere and sit in the corner. You'll
[2:09] Speaker 2: go somewhere and sit down. So to be accountable is
[2:12] Speaker 2: to understand what it is you have and how valuable
[2:15] Speaker 2: it is, and that it's needed.
[2:17] Speaker 1: Now, let me ask this question to you. Is your
[2:19] Speaker 1: business tied to following your faith or following your passion?
[2:25] Speaker 2: Honestly, it's a combination of both. Because I believe that
[2:28] Speaker 2: all of us we have something that we've been placed
[2:30] Speaker 2: here to do, because if you weren't needed here, we
[2:33] Speaker 2: wouldn't be here. And so I know there are a
[2:36] Speaker 2: lot of people that lean so heavy on their faith
[2:38] Speaker 2: that they don't want to do anything. And I know
[2:40] Speaker 2: that there are so many people that lean so heavy
[2:42] Speaker 2: on the actions that they don't have any belief. But
[2:44] Speaker 2: I believe that there has to be a combination of both.
[2:46] Speaker 2: We have to be able to understand that, yes, we
[2:49] Speaker 2: have talent, skills and abilities, but it's not just for
[2:52] Speaker 2: us to serve ourselves. We need to serve other people.
[2:56] Speaker 1: We just ask that because let's get to the background
[2:59] Speaker 1: of who shouldn't with the princess. Because I always tell
[3:02] Speaker 1: people the journey of where you're at are currently now
[3:05] Speaker 1: may not be how you started, but it's something that
[3:08] Speaker 1: you believed in as a youth. Because I always tell people,
[3:11] Speaker 1: between the age of eighteen and twenty four, you just fearless.
[3:15] Speaker 1: You have all these dreams, all these aspirations, and then
[3:18] Speaker 1: what happens is life takes over and then you kind
[3:21] Speaker 1: of start listening to other people. They tell you should
[3:23] Speaker 1: do this. You might get married, and careers might take
[3:26] Speaker 1: you out of town, and you might get off course
[3:29] Speaker 1: from your dream. Are you doing what you're doing now
[3:33] Speaker 1: that you want to do or aspire to do between
[3:35] Speaker 1: the ages of eighteen and twenty four, tikoni.
[3:38] Speaker 2: No, sir, I am not, But tell me about that well.
[3:42] Speaker 2: And actually, I have always been a very creative person,
[3:47] Speaker 2: and I found myself doing something that I really didn't
[3:51] Speaker 2: think I would be doing at the time, and that
[3:53] Speaker 2: was three D animation. I had a company called three
[3:56] Speaker 2: D Solution Providers and we did three D animation and illustration.
[4:00] Speaker 2: And I was actually at an event back in twenty twelve.
[4:04] Speaker 2: It was called the Power Networking Conference with doctor George Fraser,
[4:08] Speaker 2: and at that event, I wind up winning a quick
[4:10] Speaker 2: pitch Business Olympics. While I was pitching my business, but
[4:14] Speaker 2: while I was on stage, I had an epiphany. While
[4:16] Speaker 2: I was up there telling people about my products or
[4:19] Speaker 2: my services, I realized that my words could be used
[4:21] Speaker 2: for more than selling a product or service. They can
[4:24] Speaker 2: be used to sell people on themselves. You know, my
[4:27] Speaker 2: first book was entitled Are You Climbing the Wrong Mountain?
[4:31] Speaker 2: About finding your true purpose? And I tell people that
[4:34] Speaker 2: are three things you can learn by being on the
[4:36] Speaker 2: wrong mountain. The first thing you can learn is this
[4:38] Speaker 2: is not it, this is not where I'm supposed to be.
[4:40] Speaker 2: I can scratch this off my lists. But the second
[4:42] Speaker 2: thing is being on the wrong mountain, you can identify
[4:45] Speaker 2: the right one. And that's what happened to me at
[4:47] Speaker 2: that conference. I realized, this is not where I'm supposed
[4:50] Speaker 2: to be. I'm supposed to be encouraging and motivating people.
[4:54] Speaker 2: But the third thing I tell people that you can
[4:55] Speaker 2: learn by being on the wrong mountain is that once
[4:57] Speaker 2: you've identified the right one, it's not going to take
[5:00] Speaker 2: you that long to get up it because you have
[5:03] Speaker 2: mounting climbing skills. The things you learn even climbing the
[5:06] Speaker 2: wrong mouth and that you take with you. And so
[5:09] Speaker 2: during those years doing those formative years of eighteen and
[5:11] Speaker 2: twenty four, there are a lot of lessons that you
[5:14] Speaker 2: can learn, and they aren't It's only a loss if
[5:17] Speaker 2: you leave the lesson, and so many individuals they consider
[5:21] Speaker 2: what I've wasted my time. No you've gotten experience. If anything,
[5:24] Speaker 2: you learn what not to do. And so I try
[5:27] Speaker 2: to help people to understand that. Listen, wherever you are
[5:30] Speaker 2: in life, you have a wealth of experience and knowledge
[5:33] Speaker 2: that's got you that you know some things that work
[5:35] Speaker 2: for you, some things that are the goods you can
[5:37] Speaker 2: pass on, but you also know some pitfalls that you
[5:40] Speaker 2: can help other people avoid. So if we take it
[5:43] Speaker 2: all as a total, then we'll understand that we have
[5:48] Speaker 2: something to offer the world.
[5:49] Speaker 1: Well, how old were you when you hit the stage
[5:52] Speaker 1: and you had that moment they realize that you know something.
[5:55] Speaker 1: I'm doing this, well, but this is not what I do.
[5:57] Speaker 1: How old were you?
[5:58] Speaker 2: I was in my mid thirties, So yeah, yes, I
[6:04] Speaker 2: was in my mid thirties in fact when I did that.
[6:10] Speaker 2: But up until that point, I was satisfied with the direction,
[6:15] Speaker 2: the fact that I was going. But again I realized
[6:18] Speaker 2: I was climbing.
[6:19] Speaker 1: Who was pouring you in that direction where you were going? Would?
[6:21] Speaker 1: Who was telling you that was the right direction for
[6:24] Speaker 1: you to go? To Coney?
[6:26] Speaker 2: Well? Actually it was me because again, like I said,
[6:30] Speaker 2: I love being creative and three D animation allowed me
[6:33] Speaker 2: a chance to make something out of nothing. When I
[6:37] Speaker 2: hear words, I see pictures, and so people would they
[6:39] Speaker 2: would literally give me a paragraph explaining the process or
[6:42] Speaker 2: a or a new invention, and I could actually as
[6:46] Speaker 2: I read it, I saw pictures in my mind. So
[6:48] Speaker 2: I would just go on my computer and I would
[6:49] Speaker 2: make what I saw. I would animate and I would
[6:52] Speaker 2: actually help them to actually illustrate their vision of the
[6:56] Speaker 2: future in three D. But again I realize that my
[7:03] Speaker 2: real talents, my real gift and abilities. And somebody will say,
[7:06] Speaker 2: what's the ConA, how you come from doing three D
[7:07] Speaker 2: animation to do in fact motivational speaking? And for me
[7:11] Speaker 2: it was easy because it just became a reverse engineering.
[7:14] Speaker 2: Whereas before somebody else was giving me the words and
[7:16] Speaker 2: I was creating the visuals because I could see it
[7:19] Speaker 2: in my mind. Well, now I have the vision in
[7:22] Speaker 2: my mind. I just reverse engineer, and I'm giving them
[7:25] Speaker 2: the words. I'm painting a picture in their mind to
[7:27] Speaker 2: help them to understand who they are and what they
[7:30] Speaker 2: have to bring to the table.
[7:32] Speaker 1: Well, I think, Shagoonne, what they're asking you would go,
[7:34] Speaker 1: why do you go from motivation to from CD three
[7:37] Speaker 1: D animation to motivation? It's like, how do you have
[7:40] Speaker 1: the courage because you know yourself. There's so many people
[7:43] Speaker 1: are in marriagers they shouldn't be in because they don't
[7:45] Speaker 1: have courage to get out of it. So many people
[7:48] Speaker 1: are at jobs that they're working on a daily basis,
[7:51] Speaker 1: but they're afraid to leave because they don't know if
[7:53] Speaker 1: they can get that check someplace else. So a lot
[7:55] Speaker 1: of people trapped in environments that they're not happy in
[8:00] Speaker 1: out of fear. And I think the question that people
[8:02] Speaker 1: are asking you is how did you accomplish that? And
[8:08] Speaker 1: what was the turning point? You say, you know something,
[8:10] Speaker 1: this is not my path to my future.
[8:14] Speaker 2: Well, I guess my turning point came in two phases.
[8:17] Speaker 2: One was that event where I realized that my words
[8:21] Speaker 2: could be used for something more than again selling the
[8:25] Speaker 2: product of service. But the other point or was I
[8:32] Speaker 2: actually watched Less Brown's fifty minute Mindset and that really
[8:37] Speaker 2: helped me to understand that I could change directions, I
[8:42] Speaker 2: could change course, and I had a burning desire and
[8:46] Speaker 2: I still do to help people. I mean I tell
[8:49] Speaker 2: people all the time, if I'm not here to help,
[8:51] Speaker 2: then why am I here?
[8:53] Speaker 1: Right?
[8:53] Speaker 2: And so understanding the need that everybody has to exercise
[9:01] Speaker 2: their God given talents and abilities. That was again, it's
[9:06] Speaker 2: like breathing to me. And so I realized that I
[9:10] Speaker 2: could sell people on themselves, and that's what I started doing.
[9:16] Speaker 1: Selling people on themselves. Expound on that. Please tell me
[9:22] Speaker 1: that almost like sounds like self motivation are showing people
[9:28] Speaker 1: their value and allowing them to take advantage of it.
[9:32] Speaker 1: I may be saying it wrong, but help me out.
[9:34] Speaker 2: Well, I'm going to help you out because my slogan
[9:37] Speaker 2: is I'm Seconiprince off seconiprince dot com, where we make
[9:41] Speaker 2: motivation personal for introducing you to yourself.
[9:46] Speaker 1: Love it.
[9:47] Speaker 2: And I think a lot of people really don't understand
[9:49] Speaker 2: who they are and what they have, and because of that,
[9:52] Speaker 2: they again allow the world to pass them by. They
[9:57] Speaker 2: don't value their value and see what value their value brings.
[10:02] Speaker 2: I'm gonna say that again for those that are taking notes.
[10:05] Speaker 2: People need to learn how to value their own value
[10:08] Speaker 2: and then see what value their value brings, and so
[10:12] Speaker 2: helping people to understand that you have more in you
[10:15] Speaker 2: than you're putting out into the world. The question is
[10:18] Speaker 2: what's holding you back? And most of the time it's
[10:20] Speaker 2: just us and our fear and our inability to move
[10:24] Speaker 2: past our own hang ups. But when you realize somebody
[10:27] Speaker 2: is waiting on you, somebody is desperately seeking what you have,
[10:32] Speaker 2: then you'll find a way. If you can't find a way,
[10:35] Speaker 2: you will make a way to get to them and
[10:38] Speaker 2: to help them. But if you don't see how valuable
[10:41] Speaker 2: your asset is, and I don't care what it is,
[10:43] Speaker 2: it could be frying chicken, it can be cutting grass,
[10:45] Speaker 2: It could be doing a county. It can be practicing law,
[10:48] Speaker 2: whatever you've been gifted to do. Somebody needs you. They
[10:52] Speaker 2: are looking for you. When I show up, they turn
[10:55] Speaker 2: me away. But when you show up, you make a
[10:57] Speaker 2: difference in their life. And so my job is to
[10:59] Speaker 2: help inspire people, or should I say motivate, because I
[11:03] Speaker 2: believe inspiration can come externally. You can inspire somebody, but
[11:07] Speaker 2: motivation has to be internal. What's your motivation? Will you
[11:11] Speaker 2: understand what you have? Like I tell people all the time,
[11:15] Speaker 2: until you know who you are, anything can stop you.
[11:19] Speaker 2: But once you know who you are, nothing can.
[11:22] Speaker 1: Okay, before I answer my next ask my next question,
[11:26] Speaker 1: what's your slogan? Again?
[11:28] Speaker 2: Sicony Siconi Prince of siconiprince dot com, where we make
[11:31] Speaker 2: motivation personal by introducing you to yourself.
[11:36] Speaker 1: Okay, help me out with a person fifty years old,
[11:41] Speaker 1: you know, and a job, because that fifty is a
[11:45] Speaker 1: rough year for people because sometimes they this is how
[11:48] Speaker 1: I'm gon riote it out. They might tell themselves, as
[11:51] Speaker 1: there's no relationship out there for them, this is the
[11:54] Speaker 1: only job in my life. They want to be an entrepreneur,
[11:57] Speaker 1: but they're afraid they have no mentorship. Now, this is
[12:00] Speaker 1: about what you're saying. Looking into yourself, self motivation, that's
[12:05] Speaker 1: what you do. I got a lot of listeners who
[12:08] Speaker 1: are listening to this show right now who need self motivation.
[12:13] Speaker 1: Help them out, Sconi Prince.
[12:15] Speaker 2: Well, my first question fifty years old, now, fifty years old?
[12:19] Speaker 2: Fifty years old, fifty years old? Okay, if you're fifty
[12:23] Speaker 2: years old, my question to you is what is it
[12:26] Speaker 2: that you love to do? What is your passion? What
[12:30] Speaker 2: is that thing that you would do even if you
[12:32] Speaker 2: didn't get paid. What is that thing that you get
[12:36] Speaker 2: excited about, the thing that you do that you don't
[12:38] Speaker 2: even look at your watch, The thing that you do
[12:41] Speaker 2: that when it's over, you're actually sad, You're like, when
[12:44] Speaker 2: can we do this again? What is that and then
[12:47] Speaker 2: figure out a way to build your own economy around that.
[12:52] Speaker 2: It could be something the simple as fishing. It could
[12:55] Speaker 2: be something as simple as you know, I'm flying the kite.
[12:59] Speaker 2: There are so many things that we can do, but
[13:02] Speaker 2: I'm telling you there's somebody else out there that needs it,
[13:06] Speaker 2: and so understanding that you have what it takes to
[13:11] Speaker 2: lead somebody. You know, there are a ton of people
[13:14] Speaker 2: that do have have motivational speaking, but there's only one
[13:19] Speaker 2: Seconi Prince, and no one can do what I do
[13:21] Speaker 2: the way I do it, when I do it, and
[13:23] Speaker 2: where I do it, And so understanding that I'm not
[13:26] Speaker 2: in competition with them. I'm just trying to be the
[13:28] Speaker 2: best version of myself. And if you never take the
[13:32] Speaker 2: time to understand who you are and what you have,
[13:36] Speaker 2: you're always going to keep second guinst yourself and you're
[13:38] Speaker 2: never going to move beyond what's comfortable. If you think
[13:42] Speaker 2: about where you want to be. It's just like with
[13:44] Speaker 2: ener gps. You can put in a destination, but if
[13:47] Speaker 2: you don't have your locations turned on, it's gonna ask
[13:49] Speaker 2: you where are you? And we have to be honest
[13:51] Speaker 2: enough with where we are right now? What's holding us back?
[13:54] Speaker 2: Is it my fear? Is it the fact that I
[13:57] Speaker 2: don't know? I may have passion, but I don't know
[13:59] Speaker 2: how to do or what to do. You can find
[14:02] Speaker 2: that out, but you have to be willing to step out.
[14:05] Speaker 2: The only thing between you and your dreams is you.
[14:09] Speaker 2: So let's get ourself in gear and let's understand that
[14:14] Speaker 2: we have something to do and a place to go,
[14:16] Speaker 2: and somebody waiting on us. It's not just about the money.
[14:20] Speaker 2: It's not just about the fame or the fortune. Who
[14:22] Speaker 2: are you helping? If you really want to impress me,
[14:25] Speaker 2: show me the people that you help, not the car
[14:27] Speaker 2: you drive. Now much money you have, who are you helping?
[14:31] Speaker 2: Doctor mosboronnd Rowe He said that the fruit isn't for
[14:33] Speaker 2: the tree, and if you know that you have fruit
[14:37] Speaker 2: that somebody is waiting to eat, you will produce it
[14:41] Speaker 2: and you would do it for them.
[14:43] Speaker 3: Please don't go anywhere. We'll be right back with more
[14:46] Speaker 3: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
[14:57] Speaker 3: Conversations Masterclass hosted by Rashaan McDonald.
[15:00] Speaker 2: You know.
[15:01] Speaker 1: I'm talking to Schoni Prince, motivational speaker personal development leadership
[15:08] Speaker 1: from a personal development standpoint motivational speaker. You said it earlier.
[15:14] Speaker 1: It's a crowd of field. Now, oh yeah, you know,
[15:17] Speaker 1: it's like a lot of cookies on the tables, a
[15:19] Speaker 1: lot of flavors, and you know, you go out there,
[15:21] Speaker 1: you don't know which cookie to buy, which cookie to
[15:23] Speaker 1: pick up, which cookie? Is that what's separating you in
[15:26] Speaker 1: the motivational game?
[15:27] Speaker 2: There seconi Well, I realized not everybody is for me,
[15:31] Speaker 2: and I'm okay with that. I'm cool with that. Okay,
[15:33] Speaker 2: I don't have a problem with that. But there are
[15:35] Speaker 2: a group of individuals that when they hear me talk,
[15:39] Speaker 2: they gravitate towards me. Now, some people call it energy,
[15:42] Speaker 2: some people call it frequency, some people call it spirit.
[15:45] Speaker 2: I don't care what you call it. But when you
[15:47] Speaker 2: hear my voice, when you hear my presentation, in fact,
[15:49] Speaker 2: when you read my books, when you come to my events,
[15:51] Speaker 2: you realize that I have something you need. And those
[15:54] Speaker 2: are the people I've been called to serve. Everybody else
[15:57] Speaker 2: got bless you have a smile on you, But the
[15:59] Speaker 2: ones that I've been call to serve, I'm here to
[16:01] Speaker 2: help you. So that's who I am, and I can't
[16:04] Speaker 2: be anything other than who I am. I'm not trying
[16:06] Speaker 2: to be Anyboudy. I'm not trying to replace anybody. I'm
[16:08] Speaker 2: trying to be the best secone that I can be
[16:12] Speaker 2: because I know me showing up at my best is
[16:14] Speaker 2: going to inspire, motivate, and to courage somebody to do
[16:17] Speaker 2: the same.
[16:18] Speaker 1: Now, your latest book, Heal, which is h E A
[16:22] Speaker 1: L Help Elevate and Learn a God to Healing your
[16:25] Speaker 1: Inner child again, is about that person. See one thing
[16:28] Speaker 1: I love about you in my short term or just
[16:31] Speaker 1: doing my research. You keep putting the burden of responsibility
[16:35] Speaker 1: back on that person, and I think I've never heard that.
[16:39] Speaker 1: See people always talk about come here, relax, come here
[16:43] Speaker 1: with a group of people, you meditate together, but you
[16:47] Speaker 1: go to write. Look in that mirror, we're talking about you.
[16:50] Speaker 2: When you wake up.
[16:51] Speaker 1: You're looking at you when you go to bed. Is
[16:54] Speaker 1: about you? What thought proce got you there? Because you're
[17:00] Speaker 1: starting a three D animation. Then you went on stage
[17:03] Speaker 1: at the George Fraser event. You went you know, so
[17:06] Speaker 1: these people are looking at me different. They're not really
[17:08] Speaker 1: looking at what I'm doing. They're looking at what listen
[17:10] Speaker 1: to what I'm saying yes, And in the process of
[17:13] Speaker 1: listening to what you what you're saying. You said, I'm
[17:15] Speaker 1: gonna let you know that I can only get you
[17:19] Speaker 1: there if you get yourself there correctly. Talk to me
[17:22] Speaker 1: bout exactly I'm getting on the prints train now.
[17:25] Speaker 2: Okay, well listen. I know how critically important it is
[17:33] Speaker 2: for us to be able to work on ourselves, because
[17:38] Speaker 2: I tell people all the time, no matter where you go,
[17:42] Speaker 2: you're there. No matter where you go, you're there. And
[17:46] Speaker 2: if you never develop yourself, you take the same thing
[17:50] Speaker 2: and from one relationship to the next, from one job
[17:52] Speaker 2: to the next, from one project to the next, from
[17:54] Speaker 2: one goal to the next, from one diet to the next.
[17:58] Speaker 2: So if you never change you, you're gonna wind up
[18:01] Speaker 2: getting the same results. One of the latest I had
[18:06] Speaker 2: on my podcast, in fact, she said that some people
[18:08] Speaker 2: are dating the same person with a different face. And
[18:12] Speaker 2: it's like wow, because that really blew me away, because
[18:14] Speaker 2: it's like, we tend to keep gravitating towards the same thing,
[18:18] Speaker 2: but we need to change our appetite. So that starts
[18:21] Speaker 2: with us, That starts with us working and looking in
[18:25] Speaker 2: the mirror and say, my really, my personal development journey
[18:29] Speaker 2: started when I was in college in Atlanta, and I
[18:32] Speaker 2: was dating this young lady. Everything was going good, great
[18:34] Speaker 2: and fine and wonderful until it wasn't. And whenever relationship
[18:38] Speaker 2: was over, instead of me blaming her and instead of
[18:41] Speaker 2: me you know, talking it down to her, I started
[18:43] Speaker 2: asking questions, but not of her, of me. I started
[18:48] Speaker 2: trying to understand and figure out why did I do
[18:50] Speaker 2: to some of the stuff I did, Seconia, why is
[18:53] Speaker 2: it that? And most of the relationships you've been in
[18:54] Speaker 2: it was a woman that ended it. Why is that?
[18:57] Speaker 2: And I started to do my own personal, my own
[19:01] Speaker 2: research to understand me better. And it wasn't until I
[19:05] Speaker 2: stepped into the motivation of speaking arena that I realized
[19:08] Speaker 2: how much more work I needed to do. And so
[19:12] Speaker 2: that's my thing. So many people we'll ask questions of
[19:15] Speaker 2: everybody else, but rarely do we do it of ourselves.
[19:21] Speaker 2: So that's my goal to help people to say, Okay,
[19:22] Speaker 2: why it's not just what you do, it's why you
[19:26] Speaker 2: do it. Some people ain't well again, but that's just
[19:28] Speaker 2: the way I am.
[19:29] Speaker 1: So what is that inner child that you're trying to
[19:31] Speaker 1: get us to allow to grow? And I'm assuming that's
[19:34] Speaker 1: the whole angle growth Internally, you let that person or
[19:38] Speaker 1: that in the child mature and accept responsibility, then you'll
[19:43] Speaker 1: be a better person for it. That was my takeaway
[19:45] Speaker 1: from the book.
[19:46] Speaker 2: Okay, well, and that is definitely true. We want to
[19:50] Speaker 2: do what I call an inner child check up. A
[19:54] Speaker 2: couple of years ago, I had a chance to speak
[19:56] Speaker 2: at a focused women's conference here Mobill and I finished
[20:00] Speaker 2: my presentation with an exercise, and I had all of
[20:05] Speaker 2: the ladies in the room. I said, Okay, first of all,
[20:07] Speaker 2: secure belongings, because everybody ain't saved. Make sure your person
[20:10] Speaker 2: you're phoned right next to you. But then I had
[20:13] Speaker 2: them to close their eyes and put their hand over
[20:15] Speaker 2: their heart, and I told them to think about the
[20:19] Speaker 2: little girl that's still in them and how proud she
[20:23] Speaker 2: is of the woman that she's become. But then I
[20:27] Speaker 2: also told him, I said, I want you to thank
[20:29] Speaker 2: that little girl for the strength that she had to
[20:32] Speaker 2: go through everything she went through for you to be
[20:35] Speaker 2: here today. And you will not believe how many women
[20:39] Speaker 2: of different ages and stages ethnicities came up to me
[20:42] Speaker 2: afterwards and thanked me. Some of them were tears in
[20:44] Speaker 2: their eyes for that exercise of just reminding them of
[20:48] Speaker 2: who they still had in them and I think that
[20:51] Speaker 2: was the catalyus for me writing this book, because it
[20:54] Speaker 2: is so important for us to understand the things that
[20:58] Speaker 2: went into making us who we are, and if we
[21:01] Speaker 2: have current day behavior that was seated in our childhood,
[21:06] Speaker 2: especially if it's negative, we need to address that. We
[21:10] Speaker 2: need to spend some time discovery. Now you can start
[21:13] Speaker 2: this process on your own, and the book is a
[21:15] Speaker 2: great starting point, and even my podcast helps with that
[21:18] Speaker 2: as well. But I've had therapists and psychologists and psychologists
[21:22] Speaker 2: on my podcast to help frame up a lot of
[21:25] Speaker 2: stuff I put in the book because my slogan for
[21:28] Speaker 2: my podcasts I'm not here to end the conversation. I
[21:31] Speaker 2: just want to start it. Because a lot of people
[21:34] Speaker 2: don't really realize that they have current day behavior that
[21:37] Speaker 2: was seated in their childhood. They're trying to impress or
[21:40] Speaker 2: trying to please somebody that may not even be here anymore,
[21:44] Speaker 2: and they need to just take a step back and
[21:46] Speaker 2: look at why they do what they do and understand that. Okay,
[21:50] Speaker 2: you can change that, you can rewire your brain, but
[21:53] Speaker 2: you have to first identify what it is that's negatively
[21:57] Speaker 2: impacting your life. And once you will to do that,
[22:01] Speaker 2: then you can take the necessary steps, get the necessary
[22:04] Speaker 2: help you need in order to unpack and repack your life.
[22:08] Speaker 2: And even in my book I talk about having a
[22:10] Speaker 2: second childhood. We can actually get to the place to
[22:14] Speaker 2: where life is fun again. But we have optimism and
[22:18] Speaker 2: hope and we have dreams. Because again, I think so
[22:21] Speaker 2: many people are locked in a box, and they have
[22:23] Speaker 2: the key, they lock themselves in. My thing is I
[22:27] Speaker 2: want you to take the key and unlock and let
[22:29] Speaker 2: yourself out and become the type of person that you
[22:33] Speaker 2: dreamed of when you were younger.
[22:35] Speaker 1: I love it. We're talking Seconi Prince, the arthor of
[22:39] Speaker 1: heal h e a L stands for help Elevate and
[22:43] Speaker 1: learn a guide to healing. You're in a child now
[22:48] Speaker 1: the whole process of how can we find out where
[22:51] Speaker 1: you're speaking? How can we find out and stay in
[22:54] Speaker 1: touch with you. You mentioned your podcast, tell us your podcast,
[22:57] Speaker 1: but more importantly, how we can get you your next
[23:00] Speaker 1: speaking engagement? See you do your thing. All these are
[23:03] Speaker 1: private engagements that are structured around events that people invite
[23:07] Speaker 1: you to.
[23:08] Speaker 2: Well. Actually, I have an event coming up in Dallas
[23:12] Speaker 2: on October the Trough, so I'm excited about that. I'm
[23:15] Speaker 2: gonna be speaking there along with some other incredible men.
[23:19] Speaker 2: But the easiest way to find out, in fact, what's
[23:21] Speaker 2: going on with me as you can check out my
[23:24] Speaker 2: podcast Fact, which is on my website seconiprints dot com.
[23:27] Speaker 2: Slash here that's c I C O N E p
[23:31] Speaker 2: R E I n CE dot com forward slash h

[24:26] Speaker 2: I was in my early twenties, early.
[24:29] Speaker 1: Twenties, okay, And your name of your and your company
[24:32] Speaker 1: basically you found it on personal development and leadership development
[24:35] Speaker 1: specialized in real world business leadership and personal accountability approaches. Right, yes, sir, okay,
[24:42] Speaker 1: in their early twenties, when you're in college, that's when
[24:45] Speaker 1: you started understanding personal development about yourself.
[24:50] Speaker 2: Correct. Correct, I actually saw the need for it.
[24:55] Speaker 1: Right, So you did have this internal develop between the
[25:00] Speaker 1: ages of eighteen and twenty four that you are now
[25:03] Speaker 1: making money on. Now, it's all I'm saying, brother, All
[25:09] Speaker 1: I do is just wrap it up and let you know.
[25:11] Speaker 1: I hear when people talk again, our gifts are discovered
[25:16] Speaker 1: early in life. If we have to listen and understand,
[25:19] Speaker 1: that's the journey and the journey you live in.
[25:21] Speaker 2: Now.
[25:22] Speaker 1: You started a brother in college, you became a three
[25:26] Speaker 1: D animator. You went on stage and it started letting
[25:29] Speaker 1: you know, giving you moments of saying that ain't what
[25:32] Speaker 1: you do, brother, that ain't what you do. Now, what
[25:35] Speaker 1: you're doing is what you do. I'm going to tell
[25:36] Speaker 1: you right now to go on it. I'm impressed by you, brother,
[25:39] Speaker 1: and I want to thank you for taking the time
[25:41] Speaker 1: to fill out that farm and come on my show.
[25:43] Speaker 1: And I want to give you another opportunity to speak
[25:45] Speaker 1: to another side of our audience, because the more people.
[25:48] Speaker 1: I believe hear your story, the more your brand will
[25:51] Speaker 1: be able to impact the people that you're trying to impact.
[25:54] Speaker 1: And I think it really is I feel it really
[25:57] Speaker 1: is true. It is all about you. I will tell
[25:59] Speaker 1: people stop that stop sign, that stop signs that hand
[26:02] Speaker 1: we kind of put in our face. When you look
[26:04] Speaker 1: in the mirror, that's you. When you go to sleep,
[26:07] Speaker 1: that's you. There's a responsibility along the way. You need
[26:12] Speaker 1: to hold yourself accountable, and that's the journey that you're
[26:15] Speaker 1: trying to impose on us.
[26:18] Speaker 2: Yes, sir, that's it. That's it.
