[0:36] Speaker 2: created community dedicated to health literacy, holistic wellderness, and as
[0:42] Speaker 2: well as breaking the stigma and myths about sexual health
[0:46] Speaker 2: and sexual satisfaction. They are real, authentic media physicians promoting
[0:51] Speaker 2: health literacy, holistic wellness and sexual health education. Please welcome
[0:57] Speaker 2: to the Money Making Conversation Masterclass, Doctor Trey and doctor mac.
[1:01] Speaker 3: Ladies. How are you doing?
[1:03] Speaker 1: We are great. I just want to jump in really quickly.
[1:07] Speaker 1: Thank you Rashawan. As always, you know I have to
[1:09] Speaker 1: just give my heart to you because you have been
[1:12] Speaker 1: there with me, Doctor Max since two thousand and seven.
[1:16] Speaker 4: So heck, we almost going on twenty years, buddies, but
[1:20] Speaker 4: we're still doing great things.
[1:21] Speaker 1: And I'm so proud of all the success that you've
[1:24] Speaker 1: had with your massive class. I appreciate the opportunity today.
[1:27] Speaker 1: We really thank you for the honor to be able
[1:30] Speaker 1: to You know, I've kind of shifted my pivoted in
[1:33] Speaker 1: my platform. You know, for years I've just focused on
[1:36] Speaker 1: my dermatology with skin and hair. But honestly, Rashan, I
[1:40] Speaker 1: had so much outreach for all these years saying can
[1:43] Speaker 1: you help us on.
[1:44] Speaker 4: Other health topics.
[1:45] Speaker 1: Well, I'm internal medicine doctor as well, like I can
[1:48] Speaker 1: talk about everything from head to to the toe on
[1:52] Speaker 1: inside outside from medical issues. So I said, well, what
[1:56] Speaker 1: better way to do that than to bring on my
[1:59] Speaker 1: real yet And when I tell you, doctor Trey is
[2:02] Speaker 1: my brilliant partner, I have to share this one quick
[2:06] Speaker 1: moment because doctor Trey and I go back to summer
[2:10] Speaker 1: of nineteen eighty six. We came into a Howard pre
[2:12] Speaker 1: med program together. We successfully finished that, we entered Howard
[2:16] Speaker 1: Mad School.
[2:17] Speaker 4: We finished there.
[2:17] Speaker 1: In Howard nineteen ninety we entered in Howard Med School
[2:21] Speaker 1: together finished out of there.
[2:23] Speaker 4: She became a brilliant.
[2:25] Speaker 1: Psychiatrist that specializes in sexual health as a sexual health therapist.
[2:30] Speaker 4: And as I heard from.
[2:32] Speaker 1: People saying they wanted to hear broader subject matter, everybody's
[2:35] Speaker 1: concerned about sexual health.
[2:37] Speaker 4: Let's keep it real, you know.
[2:38] Speaker 1: And I said, well, what better person to bring on
[2:41] Speaker 1: than doctor Trey, because this woman has three decades worth
[2:44] Speaker 1: of expertise, Like she's not the psychologist. No disrespect to
[2:49] Speaker 1: the doctor Ruth and the doctor George Brothers and these
[2:52] Speaker 1: other people, but respectfully, she knows the anatomy of the
[2:55] Speaker 1: body and that is the most important thing when it
[2:58] Speaker 1: comes to fulfilling the wellness of the body. When it
[3:01] Speaker 1: comes to sexual health is you got to know the
[3:04] Speaker 1: inside and out compartments. And so she knows all of that.
[3:07] Speaker 1: But I give credence to doctor Trey Rishan. I have
[3:11] Speaker 1: to share this September of nineteen what was it, nineteen
[3:16] Speaker 1: ninety three, I believe we were in and we were
[3:20] Speaker 1: transitioning from our southhomore to our junior year.
[3:23] Speaker 4: At Howard Hospital.
[3:25] Speaker 1: There was a large sect of us that did not
[3:27] Speaker 1: pass the Step one exam to be able to finish
[3:30] Speaker 1: to go to start into our clinical year. I had
[3:34] Speaker 1: packed up my bags with Sean. I was headed back
[3:36] Speaker 1: to Chicago. I said, forget this. I want to be
[3:38] Speaker 1: a hairstylest anyway. I don't even want to do this
[3:40] Speaker 1: doctor stuff.
[3:42] Speaker 4: Travia came to my apartment that same.
[3:45] Speaker 1: Day that I had gotten the news, along with a
[3:48] Speaker 1: whole bunch of other people that got news. But this
[3:50] Speaker 1: woman came to my apartment when she heard I was
[3:52] Speaker 1: going to pack up and go home.
[3:54] Speaker 4: She says, no, ma'am. She came in my home with
[3:57] Speaker 4: a stack of.
[3:57] Speaker 1: Study books, some tune fish with some lime and some crackers,
[4:02] Speaker 1: and she says, baby girl, you built for this.
[4:05] Speaker 4: You're not going anywhere. I get my heart to trade it.
[4:08] Speaker 1: Because she made sure that I passed that step one exam,
[4:12] Speaker 1: I successfully was able to enter my clinical year at
[4:15] Speaker 1: Howard University and the rest was history. So I love
[4:19] Speaker 1: this woman from the bottom of my heart. Honestly, when
[4:22] Speaker 1: no one else was there for me, this woman was
[4:25] Speaker 1: so what better person that I could bring on a
[4:28] Speaker 1: platform with me to help to empower the world on
[4:32] Speaker 1: health literacy. But this brilliant DNA mind girl right here,
[4:36] Speaker 1: doctor Trey, and I'm going to choust over to doctor
[4:39] Speaker 1: trade because.
[4:40] Speaker 2: My heart, my little intro was just it was just
[4:44] Speaker 2: got blown out the window, Doctor Trey Well.
[4:47] Speaker 5: I certainly hope to live up to the expectations. The
[4:51] Speaker 5: truth of the matter is we need to promote health
[4:55] Speaker 5: literacy in our community.
[4:58] Speaker 6: What we have.
[4:59] Speaker 5: Joined for is to collaborate to create a community dedicated
[5:04] Speaker 5: to creating health literacy and holistic wellness. Those two arms
[5:11] Speaker 5: will help us to shadow shatter and dismantle the myths
[5:17] Speaker 5: and taboos around sexual health which are at the crux
[5:22] Speaker 5: of destroying the Black family.
[5:25] Speaker 2: Right now, let me say this, doctor Trait, when you're
[5:28] Speaker 2: talking about sexual health, what exactly you referencing when that,
[5:34] Speaker 2: because doctor Mack was talking about it is more than
[5:37] Speaker 2: just the stigmas that are tied to When you say stigmas,
[5:41] Speaker 2: what stigmas are you referencing?
[5:43] Speaker 5: Well, to begin with the basic elements you have to
[5:47] Speaker 5: understand physiology, psychology, spirituality, and social settings. All of those
[5:55] Speaker 5: four components are what constitute the parameters of sexual health.
[6:04] Speaker 5: Sexual health involves sexual desire, abilities, gender identity, sexual orientation,
[6:15] Speaker 5: sexual satisfaction, sexual dysfunction, so it crosses many different areas.
[6:22] Speaker 5: But what holds them together are the four main compass
[6:29] Speaker 5: points of physiology psychology, sociology, and spirituality. So I've had
[6:38] Speaker 5: three decades of experience in connecting the mind, body, and
[6:42] Speaker 5: soul aspects in medicine, and so that's what I bring
[6:47] Speaker 5: uniquely to the table to help facilitate the discussions in
[6:51] Speaker 5: dismantling taboos and myths.
[6:55] Speaker 3: Okay, taboos, what do you mean when you say taboos?
[6:58] Speaker 5: Well, let's talk about the current status in the federal
[7:03] Speaker 5: government moving to go to only having the designations of
[7:08] Speaker 5: male and female.
[7:10] Speaker 3: Okay, that in and.
[7:13] Speaker 5: Of itself is not based in science. Not to get
[7:17] Speaker 5: too deep, but as we're aware, genetically we have the
[7:23] Speaker 5: X chromosome and the Y chromosome, and depending how those
[7:28] Speaker 5: two chromosomes come together in forming an embryo, you can
[7:35] Speaker 5: have an XX, which is a girl, x Y which
[7:40] Speaker 5: is a boy. You can have X x Y, which
[7:43] Speaker 5: a person can be born with indiscriminate sexual genitalia. You
[7:51] Speaker 5: don't know if they're male or female because they may
[7:54] Speaker 5: have remnants of both organs or you made you be
[7:59] Speaker 5: gene to collate x oh, which is only the ex.
[8:06] Speaker 6: Jane.
[8:09] Speaker 2: Let me just show you because because I know that's
[8:11] Speaker 2: the whole woke conversation that has been out there in
[8:14] Speaker 2: the political circle. Now, the conversation is that those are
[8:19] Speaker 2: rare lifestyles. That's the conversation. Now you're an expert, doctor,
[8:23] Speaker 2: maxison expert. Now, the big push if we're going to
[8:27] Speaker 2: go public, and you brought it up, is that it
[8:30] Speaker 2: was being invaded into everybody's lifestyle. In other words, everybody
[8:36] Speaker 2: had to make changes for a few, a very minute few.
[8:41] Speaker 2: So that was the big push back in this political
[8:44] Speaker 2: election is that while we're making all these massive changes,
[8:48] Speaker 2: while we're going to he she is her, all these
[8:51] Speaker 2: different terminologies that you have on your email signature, you'll
[8:56] Speaker 2: LinkedIn accounts and all these things for such a small
[8:59] Speaker 2: amount of people, not ignoring them. But why are we
[9:02] Speaker 2: making these mass changes? What that impacts everybody for such
[9:06] Speaker 2: a small few.
[9:08] Speaker 5: Well, we need to talk about the two mis aligned
[9:14] Speaker 5: concepts on as sexual identity and the other is or
[9:20] Speaker 5: gender identity versus sexual orientation.
[9:26] Speaker 6: So one of.
[9:27] Speaker 5: The misaligned, misunderstood issues is there's a differentiation between identity
[9:37] Speaker 5: and orientation. Identity is based on genetics or physiology and
[9:48] Speaker 5: psychology as well as social and spiritual aspects. In many
[9:57] Speaker 5: indigenous cultures, there is a specific acknowledgement of the different genders.
[10:09] Speaker 6: Okay, it is a.
[10:12] Speaker 5: Western European mindset that is trying to reduce it to
[10:17] Speaker 5: merely A and B. Many indigenous cultures around the world,
[10:26] Speaker 5: South Pacific, Asians, Native Americans, Polynesians, many different cultures Thailand,
[10:35] Speaker 5: for instance, recognize that human beings are on a spectrum.
[10:42] Speaker 2: Deny that doctor Drake, doctor trait. Nobody's denying that. Nobody's
[10:47] Speaker 2: denying that. And I don't want to drift too far
[10:49] Speaker 2: because we're getting into politics, you know that. And my
[10:52] Speaker 2: mind is in sociology, and so I'm very much aware
[10:55] Speaker 2: of how our patterns happen in our people, because I
[10:58] Speaker 2: think that the big case, because really we could do
[11:01] Speaker 2: a series, and I think that here and you guys talk,
[11:03] Speaker 2: we probably will get into a series because I think
[11:05] Speaker 2: it needs to be a degree of education and all that.
[11:08] Speaker 2: Because what happens is is that I understand all these dynamics,
[11:13] Speaker 2: all these different lifestyle, all different cultures.
[11:16] Speaker 3: But we talked about the United States.
[11:18] Speaker 2: We're talking about when I wake up in the morning,
[11:20] Speaker 2: you know, you know, I don't know my lifestyle, how
[11:24] Speaker 2: has it impacted and why I have to make adjustment
[11:27] Speaker 2: for a few people when it becomes a mandate, it
[11:33] Speaker 2: becomes a mandate, and that's what happened recently, and that's
[11:37] Speaker 2: why we have a new administration in the office right now.
[11:40] Speaker 3: But when you start a program called the.
[11:42] Speaker 2: Ramp, you know, and doctor maca wanted to pull you
[11:45] Speaker 2: back in as well.
[11:46] Speaker 3: Why why ramp? What was important with RAMP?
[11:49] Speaker 2: What's important in this ramps stand for anything, doctor Mack.
[11:53] Speaker 4: Yes, rams stand.
[11:54] Speaker 1: We came up and it took us a little minute
[11:56] Speaker 1: rashan to come up with. You know, and this world
[12:00] Speaker 1: right now, everybody hears the word zoom you know, you
[12:02] Speaker 1: zoom in on different meetings and so forth. We said, look,
[12:06] Speaker 1: we're about to ramp into something on health literacy.
[12:08] Speaker 4: So RAMP stands for real authentic.
[12:13] Speaker 1: We are authentic medical doctors, both from media physicians. So
[12:19] Speaker 1: we want to ramp into various multimedia platforms and give
[12:26] Speaker 1: real health education.
[12:28] Speaker 4: People are yearning this, they're wanting this.
[12:32] Speaker 1: They're going to unauthentic sort of areas to get information
[12:38] Speaker 1: or they're just not getting information at all. So we're like, look,
[12:42] Speaker 1: put us out there, ramp us on into any multimedia.
[12:46] Speaker 1: We can be global. This is not just have to
[12:48] Speaker 1: be national, like we can talk.
[12:49] Speaker 4: On any topic. And so that's what RAMP is.
[12:53] Speaker 1: And so RAMP is not Rashaan just talking about somebody's
[12:56] Speaker 1: dog on hair and skin anymore.
[13:00] Speaker 4: Broadening the horizons.
[13:01] Speaker 2: And I think that's all a part of the process though, hair, look,
[13:07] Speaker 2: skin tone, where people wear, approach. You know, within the
[13:11] Speaker 2: black community. You know, there have always been a gay
[13:15] Speaker 2: population in the Black community. We just didn't want to
[13:17] Speaker 2: talk about it. Well, you know our uncle wearing a dress.
[13:21] Speaker 2: You know, when I was a kid, nobody wanted to
[13:23] Speaker 2: see it. Oh, he just crazy, He just silly like that.
[13:26] Speaker 2: Don't go over there and talk to him. Boy still
[13:29] Speaker 2: over here with us. So that that has always been
[13:32] Speaker 2: a part of our Black community. And so you know,
[13:35] Speaker 2: and we also know that when you start talking about stigmas,
[13:38] Speaker 2: that means stereotypes too, doctor Trey.
[13:41] Speaker 3: And so when you.
[13:42] Speaker 2: Start dealing with stereotypes, because this is a complicated conversation
[13:46] Speaker 2: you both are dealing with. When you start a program
[13:49] Speaker 2: called RAP, it's like where do you start because it's
[13:53] Speaker 2: a lot. You know, when you start talking about literacy,
[13:57] Speaker 2: holistic wellness, sexual patterns and behavior and what do you
[14:03] Speaker 2: want to narrow in or where you want to dive in? First,
[14:06] Speaker 2: Doctor Trey, or you just want to keep that book
[14:08] Speaker 2: open and we all just go for a big swim.
[14:11] Speaker 5: Well, the first thing is we need to be able
[14:14] Speaker 5: to communicate.
[14:15] Speaker 6: We need to have a common language.
[14:18] Speaker 5: That's why we promote literacy because we have to have
[14:24] Speaker 5: the appropriate language and awareness of how to use that
[14:29] Speaker 5: language so that we can communicate effectively, so that people
[14:33] Speaker 5: can have an understanding. It's not enough just to use words.
[14:38] Speaker 5: You have to have an understanding that accompanies that use
[14:42] Speaker 5: of language.
[14:44] Speaker 2: Now let me let me set the stage again. I'm talking.
[14:46] Speaker 2: That's doctor Trey. You know both of as you sold early.
[14:50] Speaker 2: We're here for the early part of the conversation, both
[14:53] Speaker 2: for graduates of Howard Universally strong medical backgrounds, I said, strong, certified,
[14:57] Speaker 2: board certified individuals know you. The one is a member
[15:01] Speaker 2: of Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society, and the others
[15:05] Speaker 2: leader in research and developing. I've known doctor Maxis in
[15:08] Speaker 2: two thousand and seven when Chris Rock holds a good hair.
[15:11] Speaker 2: That's how far back we go back, and I've been
[15:13] Speaker 2: a champion. Every time some issue comes out of my hair,
[15:17] Speaker 2: I call her because I knew she's gonna give me
[15:19] Speaker 2: the the the ruty duty, you know, from rute to
[15:23] Speaker 2: the duty.
[15:24] Speaker 3: Whatever that looked quote they used to say.
[15:26] Speaker 2: Now, doctor Trey, you're the first time in my life,
[15:29] Speaker 2: why should I trust the information coming from you?
[15:33] Speaker 5: Because I've had three decades of experience and developing understanding
[15:40] Speaker 5: and ability to communicate with people.
[15:43] Speaker 6: I know how to use my soul and spirit.
[15:49] Speaker 5: To bring honest, open communication. There's a thing in psychiatry
[15:56] Speaker 5: known as the therapeutic alliance, which is that safe, rusting
[16:00] Speaker 5: relationship that the doctor has to have with the patient
[16:05] Speaker 5: in order to have any meaningful change happen in their life.
[16:11] Speaker 5: And so bringing therapeutic alliance to the table on a
[16:16] Speaker 5: global stage is one of the things that we want
[16:23] Speaker 5: to bring. That's why we keep underlining real and authentic.
[16:29] Speaker 6: In this world where AI is.
[16:31] Speaker 5: Being pushed and the Internet keeps us in a digital format,
[16:38] Speaker 5: we need things that are real and authentic, an alliance
[16:46] Speaker 5: that can be a healing, safe place, and that's why
[16:51] Speaker 5: we're dedicated to creating a community that can facilitate that.
[16:57] Speaker 7: Please don't go anywhere, We'll be right back with more
[17:00] Speaker 7: Money Making Conversations Masterclass. Welcome back to the Money Making
[17:10] Speaker 7: Conversations Masterclass hosted by Rashaan McDonald. Money Making Conversations Masterclass
[17:16] Speaker 7: continues online at Moneymakingconversations dot com and follow money Making
[17:20] Speaker 7: Conversations Masterclass on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
[17:25] Speaker 2: Right now, there are three topics we're discussing here, health literacy,
[17:31] Speaker 2: holistic wellness, sexual health education.
[17:36] Speaker 3: And let's start with you, doctor Mack.
[17:38] Speaker 2: When we start talking about health literacy, what are you
[17:41] Speaker 2: trying to communicate to my audience? And then I'm gonna
[17:44] Speaker 2: come back to you, doctor Trede in regards to holistic wellness,
[17:49] Speaker 2: and then both of us are going to share a
[17:50] Speaker 2: conversation on the sexual health education side. But starting with you,
[17:54] Speaker 2: doctor mac, health literacy, what are you trying to control
[17:59] Speaker 2: or try to convey program.
[18:02] Speaker 1: Yeah, we're really trying to help to properly educate people,
[18:06] Speaker 1: to point them to the right resources and tools that's
[18:11] Speaker 1: needed for them to be able to get the right
[18:14] Speaker 1: health information because right now, people are all over the place.
[18:17] Speaker 1: They're getting information from the grandmama, the neighbor across the.
[18:22] Speaker 4: Street, or the old tricks or whatever.
[18:26] Speaker 1: We just want, honestly, Rashaan, to be able to properly
[18:29] Speaker 1: educate on various health topics and inform people so that
[18:33] Speaker 1: they can get an overall greater well being because we're
[18:38] Speaker 1: not in that place right now. We're kind of confused.
[18:42] Speaker 1: We're hearing different things from illegitimate sources. So that's why
[18:48] Speaker 1: we're enforcing we're real, we're authentic, we're medical doctors, but
[18:54] Speaker 1: we're going through multimedia outlets to be able to educate
[18:58] Speaker 1: on any topic like bring it on, like whatever topic
[19:02] Speaker 1: that someone wants to talk about when it comes to
[19:04] Speaker 1: their health. We want to be that source, that go
[19:07] Speaker 1: to source of information that's real and off that we'll
[19:11] Speaker 1: keep it real when we don't want to fluff and stuff.
[19:14] Speaker 1: We want to just just like when Doctor Trey when
[19:17] Speaker 1: she really gets into talking about like the whole sexual
[19:20] Speaker 1: miss and taboos.
[19:21] Speaker 4: I mean it's some she can go really really deep.
[19:25] Speaker 2: Absolutely absolutely, But I command you because right now we're
[19:29] Speaker 2: getting all our information from YouTube and social media.
[19:33] Speaker 1: Yeah, and these are people that are just influencers that
[19:35] Speaker 1: are getting they're getting their information from somewhere else, and
[19:39] Speaker 1: they're getting their information from somewhere.
[19:42] Speaker 4: We got from the books.
[19:43] Speaker 3: It's in our brains, right. That's why I'm not running
[19:47] Speaker 3: from what you guys are bringing.
[19:48] Speaker 2: That's why you're on my show because you got to
[19:50] Speaker 2: have a place of source, a source or actual educated source.
[19:53] Speaker 2: Because of the fact that you all know that. You know,
[19:57] Speaker 2: Facebook came out and said they we're gonna fire our
[19:59] Speaker 2: fact check division, and so fact checked yourself. We all
[20:03] Speaker 2: know that TikTok. People go to TikTok for factual information.
[20:08] Speaker 2: A lot of our primary news is not being delivered
[20:11] Speaker 2: by David mayor by Walter Konkrak, if you want to
[20:15] Speaker 2: go back those type of individuals, It being delivered on YouTube.
[20:19] Speaker 2: And those media sources are not fact checked. They don't
[20:24] Speaker 2: have people going in fact checking. That's why Donald Trump
[20:27] Speaker 2: is suing ABC, suing CBS and guess what they're writing
[20:31] Speaker 2: him a check. Yeah, because they step the bounds and
[20:36] Speaker 2: just didn't fact check the information.
[20:38] Speaker 3: They decided to just start talking.
[20:40] Speaker 2: And so with that being said, doctor Trey, because I
[20:43] Speaker 2: called her she little feisty.
[20:45] Speaker 3: She fights, I know right now, Doctor Tray, I don't
[20:49] Speaker 3: know about that Southern.
[20:50] Speaker 2: She's just feisty because the fact that she's been battling.
[20:53] Speaker 2: Because when you're a battler and you talk to somebody
[20:56] Speaker 2: like her, you know she's been battling. Because of the
[20:58] Speaker 2: fact that so many people have said I don't want
[21:01] Speaker 2: to hear that. I don't want to hear that I'm good. Now,
[21:05] Speaker 2: when we start talking about the whole process of holistic wellness,
[21:09] Speaker 2: what are you talking about right now, doctor Trey?
[21:12] Speaker 6: Okay, those are all facts that you all have just spit.
[21:17] Speaker 5: One of the reasons we want to do holistic wellness
[21:19] Speaker 5: is medicine itself has been corrupted with money, insurance and
[21:26] Speaker 5: the disease modeled, and it's basically like putting human beings
[21:33] Speaker 5: on that little hamster wheel and they're just running and
[21:39] Speaker 5: never achieving a healthy status. So changing the paradigm to
[21:47] Speaker 5: wellness and looking at the different elements of wellness which
[21:53] Speaker 5: include physiology, psychology, social, economic, spiritual. You have to have
[22:02] Speaker 5: a balance in all of these areas to achieve wellness.
[22:06] Speaker 5: And the goal for life should be wellness so that
[22:10] Speaker 5: you're living your life well, so that you can be
[22:14] Speaker 5: engaged in this beautiful thing known as life instead of
[22:18] Speaker 5: being caught up in a model of dysfunction. Disease model
[22:24] Speaker 5: is a model of dysfunction less than it promotes the
[22:32] Speaker 5: ugly underside of what capitalism is, which is preying upon
[22:40] Speaker 5: the weak and the unfortunate, denying access to clean water,
[22:46] Speaker 5: healthy food.
[22:50] Speaker 6: Promotes disease.
[22:52] Speaker 5: And we're here to champion having complete holistic wellness that
[23:00] Speaker 5: you can enjoy life and get the most out of
[23:04] Speaker 5: that trip around the sun.
[23:07] Speaker 2: You know, this is a I'm gona telling you something, ladies.
[23:10] Speaker 2: It's a big task, you know, because when you're fighting
[23:13] Speaker 2: against social media, that big machine with facts, guess what
[23:19] Speaker 2: they're going to go That ain't what I saw, That
[23:21] Speaker 2: ain't what I saw on TikTok, That ain't what.
[23:23] Speaker 3: It used to be.
[23:24] Speaker 2: Just you know Google, you know the medical information people
[23:29] Speaker 2: go to Google and try to try to cure themselves
[23:31] Speaker 2: before they go to a doctor nowadays, because.
[23:34] Speaker 4: It's easy to a medical degree with doctor Google.
[23:37] Speaker 2: Right there really are and so as we as we
[23:40] Speaker 2: sit up here and talk about, you know, the whole
[23:43] Speaker 2: propsss of sexual satisfaction and the taboos and the myths,
[23:49] Speaker 2: what do you consider three of the myths that you
[23:52] Speaker 2: guys are really trying to do away.
[23:56] Speaker 3: The education side.
[23:58] Speaker 5: If you google, if you that's ai what orgasm is,
[24:03] Speaker 5: for example, it will give you the masters and Johnson's answer,
[24:10] Speaker 5: when in reality, women are capable of having twelve different
[24:15] Speaker 5: orgasms and men are capable of having four You're not
[24:19] Speaker 5: gonna hear that on TikTok or YouTube or AI. It
[24:24] Speaker 5: takes someone who knows the physiology and the anatomy to
[24:30] Speaker 5: explain that to you.
[24:33] Speaker 3: Now, that's four and three, twelve and four.
[24:36] Speaker 5: And the reason is women can have orgasm with or
[24:40] Speaker 5: without ejaculation.
[24:42] Speaker 2: Okay, through emotion, no, I'll explain, okay.
[24:48] Speaker 5: All human beings start out as female, right, okay, and
[24:54] Speaker 5: through the during development, the genitalia are analogous okay, and
[25:06] Speaker 5: the female the glitterus and the inner lip is equivalent
[25:10] Speaker 5: to the crown and the shaft of the penis.
[25:15] Speaker 6: They're the same organs.
[25:18] Speaker 5: The G spot in the woman and the cervix in
[25:22] Speaker 5: a woman are the prostate in a man.
[25:26] Speaker 3: Okay, okay, m hm.
[25:29] Speaker 5: So for women, you can have clitteral stimulation or gas, right,
[25:37] Speaker 5: you can have G spot, you can have cervical tapping.
[25:42] Speaker 5: You can have cul de sac, which is that part
[25:44] Speaker 5: of the vagina that's between that wrap. The cervix sits
[25:49] Speaker 5: within the sock of the vagina, So.
[25:53] Speaker 6: That's the could de sac.
[25:55] Speaker 5: You can have a combination of all of those four.
[25:59] Speaker 5: That's five and the sixth kind. It's the kind that
[26:02] Speaker 5: you can have with meditation and or yoga or exercise.
[26:09] Speaker 3: Right.
[26:09] Speaker 5: Okay, so those are the six type and six time
[26:14] Speaker 5: two because they can be with or without ejaculation.
[26:18] Speaker 6: It's how you get twelve.
[26:20] Speaker 2: There you go for now, now we're talking about information.
[26:23] Speaker 2: Now we're talking about do you guys have a website yet?
[26:26] Speaker 2: Our LinkedIn account that we can start directing people to
[26:29] Speaker 2: right now.
[26:30] Speaker 3: Our newsletter landy page. Okay, what's your website, Doctor Mac.
[26:35] Speaker 1: Doctor Max, send that to you right, doctor Mac and
[26:39] Speaker 1: doctor Trey MD dot.
[26:40] Speaker 2: Com, Doctor Mac and doctor Trey MD dot com.
[26:44] Speaker 1: D R M A c A N D d R
[26:49] Speaker 1: t R E M d dot com. So cool, it's
[26:52] Speaker 1: being developed. It's almost finished the problem.
[26:55] Speaker 3: That's why.
[26:55] Speaker 2: That's why I say landing page, so newsletter, so people
[26:59] Speaker 2: start all of getting information and everything, because I know
[27:02] Speaker 2: when the early stages because you call me immediately, said Rishan,
[27:05] Speaker 2: I wanted you. I want to launch this in Black
[27:09] Speaker 2: History Monk. I said yes, let's get started February third,
[27:13] Speaker 2: because we want to just start the groundwork. So when
[27:15] Speaker 2: it airs, have that landing page set up, how they
[27:20] Speaker 2: can click and submit their name and the news and
[27:22] Speaker 2: the email address, say can start getting information. Yes, that's
[27:26] Speaker 2: where we're at with this relationship. Then when the website's up,
[27:30] Speaker 2: y'all gonna come back on this show, and then we're
[27:32] Speaker 2: gonna break down those three categories that we talked about,
[27:35] Speaker 2: because I think it's important that I can't do y'all
[27:39] Speaker 2: an injustice by trying to make this an interview about
[27:42] Speaker 2: all three subjects.
[27:43] Speaker 3: That's impossible, correct because there's so detail.
[27:46] Speaker 2: And they also can be very educational for me because
[27:51] Speaker 2: I always tell people, you guys are the subject matter experts.
[27:55] Speaker 3: I'm just a storyteller. The stories I tell is what people.
[27:59] Speaker 2: Want to listen, right to download my past, my podcast,
[28:02] Speaker 2: that's what you know.
[28:04] Speaker 3: Come on, come on, thank you very much.
[28:06] Speaker 2: Congrat I appreciate it, and so and we want to
[28:09] Speaker 2: we want to continue to spread that knowledge. And I've
[28:12] Speaker 2: never had an interview like this, and so I'll be
[28:15] Speaker 2: remissed not to continue moving forward because we haven't even
[28:19] Speaker 2: gotten into a lot of areas and I'm not and
[28:22] Speaker 2: I'm not prioritiz prioritizing the sexual side of it. The
[28:26] Speaker 2: holistic side is the humanizing side. The health literacy is
[28:32] Speaker 2: the humanizing side. And we will get there because if
[28:36] Speaker 2: we don't know who we are or how we need
[28:38] Speaker 2: to walk, how we need to communicate. Then the stigmas
[28:40] Speaker 2: are going to stay with us, the stereotypes are understated, and.
[28:44] Speaker 3: We're not going to win.
[28:45] Speaker 4: That's right, that's right.
[28:48] Speaker 2: So again, give me that website one more time as
[28:51] Speaker 2: we close out this interview, Doctor Trey, you're fantastic, Doctor Mac.
[28:54] Speaker 2: You know where were staying and this our relationship together,
[28:57] Speaker 2: yes to be absolutely power couple of information. Give me
[29:02] Speaker 2: that website one more time as we close out.
[29:03] Speaker 1: Right, we're doctor Mac and doctor tremd dot com.
[29:08] Speaker 2: Good again, Thank you ladies for both coming on the show.
[29:11] Speaker 2: And you've heard it here will be coming back. Well,
[29:14] Speaker 2: we will create a three part series breaking out each
[29:17] Speaker 2: subject matter. This was just a launch program interview. To
[29:21] Speaker 2: get to gain interest, please go to that website sign
[29:24] Speaker 2: up for their newsletter. So we started getting information from
[29:28] Speaker 2: them and they can start educating you about some things
[29:31] Speaker 2: that you need to know about your health.
[29:34] Speaker 1: Right getting ramped up?
[29:39] Speaker 2: Yeah, well, you know the thing about it, I think
[29:41] Speaker 2: that you know, you know, March is women's history mark
[29:43] Speaker 2: and so I think that we should be back on
[29:45] Speaker 2: the air in March.
[29:47] Speaker 3: Talking about it.
[29:48] Speaker 2: But you know, doctor keep me posting on the website
[29:51] Speaker 2: because if it moves fast, I'll bring you back fast. Okay, Okay,
[29:56] Speaker 2: cool tray, doctor Trey. You ain't gonna hold me nothing, okay,
[29:59] Speaker 2: but a good player, that's all. You gotta hold me too.
[30:01] Speaker 2: It's a good play of food.
[30:02] Speaker 3: Okay.
[30:04] Speaker 6: I need to be taught something. Yeah, teach me.
[30:08] Speaker 3: Do me a favorite, Do me a favorite. Doctor Mack

[30:16] Speaker 3: He really you really don't know what she talked. See,
[30:22] Speaker 3: I'm send me, send me. I don't care. I don't care.

[30:31] Speaker 3: You send me her phone number. The day.
[30:33] Speaker 2: Yeah, our little photo battle gonna start the day. And
[30:38] Speaker 2: I'm gonna keep you in the three ways so you
[30:40] Speaker 2: can see how I'm gonna just don't worry about that.
[30:44] Speaker 2: Don't worry about that. When you look at my photo,

[31:20] Speaker 2: That's who you're talking to, Doctor Trey. Don't worry about
[31:29] Speaker 2: the girl. I grew up in fifth Ward. My daddy
[31:32] Speaker 2: brought a hog home. The only thing that left out
[31:34] Speaker 2: of that house was just the hooves because we ate
[31:37] Speaker 2: the big feet with the hog head, cheese with the chittlers,
[31:41] Speaker 2: ham everything else.
[31:42] Speaker 3: So you really don't know who you talk to.
[31:44] Speaker 2: The young lady, I'm gonna call you young because you know
[31:47] Speaker 2: you need to be setting your place talking about it.
