The Martin family left their Portland home on December 7th, 1958 to go out and search for Christmas greenery. They never returned home and were missing for months. The following spring, the bodies of two Martin daughters were found in the Columbia River. Join Mike and Gibby as they discuss the disappearance of the Martin family. The police came to believe the family died in a tragic accident after their car fell into the river. However, there is circumstantial evidence indicating there might have been foul play involved in their disappearance. One persistent detective considered the Martins’ son a potential suspect.
