This week, we’re joined by Kitty Roberts — founder of Worst Behavior Tour — for a conversation about luxury travel, relationship drama, sexual curiosity, girls trips, and why everybody is NOT built for international travel. We talk about: • the reality of hosting trips to places like Jamaica, Bali, Thailand, and the Philippines • relationship drama that unfolds on vacation • why some couples should NEVER travel together • balancing freedom, trust, and boundaries while dating • sex clubs, open-minded relationships, and curiosity • travel scams and red flags people miss when booking group trips • why travel changes the way you see dating, men, and yourself • the pressure women face when dating publicly • Meg Thee Stallion’s breakup discourse and why women are exhausted with cheating culture Kitty also shares stories from hosting trips to Hedonism II, wild travel moments, why communication matters before couples trips, and the difference between traveling for fun versus traveling for healing, freedom, and self-discovery. Whether you’re planning your next girls trip, thinking about booking a luxury group experience, or trying to decide if your relationship can survive a vacation together…this episode is for you. [0:05] Speaker 1: Is this Mike On? Hey?
[0:06] Speaker 3: Listen man, it's the one and only trends that a
[0:08] Speaker 3: DJ sis and you're listening to cocktails Dirty Discussions with
[0:12] Speaker 3: Kikia Medina Monroe. Here it's called the Worst Behavior. Smoky tequila,
[0:24] Speaker 3: oly old fashion.
[0:26] Speaker 2: I'm excited.
[0:26] Speaker 3: So the ingredients you need to make the worst behavior.
[0:28] Speaker 3: You need two ounces of Blanco tequila, a half ounce
[0:31] Speaker 3: of mezcal, point twenty five ounces of a gave nectar. Oh,
[0:35] Speaker 3: I'm feeling real Spanish in here, three dashes of chocolate bitters,
[0:39] Speaker 3: a tiny pinch of smoke saw a wide orange pill
[0:42] Speaker 3: for garnish, and one large ice cube for serving. So
[0:45] Speaker 3: here is how you're going to make the worst behavior.
[0:48] Speaker 2: Baby.
[0:48] Speaker 3: You're gonna add that tequila, the mezcal, the agave, the
[0:51] Speaker 3: bitters in a tiny pinch of smoke salt to a
[0:54] Speaker 3: mixed glass. Fill the mixing glass with ice and sirve
[0:57] Speaker 3: for about twenty to thirty seconds until it's well chilled.
[1:00] Speaker 3: Strain that over one large ice cube in a rocks
[1:03] Speaker 3: glass and express express that orange peel over the drink,
[1:07] Speaker 3: rim the glass and drop it in and serve a
[1:10] Speaker 3: worse behavior, and that's gonna have you on your worst behavior.
[1:13] Speaker 2: It absolutely will.
[1:14] Speaker 4: Welcome back to Cocktails, Dirty Discussions, you guys.
[1:17] Speaker 2: We're just drinking wine so that we won't be on
[1:19] Speaker 2: our worst behavior today because you know how easy that
[1:22] Speaker 2: is too.
[1:23] Speaker 4: But welcome back to the show.
[1:24] Speaker 3: I'm Kiki said, so, hey, y'all, I am Medina Monroe.
[1:28] Speaker 2: And this week we do have a guest.
[1:29] Speaker 4: But before we introduce her and get all in her
[1:32] Speaker 4: business in more ways than one, I do want to
[1:35] Speaker 4: remind you guys to stay listening all the way to
[1:36] Speaker 4: the end of the episode because we do have a
[1:38] Speaker 4: few announcements there and some special offers, so make sure
[1:42] Speaker 4: you check that out. And also all of the promo
[1:44] Speaker 4: codes and links to any of the trips or events
[1:48] Speaker 4: that we'll be talking about will be in the episode description.
[1:51] Speaker 2: Now this week, I want to welcome Mss Kitty Roberts.
[1:54] Speaker 4: She is not a virgin here with us. She's been
[1:57] Speaker 4: here before a few years ago, back in twenty twenty
[1:59] Speaker 4: three when we had the grass Wall, So if you
[2:04] Speaker 4: weren't here for that episode, you got to go back
[2:05] Speaker 4: in the archives and find it. But Kitty is the
[2:09] Speaker 4: founder of the Worst Behavior Tour, and they travel the world.
[2:12] Speaker 4: Some of the trips that we've talked about are the
[2:15] Speaker 4: Hedonism trips. Medina and I went together before, and then
[2:18] Speaker 4: I went last year to Hedonism too in Jamaica and
[2:21] Speaker 4: had a blast. Those aren't the only trip she's done,
[2:24] Speaker 4: those are just the only ones I've been to. So
[2:26] Speaker 4: I can't wait to learn more about the other things
[2:29] Speaker 4: that you offer and just more about traveling.
[2:31] Speaker 2: All three of us. Yeah, love traveling. How have you been.
[2:35] Speaker 5: I've been traveling. I've been a few different places. Actually
[2:38] Speaker 5: this year. I just got back from Southeast Asia. I
[2:41] Speaker 5: was in the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea.
[2:46] Speaker 3: Now was this for Worst Behavior Tour or was this
[2:49] Speaker 3: personal travel?
[2:50] Speaker 2: Well, it started off with the trip to the Philippines.
[2:52] Speaker 5: We had a group trip there, one of my favorite
[2:54] Speaker 5: places in the world. Yes, so we spent nine days
[2:57] Speaker 5: in the Philippines, and then after everybody left, I just
[3:00] Speaker 5: kind of hopped around to different places, some new places,
[3:03] Speaker 5: some old places which.
[3:04] Speaker 3: You buy yourself or whatever myself. Now, let me ask
[3:07] Speaker 3: you this because I feel like the people need to
[3:09] Speaker 3: hear it from a well traveled person. Has the what's
[3:12] Speaker 3: going on in the world affected any of your layovers
[3:15] Speaker 3: or travels.
[3:15] Speaker 2: Have you felt scared anything like that? No, nothing like that.
[3:18] Speaker 5: The war kind of happened right after we got back
[3:21] Speaker 5: from Dubai, so we weren't affected by that when we
[3:23] Speaker 5: were in Dubai at the beginning of the year.
[3:25] Speaker 2: But in Southeast Asia everything was business as as usual.
[3:29] Speaker 5: Okay, Now, I do remember hearing some talk about gas
[3:32] Speaker 5: shortages coming their way, but nothing affected my travel while
[3:37] Speaker 5: I was there.
[3:37] Speaker 2: Fascint to know because we got places to be in place.
[3:40] Speaker 2: We both going to Asia. Yeah, later, Madina's going to Thailand.
[3:44] Speaker 2: I'm going to.
[3:45] Speaker 3: I want to bally Anti. Oh yeah, yeah, So thanks
[3:48] Speaker 3: for letting us know.
[3:49] Speaker 4: Friends, Now, before we get too deep into it, we're
[3:53] Speaker 4: gonna play a quick game of I'm Curious to Know.
[3:56] Speaker 4: So if you guys don't know, I'm Curious to Know
[3:58] Speaker 4: is our discussion card game. You can purchase it online
[4:01] Speaker 4: and I'm Curious to Know dot com. There's over one
[4:04] Speaker 4: hundred questions in here. It's ideal to play on a date,
[4:07] Speaker 4: whether it's a date with somebody new or a date
[4:09] Speaker 4: with somebody you've been with, because we all know our
[4:11] Speaker 4: minds changed, so y'all should get a game play.
[4:13] Speaker 2: You can even play with your friends.
[4:14] Speaker 4: Okay, So my first question, Kittie, is what's something that
[4:19] Speaker 4: you used to say you'd never be willing to try,
[4:22] Speaker 4: but now.
[4:23] Speaker 2: You're curious, never willing to try? Okay?
[4:28] Speaker 5: So I said that I was never gonna go anywhere
[4:32] Speaker 5: super duper cold, but now I've hit all six continents.
[4:37] Speaker 5: So the last continent I need to hit is Antarctica. Oh,
[4:39] Speaker 5: you know, I'm gonna go. I gotta do it.
[4:42] Speaker 2: Are you nervous a little bit? Because I've heard some
[4:45] Speaker 2: things about.
[4:46] Speaker 5: You know, the way there. Yeah, can be a little treacherous.
[4:50] Speaker 5: So a little worried about that, but I gotta do it.
[4:53] Speaker 5: I don't I don't have the desire like other people to.
[4:55] Speaker 2: Go to every country in the world. I don't want
[4:57] Speaker 2: to do that. But seven continents I can do that. Yeah,
[5:00] Speaker 2: you gotta go. You're right, if you've been to all
[5:02] Speaker 2: of them, you gotta go. What's yours? Okay, it's kitty.
[5:06] Speaker 3: I'm curious to know since you got the worst behavior
[5:10] Speaker 3: tour on a scale from one to ten, how nasty
[5:13] Speaker 3: are you?
[5:15] Speaker 2: Everybody knows this about me. I'm pretty vanilla. They'd be
[5:20] Speaker 2: surprised to know that just because of what I do
[5:22] Speaker 2: for a living. But I'm not a swinger. I don't
[5:26] Speaker 2: consider myself in the lifestyle. I just like creating a
[5:29] Speaker 2: safe environment for people to do what they want to do.
[5:33] Speaker 3: But on a scale from one to ten, how nasty,
[5:35] Speaker 3: I'm gonna say five. Okay, we're balanced, normal, cool.
[5:41] Speaker 4: I think anytime anybody does anything sexual or close to
[5:45] Speaker 4: sexual or dating, maybe not dating, but closer to sexual
[5:49] Speaker 4: things like even us talking about it, people assume that
[5:52] Speaker 4: you're into way more than maybe you really are.
[5:55] Speaker 2: And it's like you can be open to being.
[5:56] Speaker 4: Around things or talking about things without that being your desire.
[6:00] Speaker 2: You know, right.
[6:01] Speaker 3: It's like when you ask somebody a question everyone, or
[6:04] Speaker 3: you post something on Astagram, everyone assumes that's what you're
[6:06] Speaker 3: going through at the moment.
[6:07] Speaker 4: It's like I just thought it was funny. Okay, next one,
[6:15] Speaker 4: when was the last time you ghosted someone?
[6:20] Speaker 2: And why? I love this question? Last time I ghosted someone,
[6:27] Speaker 2: there was this guy.
[6:28] Speaker 5: He was cute, he just couldn't get hisself together and
[6:32] Speaker 5: it was just excuse or not excuse, but reason after reason,
[6:37] Speaker 5: and it just became too much and it was just.
[6:40] Speaker 3: Like like couldn't get himself together, like financially, mentally, he
[6:43] Speaker 3: couldn't dress. So many things I would say, like skiing
[6:48] Speaker 3: around job to job. No stability, yeah, yeah, always be fine.
[6:53] Speaker 2: Yeah to give away with that when you look good.
[6:58] Speaker 3: I'm curious to know have you ever fully financially supported
[7:03] Speaker 3: someone you were dating?
[7:05] Speaker 2: That was a quick one. Don't do that over.
[7:08] Speaker 4: Okay, this is my last one. How often do you
[7:11] Speaker 4: need to talk to someone you're dating?
[7:14] Speaker 2: Hmmm? I would say, when we say talk, it's texting
[7:19] Speaker 2: the same thing? Sure, okay, every day, every day.
[7:25] Speaker 4: What if it's not texting like an actual phone call
[7:28] Speaker 4: or FaceTime or in person.
[7:32] Speaker 2: A couple times a week.
[7:33] Speaker 5: I'm not I'm not real needy in that aspect because
[7:37] Speaker 5: I travel a lot, so I can't even be around
[7:39] Speaker 5: as often as a regular person.
[7:42] Speaker 2: So I don't expect the other person to to do that.
[7:46] Speaker 2: That's fair.
[7:47] Speaker 3: Okay, this is my last one. I'm curious to know.
[7:50] Speaker 3: What would your most recent ex say about you as
[7:52] Speaker 3: a partner. As a partner, that's the keyword in that
[7:56] Speaker 3: as a partner.
[7:57] Speaker 2: He would say that it was great up on that
[8:00] Speaker 2: great great, We talk. We still talk often, but he
[8:07] Speaker 2: got somebody pregnant. That's another part I almost pulled. So
[8:14] Speaker 2: when that happened, how'd you find out? Did he tell
[8:16] Speaker 2: you he did? Okay, he did? At least it wasn't
[8:21] Speaker 2: to get help. Speaking of getting help, we are about.
[8:25] Speaker 4: To move on to where it say, you know, and
[8:27] Speaker 4: on our mental health awareness months. I think people put
[8:31] Speaker 4: way too much pressure on themselves to be completely healed
[8:35] Speaker 4: before they allow themselves any sort of intimacy, connection or
[8:39] Speaker 4: even exploration.
[8:41] Speaker 2: And honestly, I don't think.
[8:43] Speaker 4: Anybody is ever fully healed. We're all constantly evolving, learning ourselves,
[8:50] Speaker 4: changing our boundaries, changing our desires, even all of that,
[8:54] Speaker 4: and sometimes growth looks like finally being honest about what
[8:58] Speaker 4: you actually want. That's why Field spelled fee ld pronounced
[9:05] Speaker 4: like field is interesting to me. We've talked about it before,
[9:09] Speaker 4: so let me remind you. It's a dating app for
[9:11] Speaker 4: the curious. But what I like is that it feels
[9:14] Speaker 4: way more intentional and open minded than a lot of
[9:16] Speaker 4: the other apps. People tend to be more upfront about
[9:20] Speaker 4: who they are, what they're looking for, what they're into,
[9:24] Speaker 4: what they're not into. It feels less performative and way
[9:27] Speaker 4: more honest. One thing I really like is their free
[9:30] Speaker 4: self discovery tool called Reflections. It helps you think about
[9:33] Speaker 4: your desires, your relationship style, and your boundaries before you
[9:37] Speaker 4: even start connecting with other people, because let's be real,
[9:41] Speaker 4: a lot of people are dating without ever asking themselves
[9:44] Speaker 4: what they actually want. I know, I tell y'all to
[9:47] Speaker 4: think about this all the time. I also appreciate that
[9:51] Speaker 4: Field doesn't force that fast wipe culture. Attraction can grow
[9:56] Speaker 4: over time, and on Field you can actually take your time,
[9:59] Speaker 4: skip pro files, go back and explore at your own
[10:02] Speaker 4: pace without feeling rushed into snap decisions. And I love
[10:07] Speaker 4: that there are over twenty sexuality and gender options on
[10:10] Speaker 4: the app because people evolve, Desire evolves, curiosity evolves, and
[10:15] Speaker 4: it's nice seeing a space that gives people room to
[10:18] Speaker 4: explore without judgment. So if you're curious, open minded, or
[10:24] Speaker 4: just exploring what connection looks like for you these days,
[10:27] Speaker 4: download Field on the App Store or Google Play.
[10:30] Speaker 2: And now we'll get back to the show.
[10:33] Speaker 1: You said a man is not a necessity. A man
[10:36] Speaker 1: is a luxury like dessert.
[10:39] Speaker 4: You know, a man is absolutely not necessity.
[10:42] Speaker 1: Did you mean that to sound mean it bitter?
[10:46] Speaker 4: Oh not at all. I adore dessert. I love men.
[10:50] Speaker 4: I think men are the coolest, but you don't really
[10:52] Speaker 4: need them to live. And this week's where sex is
[10:59] Speaker 4: going to be a little different. We were sitting here
[11:00] Speaker 4: talking before we started recording, and we had to talk
[11:02] Speaker 4: about make the stallion clay and if you have been
[11:05] Speaker 4: living under a rock.
[11:06] Speaker 2: Meg posted a text.
[11:09] Speaker 4: On her story to let us all know that that man,
[11:12] Speaker 4: that Beige man, cheated on her. He couldn't be monogamous,
[11:15] Speaker 4: had her plan house all up in her family's house,
[11:19] Speaker 4: seasoning their food, giving them something they never had before,
[11:22] Speaker 4: and then he played in our girl's face.
[11:24] Speaker 2: And the internet is upset and.
[11:26] Speaker 4: She still had to go to work last night, and
[11:27] Speaker 4: we were just talking about it, and I just I
[11:30] Speaker 4: want y'all to leave something in the comments, mainly the woman,
[11:32] Speaker 4: not the man.
[11:33] Speaker 2: I don't really want to hear from y'all right now.
[11:34] Speaker 3: Nobody wants to hear right now, not one, not even yo, mama.
[11:38] Speaker 4: The last time that something like this happened to you,
[11:40] Speaker 4: because I feel like has happened to most of us,
[11:42] Speaker 4: How did you react?
[11:45] Speaker 3: I personally wish I would.
[11:47] Speaker 2: I would.
[11:47] Speaker 3: This is what I love and I hate to sound messy,
[11:50] Speaker 3: but I love that she so quickly got on there
[11:52] Speaker 3: and didn't really give all her business but really.
[11:53] Speaker 2: Just said what happened.
[11:56] Speaker 3: I wish I would have handled my breakup like that.
[11:58] Speaker 3: I wish I didn't need to take a whole year
[12:00] Speaker 3: to like heal and not d I wish I would
[12:02] Speaker 3: have just got online and been like he did this, this, this,
[12:04] Speaker 3: watch out everybody, and not in the type of way
[12:06] Speaker 3: where it was that page where everybody was going to
[12:08] Speaker 3: the page find out about what men were doing. I'd
[12:10] Speaker 3: love that too, but like I would never do that.
[12:12] Speaker 3: Everybody was getting a little too open with that. But
[12:14] Speaker 3: she just got on there and was short, sweet and brief, like, wow,
[12:17] Speaker 3: I was really there for you.
[12:18] Speaker 2: I'm hurt, I gotta go to work, and I can't
[12:19] Speaker 2: believe you cheated on me.
[12:21] Speaker 3: Like it's just not it's not fair. This behavior is
[12:25] Speaker 3: just not fair and men have been doing it for
[12:27] Speaker 3: too long. I was today, I'm riding in the car
[12:29] Speaker 3: listening to Oh, I don't listen to new music. I
[12:31] Speaker 3: listened to a lot of old songs. So I was
[12:33] Speaker 3: listening to Maya moving on with Silk the Shaker, and
[12:35] Speaker 3: I was like, he's been acting up, and.
[12:37] Speaker 1: We give y'all time.
[12:38] Speaker 3: After time and chance a chance, and then we heal
[12:40] Speaker 3: and we do the stuff, and then we come back
[12:41] Speaker 3: out of healing and you do the same thing. I'm
[12:44] Speaker 3: tired of it. I feel bad for her because also
[12:46] Speaker 3: it's like, you know, she's sad. As women, we've all
[12:48] Speaker 3: been through that type of betrayal and heartache and you
[12:50] Speaker 3: just kind of got to go through the emotions.
[12:52] Speaker 2: And what I find.
[12:53] Speaker 4: Really frustrating is all of the men, including the one
[12:55] Speaker 4: in here.
[12:56] Speaker 2: I won't say your name, PC.
[12:57] Speaker 4: But y'all feel like these professional athletes get a pass
[13:02] Speaker 4: because of what they do. And Okay, if that's how
[13:04] Speaker 4: you feel, that's how you feel, and if that's how
[13:05] Speaker 4: they act, that's how they act. But why do y'all
[13:07] Speaker 4: wait to say it on the back end, Like if
[13:09] Speaker 4: that is truly how you feel. I think a lot
[13:12] Speaker 4: of people would be surprised at how many people are
[13:15] Speaker 4: actually interested or open to an open relationship or something
[13:19] Speaker 4: non monogamous. I think the biggest thing that affects a
[13:23] Speaker 4: lot of people is having that choice taken away from
[13:25] Speaker 4: you and you're.
[13:25] Speaker 2: Being lied to. It's the lie of it all.
[13:29] Speaker 4: And as somebody who has lied to men before, like
[13:31] Speaker 4: you just shouldn't do that.
[13:33] Speaker 2: Just tell the person it.
[13:34] Speaker 4: Doesn't feel good on either end and it's frustrating. And
[13:38] Speaker 4: what is it about money that like they both got it?
[13:41] Speaker 4: Did she get to cheat on him?
[13:42] Speaker 2: Y'all? Would we saw what happened last time she was
[13:44] Speaker 2: in se mess. There's somebody for everybody.
[13:48] Speaker 5: If you want somebody who allows you to do those
[13:50] Speaker 5: type of things, find you somebody who's open to.
[13:53] Speaker 2: Allowing you to do those type of things.
[13:54] Speaker 5: There's plenty of people who are okay with that, plenty
[13:56] Speaker 5: of women who are okay with that.
[13:58] Speaker 2: They just I don't understand that.
[14:00] Speaker 3: And I want to understand it though, because it also
[14:04] Speaker 3: for women. I look at it like it's really interesting
[14:07] Speaker 3: because when you when a woman decide and I'm not
[14:10] Speaker 3: talking about the women who are after money or after
[14:11] Speaker 3: a certain thing, you have a secret agenda, You just
[14:14] Speaker 3: are an honest person. When we decide to bring a
[14:17] Speaker 3: man out into the wilderness with us and out in
[14:20] Speaker 3: the open on a repartment, into the public, and we
[14:22] Speaker 3: really are like, okay, this is my man. We both
[14:25] Speaker 3: we both agreed, you're my man and I'm your girl,
[14:27] Speaker 3: and this is what we're doing. There's this thing that
[14:30] Speaker 3: happens where it's like, I can't just the next man
[14:34] Speaker 3: I bring out. You have this fear a little bit
[14:36] Speaker 3: to be like are you he? We get a little tainted.
[14:40] Speaker 3: It's like, now everybody knows I was with this NBA player,
[14:43] Speaker 3: I don't get to just move on and hop on
[14:46] Speaker 3: the next I mean you can, but it's it's very
[14:50] Speaker 3: it's a sensitive thing, at least for me. It's like
[14:52] Speaker 3: I don't want to this year I was on the
[14:54] Speaker 3: Red Carver with him, and now next week I'm on
[14:55] Speaker 3: the one. We really have to think about who we
[14:57] Speaker 3: bring out because everybody know and.
[15:00] Speaker 2: People are definitely counting who she's.
[15:01] Speaker 3: Been who she's nobody's looking at a man like that.
[15:04] Speaker 3: It's like who's next with us? It's like, dang, she's
[15:06] Speaker 3: dating all how they did Lori Harvey? She dated everybody?
[15:09] Speaker 2: And how many people has Chris Brown been with? And
[15:13] Speaker 2: in America?
[15:13] Speaker 3: Okay, It's it's just it's I just it makes me
[15:18] Speaker 3: so mad because there's so much pressure on us.
[15:20] Speaker 4: Like and even somebody said, well, I'm starting to think
[15:24] Speaker 4: she's the problem looking I said, well, nobody that she
[15:27] Speaker 4: was in a relationship with has what what's the end
[15:30] Speaker 4: goal here? In your mind, sir, like is it to
[15:32] Speaker 4: get married? Because none of them are married to my knowledge,
[15:35] Speaker 4: So why is she the problem when the common denominator
[15:37] Speaker 4: is just you niggas be doing trash it and that's
[15:40] Speaker 4: what it is, and.
[15:41] Speaker 5: Not even trying to date all of them, but just
[15:44] Speaker 5: that's when I came out, or just seeing how the
[15:46] Speaker 5: vibe is.
[15:47] Speaker 2: I'm so glad I'm not famous.
[15:49] Speaker 3: I'm so glad. I'm I wouldn't be able to handle that. Yeah,
[15:54] Speaker 3: you get online and literally we're all talking about you
[15:58] Speaker 3: can't even escape. I had to spread out of Whole
[16:00] Speaker 3: Foods because they were playing love songs when I was
[16:02] Speaker 3: going through my heartbreak and I couldn't imagine.
[16:05] Speaker 2: You get on Instagram in every post it's like.
[16:08] Speaker 4: And then it's like I saw a clip of her
[16:11] Speaker 4: performing in Chicago. That's what she's in right now, and
[16:14] Speaker 4: it was the end when everybody takes their bow and
[16:17] Speaker 4: the people in the crowd were like cheering for her
[16:18] Speaker 4: and they were saying nice things, but it's still and
[16:21] Speaker 4: she just kind of cried and it's still like I
[16:23] Speaker 4: appreciate it, but still it's almost like do you want
[16:25] Speaker 4: people to say something or do you not? Because you
[16:27] Speaker 4: know that you still have to push through because you
[16:29] Speaker 4: still have these other things to do.
[16:30] Speaker 2: It is just a lot.
[16:31] Speaker 4: So I think it's very weird that y'all keep doing
[16:33] Speaker 4: this shit to us and we're standing.
[16:36] Speaker 3: With you, Meg, We're standing with you girl. Anything you
[16:39] Speaker 3: need let us know, Well.
[16:40] Speaker 2: Yeah, you can sit right here on the couch and
[16:43] Speaker 2: talk about it anyway.
[16:44] Speaker 4: That's it for weird sex and now it's time to
[16:47] Speaker 4: learn more about Kitty and the worst behavior to it.
[16:50] Speaker 2: But that made me think of something.
[16:53] Speaker 4: Has there ever been situations where you're hosting these trips
[16:58] Speaker 4: and people are having relationship drama in the middle of
[17:01] Speaker 4: it and you have to step in.
[17:04] Speaker 2: What kind of stuff happens? Is it like their Facebook fighting,
[17:08] Speaker 2: or or.
[17:08] Speaker 3: Is it like somebody thought they wanted to try something new,
[17:10] Speaker 3: or somebody cheated on the trick.
[17:12] Speaker 5: There's so many things that could happen, so many things
[17:14] Speaker 5: that have happened. Yeah, so some people like you really
[17:17] Speaker 5: have to have the conversation. If you're coming with somebody,
[17:19] Speaker 5: you have to have the conversation beforehand. What's acceptable, what's
[17:24] Speaker 5: not acceptable? Are we going to spend the majority of
[17:27] Speaker 5: our time together? Are we gonna spend some time apart,
[17:29] Speaker 5: because sometimes people get really anxious once they can't find somebody.
[17:35] Speaker 3: Like where you at, what you're doing? Why a you sweating?
[17:37] Speaker 3: Why your heart rate up?
[17:38] Speaker 5: All of that kind of stuff. So there's stuff like that.
[17:41] Speaker 5: Then there's people who will pay for somebody to travel
[17:46] Speaker 5: with them to this resort with the mindset that if
[17:49] Speaker 5: I'm paying for you, your mind or that you're only
[17:53] Speaker 5: gonna talk to me, and that other person has not
[17:56] Speaker 5: agreed to that. So that has caused some drum before.
[18:01] Speaker 5: We're good at pulling people you know away from each
[18:05] Speaker 5: other in situations like that, So yeah, it does, it
[18:09] Speaker 5: does happen.
[18:10] Speaker 4: I think having the conversation about what you're okay with
[18:12] Speaker 4: and what you're not as important. But I didn't think
[18:14] Speaker 4: about the one where it's like what did you say?
[18:17] Speaker 4: How much time are we spending together? Like is it
[18:20] Speaker 4: okay if I don't see you for the rest of
[18:22] Speaker 4: the day or are we still going to be together
[18:24] Speaker 4: all day? Even though you can go off and do something,
[18:26] Speaker 4: you still got to come back. I didn't think about
[18:28] Speaker 4: that part. I could see how.
[18:29] Speaker 5: Special late at night, you know, and then the person
[18:32] Speaker 5: will be like, oh, I fell asleep somewhere.
[18:35] Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't lie, Graig, sometimes you do.
[18:40] Speaker 4: Spending on your pre trip conversation. So what would you
[18:43] Speaker 4: say are some of the biggest differences between the trips
[18:47] Speaker 4: that you have to Hedonism and then all the other
[18:51] Speaker 4: trips to these exotic locations around the world.
[18:54] Speaker 5: So, of course, with Hedonism there is some nudity that
[18:58] Speaker 5: is required if you're on certain sides of the resort
[19:01] Speaker 5: and that sort of thing. And while we have other
[19:05] Speaker 5: trips that we allow people to be nude, So like
[19:08] Speaker 5: we do a trip to Orlando where we rent these
[19:11] Speaker 5: funhouses and there's pools and lazy rivers and stuff like that,
[19:15] Speaker 5: so people are free to be naked and stuff like that.
[19:18] Speaker 2: But if we go somewhere like I don't know, Vietnam,
[19:21] Speaker 2: you know, you can't do that regular trip, regular trip.
[19:25] Speaker 5: But there's still people that are on those trips who've
[19:28] Speaker 5: been to Hedonism that have the same mindset that we'll
[19:32] Speaker 5: still probably want to engage in some things. But there's
[19:34] Speaker 5: also very vanilla regular people who are there for a
[19:38] Speaker 5: regular time.
[19:39] Speaker 4: Yeah, now, you how long have you been doing hosting
[19:47] Speaker 4: these trips and planning them out for everybody?
[19:50] Speaker 2: This is about the twelfth or thirteenth year.
[19:53] Speaker 5: I think we've been doing this, so uh, yeah, we've
[19:58] Speaker 5: done events, we do trip we do the heato thing
[20:02] Speaker 5: we've done. I know you've heard a Songkrin in Thailand,
[20:06] Speaker 5: so that's a big one.
[20:07] Speaker 2: We're doing Australia in January.
[20:10] Speaker 3: How do you pick your locations?
[20:13] Speaker 2: Normally there are places I want to go to.
[20:14] Speaker 5: So it's either someplace that I've been to before and
[20:18] Speaker 5: I loved or I've been to when other people want
[20:22] Speaker 5: to go and maybe I didn't love it that much,
[20:24] Speaker 5: but since they want to go, I'll take them there.
[20:26] Speaker 4: So what's a place that you get a lot of
[20:29] Speaker 4: requests to plan trips for but you didn't really like
[20:31] Speaker 4: it the first time you went Bali?
[20:36] Speaker 2: What didn't you like about it? There's a lot of traffic.
[20:40] Speaker 5: In all the Asian countries, there's a lot of traffic,
[20:43] Speaker 5: but in Bali especially, the traffic is just I've never
[20:47] Speaker 5: seen traffic like that before.
[20:49] Speaker 2: So it takes hours to get.
[20:51] Speaker 5: From here to there a lot of times depending on
[20:54] Speaker 5: where you're going where you're staying, of course, but also Egypt.
[20:58] Speaker 5: Egypt was another one that I just wasn't very fond of.
[21:02] Speaker 5: A lot of a lot of poverty, a lot of banking.
[21:06] Speaker 5: I just didn't feel safe. I feel like Egypt is
[21:10] Speaker 5: a trip that, if you're going to do it two
[21:12] Speaker 5: to three days, get in and get out kind of thing,
[21:15] Speaker 5: go see the Pyramids, go to the Nile, that sort
[21:17] Speaker 5: of thing.
[21:18] Speaker 2: Mm hm, But yeah, I would say those two.
[21:20] Speaker 3: The spot for me so far has been Brazil. Really
[21:24] Speaker 3: like Brazil.
[21:24] Speaker 2: I went for Carnival and I was just like, I
[21:26] Speaker 2: don't know, didn't like.
[21:28] Speaker 3: I just the food was good, but like, I just
[21:31] Speaker 3: my favorite part was going to the favela and that's
[21:33] Speaker 3: the hood. I just didn't really like. Carnival was too
[21:36] Speaker 3: much for me. Phones was getting stolen.
[21:38] Speaker 2: It was just that sounds fun.
[21:40] Speaker 3: And the beach isn't a beach that I would like.
[21:43] Speaker 2: It's not very clean.
[21:44] Speaker 3: It's not very clean. There aren't like. I just didn't
[21:47] Speaker 3: have my moment of that I normally have when I
[21:49] Speaker 3: travel in a place you're like, wow, this is beautiful.
[21:52] Speaker 3: I mean, we went to where Michael Jackson did. They
[21:54] Speaker 3: don't really care about it, and that was like just
[21:55] Speaker 3: the cool I don't need to go back.
[21:57] Speaker 4: That's what I have heard a lot of people say
[21:59] Speaker 4: about Brazil. In Egypt, a lot of people are like
[22:01] Speaker 4: I'm glad I went. I saw the Pyramids, and I
[22:03] Speaker 4: left somebody I know they had a beautiful trip, and
[22:06] Speaker 4: I thought that they only went to Egypt, but they
[22:08] Speaker 4: split their time between Egypt and Jordan, I think, and
[22:11] Speaker 4: they said Jordan is slept on and they really liked it.
[22:14] Speaker 2: But I don't know when we're gonna be able to
[22:16] Speaker 2: go over there.
[22:16] Speaker 4: I have to check the safety map with all the
[22:19] Speaker 4: color coded things. And then Brazil, same thing. Food and
[22:23] Speaker 4: it was cool, but everybody felt like except for the
[22:26] Speaker 4: people who went for a short amount of time. They said,
[22:27] Speaker 4: I think I was just there too long. Maybe if
[22:29] Speaker 4: I would have went and stayed less time.
[22:32] Speaker 3: I wouldn't do that on it just always feels like
[22:33] Speaker 3: you're a skip away from getting kidnapped or robbed.
[22:37] Speaker 2: I was in Bali for too long.
[22:38] Speaker 5: I was there for almost a month ooh week, So
[22:40] Speaker 5: that probably had something.
[22:42] Speaker 2: To do with it too.
[22:43] Speaker 4: Yeah, they did have us plan out our activities, like Okay,
[22:46] Speaker 4: we're going to do this on this day, and everything
[22:49] Speaker 4: is like close together.
[22:50] Speaker 2: That makes sense. It's the true.
[22:52] Speaker 3: Where'd you stay when you went to Bali? Because I
[22:56] Speaker 3: think that also has a huge part of it.
[22:59] Speaker 2: I think we're in Simon. Yeah, Simon, yeah, yeah, I
[23:02] Speaker 2: think that's what it was called.
[23:04] Speaker 5: But I think that that did have something to do
[23:05] Speaker 5: with it. But we were in at these houses with
[23:06] Speaker 5: these pools and all this.
[23:08] Speaker 3: We were too scared to the house and and that
[23:11] Speaker 3: was it was a whole different experience.
[23:13] Speaker 2: Yeah, they were trying to be naked, so I had
[23:14] Speaker 2: to get a house.
[23:18] Speaker 4: Now. I did hear somewhere that as far as the
[23:21] Speaker 4: travel groups brow, especially at Hedonism, you were like the
[23:25] Speaker 4: first person to bring large groups of people of color.
[23:29] Speaker 2: Because I keep.
[23:29] Speaker 4: Hearing people say who are going to be there, and
[23:31] Speaker 4: like what the people are? And it's like, you want
[23:32] Speaker 4: to know, are there black people there? Are there brown
[23:34] Speaker 4: people there? What they look like? Is it just old
[23:36] Speaker 4: white people? And people are trying to find different ways
[23:39] Speaker 4: to say it. I've only been with Kiddy, and there's
[23:43] Speaker 4: all sorts of people, but she does bring out a
[23:46] Speaker 4: large group of people, and that's good because there are
[23:48] Speaker 4: a lot of other groups out there. But I think
[23:51] Speaker 4: it's important to check out the first.
[23:53] Speaker 5: You know, first, the first fully black owned biness to
[23:56] Speaker 5: say that, because I've been others that.
[23:58] Speaker 2: Are kind of black but white.
[24:01] Speaker 5: Yeah, other black people there, but yeah, So when I
[24:05] Speaker 5: first started doing this, there wasn't that many groups that
[24:08] Speaker 5: were taking just exclusively black people hedonism. And we do
[24:13] Speaker 5: have other racists too, we have white people that join US,
[24:15] Speaker 5: Asian people, et cetera. But there have been a few
[24:19] Speaker 5: spin offs and you know, people trying to copy me
[24:22] Speaker 5: and that sort of thing.
[24:22] Speaker 2: So I mean I'm flattered.
[24:25] Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, I'm not sweating on something, right, So exactly, Yeah,
[24:30] Speaker 5: let me.
[24:30] Speaker 2: Ask you this.
[24:31] Speaker 3: This is a random question, but I'm just curious since
[24:34] Speaker 3: you are a beautiful woman. I don't know if you're
[24:36] Speaker 3: single or dating or in a situation. Okay, single, beautiful
[24:40] Speaker 3: woman has her own stands. You just are amazing. You
[24:44] Speaker 3: travel a lot when you're dating someone. Have you ever
[24:48] Speaker 3: been like, come on one of my trips with me?
[24:51] Speaker 3: And if you have, did it go left? Did it
[24:53] Speaker 3: go right?
[24:53] Speaker 2: Are their rules? Are you like, well, you still have
[24:55] Speaker 2: to pay? Is it?
[24:57] Speaker 3: Because I like how I'm really big on communicating. I'm
[25:00] Speaker 3: in a program called Communicator's Lab and it is teaching
[25:03] Speaker 3: me how to communicate very well. And something like that
[25:06] Speaker 3: that I didn't do in my last relationship was I
[25:08] Speaker 3: was just like, let's all like just come, I can
[25:10] Speaker 3: provide you this experience, I'm going to do it. I
[25:12] Speaker 3: regret that. Have you ever done it and regretted it?
[25:15] Speaker 3: Or what are the rules for you?
[25:16] Speaker 2: I have done it and regretted it.
[25:18] Speaker 5: Yeah, you regret it, even though the conversation has had that.
[25:22] Speaker 5: You know, this is my job, this is you know,
[25:26] Speaker 5: I'm here to do the X, Y, and Z and
[25:29] Speaker 5: I'm not a part of D, E and F. He
[25:33] Speaker 5: still was over here in D, E and F. So
[25:36] Speaker 5: you know how to pull him to the side and say, yeah,
[25:40] Speaker 5: this is not this is not gonna work because I
[25:43] Speaker 5: over communicate.
[25:44] Speaker 2: I'm an over communicator.
[25:45] Speaker 5: So I want you to know from the jump it
[25:48] Speaker 5: allowed and yeah.
[25:50] Speaker 3: And if you're insecure, don't come. Don't come because also
[25:55] Speaker 3: beyond like just trying to talk to other people, my
[25:58] Speaker 3: acts used to try to start little like arguments on
[26:01] Speaker 3: the trip or I'm not getting enough attention, nigga, I'm
[26:04] Speaker 3: this is.
[26:05] Speaker 2: Like I'm while you're working.
[26:06] Speaker 3: This is work. But people look at it like when
[26:08] Speaker 3: you're traveling and it's fun, like this is not why
[26:10] Speaker 3: there is still a level of things that have to
[26:12] Speaker 3: get done, like you gotta go take a walk.
[26:15] Speaker 2: Yeah, people I always think, oh, you're going on a trip. Oh,
[26:18] Speaker 2: you're going to go have fun.
[26:19] Speaker 5: No, I'm going to work. It's work, especially the hedonism trips.
[26:24] Speaker 5: It's a lot of uh sun. Yeah, we're up from
[26:27] Speaker 5: the morning time to late at night.
[26:29] Speaker 3: And also your presence is required. That's a lot of
[26:32] Speaker 3: energy to give to people.
[26:35] Speaker 5: And I want to be present on all of the trips.
[26:36] Speaker 5: I know in the future I'm not going to be
[26:38] Speaker 5: able to do it, but currently I'm on every trip
[26:40] Speaker 5: that I plan, so that you have the headhunchhow with
[26:44] Speaker 5: you at all times, so you never have to worry
[26:46] Speaker 5: about anything being messed up or having to communicate with
[26:49] Speaker 5: somebody who's not on scene.
[26:50] Speaker 4: So that makes the difference too. I'll never forget I
[26:53] Speaker 4: went on a grease trip. This was twenty nineteen and
[26:56] Speaker 4: the person who planned the trip, we ran into a
[27:00] Speaker 4: major issue and she's at the club and we're all
[27:04] Speaker 4: calling her major time difference. But she knew we were
[27:07] Speaker 4: on this trip and we were like, you wasn't looking
[27:09] Speaker 4: at the weather, like flights are getting canceled, We're stuck
[27:12] Speaker 4: on an island.
[27:12] Speaker 2: We got it. She wasn't.
[27:14] Speaker 4: No, she wasn't on the trip. She just she was
[27:18] Speaker 4: like the one who organized it like a travel agent.
[27:20] Speaker 2: She put it all together.
[27:21] Speaker 4: So she was back at home and it's like not
[27:23] Speaker 4: that you can't go out, but you know that this
[27:25] Speaker 4: is your probably only client and we are out here
[27:28] Speaker 4: on this trip. You got to have something set up
[27:31] Speaker 4: so that somebody can be reached. That was stressful, so
[27:34] Speaker 4: it is good to have somebody on the ground.
[27:37] Speaker 5: Yeah, there are a lot of travel agents who are
[27:39] Speaker 5: not travel agents.
[27:41] Speaker 2: Put it like that.
[27:42] Speaker 5: I say, there are travel agents and then there are
[27:44] Speaker 5: niggas throwing trips, is what it is.
[27:47] Speaker 2: And a lot of these people are just niggas throwing trips.
[27:50] Speaker 5: They don't have the accreditations, they haven't gone through any
[27:52] Speaker 5: sort of training. They just copy what somebody else does
[27:55] Speaker 5: because oh, if they can do it, I can do
[27:57] Speaker 5: it too sort of thing. Yeah, and some of them,
[28:00] Speaker 5: you know, don't know how to manage money. Well, so
[28:03] Speaker 5: that's where you get all these stories with travel agencies
[28:06] Speaker 5: and people losing their money and people running off with
[28:09] Speaker 5: their money and things like that. Every I would say,
[28:12] Speaker 5: every year, maybe two, there's a black group that somebody
[28:16] Speaker 5: has run off with everybody's money. And they could have
[28:20] Speaker 5: been going to Hito for three, four or five years,
[28:24] Speaker 5: but still something happens in the background and chaos and simms.
[28:29] Speaker 3: Y'all be careful like you do your research. I personally
[28:31] Speaker 3: feel like you can tell from the website. I'd be like,
[28:33] Speaker 3: why would you book these?
[28:36] Speaker 4: And I also think like if you can't get your
[28:38] Speaker 4: questions answered, and when people act funny about stuff like
[28:42] Speaker 4: that or you don't exactly know what you're paying for,
[28:45] Speaker 4: that's a big red flag for me.
[28:46] Speaker 2: I having a.
[28:47] Speaker 5: Questions when I'm spending money, and definitely ask questions. Ask
[28:50] Speaker 5: them if they have an IYADA accreditation, ask them for
[28:53] Speaker 5: their IATA number, Google it, look for Better Business Bureau
[28:57] Speaker 5: reports and reviews and things like that, so and.
[29:00] Speaker 2: Check read it too.
[29:02] Speaker 4: I've checking all the things, especially when it's something new.
[29:04] Speaker 4: You just never know how things are gonna go.
[29:07] Speaker 2: Ooh we di is stressful.
[29:08] Speaker 4: Okay, So when you are planning the trips, I do
[29:13] Speaker 4: want to talk about hedonism some more, but I'm really
[29:15] Speaker 4: more so curious about the other trips because I feel
[29:17] Speaker 4: like I've talked about those a lot.
[29:20] Speaker 2: So what's next? What's the next trip?
[29:22] Speaker 4: You have?
[29:23] Speaker 2: Heat? Okay? Well, yeah, oh yeah, because that's in May.
[29:26] Speaker 2: Memorials a weekend. Is there a.
[29:27] Speaker 4: Difference between May and December, the May and December heater.
[29:31] Speaker 2: You know it.
[29:32] Speaker 5: Well, in May it's going to be hotter than it
[29:34] Speaker 5: is in December. December is a little on the cooler side,
[29:38] Speaker 5: especially at night. So if you were into hot weather
[29:42] Speaker 5: and getting in the pool, then May is a great
[29:44] Speaker 5: time to go. If you don't like hot weather, then
[29:48] Speaker 5: December is for you.
[29:50] Speaker 2: I tend to get sick.
[29:52] Speaker 5: When the weather goes kind of up and down, and
[29:54] Speaker 5: so December I usually get sick sometime during the trip.
[29:57] Speaker 2: There's something about that winter time.
[29:59] Speaker 4: Now, what how did you decide that you wanted to
[30:01] Speaker 4: host trips in the beginning anyway? Like where did your
[30:04] Speaker 4: love of travel come from?
[30:07] Speaker 5: I used to travel as a young person with my
[30:10] Speaker 5: mom and my family. We did a lot of camping
[30:13] Speaker 5: trips and road trips and cruises and things like that.
[30:16] Speaker 2: And then as I got older.
[30:18] Speaker 5: I just I wanted to continue that, and so I
[30:20] Speaker 5: would go on these trips and then people would come
[30:22] Speaker 5: back and be.
[30:23] Speaker 2: Like, oh, take me with you next time.
[30:26] Speaker 5: Or ask me to bring souvenirs back, which I don't do.
[30:28] Speaker 5: If you want a souvenir, you need to be on
[30:30] Speaker 5: the trip with me. So that you can get your
[30:32] Speaker 5: own souvenirs.
[30:33] Speaker 2: I got fifty pounds. How would I use my fifty
[30:36] Speaker 2: pounds towards stuff that you want? I'm a souvenir queen.
[30:39] Speaker 2: I'm bringing everybody back.
[30:39] Speaker 4: Oh really, Yeah, she likes to bring back hot sauce,
[30:43] Speaker 4: so now I'll be looking for hot sauce to bring herself.
[30:45] Speaker 2: Wow, that's nice. She's nice. I wouldn't do it. I
[30:49] Speaker 2: wouldn't do it, but uh yeah, I could you date
[30:55] Speaker 2: somebody who doesn't like to travel? No, because I.
[30:59] Speaker 5: Just don't unders stand why you would not want to
[31:01] Speaker 5: see the world, why you would not want to get
[31:03] Speaker 5: outside of your comfort zone.
[31:05] Speaker 2: And it's sometimes it's hard to get black men to travel.
[31:08] Speaker 2: And I don't know why that is.
[31:09] Speaker 5: I feel like a lot of them rather spend their
[31:12] Speaker 5: money on tangible things like cars and rems and video
[31:16] Speaker 5: games and stuff like that. But for the ones that do,
[31:19] Speaker 5: they just they have a better sense of the world,
[31:23] Speaker 5: better conversations with those type of people and everything.
[31:26] Speaker 2: How old were you when you took your first flight?
[31:29] Speaker 3: Oh, I was a baby, baby like two, or like
[31:32] Speaker 3: baby like thirteen?
[31:33] Speaker 2: No, like under two, Okay, we're kind of the same.
[31:37] Speaker 3: And how old were you when you took your first
[31:39] Speaker 3: international trip flight flight flight, I was an adult twenties, thirties, twenties, okay,
[31:47] Speaker 3: early twenties.
[31:48] Speaker 4: Yeah, I was in my early twenties for my first
[31:50] Speaker 4: international flight. But I was a kid on my first
[31:54] Speaker 4: regular flight.
[31:54] Speaker 2: I don't know how old I was. Yeah, I was
[31:56] Speaker 2: a baby.
[31:57] Speaker 3: And the first international one. No first, I didn't travel
[32:00] Speaker 3: international until I was an adult. I think as a
[32:02] Speaker 3: flight attendant.
[32:03] Speaker 4: Where's your first? Where both of y'all's first international trips?
[32:06] Speaker 4: And how were they?
[32:08] Speaker 2: I wish I knew it was.
[32:09] Speaker 3: I don't know if it was Ireland, it was for work,
[32:12] Speaker 3: it was I was a flight attendant.
[32:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, mine was I think Jamaica. Okay, yeah, Oh does
[32:18] Speaker 2: a cruise count? I can't count.
[32:20] Speaker 5: And mine was probably Jamaica too, Okay, So I won
[32:22] Speaker 5: at fourteen.
[32:24] Speaker 4: My first cruise was last year and I had a
[32:27] Speaker 4: blast and I still haven't shut up about it.
[32:29] Speaker 2: I just got back for one.
[32:30] Speaker 4: My trip though, was Costa Rica, and I won't forget
[32:35] Speaker 4: that experience.
[32:35] Speaker 2: I didn't really like it.
[32:36] Speaker 4: That's a place for me that people all want to go,
[32:39] Speaker 4: and I didn't really like it, but I want to
[32:41] Speaker 4: go back. I think that I didn't really like it
[32:43] Speaker 4: because we went for a family reunion, so a huge
[32:47] Speaker 4: chunk of our time there was already planned out by
[32:51] Speaker 4: the family, and so we had a set schedule and
[32:55] Speaker 4: we didn't have a lot of time to explore, and
[32:58] Speaker 4: I think I was kind of overwhelmed and didn't even
[33:01] Speaker 4: know where to start trying to figure out what to
[33:03] Speaker 4: do while we were there. I would I didn't plan
[33:06] Speaker 4: anything because I'm always like trying to look up stuff
[33:08] Speaker 4: to have ideas, and that time I went in pretty blond,
[33:11] Speaker 4: So I would like to go back and see how
[33:14] Speaker 4: I like it this next time. But I only went
[33:16] Speaker 4: that once and we spent time in San Jose, and
[33:21] Speaker 4: then the other time we spent Insecurist, which is a
[33:24] Speaker 4: smaller like coastal town where my stepdad's family is from
[33:28] Speaker 4: on the Caribbean side, and it was okay, but I
[33:30] Speaker 4: was like, I'm ready to go.
[33:31] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[33:32] Speaker 5: That's what a lot of people like about our trips
[33:34] Speaker 5: is that we plan everything out so you literally just
[33:37] Speaker 5: have to show up. You don't have to research or
[33:39] Speaker 5: do anything. And if you don't want to do something,
[33:42] Speaker 5: you don't have to do it.
[33:43] Speaker 2: You could stay. You can make your own plans you
[33:45] Speaker 2: could do kind of whatever you want.
[33:46] Speaker 3: How do you go about putting the itinerary together? I
[33:50] Speaker 3: look at what I want to do, okay, and what
[33:54] Speaker 3: does the itinerary normally look like? Based off of what
[33:57] Speaker 3: you want to do? Is there like a are there activity?
[34:00] Speaker 2: Yeah?
[34:00] Speaker 5: So I'd like to do something cultural for sure. So
[34:04] Speaker 5: we want to do some sort of cooking class or
[34:06] Speaker 5: something where we can immerse ourselves in the culture. I
[34:10] Speaker 5: also like to do some sort of fun activities. Some
[34:13] Speaker 5: of my clients make fun of me because they say,
[34:15] Speaker 5: wherever there's an a TV, kiddy's gonna.
[34:17] Speaker 2: Plan a like a AV love an ATV.
[34:20] Speaker 5: Right, So we definitely want to do that. I think
[34:23] Speaker 5: the most fun I've had actually on ATV was in Bali.
[34:26] Speaker 2: I will say.
[34:26] Speaker 3: That it felt like Jumi g you go through the street.
[34:31] Speaker 2: Oh that was so great. That was great.
[34:33] Speaker 5: But so yeah, something cultural, something fun, something iconic. Maybe
[34:40] Speaker 5: something that people want to do on Instagram or they're
[34:42] Speaker 5: done on TikTok.
[34:44] Speaker 3: Yeah, did y'all did the swing in Bali?
[34:46] Speaker 2: Yeah? Of course got it. My picture came out so ugly,
[34:49] Speaker 2: it was not cue my tracks.
[34:51] Speaker 3: I had curly weave and I and I shouldn't have
[34:53] Speaker 3: did it because my hair kept napping up and the
[34:55] Speaker 3: man was just like, man, just get off this, We're
[34:57] Speaker 3: not gonna get it in my and then my blood
[34:58] Speaker 3: was going from the drag.
[35:00] Speaker 1: It was you.
[35:04] Speaker 3: I was personally didn't I don't need to do this swing.
[35:06] Speaker 3: I was like, this is not the pictures was ugly.
[35:09] Speaker 3: So and my little dress that I got to pick
[35:10] Speaker 3: from you it wasn't cute.
[35:12] Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't like it, but.
[35:14] Speaker 3: It was fun to swing in the air like that
[35:16] Speaker 3: like a kid.
[35:17] Speaker 4: Somebody say that about the Thailand Lily pat photo shoot
[35:22] Speaker 4: on the boats.
[35:23] Speaker 2: Have you all did that? I didn't do that one.
[35:25] Speaker 2: I did do that. It was like a I did
[35:29] Speaker 2: not like my photos.
[35:30] Speaker 5: I have one and I think it's my my my
[35:32] Speaker 5: cover photo on my Facebook page, but that's like the
[35:35] Speaker 5: only one that I took that I liked.
[35:37] Speaker 2: Everything else was just like what the hell is it?
[35:40] Speaker 4: A girl that I met last week, I was watching her.
[35:43] Speaker 4: She said she was de influencing us. Who thinks yes
[35:46] Speaker 4: in different places. She was like, the influencers been lying.
[35:49] Speaker 2: I'm going and I'm gonna tell you which is true.
[35:52] Speaker 4: That's how I end up without videos sometimes because I'm
[35:54] Speaker 4: actually having fun. So if it ain't no video proof,
[35:57] Speaker 4: don't think it wasn't a good time. It's probably the
[35:59] Speaker 4: best time anyway. She said it was too hot, the
[36:01] Speaker 4: photographer was not giving her good direction, and she still
[36:04] Speaker 4: posted the pictures. She's like like making faces.
[36:07] Speaker 2: So I imagine that. Yeah, I would do it again.
[36:12] Speaker 2: Now I know what to do different, if that makes sense.
[36:16] Speaker 2: What's somewhere that's on your bucket list? Oho? Okay, so
[36:20] Speaker 2: this is something and an experience that you want there.
[36:23] Speaker 3: Mine is kind of like a bundle. I really want
[36:25] Speaker 3: to go to London. I don't know why, but I've
[36:27] Speaker 3: never been there. I keep dreaming about it, and everybody says, yeah,
[36:30] Speaker 3: to find mine old So I might do that September
[36:32] Speaker 3: for my birthday. But one thing that I've always wanted
[36:34] Speaker 3: to do is go on a vessel on a ship
[36:37] Speaker 3: and Antarctica they have this ship where you can go
[36:40] Speaker 3: and dive with the science researcher, with the science researchers
[36:43] Speaker 3: who study orcas, and you get to be with like
[36:47] Speaker 3: wild orcas, you get to feed them, dive with them.
[36:51] Speaker 3: You're on this vessel for I think you can do
[36:53] Speaker 3: the two week, one or seven days and you get
[36:56] Speaker 3: to see. I love the ocean and just being able
[37:00] Speaker 3: to sleep out on a boat and see what happens
[37:03] Speaker 3: in the middle of the ocean at night or early
[37:05] Speaker 3: in the morning or just throughout the day. So that
[37:07] Speaker 3: is on my list of things to accomplish. I sent
[37:11] Speaker 3: the company an email to get on the list to go.
[37:14] Speaker 3: It's eleven thousand dollars per person and so we'll see
[37:16] Speaker 3: how this goes pright for me, hoses.
[37:20] Speaker 2: That could be a commission check. Wait to hear about it.
[37:23] Speaker 3: Yeah, that's something I wanted to do for a long time.
[37:25] Speaker 3: I saw it on a I forget the name of
[37:27] Speaker 3: the science researchers that study the whales, but it was.
[37:31] Speaker 3: It was a Netflix documentary and you really get to
[37:34] Speaker 3: learn about I love animals, and I love orcas, and
[37:38] Speaker 3: I love big things that could possibly kill you, but
[37:41] Speaker 3: they don't want to. So I that is like, I
[37:46] Speaker 3: cannot wait to accomplish that.
[37:48] Speaker 2: Wow.
[37:49] Speaker 4: Yeah, do you have another bucket list place that you
[37:52] Speaker 4: haven't been to?
[37:54] Speaker 2: Don't want to do that?
[37:56] Speaker 5: The ocean most Yeah, the ocean scares me. It's too
[37:59] Speaker 5: much in the we don't know about that.
[38:01] Speaker 3: It scares me too, I think, But I'm drawn to
[38:03] Speaker 3: things that scare me.
[38:05] Speaker 2: Yeah, you like scary movies.
[38:06] Speaker 3: I don't like scary stuff like that.
[38:10] Speaker 5: Ah shoot, I hit a lot of my bucket list places.
[38:12] Speaker 2: Go ahead, talk to me.
[38:14] Speaker 5: I've been to Fiji and to me, you have There's
[38:22] Speaker 5: a place in Africa. I can't remember which country it is,
[38:25] Speaker 5: but it has this train and they call it the
[38:28] Speaker 5: most luxurious train in the world, and it takes you
[38:31] Speaker 5: from one part of Africa to another and everything has
[38:34] Speaker 5: included all your food, all your drinks, you got to
[38:36] Speaker 5: dress up for dinner, and all that kind of stuff.
[38:39] Speaker 5: So I think that's like on my bucket list.
[38:42] Speaker 4: I want to do one of those luxury train rides,
[38:44] Speaker 4: and I would prefer to do it somewhere not cold,
[38:47] Speaker 4: but I think I.
[38:48] Speaker 2: Do think it would be cool to see a cold location.
[38:50] Speaker 4: I keep seeing ads on Instagram and TikTok for them.
[38:53] Speaker 2: They look so cool. Didn't you do one? I did,
[38:55] Speaker 2: and I took that niggad well, but it was it fun.
[38:59] Speaker 3: Outside of him, it was a lot of fun, it was,
[39:01] Speaker 3: and it's so intimate. That's one of those ones where
[39:04] Speaker 3: it's like when you do it, it's intimate and because
[39:06] Speaker 3: you're in the little cart you can upgrade and get
[39:09] Speaker 3: a nice cabin, but it's still a train. But I
[39:13] Speaker 3: love that they had the community dinners. There's a game
[39:15] Speaker 3: cabin where you can just go and play games. There's
[39:16] Speaker 3: a bar that comes around. You can order bottle service
[39:18] Speaker 3: and they bring it to your It was a really
[39:20] Speaker 3: good time, especially at night, sleeping and sex and the
[39:23] Speaker 3: little train cabin.
[39:25] Speaker 2: Top to Where did you go from?
[39:28] Speaker 3: I did it through Canada? Okay, So we started in
[39:32] Speaker 3: some little town I don't even remember the name, and
[39:35] Speaker 3: then we were The destination was going to Toronto, but
[39:38] Speaker 3: you got to go through all and we went to
[39:40] Speaker 3: whatever that little carnival thing is that they do in Toronto, Caravana.
[39:43] Speaker 3: We went to that, but it was We were two
[39:45] Speaker 3: or three days on the train. It was really nice.
[39:47] Speaker 3: We saw animals, we saw different lakes. It was beautiful, beautiful.
[39:51] Speaker 2: I love nature. Yeah, I say that a lot.
[39:54] Speaker 4: Somebody told me recently that they did a trip to somewhere.
[39:57] Speaker 4: I never think about going main. I love And she
[40:00] Speaker 4: left Maine and then did she?
[40:03] Speaker 2: I don't know.
[40:04] Speaker 4: She said she went to Canada or thought about Canada,
[40:06] Speaker 4: or maybe it was a totally separate conversation, but anyway,
[40:08] Speaker 4: she said, Maine was really cute and she had just
[40:11] Speaker 4: never considered it, but she went on like a tourism
[40:13] Speaker 4: board trip and she was like, I learned a lot
[40:16] Speaker 4: about the area. I found like so many cool things.
[40:18] Speaker 4: She was like, it felt like kind of stepping back
[40:21] Speaker 4: in time a little bit.
[40:22] Speaker 2: She said.
[40:22] Speaker 4: She felt like I think, she said, the Beauty and
[40:24] Speaker 4: the Beast being on the Beauty and the Beast, and
[40:26] Speaker 4: she was like, but it was cool and people were
[40:28] Speaker 4: really nice, and it wasn't at all what I expected.
[40:30] Speaker 4: And I said, huh, maybe one day I'll check it out.
[40:33] Speaker 4: It's gonna have to be a summertime because Maine is
[40:35] Speaker 4: too cold.
[40:36] Speaker 2: But the lobster should be a lazy I do like
[40:40] Speaker 2: a little lobster.
[40:40] Speaker 4: I'm not too crazy about it, but I do like it.
[40:44] Speaker 4: Another thing I know about your trips and your community
[40:48] Speaker 4: of people, which I can attest to you is the
[40:50] Speaker 4: family vibe, which might sound weird if you've never been
[40:53] Speaker 4: on a trip. How do you think you maintained this
[40:56] Speaker 4: family vibe without it being exactly family friendly?
[40:59] Speaker 2: Right? They do each other? Yeah, I don't know.
[41:04] Speaker 5: We just all kind of look out for each other.
[41:07] Speaker 5: I'm kind of like the mama of the group. Everybody
[41:09] Speaker 5: knows I don't play when it comes to safety and
[41:12] Speaker 5: things like that. I just had Actually, I was just
[41:16] Speaker 5: telling you earlier I had went to the Bruno Mars
[41:18] Speaker 5: concert yesterday.
[41:20] Speaker 2: I wasn't It was great. It was a great concert.
[41:22] Speaker 5: And three girls came in from out of town, all
[41:25] Speaker 5: girls that I met in the group, one from North Carolina,
[41:29] Speaker 5: one from Houston, and another from Tampa, and we all
[41:32] Speaker 5: went to the concert together and.
[41:33] Speaker 2: We're all like, we're friends.
[41:35] Speaker 5: But we met through this Facebook group, so our travel group.
[41:40] Speaker 2: So I don't know how it just it just ends
[41:43] Speaker 2: up like that.
[41:44] Speaker 5: Once you go, you get it is the easiest way
[41:47] Speaker 5: to put it. Or people, even people who are in
[41:50] Speaker 5: our Facebook group, they see how we take care of
[41:52] Speaker 5: each other and look after each other and that sort
[41:54] Speaker 5: of thing.
[41:55] Speaker 4: So yeah, yeah, I will say I have Captain with
[42:00] Speaker 4: more people this go around because I spent more time
[42:03] Speaker 4: talking to people, and everybody's really cool and like we'll
[42:07] Speaker 4: make plans to hang out or like just talking about
[42:09] Speaker 4: different stuff.
[42:10] Speaker 2: And we all just never say where we met when
[42:13] Speaker 2: we meet other people.
[42:15] Speaker 4: More so for them than me, because anybody would know
[42:17] Speaker 4: where I met them, but they want to keep things
[42:20] Speaker 4: hush hushed. And that's something else that I like about
[42:22] Speaker 4: the group is that people respect each other's privacy.
[42:25] Speaker 2: So like we all know where we met and we
[42:27] Speaker 2: all know what happened.
[42:28] Speaker 4: But when you come back to America after leaving Jamaica
[42:31] Speaker 4: and you know that this person is more private.
[42:33] Speaker 2: About their life, people respect that.
[42:35] Speaker 4: And I think that that's something that's really important because
[42:38] Speaker 4: when you do see things where people are posting videos,
[42:40] Speaker 4: you may have seen videos that heonism, but those videos
[42:45] Speaker 4: come from sometimes there's people who have consented to that.
[42:48] Speaker 4: So don't think that everybody is all just being sneakily recorded.
[42:52] Speaker 4: And I know, like with this group, everybody who's in
[42:54] Speaker 4: the videos where they're posting like promo stuff, everybody said okay.
[42:58] Speaker 2: And that's something else.
[43:00] Speaker 4: It's important because when you do go somewhere where you
[43:02] Speaker 4: can really just like let go and be free, you
[43:05] Speaker 4: want to feel like you can actually be free and
[43:07] Speaker 4: not like you're going to regret this.
[43:08] Speaker 5: Everybody who's on the trip has something to lose at
[43:11] Speaker 5: the end of the day, so everyone is very respectful
[43:14] Speaker 5: of everybody's privacy. Pictures and things like that that we
[43:19] Speaker 5: take as a as a business. I always try to
[43:22] Speaker 5: run the video past everybody before I make it public
[43:25] Speaker 5: to say hey, and we'll definitely make sure no one
[43:27] Speaker 5: looks crazy, nobody's nude or got a.
[43:30] Speaker 2: Titty out or anything like that.
[43:32] Speaker 5: So we put a lot of thought into it before
[43:34] Speaker 5: we put anything out into the atmosphere that's appreciated.
[43:37] Speaker 4: Appreciate it because I have definitely seen wild crazy videos
[43:40] Speaker 4: and I'm like, oh my god, that's not worse behavior. Okay,
[43:42] Speaker 4: it's okay, souse, that could be a wild thing. What
[43:48] Speaker 4: else did I want to ask you? What about your friendships?
[43:54] Speaker 4: How do you manage and maintain those with you being
[43:59] Speaker 4: gone so much? Is it hard or do you think
[44:03] Speaker 4: because you have a lot of friends who travel to
[44:04] Speaker 4: it's not such a big deal.
[44:05] Speaker 1: Yeah.
[44:06] Speaker 5: A lot of my friends travel with me or they
[44:08] Speaker 5: work for me, so they travel with me too.
[44:11] Speaker 2: So yeah, but I do miss my friends sometimes when
[44:14] Speaker 2: I have to be gone for a month or you know,
[44:16] Speaker 2: stuff like that, so I try to make it up
[44:19] Speaker 2: either before I leave or when I come back or both.
[44:21] Speaker 4: Do you think that you'll always be on the go
[44:23] Speaker 4: like this or do you think you'll ever slow down.
[44:26] Speaker 2: And maybe not be on all of the trips I
[44:28] Speaker 2: think eventually, Yeah, I think eventually I'll slow down.
[44:33] Speaker 5: Just like with anything, you know, it starts to become
[44:35] Speaker 5: more monotonous after a while.
[44:36] Speaker 2: It's not as exciting as it used to be. I've
[44:39] Speaker 2: been to Jamaica probably fifty times literally at this point,
[44:43] Speaker 2: so it's like going through the airport is Yeah, you
[44:45] Speaker 2: don't need to tell me anything. I know now. Everything works.
[44:48] Speaker 2: I know your job better than you do.
[44:50] Speaker 5: So yeah, I think at some point I'll probably transition
[44:55] Speaker 5: more to a director type position.
[44:58] Speaker 2: But right now it's still fun. But what would it
[45:01] Speaker 2: take for you to make that transition?
[45:03] Speaker 5: Oh gosh, I'm a virgo, so I'm very hands on
[45:06] Speaker 5: and the details mean a lot to me.
[45:08] Speaker 2: And I'm a control freak a little bit. So you
[45:10] Speaker 2: need a clone. Yes, maybe Elon Musk is working on something.
[45:15] Speaker 2: Who knows.
[45:16] Speaker 4: Probably they might have them down in Antarctica. That's where
[45:19] Speaker 4: I heard they do in all the clones.
[45:20] Speaker 2: Really research well. I have fell into the conspiracy theory. TikTok.
[45:25] Speaker 2: That's why I really want to know what you see
[45:26] Speaker 2: when you go to see the orcers. I've got theories.
[45:29] Speaker 4: And when you book your trip after you sell twenty
[45:31] Speaker 4: more houses and it's just like, oh, it's eleven thousand,
[45:33] Speaker 4: is a drop in the bucket.
[45:34] Speaker 2: Yeah, I'll send them to you because I've got questions.
[45:37] Speaker 2: I ain't going though, I don't want to go. I'm scared.
[45:41] Speaker 3: Since you do travel internationally so much, have you looked
[45:44] Speaker 3: at like purchasing real estate if you haven't already in
[45:48] Speaker 3: another country, or have you ever considered living outside of
[45:50] Speaker 3: the Yeah?
[45:51] Speaker 5: People ask me that, and they just assumed that because
[45:54] Speaker 5: I do travel and I like to travel, that I
[45:56] Speaker 5: want to live outside of the States or just own
[45:58] Speaker 5: property out I mean, yeah.
[46:00] Speaker 2: If I was rich, yeah, I would own property probably.
[46:03] Speaker 5: Well, I can't do that. I was gonna say, I
[46:04] Speaker 5: would own property in the Philippines. But you have to
[46:07] Speaker 5: be Filipino to own property, really Philips, Yes, or you
[46:11] Speaker 5: have to have somebody like let's say you have a spouse,
[46:14] Speaker 5: then your spouse who's Filipino owns fifty one percent and
[46:17] Speaker 5: you can own forty.
[46:18] Speaker 3: Nine something like's not coming over here and I respected respect. Yeah,
[46:22] Speaker 3: I have Philippin and you know the DNA got to
[46:28] Speaker 3: be in there, that's funny.
[46:30] Speaker 2: Yeah, So I would.
[46:31] Speaker 5: But as far as like moving unless things get crazier
[46:34] Speaker 5: in this country, I don't plan on going anywhere.
[46:37] Speaker 2: Yeah, would you want to live somewhere else?
[46:39] Speaker 3: I would want to just for maybe like a year,
[46:40] Speaker 3: not not moever, never coming back here, and it will
[46:43] Speaker 3: probably be Costa Rica, or would do to the year
[46:46] Speaker 3: six months. They have this program in Thailand in Chang
[46:49] Speaker 3: Mai where you can raise a baby elephant. And you
[46:52] Speaker 3: get a baby elephant, you live in the jungle with it,
[46:54] Speaker 3: you shower with it, you bond with the elephant, and
[46:57] Speaker 3: you feed it every morning and it's like a whole program.
[46:59] Speaker 2: And then you help raise these baby elephants. So what
[47:02] Speaker 2: happens when they get grown? You release some you.
[47:04] Speaker 3: Well, they don't release them, but it's it's like a there.
[47:07] Speaker 3: I don't know if they were born in captivity or
[47:09] Speaker 3: if they're rescue. They're rescuing the baby elephants, and so
[47:12] Speaker 3: I guess, yeah, you just get them used to people
[47:17] Speaker 3: and it's your little baby. And that's what I would do.
[47:19] Speaker 3: But then I'm coming back home because sometimes when you
[47:21] Speaker 3: do travel line, it's like the whole toilet. You can't
[47:23] Speaker 3: put your tampon in the toilet in the toilet toilet tampon,
[47:27] Speaker 3: it'd be nasty and so and I'm just saying.
[47:31] Speaker 4: I know it was a man who came up with
[47:32] Speaker 4: this idea, because have you ever had to take care
[47:34] Speaker 4: of that. I couldn't see myself living somewhere else full time.
[47:42] Speaker 4: Maybe one day owning a place somewhere else, but I
[47:46] Speaker 4: don't know where. I need to see more of the world.
[47:49] Speaker 4: My first thought is curious out because that's still my
[47:51] Speaker 4: favorite place in the world. I just it's perfect to me,
[47:54] Speaker 4: but it ain't cheat. They got real American prices over there.
[47:58] Speaker 2: So I don't know.
[47:59] Speaker 4: If I did, I would want to be somewhere a
[48:01] Speaker 4: little cheaper.
[48:02] Speaker 2: I'd be nervous. I don't know. I don't know if
[48:04] Speaker 2: if I could ever do it anyway.
[48:07] Speaker 6: All right, so we are going to move on to
[48:11] Speaker 6: weird sex advice, and when we come back, we are
[48:15] Speaker 6: going to do cocktails after that.
[48:20] Speaker 4: Okay, y'all, let's talk about libidos supplements for a second,
[48:23] Speaker 4: because why does that market feel so sketchy sometimes, Like,
[48:27] Speaker 4: if you've ever listened to sex drive supplements online, half
[48:29] Speaker 4: of them look like something you buy at a gas
[48:31] Speaker 4: station next to a Honting packet and an energy shot.
[48:34] Speaker 2: And then you start reading reviews and.
[48:36] Speaker 4: People are talking about headaches, weird side effects, mystery ingredients.
[48:40] Speaker 4: It's a hot ass mess. That's why I was actually
[48:43] Speaker 4: interested when I learned about drive Boost from VB Health.
[48:46] Speaker 4: What makes them different, What makes them different is the transparency.
[48:50] Speaker 4: What makes them different is the transparency. VB Hell's whole
[48:53] Speaker 4: mission is simple, create supplements that work. Their products are
[48:57] Speaker 4: doctor formulated using scientifically backed ingredients, third party tested and
[49:01] Speaker 4: made right here in the USA, and certified manufacturing facilities
[49:05] Speaker 4: focused on safety and quality. And I also like that
[49:09] Speaker 4: drive Boost isn't just marketed towards men. It's formulated for everybody,
[49:13] Speaker 4: men and women, because libido, energy, desire, hormones, stress, all
[49:19] Speaker 4: of that affects everybody differently throughout life. Drive Boost contains
[49:24] Speaker 4: four scientifically backed ingredients designed to naturally support sex, drive
[49:28] Speaker 4: and libido, and for women specifically, some of those ingredients
[49:31] Speaker 4: may also help support certain symptoms connected to perimenopause and menopause, which, honestly,
[49:37] Speaker 4: I feel like more women are finally starting to openly
[49:40] Speaker 4: discuss instead of sitting around suffering in silence and terrorizing
[49:43] Speaker 4: their families. And BB health is expanding beyond just sexual
[49:47] Speaker 4: wellness too. They have recently launched a new product called
[49:51] Speaker 4: energy Boost, which is a science backed pre workout and
[49:55] Speaker 4: focused supplement. So they're clearly building a brand that is
[49:58] Speaker 4: not just about sexual wellness. It is overall wellness, and
[50:02] Speaker 4: it's rooted in actual research and effectiveness, not gimmicks. So
[50:07] Speaker 4: if you're tired of the shady supplement world and want
[50:10] Speaker 4: something that's transparent, tested and designed to actually work, please
[50:15] Speaker 4: please please check out drive Boost from bb Health. Visit
[50:19] Speaker 4: bb dot health and use code cocktails c O C
[50:23] Speaker 4: K T A L E S. We're ten percent off,
[50:25] Speaker 4: or you can click the link in this episode's description
[50:28] Speaker 4: and now we'll get back to the show.
[50:34] Speaker 1: Why they do fuck ups up?
[50:36] Speaker 3: I don't know, child, you need to go on dates
[50:38] Speaker 3: in that loop to your.
[50:39] Speaker 2: Faith, especially when they claim to love you, they'd be lying.
[50:46] Speaker 4: If you want to get some advice from us, make
[50:48] Speaker 4: sure you email us advice at cocktailspod dot com. If
[50:55] Speaker 4: you have a question that you want to ask us
[50:58] Speaker 4: or our guests. If we have a guest that week,
[51:00] Speaker 4: make sure you email us at vice at cocktailspod dot com.
[51:05] Speaker 3: Okay, this advice is titled I want to explore and
[51:09] Speaker 3: he want to stay home? Hey Medina and Kiki. Okay,
[51:14] Speaker 3: don't judge me, but I need some real advice.
[51:16] Speaker 2: I've been with my.
[51:17] Speaker 3: Boyfriend for three years and I love him down. Our
[51:21] Speaker 3: relationship is solid, we have fun together, and our sex
[51:24] Speaker 3: life is actually pretty good. But lately I've been feeling
[51:28] Speaker 3: curious you need to buy I'm curious to know. I
[51:32] Speaker 3: keep seeing people talk about sex clubs, like the vibe,
[51:36] Speaker 3: the freedom, the exploration, and I'm not gonna lie.
[51:38] Speaker 2: I want to go.
[51:39] Speaker 3: There ain't no more than one to try something sexually,
[51:41] Speaker 3: and you're scared to tell of the person you with,
[51:44] Speaker 3: not even necessarily to do anything crazy, but I just
[51:46] Speaker 3: want to experience it. I feel like it could be exciting,
[51:50] Speaker 3: maybe even bring us a little bit closer. So I
[51:53] Speaker 3: brought it up to my boyfriend and he was not
[51:57] Speaker 3: feeling it at all. Immediately shut it down. He said,
[52:02] Speaker 3: that's not his thing. He doesn't want other people looking
[52:05] Speaker 3: at me like that, and he doesn't even like the
[52:07] Speaker 3: idea of being in that environment. He basically said, he's
[52:10] Speaker 3: cool with our sex life as is and doesn't see
[52:13] Speaker 3: why we need.
[52:13] Speaker 2: To add extra She put it in the little air quotes. Now,
[52:17] Speaker 2: I'm conflicted.
[52:18] Speaker 3: On one hand, I respect his boundaries and I don't
[52:20] Speaker 3: want to pressure him into something he's uncomfortable with. But
[52:23] Speaker 3: on the other hand, I feel like I'm evolving and
[52:26] Speaker 3: getting more open, and I don't want to ignore that
[52:29] Speaker 3: part of myself. I also don't know if this is
[52:32] Speaker 3: something I should just let go. You're not gonna be
[52:34] Speaker 3: able to let it go first of all, or if
[52:36] Speaker 3: it's deeper, like am I going to start feeling restricted
[52:40] Speaker 3: or resentful later?
[52:41] Speaker 2: Yes?
[52:42] Speaker 3: So my questions are is it wrong for me to
[52:45] Speaker 3: want to explore something like this even if my relationship
[52:48] Speaker 3: is good? Should I revisit the conversation with him or
[52:52] Speaker 3: just respect his know and move on? And how do
[52:55] Speaker 3: you balance curiosity and growth when your partner isn't on
[52:58] Speaker 3: the same page. Help because I don't want to mess
[53:01] Speaker 3: up a good thing, But I also don't want to
[53:02] Speaker 3: feel like I'm shrinking myself either. Sincerely, curious but conflicted.
[53:07] Speaker 2: What do you think? Did she say they were married.
[53:10] Speaker 3: Or no, they're not married? I was thinking that same thing.
[53:13] Speaker 3: This might not be your man, right, Yeah.
[53:15] Speaker 2: I think that she should shut it down and move on.
[53:20] Speaker 5: He's not with it. He's not going to change his
[53:22] Speaker 5: mind if she talks more about it. He's going to
[53:25] Speaker 5: start thinking that she's somebody that like, he didn't know
[53:29] Speaker 5: who she really was type of thing, and that may
[53:32] Speaker 5: ruin the whole relationship just from her repeating what she wants.
[53:36] Speaker 5: So either she wants to keep the relationship or she
[53:39] Speaker 5: wants to go find a new one.
[53:40] Speaker 2: That's my thought.
[53:42] Speaker 4: Yeah, I think you might need to seriously prepare yourself
[53:45] Speaker 4: for a new relationship.
[53:48] Speaker 2: But first you need to ask yourself how important is this.
[53:50] Speaker 4: I feel like because you're at the point where you're
[53:52] Speaker 4: writing us asking for advice, this is something that you
[53:55] Speaker 4: really want to try, and unfortunately you're with somebody who's
[53:59] Speaker 4: not into it, and I don't want you to. At first,
[54:02] Speaker 4: I was thinking, go ahead and talk to him, but
[54:04] Speaker 4: Kitty might be right about that. Don't keep talking to
[54:07] Speaker 4: him about it. He already told you how he felt
[54:09] Speaker 4: and you need to respect that. But you also don't
[54:11] Speaker 4: have to try and change him, because what will happen
[54:13] Speaker 4: is if you do.
[54:15] Speaker 2: If you do see success.
[54:16] Speaker 4: In talking to him about it again and he changes
[54:18] Speaker 4: his mind, you don't know what the comeback from that
[54:22] Speaker 4: is going to be. Is he going to regret it,
[54:24] Speaker 4: is he going to enjoy it and then feel a way,
[54:27] Speaker 4: or is he not going to enjoy it and then
[54:29] Speaker 4: be mad at you because you did. It could go
[54:33] Speaker 4: so many ways, but the fact that he's not okay
[54:35] Speaker 4: with it and you do want to explore it. I
[54:37] Speaker 4: think that you just need to be okay with this
[54:40] Speaker 4: not working out if it's that important to you. If
[54:43] Speaker 4: it's not really that important, then you could go on.
[54:45] Speaker 4: But I feel like it is really really important to you,
[54:48] Speaker 4: and maybe next time you're in a relationship you can
[54:50] Speaker 4: get I'm curious to know and you ask these questions
[54:52] Speaker 4: a little earlier on and ask them things like I
[54:55] Speaker 4: think every failed relationship or every relationship that is it's
[54:58] Speaker 4: not a failure.
[54:59] Speaker 2: You learn something. Now.
[55:00] Speaker 4: You know that you might be a little bit more
[55:02] Speaker 4: open and curious about non traditional things in your love life,
[55:06] Speaker 4: and you know what the next person to ask him
[55:07] Speaker 4: about it?
[55:08] Speaker 2: What do you think?
[55:09] Speaker 3: I think it's so excuse me. I think it's okay
[55:13] Speaker 3: to have the conversation again. If you still you also
[55:16] Speaker 3: don't really know what you're trying to do, because it
[55:19] Speaker 3: doesn't sound like you're trying to go be with nature.
[55:22] Speaker 1: Boy?
[55:22] Speaker 3: Is that what they called that man who had all
[55:24] Speaker 3: the people in the house. I think the same is
[55:29] Speaker 3: nature boy. He has started like this whole sex but
[55:31] Speaker 3: it's like, are you trying to be an extremist whether
[55:34] Speaker 3: you just want to try it, because I have been
[55:36] Speaker 3: in relationships before where the person like totally shut it
[55:38] Speaker 3: down to and then I did bring it up again
[55:40] Speaker 3: and it was like, let's just go.
[55:41] Speaker 2: You don't have to do anything, like he.
[55:43] Speaker 3: Might be scared and he might be speaking too quickly
[55:47] Speaker 3: without really thinking about what that environment looks like because
[55:50] Speaker 3: everybody has this assumption. Even I had a certain type
[55:53] Speaker 3: of assumption about the trips and the sex clubs, and
[55:56] Speaker 3: then when I actually win, I was like, everybody respects
[55:59] Speaker 3: you and you don't have to do anything. So I
[56:02] Speaker 3: personally would have the conversation and I've been in this
[56:04] Speaker 3: situation before. And my ex did go to it was
[56:07] Speaker 3: worse behavior. He came and he actually had a good time.
[56:09] Speaker 3: We didn't do anything sexual with other people. We both
[56:12] Speaker 3: thought we weren't gonna go on the nude side because
[56:14] Speaker 3: I was like, I'm not doing it. I'm just I'm scared,
[56:16] Speaker 3: I'm not doing it, and then we both went and
[56:18] Speaker 3: did it and we were so happy. We went back
[56:19] Speaker 3: to the room and had amazing sex and then we
[56:21] Speaker 3: went to the sex club in Atlanta. Now that went
[56:23] Speaker 3: very left. We shouldn't have took the mushrooms. We shouldn't
[56:25] Speaker 3: took the mushroom. It would have stopped it there.
[56:27] Speaker 2: We did the mushrooms.
[56:28] Speaker 3: No, the mushrooms you gave it was cool, but we
[56:31] Speaker 3: did mushrooms when we went to trapeze and.
[56:33] Speaker 2: It just went it went lived. I really think he
[56:35] Speaker 2: was justalous because he was looking at me.
[56:36] Speaker 1: I was like, I got my fock.
[56:38] Speaker 3: But I think it opens up a door what I
[56:40] Speaker 3: call a reveal moment. You get like he shouldn't just
[56:44] Speaker 3: be shutting shit down because that also sets a tone
[56:46] Speaker 3: of how conversations conversations will go in your relationship. No, neither,
[56:50] Speaker 3: I don't think either party in a relationship just be
[56:52] Speaker 3: like absolutely not. First of all, we're not married. Second
[56:55] Speaker 3: of all, it's not absolutely not for me. You need
[56:58] Speaker 3: to be true to yourself.
[56:59] Speaker 2: Try it.
[56:59] Speaker 3: Even if y'all don't break up because that's not your husband.
[57:03] Speaker 4: And also if it is an absolutely not, get the
[57:05] Speaker 4: fuck on, get thee because like, you're not married, it's
[57:09] Speaker 4: easier to break up now before you.
[57:11] Speaker 2: Got to go to the court.
[57:13] Speaker 3: And if he still really is a hard. No, I
[57:14] Speaker 3: would be like, Okay, baby, well I'm sorry you feel
[57:16] Speaker 3: that way. I'm gonna question mark for me.
[57:19] Speaker 4: So I need to find somebody who's cool with this.
[57:21] Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm going to the sex club this weekend, so
[57:23] Speaker 3: you can either come or you don't have to, and
[57:24] Speaker 3: then we'll talk about the repercussions.
[57:26] Speaker 2: After this.
[57:28] Speaker 4: All goes. Yes, send us the cocktail for when you
[57:31] Speaker 4: do to the sex club and let us know if
[57:34] Speaker 4: you sit this man or if you went by yourself.
[57:36] Speaker 2: I really, really really want to know.
[57:38] Speaker 4: Again, if you guys have questions, make sure you email
[57:40] Speaker 4: us advice at cocktailspod dot com. And now it is
[57:45] Speaker 4: time to move on to the cocktails.
[57:55] Speaker 1: But once upon a time, not long ago, I.
[58:07] Speaker 4: Was, so if you have a cocktail that you want
[58:12] Speaker 4: to share, make sure you email it to us or
[58:14] Speaker 4: you can call us.
[58:15] Speaker 2: The number will be in the description box.
[58:17] Speaker 4: So I don't know the number off the top of
[58:18] Speaker 4: my head, but the email is cocktails at cocktailspot dot com. So, Kitty,
[58:25] Speaker 4: this is the story that you'll share about your sex
[58:28] Speaker 4: or dating or whatever experience.
[58:30] Speaker 2: That was story worthy. You told me one I forgot
[58:34] Speaker 2: what it was. It was.
[58:35] Speaker 4: It was kind of like an overnight date somebody.
[58:39] Speaker 2: Oh okay, yeah.
[58:40] Speaker 5: We were talking about my first time at Hedonism and
[58:44] Speaker 5: how I went with somebody that I met on Facebook.
[58:49] Speaker 2: He was a Facebook friend.
[58:50] Speaker 5: I never even actually met him before in person, and
[58:53] Speaker 5: he reached out to me and was like, you want
[58:55] Speaker 5: to go to Jamaica on Friday?
[58:56] Speaker 2: And I was like are you paying?
[59:00] Speaker 5: And he was like yeah, So We're going to Jamaica
[59:02] Speaker 5: on Friday.
[59:03] Speaker 2: So we went.
[59:04] Speaker 5: He spent a lot of time smoking weed, so I
[59:06] Speaker 5: was kind of out and about and I was like,
[59:08] Speaker 5: I'm not gonna do anything other than eat this free
[59:11] Speaker 5: food and drink these free drinks and that sort of thing.
[59:13] Speaker 5: And I'm having a great time, of course, my first
[59:15] Speaker 5: time a hito. But when we got back from the trip,
[59:17] Speaker 5: I got added to their Facebook group because I wasn't
[59:20] Speaker 5: in it before because I was the last minute addition
[59:22] Speaker 5: to the trip. So I get added to the group
[59:25] Speaker 5: and then I get a message from this guy and
[59:26] Speaker 5: he's like.
[59:27] Speaker 2: Oh, I remember you. You were there, Da da da da.
[59:29] Speaker 5: But we never actually talked, and so he was like,
[59:33] Speaker 5: I'd really like to take you on a date, you know,
[59:35] Speaker 5: when are you available? And I was like, oh, I
[59:37] Speaker 5: don't live in the DMB because that group was based
[59:39] Speaker 5: out of the DMB.
[59:39] Speaker 2: I was like, I live in Atlanta. I don't live
[59:41] Speaker 2: in the DMB. So he was like, that's fine, I'll
[59:43] Speaker 2: come to Atlanta. I was like, oh, okay, okay, daddy, right.
[59:46] Speaker 2: So he came to Atlanta. We went to the Sundial.
[59:49] Speaker 5: He had a good time, and during that date, he
[59:53] Speaker 5: was like, oh, yeah, I'm going to London in two weeks.
[59:55] Speaker 2: You want to go to London with me in two weeks?
[59:57] Speaker 5: And I was like, yes, do So that was my
[1:00:00] Speaker 5: first time in London. We had a great time out
[1:00:03] Speaker 5: there and he didn't even try me.
[1:00:05] Speaker 3: That's so refreshing was the minute don't try.
[1:00:10] Speaker 2: It almost makes you wanted more. Yeah, you're such a gentleman, right.
[1:00:15] Speaker 3: And you don't You're not like you don't think you
[1:00:17] Speaker 3: deserve like it's just you're not entitled to my body
[1:00:20] Speaker 3: just because you brought me.
[1:00:21] Speaker 2: That's so amazing.
[1:00:22] Speaker 5: When we've gone to China with niggas before that have
[1:00:24] Speaker 5: paid for the trip and not given them any or
[1:00:27] Speaker 5: like I said, London can coon different places. So yeah,
[1:00:31] Speaker 5: a lot of guys will expect that, but the ones
[1:00:33] Speaker 5: that don't and the ones that don't even try.
[1:00:35] Speaker 2: O you want my friend to Jordan's what you're doing.
[1:00:43] Speaker 2: Jordan's That's a good day. Now did you ever give him?
[1:00:47] Speaker 2: Eventually hard work plays off. We still talk to.
[1:00:51] Speaker 5: This day, so that's good and I'll still bust it
[1:00:54] Speaker 5: all before you, mister Franklin.
[1:00:57] Speaker 4: Well, thank you so much, Katie for that good cocktail.
[1:01:00] Speaker 4: Now let everybody know where they can go to book
[1:01:02] Speaker 4: these trips. And I did want to ask you one
[1:01:05] Speaker 4: last thing. If anybody is on the fence about any
[1:01:07] Speaker 4: of your trips, what would you tell them?
[1:01:11] Speaker 5: If you're on the fence about any of our trips,
[1:01:13] Speaker 5: I would say, join the Facebook group. That way you
[1:01:15] Speaker 5: can get a sense of who I am as a person,
[1:01:18] Speaker 5: who the people are that travel. Of course, there's a
[1:01:20] Speaker 5: couple of knuckleheads here and there, but a lot of
[1:01:22] Speaker 5: times those people in.
[1:01:23] Speaker 2: The group aren't even people who actually travel.
[1:01:26] Speaker 5: But we do have smaller trips also, like I said
[1:01:29] Speaker 5: earlier to Orlando, we do a trip to Vegas that
[1:01:33] Speaker 5: don't cost as much as let's say the trip to Jamaica,
[1:01:36] Speaker 5: because that is little on the on the mid range
[1:01:38] Speaker 5: price side. What about prom, Yeah, we have prom also
[1:01:42] Speaker 5: with adult prom that's coming up this June.
[1:01:45] Speaker 2: I want you ladies to come if you're in town. Okay,
[1:01:48] Speaker 2: bring your dates and all that. It's really nice.
[1:01:50] Speaker 4: I saw Rolls Royce, I saw the Barbie cutouts for
[1:01:53] Speaker 4: you in the boxes.
[1:01:55] Speaker 2: It was nice. I didn't go because I wasn't here.
[1:01:58] Speaker 5: The last one we had was twenty three. Yea, I think,
[1:02:00] Speaker 5: so yeah, we're coming back this year. Got a lot
[1:02:03] Speaker 5: of fun things going on with that. So yeah, I
[1:02:05] Speaker 5: would just say just try it. Just come on something
[1:02:08] Speaker 5: small if you're on the fence, and I guarantee you
[1:02:11] Speaker 5: after you do that, you're going to want to book
[1:02:13] Speaker 5: one of the other trips because somebody's going to talk
[1:02:15] Speaker 5: to you about it and they're going to convince you.
[1:02:17] Speaker 2: Yeah.
[1:02:17] Speaker 4: The Facebook group is definitely a good start. I'm in
[1:02:20] Speaker 4: the Facebook group. You can meet the people, and then
[1:02:22] Speaker 4: something cool that they do is after you book a trip,
[1:02:25] Speaker 4: there's a paid Facebook Messenger group so you can talk
[1:02:29] Speaker 4: to the people who are already going. I was in
[1:02:31] Speaker 4: it before the last trip, so it was cool to
[1:02:33] Speaker 4: get to know more people. I wasn't really on Facebook
[1:02:36] Speaker 4: for real like that the last time, so this time
[1:02:38] Speaker 4: was better because I was really talking to people and
[1:02:40] Speaker 4: we were sad when the group ended.
[1:02:41] Speaker 2: Because the trip was over for a few months.
[1:02:43] Speaker 4: But it was nice for you people, and you can
[1:02:44] Speaker 4: connect with people and then you see them in real life.
[1:02:46] Speaker 4: It just feels good because then it's like oh, Internet friend,
[1:02:49] Speaker 4: and you match their faces because sometimes people have they
[1:02:51] Speaker 4: fake names, and it helps.
[1:02:53] Speaker 5: And then plan things too. We planned things in the group,
[1:02:58] Speaker 5: like tomorrow we're doing karaoke. We're going to meet up
[1:03:01] Speaker 5: as a group to do karaoke. So I know there'll
[1:03:03] Speaker 5: be some people who've never been on a trip before
[1:03:05] Speaker 5: that'll come and show up to something like that kind
[1:03:07] Speaker 5: of hang out with us and stuff.
[1:03:08] Speaker 2: So we do stuff like that too, and you can
[1:03:10] Speaker 2: meet the people. And the last time there were a lot.
[1:03:14] Speaker 4: Of successful, attractive people, the men and the women. I'm
[1:03:17] Speaker 4: just saying, y'all be looking for ways to meet men.
[1:03:19] Speaker 4: These men were traveling. The trip is not free or cheap,
[1:03:24] Speaker 4: so and they were going along. They weren't doubling up,
[1:03:26] Speaker 4: tripling up in rooms. So I'm just saying, y'alls, I
[1:03:31] Speaker 4: didn't remember his name, and I said something in the
[1:03:33] Speaker 4: show so that he could message me, and I told
[1:03:37] Speaker 4: him just message you, but.
[1:03:39] Speaker 2: I remember his name.
[1:03:40] Speaker 4: Now I won't say it because I don't know if
[1:03:41] Speaker 4: he wants me to, but I'll tell you after.
[1:03:43] Speaker 1: Where are you at?
[1:03:44] Speaker 4: You told me to hook you up and then I
[1:03:46] Speaker 4: put the bird call out and where are you at?
[1:03:50] Speaker 2: Well?

[1:06:00] Speaker 2: I'm excited.
[1:06:01] Speaker 4: I've really been in my sci fi bag lately, and
[1:06:03] Speaker 4: this isn't sci fi. It's fantasy, so I'm curious to

[1:06:08] Speaker 4: who have read the Maggie Gray series. And then the
