[0:07] Speaker 1: the one and only trinks that a DJ system.
[0:09] Speaker 2: And you're listening to cocktails Dirty Discussions with Kikia Medina Monroe. Here.
[0:24] Speaker 1: Today's cocktail is called witches Brew.
[0:27] Speaker 3: What you're going to need to make this cocktail are
[0:30] Speaker 3: two and a half ounces of Indigo gin, two ounces
[0:33] Speaker 3: of lemonade, one ounce of club soda, a half an
[0:37] Speaker 3: ounce of blue Curious La Cour and then a little
[0:40] Speaker 3: bit of edible glitter whatever color you want to do.
[0:44] Speaker 3: So for this cocktail, you're going to take a cup
[0:46] Speaker 3: and go ahead and put your ice in it. Then
[0:48] Speaker 3: we're going to take two and a half ounces of
[0:51] Speaker 3: indigo gin, and then you're going to take two ounces
[1:04] Speaker 3: of lemonade. Everything is so creaky it sounds like a
[1:10] Speaker 3: haunted house.
[1:11] Speaker 1: It's like or okay, And then you're gonna need an
[1:18] Speaker 1: ounce of club soda.
[1:23] Speaker 3: And then a half ounce of blue Pira as ound.
[1:33] Speaker 3: It's a little bit more than a half, but it'll
[1:35] Speaker 3: be fine. So then you're going to stir this up
[1:39] Speaker 3: really well, and then we're going to drop in some
[1:43] Speaker 3: glitter edible glitter. I'm using like a little silver color
[1:52] Speaker 3: stirred up some more. I hope it starts to sparkle.
[1:58] Speaker 3: It's like a little magic potion.
[2:02] Speaker 1: And this is the Witches Crew.
[2:04] Speaker 3: Enjoy Welcome back to Cocktails Jersey Discussion. Hey, y'all, I'm
[2:09] Speaker 3: Kiky said.
[2:10] Speaker 2: So, I'm Medina Monroe, and a lot goes into recording.
[2:13] Speaker 2: You do all this stuff behind the scenes, and that's
[2:16] Speaker 2: why I got the drink mix stuff.
[2:18] Speaker 1: That's all right, they won't know. Cheers, y'all. Oh, this
[2:22] Speaker 1: might need some lemonades. My oh's strong. It's not as
[2:26] Speaker 1: tard as I thought it would be. A put lemonade
[2:28] Speaker 1: in it. I'm not mad.
[2:30] Speaker 2: And listen, a halloween drink is a Halloween drink.
[2:32] Speaker 3: Something spooky might happen. I don't know, are you guys
[2:36] Speaker 3: in the I have something sweet up in there.
[2:38] Speaker 1: A strong and that's a that's gin. Yeah, there's gin.
[2:43] Speaker 3: It's only two and a half ounces. I'm measured, measured.
[2:46] Speaker 3: I was not heavy handed today. There's gin, there's lemonade,
[2:51] Speaker 3: there's club soda to water it down.
[2:55] Speaker 2: That's just a strong gin.
[2:57] Speaker 1: Yeah, it's set indigo gin.
[2:59] Speaker 3: But I'm I've been having fun making cocktails at home
[3:03] Speaker 3: with different stuff.
[3:04] Speaker 1: I've been like all those cocktails you send me, well,
[3:07] Speaker 1: not all of them, but a lot of them. I
[3:08] Speaker 1: try to make them at home.
[3:09] Speaker 2: Have you made any of the ones where you There's
[3:10] Speaker 2: one that I saw and I'm not sure if I
[3:12] Speaker 2: sent it to you or my sister, but you melt
[3:13] Speaker 2: marshmallows and you stretch it across a martini glass and
[3:16] Speaker 2: it looks like a spider web.
[3:17] Speaker 1: It is the cutest dream. I haven't seen that one.
[3:20] Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to look at that. Yeah, look at it.
[3:22] Speaker 2: I'm gonna send to you. It's very cute. I love Halloween.
[3:25] Speaker 2: We're almost there, y'all.
[3:27] Speaker 3: I think what I like about the fall and winter
[3:30] Speaker 3: is how celebratory people get with like decorations, outfits, Like
[3:36] Speaker 3: Halloween is Halloween. But then when Christmas rolls around, there's
[3:38] Speaker 3: the ugly Christmas sweater parties. And I mean, nobody really
[3:42] Speaker 3: dresses up for Thanksgiving. You just need big clothes so
[3:44] Speaker 3: you can eat. But I just love this time of year.
[3:49] Speaker 3: It's fun to decorate. Are you decorating for Halloween?
[3:51] Speaker 2: You know? I know you want to be here, and
[3:53] Speaker 2: that's I wanted to, Like, I'm one of those decorators
[3:56] Speaker 2: where I'm kind of flaky with it, Like if I'm
[3:58] Speaker 2: gonna be home and I get to enjoy the decorations,
[4:00] Speaker 2: and I'm absolutely going to do it, but I'll be
[4:02] Speaker 2: in Iceland during Halloween and I leave on the twenty ninth.
[4:05] Speaker 1: So I was like, dang.
[4:06] Speaker 2: But my sister is one of those decorators where she's
[4:08] Speaker 2: starting on September thirtieth, oh, or she puts up her Halloween.
[4:12] Speaker 2: She has kids, They're going to like really interact with it.
[4:14] Speaker 2: I want to be that person deep down inside.
[4:17] Speaker 1: But I'm not.
[4:17] Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm not either, but I do appreciate everybody else's
[4:21] Speaker 3: I love when people post about it. Have you seen
[4:23] Speaker 3: how people will take the Christmas tree but then decorated
[4:26] Speaker 3: as something else every month?
[4:28] Speaker 1: I like that too. I love the decorations.
[4:30] Speaker 2: I love it. It's very cute. Speaking of decorations, I
[4:33] Speaker 2: went into hobby Lobby because y'all know I did my
[4:35] Speaker 2: Murder Mystery dinner and I always buy stuff and take
[4:37] Speaker 2: it right back. I do that with Party City and
[4:40] Speaker 2: I do it with hobby Lobby because they are the
[4:42] Speaker 2: best places. Fore they just hide the tag or just
[4:44] Speaker 2: keep the tag and bring it back as long as
[4:45] Speaker 2: you have you receive and it doesn't look that used
[4:48] Speaker 2: was begetting on us because they were like. The lady
[4:50] Speaker 2: was like, well, I need to make sure I can
[4:51] Speaker 2: return this. I was like, I return everything, like I'm
[4:53] Speaker 2: not sure what has changed in the policy. And she
[4:58] Speaker 2: was like, well, the cups are falling out the and
[5:00] Speaker 2: I was like yeah, but I still on one of them,
[5:02] Speaker 2: and she had to bring the manager around. I was like,
[5:04] Speaker 2: y'all got to take these back because they stuff in
[5:06] Speaker 2: a hobby lobby specifically is going to sell. Teachers are
[5:09] Speaker 2: in there all day buying stuff. Uh huh, let me
[5:12] Speaker 2: return they took it.
[5:13] Speaker 1: Okay, you know what I you know, I love Amazon.
[5:19] Speaker 3: Amazon is really good to just send stuff back really quickly,
[5:23] Speaker 3: but you gotta be careful. You can't get it from
[5:24] Speaker 3: one of like the small businesses because they don't always
[5:26] Speaker 3: take your stuff back. I try not to open the stuff,
[5:30] Speaker 3: but if it is faulty, I'm sending it back. I've
[5:33] Speaker 3: sent a lot of stuff back.
[5:34] Speaker 2: Oh. I know Amazon hates to see me coming because
[5:36] Speaker 2: I did a whole baby shower and sent everything back.
[5:38] Speaker 1: No, Medina, it's not a party rental company. Big stupid.
[5:44] Speaker 1: They take it, took it. I don't know why, having
[5:48] Speaker 1: another baby, so I don't need it.
[5:49] Speaker 3: I don't want to waste it. So what kind of
[5:51] Speaker 3: stuff are you buying and taking back? Because cups, I'm
[5:53] Speaker 3: assuming these were the unused Okay, you can't assume you
[5:56] Speaker 3: can't send the cups. Oh the cups that I took
[5:59] Speaker 3: back to hobby lot.
[6:00] Speaker 2: Yes, so when you you the table you were sent
[6:01] Speaker 2: of that his and hers cup, nobody drink out of it,
[6:04] Speaker 2: and I still have the box.
[6:05] Speaker 1: So I put the back.
[6:05] Speaker 2: But like the baby shows, yeah, the baby shower, I
[6:08] Speaker 2: sent the little baby's back, little plastic babies back. I
[6:11] Speaker 2: sent the comfetti back. I sent the baby the pacifier,
[6:16] Speaker 2: big plastics.
[6:17] Speaker 3: Somebody, Needa, you are my mama, because when we have
[6:21] Speaker 3: been throwing these parties from my grandparents lately, she's like,
[6:24] Speaker 3: uh uh, we need to take this back. We can
[6:26] Speaker 3: take this backroom to take this back. She's dusting stuff off,
[6:29] Speaker 3: checking no spillach is going back.
[6:31] Speaker 2: Yeah, if it's messed up, I won't send it back.
[6:33] Speaker 2: But if it's in perfectly good shape and I still
[6:35] Speaker 2: have all the packaging, it's definitely going back.
[6:37] Speaker 3: I mean, it is what it is. I'm not bad
[6:40] Speaker 3: at you anyway.
[6:42] Speaker 1: What have you been up, Tom? I have been living life.
[6:50] Speaker 1: What is this face?
[6:52] Speaker 4: Oh?
[6:52] Speaker 1: No, girl, it just when I tell you.
[6:55] Speaker 2: Okay, the bathroom has been getting renovated, and I feel
[6:58] Speaker 2: like the mess in the house has been causing a
[7:01] Speaker 2: mess in my life and in my mind. Have you
[7:02] Speaker 2: ever felt like that, like when everything is just messy
[7:05] Speaker 2: in a array, like you kind of feel messy in
[7:07] Speaker 2: a ray and it is actually like that.
[7:08] Speaker 1: My car is really dirty.
[7:09] Speaker 2: And I don't know if you remember, like three years ago,
[7:11] Speaker 2: I took a vow and I was like, I'm not
[7:12] Speaker 2: gonna be one of the bitches with a dirty car,
[7:14] Speaker 2: right because I used to be and I was, and
[7:16] Speaker 2: now I'm back to it. Yeah, And I'm like, okay,
[7:18] Speaker 2: I need to get some things back organized and get
[7:21] Speaker 2: like my thoughts organized. It's just a lot going on
[7:24] Speaker 2: that I'm trying to do better with organization. And I
[7:28] Speaker 2: feel like since the bathroom looks crazy, which is finally finished, okay,
[7:31] Speaker 2: I can start to get some things back in order.
[7:34] Speaker 2: I haven't even thought about the clothes I'm gonna wear
[7:37] Speaker 2: in Iceland. That's stressing me out. That's right around the
[7:40] Speaker 2: corner it's right around the corner. And I'm just like,
[7:42] Speaker 2: I don't know what to I don't know what to wear. Like,
[7:45] Speaker 2: I'm just like, should I just get like one boot
[7:48] Speaker 2: and make sure that one boot comfy boot can match
[7:51] Speaker 2: with like four different outfits. We're there for six days
[7:54] Speaker 2: and then get some comfy I don't know what to
[7:55] Speaker 2: work is. It is gonna be cold. I'm just like, okay.
[8:00] Speaker 1: And where are you even going to be able to
[8:01] Speaker 1: get super cold stuff?
[8:04] Speaker 2: Because I'm gonna I'm gonna have to have a really
[8:07] Speaker 2: good jacket. We're going to an ice okay, parka, Yeah,
[8:11] Speaker 2: I think I have a parka, but I don't know
[8:13] Speaker 2: if it's long enough. We're going to an ice cave.
[8:16] Speaker 2: We're doing a little icy hike. We're doing the Blue Lagoon.
[8:21] Speaker 1: So it's like, I also need a basis you need
[8:22] Speaker 1: like some hiking boots. Need a little hiking boot? Does
[8:27] Speaker 1: that exist?
[8:28] Speaker 2: We gonna see.
[8:29] Speaker 1: I don't go to Dick's. I don't I mean, do
[8:32] Speaker 1: they have anything cute in there for boots? I don't know.
[8:36] Speaker 2: I don't know. I'm gonna have to really go to
[8:37] Speaker 2: TikTok and see, like what the hiking people are doing.
[8:39] Speaker 3: Because I initially pictured like moon boots and like when
[8:43] Speaker 3: people go to like ski I know that skiing and
[8:46] Speaker 3: hiking are two different things, but I'm thinking about cute stuff.
[8:49] Speaker 1: Those are not practical. I don't think you can hike
[8:51] Speaker 1: in those.
[8:52] Speaker 2: I don't know, I don't think it's a real hike,
[8:54] Speaker 2: but I still want to, you know, I like comfort. Yeah,
[8:57] Speaker 2: so okay, so that it's been a minute since we recorded,
[9:01] Speaker 2: so I also wanted I don't know if I shared
[9:02] Speaker 2: this in a bonus episode or if we already talked
[9:05] Speaker 2: about it, but I went to the Woman Evolved Conference,
[9:07] Speaker 2: Like I got myself a ticket for my birthday, and
[9:08] Speaker 2: that was my little birthday gift to myself. I wasn't
[9:12] Speaker 2: it was life changing, Like I wasn't sure what it
[9:14] Speaker 2: was going to be like and how like how I
[9:17] Speaker 2: was gonna feel. I've never been to a woman's conference
[9:19] Speaker 2: like ever, and so it was just amazing to be
[9:22] Speaker 2: around so many women that just I'm in a place
[9:27] Speaker 2: in my life where I'm trying to like expand my community,
[9:30] Speaker 2: and it was just amazing. I saw people from high school.
[9:32] Speaker 2: Serena came, it was her birthday to my sister came.
[9:37] Speaker 1: She really need. Everybody just really needed it.
[9:39] Speaker 2: And sometimes have you ever been in a space with
[9:40] Speaker 2: somebody where it's like a healing, transformative space and you
[9:43] Speaker 2: don't be knowing what other people are going through and
[9:45] Speaker 2: they might not be knowing what you're going through, but
[9:46] Speaker 2: then the space just provides the space for you to
[9:50] Speaker 2: just kind of like open up about whatever it is,
[9:53] Speaker 2: and you're like, wow, you really don't know what people
[9:55] Speaker 2: are going through, what they're struggling with. And it just
[9:58] Speaker 2: taught me to be a little bit more sensitive with people.
[10:02] Speaker 2: I already try to be like that, but every now
[10:04] Speaker 2: and again I listened to episodes and I'm like, damn,
[10:05] Speaker 2: she sounded real me. So it made me just realize
[10:09] Speaker 2: to talk kindly to yourself, talk kindly to people. And
[10:11] Speaker 2: it was a beautiful experience. It was cool that it
[10:14] Speaker 2: was in Arlington. Is always there, It's always there. But
[10:17] Speaker 2: next year it'll be in Atlanta. It already sold out. Now,
[10:21] Speaker 2: it already sold out, It's sold out, and it'll be
[10:24] Speaker 2: at State Farm Marina. So I'm really excited to go
[10:28] Speaker 2: next year. I already got my ticket and it was
[10:30] Speaker 2: just literally it was amazing. There was something else I
[10:34] Speaker 2: was going to tell you I think it slipped my mind.
[10:36] Speaker 2: Oh I went to my first Hawks game. I went
[10:39] Speaker 2: to my first, my very first for years.
[10:42] Speaker 1: Isn't that.
[10:44] Speaker 2: I had so much fune And it was a preseason
[10:46] Speaker 2: game or a practice game whatever the games are where
[10:48] Speaker 2: it doesn't count.
[10:49] Speaker 1: Like a preseason game, okay.
[10:51] Speaker 2: And so my girlfriend Schanel, she was like, hey, girl,
[10:53] Speaker 2: I got I'm a Hawks member and I'm just like
[10:55] Speaker 2: planning out my months and I want to invite each
[10:58] Speaker 2: of my friends to each game, a bunch of different games.
[11:00] Speaker 2: She's like, do you want to come? And I was like,
[11:02] Speaker 2: I've actually never been to a Hawks game. She was like,
[11:04] Speaker 2: Dan used to be dating rich Man and I was like, shit, shit,
[11:07] Speaker 2: I had to do that. And I was like, yeah,
[11:09] Speaker 2: I just I've never been to a game. I was like,
[11:10] Speaker 2: what do I wear? Can I look comfy? Because I'm
[11:12] Speaker 2: not about to be wearing he was walking up and
[11:13] Speaker 2: down steps. She's like, well, we got good seats. It
[11:15] Speaker 2: was real, it was good. They played the seventy six ers.
[11:18] Speaker 2: They lost, but we looked. It's so funny because like
[11:21] Speaker 2: when women are at the basketball and I always wonder
[11:23] Speaker 2: what is everyone talking about? Because there are some girls
[11:25] Speaker 2: that really are like they act like.
[11:27] Speaker 1: Men and they're like y'all and they're like really.
[11:31] Speaker 2: I was like, okay, girl, like calm down. And then
[11:32] Speaker 2: there's some of us who are like, Okay, he's really fine.
[11:36] Speaker 2: He looks like a child, but he's cute. Like there
[11:38] Speaker 2: was a little player. I was like, oh, it's a
[11:40] Speaker 2: lot of new players on the team. Trey Young always
[11:43] Speaker 2: looks like he just woke up from a toddler nap
[11:46] Speaker 2: with his hair, with his little hair. Some of them
[11:49] Speaker 2: got big booties nothing. I was like, look at his buddy,
[11:52] Speaker 2: like just the conversations were amazing. I saw my cousin there.
[11:55] Speaker 2: It was I had a really good time. And I
[11:57] Speaker 2: love that my friends love boogie stuff because she was like, oh,
[12:01] Speaker 2: we have lounge access, let's go to It was real food,
[12:04] Speaker 2: like a plated food, a taco stand if you wanted candy,
[12:07] Speaker 2: if you wanted popcorn. I had such a really good time. Yeah,
[12:13] Speaker 2: it was just great. I'm sure there's other things I
[12:15] Speaker 2: need to catch all up on, but we'll let you
[12:17] Speaker 2: catch them up on what you've been up to.
[12:19] Speaker 1: Okay, let's see, So what have I done recently?
[12:23] Speaker 3: Okay, so last weekend I went to the Gucci main Symphony. Yeah,
[12:29] Speaker 3: I saw you, but you were far away you couldn't
[12:30] Speaker 3: hear me.
[12:31] Speaker 1: I saw Tiffany and she was like Kiki's coming out.
[12:33] Speaker 1: I had so much fun.
[12:34] Speaker 3: It was a good time. I thought that he was
[12:37] Speaker 3: going to multiple cities. I didn't realize it was just here.
[12:41] Speaker 3: I'm sorry y'all missed it. It was so much fun.
[12:44] Speaker 3: And then just to see everybody. If you don't know,
[12:46] Speaker 3: when you go to the symphony, you should dress up.
[12:48] Speaker 1: I saw some people who didn't read anything.
[12:51] Speaker 3: And they just didn't know, so they were looking crazy,
[12:55] Speaker 3: not dressed. But the tickets weren't cheap, so they still
[12:57] Speaker 3: let them in and it was fine. People were dressed
[13:00] Speaker 3: to the nines. I love seeing all the men and
[13:03] Speaker 3: the women being dressed up. It was just such a
[13:06] Speaker 3: cool experience. I was taking a lot of videos. I
[13:09] Speaker 3: was highly entertained by the orchestra themselves. A video with
[13:13] Speaker 3: the blonde hair and with the girl next to her. Yes,
[13:16] Speaker 3: they were cutting up. And then on the other side
[13:19] Speaker 3: there was a guy who was sitting all the way
[13:21] Speaker 3: on the end. He was playing on violin, and then
[13:23] Speaker 3: the conductor he was lead, so when he put on
[13:27] Speaker 3: that sequin jacket at the end, So what's that song
[13:30] Speaker 3: where he's like, I don't wear tight jeans like the
[13:33] Speaker 3: white he tied on.
[13:34] Speaker 1: Dropped it like it's hot, I said, and they knew
[13:36] Speaker 1: the words.
[13:37] Speaker 2: The conductor was like, bricks, all white bricks.
[13:41] Speaker 1: Like, yo, this was a white man. What is Atlanta? Baby?
[13:45] Speaker 1: It don't matter and you can tell.
[13:46] Speaker 2: The symphony was like, I love when we get to
[13:49] Speaker 2: do stuff like this because I'm pretty sure most time
[13:50] Speaker 2: is boring.
[13:51] Speaker 3: And okay, so they're the Atlanta Pop Symphony, So do
[13:54] Speaker 3: they get to do Is that the group that gets
[13:56] Speaker 3: to do a lot of these because they've had other people?
[13:59] Speaker 2: How they had Tibz did it and Gucci did it.
[14:01] Speaker 2: I don't know who else did it.
[14:03] Speaker 3: I was talking, but not just rappers, but like other
[14:07] Speaker 3: popular music versus classical music. I was just wondering if
[14:10] Speaker 3: that's why it's the pop Symphony.
[14:12] Speaker 1: I don't know me either.
[14:13] Speaker 3: So when we were leaving, one of my friends she
[14:16] Speaker 3: got to go for free she she was there covering
[14:19] Speaker 3: the no my friend Adrian.
[14:23] Speaker 1: Oh, I called her, yeah, I saw her.
[14:26] Speaker 5: Yeah, And then she was telling me she knew two
[14:28] Speaker 5: people who just snuck in. I said, well, excuse me,
[14:31] Speaker 5: because again it wasn't cheap ticket. That was a nice
[14:35] Speaker 5: little celebratory gift.
[14:37] Speaker 1: For me and my friends. So did you see me,
[14:39] Speaker 1: Mimi Lee? I did. She was right like one row
[14:42] Speaker 1: ahead of me. I was trying.
[14:43] Speaker 2: I wanted to meet her sole but she left early.
[14:45] Speaker 1: Oh really, So I saw her during the intermission.
[14:48] Speaker 3: I had gone to the bar, and so she was
[14:50] Speaker 3: standing right there and I saw her, and my first
[14:53] Speaker 3: thought was, oh, that was like Meanni. I didn't realize
[14:56] Speaker 3: it was her at first because she was standing like
[14:58] Speaker 3: by the door in the shadows.
[14:59] Speaker 2: And she looked so different.
[15:01] Speaker 3: Well, I wasn't gonna say that part, but yeah, I'm.
[15:04] Speaker 1: Trying to skate around it. Yeah, but yeah, I saw her.
[15:08] Speaker 1: I saw I saw.
[15:10] Speaker 3: A bunch of people who I know who haven't seen
[15:13] Speaker 3: a while. I ran into holiday and his wife.
[15:15] Speaker 1: I saw her. Didn't know that they were on family feud.
[15:18] Speaker 3: No did they win, Yes, they won the twenty five
[15:21] Speaker 3: thousand dollars that like, they went and then they got
[15:24] Speaker 3: to go again.
[15:25] Speaker 1: And so his wife was Ebony.
[15:27] Speaker 3: She was telling me before it was a long time ago,
[15:29] Speaker 3: and then we were talking about it. Uh, this was
[15:31] Speaker 3: like a bucket list thing. I'm saying, Oh, my god,
[15:33] Speaker 3: me too, and y'all really got to go twice and
[15:36] Speaker 3: one yeah, and I watched it was a good episode.
[15:39] Speaker 3: Well good episodes. Okay, so Gucci mane, what else did
[15:43] Speaker 3: I do? I went to the Murder Mystery thing uh
[15:46] Speaker 3: dinner and that That's the first time I've ever done
[15:50] Speaker 3: gone to one of those. So it was really interesting
[15:52] Speaker 3: to see how it's done.
[15:53] Speaker 1: It was fun.
[15:54] Speaker 3: I did not guess correctly, but I was having a
[15:57] Speaker 3: blast trying to put the pieces of the puzzle.
[16:00] Speaker 1: I could do that.
[16:01] Speaker 2: I would do it again, but with way more vibes
[16:04] Speaker 2: Like Murder Mystery Company is amazing cool, but they're like
[16:07] Speaker 2: the only murder Mystery company that like we'll go, that
[16:11] Speaker 2: will go, and they actually have a business running. You
[16:13] Speaker 2: don't have to worry about maybe actor not gonna show
[16:15] Speaker 2: up or do they have the script and they don't.
[16:16] Speaker 1: Need you to do anything.
[16:17] Speaker 2: I in my mind the whole time, me and my
[16:19] Speaker 2: girlfriend Sneche were like, it would be amazing if there
[16:21] Speaker 2: was a black acting company that would do this, because
[16:23] Speaker 2: we were already like this could be so much fun,
[16:25] Speaker 2: Like imagine doing a who Shot Biggie Murder Mystery?
[16:29] Speaker 1: Didn't it?
[16:29] Speaker 2: And just like adding vibes to it, like, so it doesn't.
[16:32] Speaker 1: The culture murder? Yeah, first forty eighty, right, can you
[16:36] Speaker 1: tell your brother?
[16:37] Speaker 2: I did tell my brother, but he was like, there's
[16:38] Speaker 2: a lot of work.
[16:39] Speaker 1: And I was like, it seems like it.
[16:40] Speaker 2: Could you just try though, So I don't know. They
[16:44] Speaker 2: would be amazing. So if there's anyone out there that
[16:47] Speaker 2: is thinking about doing it, to do it, because I'm not.
[16:52] Speaker 3: And then I was when you were talking about like
[16:55] Speaker 3: being around all of these women. I've not been to
[16:57] Speaker 3: a women's conference either, but I have been in a
[17:01] Speaker 3: lot of groups where it's large groups of women, sometimes
[17:04] Speaker 3: small groups. But we had a moment like that recently
[17:06] Speaker 3: in my book club. It's all women as far as
[17:09] Speaker 3: I know. If there's men in there, they never.
[17:10] Speaker 1: Joined the meeting. There's a bunch of people that don't join,
[17:12] Speaker 1: and oh no, why I don't join?
[17:14] Speaker 6: Come on?
[17:15] Speaker 3: They bye?
[17:16] Speaker 1: What's going on? Anyway? There was one in the middle
[17:20] Speaker 1: of the month.
[17:20] Speaker 3: We're doing one tomorrow, but we do a mid month
[17:22] Speaker 3: happy hour and it's really just a check in, get
[17:25] Speaker 3: to know each other, talk more. Sometimes we'll meet up
[17:31] Speaker 3: and hang out, but everybody's all over the place.
[17:33] Speaker 1: Anyway.
[17:33] Speaker 3: There was one time when I was telling them, I.
[17:38] Speaker 1: Can't remember what exactly I was saying. I was just talking.
[17:40] Speaker 3: Somebody else actually started the conversation. They were talking about
[17:42] Speaker 3: like self doubt, and so she opened up. We stayed
[17:48] Speaker 3: on there till like probably eleven twelve at night, and
[17:51] Speaker 3: this starts at seven point thirty, and we were just
[17:53] Speaker 3: having a really good time talking to each other. But
[17:56] Speaker 3: then two some of the women were like, oh well,
[18:01] Speaker 3: some people had career things that they were worried about.
[18:03] Speaker 1: Oh well, I work in this field. Hit me up.
[18:05] Speaker 3: And just like having that sense of community and being
[18:09] Speaker 3: able to open up to people and not feeling like
[18:10] Speaker 3: you got a front like everything is good, or that
[18:13] Speaker 3: people are going to look at you funny and not
[18:16] Speaker 3: want to be friends with you for whatever reason.
[18:18] Speaker 1: It's just not that.
[18:18] Speaker 3: So I totally get what you mean about the groups,
[18:21] Speaker 3: and I appreciate that.
[18:23] Speaker 1: Even I said it before, but I say it again.
[18:25] Speaker 3: When my friends came to visit me Memorial Day weekend,
[18:27] Speaker 3: I was so happy because I was in a funk
[18:30] Speaker 3: and I needed them to come and they did and
[18:32] Speaker 3: it was just like such a good time. We didn't
[18:34] Speaker 3: even do too much because I got them hooked on From.
[18:37] Speaker 3: And that's the other thing I've been doing.
[18:39] Speaker 1: Is I have really gotten deep into my nerd world.
[18:43] Speaker 3: So I've been watching from But because I am so
[18:46] Speaker 3: obsessed with this show, I have been on Reddit, and
[18:49] Speaker 3: I feel like, once you get on Reddit or Discord,
[18:52] Speaker 3: you are a real Internet nerd person, and that is
[18:55] Speaker 3: me now because what I had to figure out how
[18:57] Speaker 3: to work it. But once I figured that out, we've
[19:00] Speaker 3: been on there discussing theories and I'm like, I've really
[19:02] Speaker 3: got to get a grip.
[19:03] Speaker 1: But all jokes aside.
[19:05] Speaker 3: What I love about it too, this specific show, and
[19:07] Speaker 3: I'm keep telling y'all to watch it, please watch it,
[19:09] Speaker 3: Please watch it when people are sharing their theories because
[19:14] Speaker 3: there's so much that goes into putting a mystery show
[19:17] Speaker 3: like this together. There's like historical elements and stuff. I mean,
[19:20] Speaker 3: who knows is we still haven't solved the mystery. But
[19:22] Speaker 3: when people are trying to put together clues, it opens
[19:25] Speaker 3: you up to being able to learn about different cultures,
[19:29] Speaker 3: different customs because they talk about different Native American tribes
[19:34] Speaker 3: who have certain things that are like parallel to things
[19:38] Speaker 3: that are happening in the show.
[19:39] Speaker 1: And y'all know, I just love learning stuff random information.
[19:42] Speaker 3: So if I'm ever on a game show, I don't know,
[19:44] Speaker 3: but it's just been fun exploring that and then what else.
[19:49] Speaker 3: I kind of feel like that's it. We did the
[19:52] Speaker 3: event with Elizabeth Gilbert.
[19:55] Speaker 2: It was amazing, you guys. I can't wait till y'all
[19:58] Speaker 2: see the episode.
[20:00] Speaker 1: That was the first time.
[20:01] Speaker 2: Kiki and I did a live taping, so it was
[20:03] Speaker 2: really like a little mini talk show.
[20:06] Speaker 3: I thought her story was really interesting. Some of the
[20:10] Speaker 3: times I thought she was like making a joke about
[20:13] Speaker 3: things she did, and then I realized, oh, she's not joking,
[20:15] Speaker 3: because I said, wait a minute, for real, and she's
[20:17] Speaker 3: like yes, and I'm like, wow, that's so crazy.
[20:20] Speaker 1: But it was also really interesting to see.
[20:23] Speaker 3: Somebody be that open about their I can't think of
[20:28] Speaker 3: a better word, crazy behavior. And she kept telling us
[20:31] Speaker 3: when we would ask yourself, I am not a normal person.
[20:34] Speaker 3: I cannot tell you need to have a professional I
[20:36] Speaker 3: can only tell you.
[20:37] Speaker 1: About what I've done.
[20:39] Speaker 3: And so I hope that whenever you guys do hear
[20:42] Speaker 3: the episode, but maybe you can take something from it.
[20:45] Speaker 3: You may not be a love addict or a sex
[20:47] Speaker 3: addict or anything like that, but even if you don't
[20:50] Speaker 3: have an addiction issue. Sometimes we still have traits that
[20:56] Speaker 3: somebody who has an addiction has or behaviors, and we
[20:59] Speaker 3: can check those and just sometimes you need to hear
[21:01] Speaker 3: somebody else talk about it to realize.
[21:03] Speaker 1: Oh I was.
[21:04] Speaker 2: Because there were several moments where it sounded crazy and
[21:06] Speaker 2: I was.
[21:07] Speaker 1: Like, oh girl, yeah, no, I'm not buying anybody a car.
[21:09] Speaker 2: And then she would give a different example on like
[21:13] Speaker 2: the beginner at attic scale, you'd be like, maybe I
[21:16] Speaker 2: do have a slight itch.
[21:18] Speaker 3: Right, And then it's like, yeah, people always I think
[21:21] Speaker 3: with any addiction, you always think about when somebody is
[21:24] Speaker 3: whatever the deep end is, when they've gone off in
[21:26] Speaker 3: the deep end for you.
[21:27] Speaker 1: What you think that is. And it's not always extreme.
[21:30] Speaker 3: Sometimes it's just repetitive behaviors, patterns and things like that.
[21:34] Speaker 3: So really interesting conversation. It was nice to meet her.
[21:38] Speaker 3: When y'all will see that later.
[21:40] Speaker 2: Another quick little like y'all going here and when you
[21:42] Speaker 2: listen to episode, But when she talked about marriage not
[21:45] Speaker 2: being beneficial to a woman at all and how society
[21:48] Speaker 2: thinks that, Oh, like men really walk around thinking like
[21:51] Speaker 2: this is beneficial for you?
[21:52] Speaker 1: Get it? They love to say that's a rhetoric and
[21:54] Speaker 1: you're thinking.
[21:54] Speaker 2: On a surface level, bro like, and when she really
[21:57] Speaker 2: broke that down, I feel like everybody was just like.
[22:00] Speaker 3: You know what's funny about her saying that. A few
[22:04] Speaker 3: days later, I get my phone is blown up. I'm
[22:07] Speaker 3: getting a FaceTime call from my aunt and my mom
[22:09] Speaker 3: in like a group FaceTime. So I'm like, oh, lord,
[22:11] Speaker 3: this is bad news. So I answered the phone. No,
[22:14] Speaker 3: it wasn't bad news. It's my aunt in one box,
[22:16] Speaker 3: and then Phoenix, my little baby niece in the other.
[22:19] Speaker 3: They're talking about, oh, it's calling you see, won't be lonely.
[22:21] Speaker 3: I was like, I was actually on the phone. I
[22:23] Speaker 3: thought it was an emergency, but okay, I'll talk to y'all.
[22:25] Speaker 3: That was the most chaotic FaceTime call I have been
[22:28] Speaker 3: on ever. So my mom was with my nieces at
[22:33] Speaker 3: their house because my sister's husband he works out of
[22:37] Speaker 3: town sometimes, so he's out of town. And then she
[22:40] Speaker 3: had some clients that evening, so my mom is there
[22:42] Speaker 3: with him after school or whatever. So it's my mom
[22:44] Speaker 3: and the three girls. First of all, Phoenix tells my
[22:47] Speaker 3: mom to get off the phone and go back to
[22:49] Speaker 3: the kitchen, and my mom is like, I mean, she
[22:50] Speaker 3: didn't say it just like that, but she's like, you
[22:52] Speaker 3: need to go to the kitchen because my mom says,
[22:55] Speaker 3: oh yeah, Phoenix wants me to go back in the
[22:57] Speaker 3: kitchen I'm cooking.
[22:58] Speaker 1: She's afraid. She's probably afraid I'm going to burn their
[23:00] Speaker 1: house down. Well, y'all exactly.
[23:03] Speaker 3: My niece said, well, she burned her own house down,
[23:06] Speaker 3: So that little Phoenix is a sassy something.
[23:09] Speaker 2: That's that gentle parenting. He never got a pop.
[23:12] Speaker 3: Well, no, it's not the gentle parenting. It's just I
[23:14] Speaker 3: think she bit her tongue. For a long time. Everybody
[23:17] Speaker 3: was poking her talk talk talk, talk talk, And now
[23:19] Speaker 3: it's like, well damn girl, oh easy. And then so
[23:24] Speaker 3: we're talking some more. My mama is jumping in and out.
[23:27] Speaker 3: Phoenix keeps looking like, are you paying attention to the
[23:29] Speaker 3: kitchen because you don't need to burn my house down.
[23:31] Speaker 3: My nieces are jumping in and out. Then they add
[23:33] Speaker 3: Sean and.
[23:33] Speaker 1: Walk her in.
[23:34] Speaker 3: So now there's me, my two aunts and my mother
[23:40] Speaker 3: in the four boxes. There's only four boxes, but the
[23:42] Speaker 3: children keep popping in and out. People are having conversation.
[23:45] Speaker 3: I was just like, oh my god. Then Sean kept
[23:47] Speaker 3: trying to get off the phone. They wouldn't let her
[23:48] Speaker 3: off the phone. They're talking about some sort of bracelets
[23:51] Speaker 3: where you get a bracelet. Tell me if you've heard
[23:52] Speaker 3: about this. You get a bracelet and they have different
[23:55] Speaker 3: colors and they're different animals, and so whenever you get
[23:58] Speaker 3: the bracelet, it's attached to or it sink to an
[24:03] Speaker 3: animal that has some sort of tracking device, so you
[24:05] Speaker 3: can go online and see where your animal is.
[24:09] Speaker 2: Like not the charms that you go into that into
[24:12] Speaker 2: that little not the diamond store, but it's the little
[24:15] Speaker 2: stones and you can only get them in certain countries.
[24:17] Speaker 3: I don't know nothing about that now, okay, it no Pandora,
[24:21] Speaker 3: it's Amazon. But people's animals were getting poached if some
[24:26] Speaker 3: of them died, but anyway you could. I mean, they're cheap,
[24:30] Speaker 3: so get another one.
[24:32] Speaker 1: So they're talking about that and all this other stuff.
[24:34] Speaker 3: And I was just like, oh my god, I am overwound.
[24:37] Speaker 3: But it was nice to see them. I think I'm
[24:38] Speaker 3: going to stay here or Thanksgiving. That was a lot.
[24:42] Speaker 1: I think I'll stay home for the holidays.
[24:44] Speaker 2: For Thanksgiving as well.
[24:46] Speaker 1: I think I might go to Louisiana or Texas. For Christmas.
[24:50] Speaker 3: We'll see me and my aunt also talked about going
[24:54] Speaker 3: down to Savannah sometime in that holiday season, not on
[24:56] Speaker 3: the actual holiday. I don't know what she got going on,
[24:59] Speaker 3: but she says she had a part a plane experience
[25:01] Speaker 3: that would be free to us and she just needed
[25:03] Speaker 3: to check the dates.
[25:03] Speaker 1: So I said, what girls signed me up? I don't know.
[25:07] Speaker 3: I don't know if it's I don't know if it's
[25:09] Speaker 3: that or if it's her job.
[25:11] Speaker 1: I mean, we're just going to Savannah, So that's just
[25:13] Speaker 1: you know.
[25:14] Speaker 2: That is one thing I missed about being a flight
[25:16] Speaker 2: attendant is being on the private planes by myself. Like
[25:19] Speaker 2: it was just the pilots in the front, and then
[25:20] Speaker 2: I would be in the back and we would be
[25:21] Speaker 2: going to pick up a client. And granted I was working,
[25:23] Speaker 2: but it just felt.
[25:24] Speaker 1: So did you pretend and like getting character? Did I?
[25:29] Speaker 2: There were many times and I would just be walking
[25:30] Speaker 2: back there, would take my shoes off and just act
[25:32] Speaker 2: like it was my plane.
[25:33] Speaker 1: Eat my little lunch back there. I just I absolutely
[25:37] Speaker 1: loved it.
[25:37] Speaker 2: I wanted to. This just popped up in my mind.
[25:39] Speaker 2: When I was at the women's conference, the Women Evolved Conference,
[25:42] Speaker 2: I met a bunch of listeners and it was just
[25:45] Speaker 2: so cool to see them in a totally different type
[25:47] Speaker 2: of space, like nobody's cussing or using the N word,
[25:51] Speaker 2: and it was just really cool. I shout out to y'all,
[25:53] Speaker 2: it was amazing. I took some pictures, We talked, we laughed,
[25:55] Speaker 2: and it was just an incredible time to see them.
[25:59] Speaker 2: There was something else I wanted to say before we
[26:01] Speaker 2: move on to weird sex, and that is another thing
[26:03] Speaker 2: that we talked about with Elizabeth Gilbert and I talked
[26:06] Speaker 2: about it with my girlfriend Cec the importance of women
[26:12] Speaker 2: taking a moment like if you can do it for
[26:14] Speaker 2: a long time, cool. If you can't, you should aim
[26:18] Speaker 2: to have one day out of the week. If you
[26:20] Speaker 2: can't do a full day, a few hours out of
[26:22] Speaker 2: the week where you do not have any male energy
[26:25] Speaker 2: around you. That's not your dad, not your dad, not
[26:29] Speaker 2: your brother, not your cousin, not your man, not your
[26:32] Speaker 2: male dog. If you got a little boy dog, let
[26:35] Speaker 2: somebody watch him, because it says you can. They were
[26:38] Speaker 2: talking about how like tapping into your femininity really takes, like, no,
[26:42] Speaker 2: you can't even talk to a man, and I was like, wow.
[26:47] Speaker 1: I've never done that.
[26:51] Speaker 3: I love my meantime with just me, no men. I
[26:55] Speaker 3: like a lot of that time. I appreciate it. It
[26:58] Speaker 3: helps me made sure that I'm me and that I'm
[27:03] Speaker 3: in tune with how I feel like. Not even like
[27:06] Speaker 3: being around other women as cool too, but sometimes just
[27:08] Speaker 3: by yourself.
[27:10] Speaker 2: This was specifically just no masculine energey.
[27:12] Speaker 3: Yeah, but like being around men sometimes not everybody, but
[27:15] Speaker 3: some people kind.
[27:16] Speaker 1: Of change up how they are or were hesitant.
[27:20] Speaker 2: And the CC was even telling me about She was like, people,
[27:23] Speaker 2: sometimes you don't realize it as a woman because women
[27:26] Speaker 2: are just used to this. It might not even be
[27:27] Speaker 2: your changing yourself in a way where it's like pick me,
[27:30] Speaker 2: pick me, or oh there's somebody cutter. And it might
[27:32] Speaker 2: be like, oh, maybe I won't wear this shirt because
[27:36] Speaker 2: my if it is cold, my nipples might get harder.
[27:38] Speaker 2: Such and such as Granddaddy's gonna be there. But you
[27:40] Speaker 2: have to, like we go into our mind and overthink
[27:43] Speaker 2: stuff when any type of man is going to be around.
[27:45] Speaker 2: I was like, wow, you really might do there. I'm
[27:47] Speaker 2: not gonna wear the same because my little nephew's gonna
[27:50] Speaker 2: be there, even his last gotta go. You can't talk
[27:52] Speaker 2: to none of them all day, y'all. So I just
[27:54] Speaker 2: wanted to share that.
[27:55] Speaker 1: Have you tried it? I haven't tried yet. I haven't
[27:57] Speaker 1: had an opportunity. I haven't had the opportunity to try it.
[28:02] Speaker 2: So I was trying to think about like when I
[28:05] Speaker 2: would actually be able to try and I'm honestly gonna
[28:07] Speaker 2: have to look at my calendar.
[28:09] Speaker 1: Well, good love, you have to report back and let
[28:13] Speaker 1: us know how it goes.
[28:13] Speaker 3: Okay, you guys, We're gonna go ahead and move on
[28:16] Speaker 3: to weird sex.
[28:18] Speaker 1: All right, kiky.
[28:18] Speaker 2: So you know, the internet and apps in general can
[28:22] Speaker 2: be a wild place. I don't know about your dms,
[28:25] Speaker 2: but my dms get some wild requests, interesting requests, and
[28:28] Speaker 2: a lot of times on Patreon, we do live cocktails
[28:31] Speaker 2: with our audience and they share their different escapades or
[28:35] Speaker 2: sexcapades or cocktails as we like to call it here,
[28:38] Speaker 2: and they're always searching for a community.
[28:41] Speaker 3: And then sometimes they get inspired because they're curious about
[28:44] Speaker 3: trying new things.
[28:45] Speaker 1: They're curious.
[28:46] Speaker 3: Last patreonlve, we stayed on there a long time after
[28:49] Speaker 3: you got off, and somebody had opened up and said
[28:51] Speaker 3: that they were looking into exploring different options with one
[28:55] Speaker 3: of their friends that they made but they didn't want
[28:57] Speaker 3: to mess it up.
[28:58] Speaker 1: But I feel like they need to try the app.
[29:02] Speaker 2: I'm glad you said you feel like it because the
[29:04] Speaker 2: app is Field. Yeah, Field, the Field.
[29:08] Speaker 1: Appeld y'all got to check out Field. It's a really
[29:11] Speaker 1: cool app.
[29:12] Speaker 3: It's unlike many other apps where you're just spending endless
[29:16] Speaker 3: time swipe and swipe and swipe, and then you might.
[29:19] Speaker 1: Mistakenly swipe the wrong way.
[29:21] Speaker 3: I don't remember if you go left or right, but
[29:23] Speaker 3: you swipe the wrong way and now the person is
[29:24] Speaker 3: gone and.
[29:25] Speaker 2: You can go back and find who you swiping too
[29:27] Speaker 2: fast and skip.
[29:28] Speaker 3: Yeah.
[29:29] Speaker 1: I think it's really cool.
[29:29] Speaker 3: I also love how you can explore so many different things.
[29:33] Speaker 3: There's over twenty different gender and sexual identities on there
[29:37] Speaker 3: twenty twenty, so there's all kinds of different things. If
[29:40] Speaker 3: you're curious about things, if you know but you're looking
[29:44] Speaker 3: for your people, you're trying to build your community, you
[29:46] Speaker 3: can They even have a really cool feature where you
[29:48] Speaker 3: can link like social profiles and you can link up
[29:52] Speaker 3: with you can link your profile with your friends, and
[29:55] Speaker 3: then you can even do group chats on there. It's
[29:57] Speaker 3: a lot of different things you can even make friends
[29:59] Speaker 3: on there, not just for dating and things of that nature.
[30:03] Speaker 1: You can just meet friends. It's hard to meet friends sometimes.
[30:06] Speaker 2: It really is, and you can try new things. And
[30:08] Speaker 2: what I like about the Field app is it is
[30:10] Speaker 2: an open community for open, honest conversation, so they make
[30:15] Speaker 2: sure that that's in their guidelines. People are honest there.
[30:17] Speaker 2: You don't have to worry about somebody lying to you
[30:18] Speaker 2: about something.
[30:19] Speaker 3: Okay, And that's really important. So enough of us rambling
[30:23] Speaker 3: about Field. We want you guys to try it. Just
[30:25] Speaker 3: make sure you go and download the Field app today.
[30:28] Speaker 1: It's fee ld.
[30:30] Speaker 3: It's available in the App Store and Google Play.
[30:35] Speaker 4: You said a man is not a necessity.
[30:38] Speaker 1: A man is a luxury like dessert. Yeah, a man
[30:42] Speaker 1: is absolutely not necessity. Did you mean that to sound
[30:47] Speaker 1: mean it better? Oh not at all. I adore dessert.
[30:51] Speaker 1: I love man.
[30:52] Speaker 3: I think men are the coolest, but you don't really
[30:54] Speaker 3: need them to live. This one is about masculine shit,
[31:03] Speaker 3: all right, you guys, there is another man out here.
[31:07] Speaker 3: You know. Have you ever been curious about what it
[31:10] Speaker 3: feels like I'm pulling up the story what it feels
[31:13] Speaker 3: like to have a penis?
[31:15] Speaker 1: Uh huh?
[31:16] Speaker 2: I always compared to that. You know that little meme
[31:17] Speaker 2: where the baby elephant is just swinging his little nose around.
[31:20] Speaker 1: Would you do that?
[31:21] Speaker 3: I wonder if it would hurt, because, like, think about
[31:22] Speaker 3: I mean, I don't have them, but if you have
[31:25] Speaker 3: really saggy titties, like if you were swinging around, I
[31:27] Speaker 3: would think.
[31:27] Speaker 1: That would hurt, like if you were whipping them around
[31:30] Speaker 1: and stuff. I feel like that meat is just different. Maybe.
[31:34] Speaker 1: I mean, well, we don't know what don't You're walking
[31:36] Speaker 1: on a man swinging it around? I don't think they
[31:39] Speaker 1: just slapping it back and forth. What's going on?
[31:43] Speaker 3: I just wonder about the sensations and the feelings because
[31:47] Speaker 3: y'all keep sticking stuff up there, and I'm just wondering,
[31:52] Speaker 3: does it really feel good? Or do you like pain?
[31:55] Speaker 3: So this particular guy ended up was an X ray.
[31:59] Speaker 3: I'm well, let me not lie, probably forget, but maybe
[32:02] Speaker 3: I'll put a picture on the screen.
[32:03] Speaker 1: You can look it up.
[32:05] Speaker 3: This man went to the er because he had a
[32:09] Speaker 3: small peeing problem. Right, So first he wasn't able to
[32:13] Speaker 3: squeeze out a single drop of urine, and then he
[32:17] Speaker 3: suffered from severe lower abdominal pains. This is how it
[32:20] Speaker 3: always starts, and I saw several people reporting on this story,
[32:23] Speaker 3: like nurses and other medical professionals, and they were like,
[32:26] Speaker 3: this is so common. So they had to call the urologist,
[32:30] Speaker 3: of course, and he started to exam She started to
[32:33] Speaker 3: examine him, and she immediately noticed that something was hanging
[32:36] Speaker 3: out of his penis, something green whilch.
[32:39] Speaker 1: Looked like a piece of string.
[32:41] Speaker 3: So she couldn't remove it without the patient screaming his
[32:45] Speaker 3: lungs out. And the patient couldn't explain what the thing
[32:48] Speaker 3: was doing in there, now, sir.
[32:49] Speaker 1: Who put it there? Who did it? And the ghost?
[32:54] Speaker 2: You ever seen that movie about the ghost that keeps
[32:55] Speaker 2: harassing the woman and nobody believes her, but he really is.
[32:58] Speaker 2: He's raping her and she wait, it's called It's Gonna
[33:03] Speaker 2: Come to Me.
[33:03] Speaker 1: It's a true story.
[33:04] Speaker 2: It's an old movie. It's like a movie in the eighties.
[33:06] Speaker 2: I don't know what I want, but it's a ghost
[33:07] Speaker 2: and it's a ghost and he like he stalks her
[33:10] Speaker 2: and he tries to crash her car. But he'd be
[33:12] Speaker 2: one to have sex with the lady.
[33:15] Speaker 1: Okay, nope, I haven't seen that.
[33:18] Speaker 3: What interesting anyway, So she couldn't remove it. They had
[33:22] Speaker 3: to do X rays of course, to see what they're
[33:23] Speaker 3: working with. And guess what was hiding inside inside of
[33:29] Speaker 3: his bladder was a very long piece of cable and
[33:33] Speaker 3: one of its ends is what was dangling out of
[33:36] Speaker 3: his penis. He still claims he had no idea what
[33:40] Speaker 3: it was doing in there. Needless to say, they had
[33:42] Speaker 3: to do surgery to remove it, and when he was
[33:45] Speaker 3: opened up not much later, since this was really an
[33:47] Speaker 3: acute problem because his bladder was so severely obstructed, a
[33:51] Speaker 3: six meter long rolled up plastic green cable was removed
[33:55] Speaker 3: from his from the patient and he later reluctantly admitted, I.
[33:59] Speaker 1: Mean they got surgery.
[34:00] Speaker 3: Why don't you just tell them instead of having to
[34:02] Speaker 3: go through all of this, you could have lost your peepet.
[34:03] Speaker 1: The length that someone will go for a lie.
[34:06] Speaker 3: Yeah, when you need help, you need it to come out.
[34:09] Speaker 3: You have to pee. Imagine if your body just filled
[34:12] Speaker 3: up with bee and if.
[34:12] Speaker 1: That's what you like, that's what you like.
[34:13] Speaker 2: That's why you need to get on the field app
[34:15] Speaker 2: and get with people who open and honest about what
[34:17] Speaker 2: they like.
[34:18] Speaker 3: Anyway, he admitted that he put it in there for
[34:22] Speaker 3: personal pleasures, so they started calling him the cable guy
[34:26] Speaker 3: and he was saved. Unfortunately, He's just he's really messed
[34:33] Speaker 3: up mentally about this, and he keeps doing it. I
[34:37] Speaker 3: don't know how much longer he's gonna have a penis
[34:40] Speaker 3: after this. So y'all be careful when you're trying to
[34:42] Speaker 3: stick things up there. I would say, don't.
[34:46] Speaker 2: I'm just I just can't help it. Make a comparison
[34:49] Speaker 2: between me and this man. Here's how wait a minute,
[34:51] Speaker 2: but looks on his face when he is really sticking
[34:53] Speaker 2: to I don't know how that got there. That's how
[34:55] Speaker 2: I'll be looking when I'm returning stuff back at the
[34:56] Speaker 2: hobby lot place.
[34:57] Speaker 1: The lady was like, man, these are you? I was like, bottom,
[35:01] Speaker 1: like somebody else before, I need.
[35:03] Speaker 2: You to return them? Like what you're gonna do? That's crazy?
[35:07] Speaker 2: That is weird.
[35:09] Speaker 1: That is weird.
[35:10] Speaker 3: I just, I mean people are into some interesting things.
[35:13] Speaker 1: That is dangerous. I'm done. I can't even think about
[35:17] Speaker 1: how many stories I've.
[35:18] Speaker 3: Shared about men sticking things up there, and every story
[35:22] Speaker 3: I'm sharing, they end up in the hospital. And these
[35:24] Speaker 3: are only the stories that make it to Instagram and
[35:26] Speaker 3: other weird websites where I find these stories. I'm not
[35:31] Speaker 3: calling through medical journals and things. You guys, be careful.
[35:35] Speaker 1: I've got to do better. Is liking it not enough?
[35:38] Speaker 7: That's what I want?
[35:40] Speaker 1: A little toy. I don't know anyway.
[35:45] Speaker 2: Well, if you are looking for other ways to spice
[35:48] Speaker 2: up your sex life, you don't have to be the
[35:51] Speaker 2: cable guy.
[35:53] Speaker 1: You surely don't.
[35:54] Speaker 2: If you have noticed, we have these sexy red boxes
[35:59] Speaker 2: Marie Mirror and they sent us some goodies.
[36:01] Speaker 1: Kiky they did. So we're gonna open an app and
[36:04] Speaker 1: show you guys what we got.
[36:05] Speaker 2: Sure you don't have to use cable. You can just
[36:07] Speaker 2: maybe get some latex gloves.
[36:10] Speaker 3: Oh okay, so did you guys know that when people
[36:14] Speaker 3: are wearing like the latex stuff And don't laugh at
[36:16] Speaker 3: us because we didn't know.
[36:17] Speaker 1: We never really tried it, only.
[36:18] Speaker 3: Latex looking stuff. I got black, Yeah, I got black.
[36:22] Speaker 3: I got the black latex gloves and it comes with
[36:27] Speaker 3: latex dressing. You need this put these on. These are
[36:30] Speaker 3: not going on without some assistance at all.
[36:33] Speaker 2: Like you gotta to get the to get them tight
[36:35] Speaker 2: so they're not like rolling up and then they know
[36:37] Speaker 2: you're looking crazy. You want these to fit snug. We'll
[36:40] Speaker 2: do a separated putting them on we don't want to
[36:43] Speaker 2: put the oil on now.
[36:44] Speaker 3: Yeah, I'm glad that they sent the oil because I
[36:47] Speaker 3: didn't know if I was really looking just on a
[36:50] Speaker 3: website and I didn't know about you know what I
[36:53] Speaker 3: wanted to try. And I saw these because they look
[36:55] Speaker 3: really cute and shining on the model, I would have
[36:57] Speaker 3: thought I just needed the gloves. So I'm glad right
[36:59] Speaker 3: that they sell both. I don't have to search the
[37:02] Speaker 3: internet or any of that for that. And then I
[37:04] Speaker 3: also got a body suit.
[37:05] Speaker 1: You got a body suit? Yeah, so I'm not sure.
[37:08] Speaker 1: So the bodysuit I got is the gg.
[37:12] Speaker 2: Is it like a long legged bodysuit or shorts?
[37:15] Speaker 1: It's a true bodysuit. There's no body.
[37:18] Speaker 3: Yeah, so they you know, they were asking us about
[37:23] Speaker 3: wearing this. Our YouTube will be closed down, but wear this.
[37:26] Speaker 3: But it's a very sexy. So it's like, oh, that's
[37:30] Speaker 3: very sexy. No, maybe if I'm feel a little spicy,
[37:33] Speaker 3: I feel like I want to pull out a wig.
[37:37] Speaker 1: Or an outfit.
[37:37] Speaker 2: That's one thing I really do love about the Marine
[37:40] Speaker 2: your products. Like I got these leggings. It's a booty
[37:42] Speaker 2: out lady you have It's like and it's like the
[37:46] Speaker 2: middle part is out. So if you wear this right,
[37:49] Speaker 2: like if you wear this under little dress or little skirt,
[37:52] Speaker 2: or if you wear it just in the bedroom, but
[37:53] Speaker 2: if you wear this underhead, you could just go to
[37:56] Speaker 2: the bathroom and get to going.
[37:58] Speaker 3: I like that it snaps the bottom two because some
[38:01] Speaker 3: people have long booties and some of us have shorter ones.
[38:04] Speaker 2: So if you have a long booty or short booty short, Okay,
[38:07] Speaker 2: I got a mix of the two.
[38:08] Speaker 3: Yeah, So I like that it's suggustible because if you
[38:11] Speaker 3: I feel like my booty is short, but I've had
[38:14] Speaker 3: bodysuits that are thromb body suits and it'd be hurting
[38:18] Speaker 3: in the.
[38:20] Speaker 2: Dig You're like, please try to sit it to the side.
[38:22] Speaker 3: And then it's like all tender for a while. So
[38:24] Speaker 3: I love that about it. It's it's stretchy.
[38:28] Speaker 2: It's really good quality. I'm not gonna fell like skims.
[38:31] Speaker 1: Yeah, it really does. And y'all know, I'll love me some.
[38:33] Speaker 1: This feels great.

[38:39] Speaker 3: all of this sexy lingerie.
[38:40] Speaker 1: They have a bunch of accessories too.
[38:42] Speaker 3: Obviously it comes in really nice packaging, so if you
[38:46] Speaker 3: are looking for a way to spice things up.
[38:49] Speaker 1: In the bedroom. Or maybe you've got a party to
[38:51] Speaker 1: go to.
[38:51] Speaker 3: I don't know where y'all going, but wherever you Halloween assume, well,
[38:55] Speaker 3: yeah go too.
[38:55] Speaker 1: Maybe you're gonna be like on Vira, Princess of the Dark, or.
[39:00] Speaker 3: Some sexy something. You know, it's always a sexy stuff.
[39:03] Speaker 3: You could be a sexy anything.
[39:04] Speaker 2: You could be a sexy anything, a sexy little doctor
[39:07] Speaker 2: wear those latex gloves and walk around snapping.
[39:10] Speaker 3: Or a sexy nurse. I think the nurse would be
[39:13] Speaker 3: cute with the red You could be helping the cable
[39:17] Speaker 3: guy out and performing surgery on him with those black
[39:20] Speaker 3: gloves or the red ones. They have so much stuff
[39:22] Speaker 3: on there, you guys. If you go to their website,
[39:25] Speaker 3: it's marimure dot com. That's m A R I E

[39:38] Speaker 1: make sure you tag us. If you take a.
[39:39] Speaker 2: Little pick, tag gus.
[39:44] Speaker 3: I need to try this on after my perios over
[39:47] Speaker 3: when I'm less bloated. Yeah, anyway, I in lieu of
[39:55] Speaker 3: Halloween approaching.
[39:57] Speaker 2: We did have somebody a little submission of a scary
[40:02] Speaker 2: story that they wanted to share.
[40:04] Speaker 1: I listened to the Sleepwalker.
[40:05] Speaker 2: With a Sleepwalker. I figured we could just drop it
[40:08] Speaker 2: in at this point.
[40:09] Speaker 3: Okay, let me, uh you want to, let's play it.
[40:13] Speaker 3: So I remember what she said. I just wonder.
[40:17] Speaker 1: I always think about sleepwalker.
[40:19] Speaker 3: So I was watching a movie the other day and
[40:20] Speaker 3: there's a sleepwalker in it, and that you know, they
[40:23] Speaker 3: say you're not supposed to wake up.
[40:24] Speaker 2: A sleepwalker because you might get punched, or you might
[40:27] Speaker 2: scare them, or they might bite their tongue off.
[40:30] Speaker 1: They wi their tongue. That's as easure.
[40:33] Speaker 3: Now see, okay, this is her spooky story. This came
[40:37] Speaker 3: from I think a patron. Okay, I'll see.
[40:42] Speaker 7: Okay, So this is a story that I still think
[40:45] Speaker 7: about to this day. So a few years ago, I
[40:49] Speaker 7: met this guy and I don't know how we met.
[40:53] Speaker 7: I think we met like on a dating app or something,
[40:57] Speaker 7: and he didn't lived too far from me. But we
[41:00] Speaker 7: were like trying to plan a date and it was Halloween.
[41:03] Speaker 7: So we went out to get some drinks and the
[41:07] Speaker 7: bars were like super packed. If you know, we're like
[41:12] Speaker 7: in the DC area and the bars we like packed
[41:15] Speaker 7: as hell on Halloween. So we grabbed two drinks and
[41:18] Speaker 7: then he was like, oh, do you want to go
[41:20] Speaker 7: back to my place so we can like watch scary
[41:24] Speaker 7: movies and stuff. So I'm like okay, cool, you know,
[41:26] Speaker 7: he was cute. I was feeling it. I had already
[41:30] Speaker 7: pre gained before we went to the bar, so I
[41:32] Speaker 7: was like a little drunk. Anyways, so we went back
[41:35] Speaker 7: to his place and we're watching scary movies or whatever.
[41:38] Speaker 7: You know, We're drinking, talking kind of like vibing, and
[41:42] Speaker 7: then he looks at me and he goes, oh, yeah,
[41:48] Speaker 7: are you going to spend the night tonight? And I
[41:50] Speaker 7: was like, well, I don't know, it's kind of late,
[41:52] Speaker 7: you know, I don't know.
[41:53] Speaker 1: I wasn't really.
[41:54] Speaker 7: Planning on spending the night, but if it happened, it happened.
[41:57] Speaker 7: I was like, well, you know, like why do you ask?
[41:59] Speaker 7: And he was like, well, I just wanted to give
[42:01] Speaker 7: you a heads up that I do sleep walk. I
[42:05] Speaker 7: was like, oh, okay, Like I don't know. It's just
[42:10] Speaker 7: like the way he was looking at me. I really
[42:11] Speaker 7: thought he was joking. I've never met anyone that sleepwalked,
[42:16] Speaker 7: so I don't know. I was just like, okay, So
[42:21] Speaker 7: the night kind of went on. I forgot about it.
[42:23] Speaker 7: I was like super drunk.
[42:25] Speaker 1: I don't even think we.
[42:26] Speaker 7: Winded up having sex, Like honestly, I can't even remember
[42:29] Speaker 7: that part, but I did wind it up spending the
[42:31] Speaker 7: night at his house. Was a very light sleeper, and
[42:34] Speaker 7: I remember waking up in the middle of the night
[42:36] Speaker 7: and I look on the side of the bed and
[42:38] Speaker 7: this man is just like sitting on the side of
[42:41] Speaker 7: the bed, not moving, not talking, not making a sound,
[42:44] Speaker 7: just sitting on the side of the bed.
[42:46] Speaker 1: And then it clicked.
[42:47] Speaker 7: I was like, oh my god, I think he's like sleepwalking,
[42:50] Speaker 7: but he wasn't like walking at that moment, so I
[42:53] Speaker 7: was like, maybe he's just like drinking water or something.
[42:56] Speaker 1: Because I couldn't see his.
[42:57] Speaker 7: Fight scared, so I'm like looking at him not moving.
[43:03] Speaker 7: I don't know, Honestly, I was a little scared.
[43:07] Speaker 1: I didn't know what to do.
[43:08] Speaker 7: So then he gets up and he just starts walking
[43:12] Speaker 7: around the room. Mind you, it's dark as hell in
[43:15] Speaker 7: the room, but I can still kind of see because
[43:16] Speaker 7: the window is a little bit of light from the window.
[43:20] Speaker 7: So I'm like, I think this man is like really sleepwalking.
[43:25] Speaker 1: He so yeah, he was like walking kind.
[43:29] Speaker 7: Of like into the wall, and then when he would
[43:32] Speaker 7: hit the wall, he would just like stand there and
[43:34] Speaker 7: his eyes were open the entire time. And I'm laying there,
[43:38] Speaker 7: like I don't even know what to do, like I
[43:40] Speaker 7: don't know if I should like wake him up. I
[43:43] Speaker 7: don't know if I should make a sound, like I
[43:45] Speaker 7: don't know what to do. And I had to peep.
[43:48] Speaker 7: So I'm like scared to get up because I'm.
[43:51] Speaker 1: Like, I've never.
[43:52] Speaker 7: Experienced like anyone's sleepwalking. Honestly, it was really scary. And
[43:56] Speaker 7: then I just kept thinking, oh my gosh, I cannot
[43:58] Speaker 7: go to sleep because what if he like sleep walks
[44:01] Speaker 7: into the kitchen and gets a knife and like killing,
[44:06] Speaker 7: like I don't know, oh yeah. And then to tie
[44:09] Speaker 7: this all up, this was a white man, okay, So
[44:12] Speaker 7: I was just like, yeah, so me must have say.
[44:16] Speaker 1: I did not go back to sleep.
[44:18] Speaker 7: I laid there, and he walked around that room for
[44:21] Speaker 7: about an hour, and I just laid there and laid there,
[44:25] Speaker 7: and I waited till it was like six am, and
[44:27] Speaker 7: I got my ass up and left.
[44:28] Speaker 1: I never called him.
[44:29] Speaker 7: A matter of fact, I blocked his number I was
[44:31] Speaker 7: like that shit was a little bit too.
[44:33] Speaker 1: Weird for me.
[44:34] Speaker 7: But I definitely still think about that to this day
[44:36] Speaker 7: because that was scary as hell.
[44:39] Speaker 2: Do you think you would stop seeing somebody because they sleepwalk?
[44:42] Speaker 3: No? No, I think it depends on how I felt
[44:47] Speaker 3: in the moment. I'm glad that he told her because
[44:48] Speaker 3: imagine if he didn't tell her, then you would think,
[44:50] Speaker 3: like somebody, right, he probably shouldn't have allowed her to stay.
[44:54] Speaker 1: I think if you.
[44:55] Speaker 3: Got something going on like that, we got to get
[44:57] Speaker 3: somebody to like you a little bit more, because it
[44:59] Speaker 3: sounded like the first hang out, she was already tipsy,
[45:01] Speaker 3: well drunk, and it was Halloween, so it's already spooky
[45:05] Speaker 3: vibes in the air, and maybe she's like she was
[45:07] Speaker 3: gonna get Jeffrey dohmerd or something.
[45:10] Speaker 1: That is scary.
[45:11] Speaker 3: I know, my granddaddy started sleepwalking, and he's this is
[45:15] Speaker 3: not funny.
[45:16] Speaker 1: We can laugh about it now because he survived.
[45:18] Speaker 3: He's fine, But y'all, he walked outside and walked off
[45:21] Speaker 3: the side of the house, like.
[45:23] Speaker 1: And the neighbor.
[45:24] Speaker 3: Yeah, so he walks out of the old house that
[45:28] Speaker 3: they lived in, and it's like when he walked out,
[45:30] Speaker 3: he walked out into the driveway and the house is elevated,
[45:34] Speaker 3: but on the side right there, at this part of
[45:36] Speaker 3: the driveway, it's like an opening and if you're not
[45:39] Speaker 3: supposed to just walk off, it's like probably four feet
[45:43] Speaker 3: down and he fell off right there.
[45:45] Speaker 1: And it's like, did he wake.
[45:46] Speaker 2: Up when he fell off or he was still sleep
[45:49] Speaker 2: I mean.
[45:49] Speaker 3: He woke up, but you know, my granddaddy can't see period.
[45:53] Speaker 3: So he's outside of the house. Everybody else is sleep
[45:57] Speaker 3: because it's the middle of the night. It wasn't until
[45:59] Speaker 3: the neighbor was getting up from her dog barking really
[46:02] Speaker 3: loud because she keeps her dog outside and she saw
[46:05] Speaker 3: him on the side of the house and had to
[46:06] Speaker 3: call the Uh, you know, not one one that is crazy.
[46:10] Speaker 3: Sleepwalking is dangerous. He didn't hurt nobody, He just hurt himself.
[46:14] Speaker 1: But yeah, that's I just.
[46:15] Speaker 3: Wonder because I'm like, why, why wouldn't you just tie
[46:18] Speaker 3: yourself up before you go to bed?
[46:21] Speaker 2: Well, because then then maybe it's a safety hazard. Who's
[46:23] Speaker 2: gonna tie you.
[46:25] Speaker 1: Well when you If you tied yourself when you wake up,
[46:27] Speaker 1: you should be able to untire yourself.
[46:28] Speaker 2: So what if like a fire happened while you were sleep,
[46:30] Speaker 2: or an earthquake or something.
[46:33] Speaker 1: Well, what's that got to do with untied?
[46:35] Speaker 2: You lie down, you sleep, Now you waking up and scared,
[46:39] Speaker 2: and now you just panicing.
[46:41] Speaker 1: And you don't make it out. I don't know. That's
[46:44] Speaker 1: why I don't know.
[46:45] Speaker 2: Yeah, I think you gotta wait till somebody likes you
[46:47] Speaker 2: a lot to tell them that, because that's just that's
[46:49] Speaker 2: equivalent to me to like Shrek, Like you know how Fiona,
[46:52] Speaker 2: she was a beautiful princess and then at night she
[46:54] Speaker 2: turned into the Shrek I meander and she waited to
[46:59] Speaker 2: tell Shrek that, and he was even the Ogre. She
[47:02] Speaker 2: ain't even tell you that, Like, but you gotta wait
[47:05] Speaker 2: to tell certain things if there's something about you. I
[47:07] Speaker 2: remember one time this only happened once, and I was
[47:09] Speaker 2: contemplating the whole relationship. My man woke up in the
[47:12] Speaker 2: middle of nights, like jumped up out the bed and
[47:14] Speaker 2: was screaming spiders and I didn't understand what happened. I
[47:16] Speaker 2: was like, well, what did happen? He doesn't even know.
[47:20] Speaker 2: He was like, he just had a really bad dream.
[47:21] Speaker 2: And I kept this going for about a month. I'm
[47:23] Speaker 2: not gonna lie. I was like, Hey, we need to
[47:25] Speaker 2: talk to some family members, we need to get some
[47:26] Speaker 2: help because I was scared there's weapons in the house
[47:29] Speaker 2: and he I couldn't get I couldn't wake him up,
[47:31] Speaker 2: and so I was like, he's.
[47:31] Speaker 1: Screaming about spiders. Was he like ready to go to
[47:33] Speaker 1: war with this?
[47:34] Speaker 4: Yeah?
[47:34] Speaker 2: But he was still sleep He was, yeah, he was not,
[47:38] Speaker 2: And I was like, I started crying.
[47:40] Speaker 4: I was.
[47:41] Speaker 2: I didn't just laying in the bed like. I was like,
[47:43] Speaker 2: what's going on? Like I'm gonna call the police.
[47:45] Speaker 1: I was. He was having like a psychotic breaker, so
[47:47] Speaker 1: I didn't know what was happening. Kek.
[47:49] Speaker 2: I was like, is there something I don't know? Have
[47:51] Speaker 2: you been to prison? Like what happened? And then he
[47:54] Speaker 2: really was like, Mendina, you.
[47:55] Speaker 1: Got to stop.
[47:56] Speaker 2: It was a bad dream. The spider jumped out off
[47:58] Speaker 2: the leaf on my face and and it just felt
[48:01] Speaker 2: really really and I was like, okay, well, let's move
[48:03] Speaker 2: the guns around because I just did you never know.
[48:06] Speaker 3: I'm surprised that a scary spider dream had you thinking
[48:09] Speaker 3: did you go to prison?
[48:11] Speaker 1: Like what?
[48:11] Speaker 2: It was dramatics of the way I was imagine you're
[48:15] Speaker 2: sleeping with somebody. You're it's like three am, so you're
[48:18] Speaker 2: in the full mode sleep and they rip off all
[48:21] Speaker 2: the covers and jump out of the back and start hollering.
[48:24] Speaker 2: But he seemed like he was awake, but he wasn't awake.
[48:26] Speaker 2: I was terrified. I was like, do you need to
[48:29] Speaker 2: tell me something that hasn't happened.
[48:32] Speaker 3: But one time I was asleeping in bed with somebody
[48:35] Speaker 3: and he started having a nightmare. This nigga put me
[48:38] Speaker 3: in a headlock and I was like, this is not
[48:41] Speaker 3: how I'm about to die. And he is strong, so
[48:43] Speaker 3: I'm like trying. So I'm like punching him and shit
[48:46] Speaker 3: and trying to knee him. It wasn't until I tried
[48:48] Speaker 3: to put my finger on his booty that that.
[48:51] Speaker 1: Woke him up.
[48:52] Speaker 3: I said, well, I guess that's the emergency release. But
[48:56] Speaker 3: he was like, I'm sorry. I told you I have
[48:57] Speaker 3: bad nightmares, and I was like, yeah, I'm really was
[49:00] Speaker 3: a call of duty reenactment and I was going to
[49:03] Speaker 3: have to fight for my life.
[49:05] Speaker 2: I'm going to sleep on the couch. I sleep on
[49:06] Speaker 2: the couch the rest of the night. And I also
[49:08] Speaker 2: get scared. I get a little nervous when they do
[49:10] Speaker 2: the little A lot of them do that little like.
[49:12] Speaker 3: Well, sometimes I have falling dreams when I'm stressed and
[49:15] Speaker 3: I do that like a jump, I feel like I'm falling.
[49:18] Speaker 1: I hate those dreams. Ye not feel good. I hate
[49:21] Speaker 1: when a dream feels too real.
[49:23] Speaker 2: I hate when a dream is scary, or.
[49:25] Speaker 3: I hate when it feels too real and you wake
[49:27] Speaker 3: up and it's not real. Because sometimes I have very
[49:30] Speaker 3: lavish dreams. It's like I wake up back to regular life.
[49:34] Speaker 2: I remember when I was younger, I had her dream
[49:35] Speaker 2: and it felt so real. I had won the lottery.
[49:37] Speaker 2: It was like a million dollars and I married RASB
[49:41] Speaker 2: from B two K and I woke up so happy.
[49:44] Speaker 2: This was a very long time before we knew what
[49:46] Speaker 2: Christokes was doing. Everybody like it was it was. It
[49:49] Speaker 2: was an amazing dream. I just remember being like, I
[49:51] Speaker 2: want to go back to sleep.
[49:52] Speaker 3: Yeah, And why is it that you can't pick up
[49:54] Speaker 3: your dreams for real? Don't be trying to make it happen.
[49:57] Speaker 2: Just I wish they could do that in AI, like
[49:59] Speaker 2: or you can even tailor your dream to what you
[50:01] Speaker 2: want it to be like and somehow record it.
[50:04] Speaker 3: Yeah, I would like to record the dream that would
[50:06] Speaker 3: be they need to figure that out. But I guess
[50:08] Speaker 3: they'd have to put something in your.
[50:09] Speaker 1: Brain and then you're probably gonna get an illness from it, yeah,
[50:12] Speaker 1: or they're going to have you doing crazy stuff. Who knows,
[50:16] Speaker 1: who knows? Have you seen that movie? It's a new
[50:19] Speaker 1: movie on Netflix. What is it called. My sister just
[50:23] Speaker 1: told me about it. I gotta find the name. But
[50:26] Speaker 1: it's like a group of friends are getting together. Somebody's
[50:28] Speaker 1: getting married.
[50:28] Speaker 3: But one of the guys in the friend group works
[50:31] Speaker 3: in tech somehow, and he creates this device and basically
[50:36] Speaker 3: they take polaroid pictures of themselves and.
[50:41] Speaker 1: You switch consciousness with other people.
[50:44] Speaker 3: So it's like we could all be in this room
[50:47] Speaker 3: and I'm in your body, but it's my mind.
[50:52] Speaker 1: And so I fell asleep because I was really tired.
[50:55] Speaker 3: But then when I woke up, it was like everybody
[50:57] Speaker 3: was having sex with other people, and I was like, whoa, whoa, Wow,
[51:00] Speaker 3: what's going on here? I'm gonna watch it again. It's
[51:02] Speaker 3: a new movie on Netflix right now. It's like one
[51:03] Speaker 3: of the top movies. I can't think of it.
[51:06] Speaker 2: Watch it. I love that because I've always been like,
[51:08] Speaker 2: have you ever had a frame where you're like, oh,
[51:09] Speaker 2: I wish I could just jump inverybody real quick and
[51:11] Speaker 2: handle him for you.
[51:13] Speaker 3: No, I don't want to be stressed. I have enough
[51:16] Speaker 3: stress of my own. But I'm not about to be
[51:17] Speaker 3: dealing with your shit.
[51:19] Speaker 1: Bro.
[51:19] Speaker 3: If you like it, I don't love it, but you
[51:21] Speaker 3: you got it. Sist because I love that.
[51:24] Speaker 2: We're at an age where we're just like, I'm going
[51:26] Speaker 2: to give you if you want some advice, cool, but
[51:29] Speaker 2: I'm not telling you to leave nobody. I'm not telling
[51:31] Speaker 2: you what to do. But here's a perspective.
[51:34] Speaker 3: This is what it's called. It's called it's what's inside.
[51:37] Speaker 3: So if you've seen it, drop a comment. If you
[51:40] Speaker 3: haven't watched.
[51:41] Speaker 2: It, have you watched Presumed Innocence.
[51:43] Speaker 1: On Yes, I told you to watch it on Apple TV.
[51:45] Speaker 2: My sister just told me to watch it, so I
[51:47] Speaker 2: started it. I've only finished episode one. I'm not hooked yet.
[51:50] Speaker 2: She was like waiting till episode two, and I was like, Okay.
[51:52] Speaker 1: It's really good.
[51:53] Speaker 2: I just love what's his name, j J Gillen, Jake Jillen,
[51:57] Speaker 2: Jake Jillen.
[51:57] Speaker 1: I just love him.
[51:58] Speaker 2: So I'm holding on because that, but I'm gonna watch
[52:01] Speaker 2: episode two.
[52:01] Speaker 1: Tonight.
[52:01] Speaker 3: It's good, and it's it's based on a book and
[52:05] Speaker 3: it's a series, so that one is based on I
[52:07] Speaker 3: think book one.
[52:09] Speaker 1: But yeah, it's really good. It's really really good.
[52:11] Speaker 3: Tell me what you think about it when you finish it.
[52:14] Speaker 3: I love that show. And I've also just started on
[52:16] Speaker 3: Apple TV. Disclaimer it so starting Kate Blanchett and it's
[52:22] Speaker 3: only two episodes in. I think the episodes come out
[52:26] Speaker 3: every Friday. But she's got a secret. There's some scandal.
[52:30] Speaker 2: You know.
[52:30] Speaker 3: I love rich women with scandals and shit in their past.
[52:35] Speaker 3: I just love these types of dramas. Anyway, So somebody
[52:40] Speaker 3: is like blackmailing her. She is a famous writer and
[52:44] Speaker 3: it starts off with her getting an award, but she
[52:47] Speaker 3: has some secret in the past where she had an
[52:50] Speaker 3: affair with this man while she was married. And the daddy,
[52:56] Speaker 3: the man or the boy, well he was a man.
[52:59] Speaker 3: The man's dad who she had the affair with, is
[53:02] Speaker 3: blackmailing her and he sent he wrote this book. Well
[53:07] Speaker 3: I won't tell the whole thing, but there's a book
[53:09] Speaker 3: that comes out. There's naked photos, there's all this stuff,
[53:13] Speaker 3: and she's married to somebody, and she was married when
[53:15] Speaker 3: she had the affair, and they're contacting her husband at
[53:19] Speaker 3: his job.
[53:20] Speaker 1: They're contacting her.
[53:21] Speaker 3: Child who she already has in a strange relationship with
[53:24] Speaker 3: in her and I mean, it's only two episodes in,
[53:26] Speaker 3: but it's really good. I'm pretty sure this is probably
[53:28] Speaker 3: based on a book too.
[53:29] Speaker 1: It is so good. Disclaimer. I think it comes out
[53:31] Speaker 1: on Friday.
[53:31] Speaker 2: That reminds me of this show that I watched. I
[53:33] Speaker 2: think it was on Netflix.
[53:34] Speaker 1: It was wild. It was a British show. You know
[53:36] Speaker 1: they don't hold British show.
[53:38] Speaker 2: I can't. I just remember that dad was sleeping with
[53:41] Speaker 2: the son's fiance and then the son came to the
[53:45] Speaker 2: apartment to tell the fiance something and his dad was
[53:49] Speaker 2: in there trying to end it with the girl. And
[53:51] Speaker 2: then the son opened the door and was like, what
[53:54] Speaker 2: is going on? And he backed up and fell off
[53:55] Speaker 2: the staircase and died. You know what I'm talking about
[53:59] Speaker 2: is so good. I can't remember it was a movie
[54:01] Speaker 2: or a show. I think it was a show. I'm
[54:02] Speaker 2: going to go look at my list as I say them.
[54:04] Speaker 1: It was so good. It's on Netflix.
[54:07] Speaker 2: I believe it's on Netflix.
[54:09] Speaker 1: Oh.
[54:09] Speaker 2: I love a good show where you really are just wrapped.
[54:12] Speaker 1: In goodness, what a scandal which I have been watching.
[54:15] Speaker 2: Which I've been watching, Let us know so we can
[54:16] Speaker 2: add it to the list. I got a long trip
[54:18] Speaker 2: coming up. Mm hmmm, I guess we can move on
[54:21] Speaker 2: to Indecisive Diana. When we come back, we will have
[54:23] Speaker 2: some advice letters to read in the cocktails. I absolutely
[54:26] Speaker 2: love that we're in a state right now where everyone
[54:29] Speaker 2: is concerned about awareness. You want to make sure you
[54:31] Speaker 2: have mental health, you want to make sure you have
[54:33] Speaker 2: gut health. And you know what else is on that list?
[54:36] Speaker 2: What vaginal health?
[54:37] Speaker 1: Amen to that. I since we have been working with
[54:40] Speaker 1: VB Health, I have been taking my soaking wet probotics.
[54:44] Speaker 1: They are a total vaginal probiotic that you take orally,
[54:48] Speaker 1: and I really love them. I've noticed a difference.
[54:52] Speaker 3: It is just everything feels better, like sex feels better.
[54:56] Speaker 1: It's slipperier.
[54:58] Speaker 3: I don't know if that's where I said that. Every
[54:59] Speaker 3: time this makes me tongue time, but it is just
[55:02] Speaker 3: wet down there's really soaking wet. It sounds like a big,
[55:04] Speaker 3: old lush water land at the right time, because you know,
[55:08] Speaker 3: you don't want it to be leaky faucet at the
[55:10] Speaker 3: wrong time.
[55:11] Speaker 1: Your vagina is going to be in great working order.
[55:14] Speaker 3: And bb Health has a simple mission and that is
[55:16] Speaker 3: to create supplement set work. It's not full of a
[55:19] Speaker 3: ton of fillers and all this extra stuff that's going
[55:22] Speaker 3: to have you wondering. The facility is safe and clean
[55:25] Speaker 3: or they make it. You guys have got to try
[55:27] Speaker 3: Soaking Wet.
[55:28] Speaker 2: One thing that I love about Soaking Wet also is
[55:31] Speaker 2: that a lot of their customers leave reviews. I don't
[55:34] Speaker 2: know about you, but I love when I see a website.
[55:36] Speaker 2: I'm like, oh yeah.
[55:38] Speaker 3: I am a person that is going all through the reviews.
[55:40] Speaker 3: And the cool thing about their reviews is the website
[55:43] Speaker 3: that they use. It's only was verified purchases, So you
[55:46] Speaker 3: know how sometimes people can do something and it's just.
[55:49] Speaker 1: Like, are these real reviews?
[55:50] Speaker 3: They are real reviews, So don't just take our word
[55:54] Speaker 3: for it, take theirs.
[55:55] Speaker 4: Two.
[55:56] Speaker 1: Make sure you visit soaking wet dot com and use

[56:06] Speaker 1: everyone wants? Stop thinking about what I want? What do
[56:08] Speaker 1: you want? What your parents want? What do you want?
[56:11] Speaker 1: What do you want? It's not aim what do you want?
[56:16] Speaker 1: What do you want?
[56:22] Speaker 6: Hey, ladies, it's me Diane, and Halloween is right around
[56:26] Speaker 6: the corner, and there's a Halloween costume party. Listen up.
[56:30] Speaker 6: It's October thirty first, it starts at eight pm and
[56:34] Speaker 6: it's hosted by a Little Kiss and Towel.

[57:19] Speaker 8: Indecisive Diana.
[57:20] Speaker 3: It's time for the advice. If you have a question
[57:22] Speaker 3: that you would like for us to answer on the show,
[57:24] Speaker 3: email it to us advice at cocktailspod dot com.
[57:28] Speaker 1: Okay, you want to go first.
[57:29] Speaker 2: I'll go first. Okay, so this first one. I love
[57:32] Speaker 2: the title. I don't know why, but how to get
[57:34] Speaker 2: a man to initiate demurely?
[57:40] Speaker 1: I feel like I just like.
[57:40] Speaker 3: It sounds like an oxymoron, but okay, okay, they said, Hi, ladies,
[57:46] Speaker 3: I love your podcast.
[57:47] Speaker 2: I started watching when Horrible Decisions mentioned you and have
[57:50] Speaker 2: been hooked ever since. So I'll keep it short and sweet.
[57:53] Speaker 2: My boyfriend is a gem of a man, but he
[57:56] Speaker 2: is zero to one hundred, meaning he either goes all
[57:58] Speaker 2: out or does nothing at all.
[58:00] Speaker 1: Damn.
[58:01] Speaker 2: This has become an issue in most things that he
[58:04] Speaker 2: lacks initiative and dates, specifically taking initiative to plan or
[58:08] Speaker 2: stick to plans. He'll mostly take me wherever I suggest going,
[58:11] Speaker 2: but if I leave it up to him, he won't
[58:13] Speaker 2: plan anything, or he'll google cute bar with food so
[58:16] Speaker 2: I can eat and he can watch the game, but
[58:20] Speaker 2: not a real date night. We used to have the
[58:22] Speaker 2: same nine to five schedules, so we'd go on dates frequently,
[58:25] Speaker 2: but since now, since he now bartends, we have opposite schedules,
[58:29] Speaker 2: so the dates have become less and less frequent and
[58:31] Speaker 2: further apart, and the effort is almost minimal. If it
[58:35] Speaker 2: was up to him, we'd stay inside most days, and
[58:37] Speaker 2: he knows I'm not an inside girl. However, I now
[58:40] Speaker 2: feel like I'm nagging him to take me out, and
[58:42] Speaker 2: sometimes I feel bad because he do be tired. Sometimes
[58:46] Speaker 2: I feel like I'm hard on him, but I've previously
[58:48] Speaker 2: worked the same job and I was never this unproductive
[58:51] Speaker 2: on my off days, and I feel like he puts
[58:53] Speaker 2: in little effort even for himself. He'll wake up an
[58:56] Speaker 2: hour before his shift and then sleep most of his
[58:58] Speaker 2: days off, leaving him to panic because he didn't do
[59:01] Speaker 2: any of his errands on his days off, etc. It's
[59:05] Speaker 2: a vicious cycle to watch. My question is how do
[59:07] Speaker 2: I encourage him to do more things himself in general,
[59:11] Speaker 2: but specifically with dates without being so mean. I've told
[59:14] Speaker 2: him several times I'm starting to get bored, not with him,
[59:17] Speaker 2: but just constantly being in the house when I could
[59:19] Speaker 2: be outside or better yet, in my own house. For context,
[59:24] Speaker 2: we've been dating for almost a year, but have known
[59:26] Speaker 2: each other for closer to four, and he's five years
[59:28] Speaker 2: older than me. I'm twenty eight. I don't want to
[59:31] Speaker 2: be dramatic, but I don't want to be in a
[59:32] Speaker 2: relationship where I have to plan everything or it doesn't
[59:35] Speaker 2: get done. Thanks, ladies, that's a good question, because that's
[59:38] Speaker 2: a real um scenario.
[59:40] Speaker 3: Okay, so you said all these like he ain't doing
[59:44] Speaker 3: shit on his off days and stuff, and then you
[59:46] Speaker 3: were like, still he's not doing his errands, but still
[59:49] Speaker 3: most importantly I want to know about the dates. That
[59:52] Speaker 3: was funny to me because he's not doing anything that
[59:54] Speaker 3: he needs to do. So let's be realistic with ourselves. Girl,
[59:58] Speaker 3: it's not a priority. I don't know what's.
[1:00:02] Speaker 1: Going on with him.
[1:00:03] Speaker 3: I understand that you want to do stuff and that
[1:00:05] Speaker 3: you want him to plan it. You can't make him
[1:00:09] Speaker 3: plan it. You can try to plan some other things.
[1:00:13] Speaker 3: And it is it about wanting I'm asking you this
[1:00:16] Speaker 3: and you just answer yourself. Is it about going on
[1:00:19] Speaker 3: a date with him? Or is it about you wanting
[1:00:23] Speaker 3: to not be in the house, Because it sounds like
[1:00:25] Speaker 3: if y'all aren't doing anything together, you're not doing anything,
[1:00:28] Speaker 3: and that's what's really irritating you because him not doing
[1:00:30] Speaker 3: stuff for yourself, you don't really care that much. It
[1:00:33] Speaker 3: is just like a small piece of the pie. Ask
[1:00:37] Speaker 3: yourself that go start doing things on your own, like
[1:00:39] Speaker 3: you don't have to wait for him, Call up a girlfriend,
[1:00:42] Speaker 3: call up a relative, make some new friends, go by yourself.
[1:00:45] Speaker 1: And then maybe every now and again, I know that you.
[1:00:47] Speaker 3: Really don't want to, but try to plan something yourself
[1:00:50] Speaker 3: that's different than whatever it is that he would normally do.
[1:00:54] Speaker 3: So then he can see, oh, this is actually a date,
[1:00:56] Speaker 3: this is something that I didn't consider, and maybe it'll
[1:00:59] Speaker 3: get him him thinking more. And then also to the
[1:01:04] Speaker 3: point of him not doing stuff, taking care of his
[1:01:07] Speaker 3: errands and stuff. I don't know's that's a red flag
[1:01:11] Speaker 3: to me. It's something that could change. He could be
[1:01:14] Speaker 3: going through a funk, or it could be.
[1:01:16] Speaker 1: Who he is, and I don't know.
[1:01:20] Speaker 3: I think y'all need to talk about it some more
[1:01:22] Speaker 3: and maybe ask him if everything's okay, ask him if
[1:01:25] Speaker 3: there's something you can do to help, if you're actually
[1:01:27] Speaker 3: willing to help, and see so that maybe maybe he
[1:01:31] Speaker 3: is exhausted. I mean, I wonder how long he works,
[1:01:32] Speaker 3: if he's working overnight.
[1:01:34] Speaker 1: It has a life.
[1:01:34] Speaker 2: About to say when people really do be tired, I
[1:01:37] Speaker 2: had the older I get, I really do understand when
[1:01:39] Speaker 2: it's really just difficult and you're like, I work all
[1:01:42] Speaker 2: day and this is like the only time I get
[1:01:44] Speaker 2: to nap and sleep and just not do anything. Sometimes
[1:01:46] Speaker 2: people really want to do nothing.
[1:01:47] Speaker 1: But when you're in a.
[1:01:48] Speaker 2: Relationship, you got to share your time. And I think,
[1:01:52] Speaker 2: don't try not to be mean sis, and before you
[1:01:55] Speaker 2: have the conversation, really think about you know you love
[1:01:57] Speaker 2: this person and you said you don't want to want
[1:02:00] Speaker 2: to be with him, and you just want to go
[1:02:01] Speaker 2: on more dates. Sometimes it's easy if you look at
[1:02:04] Speaker 2: the month and schedule it out. That sounds really boring,
[1:02:07] Speaker 2: and I don't know how old y'all are, but that
[1:02:09] Speaker 2: really works for me.
[1:02:10] Speaker 1: She's twenty eight, he's thirty three.
[1:02:12] Speaker 2: Okay, so y'all old enough to use Google Calendar and
[1:02:15] Speaker 2: really look up stuff and like schedule your dates so
[1:02:17] Speaker 2: that he can prepare. Maybe he can even change his
[1:02:19] Speaker 2: work schedule and he cannot be so like he can
[1:02:23] Speaker 2: plan around so that he can get the rest. When
[1:02:24] Speaker 2: I was a flight attendant, when I came home, I
[1:02:27] Speaker 2: used to have all these plans, like I'm gonna do
[1:02:29] Speaker 2: this and I'm gonna hang out everybody, and then I'll
[1:02:30] Speaker 2: be like, I actually just want to sleep. I want
[1:02:33] Speaker 2: different times time and what is it called time zones
[1:02:38] Speaker 2: zones like every other day, Like I literally just didn't
[1:02:42] Speaker 2: have it in me. So I think have like a
[1:02:44] Speaker 2: very honest conversation, not mean, and it's not hard not
[1:02:48] Speaker 2: to be mean. Just say hey, I want to talk
[1:02:50] Speaker 2: about something. It might be a little uncomfortable, but I
[1:02:52] Speaker 2: really want us to get to the bottom of it
[1:02:53] Speaker 2: in this conversation. Because also I'm not sure who pays
[1:02:56] Speaker 2: for the dates, but you don't know can is he?
[1:02:59] Speaker 2: Is he? In a is he trying to save money
[1:03:01] Speaker 2: right now, and you got to communicate in relationships, it's
[1:03:03] Speaker 2: a learning process each step of the way, y'all at
[1:03:05] Speaker 2: that year mark you about to y'all gonna learn something
[1:03:08] Speaker 2: about each other that you maybe never thought about or
[1:03:10] Speaker 2: knew about the person. And it happens at the two
[1:03:12] Speaker 2: year mark and if y'all make it there and then
[1:03:13] Speaker 2: the three year mark. So I would say, just like
[1:03:15] Speaker 2: discuss that maybe maybe he doesn't understand how important the
[1:03:19] Speaker 2: dates are to you because a lot of times, as people,
[1:03:21] Speaker 2: I won't even say, as women or men, we don't
[1:03:23] Speaker 2: actually say what we're wanting. We're just now walking around
[1:03:26] Speaker 2: being mean and having an attitude because we think he
[1:03:28] Speaker 2: should know.
[1:03:29] Speaker 3: Yeah, and it's like, why do you ask yourself, why
[1:03:31] Speaker 3: do you want to go on the date? Do you
[1:03:32] Speaker 3: want to spend time together? Do you want to be
[1:03:35] Speaker 3: in different environments?
[1:03:36] Speaker 4: Like?
[1:03:36] Speaker 1: What is it?
[1:03:37] Speaker 3: And make sure you convey that as Then another thing
[1:03:39] Speaker 3: I just thought about when you were talking about being
[1:03:41] Speaker 3: in a different time zone, you said he's a bartender.
[1:03:43] Speaker 3: I'm assuming he's working like at night or like afternoons,
[1:03:47] Speaker 3: not a normal daytime shift, working outside of normal daytime
[1:03:52] Speaker 3: hours when the world pretty much operates on daytime. It's
[1:03:57] Speaker 3: like scientifically shown it does something different to you. It's
[1:04:00] Speaker 3: like that shift work disorder. So I think you should
[1:04:04] Speaker 3: give a little grace there, but think about what it
[1:04:06] Speaker 3: is that you really want from the day and why
[1:04:08] Speaker 3: it's important in what y'all need to do. If it
[1:04:10] Speaker 3: is about spending time together, maybe he doesn't want to
[1:04:13] Speaker 3: go out and he wants to stay inside.
[1:04:15] Speaker 1: But can y'all make it feel like you're not at home.
[1:04:18] Speaker 2: Maybe you can do a day night in the house
[1:04:20] Speaker 2: that that baby want to go outside, but maybe you
[1:04:22] Speaker 2: could tell him, Okay, let's do two dates a month,
[1:04:24] Speaker 2: and the third let's do three dates a month. Two
[1:04:26] Speaker 2: dates are outside and one date is revolved around the
[1:04:29] Speaker 2: bed and inside and being cozy. It's about being caught
[1:04:31] Speaker 2: outside anyways.
[1:04:32] Speaker 3: Yeah, you could get somebody to come over and do
[1:04:35] Speaker 3: something for you, you.
[1:04:36] Speaker 1: Know, like a chef, a masseuse.
[1:04:38] Speaker 3: Like still have something other than dinner and a movie,
[1:04:41] Speaker 3: something simple, but try some different things. I can't think
[1:04:44] Speaker 3: of the website, but there's even a cooking class situation.
[1:04:47] Speaker 1: It'll come to you. You can even do a nap date.
[1:04:50] Speaker 2: They have little napping pods places and be like, baby,
[1:04:52] Speaker 2: this is what we're gonna do. We're gonna go here
[1:04:54] Speaker 2: to do a date and do what I want to do,
[1:04:55] Speaker 2: and then we're gonna go and have a nap.
[1:04:57] Speaker 1: Good luck, girl.
[1:04:58] Speaker 3: Write us back, tell us how the conversation goes. I'm
[1:05:02] Speaker 3: really interested to hear. Okay, this next one says I
[1:05:05] Speaker 3: got bamboozled. Hey, y'all, so I would I wouldn't. I
[1:05:09] Speaker 3: wouldn't like to be anonymous. I don't think you meant that,
[1:05:13] Speaker 3: and you're gonna be anonymous anyway. Hey y'all, I so
[1:05:16] Speaker 3: I wouldn't like to be anonymous. I'm not sure whether
[1:05:19] Speaker 3: I need advice or just someone to actually talk to
[1:05:21] Speaker 3: about this that's not in my age range. I wonder
[1:05:25] Speaker 3: how old you are, so I'm going to get right
[1:05:29] Speaker 3: into it. I recently found out this dude I have
[1:05:31] Speaker 3: been messing with for the last two or three years
[1:05:33] Speaker 3: has been lying about his age. He's currently thirty five
[1:05:38] Speaker 3: and I'm twenty one. So this is an auntie letter, okay,
[1:05:42] Speaker 3: because my auntie had on you want some real advice
[1:05:45] Speaker 3: from people who have been there?
[1:05:47] Speaker 1: Dude, that is so weird.
[1:05:50] Speaker 3: Already put me in a So I feel you because
[1:05:53] Speaker 3: I'm irritated because why would he lie to you about that, like,
[1:05:57] Speaker 3: especially as a man, why you want to act like
[1:05:59] Speaker 3: you young, which has given predators, but it's given predator.
[1:06:03] Speaker 1: Yeah, you learn about everything. And did he look twenty something?
[1:06:08] Speaker 1: Because twenty something a thirty five? When you get thirty
[1:06:10] Speaker 1: five and you started.
[1:06:10] Speaker 3: Get hairy, five wrinkles stress.
[1:06:14] Speaker 1: Okay.
[1:06:15] Speaker 3: Anyway, he told me he was twenty four with no
[1:06:18] Speaker 3: kids when we met, I was nineteen.
[1:06:21] Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm not fucking with him.
[1:06:23] Speaker 3: I knew I had no business messing with a twenty
[1:06:25] Speaker 3: four year old, but I did it anyway because I
[1:06:28] Speaker 3: like my man a little older than me. Not no, damn,
[1:06:30] Speaker 3: fourteen years older, maybe like four years. So we messed around,
[1:06:34] Speaker 3: have sex, went on dates. I was even around his mother.
[1:06:37] Speaker 3: Did you think he just had an old mama? Or
[1:06:39] Speaker 3: what was she young? I got questions. I knew I
[1:06:42] Speaker 3: didn't really like him. It was honestly just the sex
[1:06:45] Speaker 3: for me, and he was a bit sassy.
[1:06:47] Speaker 1: So I.
[1:06:51] Speaker 3: But you know, have sex with this man you hanging
[1:06:53] Speaker 3: out with his mama, and now that you found out
[1:06:55] Speaker 3: he owed, now we named Colin. All right, I hate
[1:06:59] Speaker 3: to Ooh, leave me conflicted girl. Okay, anyway. It was
[1:07:05] Speaker 3: honestly just a sex for me, and he was a
[1:07:06] Speaker 3: bit sassy, so I knew it was never going to
[1:07:08] Speaker 3: be a relationship. After we had sex a few times,
[1:07:11] Speaker 3: I would gossip with my friends. I would literally say
[1:07:14] Speaker 3: that Dick is so good. He got grown man. Dick, Yeah,
[1:07:18] Speaker 3: because he was grown like I knew he fucked me good.
[1:07:24] Speaker 3: But some niggas just got good Dick. I never thought
[1:07:27] Speaker 3: to question his age because I just took his word
[1:07:29] Speaker 3: for it. So boom. In April, he mentioned a girl
[1:07:33] Speaker 3: trying to trying to say they had a child. Excuse me,
[1:07:36] Speaker 3: He slipped up and told me the child was fourteen.
[1:07:39] Speaker 3: I know those numbers. Was going through your head.
[1:07:41] Speaker 1: Like, excuse me, bitch, So I started to do the math.
[1:07:46] Speaker 3: He can't be twenty four at this point because he
[1:07:50] Speaker 3: would have had the kid at ten or eleven, or
[1:07:53] Speaker 3: he's thirty to thirty five years old. I also got
[1:07:56] Speaker 3: to thinking, why why don't you know about the paternity
[1:08:00] Speaker 3: at this big grown age, So I asked him how
[1:08:03] Speaker 3: old are you?
[1:08:04] Speaker 1: He's told me thirty five.
[1:08:07] Speaker 3: Once he told me his age, I left and told
[1:08:09] Speaker 3: him I'll talk to him the next day, but I
[1:08:11] Speaker 3: just ended up blocking him. My only issue is now
[1:08:13] Speaker 3: I feel so stupid and de steeved, but I can't
[1:08:16] Speaker 3: help but to think about it. After I blocked him,
[1:08:18] Speaker 3: I searched his name online, literally his age, and everything
[1:08:21] Speaker 3: came up.
[1:08:21] Speaker 1: Well, girl, be working backwards.
[1:08:23] Speaker 3: But that's all right. Hindsight is twenty twenty. You know,
[1:08:25] Speaker 3: we all make mistakes. I know I should have trust
[1:08:28] Speaker 3: my intuition when the dick was too good to be true. Okay,
[1:08:33] Speaker 3: I truly feel like I was accepting breadcrumbs and I've
[1:08:36] Speaker 3: not heard about the relationship, but just the situation itself.
[1:08:39] Speaker 3: How do I get over this? How do I avoid this? Well,
[1:08:42] Speaker 3: first of all, just ask for an ID. Yeah, I mean,
[1:08:46] Speaker 3: or do what you did, but do it in the beginning.
[1:08:50] Speaker 3: When somebody tells you their name, search them. If he's
[1:08:53] Speaker 3: telling you his age, If something isn't adding up like.
[1:08:56] Speaker 1: This one is pretty easily avoidable. Now getting over it.
[1:08:59] Speaker 1: I think this is gonna be easy to get over.
[1:09:01] Speaker 2: And maybe you're just being dramatic, maybe you're in a vulnerable,
[1:09:03] Speaker 2: vulnerable state. But like when somebody lies like that friend,
[1:09:07] Speaker 2: if you need help getting over him, heat was probably
[1:09:08] Speaker 2: a creed.
[1:09:09] Speaker 1: Yeah, so that should he obviously had to lie for Yeah.
[1:09:13] Speaker 2: That's weird, like lying the reverse the reverse lie. You
[1:09:17] Speaker 2: shouldn't be lying about your age anyways. However, back in
[1:09:19] Speaker 2: my day I did it a few times. But it
[1:09:21] Speaker 2: is different when you lying when you're eighteen saying you're
[1:09:24] Speaker 2: twenty one to get in the club.
[1:09:26] Speaker 1: Versus being to say twenty four.
[1:09:28] Speaker 2: So you can talk to an nineteen year old like,
[1:09:31] Speaker 2: that's just that is creepy behavior. Friend, And if you
[1:09:34] Speaker 2: don't see that as creepy behavior, I need you to
[1:09:36] Speaker 2: google free therapy in my neighborhood so that you can
[1:09:40] Speaker 2: talk about this, because that is it's just that's weird.
[1:09:43] Speaker 2: It's just weird. So we're telling you he's weird and
[1:09:46] Speaker 2: get over it.
[1:09:47] Speaker 1: What was you at his mama's house or wherever y'all were?
[1:09:49] Speaker 3: To me, he's what was going on? What kind of
[1:09:51] Speaker 3: I wonder what other lies he was feeding you? Was
[1:09:53] Speaker 3: he really a playmate for the fourteen year old? Because
[1:09:57] Speaker 3: y'all close in age like this is I'm sorry that
[1:10:00] Speaker 3: that happened to you, But just make sure that some
[1:10:04] Speaker 3: things that are verifiable and go ahead and verify you go.
[1:10:07] Speaker 1: Ahead and verify this.
[1:10:08] Speaker 2: Sometimes when you're out with somebody and something just doesn't
[1:10:11] Speaker 2: add up. Say it like, oh, really twenty one? Whatever
[1:10:15] Speaker 2: he said?
[1:10:15] Speaker 3: He was, yes, Oh I'm twenty four. What year you
[1:10:17] Speaker 3: graduate high school education? It could just be that quick.
[1:10:21] Speaker 3: And if he's doing math, but keep asking questions, ask
[1:10:25] Speaker 3: him stuff that he should know.
[1:10:26] Speaker 2: Pull out TikTok. See if you know how to maneuver it.
[1:10:29] Speaker 3: If he don't, baby, he is thirty five plus, okay,
[1:10:32] Speaker 3: because I'm.
[1:10:32] Speaker 2: Still out, still struggling.
[1:10:34] Speaker 3: So you know, do a few social tests with the guys,
[1:10:39] Speaker 3: and hopefully next time you write us you can send
[1:10:42] Speaker 3: us a cocktail.
[1:10:42] Speaker 1: All right, And on that note, it is time for
[1:10:44] Speaker 1: the cocktails.
[1:10:45] Speaker 3: If you have a cocktail that you would like to
[1:10:46] Speaker 3: send us, email it to us cocktails at cocktailspot dot com.
[1:11:01] Speaker 4: It's on catch.
[1:11:07] Speaker 1: Your plates. Once upon a time, not long ago, I
[1:11:11] Speaker 1: was a.
[1:11:15] Speaker 2: So this one is nice, short and sweet, and it's
[1:11:18] Speaker 2: titled warm Me Up Baby. Hi ladies, I love you guys.
[1:11:23] Speaker 2: Keep doing what you're doing because it's great. I'm a
[1:11:25] Speaker 2: die hard fan of cocktails. Dirty discussions. Okay, here's my story.
[1:11:30] Speaker 2: This was when I was in my teens. I believe
[1:11:32] Speaker 2: I was fifteen years old. Uh Now I knew about sex,
[1:11:36] Speaker 2: but I didn't know anything about any sex lubricants. The
[1:11:40] Speaker 2: next day, I'm rushing to go get on the bus,
[1:11:43] Speaker 2: but I didn't have any type of lotion. So I
[1:11:45] Speaker 2: went in my mom's room and grabbed a clear bottle
[1:11:47] Speaker 2: that had a K.
[1:11:48] Speaker 1: And a Y on there.
[1:11:49] Speaker 2: Now I didn't notice it. I thought it was just
[1:11:51] Speaker 2: regular oil. So go to I go to the bus stop. Okay,
[1:11:55] Speaker 2: picture this being like fall time, so it would be
[1:11:59] Speaker 2: cold in them, but it would be hot in the afternoon.
[1:12:01] Speaker 2: So as that cold air is hitting my legs, it's
[1:12:03] Speaker 2: warming me up. Maybe it felt good to me. The
[1:12:07] Speaker 2: next day, my mom is arguing with her man and
[1:12:10] Speaker 2: he was like, you used this for somebody else, and
[1:12:13] Speaker 2: she was like, no, baby, I only used it with you.
[1:12:17] Speaker 2: Why is the bottle halfway in? So I walked in
