[0:02] Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah. Check one two, Check one two. Is this
[0:04] Speaker 1: Mike On? Is this Mike On?
[0:06] Speaker 2: Hey?
[0:06] Speaker 1: Listen man, it's the one and only Trunks that a
[0:08] Speaker 1: DJ sis and you're listening to cocktails Dirty Discussions with
[0:12] Speaker 1: Kikia Medina Monroe.
[0:14] Speaker 2: Yeah, today's cocktail it is called truth Serum. The ingredients
[0:25] Speaker 2: one and a half ounces of tequila Blanco, a half
[0:29] Speaker 2: ounce of Contra or Triple sec a half ounce of
[0:32] Speaker 2: fresh lime juice, tiny splash of cranberry optional, It's just
[0:36] Speaker 2: for color, and then you're gonna have a lime twist
[0:39] Speaker 2: as a garnish. So here's how you're gonna make it.
[0:41] Speaker 2: You're gonna pour your ingredients into a shaker filled with ice,
[0:44] Speaker 2: shake well straight into a coop glass, and garnish with
[0:47] Speaker 2: that lime twist. And that is truth Serum. You ever
[0:53] Speaker 2: told somebody the truth?
[0:55] Speaker 1: Yeah? Lies? It just depends, you know. You know how
[1:01] Speaker 1: people always say, like when you drink, and I named
[1:03] Speaker 1: it because I'm like, oh, this is my kind of
[1:05] Speaker 1: drink is mostly liquor. There is a little lime juice
[1:08] Speaker 1: in there, and I guess if you add that cranberry.
[1:11] Speaker 1: But they say that like when you're drunk, drunk mind
[1:15] Speaker 1: speaks like you're sober. Sometimes that's true. I don't believe
[1:18] Speaker 1: that trauma Tabby line and living in my fantasy. It's
[1:22] Speaker 1: a whole lie.
[1:23] Speaker 2: And it's like your brain doesn't actually know what was
[1:26] Speaker 2: and it's like some.
[1:29] Speaker 1: Yeah, possessed and that's why they call this spears. I
[1:31] Speaker 1: don't know who that girl was. I've never seen that
[1:33] Speaker 1: girl a day at my life. I'm sorry for that girl,
[1:38] Speaker 1: but it's been a long time since I've had like
[1:40] Speaker 1: a really bad, drunken bad episode where like I went
[1:45] Speaker 1: off on people couldn't remember that sort of thing. Thank
[1:48] Speaker 1: God for growth. Yeah, it doesn't feel good, and it's
[1:52] Speaker 1: like when everybody's recapping, you don't want to hear it
[1:54] Speaker 1: because you know something ain't feeling right even though you
[1:57] Speaker 1: don't know, and you gotta trust what the people tell you.
[2:00] Speaker 2: I always wonder, like do sometimes when someone can't remember
[2:03] Speaker 2: what happened drunkenly, like are y'all adding extra shit into this?
[2:06] Speaker 1: Like once you know, yeah, she was that fucked up
[2:08] Speaker 1: we gone jazz, and.
[2:09] Speaker 2: Yet she really doesn't remember, and then everybody just keeps
[2:11] Speaker 2: adding more and it's like and you can't even say
[2:13] Speaker 2: a nothing because you don't.
[2:14] Speaker 1: You don't know. And yeah, anyway, Auntie, don't do that
[2:20] Speaker 1: no more, thank goodness. But anyways, welcome back to cocktails.
[2:23] Speaker 1: I'm Kiki said so, and I am Adina Monroe. Hey, y'all,
[2:27] Speaker 1: what you got coming up for the summer? Have?
[2:29] Speaker 2: Oh well, this some stuff is coming up for the summer.
[2:32] Speaker 2: But I was gonna ask you what I have coming
[2:34] Speaker 2: up as an appointment. And I'm really into skincare. Y'all
[2:37] Speaker 2: know that I do not play my my skin. And
[2:39] Speaker 2: any type of beauty hack that there might be that
[2:41] Speaker 2: can be somewhat natural, even if it's a little, you know,
[2:43] Speaker 2: a little extra something. I'm gonna get micro needling. Have
[2:47] Speaker 2: you ever done it?
[2:49] Speaker 1: Thoughts? I liked it, you did like it was uncomfortable, uncomfortable,
[2:53] Speaker 1: like it hurts. I wouldn't call it a flat out hurt.
[2:57] Speaker 1: It's uncomfortable, like uh, like okay, you know when they
[3:01] Speaker 1: used the needles for botox or like even I would
[3:05] Speaker 1: compare it more so to like your eyebrows getting your
[3:07] Speaker 1: eyebrows done, like microcheading or micro blading. So it's more
[3:12] Speaker 1: like that they will put numbing stuff on you sometimes.
[3:15] Speaker 1: But I'm like that shit, I never strong enough. I
[3:17] Speaker 1: can feel, but it's just like uncomfortable, not unbearable, it's
[3:22] Speaker 1: just like and then afterwards I felt like my skin
[3:24] Speaker 1: was sensitive. But the results I got, I was like, oh,
[3:27] Speaker 1: I should do it again. Never did it again, but
[3:29] Speaker 1: I liked it.
[3:29] Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, I'm gonna try it.
[3:32] Speaker 1: And so I'm excited, Like I just makes you want
[3:35] Speaker 1: to do it because your goal we're.
[3:37] Speaker 2: Fresh skin, Like just im just as fresh as the
[3:41] Speaker 2: skin can look. Because I do think like, even though
[3:43] Speaker 2: I take really good care of my skin, I also
[3:45] Speaker 2: put on makeup and do all this stuff, and so
[3:47] Speaker 2: sometimes there's like a level of healthy skin that you
[3:49] Speaker 2: can get to where like it just shines even through
[3:51] Speaker 2: the makeup slowly. Yeah, very glowy, sodient, radiant. I'm just
[3:56] Speaker 2: going through a little going for a radiant look. And
[4:00] Speaker 2: I never did it, so I'm.
[4:01] Speaker 1: Like, let's see what this, what's gonna happen.
[4:04] Speaker 2: Yeah. I love a good beauty and handser. I am
[4:09] Speaker 2: not against any of them.
[4:13] Speaker 1: So I'm excited about that.
[4:14] Speaker 2: Have Paradise and Vibe coming up in August August twenty
[4:17] Speaker 2: fourth through the twenty seventh, we will be in Sedona, Arizona.
[4:21] Speaker 2: We have an amazing program lined up an amazing line
[4:24] Speaker 2: of guests that are joining us, including Easter Ray.
[4:26] Speaker 1: So if you would like.
[4:27] Speaker 2: To come, go to Paradise and Vibe dot com and
[4:29] Speaker 2: tell them I sent you and I can't wait to
[4:31] Speaker 2: have a little turn up slash healing session with you.
[4:36] Speaker 1: I'm excited about Beyonce. Oh yeah, So my sister is
[4:42] Speaker 1: gonna come, yeah, Mallory to Atlanta for the Atlanta show.
[4:48] Speaker 1: We're going on July eleventh and with some of my girlfriends,
[4:52] Speaker 1: and we have been talking about outfits. Her husband bought
[4:55] Speaker 1: her the tickets and then such a good husband, what
[5:00] Speaker 1: oh yeah, I ate a little extra poort the rest,
[5:02] Speaker 1: not the rest of the tequila, the rest of the spicy. Anyways,
[5:08] Speaker 1: he bought her the tickets, and she has been to
[5:11] Speaker 1: a Beyonce concert. Matter of fact, she missed a Renaissance tour.
[5:14] Speaker 1: But I think that the last Beyonce concert she went
[5:17] Speaker 1: to she went with me and it was in I
[5:18] Speaker 1: want to say, it was in the old Georgia Dome.
[5:20] Speaker 1: Maybe it's a Formation tour. I don't know, but we
[5:22] Speaker 1: my mama bought those tickets, so we had noseweeds, but
[5:25] Speaker 1: it was still great to be in the building energy.
[5:27] Speaker 1: So this time he was like, well, how much the
[5:30] Speaker 1: chickens cost. I was like, well, how much you want
[5:32] Speaker 1: to spend because I want to buy them together, so
[5:35] Speaker 1: make sure we can sit together. So you got the tickets.
[5:37] Speaker 1: We're on the floor and I've never sat on the
[5:39] Speaker 1: floor for a Beyonce concert. I've been in the one
[5:43] Speaker 1: hundred level because I'd be nervous about being short and
[5:45] Speaker 1: am I going to be able to see? And one
[5:47] Speaker 1: thing I love about a Beyonce show is like all
[5:50] Speaker 1: of the visuals that she has and so it's like
[5:52] Speaker 1: it's really I mean, you want to be closer, but
[5:55] Speaker 1: it's not a bad seat. There's so much to see,
[5:57] Speaker 1: so much to experience. It just feels so great. So
[6:00] Speaker 1: last time I went, I was very low in the
[6:02] Speaker 1: one hundreds and it was great and I kind of
[6:04] Speaker 1: liked it because you could see the visuals better. But
[6:06] Speaker 1: I'm excited because we're gonna be on the floor. And
[6:08] Speaker 1: then if you haven't done this, I'll give you a
[6:10] Speaker 1: little hack. So whenever the tickets were going on sale
[6:13] Speaker 1: initially and everybody was buying them, some people bought resales,
[6:15] Speaker 1: some people bought regular. If you bought your ticket and
[6:20] Speaker 1: you want to exchange it. They have more tickets available
[6:24] Speaker 1: in some places. I guess maybe I don't know why,
[6:27] Speaker 1: but you can exchange your ticket for a closer seat
[6:30] Speaker 1: if it's the same price, and if it's not the
[6:31] Speaker 1: same price, you just paid the difference. So we were
[6:33] Speaker 1: able to exchange our tickets for closer seats and there
[6:37] Speaker 1: was no price difference, and I was like, Oh, this
[6:39] Speaker 1: is even better. I'm just very excited. We got to
[6:40] Speaker 1: get our looks together. Outsideide. Yeah, outside of that, I
[6:48] Speaker 1: think that I don't have anything planned exactly, but I
[6:52] Speaker 1: have been working on a plan to go somewhere. I
[6:55] Speaker 1: really wanted to go on the Paradise and Vibe trip
[6:57] Speaker 1: and I went and I was looking at I was like, Okay,
[7:00] Speaker 1: can I do it? Can I do it? But I
[7:01] Speaker 1: think it's the dates that don't work because I have
[7:04] Speaker 1: a conference during that time. But I don't know. It
[7:08] Speaker 1: ain't over till it's over. I still go all the time.
[7:10] Speaker 2: It ain't over, and it still isn't over. You know
[7:12] Speaker 2: where the movie that's from the Notebook.
[7:15] Speaker 1: Oh that is a good movie. But yeah, so if
[7:18] Speaker 1: I don't get to make it on Paradise and Vibe trip.
[7:20] Speaker 1: I still want to go to Sedona. I still would
[7:22] Speaker 1: like to experience it. It's been on my list, so
[7:24] Speaker 1: I may go there. And then I was thinking about
[7:27] Speaker 1: my birthday and I had why is it that time? Well,
[7:32] Speaker 1: it's damn near three months away, you know, and if
[7:35] Speaker 1: you're going to do something and really plan it, I
[7:37] Speaker 1: don't like a good plan, even if we vera I
[7:39] Speaker 1: just need a plan. It's like a safety and that
[7:41] Speaker 1: it makes me feel good. What are you thinking I'm
[7:43] Speaker 1: doing for your birth time? I don't know. So somebody
[7:45] Speaker 1: else brought it up and I was like, oh, I
[7:46] Speaker 1: should think about it. I would thinking about doing a
[7:48] Speaker 1: sister's trip. We'll see, And you know, I love my
[7:54] Speaker 1: favorite little island here is out, but I want to
[7:55] Speaker 1: go to some other places, so we'll see. I was
[7:57] Speaker 1: thinking about Granada or Ganada. I don't know how you
[8:00] Speaker 1: pronounce that. I thought, okay, we'll go with Granada. I
[8:04] Speaker 1: was looking at that, and I was looking at Majorca, Spain.
[8:09] Speaker 1: I need to check the weather and see what is
[8:10] Speaker 1: giving during that time of year. And where else? Was
[8:14] Speaker 1: I saying about Columbia and Mexico. So I got a
[8:17] Speaker 1: lot of options, but I need to narrow it down,
[8:19] Speaker 1: or maybe I'll just be right here. I don't know.
[8:21] Speaker 1: We'll see. I'll keep y'all posted. But I want to
[8:24] Speaker 1: have a good birthday. I would like to celebrate and
[8:27] Speaker 1: celebrate with people and eat good food. That's what's most important,
[8:31] Speaker 1: next to the people. The good food.
[8:33] Speaker 2: Yeah, I forgot. In July, I'm going to the Sarah
[8:38] Speaker 2: Jakes conference and she's doing it in Atlanta this year.
[8:40] Speaker 2: I'm so excited Carla will be She's on the media team,
[8:44] Speaker 2: and I am just like, I'm excited.
[8:47] Speaker 1: I want to meet Sarah Jakes so bad, Like I
[8:49] Speaker 1: just I just.
[8:52] Speaker 2: I feel like it could happen. I feel like it
[8:54] Speaker 2: could happen, and I just need her to know and
[8:57] Speaker 2: I just love her so much. But I haven't even
[9:01] Speaker 2: thought about my birthday.
[9:03] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, it does seem far away, but it was.
[9:05] Speaker 1: It doesn't, but it's really not. But like time fly,
[9:08] Speaker 1: it's just crazy. It's ei think you want to do
[9:10] Speaker 1: something big or lucky.
[9:13] Speaker 2: I have an idea of something that I would like
[9:14] Speaker 2: to do for my birthday. I'm not going to share
[9:16] Speaker 2: it because I don't have it all panned out yet,
[9:18] Speaker 2: and it's a it would be a surprise for other people.
[9:21] Speaker 1: Oh, but that's it is.
[9:23] Speaker 2: It's it's a thing that I have been wanting to do,
[9:25] Speaker 2: but I want to be able to do it in
[9:29] Speaker 2: the way that I would like to do it, and
[9:31] Speaker 2: it's a very specific way. And so y'all need to
[9:34] Speaker 2: find somebody to buy this condo that I have listed
[9:36] Speaker 2: because that would fund it of my DMS.
[9:39] Speaker 1: If you know somebody that wants it. It's in Atlanta, Georgia,
[9:42] Speaker 1: the Atlantic ex Atlanta. Niggas be looking good in there.
[9:45] Speaker 2: It ain't good, I said, Well, I said, hey, I
[9:48] Speaker 2: need to probably experience that pool before we sell this thing.
[9:51] Speaker 1: Let's have a pool day. That might be great.
[9:54] Speaker 2: But speaking of birthdays, it's so funny that you said
[9:56] Speaker 2: you were thinking about your birth because I was thinking
[9:58] Speaker 2: about my birthday and what I would like to do
[9:59] Speaker 2: and hopefully I.
[10:00] Speaker 1: Can do it.
[10:00] Speaker 2: But last year for my birthday, somebody's son. Really like,
[10:06] Speaker 2: have you ever had somebody ruin your birthday?
[10:08] Speaker 1: Yeah? It does not feel good. This is do you
[10:13] Speaker 1: feel like this? It's like that is the one day
[10:15] Speaker 1: that is truly just yours. You ain't got no twin nothing,
[10:20] Speaker 1: It's just your day. It's your personal holiday. Christmas to
[10:23] Speaker 1: be about the damn kids, thanksgivings, about who makes the
[10:26] Speaker 1: best mac and cheese a potato salad and who didn't
[10:28] Speaker 1: fuck up what? Hey.
[10:30] Speaker 2: I love birthdays, like even if you're at odds with
[10:34] Speaker 2: your partner, like the birthday is just not the day
[10:37] Speaker 2: to do this. And I say that not because of presence,
[10:41] Speaker 2: not because of anything like the material. Somebody didn't make
[10:45] Speaker 2: their birthday this year, and to create an atmosphere where
[10:49] Speaker 2: and I literally said this to him anyways, but for
[10:53] Speaker 2: somebody to create like an atmosphere or bring up an
[10:55] Speaker 2: issue on a birthday, to me.
[10:58] Speaker 1: That is just what the young people say. That's crazy work.
[11:02] Speaker 1: That's crazy. That's another one of my phrases. I love y'all.
[11:04] Speaker 1: Keep them cup, tell me some more what the kids
[11:06] Speaker 1: we said, because I love that. That's nasty, nasty work.
[11:08] Speaker 1: That's what they say. My bad I misstep. That's nasty.
[11:11] Speaker 1: It's nasty work.
[11:12] Speaker 2: It's nasty work, and I'm just nasty say it because
[11:15] Speaker 2: it's like I just feel like you gotta keep reminding
[11:18] Speaker 2: the don't mess up people's birthdays.
[11:20] Speaker 1: Like don't do that, like, just don't do it. It
[11:24] Speaker 1: is not nice. I am someone where it's like.
[11:27] Speaker 2: I'm gonna celebrate you on your birthday even if you're
[11:29] Speaker 2: on my I'm talking about like partners, if you're together.
[11:31] Speaker 2: It's like, you really want me to just remember my
[11:33] Speaker 2: birthday and be like, wow, last year, you really messed
[11:36] Speaker 2: up my birthday in a way that is just like not.
[11:39] Speaker 1: Okay, Like it's like, oh, you hate me, you hate me.
[11:45] Speaker 1: That's immediately how I feel. And then I won't say
[11:48] Speaker 1: what I would do.
[11:48] Speaker 2: You know, when you start to come out of you know,
[11:51] Speaker 2: when you start to come out of the heartache from
[11:53] Speaker 2: the heartbreak and you start to see the truth because
[11:55] Speaker 2: there's a large portion of like you just are like
[11:57] Speaker 2: really hard on yourself.
[11:58] Speaker 1: The awakening where you start to look back and be.
[12:01] Speaker 2: Like nig I took you to Fiji, South Africa to loom.
[12:07] Speaker 1: I wasn't gonna say it, but I shove up and
[12:09] Speaker 1: thinking it like you've got some motherfucking nerves and even
[12:13] Speaker 1: around the United States of America around them have you
[12:18] Speaker 1: lost son Toronto, Look, we became international girls. Even before that,
[12:24] Speaker 1: I took you on a train.
[12:25] Speaker 2: Ride like ooh, I don't I don't play about birth
[12:29] Speaker 2: like I just feel like that ain't the time it's
[12:32] Speaker 2: not the time. Put it aside. Again, everybody doesn't. It's
[12:36] Speaker 2: not about money, it's not about Everybody doesn't make the birthday.
[12:39] Speaker 2: All I wanted you to do was wake up and
[12:40] Speaker 2: make me some fucking breakfast.
[12:43] Speaker 1: Had you in their pity pack pitipack baker's man making
[12:47] Speaker 1: goddamn biscuits. I was concerned. And that wasn't a birthday,
[12:50] Speaker 1: And that was just on GP. Just because you start.
[12:53] Speaker 2: To wake up damn pancakes, you start to wake up
[12:56] Speaker 2: french toe, you start to wake up perky bacon.
[12:59] Speaker 1: Now I eat poor bacon. Yeah, times have change, motherfucker.
[13:03] Speaker 1: I know that's right. You had beef baking. I'll never
[13:05] Speaker 1: have to beefake. Well, girl, I might have to bring
[13:07] Speaker 1: you some beef bacon. It's good. I don't, oh, it's good.
[13:10] Speaker 1: What does it look like? It looks like pork bacon,
[13:12] Speaker 1: but it's beef.
[13:12] Speaker 2: Now, you know what's interesting. So while I will nibble
[13:14] Speaker 2: on a little pork bacon, I can't. I haven't brought
[13:16] Speaker 2: myself to be able to buy it at the store
[13:17] Speaker 2: and make it because I'm nervous.
[13:19] Speaker 1: It just gets too bubbly and greasy. You didn't cook
[13:21] Speaker 1: it in the oven. That's the trip. Oh yeah, girl,
[13:26] Speaker 1: we should go to cook Square House and do a
[13:28] Speaker 1: cooking class and do a little shopping and ventures. Y'all
[13:30] Speaker 1: want to say that I love the Cooks Square House
[13:33] Speaker 1: and I like, there's that sponsor. I know, right, Maybe
[13:35] Speaker 1: we could do a cooking class. Maybe we'll go show
[13:37] Speaker 1: y'all how we do it and then maybe do a
[13:39] Speaker 1: cooking class that that's something that is on my list
[13:41] Speaker 1: of things that I would like to do. Maybe we
[13:43] Speaker 1: do it together. Yeah, anyways, cook it in the oven.
[13:47] Speaker 1: If y'all not cooking your bacon in the oven, cook
[13:50] Speaker 1: it in there. I bought this thing. It's a silicon mat.
[13:53] Speaker 1: It has ridges, so it's like you're putting it on
[13:55] Speaker 1: a wire rack, but no wire and dishwashers. Safe for
[13:58] Speaker 1: a slazy girls, and so the grease drips down in there.
[14:02] Speaker 1: You're not gonna have the grease on your becon baked beacon,
[14:05] Speaker 1: on your bacon, and it will still be flat and crispy.
[14:09] Speaker 1: And it's got a spout on the side, so when
[14:10] Speaker 1: you take it out of your bacon sheet, you can
[14:12] Speaker 1: train it. Do you make breakfast every most mornings?
[14:16] Speaker 2: No?
[14:16] Speaker 1: Because I don't really like it. We're gonna have people
[14:18] Speaker 1: over there or man or something. I do like to
[14:20] Speaker 1: make breakfast, and what do you what's your go to?
[14:22] Speaker 1: It depends on who I'm looking for. But I like
[14:24] Speaker 1: to have a meal.
[14:25] Speaker 2: It's different meal, different breakfasts for this. So somebody might
[14:27] Speaker 2: just get a little cup of orange juice and it
[14:29] Speaker 2: harribleed egg.
[14:30] Speaker 1: No no, no, that's a struggle breakfast. Because if I'm
[14:32] Speaker 1: gonna get busy, I'm getting busy, okay. Some people prefer
[14:35] Speaker 1: waffles to pancakes or vices. Some people have dietary restrictions.
[14:39] Speaker 1: Some people want a big, old hearty breakfast. And if
[14:42] Speaker 1: it's the weekend and I've got more time, I'm gonna
[14:44] Speaker 1: do a little shrimp and grits. I'm gonna do something
[14:46] Speaker 1: like we're going out to brunch, but at home, I
[14:48] Speaker 1: can make my cocktails. I gets busy, okay. But if
[14:51] Speaker 1: it's a weekday, waffles because I've got a waffle maker
[14:55] Speaker 1: that I love by Cruks che Chee or something like that.
[14:58] Speaker 1: I bought it at Target before the is shoes. But
[15:00] Speaker 1: that brand is a black On brand and I bought
[15:03] Speaker 1: it and I love it. It's great the waffles. What
[15:07] Speaker 1: else I like to make. I love a hash. I
[15:11] Speaker 1: like to do a sweet potato hash, and so I
[15:13] Speaker 1: dice the sweet potatoes and I put onions and peppers
[15:16] Speaker 1: in their spices and seasonings.
[15:18] Speaker 2: Um.
[15:19] Speaker 1: Sometimes I'll do chares, so top it with some eggs,
[15:22] Speaker 1: not scrambled, I will. I like my eggs done, so
[15:25] Speaker 1: I'll fry them and pop them on top of it.
[15:26] Speaker 1: If you like yours a little running, I would just
[15:28] Speaker 1: put it on top of like a I'll cook it
[15:31] Speaker 1: in the oven. It gets roasted eggs. Oh, not the eggs,
[15:35] Speaker 1: the whole dish. So I don't do scramble. But I
[15:38] Speaker 1: might crack the egg on top of the setup towards
[15:41] Speaker 1: the end, and then it'll bake, so it'll be like
[15:43] Speaker 1: a sunny side up egg. I like my eggs all
[15:46] Speaker 1: the way done. I want shit running around on my plate.
[15:47] Speaker 1: Everything needs to be dead belly. Okay, yeah, so I
[15:51] Speaker 1: would put yours in the oven. I'm gonna fry mine
[15:53] Speaker 1: on the stove and just put it in at the end.
[15:56] Speaker 1: But yeah, I've got a few breakfast things, but I'm
[15:58] Speaker 1: not really a breakfast girl. In the same breakfast avocado
[16:01] Speaker 1: toast with smoked salmon. I like to shave a boiled egg.
[16:04] Speaker 1: Do you ever do that? I would get my megga markalon, okay,
[16:08] Speaker 1: and I just love to shave that on there. You
[16:10] Speaker 1: put some pickled red onions on there, sometimes some capers,
[16:14] Speaker 1: a little sprinkle of spice, smoke salmon, different types of
[16:18] Speaker 1: smoked salmon, a little deal. Sometimes I mix up my
[16:20] Speaker 1: cream cheese. I'll make an avocado fruit. I mean, I
[16:23] Speaker 1: like making breakfastuff and I'll be like, that's a lot
[16:25] Speaker 1: of fucking.
[16:25] Speaker 2: Break Yeah, that's why I do the same. Y'all all
[16:28] Speaker 2: get in saint breakfast and it's good what should be making.
[16:30] Speaker 2: I will get a bag at or a little the
[16:32] Speaker 2: loaf of French bread to make many French toasts, so
[16:35] Speaker 2: it's not a big old slice of I don't big
[16:37] Speaker 2: things just give me.
[16:39] Speaker 1: A lot of stress. Okay.
[16:40] Speaker 2: So I cut it and it's about like this big,
[16:42] Speaker 2: and I'll make a little mini French toast. I love
[16:44] Speaker 2: eggs scrambled or a little sunnyside, but little jelly mm hmm,
[16:48] Speaker 2: egg some avocado, and I.
[16:51] Speaker 1: Love a hat with avocado avocado slice.
[16:54] Speaker 2: Or I'll make it like guacamoile, but don't put all
[16:56] Speaker 2: the GUACAMOLEA and greens in there. I'll literally just chop
[16:58] Speaker 2: chop up the guacamole and put a little bit of
[17:01] Speaker 2: seasoning and now a little bit Greek yogurt because it's
[17:04] Speaker 2: just I'm just putting Greek yogurt on everything.
[17:06] Speaker 1: Greek yogurt in the avocado, like an avocado mash, essentially
[17:11] Speaker 1: on top.
[17:11] Speaker 2: Okay, little scoop on top, if that's what you would like.
[17:13] Speaker 2: And maybe some potatoes. Maybe not, depends on how hungry
[17:16] Speaker 2: we are, but that's about it.
[17:19] Speaker 1: A little mouse. How do we get on breakfast? I
[17:23] Speaker 1: kind of want to make that sweep hair. I can
[17:24] Speaker 1: make it for my family, not Thursday, maybe not love Friday.
[17:28] Speaker 1: I can make it on Friday.
[17:29] Speaker 2: Yeah, I love a little sweeps or a little Reglar
[17:31] Speaker 2: potato hash, a little hash.
[17:33] Speaker 1: I just love the smell of green peppers and onions
[17:36] Speaker 1: cooking and olive oil. Like have you ever had corn
[17:40] Speaker 1: beef hash?
[17:41] Speaker 2: I haven't because my mom talks so badly about it,
[17:44] Speaker 2: because she said when she was growing up, that's all
[17:47] Speaker 2: her struggle. She said, that's all that. They would make them.
[17:52] Speaker 1: A lot. Yeah, I liked it, but now it does
[17:56] Speaker 1: like dog food. They're not beating the allegations yet and
[17:59] Speaker 1: a lot of times come straight out of a can
[18:01] Speaker 1: and you like heat it up, but you don't have
[18:04] Speaker 1: to have it that way. But that's the only way
[18:07] Speaker 1: it was served to me. I tried to do it
[18:08] Speaker 1: a little different, but I'm like, well, I just won't
[18:11] Speaker 1: think about its origin story. Okay, m that sounded I
[18:18] Speaker 1: didn't make it sound appetizing. But it does taste good.
[18:21] Speaker 1: It don't taste like how it looks. It literally looks
[18:23] Speaker 1: like dog food. It's like chopped up potato, but not
[18:26] Speaker 1: like dice. But like I keep want to see bless yeah,
[18:31] Speaker 1: thank you. Uh, y'all know what cornby pash looks like.
[18:34] Speaker 1: But I like it. I just we need mine to
[18:37] Speaker 1: be extra crispy, to give it a different texture than
[18:40] Speaker 1: that can stuff, because it'd been looking like, I don't know,
[18:45] Speaker 1: a Little Caesar's meal, not Little Caesars the pizza, but
[18:49] Speaker 1: you know with the cute dog when they put it
[18:52] Speaker 1: on the plate and it looks like petaso oh, it
[18:54] Speaker 1: looks like that is let me find a peastri It's like,
[18:58] Speaker 1: I know it, Okay, So you know how I like.
[19:00] Speaker 1: Have you ever been at publics, for example in March,
[19:03] Speaker 1: like before what's the holiday with Irish folks. Oh where
[19:08] Speaker 1: they get drop St. Patrick's Day and they'll have pushtrami
[19:12] Speaker 1: or the corned beef out and it's brisket but it's
[19:16] Speaker 1: very pink. Okay, let me just like similar, but it's
[19:22] Speaker 1: like tender. It's not gonna be like on a shark
[19:25] Speaker 1: cooterie board. It would be more tender juicy meat. Anyway,
[19:30] Speaker 1: is that in like tiny dice? I'm just gonna show you. Oh,
[19:34] Speaker 1: I hope I remember to put a picture up so
[19:36] Speaker 1: y'all can see too. But as long as i'm taking,
[19:38] Speaker 1: y'all gonna being googled. Okay, corned beef hash if corn any? No,
[19:44] Speaker 1: the beef is corned. I don't know what that means.
[19:47] Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. It's kind of like
[19:51] Speaker 1: it seems like it's like, uh, I don't want to
[19:55] Speaker 1: say pickle because that's just making everybody's stomach turn. Okay,
[20:00] Speaker 1: so this is like if you make it fresh, right,
[20:03] Speaker 1: so that doesn't look as bad as what I'm about
[20:06] Speaker 1: to show you next, which is the can y'all eat
[20:09] Speaker 1: any weird stuff for breakfast? Tap it in the comments? Okay,
[20:14] Speaker 1: so like this would can be look these pictures look
[20:16] Speaker 1: great because okay, this is probably the best examits. And
[20:18] Speaker 1: it's a breakfast food. Yes, you eat it for breakfast,
[20:21] Speaker 1: like if you go to the Cracker Beer. I know
[20:23] Speaker 1: so many people don't like crackerber, but they got pancakes
[20:27] Speaker 1: and they warm up that syrup syrup as you would say,
[20:31] Speaker 1: it is good. But this is how I want mine
[20:32] Speaker 1: because I needed to be a little crisp. But it's meat.
[20:35] Speaker 1: It is because I can't. And they say, just heat
[20:38] Speaker 1: and served by this. Oh, this is this, that's what
[20:42] Speaker 1: I picture this and this. But you got a kid
[20:44] Speaker 1: cooking like the medicated dogfoodn't have to give shy. Yeah,
[20:47] Speaker 1: when Willie was sick and she had caught that whatever
[20:50] Speaker 1: the fuck from that fucked up dog that was around
[20:53] Speaker 1: and thank god they're gone, she had to eat the
[20:57] Speaker 1: rice and the chicken. But it was coming out of
[20:59] Speaker 1: a can, and I just said, to hell with this.
[21:01] Speaker 1: I'm making my babies feel I would need this, not
[21:03] Speaker 1: feeding it to my girl, not my queen, my little
[21:05] Speaker 1: princess baby girl. M h. Anyway, well that's what you
[21:10] Speaker 1: said about breakfast. I don't know. I was gonna make
[21:12] Speaker 1: some more breathing catfish and I had every intention to
[21:15] Speaker 1: make it today, but I was in beauty supplies store,
[21:16] Speaker 1: confused and stuff. I was at one of those big Okay, y'all,
[21:19] Speaker 1: I listen. You know. We love to keep it cute,
[21:22] Speaker 1: sometimes we keep it juicy. And I want to tell
[21:23] Speaker 1: y'all what's been making waves in my life and in
[21:26] Speaker 1: my panties. It's soaking wet from VB Health, y'all. These prebiotics, well, probiotics, probiotics,
[21:34] Speaker 1: it's loaded with all kinds of great things that are
[21:37] Speaker 1: great for your overall vaginal health. That is something that
[21:39] Speaker 1: so many people don't really consider or you feel like
[21:42] Speaker 1: you're doing these other things. You're taking your other supplements
[21:44] Speaker 1: and they'll be good, which okay, that's fine, but you
[21:46] Speaker 1: need something targeted. We all want to make sure that
[21:49] Speaker 1: we are taking better care of ourselves. And something that
[21:52] Speaker 1: I love about BB Health's formula is that is doctor
[21:55] Speaker 1: formulated and so it's not just something somebody whipped up
[21:58] Speaker 1: in their kitchen. It has been put together extensively researched,
[22:02] Speaker 1: and it's put together in these very clean labs because
[22:06] Speaker 1: that's important too. You don't want to have no mess
[22:08] Speaker 1: going on. But they keep you wet and juicy, and
[22:12] Speaker 1: I've noticed a difference. Sometimes I feel a bit dehydrated
[22:16] Speaker 1: or maybe the stress of life. But my girl don't
[22:19] Speaker 1: be purned like she used to when I'm not taking
[22:22] Speaker 1: VB health the soaking wet pills. So I've been taking them.
[22:24] Speaker 2: And even I take them. I love that you said.
[22:27] Speaker 2: It's like she said, like he said, it's also for
[22:29] Speaker 2: vaginal health. I might not be busting it open right now,
[22:32] Speaker 2: but you know what, I'm popping my VB health pills
[22:35] Speaker 2: and having my little nanny getting juicy and ready for
[22:38] Speaker 2: my husband when he comes. It's gonna be nice, writing
[22:40] Speaker 2: and healthy. But I have a funny story to tell
[22:42] Speaker 2: you about VB health, so the soaking wet pills to
[22:45] Speaker 2: be exact, I have a girlfriend and she's in menopause.
[22:49] Speaker 2: I've lately been becoming friends with older women and moms,
[22:52] Speaker 2: and it's amazing. Anyways, her birthday just passed literally some
[22:55] Speaker 2: days ago, and I was like, I want to add
[22:57] Speaker 2: in some things in her gift bags to make it
[22:58] Speaker 2: more full. I put in some soaking wet pills.
[23:02] Speaker 1: She didn't know it.
[23:03] Speaker 2: I'm taking her to get her nails done. She's like,
[23:05] Speaker 2: my pussy is just so dry. She's like, that's the
[23:07] Speaker 2: worst thing about menopause.
[23:08] Speaker 1: Like you just get try.
[23:09] Speaker 2: Girl said, look in your gift bag. She texted me
[23:11] Speaker 2: last night she said I tried them and it's it's juicy.
[23:14] Speaker 2: I said, come.
[23:15] Speaker 1: Couldn't even take a long time the word let her
[23:18] Speaker 1: get it.
[23:18] Speaker 2: Yeah, you guys, listen, go head over to soaking wet
[23:23] Speaker 2: dot com. Use code Cocktails to get your little discount.

[23:36] Speaker 1: Oh, I can't hear. I was at Beauty Master, but
[23:38] Speaker 1: they've got some sales down here. I can't heard it
[23:41] Speaker 1: because it's so much.
[23:41] Speaker 2: You're looking at baby hair brushes, jail brown, weave weeks.
[23:47] Speaker 1: Y'all come up new press ons and there very cute.
[23:50] Speaker 1: Thank you. I said, they got way better press ons
[23:52] Speaker 1: in here.
[23:52] Speaker 2: Then you're looking at the do rags. You're like, is
[23:54] Speaker 2: that bow wow?
[23:55] Speaker 1: And it was it is and brushes and everything. I said,
[23:59] Speaker 1: I know that's right.
[24:01] Speaker 2: Yes, I just love a little boow. Go see him
[24:04] Speaker 2: at six Flags he was performing.
[24:06] Speaker 1: I saw him. What was that place where it's like
[24:08] Speaker 1: a beach. No, it's like an amphitheater. So it was
[24:12] Speaker 1: the Scream Tour, and it's like an indoor outdoor thing.
[24:15] Speaker 1: So like some people get seats. I was devil on
[24:16] Speaker 1: the lawn. Yeah, we were like junior higher high school.
[24:20] Speaker 2: I think I know what you're going about. I don't
[24:21] Speaker 2: know the name of it me either.
[24:23] Speaker 1: My mom and my sister played a nasty prank on me.
[24:25] Speaker 1: I'll never let this go. I just had a flashback,
[24:28] Speaker 1: so they I got a T shirt. I was the
[24:30] Speaker 1: one who loved him. Mallori loved little Romeo. Perfect sisters
[24:34] Speaker 1: don't need to be fighting over imaginary boyfriends on the
[24:38] Speaker 1: music video shows like One on six In part Her
[24:41] Speaker 1: and MoMA, I'm like, how do you is a child?
[24:45] Speaker 1: I was a pre teen. I don't even think Mallard
[24:47] Speaker 1: was in the double digit yet. Maybe I don't know.
[24:51] Speaker 1: Y'all colluded together and decided Mallory's just gonna scribble a
[24:57] Speaker 1: signature and tell me that y'all got me an autograph.
[24:59] Speaker 1: Oh that's some mean. When I found out, I turned
[25:02] Speaker 1: into the motherfucking hawk. Okay, I ripped that ship up.
[25:05] Speaker 1: Was so mad, but I still ripped it so I
[25:06] Speaker 1: didn't rip up the pictures, but I was like, why
[25:08] Speaker 1: did y'all do this? It's very upset.
[25:10] Speaker 2: Did I ever tell you about the time my mom
[25:11] Speaker 2: and my sister played a prank on me and told
[25:13] Speaker 2: me that my brother got hit by a car on
[25:15] Speaker 2: the bike in New York.
[25:15] Speaker 1: What the fuck? And that sounds grown because that's when
[25:19] Speaker 1: he was living in New York. He was living in
[25:20] Speaker 1: New York.
[25:21] Speaker 2: I was like Clark, Atlanta, and I remember I was
[25:23] Speaker 2: getting my hair done and I was at a salon
[25:26] Speaker 2: and they called me and were like can you talk?
[25:28] Speaker 2: And I was They're like, you need to sit down
[25:30] Speaker 2: for this, and so I.
[25:30] Speaker 1: Was like, man, excuse me, and I like, you know,
[25:33] Speaker 1: it's a death call. Yeah, something like that.
[25:35] Speaker 2: So I got up in little cape still on and
[25:37] Speaker 2: everything dang, and I to this day I don't let them.
[25:41] Speaker 2: I was like, that's not even y'all. Aren't even those
[25:43] Speaker 2: type of people. Why did you do that to me?
[25:46] Speaker 1: That was the first threecycled dead relatives like normal people
[25:49] Speaker 1: would do when they're calling at work.
[25:51] Speaker 2: My sister was like, Malik was was crossing the street
[25:54] Speaker 2: in Brooklyn and he got hit by a car and
[25:57] Speaker 2: he didn't make it. Her to this day tries to
[26:01] Speaker 2: act like she forgot that she did that, and I'd be.
[26:02] Speaker 1: Like, oh no, ma'am.
[26:04] Speaker 2: I told remember I called my grandma and told them
[26:07] Speaker 2: both of them, I don't cuss.
[26:08] Speaker 1: You should.
[26:09] Speaker 2: I'm not a person that cusses in front of older people.
[26:11] Speaker 2: I definitely can't cuss in front of my parents. My
[26:13] Speaker 2: sister and my mom said fuck both of them. I
[26:16] Speaker 2: used chest, I said, I hung up, and I turned
[26:19] Speaker 2: my phone on for the whole day.
[26:20] Speaker 1: Oh yeah, because I was shaken. That's that. That's a
[26:24] Speaker 1: different kind of man and hurt. Why did y'all do that?
[26:26] Speaker 1: I'm actually don't call him when we leave him, Like,
[26:28] Speaker 1: do y'all remember we got there? Why did you do that?
[26:30] Speaker 1: I would be like, and this is why I still
[26:31] Speaker 1: got trust issues. It's y'all you told me my brother
[26:36] Speaker 1: and he's not dead. We didn't Malik know. I actually
[26:39] Speaker 1: don't know. I would call him to just mess up
[26:42] Speaker 1: the whole thing. Fuck summer for everybody, because do you
[26:45] Speaker 1: know that your own mother and your and then.
[26:49] Speaker 2: My mom tries to tell you she wasn't a part
[26:51] Speaker 2: of it, just because she didn't. She was like, well,
[26:52] Speaker 2: I didn't say anything I was like, but you were
[26:54] Speaker 2: on the call.
[26:55] Speaker 1: You never owned it. If this was the court of law,
[26:59] Speaker 1: you're an accomplish. Why didn't speak up? Snitch or you
[27:05] Speaker 1: go into the clinker clink clink?
[27:08] Speaker 2: Speaking of clink clink, I don't know why. But I
[27:11] Speaker 2: really haven't been that interested in the Diddy case, have you?
[27:15] Speaker 1: I've been interested. Somebody DM me and was like, oh,
[27:17] Speaker 1: can you do this on the show? No, Well for
[27:21] Speaker 1: several reasons, and I was sure, And I'm sorry, girl,
[27:23] Speaker 1: I was sure. I was in my feelings that day
[27:25] Speaker 1: and I was like, well, let me respond. I want
[27:26] Speaker 1: to forget to respond, but I'm not keeping up with
[27:27] Speaker 1: that in a sense to give a play by play.
[27:33] Speaker 1: I don't really want to talk about it with too
[27:35] Speaker 1: many people because it gets me really rouled up, Like,
[27:42] Speaker 1: and I'm not really open to hearing everybody's stuff and
[27:45] Speaker 1: y'all already be mad or in your feels about whatever.
[27:48] Speaker 1: I'm not open, and because I know I'm not open,
[27:51] Speaker 1: That's how I feel about many things. And it's just
[27:53] Speaker 1: like I've learned, don't talk about it if you're not open,
[27:55] Speaker 1: and just protect your peace. That and we don't be
[27:58] Speaker 1: recording enough in real time we're recording two episodes today.
[28:02] Speaker 1: We recorded to last week now, but there's plenty of
[28:05] Speaker 1: people on the internet doing it. I'm also not a
[28:08] Speaker 1: legal analyst. I'm not gonna I feel like something like
[28:11] Speaker 1: that is so serious and so like I can be
[28:15] Speaker 1: playing around. I don't want to be cracking jokes. Everybody
[28:19] Speaker 1: doesn't always get our sense of humor. I just would
[28:22] Speaker 1: feel irresponsible to be doing that because I know, fuck
[28:25] Speaker 1: up stuff and then I'm let my opinion get over it.
[28:28] Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't like talking about it. It is interesting
[28:31] Speaker 1: to me for different reasons, like seeing it all play
[28:37] Speaker 1: out and seeing people's reactions as much as I can handle.
[28:42] Speaker 1: I always think it's interesting how I mean, obviously it's
[28:46] Speaker 1: a celebrity, but how some cases are so public and
[28:52] Speaker 1: others are not. And there's still famous people to this
[28:56] Speaker 1: day who get caught up and stuff, but it's not
[28:58] Speaker 1: always followed like this. But it's overwhelming.
[29:03] Speaker 2: I haven't really Yeah, it doesn't even really pop up
[29:06] Speaker 2: on my timeline, which is I'm like, huh. But speaking
[29:09] Speaker 2: of people's opinions and everybody being like overpassionate about stuff
[29:12] Speaker 2: and having their own views on things, I was at
[29:14] Speaker 2: the gym the other day and I asked, and I
[29:18] Speaker 2: rarely talk to people because I really am just trying
[29:21] Speaker 2: to say funkys. But we were talking about something and
[29:24] Speaker 2: I was like, I asked the men do they open doors?
[29:29] Speaker 1: Kiki?
[29:31] Speaker 2: It turned into such a debate. I just got quiet
[29:33] Speaker 2: and I was like, whoa, what is happening?
[29:38] Speaker 1: The question was do you open doors? Well? What doors?
[29:40] Speaker 1: I was like, all the doors? He was like, well,
[29:42] Speaker 1: all the doors? Doors you walk through, doors you walk
[29:44] Speaker 1: through in the car door? Do you open the door?
[29:46] Speaker 2: It's not like that you get into And I had
[29:48] Speaker 2: to stop everybody because all the men were getting so passionate.
[29:51] Speaker 2: Who do you think you are for me to open
[29:53] Speaker 2: every door? And I was like, is that a direct
[29:55] Speaker 2: question to me or the women that.
[29:56] Speaker 1: You deal with? How did it start?
[29:59] Speaker 2: I just was like, do you I can't remember what
[30:01] Speaker 2: we were talking about something and I can't remember, but
[30:04] Speaker 2: it was something.
[30:04] Speaker 1: Oh no, I remember.
[30:05] Speaker 2: There was there's a man there and he's pretty attractive,
[30:07] Speaker 2: and I asked one of the girls do you think
[30:09] Speaker 2: he opens doors?
[30:10] Speaker 1: That's what happened. I just asked the girl that I
[30:13] Speaker 1: was talking to.
[30:13] Speaker 2: Curiosity she and she blurted it out, do you open doors.
[30:16] Speaker 2: He was like, sometimes yeah, he was. Sometimes I was
[30:20] Speaker 2: like and then so then her and I kept talking.
[30:21] Speaker 2: I was like, that makes him a little less attractive
[30:23] Speaker 2: to me.
[30:24] Speaker 1: Again. To me, it ain't no personal attack, even.
[30:28] Speaker 2: If you're because some of the women were like, oh,
[30:29] Speaker 2: man isn't going to open every door. We're all speaking
[30:32] Speaker 2: from our personal experiences. If men are not opening your door,
[30:36] Speaker 2: that's your experience, and it's not a there is not
[30:39] Speaker 2: a right or wrong answer, like it's okay. Everybody got
[30:42] Speaker 2: so like animated and loud and angry, like the fact
[30:46] Speaker 2: that you thiny.
[30:47] Speaker 1: Have roid rage because you were in the gym right now.
[30:49] Speaker 1: They're all hyped up on like steroids and shots and stuff.
[30:52] Speaker 1: Were they big that.
[30:56] Speaker 2: They were just shocked at the fact that I would
[30:57] Speaker 2: really stand on open the door open And it's not.
[31:01] Speaker 1: Like a demand. What was the issue though? That's what
[31:04] Speaker 1: I'm saying.
[31:04] Speaker 2: I think when if you get that passionate about something
[31:06] Speaker 2: that is a positive thing, opening a woman's door is
[31:10] Speaker 2: a is one of the To me, it's such a
[31:12] Speaker 2: pure form of just respect.
[31:15] Speaker 1: It's not a why are we battling this?
[31:18] Speaker 2: Like now, if you and a lot of these men
[31:20] Speaker 2: have daughters, it's not like a I'm demanding you to
[31:23] Speaker 2: open the door. We're all speaking from our own experiences,
[31:26] Speaker 2: and if that is your experience, don't try to make
[31:29] Speaker 2: it mine.
[31:30] Speaker 1: Friend and I have been in some situations where it's
[31:32] Speaker 1: like the men weren't opening the doors.
[31:34] Speaker 2: But then when you experience somebody where the men are
[31:35] Speaker 2: opening the doors, you're like, oh, this really does some
[31:37] Speaker 2: men really do think they should open all the doors.
[31:40] Speaker 2: It's like the car doors. Are he gonna let you
[31:42] Speaker 2: in before he gets it? Yes, because it's a safety situation.
[31:45] Speaker 1: What are you talking?
[31:46] Speaker 2: I really just had to get quiet. I was like, y'all,
[31:47] Speaker 2: it's not an argument. Why are you mad? You know
[31:50] Speaker 2: why you're mad because you probably should be opening doors.
[31:52] Speaker 1: I just really was shocked by bad.
[31:53] Speaker 2: I was like, it's not an argument, and y'all not
[31:55] Speaker 2: about to change my opinion.
[31:57] Speaker 1: You know how I feel about doors opening.
[31:59] Speaker 2: If you don't mind your door not being opened, keep
[32:01] Speaker 2: moving like that.
[32:03] Speaker 1: It was really interesting. It's so upset if you are
[32:08] Speaker 1: just saying it's less attractive to me, then all of
[32:10] Speaker 1: a sudden, it's World War three in the gym.
[32:12] Speaker 2: You already don't want to I'm not gonna open every door. Okay,
[32:16] Speaker 2: but a man will okay and like, okay, you don't know.
[32:21] Speaker 1: I think I asked you already. But it does make
[32:23] Speaker 1: me curious. Like for the men who were so passionate,
[32:26] Speaker 1: one got two of them. For the men who are
[32:29] Speaker 1: so passionate about not opening the door, not opening every door,
[32:32] Speaker 1: what's the reason? Is something happen? I'm curious. I'm genuinely curious.
[32:37] Speaker 1: If you're a guy who feels like that, please happen
[32:39] Speaker 1: and let us argue.
[32:40] Speaker 2: With you, he's gonna have an answer. You're listening too
[32:42] Speaker 2: much rap music and you need to turn some of
[32:44] Speaker 2: it off.
[32:45] Speaker 1: Do you feel like it's it makes you less than
[32:48] Speaker 1: in some way? Do you feel like it's a control thing.
[32:52] Speaker 1: Do you feel weird about being nice? Have you been
[32:55] Speaker 1: taken advantage of for being a nice guy? Do you
[32:58] Speaker 1: respect who you're with and that's who you're with. Were
[33:01] Speaker 1: you with somebody before who disrespected you and you did
[33:03] Speaker 1: those things and so now you have turned you have
[33:07] Speaker 1: changed your mind. I won't even say anythings that I
[33:09] Speaker 1: don't want to upset anybody. I would really like an answer.
[33:12] Speaker 1: I'm really genuinely curious. I'm not gonna say nothing. Probably
[33:15] Speaker 1: because I will say something spicy. I just won't say nothing,
[33:18] Speaker 1: but I would like to read it. Please let me know.
[33:19] Speaker 1: And for the women who.
[33:21] Speaker 2: Are all the women were also like, a man is
[33:24] Speaker 2: not gonna open up every door, and I was just.
[33:26] Speaker 1: Like, that's your experience, and oh well, if he's not right.
[33:30] Speaker 1: If no man from this say forward chooses to open
[33:33] Speaker 1: every door for you but you want him to, well,
[33:36] Speaker 1: oh fucking well, all we really need is for somebody
[33:40] Speaker 1: to open to the gates to Heaven. At this point,
[33:43] Speaker 1: like my anways be doing stuff and saying everybody isn't
[33:46] Speaker 1: and some people feel like everybody is. We can't say
[33:49] Speaker 1: figure from your own experience.
[33:50] Speaker 2: My thing was it's not a negative thing to open
[33:53] Speaker 2: a woman's door.
[33:53] Speaker 1: I was like, why are we mad? And That's what
[33:56] Speaker 1: I'm confused about. So if you do think it's negative,
[33:58] Speaker 1: man or a woman, or or whatever you like to
[34:02] Speaker 1: call yourself, let us know what is negative about it?
[34:05] Speaker 1: What's the problem. Sometimes when it comes to nice things
[34:09] Speaker 1: and people complain about it, I am curious, like, what's
[34:12] Speaker 1: your hang up about it? Yeah, I'm sure I have mine.
[34:14] Speaker 1: I can't think of anything off the top of my head,
[34:16] Speaker 1: and I've probably got a reason, and if I don't.
[34:19] Speaker 1: Sometimes when you realize you don't, you just being weird,
[34:22] Speaker 1: you check yourself and change. Y'all need to give a
[34:25] Speaker 1: god damn reason. If you was in the gym with
[34:27] Speaker 1: Nanna and you was going off and getting all hyped
[34:30] Speaker 1: up in your blood vessels with thumping type in, I believe,
[34:35] Speaker 1: I know that's weird, like to be mad about it.
[34:37] Speaker 1: It's like, oh no, I don't. I feel like honestly,
[34:41] Speaker 1: from the men, a lot of them don't be thinking.
[34:45] Speaker 1: They're not thoughtful period, and they don't for whatever reason,
[34:51] Speaker 1: they don't feel the urge to try to be chivalrous.
[34:54] Speaker 1: That doesn't matter. Whether it's like you get women who
[34:59] Speaker 1: just do whatever for you with bare minimum effort and
[35:01] Speaker 1: that's what you're used to. You feel like you just
[35:05] Speaker 1: want to piss women off and you really just like
[35:07] Speaker 1: to fuck us and you don't really like us whatever.
[35:09] Speaker 1: It is, a lot of it. I feel like it's
[35:11] Speaker 1: just lazy, like you don't because what could be the
[35:13] Speaker 1: possible reason that's an issue for you to open the door? Yeah,
[35:16] Speaker 1: that is very simple.
[35:17] Speaker 2: It's very simple. That's like the like I said, it's
[35:20] Speaker 2: just a form of respect. But oh I don't know.
[35:24] Speaker 2: I don't know, guys, I'm just making it. It's just
[35:26] Speaker 2: making it easy to not be dating till twenty twenty six.
[35:30] Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean he ain't missing it.
[35:32] Speaker 2: And the amount of working out that I'm doing all
[35:34] Speaker 2: of my damn door, I can it.
[35:37] Speaker 1: Shut it real fast so you can't get in, and
[35:39] Speaker 1: you can open your own fucking door too, Blue Blue lad,
[35:41] Speaker 1: I said it in my heart anyway, I forgot. We
[35:47] Speaker 1: got a little weird sex and then we got a
[35:49] Speaker 1: few little dis or that. For this week's topic, you
[35:53] Speaker 1: said a man is not a necessity. A man is
[35:56] Speaker 1: a luxury like dessert. Yeah, man is absolutely not necessity.
[36:02] Speaker 1: Did you mean that to sound meaning bitter? Oh not
[36:06] Speaker 1: at all. I adore dessert. I love men. I think
[36:10] Speaker 1: men are the coolest, but you don't really need them
[36:12] Speaker 1: to live. So this week's we were at sex. Very
[36:19] Speaker 1: short story. This one is sex sent me to cardiac arrest.
[36:25] Speaker 1: I hope that y'all are being careful out there, because
[36:30] Speaker 1: she should be happening. So a woman in the US
[36:32] Speaker 1: collapsed in the middle of sex. This reminded me of
[36:35] Speaker 1: the Golden Girls because Rose's husband I believe done and
[36:38] Speaker 1: had a heart attack in the middle of them having sex.
[36:41] Speaker 1: But this time it was a woman. I don't think
[36:43] Speaker 1: she died anyway. She was rushed to the hospitals and
[36:46] Speaker 1: she had symptoms of a brain aneurysm. Turns out her
[36:50] Speaker 1: orgasm he fucked her so good he made her heart
[36:52] Speaker 1: stop for real. But turns out the orgasm had triggered
[36:56] Speaker 1: a rare thunderclap headache that mimics a stroke or a seizure.
[37:03] Speaker 1: It's been documented in actual medical journals as post coital headaches.
[37:09] Speaker 1: You know. Coidal is like fucking a legit condition that
[37:13] Speaker 1: is triggered by blood pressure spikes during really intense orgasms. Now,
[37:19] Speaker 1: this particular woman did make a full recovery, but said
[37:22] Speaker 1: in her follow up interview, my husband keeps saying it's
[37:26] Speaker 1: a compliment that the sex almost killed me. I wouldn't
[37:29] Speaker 1: know how to take that. Do you want to be
[37:32] Speaker 1: the next Netflix documentary? Or did you fuck me like?
[37:36] Speaker 1: I don't want to be fucked like that? Like when
[37:37] Speaker 1: the people be like, I want to be fucked in
[37:39] Speaker 1: to oblivion, Know the fuck I don't I want to
[37:40] Speaker 1: be I don't even want to be fucked asleep because
[37:43] Speaker 1: it might be a forever sleep. I just want to cuddle.
[37:47] Speaker 1: I'm good. Yeah, that's absolutely thunderclap headache, stay thunder that
[37:56] Speaker 1: mimics a stroke or a seizure. Yeah, I've ever been
[38:00] Speaker 1: around somebody for real who stroked out or had a seizure.
[38:03] Speaker 1: That shit is scared, Sean, I just had a seizure
[38:05] Speaker 1: and it was scary. I was like, happen. So I
[38:08] Speaker 1: imagine if a big, full sized human, I'd want. Yeah,
[38:12] Speaker 1: that shit is scared. I've been there. Anyway, that's it
[38:14] Speaker 1: for weird sexual I'll keep sending me these stories. I
[38:15] Speaker 1: appreciate it. DM him to me or email them to
[38:18] Speaker 1: except one of the emails in the description box below,
[38:20] Speaker 1: and we're gonna move on to our topics.
[38:23] Speaker 2: So you guys, this week, we're just gonna do a
[38:25] Speaker 2: quick little this or that. If it's happened to you,
[38:29] Speaker 2: maybe you get a little story out of us. But
[38:32] Speaker 2: I always think it's important to kind of just like,
[38:34] Speaker 2: you know, refresh on.
[38:35] Speaker 1: Like what you like, what you don't, what you have had,
[38:37] Speaker 1: what you didn't, so we can change. They do they
[38:40] Speaker 1: sore do.
[38:42] Speaker 2: So the first one that I have on the list
[38:43] Speaker 2: is this or that. Okay, would you like him to
[38:47] Speaker 2: text back fast, or would you like to text him
[38:50] Speaker 2: back fast or make him wait?
[38:51] Speaker 1: I'm texting backfast. I'm too old to be playing this
[38:53] Speaker 1: goddamn game. I'm texting, and now if I don't text
[38:58] Speaker 1: back fast, I'm not the game girl. I'm not like,
[39:00] Speaker 1: oh it's too fast. Fuck that shiit. I like you
[39:02] Speaker 1: and you need to know it because I might not
[39:04] Speaker 1: say it working on it, but I'm texting back fat.
[39:07] Speaker 1: I'm texting Lightning. I'm texting back to him. I'm wait
[39:11] Speaker 1: because for what what? So you can check Susan and
[39:15] Speaker 1: Shirlene and big Glow. No, I'm texting you back fast.
[39:19] Speaker 2: I just don't understand the point of like strategically waiting
[39:22] Speaker 2: to text to me.
[39:23] Speaker 1: Honestly, it feels childish. Most of the games, say I
[39:29] Speaker 1: didn't even never like to play for real. I like rules,
[39:32] Speaker 1: not games. I would say a lot of them is
[39:35] Speaker 1: just because I thought that's what I had to do,
[39:36] Speaker 1: and then eventually I came to my own, probably sometime
[39:39] Speaker 1: after turning thirty. I don't want to play no fucking games.
[39:42] Speaker 1: Mm hmmm, I don't like it. M h okay. Next one,
[39:46] Speaker 1: Kiki tall and toxic or short and secure? Does it exist?
[39:50] Speaker 1: Either way. What's tall? The building that he's six five?
[39:57] Speaker 1: But he toxic did that before six A. Bay ruined
[40:03] Speaker 1: it for all tall men text tall short. Okay, you
[40:08] Speaker 1: did say short and secure. I would take short and
[40:10] Speaker 1: secure the way, how short is he a little person?
[40:12] Speaker 1: Let's just say he's five to ten. Oh that's fine,
[40:15] Speaker 1: that's fine. I can work five to ten. Yeah.
[40:18] Speaker 2: Since May ruined it for all tall five feet, I
[40:20] Speaker 2: will never date if you are six ft, I actually
[40:22] Speaker 2: don't even want to damn six okay, six to one,
[40:27] Speaker 2: you can be right.
[40:27] Speaker 1: I don't know. I think you need to be like
[40:29] Speaker 1: six four or six three for your cut off modina. Yeah,
[40:34] Speaker 1: I don't want to talk.
[40:35] Speaker 2: They got too much confidence. Be ghosted or be the
[40:41] Speaker 2: ghost s.
[40:43] Speaker 1: Casper baby, I'm ghosted. I don't want to be ghosted.
[40:46] Speaker 1: They don't feel good. And the way my mind be working,
[40:50] Speaker 1: I really wish there was something I could plug into
[40:53] Speaker 1: my ear and my eyes and I don't know my
[40:56] Speaker 1: heart and just transcribe my feeling is because maybe Ryan Coogler,
[41:02] Speaker 1: who I would have all of the movies ready to go.
[41:05] Speaker 1: Because the way that my mind works and it's all
[41:07] Speaker 1: of these things happening, I've created so many things. If
[41:10] Speaker 1: you ghost me, please don't leave me like that. I'm
[41:12] Speaker 1: gonna have to ghost you. Oh that stressed me out
[41:16] Speaker 1: even thinking about being ghost again. And i'd have been ghosted.
[41:18] Speaker 1: And I know I did some things, but like damn,
[41:21] Speaker 1: I said, bye, bitch.
[41:23] Speaker 2: Date someone who's obsessed with you but kind of ugly
[41:26] Speaker 2: or fine but emotionally unavailable.
[41:29] Speaker 1: Oh I'm taking the obsessed with me but kind of ugly.
[41:31] Speaker 1: But again, what kind of ugly are we talking? Because
[41:35] Speaker 1: my mama sent me Ooh, I don't want to shaw
[41:38] Speaker 1: these people, so I'm not gonna tell y'all what I'm
[41:39] Speaker 1: looking at, but you can take guesses in the comments,
[41:41] Speaker 1: and I'm just gonna hard them if they're right. My
[41:42] Speaker 1: mama sent me some links to some shows that's going
[41:46] Speaker 1: on on the internet, and I was like, girl, what
[41:49] Speaker 1: the fuck is this? Some of those are men? Oh
[41:56] Speaker 1: oh well that's a different story. That was back to
[41:58] Speaker 1: the dutty case. But yeah, and she sent me links
[42:01] Speaker 1: and I was just like, okay, so regular ugly or
[42:08] Speaker 1: like grimlin grimlin? Wait what was the options? Because i'dnet
[42:12] Speaker 1: got caught up all levels of ugly.
[42:14] Speaker 2: Date someone who's obsessed with you? But kind of ugly
[42:17] Speaker 2: or fine. Well, it says kind of ugly, so he
[42:20] Speaker 2: just kind of.
[42:20] Speaker 1: Okay, kind of. Oh, I'd rather take kind of ugly
[42:23] Speaker 1: or fine, but emostly unavailable. Fine and emotionally unavailable is
[42:27] Speaker 1: perfect for a just sex situation. I'm good on that
[42:32] Speaker 1: right now. I don't even really be fucking for real.
[42:35] Speaker 1: I barely pull out my vibrators, and y'all know that
[42:37] Speaker 1: is a major change. I don't know my pussy got broken.
[42:40] Speaker 2: I thought mom was broken, but it's not. And I'm
[42:41] Speaker 2: getting a wax on the twenty second. It has been
[42:44] Speaker 2: so long.
[42:46] Speaker 1: Did you get some numb and cream that doesn't work
[42:49] Speaker 1: for me?
[42:49] Speaker 2: It's gonna hurt and I'll be okay, and I'm just
[42:51] Speaker 2: but I'm gonna have to trim it up before i
[42:53] Speaker 2: go because it's that crazy, like I think it's been
[42:56] Speaker 2: since last October.
[42:57] Speaker 1: Girl. I know you fucking lite, I'm not like flippers.
[43:01] Speaker 1: You should go to beauty matter. They having to sail
[43:03] Speaker 1: before the end of the month is up.
[43:05] Speaker 2: Because she can't just rip that it's and I'm just
[43:08] Speaker 2: because the only reason why I'm even.
[43:09] Speaker 1: Getting your lips off, the only reason why.
[43:11] Speaker 2: I'm even getting a wax is because it is summertime
[43:13] Speaker 2: and we're about to have pool situation, shooting the huge
[43:17] Speaker 2: all the stuff. Yeah, so it's like, Okay, I gotta
[43:19] Speaker 2: get you ready, girl, but don't get excited because you're not.
[43:22] Speaker 1: You're not getting anything but a fresh wax, but a
[43:25] Speaker 1: fresh haircut, some touches from the wax lady.
[43:31] Speaker 2: Okay, sneaky link or soft lunch.
[43:37] Speaker 1: What we call on a soft lunch and what we
[43:39] Speaker 1: call a sneaky sneaky.
[43:40] Speaker 2: Link is nobody knows what what is going on with
[43:42] Speaker 2: who you got going it on with soft launch is like.
[43:45] Speaker 1: Does he know? Mm hmm okay, okay, hine man, Okay,
[43:49] Speaker 1: what's soft lunch? A little soft.
[43:51] Speaker 2: Lunch, like you kind of softly bring him out. I
[43:53] Speaker 2: really like and how Jesse.
[43:56] Speaker 1: Wu has just dove out into the worst hard launch
[43:59] Speaker 1: that is a car. And I told myself, I was like,
[44:01] Speaker 1: maybe next time I'll do that. I'm glad I hadn't subject. Yeah,
[44:06] Speaker 1: that's a hard lunch lunch at least how I feel today,
[44:11] Speaker 1: I'm more like Isa Ray whatever we want to call that.
[44:15] Speaker 1: When she had her wedding, was like, yeah, a man
[44:18] Speaker 1: and then she was like this was a vera Wang.
[44:20] Speaker 1: She's still cracking jokes. That's how I want to be.
[44:23] Speaker 1: This was a fashion of a wedding couture collection, because
[44:26] Speaker 1: y'all know it ain't gonna be God damn via Wang
[44:29] Speaker 1: at Best House of CEB. But when I think of
[44:37] Speaker 1: Sneaky Link, I'd be thinking like, fuck buddy, like you
[44:39] Speaker 1: don't really like him? Yeah, like soft launch is like
[44:43] Speaker 1: you tease a man. I guess from those two options,
[44:47] Speaker 1: I would take soft launch if it's what I'm thinking.
[44:51] Speaker 1: But like you said, well, don't nobody know what's really
[44:53] Speaker 1: going on but you and him? I prefer that because, say,
[44:55] Speaker 1: i'll my business speech. I really be feeling. But y'all know, okay,
[45:02] Speaker 1: you catch me, ran ahead, give a.
[45:05] Speaker 2: Second chance or block and bliss? Do you give second chances?
[45:11] Speaker 2: He messed up?
[45:12] Speaker 1: Oh? I mean I've be given all the chances. I'd
[45:15] Speaker 1: be acting like what would I even call it? I
[45:17] Speaker 1: don't know, like Jesus, yeah, all forgiving and that ain't right.
[45:23] Speaker 1: Jesus had told me one time, like girl, let me
[45:27] Speaker 1: do my job. You say you're lying this same where
[45:28] Speaker 1: are you supposed to be? You need to just pray,
[45:31] Speaker 1: get on your knees to pray full sentence, don't stop
[45:35] Speaker 1: it and get up. Just come on, baby girl. Yeah,
[45:40] Speaker 1: but I have been the one to give lots of chances.
[45:43] Speaker 1: I want to do that no more, though I would.
[45:45] Speaker 1: I would rather block. Sometimes it's like, just move on.
[45:50] Speaker 1: I got commission commitment issues, But I also have what
[45:56] Speaker 1: would it call what would we call that? I got
[45:59] Speaker 1: issues with hanging on and letting go. Bitch, I'm fucked up.
[46:03] Speaker 2: You're normal, okay, last one date someone who lives two
[46:08] Speaker 2: hours away or lives two minutes away, but it's always busy.
[46:15] Speaker 1: You can't live two hours away from me, two hours
[46:17] Speaker 1: like traffic, or two hours like Chattanooga, Chattanooga, Chattanooga. You
[46:24] Speaker 1: would rather that? M wow. Because fortunately I don't know
[46:29] Speaker 1: what this imaginary person may have. But the way I'm
[46:31] Speaker 1: seeing it right now is like I have a lot
[46:33] Speaker 1: of flexibility with Like I just need to get stationary.
[46:36] Speaker 1: So if I can get to you and be there
[46:39] Speaker 1: for whatever amount of time and I still got to
[46:42] Speaker 1: do my stuff, but I just need to be stationary
[46:44] Speaker 1: while I'm working, then we can have time together. Like,
[46:46] Speaker 1: I have the flexibility to move around and be closer
[46:48] Speaker 1: to you when I want it, And I'd be needing
[46:50] Speaker 1: a lot of fucking space. If you live two minutes
[46:54] Speaker 1: away from me and it's hard for me to see you,
[46:56] Speaker 1: I feel like you don't really like me. You're married,
[47:01] Speaker 1: and yeah, you don't really like me. Why the fuck
[47:03] Speaker 1: is it so hard to see me if you're tuning
[47:05] Speaker 1: its away? Why did you even entertainment? Why you ask
[47:07] Speaker 1: for my information? Why did you do anything? Why did
[47:09] Speaker 1: you let me make my sweet potato hash and my
[47:12] Speaker 1: marry me shrimp and grits and bereathman catfish? You let
[47:15] Speaker 1: me do all that, and now you're not calling me
[47:18] Speaker 1: unless there's food on the stove. Like that didn't happen
[47:24] Speaker 1: to me or anything. But I was just thinking I
[47:27] Speaker 1: got lost in it.
[47:28] Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, this is for real, the last one, because
[47:30] Speaker 2: I really do want to know this or that a
[47:32] Speaker 2: soft life man or an ambitious hustle hard man.
[47:36] Speaker 1: Wait a minute, he's a soft life man, That's what
[47:38] Speaker 1: I was gonna ask. He's trying to give it to
[47:40] Speaker 1: me or he wanted for himself. Girl, fuck a soft
[47:42] Speaker 1: Excuse me? What the fuck is even that?
[47:45] Speaker 2: Have you been seeing those memes where they dressed the
[47:47] Speaker 2: men up as Disney princess, Well you.
[47:49] Speaker 1: Send it to me next time you see it. Police,
[47:52] Speaker 1: I have not seen this A soft life man, a
[47:55] Speaker 1: soft what did they do all day get their nailstuff? Definitely?
[47:59] Speaker 1: And what I don't even have a child.
[48:02] Speaker 2: There was a man that was in my DM the
[48:04] Speaker 2: other day and he's liked, could you suggest a good
[48:05] Speaker 2: nail salon for me?
[48:06] Speaker 1: And I was just was so. I was like, you're
[48:08] Speaker 1: trying to holler at me.
[48:10] Speaker 2: It's okay if y'all get manni's and petties or y'all
[48:13] Speaker 2: for a good judy. No, he really was looking. He's
[48:16] Speaker 2: sent me a picture of his nails. It was very
[48:20] Speaker 2: I don't like no amount of zest in my man.
[48:23] Speaker 1: Not a not a nan. I'm talking about a nan.
[48:25] Speaker 1: I don't care what the correct terms are. Don't be
[48:28] Speaker 1: zesty over here. I don't forgot the question. Oh, a
[48:32] Speaker 1: soft life man or.
[48:33] Speaker 2: A hustle hert or an ambitious hustle harment. I need
[48:36] Speaker 2: the ambitious hustle hard man.
[48:37] Speaker 1: I want to hustle, hustle, hustle real hard.
[48:42] Speaker 2: Yeah, I don't know, but I want to be if
[48:46] Speaker 2: I want to have to tell you to go get
[48:48] Speaker 2: a manicure, and that's your alarm song.
[48:50] Speaker 1: Every day we hustling? Yeah, yeah, I wake up. I'm
[48:53] Speaker 1: trying to get it. I'm sure some rappers said.
[48:56] Speaker 2: That, I don't want to be with the man that
[48:57] Speaker 2: has it scheduled on his calendar when he's getting his
[48:59] Speaker 2: manicare peticut. It's not a no disrespect. I just wanted
[49:02] Speaker 2: to have to be like you only go when I go, baby.
[49:07] Speaker 1: Because what the fuck? Why you got time to even
[49:09] Speaker 1: be thinking about that? That that pissed me off. Some
[49:12] Speaker 1: of the businessmen do they be doing it, but people
[49:15] Speaker 1: do it. But I'm just like, are you for real
[49:16] Speaker 1: right now? Maybe for real? They do be dead ass
[49:20] Speaker 1: for real? I want I told you, I really would
[49:22] Speaker 1: like just a woman in their life get a soft
[49:23] Speaker 1: life too. Is it a too? Probably not. If this
[49:25] Speaker 1: is the man that we're talking about, hustle hard, I
[49:29] Speaker 1: want to I want a hustler, Okay, not dope boy hustler,
[49:33] Speaker 1: but like, hey, I'd prefer that then a manicure manny, Okay,
[49:37] Speaker 1: I don't like it. What you well, I know what
[49:40] Speaker 1: you Yeah, y'all tap it in the comments and our
[49:46] Speaker 1: dms and stuff and let us know what you think
[49:49] Speaker 1: and if you have another this or that drop it in.
[49:52] Speaker 1: Maybe won't answer or other people comment. Y'all answer, Let's
[49:54] Speaker 1: have a party with it. Yeah, we are going to
[49:58] Speaker 1: move on to Indecisive Diana, and when we come it
[50:00] Speaker 1: will be time for advice in the cocktails. Would you
[50:05] Speaker 1: stop figuring about what everyone wants? Stop digging about what
[50:08] Speaker 1: I want? What do you want? What your parents want?
[50:11] Speaker 1: What do you want? What do you want? What do
[50:15] Speaker 1: you want? What do you want?
[50:23] Speaker 3: Hey, ladies, it's me Diane and this week's state idea
[50:27] Speaker 3: is a rooftop bar in the top of the Kimpton Silvan, Atlanta.
[50:32] Speaker 3: It's in Buckhead, so this might be a little expensive.
[50:35] Speaker 3: I'm talking drinks, maybe twenty one dollars, but listen, take
[50:38] Speaker 3: your rich bah here.
[50:39] Speaker 1: It's called Saint Julip.
[50:41] Speaker 3: They have amazing rooftop parties and a gorgeous view. This
[50:44] Speaker 3: is the perfect day for maybe someone you're trying to
[50:47] Speaker 3: get to know, know what their pockets are like.
[50:49] Speaker 1: I'm just getting try it out by.
[50:53] Speaker 2: Y'all already know I love me some via him. It
[50:57] Speaker 2: is a part of my routine, the whole routine, especially
[51:02] Speaker 2: since I have been working out consistently. My body just
[51:05] Speaker 2: be sore, y'all. My knees is bad.
[51:07] Speaker 1: I'm sore right now.
[51:09] Speaker 2: They have different gummies and one of them is for
[51:12] Speaker 2: a relief. I love the High Love, but I got
[51:14] Speaker 2: to talk about the ones that are for relief because
[51:16] Speaker 2: it just helps you go to sleep.
[51:17] Speaker 1: It relaxes your body, and.
[51:19] Speaker 2: Then if you have a little date and you want
[51:20] Speaker 2: to pop a little High Love, you could feel flirty.
[51:23] Speaker 2: They have something for everything, every type of mood. I
[51:26] Speaker 2: absolutely love ya him.
[51:27] Speaker 1: I don't.
[51:28] Speaker 2: I mean, it's really changed my life. And I know
[51:30] Speaker 2: I'm dramatic. I always be dramatic, but that is really
[51:32] Speaker 2: how I feel about that brand, Like it's just amazing.
[51:35] Speaker 2: I love the packaging, I love the colors. I love
[51:38] Speaker 2: the different flavors. Oh I could eat them all day.
[51:41] Speaker 1: I could too, but I won't because that would not
[51:44] Speaker 1: be chewing responsibly. I will say I was getting my
[51:48] Speaker 1: stuff together and running around today and like trying to
[51:50] Speaker 1: pick up things for anybody who needed me to get something,
[51:53] Speaker 1: because you know, I'm going to the country for the
[51:54] Speaker 1: funeral and not to put a damper on things. But
[51:57] Speaker 1: I said, you know what, I'm gonna throw some High
[51:59] Speaker 1: Love in my luggage for my grandma and some zen.
[52:03] Speaker 1: I think the Zen ones might be thhc free because
[52:06] Speaker 1: I don't need her getting too high, yeah and trying
[52:08] Speaker 1: to touch the sky. But I'm gonna give her the
[52:10] Speaker 1: High Love. I'm gonna give her that, and it's relief
[52:12] Speaker 1: or revive one of those. But I love them all.
[52:15] Speaker 1: When I was sore, I was taken them before I
[52:18] Speaker 1: got my Brooklyn Betting managers. I was feeling restless, and
[52:21] Speaker 1: the Zen gummies did help. Sometimes I just need to
[52:23] Speaker 1: calm down. I'm a highly caffeinated girl. Anyway, I love them.
[52:27] Speaker 1: They have so many great products, and I actually was thinking,
[52:30] Speaker 1: while I'm out there, I want to pull up the
[52:31] Speaker 1: website because they're constantly adding new things, and you know,
[52:34] Speaker 1: I just want to browse and make sure there's nothing
[52:36] Speaker 1: I miss. And I'm gonna help the family out and
[52:38] Speaker 1: get them a few treats. Y'all should too, because there's
[52:41] Speaker 1: so many different ones out there. And I think it's
[52:43] Speaker 1: funny that they thought High Love would only be for
[52:45] Speaker 1: Valentine's Day. It was supposed to be like a limited
[52:47] Speaker 1: edition special release, and it's still here. We are popping
[52:50] Speaker 1: those things like crazy. So y'all need to get with

[54:14] Speaker 1: whole episode. We got to save this girl because you
[54:17] Speaker 1: going through and maybe we need to form an episode
[54:20] Speaker 1: around that. Okay? Am I a villain or just getting played?
[54:25] Speaker 1: Hey Kikia Medina, First off, I love y'all your show
[54:29] Speaker 1: is therapy, laughs and real talk all in one. So
[54:31] Speaker 1: I had to come to you for some advice because
[54:33] Speaker 1: this situation has been all the way messed up. Here's backstory.
[54:36] Speaker 1: At the beginning of my relationship with my boyfriend, I
[54:39] Speaker 1: was still talking to another guy. Nothing physical happened, but
[54:43] Speaker 1: I guess it was still wrong, and I own that.
[54:45] Speaker 1: My boyfriend found out. We talked it through and I
[54:47] Speaker 1: blocked and deleted the other guy, and we agreed that
[54:50] Speaker 1: we can move forward from that since we were fresh
[54:53] Speaker 1: into a relationship. Since then, I have been one honest
[54:57] Speaker 1: and commitment. I don't know, sometime committed thing you should
[55:00] Speaker 1: do a woman ninety ninety five anyways, keep a few secrets.
[55:04] Speaker 1: You don't have to lie, but just keep a few
[55:05] Speaker 1: things to the chest anyways to help rebuild trust. I
[55:09] Speaker 1: even let him go through my phone everybodysip. Okay, even
[55:16] Speaker 1: I'm rebuilding trust is insecurity. I don't let that happen.
[55:21] Speaker 1: I'm like, all right, see, you gonna be mad child.
[55:24] Speaker 1: Every now and then when people get fucked up enough,
[55:26] Speaker 1: they bring it up, and it's just like, well, which
[55:28] Speaker 1: woman to do? I just feel want to do it again?
[55:31] Speaker 1: Sometimes you just you.
[55:32] Speaker 2: Don't be seeing and I'm speaking from experience. People be
[55:35] Speaker 2: insecure and from in different arenas, but when it be
[55:38] Speaker 2: stuff like this, it's like, men get so insecure and
[55:43] Speaker 2: it shows up in several ways, and it nine times
[55:46] Speaker 2: out of ten never goes away, and you just it's
[55:50] Speaker 2: all the brunt is on the woman.
[55:53] Speaker 1: What you want me to do? Okay, bitch, you knew
[55:57] Speaker 1: what it was when you got here, you like the
[56:00] Speaker 1: three thousand, But now you having questions about how I
[56:02] Speaker 1: learned it. Baby, don't worry about that, Just say thank you.
[56:05] Speaker 1: Did I ever tell you about the.
[56:06] Speaker 2: Time when we were in the airport, I don't. I
[56:07] Speaker 2: can't remember where we were going, and there was a
[56:09] Speaker 2: man he came. He was very respectful and no one,
[56:10] Speaker 2: no one ever comes up disrespectful and was like.
[56:13] Speaker 1: Hey, Mannina, I listened to the show. I loved your show.
[56:15] Speaker 1: And I was like, thank you so much. I appreciate it.
[56:17] Speaker 1: And I always introduce anybody who's around. When people do that.
[56:19] Speaker 2: M h.
[56:21] Speaker 1: It was a whole and I was like, I literally
[56:24] Speaker 1: can't control that. What was issue. The issue was the
[56:28] Speaker 1: person came up to say. I was just like, this
[56:32] Speaker 1: is stressful. Baby gets a movement anyway, to help back
[56:38] Speaker 1: to baby girl. Uh, blind and bothered anyway, That's how
[56:43] Speaker 1: she signed it, to help rebuild trust. I even let
[56:46] Speaker 1: him go through my phone, and I know that's a lot,
[56:48] Speaker 1: but I didn't think he would really do it. Girl.
[56:50] Speaker 1: I don't know why not, Because baby, you give me
[56:52] Speaker 1: the keys. I'm driving off. I'm talking about three months.
[56:57] Speaker 2: I'm going everything, notes, playlist, photos, fake ass calculation because up, yup,
[57:06] Speaker 2: Google Drive.
[57:07] Speaker 1: I'm typing specific names, Ruth, mom, mama, nicknames, every nigga name,
[57:17] Speaker 1: pizza hood, Papa John's, Domino's, Marco's, jets. Where are you at? Door,
[57:22] Speaker 1: dash gate, front gate, side gate? Oh the thing?
[57:28] Speaker 2: Like what?
[57:28] Speaker 1: You didn't think he was gonna do it? My grandpa
[57:30] Speaker 1: they died twenty years ago. Who the fuck is this
[57:33] Speaker 1: calling you from the grave? Last time I checked, Verizon
[57:37] Speaker 1: ain't got service upstairs.
[57:39] Speaker 2: You ever? Just wish you could really know what really
[57:41] Speaker 2: happened when something you knew somebody was lying.
[57:44] Speaker 1: I just want to jump in their mind. I want
[57:47] Speaker 1: to hear that, and then I want to I need
[57:49] Speaker 1: an instant replay because I want to see what really happened.
[57:51] Speaker 1: I want to see how you perceived it. But I
[57:52] Speaker 1: want to see what really happened. Yeah, and we'll never
[57:54] Speaker 1: get that check JBC. Where you at?
[57:57] Speaker 2: Girl, let us know I may not GBT could like
[58:01] Speaker 2: be like you want me to watch him? And if
[58:03] Speaker 2: he had CHATGBT and he was like active that day,
[58:05] Speaker 2: she could connect to his chatchbyta and.
[58:07] Speaker 1: What if you could be like, okay, girl, let me
[58:09] Speaker 1: get the rundown on my man. This was te What
[58:12] Speaker 1: you think is past word is she could probably guess
[58:13] Speaker 1: that ship. Oh my god, never thought y'all do that.
[58:17] Speaker 1: She didn't tell us if it works. I'm about to try.
[58:19] Speaker 1: Please try. I'm gonna just do it for myself, not
[58:21] Speaker 1: for anybody else. When I'm gonna see girl, what you
[58:23] Speaker 1: think my past word is if she guesses that ship,
[58:28] Speaker 1: that's scary. I'm not gonna be having an attitude ever
[58:31] Speaker 1: again with her, not with niggas anyway. Oh I started
[58:35] Speaker 1: reading Brooklyn better. Okay. Anyways, okay, so back to what
[58:38] Speaker 1: this girl is saying. Because you fucked up real bad.
[58:40] Speaker 1: I hope you know that. Anyway, I went through the phone,
[58:46] Speaker 1: I just wanted to show I had nothing to hide. Meanwhile,
[58:48] Speaker 1: I never once look through his stuff because I truly
[58:50] Speaker 1: trusted him. And why a man wouldn't. This is why
[58:54] Speaker 1: it gets on my nerves. She want. I want to
[58:56] Speaker 1: show you I have nothing to hote he do. That's
[58:59] Speaker 1: why he's trying to What are all you classic manipulation?
[59:02] Speaker 1: I have done it too. Sometimes I feel you flip
[59:05] Speaker 1: that ship. You flip that ship like Chef Boy or Dy,
[59:09] Speaker 1: like you spending pizzas ninjas.
[59:11] Speaker 2: A woman, you always stand the chance of falling a
[59:13] Speaker 2: victim to it. I don't care how much healing. I
[59:15] Speaker 2: don't care, Carol, I don't care how old you get,
[59:18] Speaker 2: because we just want to be good.
[59:20] Speaker 1: We want to be good. I want you to know
[59:21] Speaker 1: the truth. I want you to know the truth. Meanwhile,
[59:24] Speaker 1: I don't want you to know the truth. I just
[59:25] Speaker 1: want you to know what I said and what she's
[59:30] Speaker 1: supposed to. Don't worry about you worried about the wrong thing.
[59:32] Speaker 1: I'm protecting you. I want to be meaning so bad.
[59:34] Speaker 2: I want to be mean so bad.
[59:38] Speaker 1: She had a beat on it like like a Tarzan
[59:40] Speaker 1: and Jane shut them titties up. I don't feel her.
[59:44] Speaker 1: She's like, I just want you to know. I don't
[59:45] Speaker 1: have anything to hide that nigga. Polly was really being
[59:49] Speaker 1: honest and he was being insecure and he had ship
[59:51] Speaker 1: because you wrote in for advice and you didn't fuck up.
[59:53] Speaker 1: So I really hope that the advice is not how
[59:56] Speaker 1: do you get him to trust you? Even though he
[59:59] Speaker 1: saw everything, He's still going because I'll tell you where.
[1:00:01] Speaker 2: Because I also feel like when somebody doesn't like she
[1:00:03] Speaker 2: said in the beginning, like she was the one talking
[1:00:04] Speaker 2: to somebody else, but she start when some sometimes people
[1:00:06] Speaker 2: hold it.
[1:00:06] Speaker 1: Over your head, little you hold it over their head.
[1:00:09] Speaker 2: And now he has the upper power to keep making
[1:00:11] Speaker 2: you feel like you did something wrong.
[1:00:13] Speaker 1: Did you get pregnant? Boy him? Please no like the
[1:00:17] Speaker 1: first one, because I feel like if you didn't like nigga,
[1:00:19] Speaker 1: let it guy. You know I wasn't a version when
[1:00:21] Speaker 1: I met you. Where'd you meet me at? Nobody's married period? Hm?
[1:00:26] Speaker 1: We single till we married anyways, now okay, So I
[1:00:33] Speaker 1: just wanted to show I had nothing to hide. Meanwhile,
[1:00:35] Speaker 1: I never once looked through this stuff because they truly
[1:00:37] Speaker 1: trusted him. But now I'm the one sitting here feeling
[1:00:39] Speaker 1: play you were. Months later, I found out he's been
[1:00:42] Speaker 1: talking to other women behind my pack. Miss cleo. Oh god,
[1:00:49] Speaker 1: my bad. We won't even hurt. But like, girl, maybe
[1:00:52] Speaker 1: we should start fuck podcasting. Maybe we just need to
[1:00:55] Speaker 1: be psychics. Okay, he's left, girl, I'm skipping around. Okay,
[1:01:00] Speaker 1: but now I'm the one sitting here feeling played. Months later,
[1:01:02] Speaker 1: I found out he's been talking to other women behind
[1:01:05] Speaker 1: my back. When I brought it up, he laughed in
[1:01:07] Speaker 1: my face. I he okay, I didn't know it was
[1:01:13] Speaker 1: gonna go here. I'm sorry. We was cracking jokes and
[1:01:16] Speaker 1: be your heart. That pissed me off, all right, He
[1:01:19] Speaker 1: literally laughed, Oh, I can fill your tears. I want
[1:01:21] Speaker 1: to cry for you. Me too. He won't answer my
[1:01:24] Speaker 1: questions about it, just flips it on me. Told you classic,
[1:01:28] Speaker 1: that's a textbook. Flips it on me and brings up
[1:01:31] Speaker 1: what I did at the beginning. During that conversation, I
[1:01:34] Speaker 1: couldn't help myself and just burst into tears. I really
[1:01:37] Speaker 1: didn't want him to see me down bad like that,
[1:01:40] Speaker 1: but it just came out there. He told me I'm
[1:01:43] Speaker 1: trying to manipulate him by crying classic, classic, classic, and
[1:01:48] Speaker 1: that if I'm not going to leave, I should stop
[1:01:51] Speaker 1: bringing it up. At that point, oh don't you wish
[1:01:54] Speaker 1: you would have said it first? No apologies, no, nothing,
[1:01:59] Speaker 1: he honestly didn't even sound like he cares that I
[1:02:02] Speaker 1: found out that broke me. I'm feeling extremely hurt, dismissed,
[1:02:07] Speaker 1: and ghastly gas lit valid. I tried to fix my mistake,
[1:02:11] Speaker 1: but now it feels like he's been using it as
[1:02:14] Speaker 1: a free pass to keep hurting me while painting me
[1:02:18] Speaker 1: as a problem. And deep down, I'm starting to believe
[1:02:20] Speaker 1: he's entertaining other women the whole time. So be real
[1:02:23] Speaker 1: with me. Is this manipulation? Should I have left already
[1:02:27] Speaker 1: or is there any way to come back from this?
[1:02:29] Speaker 1: Am I holding on to something that's already broken? Thanks
[1:02:32] Speaker 1: for always keeping it real. I already know what I
[1:02:35] Speaker 1: should probably do, but I just need your perspective on
[1:02:38] Speaker 1: this one. Thank you, love thank you, love you ladies.
[1:02:41] Speaker 1: Once blinded now bothers and from my phone, I love
[1:02:44] Speaker 1: you girls. Yes, these men have a way of like
[1:02:49] Speaker 1: doing what they do, and I don't I don't know
[1:02:52] Speaker 1: if anybody will ever have it figured out.
[1:02:54] Speaker 2: Baby playing us the healthy ones, the non healthy ones,
[1:02:59] Speaker 2: the rich ones, the broke ones, the young ones, the
[1:03:02] Speaker 2: old ones, the white ones, the black ones, and the
[1:03:07] Speaker 2: tall ones, the short ones, the big booty ones, the
[1:03:09] Speaker 2: n shape ones. They have a way of getting us,
[1:03:13] Speaker 2: and I don't know if we will ever crack the code. Friend, Clearly,
[1:03:19] Speaker 2: I ain't told you all the story of what has
[1:03:21] Speaker 2: happened to me, and I won't because I'm that embarrassed.
[1:03:24] Speaker 1: So I feel your pain. You got to get up,
[1:03:29] Speaker 1: You got to get up, and you got to go.
[1:03:31] Speaker 2: And you can't ask is he the one he ain't
[1:03:35] Speaker 2: because at the level that this has happened with you,
[1:03:39] Speaker 2: the way he gonna run you through the wringer, it's
[1:03:42] Speaker 2: gonna be it's gonna be so much worse if you
[1:03:44] Speaker 2: had a baby, or if you get married and it's
[1:03:46] Speaker 2: harder to leave.
[1:03:47] Speaker 1: Right now, it's easy to leave.
[1:03:48] Speaker 2: All you have to deal with is little tears, maybe
[1:03:49] Speaker 2: some depression, and maybe a little.
[1:03:51] Speaker 1: Bit of homelessness if y'all live together.
[1:03:53] Speaker 2: Yeah, but you will figure it out, get get find
[1:03:58] Speaker 2: your community. You can, you cannot. Don't let him do
[1:04:02] Speaker 2: this to you. Do not let him.
[1:04:03] Speaker 1: Please.
[1:04:04] Speaker 2: I am begging you find the value in yourself, no
[1:04:07] Speaker 2: matter how hard it is, no matter how sad it is.
[1:04:09] Speaker 2: If you have to detach from if you gotta go
[1:04:12] Speaker 2: into solitude for a minute to get through it, I
[1:04:14] Speaker 2: get it, do it.
[1:04:16] Speaker 1: I can't. I still can't really listening to love songs.
[1:04:18] Speaker 1: I was watching Forever and crying. It's high school love.
[1:04:21] Speaker 2: You gotta do what you gotta do, though, because the
[1:04:23] Speaker 2: long term, when you look at it, long term is worse.
[1:04:25] Speaker 1: If you stay in it. And he laughed in your face,
[1:04:29] Speaker 1: that is so like, what the fuck is even this?
[1:04:33] Speaker 2: I don't even know you, but I know you're better
[1:04:34] Speaker 2: than dealing with a man who does not care about
[1:04:38] Speaker 2: you at all.
[1:04:39] Speaker 1: That is not care.
[1:04:40] Speaker 2: And again, I'm gonna say it all the time, what
[1:04:43] Speaker 2: type of life do you want? I don't know how
[1:04:45] Speaker 2: old you are, but you sound young. This ain't the
[1:04:48] Speaker 2: life you want. We've all seen it before. You have
[1:04:50] Speaker 2: examples of it around you, of women who have stayed
[1:04:52] Speaker 2: with men who act like this, And then for some
[1:04:55] Speaker 2: reason you're like, should I marry him? What?
[1:04:57] Speaker 1: Or sometimes you're like pleading to a judge because you
[1:05:00] Speaker 1: as when you finally snapped. Now, I think that was responsible,
[1:05:04] Speaker 1: healthy advice. As a little unhinge one, I'm gonna give
[1:05:10] Speaker 1: you another option. That's great advice, and then you should
[1:05:14] Speaker 1: take it if you're feeling good. But every now and again,
[1:05:17] Speaker 1: a woman gets a little lonely or vindictive and you
[1:05:24] Speaker 1: just want to fuck that. Niggas should up. That's what
[1:05:30] Speaker 1: you do, if that's how you want to handle it.
[1:05:34] Speaker 1: Where you stay at this something is telling me. My
[1:05:36] Speaker 1: spirit is telling me you stay in Houston, Texas, and
[1:05:40] Speaker 1: I hope you do. If you don't, bitch, book a flight.
[1:05:44] Speaker 1: Avoid Beyonce weekend. Chick's gonna be sky hot. You know
[1:05:46] Speaker 1: when you need to go down there. NBA weekend, which
[1:05:50] Speaker 1: is comed MBA Masters of Business Administration. Baby, we're not
[1:05:53] Speaker 1: talking about that Oil and Gas conference weekend, Black Engineers weekend.
[1:06:00] Speaker 1: If they do an afrotech, you go down there when
[1:06:02] Speaker 1: our Queen, Nigerian King, Naderians. I mean, if you like
[1:06:06] Speaker 1: the queens, maybe you want to switch sides. I don't know.
[1:06:08] Speaker 1: But when the King Naigerians are in town and all
[1:06:10] Speaker 1: of our other strong man are there, this is just
[1:06:13] Speaker 1: for a good time. Don't you get yourself wrapped up
[1:06:15] Speaker 1: in this shit again, because you're gonna get in trouble.
[1:06:16] Speaker 1: So you need to take a break. Well, you take
[1:06:19] Speaker 1: a break. I mean, it's gonna be a minute before
[1:06:20] Speaker 1: these conferences go down. But listen to whatever you need
[1:06:23] Speaker 1: to listen to, whether it's Whitney Houston, Mariah Care or
[1:06:25] Speaker 1: Big Low, maybe Yolanda.
[1:06:27] Speaker 2: Adams, maybe a little Chandler more who Chandler, Chandler Moore, Maverick.
[1:06:32] Speaker 1: City, Taja COB's.
[1:06:36] Speaker 2: When you send, I'm like, when I tell you, I
[1:06:38] Speaker 2: haven't been I can't listen to it. Look it has
[1:06:40] Speaker 2: to be a gospel song.
[1:06:41] Speaker 1: Yeah, let me tell y'all. Modina text me we were
[1:06:44] Speaker 1: she recorded something for her mattress when she was setting
[1:06:46] Speaker 1: up her mattress, and she was like, oh, I had
[1:06:49] Speaker 1: never intended to turn this sound on because it was
[1:06:51] Speaker 1: going to be voiceover. She's like, I left my music on,
[1:06:53] Speaker 1: my bad And so I was like, well, what was
[1:06:55] Speaker 1: she listening to? I wonder. I just knew it's gonna
[1:06:57] Speaker 1: be I said, it's gonna be gospel or Mariah Care.
[1:07:00] Speaker 1: She was listening to the praise and worship and the gospel.
[1:07:02] Speaker 1: I said, oh, I know that's right, okay, because ain't
[1:07:07] Speaker 1: nobody get in this bed if they are sanctified. I
[1:07:09] Speaker 1: know that's right. She was sleeping in that bed alone.
[1:07:11] Speaker 2: Because here's the thing, and this is something that since
[1:07:14] Speaker 2: I am with you for real, who wrote this email?
[1:07:16] Speaker 1: For real?
[1:07:16] Speaker 2: Anybody else who is navigating a nigga that ancient and
[1:07:19] Speaker 2: it's maybe he's a little.
[1:07:20] Speaker 1: Play with you.
[1:07:21] Speaker 2: He just plays with you. And now you're about to
[1:07:23] Speaker 2: be sad. And we all know that heartbreaks, sadness, it
[1:07:25] Speaker 2: drives women. You don't know what's about to happen, but
[1:07:28] Speaker 2: you know what you do, You're gonna lift yourself up
[1:07:30] Speaker 2: and you need to just focus on something else. And
[1:07:33] Speaker 2: you can do this, friend, you.
[1:07:35] Speaker 1: Can do this.
[1:07:35] Speaker 2: And the only way that you can really make the change,
[1:07:37] Speaker 2: at least for me, is you have to really like
[1:07:41] Speaker 2: you gotta. You can't be listening to the love songs.
[1:07:43] Speaker 2: So the love songs will have you going back, and
[1:07:45] Speaker 2: the love songs will have you stay music.
[1:07:49] Speaker 1: Yeah, and you don't act on that just you know.
[1:07:52] Speaker 2: And if you're not strong enough to listen to the
[1:07:53] Speaker 2: hot groum, because I'm not strong enough listen to the
[1:07:55] Speaker 2: hot grum music, I try to listen to hotgirl music.
[1:07:58] Speaker 2: And then it's like, now you're going back to the
[1:08:00] Speaker 2: niggas that also was dragging your feelings through the mud
[1:08:02] Speaker 2: like this two thousand and eight.
[1:08:03] Speaker 1: Do you want to do better or do you not?
[1:08:05] Speaker 2: And if you do want to do better, there has
[1:08:06] Speaker 2: to be a transformation. If there has to be a transformation.
[1:08:09] Speaker 2: That means you have to change your mindset. And if
[1:08:10] Speaker 2: you're gonna change your mindset, it might be difficult, But
[1:08:13] Speaker 2: a few months of difficulty versus your whole life with
[1:08:16] Speaker 2: a man who just doesn't value and doesn't respect you
[1:08:18] Speaker 2: and doesn't open nin nandor is that really what you want?
[1:08:22] Speaker 1: He won't even open his heart and he's telling you,
[1:08:24] Speaker 1: if you're gonna keep bringing this shit up, you should go.
[1:08:27] Speaker 2: I mean, I have said that to somebody that I
[1:08:29] Speaker 2: have said that to somebody before to when I meant it,
[1:08:31] Speaker 2: and he wasn't wrong. We're gonna be honest. He wasn't wrong,
[1:08:34] Speaker 2: because if you are gonna stay, you're deciding to stay.
[1:08:37] Speaker 1: Yeah, And it's like, okay, we've talked about it. I
[1:08:39] Speaker 1: have said my piece about it the same way he
[1:08:42] Speaker 1: went through your phone and he's trying to hold that
[1:08:43] Speaker 1: over your head. You could do the same. But what
[1:08:45] Speaker 1: I was gonna say about the Afickan man is this
[1:08:47] Speaker 1: is again, this is just for fun. We're doing it
[1:08:51] Speaker 1: just for fun because.
[1:08:52] Speaker 2: They gonna cheat on you too. And he probably got
[1:08:53] Speaker 2: a wife and kids.
[1:08:54] Speaker 1: And even if he don't like just girls, sometimes it's
[1:08:57] Speaker 1: okay to have fun. They gonna talk you up. When
[1:08:59] Speaker 1: you are with you're gonna feel good and you can
[1:09:02] Speaker 1: go out and you can have a good time. And
[1:09:04] Speaker 1: what I was gonna say, which was the toxic thing.
[1:09:06] Speaker 1: So you decide which way you want to go. I'm
[1:09:07] Speaker 1: not saying this is good advice. I'm just saying it's options.
[1:09:11] Speaker 1: You might need to flun it in that niggas face.
[1:09:13] Speaker 1: Just if you got to bitch, text chat, GPT and
[1:09:16] Speaker 1: giggle at your phone and have him wondering what's going on.
[1:09:19] Speaker 1: Just close that ship, lock it, change up your past
[1:09:21] Speaker 1: words and going on about your day. Yeah, you want
[1:09:24] Speaker 1: to get back at him, make his lunch and be
[1:09:26] Speaker 1: giggling while you make it. Oh baby, I made your
[1:09:28] Speaker 1: lunch and have him second guess and in his lunch.
[1:09:34] Speaker 1: Don't do that. Don't do that. And I put a
[1:09:39] Speaker 1: tack in his office. This is on the internet forever
[1:09:44] Speaker 1: the fuck. Don't do that. Don't put no Anna freeze
[1:09:48] Speaker 1: and nobody's drink because you know that. Well, I was
[1:09:53] Speaker 1: gonna say, don't put Anni freeze because I die. I
[1:09:59] Speaker 1: was just gonna say, like some people put in drinks
[1:10:01] Speaker 1: because it can be it doesn't you don't always die.
[1:10:03] Speaker 1: If you just put a little bit it. It makes
[1:10:05] Speaker 1: people feel like they're drunk, and you know things, Crystal,
[1:10:08] Speaker 1: I've watched a lot of documentaries. I'm saying, don't do that.
[1:10:10] Speaker 1: That was horrible advice. You will literally murder.
[1:10:13] Speaker 2: I have a friend who made her boyfriend a little
[1:10:15] Speaker 2: Hennessy drink and put a whole bunch of liquid ben
[1:10:17] Speaker 2: and drill in it, and then she beat him up.
[1:10:22] Speaker 1: He woke up and he didn't mmm. So you could
[1:10:29] Speaker 1: do that. There's lots of options out there. I would
[1:10:32] Speaker 1: suggest my favorite platform for things like this is Hulu,
[1:10:36] Speaker 1: not Netflix. They have tons of documentaries and they going
[1:10:39] Speaker 1: to the documentary and another documentary and a fictionalized series,
[1:10:44] Speaker 1: and you can see all the ways to do it.
[1:10:46] Speaker 1: If you're gonna treat yourself to a staycation, turn on
[1:10:48] Speaker 1: Investigation Discovery. There's ideas out there and hopefully you can
[1:10:52] Speaker 1: just live vicariously through them. And I'm gonna leave it
[1:10:55] Speaker 1: at that. But fuck him, but I think you should
[1:10:57] Speaker 1: get a little get back. I mean, put sugar.
[1:11:02] Speaker 2: And his gas tank. I don't really work. I did
[1:11:05] Speaker 2: that before. It doesn't work, It doesn't do anything.
[1:11:08] Speaker 1: Wait, why do you do that? You want to stop
[1:11:10] Speaker 1: that nigga in his tracks. I know that's right. It
[1:11:13] Speaker 1: didn't work, though. You know what you could do. He
[1:11:17] Speaker 1: got a beard a little and his beard stuff. You're
[1:11:22] Speaker 1: gonna have to dilute that. That's gonna be a slow burn.
[1:11:24] Speaker 1: I want you to get out before that. What else
[1:11:25] Speaker 1: could you do? Just start mixing up? He got games?
[1:11:29] Speaker 1: You like to play a game?
[1:11:30] Speaker 2: Break them, cut them cords, take the whole system and
[1:11:35] Speaker 2: drop water on it.
[1:11:36] Speaker 1: Yeah, and just pour water on it and then dry
[1:11:38] Speaker 1: it off. Put it back.
[1:11:39] Speaker 2: Matter of fact, before you break the system, log into
[1:11:42] Speaker 2: the game and talk to the friends that he'd be
[1:11:44] Speaker 2: playing the games with and tell them just talk shit.
[1:11:47] Speaker 1: This This might be too far. Y'all gonna be like bitch,
[1:11:49] Speaker 1: y'all need to log off, and I'm gonna say this.
[1:11:51] Speaker 1: You know what you could do. There's some maps. I
[1:11:54] Speaker 1: did this before. This was back in college, but you downloaded.
[1:11:58] Speaker 1: Have you ever heard of an app called grinder jacked?
[1:12:01] Speaker 1: Sign him up?
[1:12:03] Speaker 2: Do that and now he's getting requests and emails and
[1:12:05] Speaker 2: another thing you can do. My friend, one of my
[1:12:07] Speaker 2: good girlfriends, told me this. Ah, it was such a great.
[1:12:10] Speaker 2: It was so great because it just gives you the
[1:12:12] Speaker 2: what you need. No one gets hurt, though, but it's annoying.
[1:12:14] Speaker 2: Go to a scientology site and put all of his
[1:12:17] Speaker 2: information in the scientologists and they will never stop contacting him.
[1:12:20] Speaker 1: Second best, Jehovah's witness.
[1:12:24] Speaker 2: Sign him up for everything, because he do need to
[1:12:26] Speaker 2: get saved.
[1:12:27] Speaker 1: He need to find a community. Sign him up for everything.
[1:12:29] Speaker 1: How could I forget the church, a Latter day Saints,
[1:12:32] Speaker 1: the good old Mormons. Ah, get them too. They're gonna
[1:12:36] Speaker 1: be bicycling over there in no time. Okay, everybody doing
[1:12:39] Speaker 1: missionary work. I've been watching secret lives and Mormon wives.
[1:12:42] Speaker 1: They ain't doing no missionary work.
[1:12:44] Speaker 2: Sign him up for everything, you can think, But since
[1:12:46] Speaker 2: for real, you don't stay with that man, you're gonna
[1:12:48] Speaker 2: be sad. And we have too much awareness right now,
[1:12:52] Speaker 2: we have access to resources. Friend, you're gonna be okay,
[1:12:55] Speaker 2: you're gonna be a little uh. I'm not gonna act
[1:12:57] Speaker 2: like the heart that ain't real. It's real, especially when
[1:12:58] Speaker 2: you thought somebody was it.
[1:13:00] Speaker 1: You gonna right us back and tell us where you say,
[1:13:01] Speaker 1: and then we can proceed from there. Are you in
[1:13:03] Speaker 1: the city, baby? You want us to pull up on him?
[1:13:05] Speaker 1: Never mind I'm not gonna do that. You want to
[1:13:06] Speaker 1: just hang out, we can just have brun we could,
[1:13:11] Speaker 1: I wouldn't. We just hit us up girl, let us
[1:13:14] Speaker 1: know where you stay.
[1:13:15] Speaker 2: At yea, come home because I feel for you all
[1:13:19] Speaker 2: the heartache.
[1:13:19] Speaker 1: Girls. Yeah, we're not talking about no cocktails today. We
[1:13:22] Speaker 1: at a time we want to help her. Y'all send
[1:13:27] Speaker 1: our good syst some positive vibes. Hopefully you haven't been there,
[1:13:30] Speaker 1: but if you have, like we have, obviously.
[1:13:32] Speaker 2: I feel like most women have been there where you
[1:13:34] Speaker 2: just are.
[1:13:35] Speaker 1: We got the young girls too, they ain't there yet.
[1:13:37] Speaker 2: But they acting stupid too. Like we do this thing.
[1:13:41] Speaker 2: I don't know what it is. It's like when we
[1:13:43] Speaker 2: just be loving, we'd be loving and forgiving and chances
[1:13:47] Speaker 2: and then you're like, oh he.
[1:13:49] Speaker 1: He just okay, it's just like that. That's why you're
[1:13:54] Speaker 1: gonna do me Like, I don't know what it is.
[1:13:56] Speaker 2: And when it it's because we can create a child
[1:13:59] Speaker 2: in our body that we just have different things where
[1:14:01] Speaker 2: it's like we're willing to put up with more.
[1:14:04] Speaker 1: Honestly, I think it's just what we're taught. It's like
[1:14:06] Speaker 1: we're always taught to people like we're always taught to
[1:14:09] Speaker 1: be caring and loving. The boys don't get that they
