Neil Manthorp is joined by the former New Zealand captain Jeremy Coney to look back at Day 2 of the second Test between England and New Zealand at The Oval, with England closing on 222-6, still trailing by 169 runs. Was this the day New Zealand moved a huge step closer to levelling the series? Why did England not bowl Jofra Archer until the very end of the evening session? Should Glenn Phillips bat higher up the New Zealand order after scoring his maiden Test century? Why does bringing the wicket-keeper up to the stumps impact the England batters so much?
