Should Brendon McCullum remain as England Head Coach after overseeing a run of 2 wins in their 9 Test matches and a losing record over the last 3 years? Who will step up to replace Ben Stokes as England's Test captain? How do England adjust the balance of the side after losing their premium all-rounder?
