The United States has blocked NTV Broadcasting Company (OFAC's SDN list), whose channel this is. US law bars a US company from dealing in its property or providing services for its benefit, and no exemption clearly covers carrying its live channel, so this site does not offer it anywhere.

[OFAC SDN list: Joint Stock Company NTV Broadcasting Company (entry 37185)](https://sanctionssearch.ofac.treas.gov/Details.aspx?id=37185); [31 CFR 587.201 (E.O. 14024)](https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-31/section-587.201); [E.O. 14024, sec. 1 and 4 (86 FR 20249)](https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2021-08098); [OFAC Russia-related General License 25G](https://ofac.treasury.gov/media/933536/download?inline)

Its owner, Gazprom-Media, is reported to be a subsidiary of Gazprombank, which the United States has blocked. A company owned 50 percent or more by blocked persons is itself blocked (31 CFR 587.406). Until its ownership is clear, this site does not offer it.
