The United States has blocked Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting and Press TV (OFAC's SDN list); IRIB is also part of the Government of Iran, whose property is blocked. US law bars a US company from dealing in that property or providing services for its benefit, and no exemption clearly covers carrying its live broadcast, so this site does not offer it anywhere.
