This course focuses on the strategic role of manufacturing in achieving and sustaining competitive advantage. Traditionally viewed as a support function, manufacturing has evolved into a key driver of organizational success. Building on the pioneering work of W. Skinner, the course explores how manufacturing capabilities can be aligned with business objectives to enhance competitiveness.
