The legend of Prince Llywelyn's faithful hound Gelert has echoed through Welsh history for centuries — but is the story quite what it seems? In this special reading, Professor of Divinity Ronald Hutton retells the tragic tale of the faithful hound and explores how legends like this are shaped, shared, and sometimes reinvented over time.
