Every year thousands of people across London phone up a student-run listening service in order to talk about the problems and issues that they are facing, or simply to just have someone to talk to. On the other end of the line they receive an impartial, non-judgemental and empathetic ear for as long as they want throughout the night – a service that will sometimes make all the difference.
