The increasing array of current and future precision measurements contains a huge amount of information about heavy new physics. But understanding the full scope of that information is complicated by the large parameter space involved, as well as by renormalization group mixing between different interactions. In this talk, I will focus mainly on the potential of a Z pole run at FCC-ee, via some general thoughts on how to simplify the hunt for new physics without sacrificing generality. .
