This introductory textbook in anthropology is designed to give you an understanding of the diversity of the human experience. Students will become familiar with the four subfields of anthropology: cultural anthropology, archaeology, linguistics and biological anthropology. We will discuss the diversity of world cultures, the human fossil record, the human past, and the development and use of language.
